"We don't want to be second class citizens in another country" - says Tuvalu Climate Minister

Tuvalu's Climate Change Minister, Dr Maina Talia told Pacific Beat this morning, that his Government is not encouraging Tuvaluans to permanently leave the country through migration pathways offered in the Falepili treaty.
