Try to treat each OCD situation like an experience. Okay, I've reacted bad here. What could I have done better? Kind of debrief yourself after the fact, after you feel better, go back to the situation. Not to dissect it, but just to see where was that moment where I went wrong. I do this with clients quite a bit, where we look objectively. What happened? Why did you react this way? Why did you lose control? Why did you do the compulsion? Right, so then for next time, you'll be more equipped not to repeat the same behavior. Emergency session is available. The link is in the description.
