Here are the 3 Steps to building unshakable 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 are two separate things.

Many people are Motivated, very few are Confident.

You may be inspired or motivated to do something, but until you take 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, make 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 or actually 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 it you won't be confident.

Because true unshakable 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 is only EARNED.

Progress and action are the primary way to build 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. A self-confident person is simply someone who keeps promises to themselves. Those promises compound over time.... Good or Bad.

𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 precedes 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟯 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: Make is as simple as possible -Start small, remove obstacles, execute

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: Make it measurable -Know when you completed the task

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: Prioritize - Simplify to 3 -Everything does not matter equally

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: 𝟯 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

1. Competency- Develop great competency in your craft. Have a high competency in what you do.

2. Autonomy- YOU are responsible for YOU. Have Extreme Ownership of your life, where it is now and where it is going.

3. Relationships- Build great relationships. Be somebody to others
