How long did it take you to get B to get back to baseline after that spike? That's an important indicator because if it took a long time, that means you're still kind of in the beginning stages. If you feel like you're getting faster at it, that okay, had a bad day, back on track today. That's really good. And don't get discouraged if you're still in the the part one, it's fine, but it just indicates every time you have a spike, notice how fast you come out of it, because that will tell you a lot.
