Welcome to on the Chain. This is Jeff here with co host Chip. What is going on, Chip? What's going on? Everybody out there in the on the Chain community today, history is actually moving and it's pretty impressive to see while missiles are now falling inside of Iran, taking out that Iranian terrorist regime, we see military target struck, leadership struck the region. Right now kind of on the edge, getting ready for some new change of leadership over in Iran. Bring them back to freedom, liberate the people. And at the exact same time, Ripple just initiated one of the most significant structural transitions in XRP ledger history. That's right. Two power centers shifting almost simultaneously. Chip?
B
Yeah, if you think about it, one's kinetic, one's digital, and then both really come down to about control and oversight. Because what Ripple just announced isn't cosmetic, it's not marketing. I would argue that it's more of a decentralized type of a pivot. And this is really important because they've been really assessed and I think misrepresented, saying it's very centralized. So this will give everybody something to talk about in a very decentralized pivot hybrid dao governance. Talking about the zao Dao, the 2026 reset that reduces centralized influence over the XRPL ecosystem. It's not really just an upgrade, but it's really a transfer of authority.
A
That's exactly right, Chip. And when Ripple steps back and the ledger actually steps forward, that actually changes perception. You brought that up. The perception from centralized control to actually decentralized authority over the ledger, which is how it was intended to be, is just misperception by some of those Maxis out there that just were XRP haters. It changes the actual regulatory posture as well. And we're looking to impact and influence institutional confidence, not just for xrp, but for the space at large. This actually will change long term resilience and the entire narrative in and around xrp. So we're looking for a long term stability focused development utilizing the xrpl. This is the maturation phase. Now we always talk about how it was in its infancy, toddler phase. We're getting ready to put our big boy pants on and make some really impactful changes in the ecosystem. And it's happening just as the world looks like it's destabilizing. Or is it?
B
Or is it destabilizing? Or is it getting actually more stable with less dictators in the world? Meanwhile, Iran facing a moment of reckoning. The strikes are hitting strategic locations, escalation unfolding in real time. So for decades, 47 years, the Iranian people have lived under suppression. And now the geopolitical pressure valve may just have opened just enough to, as Trump said it, now it's up to you what you do with it.
A
That's right. This is really a defining moment. And 100%, you know, Trump stating that they actually have a president in office like never before, that's giving them what they want.
B
Right.
A
There are Iranian people wanted liberation, just like we want decentralization in our crypto space, and we want regulatory clarity, finance, politics, colliding. This struggle that's been going on, gone over in Iran is over centralized, a brutal, centralized dictatorship. We don't want those types of people running Iran, let alone running our country or beyond. And we're. We're seeing that cancer. It kind of proliferated out of Iran throughout the Middle east, causing lots and lots of chaos over the last 47 years. And now here's Trump, you know, big statements, you know, backing the. The Iranian people, people with overwhelming and devastating support. And Trump said, if you want your country back, well, this is the opportunity. And I. I like him. We will play the clip from him. And. And there's one statement that I really like out of that is, lay down your arms with total immunity or face certain death. And he says, your hour of freedom is at hand. And so when we see outside pressures meeting internal demand for change. Chip. History is about to accelerate. The. This is really impactful.
B
Yeah. And markets do feel that acceleration because instability creates flight, and flight looks for neutral ground, digital rails, borderless settlement assets that don't really answer to sovereign command.
A
And so think about the timing. This is power restructuring on the blockchain, centralized regimes under pressure, decentralized systems gaining structural independence. Chip, I don't think this is coincidence.
B
No, I mean, it sounds like more like convergence to me. And moments like this are really what define decades. Does conflict fracture stability, or does it accelerate transformation? Does XRP's decentralization strengthen its global position? Or does the volatility stress everything at once?
A
And this is two powers shifting, one military, one financial, both happening today. You ready to break this down and actually see what it means for xrp, for the markets, for global alignments?
B
Oh, yeah. Let's go. Welcome to on the Chain. That might have been our longest open ever. Jeff.
A
I planned it, though.
B
There was a lot going on there. Jeff. There's a lot.
A
There's a lot going on.
B
Yes, There's a lot going on there, but greetings from Hawthorn. 40. Guys, tell us, say where you're coming in from today, there's. What do we have here? Hawthorne, Punta Gorda. Florida's in here. Florida's representing big time. XRP Plumbing also in Florida. We got Florida representing here today. Let's see. Can we keep XRP out of this? No, we cannot. We cannot keep it out.
A
We will extra people. I mean, yeah, we will get into this. But you're wrong. I'm just going to tell you, you're straight out wrong. I love the discourse. I love when you bring that up. But it just. You're. You're the one spreading the propaganda, unfortunately. But we'll get into it in detail and we'll break it down. So keep put posting your comments 100 because we want to have some discourse over this. There's a lot of things going on. And if you could also play the side of the bitcoin maxi, that would really help as well. When we get into the.
B
Just play all the counter narratives today. Okay. Also play the counter anthropic narrative if we get into that as well. Oh, Buddy's talking about he wants his sub $1 XRP orders filled. Right. So he's like, come on man, I'm waiting for this. Let's go. Greetings from Belgium. Belgium in the house. Yay. We got Conroe, Texas Beautif. Love it. Columbus, Ohio's in the house. Columbus, Pittsburgh Penns with Charles. I love Pittsburgh. How yin's doing? I love it there.
A
I don't think you understand what a. A Zionist is. I think that's.
B
No, we want. We've covered it before, Jeff, but nobody. People like to throw that word around like they know what it means and it. It's meant what it really means versus what people use it.
A
To me, I think you should be very clear instead of saying using the word Zionist, which I don't think you understand the terminology. You know, it just means one's one's desire or one's right to as for Jews to have a state in Israel. And that's it.
B
That's it. Israel's right to exist. That's a Zionist.
A
Israel's right to exist as a Zionist. You could be a Christian Zionist, a Jewish Zionist or a Muslim Zionist. That's all it is. I, I love how you just kind of spin the, the word around. But is right. Exactly. All right, let's get into this for president.
B
This is. You gotta love all this stuff, Jeff. I mean this is what I love about our audience is like it's. You're gonna have conflict and you know, diversification of opinion that's what it's all about man. It's like it's what it's all about. You gotta have discourse. At least you're having the conversation which is what I enjoy. You know and sometimes you know what I like about one thing that I do appreciate about XRP plumbing is always keeps it about the subject matter where a lot of times I'll get into these discord know conversation with people and they're just start with the personal attacks. Well you blah blah blah. I'm like well that's not substance. We're talking about that. But you know they always kind of bring these personal attacks into the play and that doesn't happen here. Which I really like. You know XRP Australia happened a day and a half ago here and it was really cool because Crypto Eddie got a chance to meet IO the head of engineering at Ripple confirmed the future is bright on the XRP ledger and that was a big dinner they had there. And I know that Crypto she had a couple good interviews there. Unfortunately I didn't see him. Fortunately we didn't go this year Jeff. But it would have been a long ass travel 31 hours.
A
Really long. For one day.
B
Yeah, for one day event. It was a lot inexpensive. So such a pleasure meeting you and thank you for the words of encouragement. The best is yet to come for the xrpl. It's fantastic when you see, you know, great people meeting. I know there were some other, there were some other folks as well that she had to. It was a great chance to meet and I just love seeing people from the community just getting together. Smiles on the face, happiness, you know it's. It's really fantastic. Here was the dinner that they had right there. You can probably pick out some people there. There's Luke judges, there's wow, David Schwartz there. You know you got dazzling over there. You know there's Jay, there's Crypto Eddie, there's Hugo sitting right next to Crypto Eddie. Some great faces in there, man. You know my from XRP Tokyo. Just fantastic to see so much. It's great. There's a great, there's a great lineup too. There's Dr. Sean. And I will say this, if you want to see the. One of the most moving we got to hang out with Dr. Sean. He's a doctor from the west coast of Australia. Good buddy. We talk very often but if you look at his story about he, he. There's a documentary out on him called the Miracle man and it's one of the most moving documentaries I'VE ever seen. It will keep you riveted. And this, I don't know how this man is still alive. It's unbelievable. But yeah, he's a fascinating dude. Big time Christian dude. We talk a lot about and we actually, we also exchange a lot of AI music together. So he's a, he's a creator, he likes to create stuff and he's also very talented. He makes these amazing.
A
Like he did a whole CD of music as well.
B
Yeah, he did a music CD and now he's doing AI but there's like, there's three titans, three amazing people right there. So just really great. I should probably find that documentary and drop it in there. But I would urge want to watch it, man. It's, it's, it's fascinating and won all kinds of awards as well too. But it's a, just a, a great story retold and like his voice, his wife's voice, you know, and doctors voices because he's a doctor. And imagine here's a, here's a high, highly respected doctor. And so you hear from his colleagues as well too in this documentary. But it's really well put together, well shot and you know, just like anything in life, it's all about storytelling and it's a great story. But they really did the, they did a really great job in justice of that. So I'm gonna see if I can find that during the show. Keep reminding me. But Jeff, something really cool. I really love this, this Ripple pivot. I don't know that's a pivot, but more of a focus. But they put out this blog post supporting innovation on the XRP Ledger. What's changing in 2026. This came out on February 26th, this particular article and they said with over $550 million already deployed across the XRP Ledger, the ecosystem evolving its support model to empower more distributed and community driven builder landscape. And over the last several years, the XRP Ledger ecosystem, it's grown from a small community of developers into a global network of builders, institutions, entrepreneurs and exploring new forms of digital finance. And as the ecosystem expands, these builders need clear and accessible pathways to funding and technical support. Visibility into available resources and how to access them is essential to scaling real projects in the xrpl. And this post kind of gives it that clarity. It outlines exactly how the ecosystem support has worked to date and how builders have already benefited. So supporting builders across the ecosystem. Jeff, why don't you take this next part right here.
A
So over the past decade, Ripple has invested billions of dollars to Support the growth of the XRPL and broader digital asset infrastructure. Since 2017, more than 550 million of that has been deployed directly into the XRPL ecosystem initiatives including non equity grants, builder incentives, strategic partnerships and growth programs. Now I do have some concern maybe it's not going to the right projects. There's you know, been some interesting discourse over, you know, as we've seen many projects that have reached out that are decent projects that don't seem to get the support that's needed. So you know, kind of question where some of that support's gone. But what's important here is that we're making a very big transitional, we're kind of in a transitional period and now we're starting to see more talk about the xrpl, more talk about what's actually needed. They can go back, I mean mistakes can be made and if you're still there to exist and keep pushing forward for the development of the space, that's really important. Since 2021 these efforts have included hackathons, builder bounties, XRPL grants and XRPL accelerator supporting nearly 200 projects worldwide across developer infrastructure payments, D5 tokenization, AI gaming or AI gaming, E commerce, carbon markets and enterprise financial applications. I don't know what carbon markets are. These programs, they are.
B
We're not going to get into that.
A
We'll get into that part. These programs have helped launch startup strength and core infrastructure and expand real world use cases on the XRPL and chip. That's really what it's all about. We got to ex focus on expanding real world use case expansion of the xrpo. Flare is the ultimate project I think at this point in time that is building something utilizing XRPL technology and then also going cross chain with it and looking for the real world use case. Not saying hey we have to silo only with the XRPO but benefiting off the potential the technology, you know, that it offers here at the. As the ecosystem matures, the focus is shifting towards expanding access to funding through more distributed independent pathways. So builders have multiple avenues to scale. Now again, you know, we could go back and have a whole conversation on what needs to happen moving forward. How is the XRPL going to actual grants moving forward? How is that going to be assigned? Like who's going to be responsible, how is it going to happen? How do we make sure that actually gets into the hands of the projects that are actually building?
B
Historically, much of the XRP ledger ecosystem funding flowed through ripple supported initiatives such as the XRPL grants program. But while these programs were remain important, 2026 marks a shift towards a more distributed model where independent organizations, regional hubs, venture partners and community led initiatives play a larger role in the supporting of the builders. And the goal is simple healthier ecosystem where builders can access funding through multiple channels. This shift is reflected in a lot of new ways. First of all, the fintech builder program is one of them. As the industry continues to mature more fintechs we'll get into, you know some of that. What I wanted to talk about was ZAO DAO which I also am a marketing consultant for. So I have a very you know I'm very excited in seeing the success because since I first heard about a potential DAO in 2021 I've always been really fascinated by the fact that it was one of the missings. You saw major dolls with 2 million people plus take off on other chains like Ethereum. And there's been a lot of successful dowels that have done good things. Some of them have blown up. When I like about what Santiago Velez and Fabio Marzella, the two directors and kind of guys that put together the Zodao, they learned from what didn't work and they also grounded this in Wyoming llc. There's the framework in under Wyoming is one of the best in the world and it happens to be the only one in the United States. The framework that allows a DAO so there are things that govern it legally. It has a very legal clarity and it also protects the members which is really one of the greatest things about it because but the Zao another key component they talk about here. Ripple is evolving the landscape Zodao, a hybrid decentralized autonomous organization designed specifically for the XRP ledger. The goal of the DAO is to amplify community voice, foster culture of rapid experimentation through micro grant funding and as soon as proposal windows opens the DAO will empower its members to collectively determine how resources are allocated across sub will category key areas. And these areas are. There's three of them. The community grants which is providing fast low friction funding for developers, community builders and early stage ideas in testing. Number two, the community feedback loops. This is creating a structured environment to share proposals, vote on priorities and help shape the future of the ecosystem funding and number three the DOW proposals enabling the community to submit and vote on initiatives that actually directly steer the direction of the ecosystem. The by shifting this decision making power towards a broader group of stakeholders this out represents a significant step towards a more resilient and community led governance model for the xrpl. And so this is one of the things that I, I have said. If six of 74,000 people got behind John Deaton to back him and in his going against the SEC, those 74 million people would probably want a voice to have this amazing voice in the XRPL ecosystem. Right. How is the money? You know, listen to proposals. So that's what's great about the DAO is it's decentralized in the sense that the members itself, it's all, it's all about the members. There's no. Yeah, there's some leadership structure, but that changes and the members have the, the, the initiative and Right. To change anything they don't like. Right. So it's like the way it stands today is the way it stands today by writing proposals. And it needs to get to a thousand members. Right now that number is, I think eight, last time I checked was 835. But with a thousand members because 01, there's a, there's a, there's sort of a governance in there that allows for, to filter out the whales. You don't want whales coming in, owning a million XRP and having all the voting power. So it limits that. And that's why the consensus is a thousand, because of that.01 threshold that nobody can sort of cross and it makes it more fair. And that was another thing that was learned by other dolls because you had some big holders that basically ran the dow, right. They didn't have anything in there that really eliminated sort of the whale vote or, or put it down to a, a certain level. And I will say this, Jeff, if you're not in the Zow, I'm going to throw the link in there so you guys can do it. Now it's $10 paid in XRP, the equivalent of whatever XRP ends up being. The $10. I mean, I don't even know what it is today, but that's what you're gonna pay. You connect it to your Zombin or your Bifrost. Those are two wallets that work right now with it. I threw the link in there right now. So guys, if you haven't take three minutes is all it takes. It's a lot easier if you do it on your computer because you can scan it, but it's also very fast on your phone. So you're basically gonna go ahead, you're gonna click on it, go ahead and hit Join Zout out. You're gonna go ahead and either scan it if it's on your computer or if it's on your phone you're going to be able to click on it and it's going to take the $10, it's going to mint an NFT. Now the NFT isn't like oh, it's an NFT. The NFT is non transferable and that is because they, you know, you, you don't want everybody just like throw going willy nilly transferring. It's not about the nft, they're all the same. That NFT in that wallet is what designates that wallet as a, as an approved wallet. So when that xrp, so when every month when they do a check they see how much XRP you have. One XRP equals one vote. But it is governed at some point depending on who votes, how many people vote, like I said before to eliminate that power of weight.
A
Yeah Chip, I think we're, we're gonna have to do a show more specifically dedicated to the zo. I think there's some missing element, you know within, there's a, there's a, a disconnect within the community, you know, in terms of support. Well there is, you know, and in terms of supporting projects. Right so, and, and we've seen this all along. Most of the people that, and I'm just making an assumption here just based on previous, you know, project involvement and current project involvement. Look at the XRP Cafe, perfect example. Low engagement. NFTs are hyper popular, right? They have been hyper popular. Low engagement from the XRP community, massive engagement from the Ethereum community and the Solana community. And so those, that's a perfect example of the low engagement. So why, so the big question then is why are projects built on the xrpl? Understanding the technology is massive, understanding there's this huge community of support, but the majority of the community members that are holding XRP are just that they're strictly just holders of XRP and they're speculators. And so I think when you take, when you look at it from that approach now when you promote a project like the Zaldao, there has to be direct impact to that community member and if the community member doesn't understand the benefit then they're not going to part with any xrp, even if it's two or three. And, and I think we've seen it very clearly with, with the, the XRP Cafe, again with the NFT series and trying to build up community support, build up community engagement, trying to get that market moving forward. Obviously it takes a viral moment like with the Ethereum foundation or the ethereum backed, built NFTs, they are. There's a whole massive movement. There was a lot of attention. The xrpl, it seems to always come a little bit late. It's always on the tail. It's building up and we're still so young in it. The I, I'm a firm believer the XRPL technology is made for institutions and institutional movement and real world asset and things like that. We're going to see real world utility and it's going to be part of the cross chain. The Zaldao is there too. Zaldao is all about real world, you know, is also real world involvement. Now if you want to dip your toe into working in a real world involvement with your xrp, then you get involved in the Zaldao. But I think that's the missing element is that the Zaldao has to be promoted amongst the membership as this is your opportunity to experiment with something real world. You don't have to put all of your, you don't have to risk your, your xrp, you don't have to leverage it and try to gain. You know what, it's, it's just involvement. Start getting in, get involved, log in. The thousand should be, should have already happened by now. It should have been kind of a foregone conclusion that a thousand members would have already jumped in and joined up with the Zaldao just to dip your toe. You have nothing to lose now if you're going after yield, whether it's on flare or, you know, if there's an involved project to try to gain yield. I think, you know, I'm not the only one. I know Joe Bud, you know, just also mentioned that he kind of got wiped out. I went after yield on, on Celsius and I got, you know, hit really hard on Celsius and going through that and now they're doing little incremental distributions to try to get you at least up to 70% whole based on what your holding was back then, not what the valuation of bitcoin would be today. Right. So I look at the loss in terms of what the bitcoin would have been worth today, you know, had, had we not been wiped out back when Celsius collapsed. And that's the risk of going into any. If you're chasing yield on any platform, there's going to be unfortunate risk. And also, you know, if you're looking to use any type of borrowing platform, there's high risk, there's high volatility. Now if you're borrowing against a stable coin, probably not so much volatility but if you're, if you're borrowing against a Bitcoin or XRP or Ethereum, whatever it is, heist a high instability because there's large volatility and so that, that's a big issue. But when you look at what the Zaldao can do and get to that thousand member number, man, I'm this, this just goes to 70, 80000 people joined in to intervene on, you know, with John Deaton.
B
Why?
A
Because they're all speculators. The vast majority of them are speculators. They saw that they, they were losing money based on what they thought the valuation of XRP should have been at the moment of the lawsuit. Therefore they were upset and angry that their XRP didn't hit, didn't increase according to what the market potential was at that moment because Bitcoin was moving and that's why they joined the intervention. Other than that they're not players. Most XRP holders are not players in supporting projects. And that has to change. We have to. And that's where the, the XRPL stumbled, fell flat on their face. Whoever was running the XRPL foundation fell flat on their face. Why? Because people put way too much focus and emphasis emphasis on Ripple over all these years. Right? Ripple, Ripple, Ripple Ripple. That's all everybody ever talks about. Fantastic. Ripple is doing a phenomenal job building their company. They're going to have an amazing company. Do you want to be a shareholder in the company? Great. You know, figure out when they go public if they ever do. All right then, then you can own. But why is everyone so hyper focused? And we talk about it, we obviously mention it, we talk about Ripple xrp. Why? Because we have to bring the attention and focus back to this is what's happening from a real world perspective. All, everything is all interconnected ship. And this is where you know, kind of we got to figure out how to motivate the, the groundswell into supporting a project like Zelda.
B
Why?
A
Because the XRPL doesn't really support projects like this in mass and they, you know the Zaldao is a really important project right now and only 835 dashboard right here. Come on.
B
8:35. That means nobody here today signed up is what that means. So it means like yay xrp Yay crypto, Yay decentralization. Yay. I'm not going to take part part in it, you know.
A
Right.
B
And I know what do you have
A
to lose by doing it? Is there anything to lose by just joining The Zaldo. Can you lose any XRP, right? We don't have the $10, and you're
B
not a thousand people yet. But this is. Just goes to show you that proposals will show up on here. People have already written proposals.
A
Can you lose anything, though? Can you lose any money by doing it? Other than your $10?
B
$10, but, I mean, what are you going to do to support.
A
No, but other than that. Yeah, but other than that. Is there anything to lose?
B
I don't think so. No.
A
You.
B
You're totally protected from any losses, any liabilities. I mean, this is the whole cool thing about using the Wyoming framework. You're not. You're not. There's nothing at stake. I know one person that I'm not gonna. I'm not gonna say who it is, but I'm very respected in the community, has been talking about it, asking questions about. I'm like, dude, it's $10, man. I mean, you go to a bar and you blow 10 bucks, you don't even like for. You don't even think about it. I'm like, why would there even be. You know, let me do this. Let me see this. Let me. I mean, okay. And by the other. But the other thing people are worried about too, like, well, is it anonymous? Totally anonymous. Nobody knows who you are. I don't know if you joined or not. You can tell me you joined. You can show me the. The screenshot that said, hey, I joined, but nobody knows who your wallet is. Your name's not attached to your wallet. It's anonymous. Now, in the future, let's say the xrp, the Zodao, starts taking a piece of different projects, and those projects go on and be successful, and money flows back in the treasury. And there's a lot of money in the treasury if you vote to do a distribution, that's when you got a KYC aml, Right? That's when at the point of where you got to say who you are. But again, right now, it's anonymous. I mean, nobody knows who you are. Who knows? I mean, unless you. Unless you share your wallet. I mean, unless you share your wallet, nobody knows. So. And what concerns me, Jeff, about what you were just talking about is somebody like Shellfish, who's been in the community for a long time. And I had the great pleasure of meeting her when I was at the XRP Community night. When I was up at Swell that Wednesday night, they held the community night where all the people could just come out and I got to meet Shellfish for the first time. Been in a lot of spaces with her, you know, talked to her a bunch of times. But she said, I took my control website app down. Go find the XRPL senior Dows. I'm done contributing to the ecosystem for now. Very frustrated. Zero support in the space panel said xrpl. Yeah, bad state for builders at the moment and this is very sad. So discouraging. A big change is needed, right? Well, the big change, that's what I was talking about.
A
But that's what I was talking about too, Chip, is that, you know, we, we read about what at the, you know, based on that post that we read that there's been support two projects and all this money, billions and $500 million was. Who did it go to? Where. Where did the, where did the money go? You know, why is it that this show on the chain that has interviewed congressional representatives and CEOs from every major, you know, company can't. More to come and more to come. Can't get somebody from Ripple on the show but yet they'll go on, on lesser, you know, influenced podcast, not in terms of volume but in terms of discourse topics that we'll discuss or they'll go on podcasts that are haters. It just, it just doesn't really resonate and make a lot of sense other than. And I'll always focus on Ripple was building their company. End of story. They did a phenomenal job building. I love talking about it because I think it's a, it's a great conversation to have on how great that they've done for themselves in building. Utilizing crypto asset technology to build out a, an institutional based financial project to help institutions streamline their cross border and payment infrastructure. It's freaking amazing. It's, it's the biggest that exists right now. It's amazing. Now let's go back to community built, right? These guys were big to begin with. All the, all the players that built up Ripple, they were already big names in tech. So now let's go to the community. Since then, let's, let's forget about, you know, where Ripple is now let's focus on the development on the xrpl. Let's look at companies like Flare. Let's look at something like the Z. Let's look at others, right? Let's look at XRP Cafe. Where's the love for the XRP Cafe? I get it, you don't want to own NFTs. You know, we did a great job building an NFT project. We have a lot of fun with it. We give it Away, you know, we got some engagement from the community. That's the easiest way to show love for a show like this or a project like the XRP Cafe is say, hey, you know what, I'm going to take, you know, 20 bucks or 30 bucks and I'm going to help the community or I'm gonna look at a project like Zaldao and be like, hey, you know what, you know, 10 bucks to, to become a member of the Zaldao. Nothing to lose other than the 10 bucks. Get involved with the zow down, keep looking for projects like that. And maybe it's, you know, maybe it's in part, you know, our fault. Maybe we need to help promote, you know, the projects through the show a little bit better. I don't know. You know, we, we talk about them all the time. We always bring it up, you know, and we need more impact within the community. That's it. And the other last point as to how I know most, most people invested, I think are speculators across the board. Other than the fact that people within the Ethereum space are big nft, there's a big NFT craze as well. Solana community, they put their money where their mouth is. They'll move and they'll do stuff. The other part here is it's just, it's all, you know, the, the speculation of it. You know, there's just so many speculators in the space start to finish. You know, it's just, and, but it's, it's cross chain. It's just not isolar to, you know,
B
just xrp, XRP Plug, Jeff Chip. Just sign up. I think I was number six or seven. So I was one of the first early ones. Like I said, I, I do work with Zao Dao so as a marketing consultant. So I do. And if you see the, if you see the tutorials, I created them. So yeah, I mean I'm pretty steeped in the ecosystem. So I did, I did sign up. This is a really good question about XRP Plumbing though. He said, is anybody in the chat that was part of the John Deaton mandamus that XRB holder signed up for? That's a really good question. I mean, how many people in the chat by saying, yes, I, I was, I was part of those 74, 000 just out of curiosity. And then we see that Chad says he signed up, he just joined. What's weird is I don't see the changing. So did you, did you sign the, did you get the transaction taken? Because I Don't see the number didn't change. And I'm not saying I don't believe you. I just say something's awry here because I don't see that number change in 8. 36.
A
You need to refresh. Refresh your.
B
I did. I did a shift refresh, and nothing changed. Shift, refresh.
A
Maybe it takes a minute.
B
Shift refresh. That might take a little second before. I don't think. I don't know. It might not be instantaneous. So.
A
Yep.
B
Well, yeah.
A
Awesome. And there's someone that said, you know what? I'm signing on the dotted line. You know, I want to help. I want to help with the intervention. I. I believe there were quite a few people that did sign up, but I think there's more than 70 or 80, 000 holders of the. Of the. Yeah. Of the asset. You know, I believe that they're out. You know, there's a lot more. You know, but not everybody knew that that was even availability. If you don't go on a podcast or YouTube or X, you would never know.
B
Here's another reason. The Zoto also runs a validator. So let's say a prop. Let's say there's a proposal to vote for the. On the validator, the Zaldao is going to vote. So your voice is going to matter, right? You're going to have a choice in what happens. And right now, it's not a unl. It's not one of the designated ones, but it could be very, very soon being unl, One of the. One of the, The. The. The. The more important sort of validators. But just thinking that a validator is done, and if you look at the Zaldao account, it just got upgraded 3.11. So every time something new, you know, a new update comes up, it's always being updated, but this is the voice of the community. Let's say a proposal comes up, we got 5, 10,000 members in the Zaldo, and somebody. And the members say no, right? They didn't want it. Right. So it kind of tells you that there's a voice out there that. Of. Of the membership of the community that says, hey, we liked it or we didn't, or there's a certain kind of a proposal that goes up and people. They vote it down. Maybe they don't want to support that project, or they. Or maybe the timing just wasn't right, or maybe it wasn't totally fleshed out. This is the kind of voice you have. You know, you pay $10 and you kind of get that sort of voice, actualize it.
A
Do I need to open 100 watts?
B
If you got a thousand bucks, go for it, my man. I mean if you want, you can go if you want to keep track of 100 wallets and for 10 bucks, you know, people can always do that if they want. You know I just because of testing I've done, I have a buy a couple by Frost and a couple of XRP or my Zaman wallet. So I've got a couple of them but you know, it's not for other than me just kind of like going through the process and everything. My wallet is 7.732 lighter. There you go. Beautiful. Gotta love that. So I'm sure that'll probably post real soon, but let's get through the rest of this, Jeff, because this is one of the more exciting things that I think that Ripple's done a long time. Think about Ripple. Ripple is really needs to be focused on Ripple. Just understand that, you know, their job number one is to make sure that Ripple works. These major four acquisitions they did, they're building this massive, you know, fintech. They're just, they're gonna be one of the biggest in the world. The biggest valuation in the world because they are a one stop shop for institution. Yeah. But they're now offloading and creating this great thing and I think that the leadership, it just goes to show you that, you know, they have the ability to see this and to be able to refocus and then help out the community. So I love this direction here. Go ahead, Jeff.
A
I do, I hope they do. I really hope that they are doing it so well. Let's see the money they put in. Let's see what kind of support infrastructure actually comes into being. They've talked about what they did in the past that really was ineffective in terms of community, but they've built the, the foundation. Now we talked about that a lot before. The foundation that they've built was also very critical and that's where we're at now. You can make mistakes in the past and now let's look forward and let's see what's actually happening here. So. XRPL comments. Another important pillar of the evolving ecosystem support model is the XRPL Commons, which plays an independent role in supporting builders across the community. So this is, this is really great. You know, I would love to, you know, see this happen and, and really see this big support mechanism within the building community. The goal is to ensure that no single organization becomes the sole gatekeeper for ecosystem support. This distributed approach is intentional. By enabling multiple entities to fund and support builders, the XRPL ecosystem can remain open, resilient and community driven and ship. There you go with the community. Let's, let's get more involvement now. If we can't get a thousand members on the Zaldao, where is the community? Because that Zelda could be impactful. Over here, guys. Just think about that. Over the past year, XRPL Commons has launched initiatives such as the GLOW program alongside providing proactive grants and partnership funding to support emerging projects and contributors. Now since 2023, XRPL Commons has hosted the Aquarium. This is really funny aquarium, the glow, he's kind of getting a theme here. Now the, the aquarium is a unique nine week incubator program in Paris, France, supporting startup projects, building within the XRPO ecosystem. Information about, about that, that was, you know, so if you want to find out about, there's, there's links, you know, how do you get involved? How do you get into this nine week incub, nine week incubator program? If you want to be in France, maybe you have to live in France. I don't, I don't know how that worked. Maybe you have to go there for nine weeks. Could be worse places to be for nine weeks. I guess.
B
Yeah.
A
I don't know if they speak French over there anymore.
B
Well, it's not. I, I just recently saw that in Quebec's Quebec City they speak more the population speaks French than they do in Paris, France, which is crazy. But they also speak a different sort of a, a blend as well. So. But the other thing that I wanted to sort of bring to light too is that Fabio Marzella, who is one of the directors of the Zaldao, also sits on the board of XRPL Commons. What does that mean? That means again, he's sort of the, it's, it's unintended that he also is part of the Zada, but it's also a voice ensuring what the Zaldao is doing, what the Zodao needs. Right. So that, that is right there. Another big advantage. And you heard that here first. There you go, guys. There you go. And then also they have Brett, who's, I think his name's Brad, might get that wrong. But the New Somebody spent 12 years of developing ripples, taking on the XRPL and really kind of shaping it. I was on one of the spaces with him. He sounds like he's gung ho. He loves the space, he loves the xrpl. He's a guy who understands it probably better than anybody. He developed on it for 12 years. Like you can't get anybody right inside of Ripple. So it's really exciting. Oh, that's cool. Very good. Updated day 36. Beautiful, man. Great. Thank you for that. Thank you guys. Appreciate you guys jumping in and, and joining also. I will say this, this is kind of breaks my heart a little bit, but I host the space every Thursday night. Not one person from this community ever shows up on that. So I'm telling you guys right now, Thursday nights, Thursday nights at 8:30pm on X, I host it with Jenna. X. Jenna is the host, I'm the co host. But we host it to talk about everything. Zao Dao bring people up to have their voice heard, to voice questions. So I hope that you guys are in the lake. Beautiful. Good to see that, my man. Appreciate you. This is it. It's our community, it's our voice. So I would love to see you guys. You guys want to turn out Wednesday night for a show? Come on Thursday. You'll, you'll hear me, you'll hear Jenna. You hear a lot of great people. Now this last space, Jeff was interesting because we had Daniel, the CEO, unofficial CEO of the xrpl. He was talking about, you know, almost getting some things going on with him. There's some very interesting, some vulnerabilities that were discovered. And then we also had King Solomon was on. He talked about how he almost got scammed.
A
Yep.
B
His computer almost got taken care of on a very elaborate scam. And this is where, you know, Chris Dangerfield put together this new, this new. It's a really phenomenal program, but it's a whole program on learning all the secrets of what scammers do because AI has really empowered these guys even worse. So he put together a whole program on how to do that. I can probably drop that link in there as well. I don't make anything off it. I just think Chris Dangerfield's a good dude. I've known him for a long time and I've had a chance to sort of like, look at the program. And I really think what he's doing is like, probably one of the greatest things you can do because Jeff and I get these DMS about, hey, Chip, can you help me? I just lost $30,000 worth of XRP. Those break my heart, man. They break my heart. And to think that, you know, none of us are, are safe, you know, from, from either losing a password or clicking on the wrong email. What I say to everybody is, do anything you get from A bank. Don't even open it. Delete it. Put all. Anything from any banks, Put it in a folder, delete it, send it to garbage. Anything that you need to know, log into your bank. Okay? If you have multiple banks and brokerage accounts, log into them to see what you need to do. Banks, you know, even if it is a legitimate one, do not take the chance. Delete every one of them. Anything you get in a dm. Hey, could you help me out? I'm up for some award. No, here's a calendar link. I'm interested in getting your opinion. No, delete them all. If you don't know the person, if you don't know who they're from, a lot of times they look like they're from influencers. It could look like it's coming from Jeff or I. Yeah, no, don't, don't fall for the scams. I mean, I almost fell for that. Oh, yeah, sure, I want to help you out. I'm like, no, delete. You just got to be aware of this stuff. People can take control of your computer. People can drop, you know, some, some malware on your computer. You have to be vigilant because people are trying to steal your crypto and you gotta be, you know, you want to be very, very cautious about that or steal passwords, your computer, do some other kind of damage, you know, steal your bank passwords, whatever. It's a lot of, it's a lot of bad things that can happen. So let's just, let's just make sure we do it. I'll talk a little bit about XRP Asia. Building on the success of the community led model, the new hub dedicated to growing the XRP ecosystem in the APEC region in progress. Jeff and I were blown away when we got to go two years ago at MC the, you know, the, the XRP Australia. What was interesting is we found out that almost like, you know, 7 out of 10 people in Korea own crypto. It's one of the highest per capita crypto owners. And XRP is massive there and in Japan. Like these are two amazing regions on all of Asia, period. But much like the XRPL Commons, XRP Asia is envisioned as a dedicated entity focused on growing and nurturing the local builder base and community through tailored resources and regional support. Now, while the initiative is in its early stages, the long term vision includes a localized team empowered to distribute funding and drive the regional adoption. This expansion to APAC represents a key step in a further decentralizing ecosystem to support and ensure that the high potential Projects in the east have direct pathway to the xrpl. And Jeff, finally, why don't you take this University Digital Asset Accelerator.
A
Oh the Udacs. Just reading some comments in the fall of 2025 and then we'll have to move on after this subject, move on some other topics here. But this is so critical Chip. Just everything that we're talking about right now in this development stage, especially you know, if people are, are just holding XRP or crypto acid just for the speculation of it. But in order for the valuation of XRP or any of the other assets to really get to where people want them to go, you have to have real world utility. You got to focus on the development and the building. So here in the the University Digital Asset Accelerator, this is in fall of 2025 the inaugural cohort UDACS at UC Berkeley was launched in partnership between a multi, multi disciplinary team from Ripple and one of UBRI's premier global hubs, the University of California Berkeley. Renowned for producing more venture backed founders than any other university. This is a great place for them to turn to. It'd be nice if they take out their liberal left leaning politics and just focus on develop building and things like that. That'd be nice. But this is the case in 2026. UDACS is scaling to campuses across the world including Fidoucho, Gutulio Vargas in Sao Paulo in the spring and the University of Oxford in the UK in the summer and UC Berkeley again in the fall. So they're hitting some major institutions. University institutions. These accelerator cohorts are co hosted by Ripple's University Blockchain Research initiative and entrepreneurial Entrepreneurship faculty and research at world class institutions globally. The goal is to support the growth of startups across a diverse set of use cases and regions including the university founders and impact oriented startups. Applications are open to all interested founders here. I, I like that, you know, I'm hoping that they open this up to more than just university students. That these are hubs that if you're a founder these are the three locations that they're going to be at and as a founder if you're interested that you could actually sign up for it, you know this, they're hosting it at a tech hub, you know at Berkeley they've, they've really done a foundation, a fantastic job over the years in tech to really help you know, push founders into, into launching, you know, so there's been some great incubators and just everything you know, in and around that I think this is, you know, slowly moving Outside of, just in California, you know, there's, and this is where they're looking beyond. So if they're going to go to Sao Paulo, they're going to go to uk. You know, there's brilliant projects and brilliant minds in other parts of the world that we really have to tap into. And it shouldn't just be in California. You know, we need to look and, and see this system. It's, it's on a global scale to really, you know, expand this.
B
So I just want to make you aware of this. This was put up a weeks of wind. Do not. They are not sending NFTs, they're not sending passes, they're not doing anything. These are some scammers. Don't engage, don't accept. Cancel the offer. But if you get this on your zombie wallet, it looks like this, it's a Zaman pass or some crap like that. Just, I'm pointing this out. Do not, do not engage with this stuff.
A
Not engage.
B
If you don't know who's sending it to you, go ahead and cancel it. Delete it. This is where mistakes are made. You go to cancel it, you accidentally accept it. On the zombie wall, you got to do a, you got to do a, a slide. But guys, be careful, be vigilant on this, on this whole thing. Jump into this, Jeff. Marco Rubio. Today I designated Iran as a state sponsor wrongful detention. For decades, the Iranian regime has been truly detained. Innocent Americans, citizens of other nations to use as political leverage. Iran must end this abhorrent practice and immediately free all detained Americans. So there you go, right there.
A
And that was. Yep. That was 16 hours.
B
Yeah. Well, that. You knew it was coming when. When Huckabee told everybody in the Israeli embassy to leave.
A
Yeah.
B
You knew that. You knew that it was coming very, very soon. It wasn't even a question. Yeah.
A
And his statement was leave now. Not Monday, not Tuesday, not next week. Today you're, you're getting in a plane and you're leaving.
B
And we're not going to play all this. We're just going to play the very beginning of this year.
A
This is. The United States military began major combat operations in Iran. Our objective is to defend the American people by eliminating imminent threats from the Iranian regime, a vicious group of very hard, terrible people. Its menacing activities directly endanger the United States, our troops, our bases overseas, and our allies throughout the world. For 47 years, the Iranian regime has chanted death to America and waged an unending campaign of bloodshed and mass murder targeting the United States.
B
So we're not going to get into the whole thing. It's an eight minute long thing but he gets into the whole thing. Here's another report on some of the things. John, I've just received a list of some of the early targets that have, have been attacked inside Iran. Let me read to you from that. There have been attacks on the Iranian parliament, the National Supreme Council, the Ministry of Intelligence, the Iranian Atomic Energy Agency and also cyber attacks on news agencies such as irna. So this is very significant. Significant. And then. So this is, this is some of the Iranians reacting here. Check out this lady dancing in the street. Jeff going in the green.
A
They're so happy. They're so happy.
B
Let's get by a motorcycle. She cares.
A
Iranian people, Iranian people deserve it. They need this. It's the right thing to do at the right moment. And the Iranian people are going to rise up.
B
And thousands were killed, Jeff, for protesting.
A
Thousands. And not one leftist, not one libertarian. No one has spoken up for the, for the Iranian people. And no one's spoken up for the 500000 Christians that have been massacred in Africa.
B
She said, basically she said that the Khomeini's place was hit. She's excited about it. This is rejoicing man, rejoicing. Listen, the student says, I love Trump.
A
XRV plumbing is so off base. It's amazing to me the US does what the US Does. That's it. No one's dictating what the US Does. The US Is a, the sole hegemonic power in the world. No one's dictating the, no one's controlling it at this point. We have the greatest president history. You know, Obama and Biden, they were subservient to the Islamist leftist regime, especially Obama as they, as he paraded around the world and apologized to everybody. You know we're seeing the sway. We have the greatest president in U. S. History in the White House right now. That's going to lead this country to the greatest, to our greatness. I don't care what you want to say. I mean it's, it's so you can have dual citizenship in all countries almost. So you, you're making statements.
B
Dual citizenship. He's Canada and U.S. i'm like so
A
Canadian U.S. you could be Israel U.S. you could be, you know, whatever U.S.
B
i want to just on like clockwork. Here comes Rokana, another left heart. Here we go. Trump has launched a war on Iran. The congress must reconvene on Monday to vote on Thomas. Man, messy and My war powers resolution
A
to stop this war.
B
Trump says his goal is to topple. This guy's a. They're all morons. They, they, they love dictators. They love women getting raped. They love, they, they love, you know, you know, not the, not the peaceful Muslims. They don't care about them. They love the Islamists who are nut jobs. Right. This is who. They love
A
Iran, that there's an Iranian regime with a, with, with Khomeini. They love that dictator.
B
Let's see what this looks like, Jeff. There you go. Boom. General Muhammad Pakor, commander of the irgc, eliminated. Head of the judiciary in Iran. Boom. Eliminated. General Ali Shamakari, Khomeini's right hand man, Eliminated. Amir Hatami, Iran's defense mission minister, eliminated. You know, it's like, it's like just gone, man. I mean, let's see, what's the other one I'm looking for? Bill Ackman put this president. Real Donald Trump will go down in history as one of the greatest, most consequential presidents we've ever had. Now remember, this guy was not a Trump fan two, two years ago. He's a hardcore leftist who kind of came to his senses as a lot of people in the tech community have.
A
Yeah.
B
His ability and willingness to make bold and consequential decisions for the benefit of future generations based on the hard and cold facts at hand rather than short term political considerations. One of his greatest strengths. No longer are we governed by the politics of the week. The left, the Bidens of the world, the Obamas of the world who have brought us close to the edge with their weakness and self interested. Short. Short. Tourism. God bless our nation, our military, our president. Let's all pray for troops who risk their lives on behalf of us so we can look forward to a world that is where evil is eliminated and good prevails. What we do in life echoes in eternity. It's great.
A
That's right. I just want to say XRP plumbing. It's complete us insulting what you're saying about Trump. You know, it's a complete insult. Trump is the greatest president this country has ever had. Period. Hard stop too. And the most conservative. You have no idea what AIPAC is. It's a, it's an American based public affairs committee that raises funds from the, from the public. It's not a government organization within. From Israel or in the United States. Just that there's hundreds of PACs. Oh yeah, we can agree to disagree. But there's facts, there's factual truth and then there's Made up stuff. And so if we want to talk their fact, then let's talk clear fact. Trump is not a dictator. He's not backed by banking cartels, he's not a puppet. I mean, what you're saying is just, it's just crazy stuff. Trump is, Trump is Trump. And, and Trump is going to rewrite
B
the borders so we can understand it. Jeff, remember, oh, dictator was the peace president. He is the peace president. There's going to be peace. These are not wars, these are strikes and taking out threats to America. Because the first role of a president is to protect the interests of the American people. And maybe you missed the 2000, the 2024 video that the FBI released where they said that they wanted, they were going to hire to assassinate Trump. I'm sorry, that's a direct threat to the United States. You got a senior leadership of Iran on videotape saying they're going to take out the United States president. Okay, so you gotta like pay attention to what's going on in the world and direct threats. And I love this one here, look at this. Dr. Eli David, put this out. Hello, Air France. You brought this that I ran 47 years ago. Now come collect their bodies. There's the Ayatollah Khomeini getting off the thing that destroyed amazing nation of Iran. Where you want to talk about the genesis for so much knowledge, so much great things that were created there. The Persian people are not, they're not, they're not. And in any way Muslims. The whole nation was taken over, destroyed women and wear burkas, submitted, raped, destroyed. Because they took out the Shaw, you know, with one, with one bullet. It was all, it was all planned and orchestrated and you know, I hate to say it, but you know, that happened. And then shortly thereafter, what happened? They took hostages and held them for over 140 days. So, and Trump mentions that in his, in his speech. It's always been death to America, but nobody's done anything about it, including Reagan. Reagan didn't go, go help Iran when the Iranian people were taking over. Yeah, he got the hostages back because he said there's going to be fire and fury when I get. And they were nervous and they released them because Jimmy Carter was another pushover, deadbeat president, loser that did nothing but destroy the, you know, further destroy the U.S. remember the Department of Education, the one that Trump just got rid of? What has it been doing for the last, you know, 40 some years? Every year has been going downhill in scores. Every year. Now you're starting to see a Rise. Because states are taking control. States are doing what they need to do. Florida used to be really low on bottom of this. Florida is rising to the top. And you look at all of the states that are run by that are red. I mean, you see that? And he looks.
A
The guy looks like Clint Eastwood here on the left. He does look a little bit like Clint Eastwood from afar. The guy right to the left of. Of Hini. The guy walking him down, he does look.
B
And there he is. France,
A
when Eastwood is great.
B
Yeah. And what. What was France, you know, known for? You know, type in. You used to be able to Google France victories, and it was like, zero. I was like, they're good at waving the white flag. That's about all they're good for.
A
What movie was Clint Eastwood in where a plane was hijacked? I don't remember.
B
Who knows?
A
Oh, no.
B
So there are reports, right? The.
A
The Democrats are already coming out to defend the Iranian regime. Think about how much. How much money, right? This is all they do. They're. They're leftist with no agenda except for propping up fascist regimes. Whether it was, you know, anywhere. Anywhere in the world, that's. That's what they.
B
So reports that Khomeini's bunker was attacked with multiple bunker bombs. And we saw that one video where the woman was like, oh, my God, they hit his compound. Look at this. This is the only person on the left you're gonna see support it. Who is it? John Fetterman. Operation Epic Fury. President Trump has been willing to do what's right and necessary to produce real peace. Peace in the region.
A
From Fetterman.
B
God bless the United States. Our great military in Israel. And what is he saying here?
A
Peace.
B
Why? Well, what did. What did Iran do? They attacked every one of their neighbors in the Middle East. They shot rockets everywhere to Bahrain to Qatar, pretty much everywhere. Right? So this is. This is what they're basically doing. And I got to tell you, the one thing that I want to go through that sums it all up, and I love this one by Tommy Robinson too. I stand with the people of Iran right now. People have a choice. We either side with their allies and support the brave people of Iran, their fight for freedom. We condemn our allies and call them to stop and leave jihadists in control of Iran who fund every terror group in the world. Iran funds the groups in Britain that work to destroy our nation. Side with freedom or side with slavery. That's your choice. 100.
A
I'm gonna say God bless you. You say God bless the world, but we're in the United States. There's nothing wrong with saying God bless the United States. We believe it. You know, we're, we're America first. Here we go. America first. We're. Let, let other people say the fact that we're even there right now to help liberate the Iranian people and save the world at the same time. The US is always on there to save the world. What one guy nuclear weapons and their ballistic capabilities. Europe is in their crosshairs. The, the European instability is being funded by the Iranian people. This is how stupid they are. And they continue to prop them up. So finally we get a president that has the, the balls to actually do something and take care of business, to put the entire globe back on track to freedom. And of course, God bless the United States and God bless our putting themselves in harm's way to protect you down in Miami, to protect everybody around the United States coastal waters. Everyone in the US Is a direct, has a. Is in direct threat to the Iranian regime, as is the Middle east that's been destabilized, whether Lebanon, Syri and beyond. Think about all the terrorism that's been sponsored by Iran globally, all over the place. And then Europe is going to fall because of the money that Iran is sponsored.
B
What I love, Jeff, what I love is everyone thinks Israel, this one of the smallest countries in the world, just yields this kind of power. So he says, of course you guys don't think Trump can be bought. As a matter of fact, he's the one guy that can't be bought. And the guy who's of his age who could be just basking in glory, playing golf every day, living the life, the most beautiful life you could ever imagine is, is jumped in because he, he even said back in interviews 40 years ago, saying I don't want to run for president, but if nobody else is going to step up, I might be the person to step up. He's the one guy that can't be bought and doesn't care about any of that stuff. You think a guy cares about what somebody thinks about him because he strikes a nation. Maduro's out. Did we go in there? The United States go in there and take over? No, they're working with the existing government. Okay, so Iran is a strike. You're taking out people that are a direct threat to the president and the country. But I want to read this, Jeff, because this is so on point. Iran attack. Public service announcement. You're about to be bombarded with Democrat members of Congress and the media calling the attack on Iran Illegal Unconstitutional while claiming the President is required to obtain the approval of Congress prior to launching military attacks on foreign targets. These people will collectively engaging in a lie by omission as they are all aware that the President that the War Powers Resolution allows for Presidents to authorize attacks without pre approval or notification of Congress with the requirement to brief congress within 48 hours and obtain their official authorization to continue attacks beyond 60 days. This isn't going to go on for 60 days. They will all assume as they're ignorant of the truth as they are pretending to be. Please feel free to copy this attachment and send it to anyone spouting illegal and unconstitutional nonsense because this is it right here. Under the United States Constitution, the President serves as Commander in Chief of the armed forces Article 2, Section 2 while Congress holds the power to declare war. Article 1 Section 8 however, the specific requirement for notifying Congress around military action stems from the War powers Resolution of 1973. That's 50 U.S.C. 1541 through 1548, a federal law enacted to balance these powers and ensure Congressional oversight. Key Provisions Relative to Notifying Congress President must submit a written report to Congress within 48 hours of introducing U.S. armed forces into hostilities or situations where imminent involvement of hostilities is clearly indicated. Report must detail the circumstances necessitating the action, their estimated scope and duration of the hostilities of involvement, and the constitutional and legislative authority under which it is taken. There you go. So you're out there and you hear all these grandstanding like Ro Khanna, we gotta, we gotta, we gotta vote tomorrow. Sorry man. You know the majority, you're not going to get it. And that douchebag Massey isn't going to help you because this guy's, this guy's been anti Trump the whole time. The biggest non Trump guys again, another Libertarian, which is another key word for Democrat. You know the libertarians used to stand for something. Now they're just closeted Democrats pretty much Democrats.
A
Jeff TZ is saying we are so used to presidents who take office and do nothing and that's why everyone speaks out like that. Because they are bought, they are sold. Every, every president that we've seen in Biden, Obama, you know, the manipulation that Obama did under Biden, Jimmy Carter, you know, useless, feckless George Bush Senior, you know Reagan was the standout president that actually said what he meant to say and said hey, I'm going to run around with a big stick and if you do something bad, we're going to smack you down. That was Reagan. Trump follows a similar type of doctrine. They you know, and so here we are, you know, putting the world back right again. And it's so amazing. And here's Jeff Teasy. We're so used to presidents who take office and do nothing. This is what it looks like when personal interests are last and America's future is first. This is like nothing we've ever seen, ever. We've never, we haven't seen this maybe since the founding of the country.
B
They literally chant death to America. And they were doing it again, Reese, very recently as far as this week. And this, this is what makes me laugh here, because you got to be, you got to be some kind of silly person to be running this kind of stuff. Republican, Democrat, undecided, is. They're all on the same team.
A
Sure.
B
That's why you're going to have the other team crying and pissing and moaning. The other team. There's, there are no teams. There's. There's either your free United States or you're a Democrat. That's it.
A
And you could be a rhino. You could be a Libertarian. You could be just, you're just against.
B
What's his name? Bobby Kennedy Jr. He was, he, he was on, he was on Joe Rogan. And he asked him a qu asked, like, what surprised you the most? He said, what surprised me the most about being around Republicans was I thought they'd kind of sit around and talk about how they can enrich the rich people and kind of hurt the people, poor people. And what I found completely different is the people in the Trump administration are some of the most amazing people I've ever been around. They're stellar people and they're just trying to solve the big problems. How do we do what's best for our country? That was the one thing that surprised him. You're talking about a lifelong Democrat, a Kennedy, a guy that's been shooting arrows through him. And when Trump turned it over to him, he put out a video last week and said, thanks for entrusting me, because he said he played the video where Trump was in the campaign trade. We're going to let Bobby Kennedy go, go nuts. He's going to go fix the. Whatever he wants to do, let him go fix it. And he said, thank you for letting me run wild and thank you for letting me do this and being a part of that. Because Kennedy, it was his lifelong dream to fix the health in this country, and finally something's being done. But all the pissing and moaning tells me that people aren't stewards of history. They haven't studied much beyond what they've read, the propaganda they've read, they haven't actually gone in. And people that all talk about Israel don't. Well, what. Let's go back 3,000 years. Let's talk about Israel back then. Let's talk about where the region is. Let's talk about where Christianity was birthed. Okay. Let's talk about what Jerusalem means. Okay. Let's talk about, I mean, there was, you're talking about an epicenter of any people in national, in, in, in history that have a tradition and a history that you can date back to the origins. What happened? Where are the gods? What. Tell me all the great Gazan leaders. There's been. I'll wait. What about the Palestinian leaders? None. Because they don't exist. Because it's a fable. Because none of it exists. It's just, it's all, it's all hearsay. So, you know, I mean, this is. I would get. He would, I would get down with you.
A
You answer that. I've got to run. Gotta go help.
B
Come on the show. Come on the show and debate us. Let's go bring. Come on the show. We'll invite you on. We'll have a debate. Let's do it. Let us know if you want to do. I'll see you, man. I know you gotta run, but. And I'll close this up here, but. Because I gotta run too. I gotta get out of here myself. But come on, we'll invite you on the show. You can come on here and you can, we can debate history as much as you want. I'm, you know, but we'll. If you're willing to come on the show. Come on, we'll have you on the show. Jim D. Says USA is an infant compared to the other nations. We war with 100. But I will tell you that we have the best military that there is. We learned a lot about some things that went down with Maduro in Venezuela. Jeff TZ said that's why Trump is great. He's the only person not afraid of upsetting Republicans. Yeah, of course they're going to. And moan too. And at the end, of course, the Democrats, he's looking for what's right. Not popular 100, he said. The one thing I love about Trump is he's got a history. This isn't something he just came out. Yeah, he was a Democrat. He was friends with Democrats. But you know when, you know, Jesse Jackson just passed away, you know who supported his camp presidential campaign and gave him money and gave him offices for free. Oh, that was Trump. Okay, so. But how soon people remember, you know, the racist, the guy who supported the guy who's picture the picture with Rosa Parks and he's. And Al Sharpton and, and Jesse Jackson. That guy. Right. That guy that's been honored along the. Those people. So he's got a history. You can say what you want. Most of these politicians and the thing that's the greatest thing about Trump is he's not a good politician at all. He's very bad. He doesn't speak eloquently. He repeats the same thing over and over again as he's trying to think of his next thing to say. But you know what? He's real. It comes off the cuff whether you like him or not. Really like the, the State of the Union. I thought State of the Union was one of the more entertaining ones that I've seen in a very long time because it was just Trump. And, you know, he went off script a lot, but he said what he wanted to say. But the way he baited the Democrats and like, stand up. If you support this and not. They're looking around to see if is it okay to stand up where guys like Fetterman stood up. You had some people that maybe one or two that stood up, but nobody stood up. This is ridiculous. I mean, that's all. There's already been a commercial that's been made just highlighting that one point. That's all you have to do, play that for the midterms. These are the people you want to vote for. And I'll, I'll admit there's a lot of Republicans that are compromised. Most of them are Rhinos, which is Republican in name only. There's a ton of them. It's one of the reasons I'm not a Republican. I've always been an Independent because I can't stand most Republicans. They're feckless losers. You know, people like Mitch McConnell who needs to be punched in the face so hard he doesn't even know where he is. He falls down. You want to talk about cognitive abilities and then you don't have this. The, you don't have the mind. The Majority Leader Thune saying, give this guy a cognitive test and get him the hell out of here. I mean, you know, you're gonna, you're gonna sit there and about Biden being not having cognitive abilities, and you're gonna Let you know, McConnell walk around and bump into walls and not know where he is and not have a breath. And he's the one opposing bills that are Republican based. No get out of here. Give him a cognitive test. I'm sorry, you're not cognitive. You don't have the cognitive function. Put somebody else in there and replace him. So the Republicans, you know, look, I call them out as much as I can because they're a bunch of scumbags. Now, the Democrats, I've always appreciated, they stick together. They don't rank on each other, they don't violate. They stick together. They're one message, one, you know, whether you like it or not, with their messages. They don't sit there and sell each other out. The Republicans do it all day long. They're a bunch of scumbags. So there's a few of them that are decent, but even the ones I like, they do stupid all the time. Why? My, My theory is most of them are compromised. They get in there thinking things are going to be great, they somehow get compromised. They somehow click the wrong thing, they do the wrong thing, show up at the wrong place, photos are taken, and, oh, sorry, we got the blackmail on you. Right. Whatever it is. And then they go to the mics. They complain and cry, but their actions never meet the actual rhetoric. So, yeah, I totally agree with, with a lot of what? You know, a lot of what, what XRP Plumbing is saying. There is a, There is a blend of the two parties, but we're seeing probably a bigger break than we've ever seen in a long, long time. Just because I don't know what the left stands for anymore. They used to have ideas about stuff. There are no new ideas. Their, Their whole platform is hate Trump. Okay, what would you do? Zero. They got nothing. You got Elizabeth Warren out there complaining. She's running to X every five seconds. Trump didn't do this, Trump did that. Well, listen, you had for the first two years of Biden, you had the House, you had the Senate, you had. What did you guys do? You complain about Roe v. Wade, but you didn't, you know, you didn't solidify it. You know, you didn't cognify. I mean, what did you guys do? You did nothing. So let's start complaining. And what did you do? I mean, she's complaining because the inflation didn't go down fast enough. It's been a year. It's now sitting at 2 plus percent, down from 9 and a half percent in 20, 22, 23. Okay, so, I mean, it's. Her complaint is it's not going down fast enough. It's absolutely silly. It's ridiculous. You know, I agree, it's a lot of propaganda. There's a ton of propaganda out there. A hundred percent. There's a ton of propaganda out there. I'm not going to disagree with you. But I also too been doing this a long time. I've, I can see clearly. You can predict stuff. You can just see how it's going to go. Knowing how one side's going to act, the other side's going to act. You know, there's no protests out there. They're all funded. Every single one of these protests funded by Soros and company. Every single one of them. And, and NGOs. They cut off the funding to the NGOs because the USAID was, you know, giving them the money. Do you notice the, the Democrats aren't raising any money anymore? Do you notice TV shows are going off the air? They're getting supported artificially. All this stuff is, it was never, it was never organic support. And why, why when certain things happen in the world, why isn't there more support? What about 100000 Christians getting slaughtered? No, nobody cares about that. What about other things that are going down in the world? Nobody really cares about that. But oh, you got to show up for this protest. What about, what about, you know, a young, well he was just, was just killed the other day. You don't even hear about on the news. Why? Because it doesn't suit the narrative. It was an illegal alien. Oh geez, we can't talk about that. So this is the thing. Nobody protesting about that. But a criminal. George Floyd was proven that it was, it was drugs that took him out. There was standard practice was followed the entire time through police work, you know, like, oh, he kneeled on him this and that. The guy was having a meltdown because of drugs. I mean it was nothing more than that. But anyway, and I'll, I'll put XRP Plumbing, open invitation. Come on here, you can go ahead and you can, you can come on the show anytime you want. You can say black Americans know the system's rigged, works against the indoctrination. Yeah, well you know who was the one that cranked up the indoctrinate the, the hate speech? Who's the one that created the division? It was Obama creating the division all the time. Right. And so what have I, what have I seen in my feed? I have seen more black Americans red pilled and speaking out. And they're some of the best orators of what's actually happening. Better than a lot of people have been doing conservatism for a long time. So I don't know about you but I've seen a massive change in my feed and we play a lot, most of them here of black Americans who are fed up, tired with the being on the living on the Democrat plantation and they got off right. So I'm seeing a ton of it. There's tons of phenomenal, you know, and that's not that they're going we're Republican. It's just that they're like, they have logic and they have reason and they're saying this doesn't make sense anymore and I love to see it. So you know, I, I've seen just the opposite of what you're talking about. At least what I see showing up in my feed. These people are, you know, they're just showing up and they're just videotaping themselves. They're not like I'm a big influencer, just normal standard people who are just tired of the. So that's what I say and you know, it's not that I don't see, you know, other people doing it but I've just seen a hard red pill, the black Americans, also Hispanics. So there you go, that's all we got today. Man. I could rant on and rant and rants and rant but we're not going to get to it today. Come on, join us back tomorrow night when we'll be back with more stuff. We can, we can workshop some of this stuff. We can have some more discord here, we can talk about it and we can go from there. But I expect this conflict to be very short lived and it's a really amazing opportunity for the Iranian people to take their country back, put it back on course. Saudi Arabia also said they're joining the United States because they were also attacked. They said they're behind the United States. And one of the things you see that's way different than 50 years ago is how much the Middle east, these other countries are really behind the United States. There's one or two other ones that have some issues that we can talk about at some other point that are also funding terrorists outside of, outside of Iran. But there's certainly that's another day and another story. But that's all I got today. Chip and Jeff. Oh, see you tomorrow night.

Hosts: Jeff and Chip
This episode of On The Chain centers on two seismic global shifts occurring simultaneously—a massive decentralization movement in the Ripple XRP Ledger (XRPL) ecosystem and unprecedented military actions against the Iranian regime. The hosts, Jeff and Chip, draw compelling parallels between the shifting power dynamics in geopolitics and the crypto world, exploring implications for blockchain governance, markets, and broader freedom movements. The conversation is passionate, informative, and deeply rooted in both blockchain expertise and outspoken political opinion.

This fast-paced, idea-rich episode adeptly weaves together the urgency and hope of political and financial paradigm shifts. The hosts’ energetic, sometimes combative style underscores the conviction that community engagement, resilience, and decentralization are not just buzzwords—but imperatives for both crypto’s future and world affairs.
For more details and deeper engagement, the hosts invite listeners to join future episodes, community forums, and the DAO to shape, rather than just witness, the next stage of XRPL and global freedom.
