Piernas Más Golpes Pesados. Por acá tenemos un video especialmente diseñado para todos ustedes; una rutina de ejercicios, cuyas estrellas principales serán el tren inferior y los brazos. Para ello vamos a utilizar una mancuerna; sin embargo, esto no será limitante si ustedes no cuentan con ella; es decir, pueden realizar los ejercicios utilizando solo su peso corporal si así lo desean. Cada estación estará combinada con dinámicos y poderoso ejercicios, que te permitan activar los músculos antes descritos; pero siempre con apoyo de los demás grupos musculares. Legs Plus Heavy Punching. Here we have a video specially designed for all of you; an exercise routine, whose main stars will be the lower body and arms. Fase de Calentamiento

Para evitar lesiones; siempre digo que la fase de calentamiento es básica y obligatoria antes de iniciar cualquier actividad física. Esta etapa permitirá a nuestro cuerpo, estar en condiciones óptimas para realizar acciones más fuertes; no la pases por alto. Por lo pronto, nos vamos con el Calentamiento 1, SALTOS LATERALES MÁS DOBLE GOLPE FRONTAL. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2, APERTURA Y CIERRE DE BRAZOS MÁS RODILLAZOS.

Cada movimiento de calentamiento se ejecuta durante 3 minutos. Es muy importante determinar que si el cuerpo aún no está activo para la acción fuerte, se debe calentar un poco más. No olvides hacer pausas de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; la hidratación es extremadamente importante para reponer los líquidos y sales perdidos durante la acción. Por otro lado, debemos tratar en la medida de lo posible, de mantener una alimentación balanceada que contribuya a la obtención de mejores resultados corporales.

Warm-up Phase

To avoid injuries; I always say that the warm-up phase is basic and mandatory before starting any physical activity. This stage will allow our body, to be in optimal conditions to perform stronger actions; do not overlook it. For now, we go with the WARM UP 1, LATERAL JUMPS PLUS DOUBLE FRONTAL BLOW. We continue with WARMUP 2, OPENING AND CLOSING OF ARMS PLUS KNEELING.

Each warm-up movement is executed for 3 minutes. It is very important to determine that if the body is not yet active for the strong action, you should warm up a little more. Do not forget to take 20-second breaks between exercises, and 1 to 2 minutes between sets; hydration is extremely important to replenish fluids and salts lost during the action. On the other hand, we must try as far as possible, to maintain a balanced diet that contributes to obtaining better body results.

Estaciones de Trabajo

Luego de realizar el calentamiento y comprobado de que el cuerpo está apto para la acción fuerte; nos vamos a la ejecución de los ejercicios centrales de la rutina. Si aun sientes que no estás listo, vuelve a calentar y evita lesiones. Recuerda que cada ejercicio debes hacerlo de acuerdo a tu condición física, vamos poco a poco hasta dominar los movimientos.

Estación 1, SENTADILLAS CON APERTURA DIAGONAL MÁS GOLPE CON MANCUERNA. En esta primera estación vamos a activar de manera absoluta el tren inferior; de igual manera, con el uso de la mancuerna, la acción en los brazos será increíble. La tensión corporal se sentirá en todo momento y el abdomen se verá beneficiado. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones totales en 4 series.

Estación 2, SENTADILLA BALA DE CAÑÓN MÁS UPPERCUT CON MANCUERNA. Tonificación total de todo nuestro cuerpo; brazos, núcleo y miembros inferiores trabajando como un todo. Recuerda que la posición inicial para ejecutar este ejercicio es clave, iniciando por la colocación de los talones. Ejecutamos el ejercicio durante 20 repeticiones totales en 4 series.

Estación 3, TORSIÓN OBLICUA CON ELEVACIÓN DE RODILLA, MÁS RODILLAZO CON GOLPE FRONTAL. Esta estación me encanta porque es muy dinámica; todos podrían pensar que por ser el último ejercicio es más sencillo; sin embargo, seguimos con mucha energía y aquí le damos acción a todo nuestro cuerpo. Realizamos la estación en 20 repeticiones 4 series por lado.

Work Stations

Station 3, OBLIQUE TWIST WITH KNEE LIFT, PLUS KNEE STRIKE WITH FRONT STRIKE. I love this station because it's very dynamic; everyone might think that because it's the last exercise it's easier; however, we continue with a lot of energy and here we give action to our whole body. We perform the station in 20 repetitions 4 sets per side.
