Steve Tuma: Oh, it’s actually great. It was a very interesting day today. It’s… a lot of people are starting to build. You know, sometimes our calls come in, there’s waves where sometimes it’s a little slower, sometimes it’s a little busier. But it’s building up again, and I think what’s happening is people are looking at different interest rates, land, how they really want to build. We’re getting a customer base of people that are very interested in working with a very knowledgeable group of people, people that respond, understand the right design, understand how to work with the land to develop a complete set of plans. So it’s pretty cool to see that the people that are contacting us take an interest. They each have different levels of information or knowledge that they have, but they’ve taken an interest in really knowing how to build it. They’re just not like buying a gallon of milk off a shelf. This is their home. It’s an heirloom for their family, it’s a place for birthdays and stuff. So today it was just amazing to hear all the different inquiries that came in. It’s really cool.
