The more focused you are on your recovery, the more determined you are to recover. The more you want it, the faster it will happen. And not want it in a way of wishful thinking. But I will do anything to recover. I will go through whatever I need to go through to recover. That's the person that's going to recover the fastest. So, for example, if a person is washing their hands and doing all kinds of washing behaviors, and they start to step those compulsions down and they're focused on it, I see this with clients all the time. They go through recovery like a rocket, where they're like, okay, I'm just gonna do less today than I did yesterday. Okay, Ali, what do we need to work on? Okay, this is the action plan. It's such a fast, smooth ride. So if you want to achieve that, you need to look at recovery as your top priority. It doesn't matter how painful it is, because it's just painful in the moment. If you had a physical accident that. That, I don't know, let's say a car accident, and you had to go through physiotherapy, yes, it would hurt in the moment, but it's necessary. It's what needs to be done to achieve full recovery. So when clients treat it like that, they recover super fast. So I'm telling you right now, your brain is capable. You just really have to push and take it seriously. Emergency session is available. The link is in the description.
