Cardio Abdomen de Pie. Todos sabemos que realizar abdominales en el piso; para muchos resulta gran sacrificio y por ello, buscan alternativas para poner a tono esta región corporal. Ahora; atendiendo a esta situación, aquí te propongo seis ejercicios incluyendo los calentamientos, que te permitirán trabajar el abdomen combinando movimientos que le darán mayor tensión a la zona estrella del día. Desde mi punto de vista; trabajar el abdomen estando de pie, hace que involucremos la musculatura estabilizadora; es decir, espalda, piernas y caderas trabajan a millón para lograr equilibrio y control corporal. Por otra parte; al realizar todo el conjunto de cardio, podrás quemar muchas calorías, se más dinámico y recibirás beneficios increíbles; además; toda esta rutina la podrás realizar en cualquier parte sin poner tu espalda en el suelo. Vamos amigos; actívate y dale movimiento a tu vida.

Cardio Abdomen Standing. We all know that doing sit-ups on the floor; for many is a great sacrifice and therefore, they look for alternatives to tone this body region. Now; in response to this situation, here I propose six exercises including warm-ups, which will allow you to work the abdomen combining movements that will give greater tension to the star area of the day. From my point of view; working the abdomen while standing, makes us involve the stabilizing muscles; that is, back, legs and hips work together to achieve balance and body control. On the other hand; by performing the whole set of cardio, you can burn a lot of calories, be more dynamic and receive incredible benefits; in addition; this whole routine can be performed anywhere without putting your back on the floor. Fase de Calentamiento

Para evitar lesiones; siempre digo que la fase de calentamiento es básica y obligatoria antes de iniciar cualquier actividad física. Esta etapa permitirá a nuestro cuerpo, estar en condiciones óptimas para realizar acciones más fuertes; no la pases por alto. Por lo pronto, nos vamos con el Calentamiento 1, GIRO ABDOMINAL CON RODILLAS FLEXIONADAS. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2, TORSIONES LATERALES.

Cada movimiento de calentamiento se ejecuta durante 3 minutos. Es muy importante determinar que si el cuerpo aún no está activo para la acción fuerte, se debe calentar un poco más. No olvides hacer pausas de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; la hidratación es extremadamente importante para reponer los líquidos y sales perdidos durante la acción. Por otro lado, debemos tratar en la medida de lo posible, de mantener una alimentación balanceada que contribuya a la obtención de mejores resultados corporales.

Warm-up Phase

To avoid injuries; I always say that the warm-up phase is basic and mandatory before starting any physical activity. This stage will allow our body to be in optimal conditions to perform stronger actions; do not overlook it. For now, we go with the WARM UP 1, ABDOMINAL TWIST WITH BENT KNEES. We continue with WARM UP 2, LATERAL TORSIONS.

Each warm-up movement is executed for 3 minutes. It is very important to determine that if the body is not yet active for the strong action, you should warm up a little more. Do not forget to take 20-second breaks between exercises, and 1 to 2 minutes between sets; hydration is extremely important to replenish fluids and salts lost during the action. On the other hand, we must try as far as possible, to maintain a balanced diet that contributes to obtaining better body results.

Estaciones de Trabajo

Luego de realizar el calentamiento y comprobado de que el cuerpo está apto para la acción fuerte; nos vamos a la ejecución de los ejercicios centrales de la rutina. Si aun sientes que no estás listo, vuelve a calentar y evita lesiones. Recuerda que cada ejercicio debes hacerlo de acuerdo a tu condición física, vamos poco a poco hasta dominar los movimientos. Además; así como en los ejercicios de calentamiento, también en cada estación vamos a realizar cada movimiento por 3 minutos contínuos; si ustedes pueden hacerlo por más tiempo mucho mejor, recordemos que esto es cardio.

Estación 1, MARIPOSA CON RODILLAS AL ABDOMEN. Acción continúa por tres minutos; todo el cuerpo trabajando a millón y el abdomen activo en todo momento; quemando calorías.

Estación 2, GIRO DE TORSO CON GOLPES HACIA ATRÁS. Acción excelente para darle trabajo a la región oblicua y la cadera; tres minutos de pura tensión, si deseas avanzar mucho más dele sin miedo.

Estación 3, GOLPES A PIE OPUESTO CON FLEXIÓN FRONTAL DE TORSO. Aquí todo el cuerpo trabajando y activados con saltos en cada golpe cruzado. Tres minutos mínimo de trabajo, siempre con el abdomen contraído.

Estación 4, PRESIÓN DE ABDOMEN. Para esta estación la presión que se ejerce en el abdomen es impresionante; verán que estará contraído en todo momento. Me encanta este ejercicio por el movimiento que se le da a la cadera. Tres minutos de acción.

Al culminar la acción fuerte, llega el momento de la relajación por 3 minutos GIRO ALTERNO DE CADERA. Gracias por preferir nuestro canal de @threespeak. Recuerda que debes tomar descansos de calidad, hidratarte y alimentarte sanamente. Hasta la próxima.
