Jeff
Hey, you know Chip, one of the biggest criticisms of XRP over the years has been that nobody could quite explain the end destination. It's probably the biggest one. People would say it's for payments, others would say it's for banks, the bankers coin. Some would say it's for liquidity, some would actually say it's for tokenization. And depending on who you ask, you got completely different answers.
Chip
Well, I think that's why so many people have been confused because every few months another piece shows up. New partnership, a new use case, you know, maybe a new market, a new announcement. And each one by itself seems important. But none of them fully explain why XRP was built in the first place.
Jeff
That's right. Now what if we've been looking at everything backwards? That's what I want to know. What if payments were never actually the entire story? What if tokenization was the wasn't the whole story? And what if stable coins also weren't the whole story? Because this week actually something happened that made me stop and look at all these pieces that we've been talking about for all these years a little bit differently. MasterCard AI agents, which we've been mentioning on almost every show relentlessly. Guys got to get on with the AI agents. We got RL USD, you got xrpl machine to machine payments, Autonomous commerce, man. I mean really, for the first time in a long time, it feels like all these separate threads are actually starting to connect. They're all coming together right now.
Chip
Right. And that's kind of exactly leads us to what we're going to talk about tonight. Because whether you're bullish, you're bearish, or somewhere in the middle, there's just one question that deserves an answer. Why the hell are we here on Earth? No, that's not it. It's actually why does XRP keep showing up? Tonight we're going to be connecting the dots between Ripple, MasterCard AI, RL USD Flare and the Clarity act and some major developments happening around the world.
Jeff
Right? And by the end of the show, you might actually come away with something completely different. You might have a completely different answer to this one question. Why does XRP exist? And if you're enjoying the show, hit the like button. Subscribe. Subscribe to the channel and help support otc. And really, to be honest, the AI crew keeps asking for raises. They really do have expensive tastes. As, as we all know, it's getting really expensive. We're doing our best to keep them fat, happy, caffeinated and slightly less dangerous. So smash the subscribe button and let's get OTC to the moon.
Chip
Let's go. Welcome to on the Chain.
Jeff
Right, welcome down the chain. I'm Jeff here with my co host Chip. What is going on? Chip, what's going on? Otc Chip, let me ask you a question. If I asked 10 XRP holders why XRP exists, how many different answers would I get?
Chip
Maybe 10 different answers or 10 close answers or some relative answers, maybe, I don't know, you might even get more depending how long they're going to talk for. There is that one bitcoin maxi which will give you a very different answer, but probably not holding xrp.
Jeff
That's right.
Chip
So when you take into consideration like cross border payments what basically was XRP was the first very use case, you got liquidity, you got banks, odl, then you had tokenization stable coins. And every one of those answers would be partially right. But I don't think any of them are really the full answer.
Jeff
Actually that's the interesting part because every time a new market emerges, XRP is somehow finding its way into the conversation. And again, got payments, got tokenization, got stable coins, got settlement, and now what's the big one? Everybody knows it to the tip of your tongue. That's right, AI, Ait. And, and that's really what today's stories are, are why today's stories are so interesting. But because MasterCard isn't talking about crypto, you know what they're talking about? Oh, that's right. AI agents, Ripple, not talking about price, they're talking about machine to machine commerce. Tom Lee tell you who he is, you guys know who he is, isn't talking about memes, he's talking about why blockchain becomes more important as AI gets more powerful. And when you step back and you look at all of these stories together, you actually start seeing something that I think most people are actually missing.
Chip
And that sounds like a very good starting point for tonight because I think a lot of people are looking at these separate announcements. They're not really separate, they're all sort of pointing in the right direction, the same direction. And by that time we get through Ripple, mastercard, all USD, AI agents flare and the Clarity act. I think you'll understand why today's show called why this is why XRP Exists. You ready Jeff, to sort of jump into this and as I like to say, dive head first into the shallow end for maximum impact because you definitely will get maximum impact. Hopefully you don't break your neck. But the good news is you can jump. You can Jump in and make a giant splash. Welcome giant guys. Where are you coming in from tonight? If you're watching on the RE watch, where are you watching from? And I don't mean like physically, like on my chair, my lazy boy in my living room. I mean like where in the world are you? Put it down. We'd love to see even the RE watchers where they're coming in from because there's always somebody that will be in from a new place and that's always exciting. So let's jump right in right to the big thing here. Here is Ripple on saying that as AI agents begin transacting on behalf of businesses, payments need more than speed. They need trust, Jeff. They need controls. They need clear rules for how value moves. And we're helping build the infrastructure for trusted agent driven payments with the XRP ledger rlusd helping lay the foundation for the future of commerce. We're pleased to be part of the ecosystem supporting mastercard's Agent Pay for Machines initiative. And that's pretty good initiative because sometimes you name things that have nothing to do with it. Jeff, this is exactly what it is. It's called MasterCard's agent pay for machines initiative. And what it does, it helps validate new use cases, establishing common rules and accelerate adoption. And there you have it right there, the MasterCard logo side by side with Ripple. And then we've got the. Let's look, let's open up this MasterCard announcement here. A MasterCard. It's funny because Visa and MasterCard big competitors also with Amex here, at least here in the States. But you have these two that go head to head. And so Visa is always trying to look, they were, they were like the first to kind of integrate AI. The MasterCard are one upping them. So it's kind of interesting to see how this sort of like pans out and if you look, you see there's a whole slew of partners not rolling with two, three. There's like 30 or 40 different partners. T54 that's also on the XRPL. There's just a lot of cool people. Ave you notice a lot of things in there? Checkout.com Cloudflare of course, we love Cloudflare. Are we Jeff? Free hosting.
Jeff
Love the cloud. Yeah, gotta love it. If you need hosting, go check out Cloudflare.
Chip
And they're not sponsoring, they don't sponsor the show at all. Jeff.
Jeff
They do not sponsor the show.
Chip
It would be nice if they would. We'll talk about them all kind all, all the time. But we would only talk about things we actually believe in. Which is why you don't hear us shilling much because even though we get approached, we're like, we're not chilling it. We are not chilling it. What was that? One company that went down, ended up court and bankruptcy and all that stuff. How many times they approach us? Two, three times, asking us we wanted to become ambassador ambassadors, blah blah blah, talk about it. Then we found out people like, I'm not gonna mention, but one of the bigger names that's an influencer made $550,000. The other one made $650,000 for shielding the product. Jeff and I said, no, we're not gonna do it. We just, it doesn't. Something doesn't smell right. Jeff and I didn't. Something felt weird about it and we just felt like, no, we're not going to do it. So there you go. If we do shield something, it's going to be something we believe in, what we like. PI. There we go. Let's look at this, Jeff. AI agents beginning to transact. This is from Ripple X. So they talk about introducing the XRPL AI starter kit. Jeff, check this out. Hands on this. That's a starter kit. It's an XRPL AI starter kit.
Jeff
Oh yeah.
Chip
It's a brand new set of tools integrations designed to help developers like us, Jeff. We're now developers build agentic payment applications in the XRP ledger. So phase one is going to be XRPL docs and an MCP server, which obviously that's all an MCP server is, is for AI to connect. Just think of it like a router. If you connect to a router, you have one one in and many out. Many out to one in. That's what an MCP server is. Claude skills for wallet creation, payments and transaction tracking. I love Claude skills. This is nice, Jeff. We got to start really looking into this. If it already has the skills done, it sounds like this is going to be really easy to develop for. And then the X402 support for agent to agent payments using XRP and RO USD. So XRPL is fast settlement, predictable cost, native payment functionality make it strong foundation for agent payments. You got to love that, Jeff. Of course, building the future of agentic payments. There's a whole starter kit here. We already talked a little bit about this. Where is the actual starter kit? Oh, there it is. Okay, so there's the MPC server, MCP server, I should say XRPL Agent wallet skills and then getting started. Let me See the skills for claw. Let's see what these look like. Where are they? Oh, there it is. A skill md. There it is. There's the MD file you can download. Oh what it covers what it works with operating procedure, payment types, what it's. What does it do? It's just the. Just just basically tells Claude what XRPL payments are. What it covers account funding. It covers XRP payments, RLUSD payments, IOU token payments, cross currency payments, escrow, Agenic best practices error handling security works with the XRPL agent wallet that's required to handle creation and the key loading and signs. So nice. I like they have all that sort of like built in agent transactions. This is the hub. There it is right there. Nice that they linked all that. Gonna have to save that. Have to make the save on that.
Jeff
His brother
Chip
Vanilla Bros. What's up? The Vanilla Bros.
Jeff
Vanilla Bros. That is us.
Chip
Better than the boring Bros. I like that much better. Anyway, there's a lot of stuff here to unpack. We're not going to get through it all. We got a lot of stuff to talk about but. Boys are delusional. We sure are. Damn right we are. Vanilla Bros. That's another one to add Jeff. The Vanilla Bros. Vanilla Bros. You can add the Vanilla Bros to the.
Tom Lee
You boys are delusional.
Chip
Yeah, we are. Hell yeah we are. You boys. You boys are delusional.
Jeff
They're delusional.
Chip
They are. Jeff, take this one here. Look at this. This is interesting.
Jeff
XRP perpetual contracts now live on couch perpetuals. All right. American perpetuals. What exactly is a perpetual? Let's get into what this is live
Chip
for trading American professionals.
Jeff
Now we're. Now we're getting someplace. This is. We're talking about some contracts. Let's dig into this again. Coming from the Ripple dev team, the Ripple X we're seeing contracts available on Kalshi. There it is.
Chip
I like that man.
Jeff
Oh she.
Chip
There's so much news every day. It's sometimes hard to get it to it all Jeff. I have to say. I have to actually say. So we're going to talk about in this next clip here we're going to show. Okay I'm going to jump over to a ripple. Another ripple clip. This is Luke judges. Harry, put this out. Luke judges Ripple global partner lead thinks that Ripple blockchain the XRPL has a meaningful chance. It's kind of like dumb and dumber. So you're saying there's a chance. It's kind of. You're saying there's a chance. Number one it's well capitalized. Number two, it's really good narrative. I would say it's a great narrative. Good. It's a great narrative. Three, it's a growing market. And then note XRP riddlers have a place in the community. Ripple says lean in and support them.
Jeff
That's right.
Chip
Okay, thank you Crypten Rider for another great video. He put out an awesome video on this too. Now, now that they've been on the Crypt and Writer channel with vet, it's time to come on the chain and let's unpack a lot. Well, you need to come on here because you can't say no to us. You just can't. And the good news, Jeff, we are in talks with, well, just trying to confirm a time, but Hugo Fillion from Flair will be coming on the chain. We're trying to work out a date now and once we settle on a date, we'll let you guys know. But Hugo's coming on the chain. Super exciting. It's been in the works for some time. You'll see some other banger interviews that we're going to do. Jeff and I do them like no other. So there you go. And so anyway, I'm going to go ahead and play this clip right here. Here we go.
Luke Judges
Going to be three or four winners. Similar to like cloud and I thought a layer one is probably the closest thing to one of the hyperscalers. When you come to blockchain like you have AWS, Google, Microsoft, you're probably going to get three or four emergent L1 blockchains and I believe Ripple will be one of those. I think we have a meaningful chance, especially well capitalized executing against a narrative that is now really in our favor and in a market that's like growing rapidly. So yeah, I'm super excited. The second thing for the XRPL and XRP ecosystem that is probably aware now is like I was deeply involved with the transition from the old foundation into the new xrplger foundation, more by coincidence. And I have a lot of thanks to the XRPL Labs team for being instrumental to that as well. But we moved a lot of the core assets from the old XRP Ledger foundation into the new XRP Foundation. We set up the entity from scratch. It took a long time, but I think we built that with a robust governance process and we've got some incredible staff in there and then we've got vet. So I'm super excited about the future of that foundation and that organization and vet. And I think there's, there's going to be a lot of things that we can do. Like for us to have a million views on an AMM amendment post. Dude, you nailed it. That's exactly what I see. Like a foundation's job is to gain attention for the network, build more community members participation and to grow the robustness in technology. And like I couldn't have asked for a better start if I zoom out when like we're sitting dreaming about this architecture between Exopl Commons exoplabs ourselves. So yes, thank you for your work and continue to do that great stuff.
Chip
It was a genius move actually because we are talking about AMM curves. Like there is nothing more technical than this and you got a million views on it. I'm still in kind of denial that this is even possible. Don't get too excited boys. Could have been bots. Let's not too excited. But you delivered. You even over delivered in my opinion.
Luke Judges
So crazy work.
Chip
It didn't felt like it when it started. Yeah, but there's a lot of backslapping on this video. My God. What's the Riddlers.
Luke Judges
The Riddlers are part of the community.
Matt Gates
Yes, it is.
Luke Judges
Yeah, you should lean in and support them.
Chip
Like the only reason I bought it.
Luke Judges
It's great. Like if the Riddlers will give up tomorrow, that's not going to be good for the ecosystem. So I'm super supportive of that part. And, and every, every holder of xrp, every developer is important and we should value them all.
Chip
Agree. Yeah. It's good to hear about the Riddlers, man. You cannot discount the Riddler. So Riddlers are a key part. And again, bearable. BG123 certain reason I bought XRP I was like if a cartoon bear is telling me to buy it, I gotta do it. Why wouldn't I buy it? Sense, doesn't it? So yeah, I love that video. And thanks to Arie for putting that out there. Thank you for doing all the hard research. So all we have to do is play it and read your your posts on X. It makes it a lot easier on us. What else do we have here from the world of of imagination? Let's see. Oh, Tom Lee. How can we forget Tom Lee? I like this clip a lot. This is a interesting take. It's a very different take than I've heard out there. I've heard a lot about agentic AI and blockchain, but we don't think we've ever heard this perspective before. I think it's a little bit low, but let's listen to Tom Lee.
Brian
Chat with you as best as you know or can tell, what happened on Friday and what happened today, because those days, 48 trading hours apart, are very, very different.
Tom Lee
Yeah, Brian, as you know, stocks have done well for some time. So I think there's a lot of people that are worried about the air gap below because so many stocks move so quickly. And then jitters emerged. I'd say three jitters emerged last week. The first is, you know, how strong is the AI trade, especially with some of the guidance that came out of Broadcom. The second, of course, is just the realization that Google is going to raise 80 billion plus SpaceX 75, OpenAI maybe 100, you know, anthropic 75 and then meta, of course, filed as well. So there's a lot of equity being raised and asking the public to fund that. And the third is, of course, you know, the geopolitical tensions I think people get generally nervous into.
Chip
So he's saying, Jeff, look how he's tying it all together. This is a very interesting take weekend.
Tom Lee
And they're worried about whether there could be something happening in Iran. So I think those are the jitters. And as you know, we get these pullbacks, you know, in our opinion and we post, we public, we commented over the weekend on this. I think it's a false narrative to think the bull market is in trouble. I think the bull market's still intact and in very good shape.
Kelly
Tom, it's Kelly here back at the studio and one of the areas that's been obviously most under pressure is crypto. And I know that you say people shouldn't give, you know, throw in the towel, but I think it feels like a lot of the kind of buying velocity has simply left the space and, and I'm not sure when it will ever return.
Tom Lee
Well, yes, I mean, Kelly, I think people are really disappointed by crypto this year because number one, they didn't go up when AI was going up. But in some ways, crypto is a downstream story of AI because as AI capabilities go up, we already hear it from a lot of those AI researchers, it's going to increase the need for blockchain because that's the only way to prove and validate transactions and actually protect us from AI. Last week I think that there were some high profile sort of, quote, AI security exploits, one that happened on the Orchid Suite for zcash and that caused some panic. I don't know why it should have caused all of crypto to sell off. But keep in mind AI exploits are happening at a rapid pace. And an increasing pace across all of financial services. It's just that the publicly traded banks don't actually reveal the exploits. So I think that these attack surfaces are increasing everywhere and we have to be mindful of that. And the third is Wall street is still tokenizing. It's a big innovation turning money into software, tokenizing equities in real estate. These are composability issues that only happen on blockchain. So to me, I think the crypto narrative is still in good shape. But you're right, the, the excitement in the FOMO has been in AI.
Brian
You know Tom, going back to the stock market, seeing some of the Mag seven stocks down. The Dow is down just a touch. The NASDAQ 100 is still up 2%. But all the averages have come back will likely end the day higher. But if we were to not if the S and P were to end the day lower after the boom that we had for the first couple of hours today. But in any way that change the way that you look at this market and if not, what would.
Tom Lee
Well, Brian, there is going to be a lot of tension in markets until June 12th because I'd say there's a very large camp of our institutional investor clients that would say SpaceX is going to be the market top. So they're anticipating the markets to wobble. So what they're going to do is take profits and be cautious onto that date. But I'd say that history shows that the SpaceX IPO should not actually mark the market top. It's actually rare. A big IPO marks a top. So to us, I think it's actually misplaced concerns. There's still 7 trillion of cash on the sidelines and we already know the book's been filled. High net worth clients have a lot of cash available to buy this ipo. So I think the market's going to not only absorb this IPO really well, but I think the market's going to do well post ipo.
Kelly
If you only had a fixed amount of money, Tom, would you invest in these IPOs?
Tom Lee
These are some of the most important companies led by what they call N of one people. I mean, I don't know if there will be another Elon Musk in our generation. So for investors who have not owned Tesla, this is a chance for them to have exposure to Elon Musk and all of what he's envisioned. And again, the addressable market for AI and especially data center as you move into space is actually sizable.
Chip
What'd you think of that? Take Jeff I think it's interesting.
Jeff
Pretty much spot on in terms of just looking at this future where things are going. I, you know, it's interesting though looking at, you know, this, this connection, you know, he's talking about AI crypto, you know, where's, where's all the money going? That's, that's what I want to know. Where's SpaceX? You know, you start connecting all these dots, they're still functioning as relative silos. There's a ton of money out there. You know, what is AI doing? Nobody's investing in AI specific but where the money is going to, are into the chips, you know, SpaceX soon. OpenAI actually announced quietly there's going to be an IPO soon. So things are on the horizons, but there's a lot to invest in, in and around. Was that the reason for the tanking of the crypto market? I don't know why the crypto market tanked the way it did. Why is bitcoin at 60,000, are they tied in? Is it because people are, we're in a massive sell off to put money someplace else because they saw this spike with, with AI and, and all the industry around it, you know, is it really downstream or upstream or whatever he said. I think there's a lot more to it actually then. But it's just interesting having this dialogue and dissecting it.
Chip
I see so many analysts, we see so many things, people, you know, talking heads really espousing what crypto is. I see a lot of people, oh, the, the crypto is dead. It's, it's, it's moments overall people decline declaring bitcoin dead. It's not dead. I mean it's going through cycles. We're talking now we actually have the Clarity act going to be, it's going to be on the calendar trying to get it passed by. I think it's July 4th. I don't know if it happens, but the point of it is, is that there's a lot more energy. There's a ton of energy going into it. We're closer than we've ever been before. And you know a little bit about Tom Lee. So he, he was the former chief equity strategist over at JP Morgan from 99 to 2014. Then he started fundraising global advisors. But what I like about his take, which differs from some other people we've heard, is he actually, you know, this thought that AI is actually going to make blockchain more relevant because you need to be able to validate payments and you also need some sort of a chain of command. Right. With traditional systems, a lot of them are not necessarily customer facing, but there's a way to document it and a lot to protect payments on chain. With agentic agents, it's not that AI is forcing people to go to blockchain, it's that a. Because you will have AI agents, they'll probably. There'll be a time when you'll never make a payment. It'll just be an agent making a payment for you. And you think like, oh, that'll never happen. Yeah, okay, it will. And no one thought AI would work to this level. To where people like Jeff and I are developers now and I'm an Apple developer and I'm developing an app that's 90% done and it does amazing things and I keep adding more amazing things to it. This wouldn't be possible without the advent of AI. Before December 25, AI was kind of helping with code and assisting. When December rolled around, it was getting a lot better. It wasn't until the first week of March that AI was writing sustainable code, meaning you could prompt it, it could write it. It did not need human intervention from, I don't know how to code. I know a lot of front end stuff, but I don't know how to code. So the idea that anybody now can take an idea, take their business knowledge and then launch something launched SAS company launch, whatever you want, you can go launch, do a copy of something else that's already successful and make another little niche for yourself. I think the SaaS markets, the software as a service markets are going to be in trouble to some degree because leaner, smaller teams can come in, offer it less money and more features. But 9, 90 of the people who have that, they don't, they don't even use 90 of the features, these like 3 on a daily basis. Right. So it has to just be able to do the important stuff. So I like his take and it's an important one too. I also like the positivity. He's not declaring, you know, bitcoin dad, he's not declaring anything with crypto itself. So there's a lot to unpack there. But it's refreshing to hear some good sound analysis coming from one of these analysts because most of the time it's a snooze, a thon. And you're like, they just, they're so extreme on one word. Bitcoin's dead. It's all AI get out of bitcoin. You know these people that scream and do all this stuff where Tom Lee's just got a very logical approach and he has a great track record, so. Well, I like everything he's going to say. No, but I thought this was.
Jeff
I thought so, too. I've actually. I found this snippet from another commentator just recently talking about xrp. Let me play it real quick. Just audio. Throw it up.
Chip
Here we find the Vanilla bros in their natural habitat. Notice the cautious posture as XRP rises another 30%. The vanilla bros remain committed to waiting. Waiting for confirmation. Fascinating. It's Vanilla Bros. It's Vanilla Bros. Vanilla Bros. That's pretty good. We got the best nicknames, man. Coming from. Who's that? That always gives us those nicknames. The Boring Bros. The Vanilla Bros. Tomley's brother. Brother. And what was the other one? Preposterous. I don't know. Some other one who knows. Leantron says I missed the old days waiting for the SEC lawsuit to come to an end and watching Gensler say the dumbest things possible. Well, don't worry. We have a lot of dumb things that are being said today by just. By different people.
Irish Citizen Army Member
Don't.
Chip
Do not worry your little heart about that. We find the vanilla, we find. Here we are in our natural. What you could call our natural habitat, for sure.
Jeff
Our natural habitat.
Chip
Without a doubt. Boys are delusional all the time. That's my favorite one right there. That's one of my favorites. Speaking of delusional, speaking of something. So Crockett, she's Democrat in the House, but she's done at the end of the year because, well, they redistrict and she's out. So she shows up on these podcasts and talk shows, and this might be one of the dumbest things. You know, the Metcalfs who lost the. The. The. The guy that stabbed her son was. Ended up, you know, was found guilty for 32 years. People are. You're saying all kinds of things. Was racism, this and that. He pulled out a knife, stuck him in the heart and killed them. So they were not happy with the way that went. All the eyewitnesses that came in, all the people, the video that was shared. So she has this to say about the parents. Here we go.
Brenda Snipes
Black women, especially black women who have black male children, live in fear and agony every single day. A fear and agony that I promise you. The Metcalfs probably never spent a day living that way. And we're gonna have to have just some real conversations about race in this country.
Chip
So their son is dead, but they don't know what it feels like to live in Agony. Are you out of your mind? This is the dumbest take I've ever heard in my life. This is. This is just stupid. This is. Just started talking right here.
Jeff
Here you go. Bruce Lee's brother.
Chip
Boom. See that? Bruce Lee brother. The big ten spot. Love that. Keep inventing those names, they'll keep making it on the program. Keep making it on the program. Yeah. Become part of the program. Become part of the. Part of the soundboard.
Jeff
Right? Look at this comment here from Richard. Looks like he's a first time viewer. This shows a breath of fresh air from most of the silly crypto conspiracy pages that are out there, which is a lot of them. Those are the YouTube fanboys.
Chip
Don't be too impressed. We have our moments, so don't worry about that. But thank you for that comment. We really like that. I will say this, Jeff, what's going on in Los Angeles right now with. With suspenser Pratt. It's like. It's statistically unbelievable. And people are like, no, no. Everything seems on the up and up. Yeah, keep counting till you. So you have enough ballots. But what's funny about that was Karen Bass, who's the leader, right?
Jim Dowson
She was.
Chip
She came in first. She's the incumbent. You would expect her to come in first. Now she's in first position. Spencer Pratt's in second. And the third, she already conceded. She's crying. That's whatever. I wanted the best for Los Angeles. Well, what's weird is Karen Bass hardly gets any new votes. A couple here and there, but she gets all the votes to come from last. When she lost her district, she lost every district except for. But she lost her own district, right. And what she pulled percentage wise. But all of a sudden, in. In the votes that were coming in, that were being printed to be able to be handed off, she now surges from third place just enough to beat Spencer Pratt. And they're like, oh, we're gonna call it now. And Spencer Pratt's like, hey, we have until July.
Jeff
Exactly.
Chip
Yeah, you have until July. Why are you calling it now? You didn't call it when he was leading. So now they're saying, oh, you know, Pratt's out. He's like, just be patient, whatever. I don't know. Something. Statistically, it's impossible. The numbers guys have done the thing. They're like, it doesn't work. The third place person doesn't get more votes in the second or first place, just enough to make them kick out the third. Because the way it works in Cal and. And for the Los Angeles mayors Race is the top two will run together and they wanted two Democrats. So funny enough, she got enough votes. This was the best post that I saw on this. This is Jack Pic. He said my favorite part was when they began delivering LA ballots by helicopter. It's just the greatest thing I've ever seen. Look at. So they're flying the. The ballots on. On helicopters.
Jeff
Helicopter, yeah. Where are they coming from?
Chip
From the print shop goer. Yeah, they're right there in the middle. And they can see the workers standing by to pick up those. And then they're picking up ballots from eight cities, including Lancaster, Santa Clara, Palmdale, Lake Van Nuys, Poma and Torrance. And once they arrive, the ballots are securely transferred inside where election workers are receiving and processing millions of ballots. Where while most ballots are transported by vehicle, election officials use helicopters to bring in the ballots from some of the furthest root centers. Sure. Yeah. Okay. This is. And this is great. This is the favorite part. So they have to use helicopter because it's important, timing wise. Even though this was more than a week and a half ago. Explain that, Jeff. Like, none of this makes sense.
Jeff
It's pathetic. It should have been over as soon as it's. You know, I'm going to show you. I'm going to see if I can find. Hang on, I'll put it up. There were two videos that I was supposed to grab and play.
Chip
Where are they?
Jeff
They're in my phone. Oh, they're in WhatsApp. They're not somewhere.
Chip
It is a real news clip. I just didn't play because it's kind of boring, but it is. It's a real. It's. It's a. They were. They developed like nothing's.
Jim Dowson
What.
Chip
There's nothing wrong here. What are you guys talking about? Of course, everything's on the up and up. Of course, the third. And the only reason that I can't even think of her name, I can't pronounce her name. But anyway, the only reason the third, the loser got into the race was to do exactly that. Come in first and second, and then throw. Throw it to Karen Bass. Because before that she supported Karen Bass, but when they did another Democrat to enter the race. She entered the race, but she's the only one. When they were counting for a week, you know, a week and a half, that she was the only one that surged. Statistically impossible.
Jeff
So I want to put up. I want to put up two videos. This is. This was.
Chip
What do you have? Gosh, this is taking the thing.
Jeff
So this was 2018 time frame. Think about how many years ago that was. Right. Eight years ago. To set the scene. Similar incident happening in. In Florida. They're about to steal an election. Oh, you know what? I gotta refresh. So. And then there was a fight, a fight at the supervisor of election in Broward county because they were gonna try to steal the election, and they were pretty close to stealing the election, I have to say. Hang on. Just trying to refresh it one more time.
Chip
I don't know.
Jeff
It's not popping up.
Chip
It didn't go very well.
Jeff
No, it didn't. Didn't turn out as well for them as they had anticipated. But now if I. If I can actually get these two clips. One of them. No, they're not actually showing up. I don't know what happened. So weird.
Chip
If you run a. If you're on an iPhone.
Jeff
Refreshing. I put it right in the keep.
Chip
You just simply say, play this on my computer.
Jeff
I don't have that. It's not an option.
Chip
Yeah, you got to get an iPhone. Got to get on the ecosystem.
Jeff
Oh, I put them in the wrong folder. Maybe. Wait a minute. Oh, no, I got it here. Oh, no, that's not it. Oh, wait. Oh, Ron Desantis. Where's the other one? How did it end up in. No, it's not the Santos.
Chip
Did I put that until you do that?
Jeff
Oh, yeah. No, that's it. That's descent. They're gone. They just disappeared. I just tasted them, and they're gone.
Chip
We'll come back. We'll come back to it. We'll come back to it. But who else run won their primary? Well, a guy by the name of Graham Platner, if you haven't heard about this guy. The Democrats endorsed and voted for a guy who had a Nazi tattoo, lied repeatedly about the Nazi tattoo, said he would rape people, sexted with women while married, bragged about drawing penises and Porta Potties, praised Islamic terrorists, said he's a communist, joined an app known to be used by predators to contact minors. There he is doing the Heil Hitler salute. But Elon Musk says, there he is. Boom Platner. This is the guy that they support.
Luke Judges
It's.
Chip
The guy's running. It's unbelievable. He's. That they would actually throw support behind him.
Jeff
He won his primary. They're. They're so crazy.
Chip
What is going. I mean, honestly, like, you voted for this. A Nazi, A communist. You know, the guy was on predator apps for young. You know, underage. Like, this should be disqualifiers. I mean, like before you'd get disqualified for something so dumb. I don't know, something you said. This guy's got 50 strikes against him. It's like Kyle Hitler, you know, they're doing the whole thing. It's. It's just. I mean, he's a communist Nazi. Yeah, he. Of course he is. And a predator and a pedophile. I mean, you name it, right? Then he lied about not having the Nazi tattoo, and he's got the Nazi tattoo. I mean, come on, did he even, like, think, like, you know, hm, I'm running for office. Think I'll know what I'll do. I think I'll schedule two or three sessions to get it removed. No.
Jeff
Oh, not.
Chip
Didn't even say, hey, look, I was a different person back then. To show you I got it removed. No, to let you know I don't still belong to the Communist Party of America. Oops, that's my car. I'm a card carrier.
Jeff
Oops.
Chip
You know, it's. It's beyond. It is absolutely beyond. Anyways, one of the rising stars in the Republic, on the conservative side, you got this guy called Brandon Gill. I've seen him in hearings, he's fantastic. They're saying that this guy could be the next speaker of the House because Johnson never talks like this. This guy is on fire. I think he's a rising star. I think he's going places big time.
Brandon Gill
Four years. Democrats in the House and President Biden inundated relentlessly our communities with over 15 million illegal aliens who are murdering, raping, torturing and pillaging our people. And they did it as part of a cynical ploy to structurally rig our elections by importing a new electorate, millions of people that they believed would be future Democrat voters in perpetuity. We have got to end this, and President Trump is ending it right now. And we cannot allow Democrats to unleash the same kind of hell on our people that they did over the past four years. We've got to codify President Trump's border protection policies into law. I've got a Remain in Mexico bill that does just that. In his first term, President Trump's Remain in Mexico act reduced border apprehensions by 70%. It was one of his most effective policies. We've got over 100 CO sponsors on this bill, including two Democrats, by the way, who have found religion. Suddenly.
Chip
One of them has to be Fetterman, right? Has to be. Who's the.
Brandon Gill
We've got to get this signed into law. We've got to get it to the House floor. To support our president and to support the American people.
Chip
By the way, Jeff, if you heard that Susan Collins is changing her mind suddenly about Voting America act, all of a sudden there's enough votes to end the film, sir. So I'm thinking, Thune, the first thing that if you're in a conservative and you, you're in the, in the Senate, the first thing you got to do is break the 70 or 80 year tradition of putting a rhino as, okay, do not put the rhino in charge. The rhino. But every time they put the rhino in charge, every time you got Thune who's a. And they can't find dirt on this guy. He's got to be just dripping with dirt. It's unbelievable.
Jeff
There we go. I found some of the, I found the two clips. So just think Broward county, right? This was not that long ago. And so the chaos, the chaos that ensues at the supervisor of election, when
Kelly
asked to explain why the numbers don't match.
Luke Judges
Watch.
Brenda Snipes
Oh, you're going to have undervotes. You always have undervotes. It may be that, and I don't know where the undervotes are right now. I haven't looked at a report. Okay, but they're always undervotes.
Local Witness
It's just that when they look at
Brenda Snipes
the data they say that a lot of people voted for governor and the AG but then the Senate race was not calculated. So what could it, what, what could you attribute it to? People just not, you know, I haven't talked to, I haven't talked to any voters about that. So I don't know. But we do see undervotes and overvotes as a regular part of the process.
Jeff
Yeah, undervotes.
Brenda Snipes
Confusing.
Kelly
Florida Congressman Matt Gitts, Matt Gates, a Republican who was at today's protests and is calling for the removal. That woman who you just saw, the Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Snipes. Congressman, good to have you with us tonight. Thank you very much for being here. Why do you believe she needs to be removed from office?
Matt Gates
Well, we have breaking news tonight. Martha, I'm here coming to you from what seems to be the banana republic of Broward County. Earlier today, just hours ago, a judge ordered Brenda Snipes to allow us to inspect records so that we could find out the total number of, of votes cast and the method of those votes. Either early voting, voting by mail, or voting in person. That was supposed to be complied with by 7 o'.
Jim Dowson
Clock.
Matt Gates
The reason you see a scrum over my shoulder. The lawyers for Brenda Snipes will not Allow our team to come in and comply with the court order. That very same order, Martha, ruled that Brenda Snipes violated the Florida Constitution by not allowing access to these important records. So I suspect that late into the night we will be drafting a motion for contempt and we'll try to get a hearing either in the wee hours of the morning.
Jeff
And so we know how it ended. But this is, this is right out of their playbook. They're doing the same thing in California right now. It's just there's not enough people with, with the balls in California to actually do something, you know, but they. Maybe they're there, maybe, you know, but here's another one.
Matt Gates
They do not know what they're doing. You know, Rapunzel spun straw into gold here. You're spinning tens of thousands of ballots out of thin air, out of nothing. There's no chain of custody for these ballots. There's no.
Chip
It happened everywhere. Nobody gives a where.
Matt Gates
We see at each polling place, we broke them here and how many were turned unvoted.
Jeff
It was amazing.
Matt Gates
The checks against corruption and they're hiding, they're not being transparent. Today at 3 o' clock, there is a proceeding where we are going to seek to enforce the Public Records act in the state of Florida.
Jeff
And it, and this is what it took. It took day and night, day and night. And they broke and got rid of, finally got. Got the actual votes they were gonna have that Gillum almost won, right? And all because of the chaos of what they had. The votes were all upside. Oh, there's undervolts over whatever it was.
Chip
Three weeks after DeSantis won, he was found naked with two guys in a hotel room.
Luke Judges
Remember that?
Chip
He didn't, he didn't know. He said he wasn't gay. I was like, okay, that guy was almost the governor. Now we got a Nazi who's running for office. It's unbelievable. Like anything passes on the left. Do you have a heartbeat yet? Do you like Donald Trump? No, I hate him. You're in, you're in, you're in.
Jeff
You're our pick.
Chip
You're our guy. And so what's been happening in Ireland has been absolutely tragic. What happened is the. It turns out, Jeff, that victim, you know that, that we've been hearing about in. I don't know if you've seen the video. Obviously we're not going to play the video here, but the guy. There was a. One of these asylum seekers on top of the guy and is not attempting to behead him. All other people were filming, but People did finally come to his rescue, which is sad that they eventually did. But this is a woman talking about, it turns out the guy with special needs. Because I thought you're on top of me, dude. I'm fighting. You're not. You're not taking my head, dude. Without a fight. Right. Like, why would you just succumb to that?
Local Witness
Attacked. She says she used to babysit for him when she was. When he was younger. He's special needs and he's hard to hear. Yeah. And she said. Yeah, she said that she knows the family well and she used to men. And she said that that wee lad has been living there, that young man. Well, he's, he's 47. She said he's been living there for about two years. And she said them foreigners that moved in only moved in like four days ago.
Chip
Right.
Local Witness
And he was doing everything to help them out when they moved in. And it's not just one, there was two of them jumped him. But the news hasn't given out yet. The two of them moved into the flat.
Chip
Wow.
Local Witness
And one of them was the one that was arrested. The other one hasn't been mentioned anywhere in the news yet.
Jeff
But he was involved in the attack.
Chip
Allegedly.
Local Witness
This is what she said.
Chip
Allegedly.
Local Witness
This is why up in Rothkool they're going ballistic because she said this. This is what she said. This, this is why they're going ballistic. Because the wheel out originally came okay. From Rothkool and apparently he did everything to help them.
Chip
Do you think the authorities are trying to cover that kind of thing up? That there was a second the whole thing.
Local Witness
They're trying to, they're, they're trying to blanket everything that's going on.
Chip
Was actually trying to help them move in.
Local Witness
He was helping, helping them for the last couple of days. Apparently. He's really kind, thoughtful. We love kind hearted. That's what she said. She says market. He's the type of. He's the type of man. He would have done anything for anybody, she says. So he has been going out of his way to help. Now the reports we're hearing now is his nose has been cut his eyes out and he's blind. And the other that he's. He can't hear anybody's heart here. And what light does he got when he comes out of intensive car?
Jeff
They stay got his eyes stabbed. What happened?
Chip
Yeah, well, he was. Yeah. That's just. I mean, horrific. Listen, man, you know, Donald Trump. My favorite quote of Donald Trump that will stand for years is if you import the third world you become the third world when you deal with low IQ people of 70. You're dealing with here what would be considered, you know, retarded, right? I mean, you know, I don't care if you like the word, that's the word you would be. And it's just getting insane. So. But you know, Conor McGregor, the MMA fighter, he was running for president. Conor McGregor said he just called for the only solution after an African migrant butchered a local man in the middle of a Belfast street. Close the borders. Remove all illegal entrance from the island.
Jeff
Now they just need to do it.
Chip
There's the guy on top of cutting his eyes. Think about, you know, neck. And I'm surprised the guy's still alive. It was too. It was sad that it took a little bit for people to get to him. You know, he didn't get instant help. It's just horrific, man.
Jeff
Or seeing stuff like this, you know, over and over and over again.
Chip
It's just, I mean, like, what's not
Jeff
compatible with this, with society?
Chip
When is the breaking point when you're like, we've had enough? Well, they started burning. What they did was they went to the migrant housing, broke all the windows and started setting it on fire. Now is that warranted? I don't know, man. You got to have a breaking point. Look, the knife stabbings are insane in the UK more than any other country. Here is the a statement from the ics. Here we go.
Irish Citizen Army
Since environment, we address you tonight with a heavy heart, but with a firm resolve. We are the Irish Citizen army, also known as the ICA. We created the rebirth of the ICA of 1913. We are all citizens, fathers, mothers, sons and daughters, driven to finally take action on the intolerable corruption which is forced on us by the Irish and British governments. We also believe that the British government has no right in Ireland. Has never had any right in Ireland and never can have any right in Ireland. We represent all of Ireland's 32 counties. We refuse to witness the suffering of our citizens. Our Irish citizens refuse to be treated as second class citizens on their own island. We, the ica, refuse to witness our heritage and culture being erased. We refuse to witness the suffering and killing of innocent Irish citizens. We, the ica, will fight for Ireland. We, the ica, will take the necessary steps to achieve our goals.
Chip
I'll tell you what, man, you can. The Scots used to be pretty tough. The Welsh, they fly on the radar. The Brits don't mess with the Irish, dude. The Irish do not mess with the Irish. They do not Play. They do not play. And if there's going to be any revolution, it will start in Ireland. Here we go. Here's a general. Here's a gentleman talking about on there. He talks about restoring Britain.
Irish Citizen Army Member
Listen, these dirty third world slaughtering our people. And I'm gonna say, I'll repeat myself. Raping our children and winning. Attacking our people on a daily basis. Yeah. Can you not see through this madness now? This ain't nothing to do with the people coming in on the boats. The third world dirty bastards anyway. They're not like us. It's our establishment, our government allowing them in to get up to no good. To wind us up where they're gonna throw first. It's been down in history for being absolutely nuts. Yeah. And I mean that with every respect. The Irish, let's fuck them with it first. Let's wind them up, let's set them off. They'll get it started. And you flooded Scotland. Scotland is a migrant capital of the fucking world. Right now they're gonna go next. I always thought it was gonna be different order, but now the way I look at it, it's gonna be Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales. Because we're left with no fucking choice. How can we wind them up? How could we cause civil war? By putting a load of fucking murdering migrant bastards into their countries. Flooding them with the bastards. They'll attack the kids and women and men. They'll do a good job of it and wind them all up. England, Ireland, Scotland in Wales. We, we need to unite. We need to stay connected. Because the establishment, the traitor bastards, they are compromised corrupt governments. You murdering bastards.
Chip
Sounds speaking of wind up wound up right there. But he's not wrong. And this is what it's gonna, this kind of anger. Because there's no like. Well, we'll just ship back. Look, you either take your country back or you don't, man. We're coming up on 250 years. I'll see you guys moving a finger. Like, do you see the way the police are? You can just push them over with, with your, with your index finger. You think they're going to be able to take a mob? You think they're going to be able to hit everybody? No. You think your military is going to stop it? This is ripe for the taking. And if Ireland wants. People want to take their country back. Now, I've been fortunate. I've been in. I've been in Belfast. I'll be honest. When you're in Belfast, Jeff, for the first time, the Scots understand the accent. They get A little drunk, a little bit tricky. The English, no problem. The Welsh, no problem. You go to Belfast, bro? I don't know. I took a whole taxi ride society. I scolded and I'm like, huh? So I just went on, huh? Yeah. I honestly didn't know what he was saying. And I was thinking, is he speaking English to my. To my English friend? He says, yeah, I speak in English. I was like, okay. Do you understand him? He goes, not really. So. And I gotta say, they're tough up there, man. Belfast don't mess them. Now, if you guys know the history of. Of Ireland, the things they used to fire, but they used to have car bombs and. And bombing and stuff in the 70s, because the Protestants and the Catholics were at war. The Protestants fighting the Catholics. This is their big beef. Now watch this dude when he talks about the north and south united. You got Northern Ireland, you got Southern Ireland, you got the. The Protestants and the Catholics. Listen what he's called for. Now, you realize there's a major shift that's happened when this is the call uniting these two to go after a common enemy.
Jim Dowson
North and South, Orange and Green. The days of the old rivalries are over. And if you cannot get that into your head, you may pack up and go to England and live in a country that's about to fall to the invaders. This is Belfast, not Bromley. We do not tolerate these type of attacks on our people, Catholic or Protestant. I want to tell you, last night, many, many men, Protestant men from the Shank Hill Road area went over the peace line to stand with the good people of the new lodge. Catholics and Protestants, Orange and Green, must unite if we have to see this threat off. I'm a chaplain of the Knights Templar Order. This is our flag there. It's my British flag here.
Chip
It's Templar, baby.
Jim Dowson
But I'll be happy to stand with any Roman Catholic person North, south, east or west in solidarity against these attacks in your community. We're built different here. We're built different in this country. Both communities here have fought, bled and died for hundreds and hundreds of years over this land. We love this land. We have bled for it. We have died for it. What are we doing sitting here watching people come to your country to murder our people? Jim Dowson here from the Knights Template International. I'm inviting you today to join.
Chip
There you go. They write into the commercial, but there you go. But this is a big thing. The Protestants of Catholics, Orange and Green are uniting. Holy cow, Jeff. That is something. I gotta be. That really is something right I saw this video, Jeff, and now you guys have to watch it too. This is like the funniest thing I've ever seen, Jeff. You know how we play videos and we goof on the people in the videos? Oh, yeah, this is a vocal fry. Listen. Listen to the guy. Make fun of this dude's voice. This is too much. Listen to this. And I'm sorry, man. You deserve it. Are you a man or you a mouse? Let's listen to this.
Political Commentator
The firm sent us a thing and it had some of the. Yes, but it didn't have all of them.
Irish Citizen Army Member
All of them.
Jeff
What did you think about that?
Chip
How did you. How did you think your way through the fact that he had posted these
Jeff
things on social media?
Political Commentator
I said none of this will or should stop him from becoming a U.S. senator.
Chip
And what was your thinking there?
Political Commentator
I think if what the voters wanted were people who were grown in bats and had never done or said.
Giggle Pants
Wait, pause. So not only is the vocal fry damning, but what's with giggle?
Chip
I think that was me.
Irish Citizen Army Member
Oh,
Giggle Pants
well, Giggle pants is paid to be here. So that's what's with him.
Political Commentator
Last producer thing that they might regret their entire lives. We'd have a very different country. Part of our thesis here is that people do not want their candidates grown in bats. They want people who are real human beings and they want people who do not not look and sound like the background people who.
Chip
Well, they don't certainly sound like you. He says we want real human beings that should look and sound like. Like, listen to this. This is like. Look at what the straight face. He says that's.
Political Commentator
They want people who are real human beings and they want people who do not look and sound like the background people who've been living in this country.
Giggle Pants
Yeah, you definitely don't sound like anyone else. That is the worst, worst, most airhead, ditzy hot chick who has an only fans and a. She's an influencer and has never worked a day in her life. Just a complete of a young girl. That's what you sound like, dude. Like, drink a whiskey, smoke a cigar, punch yourself in the throat. What is happening? I think we're at a point where
Chip
he does that thing where he goes up at the end, like, he says, everything's a question
Political Commentator
for last century.
Chip
Last century.
Jeff
That was Graham just days after this interview. I mean,
Chip
it's the craziest thing I've ever seen. Like, they can't be real. It's real. Everything, you know? And then I had the song. I mean, I hope it's not like a speech impediment. It could be, but my God, that's something. I mean, use of one of those vocal decoders or something. Chef, check this out. The world are at it again. Now you got the midterms. Delusional. And they are getting tough. Listen how tough these liberals are getting. Watch this. I know you're going to be scared. Watch this. Shut the up. Looks great. Oh, look at this guy. Shut the up. What do you call those guys that are like the. Are they called sen. Centor. The guys that are half horse and half.
Jeff
Oh, yeah, I think the bodies or something like that.
Chip
Yeah. Like, it's weird though. He walks up, you think he's got like four legs behind him. It looks like, you know, like you don't see the back half of him. Like he is one of those horse creatures. Look at him. Shut the up.
Jeff
What are they talking to? I don't get this.
Chip
Shut the up. Just a bunch of liberals. Dude. Are we talking to Trump? You know, Hello.
Irish Citizen Army Member
Shut the up.
Jeff
So gay.
Unhinged Edition Commentator
These guys think they're very cool, don't they?
Chip
Shut the up. Look at this one.
Irish Citizen Army Member
Shut the up.
Unhinged Edition Commentator
Let's pause it right there. What the hell did I just walk into here? It's like a Whole Foods exploded and these people are trying to birth the vibe back to life with interpretive dance.
Tom Lee
This is peak.
Unhinged Edition Commentator
My parents paid for my art degree. Energy. Somewhere there's a dad watching this saying, that's why we cut you off at 28, Kevin.
Jeff
That's right.
Unhinged Edition Commentator
I can imagine it smells like Pachuli essential oils and quiet desperation. If you bottled this energy, it would be called White Woman Summer unhinged edition.
Jeff
Unhinged.
Unhinged Edition Commentator
Ed, what you guys think about this?
Chip
What do you think about that? That is some. That is some weird energy there. And there's some. There's some Democrat men who are getting ready for the primary. Watch this, Jeff. They're mad too. These are some Democrat men who are ready for the upcoming midterms. Not primary. No, we ain't gonna take it. Us. And we just don't think our destiny. Cause you don't know us. You don't belong. We're not going to take it. No, no, we ain't going to take it.
Irish Citizen Army Member
We're not going to take it anymore.
Chip
That is so brave, Jeff. So brave. My God. Is that. That was really rough. Jeez. Is it. Is that gain out of the chain? Hell no.
Jeff
That's what it is.
Chip
And that's why soy was overgrown. Corn drag queen tryouts. Yeah, I was pretty rough. Anyway, I mean, a happy note. Yeah, he is happy. Is it risky? It's always risky to have to play.
Jeff
Always risky.
Chip
You play that kind of stuff, you get accused of chain. Yeah, it's risky. Anyway, they all drive Subarus. I told you. Or Volvo. Is either one of the two brain removed and replaced. Yeah, it certainly has.
Jeff
It's insane.
Chip
The other precious.
Jeff
Thank you very much.
Chip
Subarus. Yeah, of course they do. They got 12 packs. Anyway, guys, that's all the time we have today. Enjoy. We're gonna get the margarita girl in here. Margaritas. Gotta get the margarita.
Jeff
That's it.
Chip
Anyway. That's all the time. Play the margaritas.
Local Witness
Margaritas.
Chip
Margaritas.
Jeff
I just noticed she was inside the table. Did you ever notice she was in the middle of the table, Jeff.
Chip
It's not really dependable. And then everyone's. But there's no sound coming out. Yeah,
Jeff
margaritas.
Chip
Well, she's. She's not on that. She's on the table. She just has no legs. She just walks like this. That's all. That's. Is it delightful? Hell, yeah, it's delightful. Horse on the chain is delightful. Why would you say it's not delightful? It's always delightful. Anyways, guys, that's all the time we have. We are out of time. We will see you guys on the next one. Chip and Jeff, are you down with otc? Please, like, subscribe and click the bell to be notified when the next video drops.
