Now, let's talk about the second stage of the recovery. So the second stage is when the person is starting to understand how the OCD game is played. They're starting to see results. So this is maybe like second week. Usually clients will come back to me and say, hey, this is actually working. I'm doing this. This is. There's progress. My anxiety dropped. And they're always so excited because there is actual progress where they're not just listening to Ali and hoping she's right. They're seeing it in their own tracking with their own results, where they're like, I was at level nine anxiety, now I'm at seven and I dropped the rumination because I see the. The numbers. So this is the second stage where you're learning. The second stage can also be bumpy. Not as bumpy as the first stage, but there's still going to be days where you fell off. Trigger was too high, you just weren't expecting. It came left field, you reacted. So the second stage is bumpy, but you're starting to understand the mechanics of ocd. And this is the main thing is when you understand what makes OCD better, worse, what makes it tick, how it operates under different situations, that's when you start to get the rules of the game. So you start to actually play the game, but you're not a master at the game yet. You're still learning, but you're getting better. Emergency session is available. The link is in the description.
