But on a quiet spring night, a killer crept into her second-story apartment, stabbing her over a dozen times as her two young boys lay sleeping just feet away. No forced entry. No screams. No answers. By morning, Patricia was dead, and her children—too small to understand—were left crying beside their mother’s lifeless body.

Her murder bore unsettling similarities to another—Helga Beer, a woman found strangled in her Volkswagen just months earlier. And before that, Victoria Mayo, another young mother stabbed to death in her own bedroom. No robbery. No sexual assault. Just silent, calculated brutality.

Coincidence? Or the work of a predator who moved unseen, slipping in and out of unlocked windows, taking life without leaving a trace?
