So I think we just crossed a line. Maybe it's a line in the sand. And I don't think most people actually have even noticed yet. Why? Because for years we've been talking about what could happen, what Ripple might build, when institutions might finally show up, when regulation would catch up. Something has actually changed this week. Not because of one headline, but because. But really because of every headline that, that we're seeing.

Yeah. And if you look at today's news individually, Jeff, and we talk about this a lot because this is where people miss stuff. I'm seeing old narratives from 2018 surfacing where people still think that ripple's gonna replace Swift. Let's take a look at Monica Long. Let's think about Moonpay, FedNow. What about Franklin, Templeton, Citadel? These are the players of today. And the big one that ends everyone's mind, Jeff. It's the clarity act now by themselves. Yeah, I just look kind of random. But when you step back, kind of telling the same story. Not narratives from 2018, narratives from 2026. Welcome to this next decade where major influencers out there continue to get it wrong and mislead.

It's amazing. They love the FOMO hype and the dancing bears of 2018. But you're right, we have, we have moved on a little bit. And really the part that's really the part I don't think enough people are seeing, maybe they're not actually getting it yet. You know, everyone really still keeps asking, as you mentioned, what's Ripple doing next? You know, and I think we're actually asking the wrong question. Why? Because the better question is really who's connecting to what Ripple and has already built. I mean that's, that's the key, right? And there's others that are building within the ecosystem. We should ask the same question about what is Flare actually building and then who is actually going to be connecting to what Flare builds? And we can keep that line of questioning going from, from company to company because when you really start connecting all of this together, it doesn't really look like the companies are experiment anymore. It really looks like all of this financial infrastructure is really starting to come online.

Yeah, that's exactly it, Jeff. And also upcomers like you see Canton Network, a lot of people in the community are like, oh, who are they putting them down? They don't realize that just like any business, there's so much room for so many players. They have a specialty in something. And Flair saw something posted yesterday. Is Flare out done? And I'm like, sometimes the mental illness runs pretty, pretty far and deep. But look at it. You got payments, stable coins, tokenization, Wall Street, Washington. They're not like necessarily moving independently anymore. I mean, they're kind of what we're seeing over the last year, year and a half. They're actually moving together, Jeff. And so, like, when that happens, let's face it, man, everything really changes. And that kind of brings us to today's title of today's video. They're just connecting to XRP now before anybody asks who's they? Right. And when we see xrp, is it really XRP or is this something bigger? That's what we're going to kind of show you today. Because by the end of today's show, I think you probably want to look at it a little bit different. Kind of the headlines. Start analyzing. We'll teach you how to read stuff. Analyze and kind of look a little bit deeper than just, oh, look at this headline. And let me run here, let me run there. They're connected, Jeff. And we're going to break it down. All right, welcome back to on the Chain. This is Jeff here with co host Chip. What is going on? Chip, what is going on? Everybody out there in the on the chain community. All right, so let's answer the question, who just connected xrp? Because if you're only looking at one headline this week, it was only chip and nobody else. That's it.

Chip is the connector. So. But you probably did miss it, right? Because if you're not stacking all of the different articles the post over and then we're not talking about just this week. Right. And Chip mentioned the past year and a half, you really have to go back and say, hey, something is different. Definitely shifted here. And really when we start looking at it and if you do start connecting the dots, something is actually becoming very, very obvious.

Yeah. And it's like, yeah, it's great to follow Ripple, but there's so many companies and orgs when it comes to not only stable coins defi but there's so much going on. But think about the payment networks. Think about when it comes down to stable coins. You know, it's, it's asset managers. I mean, even Wall street is paying attention. The bigger one, Washington and the Clarity act, we got some news on that today. They're all sort of moving towards this financial infrastructure. There's a big key reason why especially United States and the Clarity act, why it's such a big thing because it's a revolution and it will change a lot of the way business happens in the United States. And some are fearful of that because they want to hold on to legacy systems. Jeff.

They love the legacy systems. And that's really what today's show is all about, right? It's not about Ripple. There's so much more to get into. It's really about everybody else. It's about everything that's going on within the ecosystem. There's such a much bigger story. And again, it's not just focus and that we spent too many years about lawsuits and, you know, what is one company orchestrating and developing and building. It's really, you know, who's starting to build on top of this ecosystem, who's using the xrpo, who's doing so much more within the crypto space. And you bring it back to regulatory. Regulatory is going to be a really critical part of everything as we put over all together. And there's only one great president out there and the only crypto president, and that is Donald Trump. Thank God for the greatness of this country and the leadership that's pulling us into being the leader of the crypto nation.

So speaking of another great president who's done an amazing job here, leads us to our story, which it teased a little bit earlier, Jeff, but that's none other than Monica Long. And so Monica Long, Ripple president, she was just landed on stablecoins most influential 2026 list. She's recognized in two categories. So not only top women in stable coins, but also issuer and protocol leaders. And her leadership's been central to bringing, you know, R.L. uSD to market, expanding its real world utility. Utility. Very well deserved. I had the great pleasure of meeting her in person and, you know, I mean, she's meeting a lot of people. I asked her a couple questions. I don't even remember what the questions were at this point, but had a little time to meet her. I was at Ripple Swell last year and I remember it was like one of the kickoff events that happened prior to that. And she's very personable, very friendly. I mean, she knows me from nobody. And I saw her being genuine and, and just nice to everybody. You know what that's hard to do when you show up at an event, you get attention, attacked by 50 people, 100 people come up to you and want to have a conversation with you. And she treats everybody like they're like, you know, unique. And like that's the first time that she's Ever met anybody. So it's really great. Let's go to the. Let's go to the list here. Okay, so here's the stable coin list, the most influential. And here we see if we come down here at issuing protocol leaders. You can see some of the folks there. But there's Monica right there. Ripple President. But you got some other people in here too. Even some orgs that I don't like. Pacos and. And Custodia Banker in there. You know, Caitlin Long, of course, she's got her ongoing lawsuit with the Fed. And I think she's gonna win. I. I still think she's been being dogged here to, you know, by. By large. And then she's in another one. Let's see if we see it here. Where's the top women? I don't even know where. That's probably. There you go. Top women. And so.

And there you go. So the two top women and issuer and protocol leaders got Caitlin Long and Monica. And Monica Long and. No, they're not related. They're not related. I don't think they are. Maybe they are. I mean, but I don't think they are. But it is funny that they're. That the two women are both with the last name Long. Interesting.

Let's take a look at who they. Let's see who they see as the top 10. Right. So Scott Bessent, obviously, U.S. treasury Secretary, a complete badass.

Most influential.

You're not gonna. You're this guy when you see him before the press. We got some. We got some Scott percent videos today too. He's the guy. CEO from Tether. Of course, we all know Jeremy Allaire from Circle. We got Zach Abrams from Bridge, which is Stripe. Brian Armstrong, of course, CEO of Coinbase. That's a little weird. I don't know how influential he is, honestly. I do think he puts a lot of stuff out there, but I don't know about influential. I think he has an important place. He built the largest, most successful, at least United States exchanges. Oh, yeah, you got Stani Kulf, which is from a. You got Athena Labs Guy Young and Katie Han from Han Ventures. We've seen. We played her videos on here. Everybody recognizable, of course, Daniel Vogel from, uh, Bitso. But there you have everybody. Weird. That Larry Fink made it on here. That's a very strange play, that Larry Fink. Yeah, he's been through.

What do you think about that?

I don't think he's top 10 material. Sorry. I just don't think he's top 10 material. Look, you know, when you think about, you think about putting somebody on here from a giant bank, you know, BlackRock, you know, you've somebody from a big, you know, financial services company. I guess. I mean, is there, is there somebody better? I mean, I don't know. But I don't necessarily think he's top 10. I think he has had an impact. I think he has been of late pro. You see him as like top 10 influential. I see, I see someone like a Garlinghouse being more influential than something.

Garland House isn't on the list.

[Chip]

It's a, it's a bit of a surprise. Yeah, yeah, it's a bit of a surprise that he's not on the list. I mean, he's on Fox Business and cnbc. He's a recurring guest too. And they don't, you know, a normal segment on those shows is two to three minutes, two and a half, three minutes, sometimes three and a half. He'll do six minute segments, which is really when you have returned guests that come back on CNBC or let's say, you know, Fox Business, those are longer segments reserved for people that have something to say. Usually you got to move on to the next guest. Two and a half, three minutes. Sometimes you're watching an interview, you're like, oh, that's pretty good. And then like, okay, now tomorrow, next we're going to go to. You're like, whoa, whoa, whoa, what happened? Garlinghouse always gets six, seven, sometimes eight minutes on those shows. And I don't know, I. And it's all. He's always been pro industry.

So Khabib Turbo is saying because of the quantity of asset that they own. So just that's influential by default. Which, you know, that makes a big difference.

That is, that is not a bad way to look at it right there. But yeah, I mean there's a, there's a lot of categories here. You know, you got payments and infrastructure builders. And what's odd here is you do not see anybody from Ripple here.

Right. But you see all the, some of the, you see like, you know, PayPal's of the world, BNBK, NK Bank, Nala, you know, some of the like Mesh. But again, maybe they don't think, you know, light spark is even on here. David Marcus, which built, what he built is runs on bitcoin and it's a payment system, but it's mostly powered by bitcoin. David Marcus, I believe is ex PayPal. Don't quote me on it because I'm 100 sure.

But you know, you see some of the typical players, but what you don't see on there, you know, even stripe Privy from stripe is on there. You see, you know, and some other players, but you think about a payment infrastructure company.

Stable. I didn't even really notice that. It's stable con. It's not a stable point. It's stable con.

You've got Raj Damortaradian. He's the EVP of Blockchain. But then you also have Michael Me back, which is the. He's the CEO. So you got two of them on there. You got fireblocks, circle things you'd normally are custom seeing. But then here we have right here, there's Jenny Johnson. Franklin Templeton.

Franklin Templeton. Yeah.

I think she's been highly influential, I think in the list. And of course a very big proponent of not only Ripple, but I mean everything xrpl, which is.

Then who's the only. The only one for D5 protocol and on chain finance, 1. How. How is it that you can only have one influential?

That doesn't make any sense to me.

Because if you think of speakers at the event. Is that what this was?

But there you go anyway. Good to be recognized on the list, especially showing up in two places oh it's cool.

Yeah, it's a good talking point. And again it's just a little surprising I didn't see more of that on there. Which is, which is wild. And then look at this here you got moon pay breaking Moon pay now supports fed now bringing the Federal Reserve's instant payment service to our virtual accounts. But this milestone USD can be settled 247365 days making real time payments between tradfi and defy a reality even when banks are closed. Bullish, yeah, big time bullish on this. I mean the banks are still clicking to I'm sorry It's Friday at 5. We'll have your money to you on Monday morning. I mean they still cling to this stuff.

It's like we kind of have to because they're. But their whole infrastructure is still legacy.

[Chip]

It is. Isn't that funny Jeff, how the, you know, banks have not really made that many improvements. It's kind of like the same thing over and over again. They really haven't, they haven't gone to that next level yet. I wanted to put this, this next post up here. Vet posted something which I find this to be. This is where. This is why we're here to begin with. And you probably would say well why would vet be doing this? Well there's a good reason for it but vet was saying that he had to send an international European wire to the United States to be received in USD. Days have passed. Money somewhere stuck in an intermediary bank requested a swift hit twitch. We've been through this job. A swift trace to figure out where it's actually stock.

You'll never find out.

Right. Likely it's pending somewhere for conversion from European to USD at someone's international wire desk. Payments still stuck, especially internationally on the XRP ledger. The Dex cross currency payment between you know, euro and the USD would have been settled within a few seconds globally verified by anyone. You don't need to ask somebody else to tell me where the money is. I can check myself 24 7. But the thing about this is. Yeah, that's great. If banks were using the system because they could take the fiat currency euro, run it through the xrpl. And why they're not doing this is because they make money, Jeff. This is. They charge fees for this stuff. You know, a wire transfer costs what, 35. Is it 35 or 50 bucks? You got wires and you got, you

can the intermediaries there, there's so many variables to it. You know across the board, you know, especially if you have to use a third party, you know, for the transaction. Depends on what the. There's a lot of fees involved and then it's just zero transparency.

Zero transparency. And like, what that's talking about. You can't even find where the money is. He has no idea where it is. He doesn't even know where to look. Right. Because you got to put like if you, and if you go ahead and you do that swift trace, good luck with that, that turns up nothing, then

you reach out to them. Where is it? Oh, no, it's still in process. And then seven days later, oh, there was an error, so it terminated. They're returning the funds. Okay, do I get my funds back? No, no, it's going to take three to five days for you to get your funds back. And then. Right. So now the whole business transaction is now delayed by like two weeks because there was some glitch in their system. Maybe someone even transposed a letter wrong. Something happened during the process and you'll never know. You don't, you don't know until all the funds get returned and two weeks later and everybody's upset and the bank doesn't care. That's, that's the legacy process.

Every single time. You and I have been through this so many times, we're blue in the face. And you know, you're trying to get transactions done. And then, you know, the other part of it too is like, especially if you're dealing with volatile currency, if you're dealing with like a rupee, you're doing something with India. You know, you've got the, the, the fluctuations in, in the, in the fiat currency. So what, 10 days ago cost this. Now, oh, now the currency drops. So now that's not going to work. It's not going to play. Didn't convert the currency fast enough. Got lost

that ride. Fk Western Union, four years now. Canada bank to Sierra Leone to my phone wallet in seconds. Also my ledger card in XRP to Euro to USD to Leon in my wallet in 3 seconds. There you go. But there are ways to do it. There are solutions out there, like internally domestic you can use, you know, you have some solutions to move money around and then, but it's not full real settlement. And it's not like you have access to big funds 24 7. And then think about the limitation that on moving funds, sometimes someone has a newer account or maybe the account's not fully vetted or validated, I don't know. But sometimes you try to do a transaction and someone will tell you, I can only move $25,000 at a time or I can do a full transaction for 50,000, you know, but the deal is 100,000 or 150. And now all of a sudden you're breaking it up. Yeah, I, it's insane. We just did a transaction down in the Bahamas and he was moving money and he had, every couple days he had to move money. And his max amount allowance was 25, but with fees that meant you couldn't send the full 25. You had to send a fraction of it. And it went, it took, it took like two weeks to move all the money as he was transact because he could only do it every couple days. And that meant he only had a couple touch points a week and he had to send like $200,000. And I'm like, why are we doing this? It was insane. It actually took him three weeks to do it to move all the money. Three weeks.

Meanwhile, he doesn't control any of that stuff and all. And he's made more money in stocks, but it's in blind trust. He doesn't know what they're trading. He's got people that manage the money. All right. Let me ask you about Senate Republicans meeting with President Trump yesterday, hoping to get his stamp of approval on the updated language for the Clarity Act. The House sent it to the House sent it to the Senate a year ago. And Senator Cynthia Lummis was with me here this week, earlier in the week, and she said that this bill will likely be brought to the floor in the next week. Congressman, a lot of people riding on this and business riding on this. You and other members of the Financial Services Committee are in New York to hold a field hearing on this bill. What can you tell us about the Clarity Act?

[Ryan Steele]

This is our opportunity to put real and substantive legislation on the floor and provide regulatory clarity in the digital assets space. Again, this is an example of the House doing its job. We passed this now approximately a year ago. The Senate has been struggling to move this forward. I'm optimistic that we get this across the line next week. The United States Senate. It's absolutely essential that the United States sets the gold standard for regulations in the digital asset space that we unlock so much capital, human capital and financial capital that will come into these markets in the United States of America in a regulatory regime that protects consumers. Clarity does that. It's passed the House. It's time for the Senate to act.

Well, I mean, the Senate is wrangling with Democrats. That's over the language on ethics. Congressman, you know that.

Well, individuals that are concerned about the broader ethics reforms, I think that there is a need to look at this, actually should be supportive of the bill. If an individual is concerned about how meme coins were treated under President Biden's appointment of Gary Gensler, all the more reason to move forward Clarity to put a regulatory structure in place to make sure that we're regulating good and bad actors. The good actors in the space want the bad actors to be regulated. We all want the bad actors out. The Clarity act provides a regulatory environment to be able to do just that. And so the individuals that grandstand on the. On the ethics side should be more supportive than anyone else about moving clarity across the line.

This is one of the reasons that if you look at what's going on in AI why competition, why the free markets are so fantastic because if you have choice and you have competition, you get a better product. And when you have clear rules of the road in crypto, you will get even better products. You'll get more yield. You'll get it just. There'll be way more innovation happening, and the competition will make it better for all of us. But when you stifle that, you know, people are afraid to participate. You know, an attorney told me it was okay, but is it really okay then? When you have clear rules, it's a lot better. And you also look at. Look what OpenAI came out with with their chat GPT, I think a 5.6. Was that right, Jeff? Is it 5.6? Which is 5.6 Codex all the way into sort of like one product offering. Then you had Grok, and again, I had this discussion with a European friend. I'm like, he's like, oh, this or Gro's never gonna. I'm like, listen, do not count Elon Musk out. He just acquired Cursor for billions of dollars, okay? They're gonna leapfrog almost everybody because he's got some of the best people. And the guy that lands a giant bit, one of the biggest rockets that it's ever flown with chopsticks. I'm sorry. I'm betting my money out of him. I mean, the guy that puts. Says, we're gonna put tunnels, and then you go to Vegas and you can fly all over underground, and these Tesla cars that drive you everywhere in these tunnels. The boring company. I love that name. B o r ing boring. All the things that he's been up to. You know, you look at what he's done in payments, look at XP. 6%. They're paying 6%. Killing the banks, right? So he's basically starting a brand new bank. So if you look at what he's doing, I love it. Now will he be the best? It's like Jeff and I can't keep up with it anymore. Jeff will send me something. I'm like, when did this happen? Then 40 seconds later, something else happened. And it's like, there's so much innovation happening, but China has done a very good job because they don't. They can't get the chips, they can't get the processing power. They don't have the big data centers. What have they done? They learned to build better LLMs with less because the necessity they had to. They didn't have the amount of people, they didn't have the infrastructure. So they had to figure out ways to create really good models with less. They're way more efficient in a lot of areas than, let's say an anthropic or an OpenAI. And I think there is a lesson to be learned there. Sometimes less is best, but it forces you. Those constraints force you to work within them and figure it out. And when Steve Jobs, back in the 90s, wanted to make everything encapsulated into one, they said, there's no way to work. We can't fit the monitor. All the guts of this thing. When he made the first imac, he said, if you don't think he can do it, then leave the room. They said, well, there's no way you could fit it in that small of a box. There's no way that you could put what we want to put in there. He goes, okay, well, there's the door. So believing it can be done, believe. Everyone laughed at Elon Musk, Jeff, when he said, he's going to land a rocket. We're going to throw him up there. We used to burn up and then the ocean sink to the bottom. He's like, no, we're going to reuse them. They're like, you remember how they laughed at him? Like, it's impossible. It'll never happen. He kept doing it. What do we. Oh, it's coming down, it's coming down. Explosion, explosion, explosion. But then it worked. And then he's got that giant. What's that giant rocket that he has? The thing's massive. And then we just saw Trump's. The guy that runs Trump's teleprompter collected like 100 grand because he was betting on certain words appearing in there. And it's pretty easy to do when you actually have the speech and you loaded it in your teleprompter and you can go bet on these prediction markets. So they're like, he's on paid leave. Like, paid leave. Guy should be in jail, right? So it's just, you know, you got all these people that always will game and figure out how to game the system and not a good thing at all. Jeff, you want to see this one? Look at. You want to see who voted for the Clarity Act? Because everybody kind of gets this wrong. Most of the people that live outside the United States, but even people here, they're like Clarity. I don't know what's wrong with Congress. Well, it's pretty easy to see here. But Michigan, you know, I was surprised Pennsylvania wasn't in here. You know, a big state, too. But you saw Michigan, Ohio, Rhode Island, Ohio, traditionally a red state. You got Georgia and Florida, red states. D.C. i don't think you really have to mess with too much in D.C. it's pretty much the way it is. But that, that's it.

The ballots from the BD elections is seeking to avoid credentialed observers from observing into this Brooklyn courtroom tomorrow, which I think was yesterday, per attorney for Bernard Baselberg, the candidate for the New York State Senate, Jimmy Wagner.

What is going, what is going on with your mental state? What kind of mental illness do you have that you can't fly into? Wait till they get on the Ronald Reagan Turnpike. I hope they don't rent a car and get on the turnpike and get on the Ronald Reagan Turnpike. That's what Florida is a red state. Why are you going there anyway? Why are you, what is your problem? It's a red state. Then it says the guidance even included a suggested response for agents. I understand that you'd rather not fly into this airport anymore. It was a cool little fun place. They had a great bar there. They had an awesome happy hour back in the day. Jeff, I remember I would frequent when I was in my 30s and younger years.

I think 30. 30 was the hardest year for me.

I almost died twice. That's not my. When I, before I turned 30, one with a pulmonary embolism from flying and the other being stupid. And I fractured the spinous process of C7, which isn't a big deal, but it was enough deal to be more than painful and stupid to have done what I did. But. And that was my 30. Welcome to 30. Like, hey, this is awesome. Then everything. Then after that, everything was amazing. I got in the best shape of my life ever. Between 30 and 40 and ongoing.

Yeah, I've done that.

Always active. But I would say the pinnacle was probably in that age group. Like by the time I would say 35, 35 to 40, probably 40, I was running a lot of races, doing lots of mud races and man, it was awesome times. That's when I started mud races. I want to look. Think it was like yeah, probably like 14 years ago.

That's amazing. Jeff did not know that. Well, it's good that you're still good you're here with us. One armed bandit says we all were. It was part of growing up. Sometimes good in time, and sometimes we're in the hard times and with the belief we can kind of go through anything. You definitely think that. But, you know, it's funny, I was having this conversation the other day about, you know, in the Peptides, and I was like. I'm like, yeah, I'm on the cloak stack. And they're like, the closed stack. I'm gonna be shooting another injection today or tomorrow, and I've already seen a small little difference, especially last weekend. It was bothering me a lot. And, you know, they always want to do surgery. Oh, we could fix that with surgery. Anybody I've known that has knee surgery, always worse. People have back surgery, always worse. I'm like, I don't want surgery. If I. I'd rather live with a little bit of pain than not deal with it. But it's. It's the weird kind of pain. I was. I misplant. I was cutting the grass, and I. I. There's like a little step, and I, like, missed it. But when I landed, I twisted my knee and I felt it. I'm like, oh, that didn't feel good. It wasn't like arthritis, writers, or normal stuff. And it's been nagging me for about a year now. And it only bothers me when I sit for a little bit. Like, when I get up from here, it'll be, like, sore, and I'll be kind of limp and limp and limp, and then I walk it out, and then it's fine again. And I know exactly what the point problem is, but they want, oh, we can fix that with surgery. I'm like, no surgery for me, man. What's that image it.

And the world communism envisions is a world without God. For these architects of revolutionary violence, the towering achievement of our civilization, for them, it's an unbearable humiliation. It's a great speech. We picked out this part here, but I gotta say, I mean, Rubio crushed it. He's so right about that because everyone always says, yeah, it sounds good on paper. He's like, no, it doesn't even sound good on paper. You're right, Jeff.

I mean, yeah, it's never sounded good on paper, I guess in a utopian, a utopian sense, you know, if you think about, you know, Star Trek utopia, and I think that's what these people have in mind, that everybody's working towards the greater good and developing science and everybody's gonna live in, in a, in a well off way. And then you start peeling back the layers. You don't have to go too deep to realize that the ones that live well are the elitist class. They decide, you know, who's gonna, who's gonna win, who's gonna lose, and then you get appointed to what your entire life is going to be. So it, there's nothing good about it. And then it's always, you know, absolute power. Well, corrupt absolutely. And you'll never see, you know, freedom for the people. And again, we don't have to go too far back in history to see it. So it's really, it's an amazing, you know, point that, that Rubio brings up because we're once again in a fight of our lifetime and it is a, it is a direct war. It is a direct battle because now, you know, it's a matter of good versus evil. It's a matter of God versus Godless. And, you know, and then it's a matter of, you know, from a political perspective, do you want freedom or do you not want freedom? You know, and then we turn to what the US Represents and, and everything that the left has been trying to do to dismantle and break down what has made this country so great, and they still can't do it. They're trying, they're trying. They're trying to break us down from within. They know they can't win against our military might. We could, at this point in time, think about, we could destroy, completely annihilate any country on Earth, wipe out their population centers. We could devastate multiple countries. We could devastate all of Europe, wipe it out. If we wanted Greenland, we could invade and take over Greenland. There's militarily, there's nothing any country on earth can do other than mutual assured destruction with some of the nuclear powers that might launch a nuclear attack. Other than that, there's no other country on earth that can do. And so when it, when you break it down to that bare essence, you think about the compassion that our country has to help others, to bring about freedom, to make sure that we're on the front lines opposing the types of evils that Marco Rubio is talking about. And sometimes, you know, administration after administration, power hungry congressional representative after power hungry congressional representative that's thinking about their own enrichment. Like Nancy Pelosi or Elizabeth Warren or, or many others cross party lines. They're concerned more about themselves than the safety and concern of their citizenry or even trade partners. So, you know, let's, you know, think about the dynamic shift that's taking place right now in South America. And for how many years have we suffered and heard about Cuba and Venezuela and communists take over and you know, you have the, the revolutions and the leftists throughout all of South America. And why in a short period of time now has the Trump Doctrine right now taken root throughout South America? Another part of that is the primary focus of this country to say, you know what, we have an amazing trade partner south of the border, not just Mexico, all the way to the southern tip of South America. And we have to re establish our trade region with the U.S. and South America and get Rid of Chinese Communist influence and Russian Communist influence in the region. It's crazy to think that China owns a port in the Bahamas and they have influence from the Bahamas all the way to the tip of South America and throughout, you know, obviously throughout the Caribbean, you know, because of what they've done. But we don't have to live like that. So this is the Trump doctrine. And now we're seeing country by country by country in South America moving more towards freedom and conservative value and away from the leftist ideology, while we see the rot taking place in New York City with the Islamists and the Communists going into bed, you know, lying in bed together for a common objective, to destroy this country and destroy our freedoms. We predicted personal insults or difficult cross examination by the truth and facts of what's on video versus what is probably transcends the partisan divide. Nick Shirley said, imagine this. You get paid by our tax dollars, meaning Congress, the Democrats, and you don't even show up to do your job when it involves our tax dollars being stolen. What the f are these people doing in office if they don't even care about our money being stolen to waste. They're simply working against us.

We're the generation that everyone did get along, everything was okay. You know, there was no significant racial tension. Everybody was coming together as one. And when you take a step back and you start looking around people, you go, go to restaurants, go walk down the street, go to the cafe and you know what you see? You see everybody, you see a melting pot of everybody getting along and coexisting and living their life the way they want to live it. And then the fictitious narrative of the left and the way they, they label and then they, you know, it's all about labels for them. And everything they say they're opposed to is exactly what they're doing. And they're, they're so destructive. But this is right out of the book of, of the communist doctrine. This is exactly what they do. They have to divide and separate and they have to create animosity, they have to create tension. They have to create not just emotional tension, but violent tension amongst the different groups. And they've done an okay job somewhat. But now you're also seeing an awakening. Like if you go into social media and you see the different groups that are aligning to be conservative, there's a lot of people waking up across the board. And the one thing that I always have said from the beginning, it's our job to keep our arms wide open because eventually these people are going to come back home to the fold, right? They do wake up, especially if they're friends, family. If you've seen people kind of depart and leave the reservation and they're crazy left, at some point they do wake up. It's really, really painful. When I've seen friends of ours whose kids have gone away to college and have become leftist. It's disgusting. This is how you know that their minds are being polluted at the high school level with miseducation and lack of education. Then they get to the college level and their minds are being, you know, further warped. And you're paying for this, you're paying for the kids minds to be warped into what, what, where, where's, where's their success? You know, what, what are they going to accomplish out of that? And I question it all the time now. I'm like, where Chip? Where do you get the biggest education dayto day to understand how to live and survive in society? How do you, where do you learn how to build a business? Where do you learn how to program AI? Where do you learn how to YouTube? You know, your accounting, your finance structure, leadership? Where, where do all these skills come from? Is it with a four year College degree that's a piece of paper. And you're learning from professors that regurgitate other people's information, have never done an honest job in their entire life, you know, or is it in the real world, you know, kind of the world of hard knocks, you know, when you're actually trying to fight for your own success?

So my older daughter recently went to Europe a couple months ago, and she. She brought a camera with film camera. And I said, why? She had to put it in a special bag so it would go through the.

I go, what are you gonna do? Start listening to cassettes or eight tracks next? I'm like, what's next? Right. But anyway, she sent me this picture right here. This is a picture she sent me, which is phenomenal.

Meanwhile, the professionals were blowing through 15 rolls of film to find three shots that ended up on some magazine cover. But you didn't realize it. Taken, you know, hundreds of pictures to find the one or two that were good. Meanwhile, you're like, click, you know, and it's always half the person's out of the frame. You know, it's blurry.

Disposable. The disposable cameras. Or they had those old 110 cameras. Remember the 110? They were like vertical.

Oh, yeah, those were. The negatives were this big. So it was like, it was already grainy by the time you blew it up to a regular three by five picture. Yeah. Oh, my God. They were great because they were tiny. They were like those little. They were like just a thin little thing. And you looked at it and the viewfinder was always on. Whatever. You said viewfinder never showed up in the actual.

Yeah, the little flash bulb you could mount on it.

In the meantime, illegal immigrants in California now one step closer to receiving state funds that they could use for a down payment on a home. Senior national correspondent William lajeanness reports. Hi William.

Well Martha, the bill just passed the state Senate now goes back to the assembly where Democrats have a super majority and aides tell me it is likely to pass. The bill makes illegal migrants eligible for $150,000 to buy a new home. Programs for citizens and legal residents could afford to live here. But last week Democrats changed the law to say this. An applicant who meets requirements for the loan assistance program shall not be disqualified solely based on the applicant's immigration status.

The so these people hate Americans. They, they absolutely. For fraud hearings. They don't show the voter fraud thing that Trump released. They don't want it. The three networks didn't show it. CNN didn't show it. If you don't connect the dots and know that the only reason they give all this money to illegals and wanting them to be there is the permanent voters. That's it. That's the only reason social and economic benefits of homeownership should be accessible to everyone. Accessible to everyone, especially non citizens. Why? Because it's illegal. That's why they break the law when they come here. They want to get rid of ICE agents. Well, that ICE agents enforce the law same as police. Remember, they want to defund the police. How'd that work out? Guardless of immigration status.

So the program provides first time buyers with a zero interest loan up to 20% of the home's purchase price. So that's up to $150,000 cash up front for a down payment and closing costs. This year, this $255 million program sold out in 11 hours, requiring a lottery. 18,000 applied, 2,000 got loans. And when a home sells, the state is repaid when with a small percentage of any appreciation. The bill is sponsored by a prominent Latino rights group with close ties to vice president Harris.

What the rest of the America needs to be worried about is the Kamala Harris waltz administration taking these crazy California ideas and nationalizing them and taking to the rest of the country. The country can't afford to buy illegal immigrants homes.

Well, this bill does have a lot of democratic support. The question is, does Governor Newsom sign it? If it passes, smart money in Sacramento tells me he does.

always, I always like the classical music because they would come on and all the guys went, you know, npr, classical, whatever.

He's trying to share. He's trying to share something super sentimental. And then they just made fun.

No, it's always been. It's always been. I, I mean I did listen to some things back on the day myself.

[Jeff]

That he made that progression from Democrat to.

Which is that, that's the important part.

We're gonna jump on anything out the left. I personally don't agree with anything Jeff and Chip talk about. I just come to show because they're both good looking guys. Now I know you're lying for sure. Now we caught you in a live visual vendetta bringing the jokes. I like it. I like it. Don't worry, Joe. We're just having a little bit of fun, dude. Because I too did listen to it. You know, if it's. It's always been that way. But there was some good shows in there. You're good, Joe. No judgment here. We all learned at different times. That's true.

I was accused back in the day when I was the journey. It was when I was a teenager. I was accused of. I worked at this car place and they're all leftists over there and they're like. They called me the Reagan youth because I was always talking about how great Reagan was. And he was the first president. The second term I was able to vote for because I was old enough, but tells you how old I am. But they would call me Reagan youth, like Hitler youth. They call me Reagan youth. They tell me, here's Reagan fan, here's Mr. Conservative, here's. And I was just like a 6 to 15 year old kid. Like, what is wrong with you. And my parents really never talked to. My parents were JFK Democrats, right? And they became Reagan Democrats. But Reagan ran. They ran. They voted for Reagan. And they were always. But we never really talked about politics. But my parents, hardcore conservatives, you know. You know, my dad voted for, you know, Trump three times. My dad went to a Trump rally with me back in 2016. Unfortunately, it was about 100 degrees outside. There was nowhere to sit. And I give the guy a lot of credit for standing out there the whole time. And. And that was the first time I ever saw Stephen Miller. I'm like, who the hell is this dude? This guy's crushing it. And they had gold star moms out there. And then Trump's helicopter came in as the sun was setting around the backdrop. Somewhere out. That video of that, it's just epic. And he got on stage and just crushed it. And I was at a. I was the earliest Trump rally I was at is 2011. That was in Boca Raton. And he was. He gave a rally. I knew he was going to be there with two other conservatives. People go, like, what park? Where's that? I tell them. They go, dude, I don't see it. I'm like, it's so small. It's. You'll. If you. If you even know it's there, you don't know it's a park. But anyway, I was like, from somewhere, I've got that video, but it's the same. Trump's been. Things Trump's been saying for 40 years, nothing different. He just decided not to run against Obama in his second term, decided to run after Obama. So there it is.

I'll tell you what, Tell you, when I decided that I was a Republican was when Reagan got elected. And I can remember my mother was a. A leftist at the time. And so I can remember we were living in Santa Barbara and she was in graduate school. And I can remember being outside playing, and everybody in the apartment complex, including my mother, they all came out when Reagan won, and they're all screaming and upset that this was the end of the world. And it was at that moment that I knew. Exactly. And it's weird because I was probably 9 or 10 years old, and I. And I knew exactly at that moment there's something wrong with these people that are all out screaming. Jeff turning point. What's that?

At nine years old, you diagnosed the problem right out of the bat.

[Jeff]

At 9 or 10 years old, I diagnosed it and that was it. Moving forward, then I some, you know, grew up overseas and everything. A little Bit different, but, you know, after that. But then it was interesting because I can remember, you know, coming back to the U.S. you know, Bush was running for office then. I can remember having conversations with my mother at that point in time, and she was still a leftist, still Democrat. And it took years. Like, it took years of talking to her. And eventually, you know, I started introducing her to Rush Limbo and she started listening to Rush and then she would say, oh, my God, you know, I, I actually agree with what he's saying. And it was like these little slow narratives. And now she's ultra conservative, you know. But I told her, I said her entire existence, she raised me conservative with conservative values. Said, you never raised me as a leftist Democrat ever. Like, I had zero wiggle room. It's like my entire life growing up was very kind of. And she didn't realize it. And I said, this is how you raise me, you know, and so you have conservative values. You're just kind of living in someone else's utopian dream of wanting to be a leftist hippie, right? And so it. Now when you talk to her, you know, it's. It's interesting, you know, the different dynamic, but, man, it's, it's crazy as you grow up and you kind of see the changes within your family and how the narrative kind of shape you.

And my other family, cousins and my brothers, my. My father's two sisters, lefties, you know, my mom was an only child, but her, her cousin, who was like her sister, she's, you know, I still talk to her. She's a hardcore, hardcore. And her daughter is a lefty, and she battles with her all the time. And meanwhile, she was brought up in a very conservative home. And sometimes people just want to just rebel against that. But the new rebel is the conservative movement. That is the new punk that is, you know, you know, fighting for freedom. These people just. They don't know, man. They don't. They're not stewards of history. They don't get it. They don't understand. If it's so great, go move someplace else. Go to a communist country and see what it really feels like. You're everyone's equal. Someone said it. Or everyone's equally miserable at the same time. That's what it is. You're stripped of everything. If you're the top 2 or 3%, you will kill anybody, you will fight anybody to defend your little slice of the pie. And it's not even as good as the upper echelon, but you'll take it. And it's just kind of how it works. And you know my kids are divided. I got one that's leans left and one is way right with me. So went away to college and became just drank the Kool Aid and the propaganda and that's what happens. The other one went to the same school and turned out different. So that's how it happens. And look, I love them both. I don't care if but you know, we don't talk. I'm like we don't have to talk politics. We don't have to. I don't care about that. None of that matters. Just want you to do well, be happy and if it makes you happy, cool. And must be weird having a really ultra major reasons being on the other side and having a, a father that's like totally a heavy hardcore conservative but the way it is I don't apologize to anybody for anything. And I've since I've, since I can ever remember I've never ever been lean to the left. Never, never. I wasn't one of these reformed guys. I was, I was always on the team and even though I didn't know what it meant, it always made sense to me. And you know the first president proud to say that I voted for was Reagan. I was old enough to vote and that's. And I'll that'd be to say that I voted for Reagan and be like cool. Didn't get the vote from the first time, I was too young but second time, oh yeah. And I went to you know and I was in college at the time and I remember going to, you know I remember seeing all the speakers come through and I went to the Democrat rallies and I went to Republican rallies, went to them all, you know, just check it out and see. And I noticed something very even back then in the 80s I noticed, I noticed the mental illness on the left. It's, it was always there. Jeff is always weird crazy people talking. I just, I don't know, it feels like there's a split either. Either you lean to the right and you believe in freedom, you believe in, in doing the best your family. You believe in smaller government, you believe in you know or you believe in these, these made up utopian things like you mentioned earlier. You think it's going to be great and you can't ever study things that didn't go so right because you still believe that if it's just done by you and the rest of the people it's going to be so much better. Meanwhile you had people show up and like bamas. And you know, the Clintons and you kind of see how that sort of goes and how it works out. Doesn't work out so well. You see, a guy like Biden doesn't work out so well. Economy crashes, everything goes through the roof. And meanwhile, you know that new prime minister, that's, that's going to take over his big new platform he's been pitching, he wants to raise taxes. Well, that's weird. Do leftists do anything? The only thing they're universal on around the world is raising taxes. They never solve the problem. To then talk about the problem more, but they never solve the problem.

Nope. Just, just more money, more handouts. More money, more handouts.

How about less money, less handouts, Let people decide.
