I remember one customer asking me,

"Can AI search all of our knowledge?"

My first question wasn't about AI.

It was,

"Where is your knowledge?"

The room became quiet.

Because the answer was:

"It's everywhere."

That conversation completely changed how I think about enterprise AI.
