Jeff
Remember, hammer it. Welcome to on the Chain. This is Jeff here with co host Chip. What's going on, Chip? What's going on? Everybody out there in the on the Chain community, you know who you are, man. We got the most amazing community in all of YouTube history. I'll tell you that. Tonight we are going to talk about a lot of things but one of the things we have to dig into is the genius act. Where is it now? Where is it heading? Is it going to create crypto clarity or crypto chaos? That's what we want to know. Does it do anything for xrp? Is it going to be bitcoin centric? What's really going to happen? And is there a threat to the US dollar based on this genius act? What do you think, Chip? Ready to kick this thing off?
Chip
When you ask me what I think you're going to get, what I think it's not going to be good. I feel a rant coming on. Let's go. Welcome to on the Chain. Welcome everybody to drop. Where you're coming in from. Where are you coming in from? What is going on out there on the chain World family. Yeah, I will get to the genius act but first of all, Hawthorne, Florida. Yeah, Hawthorne. Crypto world wasn't sure if he was going to make it to the fruit. He doesn't drink coffee. He's waiting for the yeti moonshine. We'll probably have badass yeti bourbon before we get to the moonshine. Probably a matter of like oscillating between Tennessee and Kentucky. So that's the. We'll have to like, of course, you know, make sure that. But the moonshine won't be bad.
Jeff
12 and mound.
Chip
12 and mound. That's so funny. He's. He's in the quinder. An 11 mile be quinder. Say that three times.
Jeff
It was either dequinder an 11 mile de quinder in 10 mile or maybe it might have been dequinder and 12. There was a Chinese buffet called Ming Waz that was probably one of the best Chinese buffets.
Chip
She's still downtown. So she's the. Used to be a cool little place. I used to go there all the.
Jeff
Time and we were downtown for. For the indie. For the. For the Grand Prix. The Detroit Grand Prix and didn't even recognize it. There's. There's a train car that can take you. We parked at Wayne State, took a train car all the way down. I think we're on Woodward. I don't even know what road we're on. But we took the Train all the way downtown. It was the craziest experience. It was fun, it was easy. Downtown is lively restaurants, all sorts of stuff going on over there. It was unrecognizable. Plus the race was over there. So that also contributed a little bit to the unrecognizable stat state. But it was. Dude, it was so impressive.
Chip
It's kind of cool.
Jeff
You'd be impressed.
Chip
It's been a while since I've been back to Detroit. I've been. It's been a while. It's. I guess they're building. It's looking good.
Jeff
Do you ever go to the Ultrale when you live there?
Chip
I don't remember. No.
Jeff
By far. Probably one of the greatest Irish pubs and they have like the sing along stuff. So we'd go there, show up at 8 and they. You just get picture after picture after picture banging on the table, singing till the early hours of the night. It was the best. That's the Ultra Lele still there, is it? Yeah, I haven't been there in eons in years. We used to go there so much that we used to hang out with the band. But it was. Well, it's still there. Definitely still there. We looked it up while we were there. So should we go to the uli? It was like a Friday, Saturday night type thing. It was very cool.
Chip
Think I was trying to think of the place, I was trying to find it but I can't find place. They're not there anymore. Yeah, I don't know.
Jeff
The Polish Cafe. There you go.
Chip
Polish cafe. There used to be a great Polish restaurant in, in downtown Rochester that I would go to and they had great, great Polish food there.
Jeff
So when we were there we stayed in downtown Rochester.
Chip
Well that's even cooler.
Jeff
There's this place called the Cheese lady and they. And you go in and it's a cheese store. A British woman owns the cheese store. Then there's a French guy that owns the wine shop. Connected to the cheese lady to the total to the shop. So when we were there, Paris was playing who are they playing? Why can't I remember? Paris was playing Spain and. And so it was great because I go in there, I go to get a bottle of wine and I get the bottle and it. And then he's like well you might as well stay. And because I saw the game on, I was like oh, I just put the game on before I walked over here. And he goes, well stay. We got all this wine out and stuff. And I look around the corner and all of his buddies are hanging out and they're just pouring wine and they had cheese and all sorts of stuff. And then people started showing up. Someone brought a bottle of wine while we're there. And he, you know. And so the guy who owned the shop, he's like, oh, you'll never have a bottle of wine like this again. It was a 2010 something. He said, they don't. You can't find them anymore. And there we are drinking wine middle of the afternoon in a wine shop on Rochester in Rochester. It was very cool.
Chip
Okay. This is the place. They do have the place I was thinking about Jeff. It's a good thing we're talking about. It's called Sochi's. Soshi Milko.
Jeff
Yes.
Chip
You know Soshimoko?
Jeff
Yes. I've been to Sochimoko.
Chip
There it is right there. So Shimoko, man.
Jeff
Yep.
Chip
Things open really late at night too. That was the other cool thing about it. If you go into like 2am.
Jeff
It's a Mexican restaurant that was in Mexican Town.
Chip
Yeah. I don't remember where it was, but yeah, they just called. I just knew it at Zoshi Sochi's. But yeah, because I was like, so she's. I was spelling it wrong. So I was like spelling with an ass. I was like, there. I can't find it. And then I saw you were talking about like, okay, there it is.
Jeff
Restaurant or something.
Chip
No, no, no, no. But there's. There's Greek Town and all that stuff. Great stuff. Great stuff, man. Let's get to this on Bagley. There you go. On Bagley. Why isn't your XRP Moon? That's a great question. That's a question I'd like. That's the question I have. When. That's what the question we all have when Moon. Oh, Canada is not one one, but two ETFs. That should move the needle, maybe. I'll tell you what didn't move the needle.
Jeff
Canada.
Chip
I'll tell you what they didn't do last night. Did it move the needle towards. That's for sure. Edmonton. Sorry. They crashed and burned big time. My God. That was a. That was a ass whooping. Geez. You could see him, like the heads down, like. It was horrible, man. Oh, horrible. Yeah, right. It's great. After you say something, they just have the laugh track going because you just watched it like regular. You're like, I don't know. Am I supposed to laugh? But the laugh track was great for almost everything.
Jeff
Then you got the. That's what Edmonton's hoping for.
Chip
That's the time.
Jeff
Rewind the tape.
Chip
Yeah, rewind it quick. The Polish Cafe. Yeah, that's it. Yeah. XRP Moon on 7, 24, 25. Okay, gonna hold you to that, man. What considered a moon, is that like a all time high? I mean where is the all time high?
Jeff
All time high at 2, 225. 230. 235.
Chip
So let's jump into this. Let's talk. Let's jump into the Zao Dao. ZAO Dao Introducing Zao Dao A new era of decentralized innovation on the xrpl. Not just another dao. It's the next gen governance engine built for XRPL that empowers members to participate, vote, build, fund real world innovation. Here's how it works and why it matters. There's been rumblings of this for some time. I heard the, one of the co founders, Fabio Marzella, who we know because he was also the director of the conference we went to last year in Australia along with Santiago Velez, who's a well known community member, very smart, fantastic. So together they have, they're getting ready to launch us. And so you know, what is, what is Zao dao? Well, it's a decentralized organization that operates on blockchain tech, allows members to participate in decision making processes. And this DAO is decentralized autonomous organization. The whole idea of this is with the DAO and what's kind of, kind of breaking. What's a little bit different about the Zao Dao versus a traditional dao? A lot of traditional dials have tokens, right? So they like release a token. Not the case here. The token here is xrp. So with a decentralized autonomous organization, something I thought at one government. What's up gentle dude? One thing that I thought would probably be a decent. What was I going to say, Jeff? I totally lost my train of thought. Anyway, let me get jumping this. I'll remember what I was saying. Empowering collective decision making through blockchain. So you've got decentralization that shifts the power control from a centralized authority to the community. This is community, this is done by the community. So if somebody has an idea for something, they can propose it, they can put it up for a vote. There's going to be some grant programs through here. So you basically have a voice. Because right now it's not going to be influencers, not going to be whales. It's all done by the community. Everybody gets a voice. Everybody gets. And what I was saying about the Dow Was I was always wondering who the first government would be to take that on that every person has a vote and every vote sort of matters type of thing. Blockchain tech, a core technology ensures transparency, security and reliable operations. Then you have the member participation. So the whole idea is to be an active member member in the decision making process because that's how basically a DAO should work. Empowering collaboration and fueling innovation. Any thoughts on this so far Jeff?
Jeff
Sounds good so far.
Chip
So far so good. And then we've got so why dolls matter? Because they promote transparency, empower individuals and governance and they support community led initiatives. Really what it comes down to is you get a voice, right? Everybody has a voice. There's not going to be some whale coming in saying oh I'm a whale, so I've got more I can, you know, put my weight around. It's not about that. So some of the core principles here, empowerment, encouraging the act of participation, coming down to transparency. Everything that's done, it's open, you see it. That's what, that's what's great about dollars. We track a lot of the Ethereum type of dowels, a lot of those have tokens. But the idea, they're doing big things and I think we did a story here last week where the Dows are almost bigger than exchanges at this point as far as what's sitting on chain and the whole idea is it's community, it's backed by local grassroots projects and they're sustainable because it's built with revenue generating business principles. That's the whole idea is that doesn't really need outside support and then the member benefits not a passive DAO membership engine of action fueled by you again down to exclusive proposals which give you access to unique opportunities and decisions. Talk about that community contribution and opportunity to support and grow the community and then membership interest allocation of financial outcomes. This is something you usually don't see because you get to see what the financials are and you get to see exactly what those outcomes look like, plus or minus. So in this case you're not really just a member but you also help shape the future. Then here's number so how voting works is you propose something, you vote, you influence and then you repeat so members can propose new ideas or changes. Voting with fair weight cap XRP held at the time of a snapshot Votes are cast during a fixed window and then the results are tallied and public posted publicly. Governments is earned, not given. Then you've got why? Why voting matters. Every vote matters equally. So there's no whale that outweighs your voice, directs how funding is allocated, shapes the XRPL development roadmap. Because before something comes out, you're like, okay, great. If somebody has a cool proposal or proposes something or is looking for a grant, it was always up somewhere else, something else. You know, whether it was Ripple or another, you know, chain or something else, they were going to go ahead and take care of it. This is done by the community, for the community. So what it does is it helps build momentum towards initiatives like, you know, decentralized apps, validators, education, think long list of things, connects your wallet to a meaningful governance and then dials thrive on action and then yours matters. Any thoughts so far? Jeff?
Jeff
I like it. I like the decentralization aspect of it.
Chip
Yeah, it's pretty cool. It's exciting. I think it's one of the more exciting projects that kind of hit. They've been talking about one, it's really the first one based on the XRPL and also sidechain too. And I'll get into a little bit of that. So it's not just governance, Zao Dao, but it's also a launch pad. So I won't get in all these but let's say potential grant categories, you know, validators, developer grants, startup VC grants, branding grants, policy grants, a whole bunch of things that, different ways to kind of grow the xrpl. Something we've talked about here, Jeff, not.
Jeff
About this a lot.
Chip
Yeah, builders, right? Building and. And the other thing, it brings opportunity of the community together. Imagine 65000 to 70000 people showed up to be part of John Deaton, you know, his class action suit. What if 70, 000 to 100,000 people voting and putting, you know, about what. And so you're kind of a voice and steering what happens and help build the sort of the community there. And the best part that I love about this, Jeff, Zao Dao not launching a token. Okay. No stealth drop, pre sale, no airdrop. Okay. Focus is going to be on real utility governance grants, community, not meme charts and mystery pumps.
Jeff
So I don't know, I kind of like the mystery pumps.
Chip
I mean I like, I like that little bear, you know, the BG123. But that's kind of how, that's kind of how it goes with other ones. So there's not going to be rug pulls either.
Jeff
So that's good. The idea, you got to keep it, you know, clear, on point with no wiggle room for, you know, any of the shenanigans to occur. Which it. And it's not even shenanigans. You know, I don't think most projects have an anticipation of closing up. You know, we're early in to people's development. People are putting all sorts of stuff together. Some are, you know, quick runs on, on cash raise and that's it. Others are actually trying to create, you know, find solutions and well, creating solutions to problems that don't really exist, you know, and eventually they just go away or they're creating redundant solutions. Maybe there, there's a problem, but it's redundant because the existing solutions are much better than what they're creating. You don't need the solution. So. But from this perspective, this is all about how do you get the community together, how do you, how do you start focusing on development? The builders, all the things that we've been referencing when it comes to these other chains, we look at the Ethereum foundation or Solana or any of the others, there's lots of money and focus and emphasis on those who are building in the space. There's been a lack of that up until now still within the xrpl. And this is the one chain that probably needs that, that little boost, that little push.
Chip
Yeah, agreed. And it's something that, it's really something that hasn't actually happened around this community. Right. Like you said, I mean, Salon, everyone else has had multiple dials come out. Some of them is successful, some of them, well, not so successful. But you know, that's kind of how it works. It's not always, it's not always working the way. Yeah, it's just how it goes. Right. So here we talk about, you know, showing up, you get involved, you help builds. That's the value in helping shaping the future of the xrpl. Zao Dao is built on these principles. Community first and this is how the operation goes. Empowerment, transparency and community driven. With empowerment, anybody can join, propose and build transparency. Everything happens on chain, which I love.
Jeff
There's no that has to happen split voting on this thing.
Chip
Yeah, voting is a key thing. And then community driven projects are chosen by the people. Not insiders, not influencers, not companies. They're voted on by you. So that's another real collaboration. You get real outcome out of this and you don't have that centralized control.
Jeff
I don't know, I don't know if we want to give too much credibility to the people.
Chip
We have to. Jeff, that's what, that's what a Dow is.
Jeff
Let the insiders decide.
Chip
Yeah, let the insiders let. Let the influencers, they know everything, Jeff.
Jeff
That's right.
Chip
Why now? Why is Zao Dao? I just like saying Zodao XRPL is ready to grow. XRPL needs community governance. Zodao delivers both here to make XRPL more accessible, transparent, inclusive and innovative. No outside dominance, no top down control.
Jeff
No. That's it.
Chip
And here's the Zodao Flywheel community joins proposal. Submitted votes cast, funds deployed, ecosystem grows, membership share and impact. Rinse, repeat, grow. And there's also going to be some other components can be released as well. I know that Fabio presented something that I caught wind of when he presented at the. What was the, what was the last big Ripple thing? What was it called? Apex. Apex 2025. So, so rinse, repeat, grow. And then finally Zodao is the engine behind the XRPL's next chapter. For those who want to build, believe, disrupt and define the future, follow Zodao. Let me go ahead and put that in there, guys. Let me put this in here. Hang on a second. Let me go back, let me go this and open this up in a new tab. But I'm going to throw this in here, guys, for the people that are on X. Go ahead and give it a join. There we go. There we go. Did I put that in there right? Yeah, perfect. Okay, this is. And then follow the movement. So right now there's a wait list. I think this is coming out later this year. So what you do is you throw your email in there. When it comes out, you'll get more interest. Go ahead and sign up over there, toss your email in there, join it and become, you know, learn more about it when it's available. And that's it. Powering collaboration, fuel innovation. Welcome to Zodao. Coming soon. So pretty cool. Sweet. Pretty, pretty cool, man. Pretty cool. And then I got a couple other things too. Like I said, Santiago Velez. So our old buddy Rapid Common had some. He put up a whole. I'm not going to get into his whole tweet thread, but he tweeted about this. Super excited about it. He did a whole panel thing.
Jeff
No air.
Chip
What's up?
Jeff
No new token launch.
Chip
Yeah. Ripple committed 1 billion XRP to fund XRPL gross growth while they manage other grant programs. The new XRPLF is built to distribute that through the Zodoun governments. How? There's, there's no token launch. No airdrop, no pre sales. It kind of gets into some of the things we talked about. Like I said, Santiago Velez is a co founder he said that's all accurate. The governance of the Zodao will ultimately be decided by the membership. So nothing should ever be considered constant. What we're starting with and what was envisioned by Fabio Marzella and I was an egalitarian system of governance. Adopt monetized token, monetize a token nor bias the votes to a few large holders. And this is one of the things that I think separates this, this DAO from maybe some other ones as well. Especially the fact that it doesn't have a token. The level distribution, the GENIE coefficient of XRP when discounting of unavailable XRP and ripple locked escrow is still poured respect to establishing that direct XRP proportional governing rights. For this reason we thought it might be wise to make the voting rights proportional to XRP holdings up to a cap. After which point you don't get any more voting power. The cap is of course subject to change based on community vote via supermajority details to come. So that's the whole thing. It's like you don't want to give Wales this massive voice, you know, this is one of the things kind of interesting because in a weird way the way that the voting works here, let's say on a presidential level here with the Electoral College is was the whole idea that you didn't give big cities that had a large population more weight, you know, so it kind of distributes it more of an equal thing. I like that they have this little piece in there as insinuated. There is no new governance token. Our community has a token and that native asset of the XRPL is XRP and bam. That's the way it should be. They'll be launching.
Jeff
Let's see. This is what's needed in this space. There's really nothing else like it. Everything else into a different chain.
Chip
Yeah. So it's exciting as we hear more about it stuff.
Jeff
Yeah.
Chip
So then Wrath said, well, what about Zadow Community Governance? So they went into this development funding. It's a Wyoming llc. Given it legal accountability, we don't know yet which chain it will use. Zaha Flare Stellar evm. But it's not xrpl. Well, Santiago is going to break this down here in the next year. But voting and governance tooling is coming mid-2025. It'll be an engine to drive community development. Santiago chimed in and said the Zaldao governance application will utilize both XRPL and the XRPL EVM side channel, use the XRPL to document membership in the LLC and access both Governance votes and percentage of profit and loss. It's for. It's a for profit entity. And then the side chain will be used to mint or burn governance tokens for each proposal and vote.
Jeff
Awesome. They're thinking through it. I like it.
Chip
Yeah, they put a lot of work into this thing. It's kind of cool to see this thing come together.
Jeff
Very nice.
Chip
Very exciting. Very exciting. Before we get into anything else, I saw this because Crypto Eddie was. I think she has an interview coming up with these. Watch closely. I think she's going to be interviewing this. But these are the people behind the launch of the 3 IQ XRP ETF.
Jeff
Where's that? That's in Canada.
Chip
I think. It's a Canadian one if I'm not mistaken. What are these guys out of? Yeah, Canadian investment fund manager. That's one of the two.
Jeff
Well, there's two of them up there.
Chip
Yep. It's amazing. Canada is a leader when it comes to ETFs. XRP Q debuts with a 0% management fee for the first six months.
Jeff
That's nice.
Chip
And Ripple is an early investor of the fund. Launch of XRP Q marks another milestone in our mission to provide investors with convenient cost effective access the digital access within regulated frameworks at. Pascal St. John, President and CEO of 3iQ. Say that fast, Jeff. 3iQ.
Jeff
3I.
Chip
Yeah, I would rather be like a night like 110iQ instead of a 3iQ.
Jeff
Well then when you look at it you're like, how do you pronounce that name? What is that name?
Chip
Maybe it's thick.
Jeff
It's thick, thick, thick with the X's.
Chip
And the threes and the what? I don't know.
Jeff
Never know in Canada. You know they got that strange language up there.
Chip
Rick. It's called France. So anyway, there you go. Launching the 3 IQ XRP ETF. That's the Toronto Stock Exchange. It's going to be the XRPQ 0% management for the first six months. Then we'll see what happens after that.
Jeff
And they're going to jack it up Canadian style.
Chip
Hell yeah. Get it all the way up there. Crank it up, man.
Jeff
80% management fees and one of my.
Chip
Favorite people and Jeff, we were lucky enough to meet him in Australia. But this is none other than attorney Bill Morgan. And Bill is always Bill. Bill's always slapping down the fun. I. He just, he works full time on this. Breaking XRP. This is somebody named Parrot Break. Parrot XRP breaking XRP news. Ripple and SEC just dropped a bomb. They're asking the Second Circuit to keep the appeal on hold until August 15th with the SEC filing a status report. Is this the calm before the moon? Let's unpack this.
Jeff
It is not.
Chip
Well, Bill, go ahead and take that. Jeffrey.
Jeff
Oh, my God. It's. It's so insane. You know, when you. When you see these type of posts coming out first and foremost. So I like how Bill came out. No way is it a bomb. The appeal and cross appeal needed to be held in ambience. Is that ambience? Is that how you pronounce that?
Chip
Bands?
Jeff
Abeyance. Is it advance a bance?
Chip
I don't know.
Jeff
A band. Sorry, let's go with a band. To be held in abeyance for a longer period so that there is time for Judge Torres to rule on the joint motion filed last week and if she grants the joint motion for the parties to take the final steps to bring this sorry tale to an end. But it does keep getting kicked down the road. Yeah, but it. And it's interesting, you know, they. They put the motion out there, both sides are, you know, requesting, and yet it still gets kicked down the road. So it's. It's going to keep happening. There's obviously reasons for the delay at this point, and we'll see.
Chip
Obviously, obviously. It's abeyance. Pronounce it and what it means is a state of temporary disuse or suspension. Goofy legal terms.
Jeff
I'm gonna go with abiance.
Chip
It's obeyance. Abence is the abeyance.
Jeff
Is the obeyance.
Chip
Obeyance.
Jeff
Abeyance. So anybody else out there know how to pronounce it? Can you guys say a bands?
Chip
All right. And this, I think. Okay, I'll re. I'll read the fight and you can read the. You can read the Bill Morgan piece. Okay, so here we go. This dude named Bale. Not Christian bail, just bail. Altcoin bail. He says the SEC is delaying because they want you out. Understand?
Jeff
They do.
Chip
Okay, take Bill Morgan's role here.
Jeff
Want you. They want you out.
Chip
So go ahead, take Bill Morgan. Wrong.
Jeff
I like that. He's just wrong. That would be nice if that's what he just ended with. Just kind of like, stupid.
Chip
Yeah, that sounds wrong.
Jeff
Ripple is the source of the delay. It wants the injunction dissolved. Rather than cause the delay, the SEC is actually bending over backwards to help Ripple have the injunction dissolved. Ripple and the SEC would have settled months ago, but for Ripple wanting to dissolve the injunction.
Chip
Thank you, Bill. Thank you for bringing the sanity. And just like squash, there's so much disinformation and nut Jobbery going out there and effort and all kinds of stuff. Well, Jeff, I saw this. This is to your point earlier. This is Mika Paul put this out and I thought this is on point. Breaking the year is 2045. We're still waiting on the ripple lawsuit to be over. Judge Torres's great granddaughter has taken over the case and will make a ruling in 25 years.
Jeff
That's right.
Chip
That.
Jeff
And that's a possibility too. Maybe this thing will keep dragging on. Who knows?
Chip
They're all waiting.
Jeff
They're all a couple, couple more years out.
Chip
20, 40 job. That's 20 years. And then it settles in another 25 years. Wow.
Jeff
It's okay. Let it roll.
Chip
Let it roll, baby.
Jeff
And you know what? We're at the. The bottom of the hour.
Chip
Well, Jeff.
Jeff
I can't just roll it. This is. This is kind of exciting, Chip.
Chip
This is a new turn in our. In the video. We have done something special for this video, guys. So pay attention because if you win this badass yeti you'll have. You'll kind of get them kind of see him in action a little bit.
Jeff
This is by far probably one of the biggest advancements up up to this point. And I think the advancements that we're seeing are happening at such a rapid pace. I can't even imagine, Chip, what's going to be next week or maybe even on Saturday or where these badass yetis are going. But this is. This is going to be very cool. So here we go. Get ready, get set.
Chip
Full screen, baby. Let's go.
Jeff
Buckle up. Here we go.
Chip
Here we gather for the night's reward.
Jeff
You ready to win a badass yeti from the white tribe from the clan of brutes.
Chip
Hey. Hey. You know the word of the day.
Jeff
It market stomp and stake your claim.
Chip
You got your Z and wallet ready. Are you really asking why this ain't just a drop.
Jeff
This is a white out. This is your legacy. This is your moment.
Chip
Claim your badass. Yay. I'll be forgotten like a footnote in history. Yes. On the chain. Jim D had a great idea here. OTC on the chain needs to pair the yeti nfts with the yeti AI songs and now we're really the AI video.
Jeff
Yes.
Chip
We could actually do is we could actually make one offs of the video and make it in if you own that too. So you'd own an original.
Jeff
That's what we should do. That would be cool.
Chip
Like that.
Jeff
We should do that. I like it.
Chip
Brings the good ones, good answers.
Jeff
It would be Great.
Chip
Brute Yeti baby. Brute Yeti baby. Brutus, Maximus, Yeti baby Yeti. So we got 14 in the Yeti drawing so far. There you go. Yeah, AI. Well, AI and us, I mean, yeah, you gotta manipulate the AI, but you know, there's. There's a human intervention at this point. At some point there probably won't be, but at least in this point.
Jeff
Plus you gotta. You can kind of write. You know, we write the lyrics, clean up the lyrics, shorten the lyrics. It's. It's a whole. It's a whole process. That song took. Took 12 attempts.
Chip
Yeah. And the video took about 15 attempts. So, you know. But that's the actual. That right there is the actual brute. It's not like. Looks like it. That is the actual one. So.
Jeff
So, yeah, that is. So. If you're wondering which brute you are going to be winning this evening, let me pull them up here.
Chip
Route 289, I believe is.289.
Jeff
Brute is of the white Tribe.
Chip
White tribe.
Jeff
He is of the white Tribe. There he is right there. There is the badass yeti, number 289. There he is in his glory.
Chip
You saw him growing at the camera. I thought he's gonna rip the camera apart at the end there. He's.
Jeff
I love the group.
Chip
Yeah, the Brutes.
Jeff
This is the last one that we have to actually give away for now.
Chip
We got a whole other batch to give away. Right?
Jeff
We have. We have another batch that we can give with, but current listing in this batch. This is the last one. This is the last Brute. I love the Brutes. The Brutes are pretty badass.
Chip
Looks like the big boss of a white tribe. Scary yeti ass. Yeah, he does.
Jeff
Yes.
Chip
Future plans for the Yetis. Well, we want to. I mean, we're able to do some animation now, which is actually really cool. Jeff and I have actually crafted some stories. Ultimately, we'd like to. Again, this is. In theory, we're not promising anything, but as the tools get better and as the 3D tools get better and we're able to do more with it, part of it was being able to have a game, you know, where you have. Because we have. We basically authored a game. Each tribe has their own sort of backstory and the clans with the, you know, the other clans belong to the tribe. You have the different tribes, where they gather, how they assemble, how they vote on stuff, how they do stuff, and how they have some badass epic battles. That's it. That's the whole idea of the badass Yetis. That's where we're headed with the entire thing.
Jeff
That's what we'd love to see.
Chip
Yeah, wanted to. Because, you know, there's no clarity here. We don't want to end up, you know, in a place bad at place so he poops.
Jeff
I mean, there's so many things that can be done with an NFT project right now. It's fun. Plus, you know, putting this all together. I like Jim D's idea with pairing the music and one offing the music as, as an nft, which is really cool, pairing them together. We're still, we're fine tuning a new website which is going to be rolling out soon. Under the new website rebranding everything. So everything is coming under badassery. So each one of the projects will fall under badassery. Obviously, we have the baddest Yeti coffee that will fall under badassery as well. And what's cool about that is that when we roll out the badass chimps, so we have the badass Yetis, currently two of the tribes are minting the blue and the white. And then we'll launch with the badass chimps, which are really kick ass. That took a lot of effort putting those guys together. But then we have two more tribes of the Yetis. We still have the purple tribe and the black tribe and then we have the Yowies. So we got, we want to launch. The Yowies will probably be launched directly after the badass chimps and the Yowies are for the Australian family. So yeah, everyone over there is going to love them.
Chip
Yeah, Osman's right too. Make a movie out of the 80s, give them different powers. You're good to go. Yeah, we already have a lot of that drafted up.
Jeff
That'd be a kick ass movie.
Chip
Yeah, make a movie or shorts or an animated stereotype, you know, there's a lot of cool things we can do, but it was really cool. Just like I said, the tools are getting better, they're getting cheaper and that's kind of the key to be able to do some more animating because it's not like you can't do. It's just, it's very expensive. It takes a long time. But as tools get better, quicker, faster, that's why we're able to do that because, you know, between Jeff and I, we were able to create that cool video. Animate the, the brute, get them running as in Singapore. There you go. Yeah, in a cage somewhere.
Jeff
Link to yeti.
Chip
Please, please, please. Charles, take it easy, take it easy.
Jeff
We Got some, we have some good articles, some good video on what just happened this past week, which was.
Chip
Yeah, we'll get into that. This guy Justin, a mash. You know, this is your first, this is your first tip off. When you see libertarian, that's people that don't want term Democrat, but that's who they are.
Jeff
Yeah. And you can see, I mean, this, it's interesting because we're starting with the one guy that's against it, but we could lump probably most of libertarians into that crowd. You know, that would be against the Genius act, against crypto clarity. I would question whether or not the libertarians would be on the side of crypto to begin with, but, you know, they probably think there's some secret government objective, you know, in and around the cryptocurrency. But it's interesting looking at what that guy, his commentary, because he was in Congress for a period of time, for about 10 years.
Chip
Yeah, but nobody cares about him. Nobody cares what he has to say. I don't.
Jeff
Not so much. No. But, you know, but he's out there. These guys are, you know, making some statements. The important statements came from the Tim Scott, Bill Hagerty. Who else do we have commentary from? We've got Scott Bessent. So those are going to be the videos that everyone's going to want to watch and that will resonate. Talking about the Genius Act.
Chip
Yeah. We also have your favorite, we also have your favorite senator. Once we get to her, you'll see.
Jeff
Oh, yeah.
Chip
Loomis Lumis. Loomis Lumis. Why is this not. What is going on here? Hang on a second, people. What is going on here?
Jeff
Who are we going to put up first?
Chip
You can play the bill. Hagerty one.
Jeff
All right, let's go that one.
Chip
Throw that one up there.
Jeff
Let's see if I can get him on stage. Look at that.
Chip
Today, on a bipartisan basis, the Senate will pass its first major digital asset legislation ever, the Genius Act. With this bill, the United States is one step closer to becoming the global leader in crypto. Yeah. The Genius act establishes a pro growth regulatory framework for payment stable coins. So let's. You asked me before I think about this, I was trying to muster up to give one F I give zero Fs on this. And I'll tell you why. This has nothing to do with crypto. Wave flags and get up on the grandstand and talk about how important this is for regulatory clarity. Yeah. For stable coins. Okay. We've been waiting for 50 years for a damn bill that's going to do something for crypto and this isn't the one. This is, this is great. But again this one shot to the front, I mean they started trying to do crypto bills before the worst stable coins. This is how ridiculous this is. But they're all like this is important. It's really not. It's because it's backed by USD and it helps the dollar and it's. Other than that, she's completely useless to any of us as investors, as people who love the blockchain space. It's just meaningless. This bill will cement US dollar dominance. It will customers, it will drive demand for US Treasuries and it will ensure that digital asset innovation happens in, in the United States of America.
Jeff
Well, don't, don't I, I don't think it's going to guarantee it.
Chip
Digital asset innovation with a stable coin.
Jeff
There'S nothing remotely but it's also not cementing it. Genius act doesn't cement that. The innovation is going to happen.
Chip
The value of stable coins will be paid to the US Dollar.
Jeff
Not enough backed.
Chip
You can hear all throughout Treasuries dollar, Treasuries dollar US dollar they talked about it lifts up the USD, it gets into more places. That's what it, that's what it does. You know, at the onset of people like, you know, bricks and that's, I mean this whole speech is one bricks and short term. Let's listen to for the Genius act. The weather outside is sun, weather outside is sunny. Not even yes cloud in sight. If you're thinking about the Genius act and is a great day for America. It's a great day, frankly, a historic day for our nation. As you know, Ellie, this is the day when the United States Senate led by the Banking Committee members got it done. And I'm so excited that we had it done. Not in a Republican versus Democrat, but as Americans fighting for those single mothers like the one that raised me, we're going to see prices go down in the marketplace and we're going to see a full adoption across the spectrum that will make it easier for people to do business in America. Chairman Scott, thank you so much for joining me. I do want to just back up just a little bit and this historic moment, right? I mean after months of debate, the first major piece of crypto legislation has finally cleared the Senate. And you were a key co sponsor of that bill.
Jeff
What do you think ultimately persuaded enough.
Chip
Senators to get genius across the finish line? Well, I think the, the answer to that is trust. I worked with my colleagues on Both sides of the aisle, not to forge a piece of legislation that was a Republican piece of legislation. I made a commitment to my committee that what we would do is focus on the American people and their needs. And after considering 80amendments, voting on 40amendments, taking into consideration stakeholders outside the committee and on the committee, we were able to forge a piece of legislation that focuses on the marketplace consumer. Before we go any further, who's the very first pro crypto show in the space that had Ellie Terran? Oh, that's right. It was on the chain.
Jeff
Oh, that. That was on the chain. Wait.
Chip
Funny, because I was chatting with her one time and she's like, you guys. You guys are always the ones got me the first. Had me on his first show that I ever did. Was your one on your YouTube channel. Yeah. We're at least first. A lot of one first beating.
Jeff
We're the first, I think, you know, really, we're first with a lot of things.
Chip
How to lose subs. It's faster than you can say hello. That's. Okay.
Jeff
Well, we're changing that. We're putting it out into the universe that on the Chain is now the most popular podcast in the crypto space, hands down. Think about, you know, it's only on the Chain that gives you the real. The reality of everything. You got all these other, you know, fluff or nutters out there, and then there's us.
Chip
Greatest ever. Slimy.
Jeff
I don't know where that word came from. From buddy. It just popped up.
Chip
Was that. Was that like marshmallow?
Jeff
It was a marshmallow. Something marshmallow and what?
Chip
I don't know. It had like marshmallow. Marshmallows in there. Fluff. Burn. Nutter.
Jeff
Zed. Did you get the yeti? It came through.
Chip
He didn't get it.
Jeff
He said, hey, thanks for getting that yeti to me.
Chip
How did he get it done? Okay, very cool.
Jeff
Did he get actually went through? Are you being facetious or for real? I hope it's for real. That'd be amazing.
Chip
Yeah, I think so. Because the other day he said he didn't get it, but you said we had a weird address or something.
Jeff
It wasn't going through.
Chip
Yeah.
Jeff
Invalid, invalid, invalid. And then there it is.
Chip
The fluffy double check. There it is. It was this weird, nasty.
Jeff
That'd be really amazing.
Chip
That was the logo right there. Fluff. I think this is called fluff now.
Jeff
It's just marshmallow love.
Chip
Marshmallow. There it is. Yeah, it came in a vat like that. That was it. $5 big just. Yeah, so there you go.
Jeff
Because zed got at 1 728. Let me go back in time.
Chip
Yeah, look, they got little beards of fluff. Oh, funny.
Jeff
Is that some fluffing nutters?
Chip
I guess it's only for kids, so I don't think you can have it anymore. Jeff's only for kids. So there you go. Look at this. Mark Smithson at 12 and mound from 12 and mound sent us a nice 10 spot.
Jeff
I still see it here, Zed. I still see our badass YETI sitting in our. In our holdings.
Chip
That's because you probably give the wrong wallet address, because remember, that was an invalid wallet address. Thank you for that, Mark. Appreciate you. And guys, if you want to help.
Jeff
Out, let's try it.
Chip
We're trying to. About the Blue Tribe. We are so close to selling out the blue Tribe. If you want to just. Everyone bought one, so invalid. So if you guys are interested in selling that. The Blue Tribe Bad XRP Cafe. Badass Yeti's Blue Tribe. I'm gonna go ahead said.
Jeff
Did you actually get it? Because it's showing. It's sitting here in our. In our collection.
Chip
You told me, Jeff, that it was an invalid wallet address is what you said it was.
Jeff
That's what it says. That is saying he got it.
Chip
He got it.
Jeff
So he says here.
Chip
Yes.
Jeff
There were issues getting it through.
Chip
Yeah, that's very strange. Okay, so maybe it did go through, apparently.
Jeff
Oh, he got the yeti. That's amazing.
Chip
So I don't.
Jeff
That's so crazy because we didn't. I don't think we transferred it. It was invalid.
Chip
Yeah, I don't know.
Jeff
Maybe you did it.
Chip
I don't know anything.
Jeff
Was that if you got it, that's good news?
Chip
Yeah, it's very good news. Jeff, you remember that guy Alex? Before we get to him, I wanted to. Scott best and talks a little bit. He's got something to weigh in here. New book called King Dollar Journalist who's followed treasury for about 40 years. And he talks about every time there was a narrative that the US Was going to lose reserve currency status. Why it's never happened.
C
Because crypto, I mean, that seems to be a threat to the dollar, doesn't it?
Chip
I think it's the opposite. Oh, really? I think stablecoins could reinforce dollar supremacy. Correct. Because with stablecoins, stablecoins could end up being one of the largest buyers of U.S. treasuries or T bills. So all of a sudden, if you are using a stable coin in Nigeria that's backed by the US dollar. You don't actually have to have dollars. It's on your phone, you can transact. So I think there's a very good chance that crypto is actually one of the things that locks in dollar supremacy.
C
And is that why it was crucial that Donald Trump get involved in crypto rather than trying to constrain it like Joe Biden was?
Chip
Well, I think constrains two mile a word, I think make it extinct. So this administration's commitment to digital assets, it's innovation because there's so many other things that happen around digital assets. And also it's one of those things that it's one of the most important phenomena that's happening in the world and the US just ignored it. This guy, Scott Bessant is the best thing that ever happened to the Trump administration. I tell you what, man, the guy is so solid in every damn interview, man, it's crazy. Remember Alex Padilla? That was the guy that tried to break into Christy Gnomes press conference. He wasn't wearing his, his Senate pin. He was going in there like anonymous and then he was going towards the stage and Secret Service probably took him, took him down and threw him the ground and handcuffed him. And all the Dems were like, I believe you. You did this to a sitting senator. Well, he kind of like he brought upon himself. Well, here he is talking about Jeff. He's breaking down and crying. And in the background you'll notice Trump and a little cat playing a flute, playing a sad song. So if you're listening to this, you'll know what's happening in the background. Forced to the ground, first on my knees and then flat on my chest. And as I was handcuffed and marched down a hallway, repeatedly asking, why am I being detained? Is this guy for real? I mean serious? These are crocodile tears.
Jeff
I love the cat over there.
Chip
And Trump's playing. It's a very badly. It's so bad. I was forced to the ground. Wait, do you recognize the song, Jeff? See Celine Dion.
Jeff
Is that what that is?
Chip
First on my knees. First on his knees. If you watch the video, they try to tell the guy, he doesn't pay attention and then they finally take him out and he's resisting. Then they put him on the ground and handcuff him just like they do anybody. They were on the carpet. It was actually pretty nice. I've seen a lot worse than that, Jeff. He's crying like a little whiny little baby. My God, the Democrats are just real pathetic these days, man. I Just. I don't understand. So here's Trump. Trump is. They're asking Trump about. So he put up the big, beautiful flag poles, both of them at the White House that he paid for out of his own pocket. Because he's like, imagine you go to the White House, there's no flags out there, Jeff. So he's got the big beautiful flag. So they had an impromptu press conference. Listen to this exchange. Unfortunately, they're buzzing the bushes. They didn't tell them to like, hey, do the yard work some other time. But she's asking us this stupid question here. And he's trying to listen in over the buzz of the shears. Chubby. Says who? You wish see it. He goes, oh, fake news.
Jeff
Fortunately, nobody watches.
Chip
Is anybody watching CNN know this? I haven't seen seen it in a long time. Some of your supporters are wary of the US Getting involved in another foreign wall, and some believe that we should support. Do you ever ask a positive question at cnn? My supporters are more in love with me today, and I'm in love with them more than they were even at.
Jeff
Election time, where we had a total landslide.
Chip
We had, you know, we won all seven swing states. Did CNN report that? We were won all seven out of seven, which everyone said would be almost impossible. We won by millions of votes. We won 2,750 districts versus 505 districts.
Jeff
Think of that.
Chip
2,750 versus 505.
Jeff
Is that noise?
Chip
And CNN, I think what she might be alluding to. He's just making fun. Oh, where are you from? Cnn. He's just like, oh, God, Trump is like the funniest president ever, man. You just don't. There's no, like, oh, let me ask you a question. What do you think? No, there's none of that stuff. So this is Trump talking about Powell at the Federal Reserve. Here we go. And now we have a man that just refuses to lower the Fed rate. Just refuses to do it. And he's not a smart person. I don't even think he's that political. I think he hates me. But that's okay. You know, he should. He should. I call him every name in the book. Trying to get him to do something. I've been nice to him. I do it always. I don't know how to sell. I've been so nice to him. Fellas, you wouldn't. But let's have dinner. Too late. I'd go home.
Jeff
Too late.
Chip
Come on. Too late. Let's have dinner. I do it every way in the book. I'm Nasty. I'm nice.
Jeff
Nothing works.
Chip
He's like just a stupid person. But he's like a stupid person. So, anyway, this is. Here's Paul Powell was chime in on it. This is Powell.
C
Mind that the Federal Reserve's mission is clear.
Jeff
Increase globalism, widen the wealth gap.
Chip
And FTC called them too late. Powell, look. Look what it says that the Federal.
C
Reserve's mission is clear.
Chip
Increase globalism, widen the wealth gap and quietly destroy the middle class. Right.
C
Since hijacking the country in 1913, we've.
Jeff
Wiped out over 99% of the dollar's value. We keep inflation just high enough to rob you, but not high enough for you to riot.
Chip
Our highest priority is to make sure.
Jeff
Donald Trump never fixes what we broke. The truth is, the man can't be bought.
Chip
And we hate him even more than we hate the rest of you.
Jeff
Hail hydra.
Chip
Oh, my God. By the way, there was a song, and it was a trademark song in the background that I took out using that software. Jeff.
Jeff
Oh, that's good.
Chip
Pink Floyd song in the background. I was like, you can't have that. That'll be a strike. So seamlessly took out the song. Incredible. Kind of love software these days. But I thought that was. I thought that was pretty good. Him. The old giving the old talking about the debt and everything else. And so we also had. Pete Hexath was up against Pocahontas today. She is just the most miserable. I don't even call her a human fake Indian on the planet. My God, she's a fake Indian.
Jeff
Which is amazing.
Chip
And those stupid jackets she wears. My God, here it is. Try to sit through this.
C
If the President wanted to deploy Marines to Chicago and New York City like he did in Los Angeles, would you carry out that order even if the local governors and mayors objected?
Jeff
Well, Senator, because Governor Newsom was unwilling to address protecting federal law enforcement agents in Los Angeles, President Trump had all the authorities and the Defense Department happily supported defending our ICE agents in the conduct of their job. They have the right, as Americans, to be able do, to do their job without being attacked by mobs. And we will protect them in that process. And if other states needed it, we would provide that.
C
I know that you heard my question. So you would be willing to send troops if the President ordered it, to Chicago, New York City. That's right.
Jeff
Well, thankfully, New York City, unlike California, unlike Gavin Newsom, is willing to step up and address the issue with their local law enforcement.
C
I take that as a yes. How about if the. The President says he wants send troops to 15 cities. Would you be willing to do that?
Jeff
Senator, I don't accept your hypothetical because it's.
C
That's a hypothetical, not a real. That's the question. You're the Secretary of Defense. Would you send troops to 15 cities if the president thought, said do it, would you do it?
Chip
Under what circumstances?
C
15 cities.
Jeff
Again, Senator, it's a complete hypothetical. Lacking, no, lacking any context at all.
C
You're the same.
Jeff
And I refuse to box myself in based on questioning on a hypothetical.
C
You're here asking for a trillion dollars and I want to know how you're going to spend it. And so my question is, if Donald Trump tells you to send troops to 15.
Chip
This is a witch that is never serious. You can't take her serious. She just lies through her teeth. She wants to know how he's going to spend it. Weird. He didn't give a shit about it when anyone else spent it. You didn't give a shit about USAID funding. Hamster. I don't know, whatever. I mean, all the weird stuff that it funded to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars, no care about that. But now she really wants to know how Pete Hikeseth is going to.
Jeff
It's very, very bizarre. It's absurd that she's still in power.
Chip
She's.
C
Are you going to spend the money and send the troops?
Jeff
Thankfully, we're spending money on securing our southern border away. The previous administration abandoned and allowed 21 million illegals to enter our country. So defending our home homeland is a real serious priority under this administration. And we're doing it.
C
Understand the question about defense Secretary Hegseth. About 4,000 National Guard troops and 700 Marines have been sent to LA. Is there a number of troops deployed to American cities over the objections of governors and mayors at which you would be concerned that we are undermining our national defense?
Jeff
Senator, we've spent two decades guarding other people's borders. We think at the Defense Department it's about time we shore up ours.
C
So that's my question. Is there a number at which sending those troops to Los Angeles or Chicago or New York starts to undermine our ability to defend ourselves?
Chip
Listen to the nature of this question.
Jeff
Stupid. They're just reaching. Yeah.
Chip
She wants to know that if you have soldiers in the ground, do you know how many people are stationed in U. S. Bases? She wants to know if it's going to hurt our readiness in case of a conflict. Right. It's a drop. It's a drop in an ocean. Are you out of your mind? Are you one of the dumbest people on Earth or what? She's just not a smart human being. She's just trying to play gotcha with questions. Asking the Secretary of Defense if that's going to deplete because they'll be so focused on these US cities that they won't be able to respond to an attack. It's a stupid question.
C
Around the globe. Is there a number?
Jeff
Senator, we look at capabilities and readiness around the globe all the time, and we're quite satisfied with our capabilities to defend the homeland. And we'll provide more if and when it's necessary.
C
So you are satisfied with our capabilities. Let me just ask. Have you actually done the analysis and figured out.
Jeff
My God, there's. What analysis, Chip? It says here there's 1.3 million active duty members in. In the US military.
Chip
I don't think they know where people are deployed. You don't think they know readiness drills? You don't think they know how to deploy people? She wants to know if he knows the basics of his job. What a moron.
C
How many?
Jeff
She keeps talking about readiness. We can send 300,000. Send 300, 000 to LA. We still have a million active. Active duty. And that doesn't even include the. The National Guard. Completely out of. Out of. Out of.
Chip
Yeah, this is just trying to like.
C
You know, trying to do readiness around the world.
Chip
What do they.
Jeff
They sent 2, 000 soldiers.
C
Have you done that analysis?
Chip
You thought the analysis?
Jeff
Yes, ma' am. Then would you look at that smile?
Chip
That's ma. You.
C
Which let the rest of us in on it. We are Senate Armed Services Committee, and you're here to ask for a trillion dollars. What's the number?
Jeff
We've got contingencies and plans for any number of capabilities. Should governors be unable, as Gavin. Gavin Newsom has been, to actually secure his own federal agents in their cities.
C
How many troops can you deploy domestically before. Before you start to cut into our readiness internationally?
Jeff
As I said, previous administrations deployed our National Guard all around the globe in numbers far beyond what we were capable of supporting. So limited contingencies inside the United States to protect federal law enforcement is the.
C
Supreme Court orders you to remove troops from American city streets, will you do so?
Jeff
Let me ask you one more. Can you repeat the question, please?
C
Yes. If Supreme Court orders you to remove troops from American cities, will you do so?
Jeff
As I've said, Senator, I don't believe district courts should determine national security policy. But if that Supreme Court rules on a topic.
Chip
I love how he says district courts and she's talking about the Supreme Court. Abide by that. Okay, okay. She's so angry about everything. She just bitches and moans and complains, Jeff. And she doesn't do almost anything. This woman is like completely void and banker. She's nuts.
Jeff
Insane. No, it's crazy.
Chip
She's nuts. And so speaking about Jeff, this guy.
Jeff
From the last video, look at this.
Chip
So this is this dude here. I don't remember his name, but he said this, this came back on my feeder. Remember when this. He said this? Eight years ago. Listen up, tell me if this is sounds about right. Eight years ago, this was stated. Say this in English so you can understand what I'm saying. I have translation. No, I know you have translation, but I'm, I just want to make sure you get it right. There will come a day that we will see far more radical extremists and terrorists coming out of Europe because of lack of decision making, trying to be politically correct or assuming that they know the Middle east and they know Islam and they know the others far better than we do. And I'm sorry, but that's pure ignorance. I remember when that came out.
Jeff
Complete pure ignorance. I, I love how the Europeans, you know, parade around like they actually know anything about the Middle East. It's just mind boggling. So the, the, the true colonialist powers of Europe that went around the world and created havoc and chaos everywhere, still don't understand the regions that they colonized and caused the chaos in. No, think about the borders of, of Africa, the borders of, you know, throughout the Middle East. All the manipulation and the power moves and the power plays. Everything that happened over in India, you know, you go through Asia, I mean, you go around the world and you can see the scars of what the European nations did. They're still pompous over there in their borders and they still think they know everything and they, they know better than everyone and now they're being taken advantage of. It's such a pace, it's mind boggling to me, you know, going over there on how to things change and have changed it. It's just, it's crazy to me, you know, that. And they still, they still want to turn a blind eye to it, you know, to their own peril, you know. And that guy eight years ago, Chip, that was what, 2017.
Chip
Or 17? I mean, guys tell me everyone's laughing at him like, oh, that's never gonna happen. Well, kind of, kind of. We're there now, so. And Jeff, obviously this is so funny because when I saw this video, Max Feedback. Somebody had a community note and say it was an AI. Was an AI generated? Well, of course it was. Okay, if you're not. If you can't figure that out. But listen to this. So this is the man on the street type interview. And they go over to England, they start asking some questions. Here we go. Do you say is your favorite political party at the moment?
C
None of you? They're all shite with every single last one of them.
Chip
Ah, sorry, apologies for the language there. And what do you think of the National Health Service at the moment?
C
It's a piss take. I'm ill four times a year and I've got more chance of getting shagged than I have getting an appointment.
Chip
Right, back to you in the studio. Professor Lee, what do you think of the immigration situation right now?
C
It's a fucking joke. We can't look after our own people.
Chip
Yet those fuckers are flying through the borders. And what's something that annoys you about Britain right now?
C
I want my fucking pension and winter fuel payments back, that's what.
Chip
Right, thank you for that, mate.
C
The cost of rent is a fucking joke. I've got more chance of growing another.
Chip
Pair of tits than ever buying a house. Right, thank you for that, sir. What's frustrating you most about Britain at the moment? It's f. Ing impossible to survive. Everything in this shithole costs a fucking fortune now. Oh, sorry about the language there. And what do you make of the British weather these days?
C
Fucking shit.
Chip
Always has been. Cold, wet, miserable. It's like living a damp sock.
C
I've seen sunnier funerals.
Chip
And how do you feel about council tax at the moment? Robbery.
C
You pay a fortune every month and can't even get a copper to show.
Chip
Up when you're getting burgled. Apologies for that language. Live tv. Let's move on. I mean, this might be the best application of AI. Oh, my God.
Jeff
That was funny. That was. That was freaking amazing.
Chip
That was. Everything was. It was a. It was perfection, really. That would happen in real life. And this guy has a story about Costco. But tell me if you can read between lines of what he's getting at here, Jeff. He has a story about Costco. If you guys know what Costco is, it's one of these giant warehouse type places that have a membership, so you pay like either 50 or 100 bucks a year and you get to go shop there, but you get usually more product for a lot less money. So, you know, if you pay, let's say, for a big bag of crisps if you're in the UK or chips, you know, a little bag you'd pay $8, 7, $8 for. And here you'd pay 7, $8. You get a massive bag. Right? That's what it is. A membership place.
Jeff
Dude, the wine is really good over there, too. It's some great deals. I'm shocked. Even some of the Kirkland stuff just been playing around. They have a. A chateauneuf that is 1899 and it's a Kirkland Ver. And it was amazing. I have a Barolo. I haven't tried it yet. I forget how much it was. Might have been 18.99, but still rated by amazing.
Chip
These are like a 92, 91, 93. They're pretty decent.
Jeff
Yeah. Yep, exactly.
Chip
So this guy's talking about Costco. Read between the lines. Let's see what he's really talking about here.
Jeff
Went to Costco today without a membership. I just snuck around the card readers because I didn't want to wait in line for a membership. Then they caught me in the card doors and asked me to leave.
Chip
They said to leave or go to the register to get a membership.
Jeff
Instead of leaving, I just demanded free items.
Chip
And then I started waving a Sam's.
Jeff
Club flag all around Costco just to show Costco how much I loved Costco. And then when they asked me to.
Chip
Leave, I just started stealing stuff and.
C
Breaking things and throwing stuff at their employees.
Jeff
They should have just let me shop there without a membership because I am special and I am right and they're wrong. Does any of this make sense?
Chip
Yeah, it does.
Jeff
Sounds like I haven't been into a Sam's Club in a long time.
Chip
Sounds like illegals. Well, BJ's is probably the better competitor, but Sam's Club. Sam's Club is just Walmart, basically. But yeah, I loved. I love that little analogy he uses to draw the comparison. Then I said. And then I said I demanded things. And then when he said no, then I started breaking stuff and waving a different flag. Gee, that sounds awful. Too familiar. And you know, the Democrats are losing control. Jeff, I love this little video here.
Jeff
The Democratic Party isn't just losing control. They're building their own extremist cult.
Chip
That's right.
Jeff
While they scream democracy, they're feeding people fear. While they point fingers at Trump, they're turning their own voters into fanatics who believe every conservative is a walking threat. Genius plan. If you're rooting for chaos, they know exactly what they're doing. Pumping panic into people's faces every Single day, Trump will destroy America. MAGA is a threat to national security. Get ready, because he's going to destroy the world. And then they wonder why their own voters are freaking out, fighting in schools, threatening neighbors, calling everyone Nazis, trying to save democracy by burning anyone who disagrees. Paid influencers like Harry Sisson and Aaron Parnas are all in feeding outrage, chasing clout, and pushing the narrative that more censorship, more control, and, of course, more government is the only way the radical.
Chip
Left has become exactly what they claim to fight.
Jeff
And now the only question is, is when the mask finally slips, who's still gonna act surprised? That's right.
Chip
These things hit home, don't they? They're pretty. I mean, they're pretty much amazing. Pretty much spot on when you hear exactly how it is a gun.
Jeff
That was simple, man. Hope you don't get dinged.
Chip
Well, it's sometimes when they're talking over it. But anyway, Khomeini was back on TV again. He's probably hiding in his.
Jeff
This is a good one. I heard this one.
Chip
I want to clarify about the big surprise, because anyways, be giving me about this all day because nothing happened. So here goes. Okay, I did have a big surprise, but when I gave the order to detonate, they told me we had no nuclear scientists anymore. They're all dead. So I said, you know what? Bring me the freaking bomb. I will detonate that myself. They said, sir, there is no bomb. So I said, what do you mean, there is no bomb? And they said, no bomb, sir. We just heard Israel say we had one. So we all thought we had one, but we don't have. And then the morning came and I was all depressed, and so that's what happened. Was all depressed. And I love how they. I love how they have the. Like, he's in some shitty auditorium somewhere. That's just great. And then. And then finally, Jeff, before we get to the drawing here, this woman here comes in loud and clear, something we talk about an awful lot here. We played this video that she talks about. But I just love to reiterate it and I love to just listen to it again.
C
United States is not a democracy. Our founding fathers were actually very against us being a democracy. And yes, there is an important difference between. Between the two. If we were a democracy, then the majority could decide what is right and wrong, but we don't rule that way. In America, we have a constitution that defines how our government is structured and what it can and can't do. The differences and problems with democracy are broken down in this 1966 clip by Dan Smooth.
Chip
A constitutional republic, not a democracy. The ideal of a democracy is universal equality. The ideal of a constitution constitutional republic is individual liberty. A democracy always degenerates into dictatorship, which promises government guaranteed equality and security, but it delivers nothing but poverty and serfdom for the people it robs and rules. America was founded as a constitutional republic to safeguard the liberties of the people against the tyranny of democracy or of one man dictatorship.
C
The electoral college is a safeguard against this majority, majority rule along with our constitution. But there's a lot of talk about getting rid of the electoral college, and that would be a huge mistake. One thing it does is prevent cities from governing our entire country. It ensures that the governed are represented if the government is run by the consent of the governed. Remember this the next time you hear the left talking about the democracy that.
Jeff
We live in, Right?
Chip
Every person on the left save democracy. I'm like, are you the dumbest person ever? Are you just. Are you gaslighting us? Or do you really not understand? We live in a constitutional republic? Really? You don't know we live in a republic? This is unbelievable. Like, I mean, every time. Savedocracy democracy. Did you go up and ask one of those, you who's what. What democracy is? They don't know. I don't know. Someone gave me sign. They don't know anything. They're the most uneducated people in the world about almost everything. Jeff. Risky. Is it risking? Is it risking? Is it. I mean, yeah. Boom. Chad says stop. He loves that girl. She's smart, man. I love that. That's great. And it's like this. And I want to see younger people too, that are like, really into, you know, they can, you know, they can that know what they're talking about. I mean, she's just nailed about the whole democracy. Jeff, throw that up. We got 18 in here. Get a one in 18 chance to win this.
Jeff
18. That's it.
Chip
Come on, Sean.
Jeff
Oh, here we go. What is going on, Sean? Here we go. We're gonna roll this. Get ready. Ready for some excitement.
Chip
Yeah. Let's go, baby. Let's go. Here we gather for the night's reward. You ready to win?
Jeff
From the white tribe.
Chip
From the clan of brutes. Hey, you know the word of the day? Yeah.
Jeff
Market.
Chip
Stomp it. Stake your claim. You got your zomb and wallet ready? Are you really asking why? This ain't just a drop.
Jeff
This is a white out. This is your legacy. This is your moment.
Chip
Claim your badass. Yay. Like a Footnote in history. Yes. Badass.
Jeff
On the chain. Yeah.
Chip
I mean, what other podcast not only gives away an nft, so it has an original song with the original character that's animated. Please, I ask you. I ask you who. There you go. Now let's give this bad boy away. You ready for this? You ready? Everybody ready?
Jeff
Who are we giving away?
Chip
Well, we're gonna give away the brute. Someone's. Zober keeps saying Brutus. Maximus.
Jeff
Maximus.
Chip
No, I shared the wrong screen. Darn it. Dorn it. Yeah.
Jeff
The white tribe have no names. Only the blue tribe have names.
Chip
Blue tribe have names. Here we go.
Jeff
White tribe is nameless.
Chip
Here we go. Yeti didn't see the name. Yeah, there's no nines. Here we go. Ready? Let's go.
Jeff

Chip

Jeff

Chip

Is it this one here? Is it this one? We need your ramen wallet. Is it this one? Zober, please tell me if that's the right one.

Chip
Maximus. Brutus. Maximus. Maximus. What is Yeti?
Jeff

Chip
I am yeti. Power.
Jeff

Chip
Power. He dropped his wallet. Address. I see it. Right there. Yep, that's me. Beautiful. Anybody follows, overscore one, we got him. Yeah. No follow. You got 22 followers. All right, we got two new followers here. Come on. Who else is following? Come on. Let's go, people. I issued a command rigged. It's a way. We're really late on the raid, Art.
