Did you ever think you were made again? I feel I'm supposed I could take sweet victory. I know this lifemare for me.
B
Adam, what's your point? The future looks bright. My handshake is better than anything I ever saw.
C
It's right here.
B
You are a one of one I.
A
Send you right about.
B
I think I've ever said this before. Okay, so I I Good morning, everybody. I got a text message a minute ago. Curtis Yarvin wanted to say happy MLK Day. It's Martin Luther King Day. If you guys didn't watch the podcast, he was a big fan and it's great to be with everybody. It's hope you guys are celebrating today spending time with the family for whatever reason. Valuetainment's got us working today. I mean, I'm like, give, give, at least give MLK off. You know, yesterday Marlon Tikon over at the house, they're like, you know, php's got MLK off now. But Val Tim is still working on mlk. I sent a request in who does he. I don't like this kind of stuff. Like give it a break. Let people take a week off or two or three. But anyways, while this was going on, Florida was kind of cold. This whole, I don't know if you guys heard about this is second year in a row it was snowing in Florida. Global warming's really taking hold of Florida in a big way. But about a hundred thousand Iranians or people that support in Canada in the snow were protesting. You got to see this video just for Iran to be free. And I don't know who they're asking for help because Canadians typically don't like this one guy who is works at this one house that's white. They don't like him a lot. They said he's too tough. But they're now asking him to intervene, which is great because that one guy is the guy that can get the job done and Iranians at the same time. While this is going on, it's tragic. The number keeps climbing. You have the low number being reported by the government saying 3,500. You have the high number by the people on the street saying 30, 50K. Regardless, the Internet's been down since January 8th and they're claiming that the Internet's going to be down till Aidan Oruz New Year's for Iranians, which is, I think two more months. They want to keep the Internet down if you guys are not tracking this. And then aside from that, while you're going through this in Minnesota, the videos are insane with the protesting in Minnesota. We were just talking about it earlier this morning with Elon and Vinnie and I that it looks like it is moments away from massive.
A
This.
B
It's one event. You know, the whole campaign would be good. And the lady that got shot, unfortunately, of course, you don't want to see anybody getting killed. And that's a very, very unfortunate situation. But it looks like they're pushing for more. Almost as if they are not happy with what happened. They want something bigger and ice. I don't know how many officers they send. Rob. I saw a report. 3,000. I saw one 15,000 that they're sending to Minnesota. And then you have Ilhan Omar calling us to God, you know, what United States, which. You have to play this clip, folks. If you're in a good mood, you may want to skip the clip when we play a play of Ilhan Omar. Ilhan Omar has a gift. You know what she's good at doing? She can change a mood like this quick. Say if you're in a positive mood. You've been listening to Norman Vincent Peale. Power of positive thinking. Maybe you're reading Proverbs.
D
Yeah.
B
Or you're like watching an old motivational video, like from Art Williams. Just do it. She can go boom. Steal that from. She's so gifted on her ability to do that.
E
Ruin your day.
B
And I think a close second. They're competing very close to each other. Don Lemon is on that list as well. Don Lemon went to a church. I don't know if you guys saw this. He went to a church talking to this pastor, and this pastor's like, look, man, let me just talk about the good news. And then Don's in his face. It's. If Don is trying to get everybody on, you know, people that are going to church to not like him. He's on track. He's doing a great job. But it looks like from some of the stories that came out, there may be some issues with that if anything does end up happening. And then Trump announces tariffs on Denmark and seven other European Union nations over opposition to acquiring Greenland. And those guys are now sending it back, which is a pretty big story of what's going on here. Wall Street Journal apparently tried to do a hit piece on Trump, and they said, trump is not good for this. Trump is not good for that. Trump is not good for this. And then they run a poll on who Americans trust more for the economy, for inflation, for protection. Everything came out. They trusted Republicans more than they trusted Democrats. So hit piece ended up becoming an endorsement. So I guess Trump is probably saying thank you, Wall Street Journal, no matter where he's at. And apparently Trump was having dinner last night. Tom was talking about steak and potatoes, and he wasn't too happy about it. But that's. That's a whole Italian. He's not a fan of Italian, according to what Tom was talking about. It's an inside joke. Don't go right there. Tom is just joking. Exile crown prince, which he's also known for. Reza Pahlavi implores Trump to follow through on Iran's strikes. At the same time Trump calls for new leadership in Iran. Says sick man Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has made nation worse place to live. And while he's talking about that, there's a whole different story with how President Trump is working at redoing Gaza. And he invited three nations or two nations, but except for one. Israel objects to US Announcement of leaders who will help oversee Gaza next step in concept. Except Israel is not involved. This guy's got a sense of humor. You gotta. You gotta love his sense of humor. Holman says Trump administration needs better messaging. Probably right. Aspiring conservative lawmaker head gushes with blood. You gotta see all these videos. They're not pretty. Mortgage rates at low level. These profits. Economic doom. Are worried about another collapse which could be around the corner. And then we have Gavin Newsom that had Ben Shapiro on his podcast, five highlights of what happened there. And then Pierce Morgan, who does great work, I believe, with all the debates he is. He got hurt over the weekend. We pray for him to have a speedy recovery. I spoke to him a couple days ago. He's doing fine. He's doing okay. Thank God. Much love. Send some love over to his way. And then we got a few other clips. I got. We got to play you Jon Stewart. Vinnie's got a message for John Stewart. Vinnie's a big fan of Jon Stewart. And Jon Stewart finally addresses whether he'll run for president or not. And Vinnie, I don't know where you stand with that. Vinnie. I'm assuming you want him to. You don't want him to. I'm sure you're going to cover that with us here in a minute. And there's a bunch of other things that's going on as well. Having said that, let's get right into it. I'm trying to see what story to start off with. Rob. Let's just go into the Don Lemon story. Let's go with Don Lemon. So Don Lemon goes into a church, okay. And he Sees this pastor. His pastor is there minding his own business, doing his thing, and all of a sudden, everybody sees this clip going viral, okay? And the clip is of Don Lemon with this pastor, and the pastor's like, what are you doing? Like, let us do our thing. Just watch this clip to kind of get an idea what's going on here. Go ahead. Rob, what do you think of this? I mean, this is unacceptable. It's shameful. It's shameful to interrupt a public gathering of Christians in Worsh. There were folks who said, I have to take care of my flock. Listen, we live in a. There's a constitution in the First Amendment to freedom of speech and freedom to assemble and protest. We're here to worship. We're here to worship Jesus because that's the hope of these cities. That's the hope of the world, is Jesus Christ. I'm gonna be very respectful. Please don't push me, though.
E
We're here.
B
We're here to worship Jesus. That's why we're here. Okay? That's why we're here. That's what we're about. Don't you think Jesus would be understanding? And we're about love. These folks. We're about spreading the love of Jesus. But did you try to talk to them as a Christian willing to talk?
D
Okay.
B
I have to take care of my.
A
Church and my family.
B
So I asked this. You actually would also leave this building? You don't want us to. Unless you're here to worship. You're here to worship.
A
I'm always worship.
B
I'm a Christian. We're here to worship. We're here to worship. Okay. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. So, Rob, give us the context of this. This is what. This is at a church I believe, in Minneapolis, right?
A
Yes. It's in St. Paul. From what I found the churches in St. Paul, the pastor that is at the church also works for. For the local ICE organization. And that is why the protesters showed up to protest his church service. But they. They. I. Apparently, what they violated was called the Face act, which prohibits you stopping people in a house of worship. And that's punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
B
Vinnie, where are you at with this?
D
Well, okay. I know from time to time I speak about evil on this podcast, and I want people to know I'm not doing it out of repetitiveness. I'm not doing it because I have a lack of content. I just want to show people over and over what we're Dealing with Ephesians, chapter 6, verse 12. It talks about not flesh and blood, but about evil people. Okay. I honestly think Minnesota is cursed in 2024. Rob has a video. Rob, you can just fast forward it to the end. Satanic worshipers honor Tim Walls with the plaque celebrating his refusal to oppose the spread of Satanism at the state Capitol. He this. Look at this. Yeah, let her read this, Rob. Go ahead. This is in their state capitol.
E
Worshippers thanks Governor Tim Walls for not standing in the way of spreading Satanism.
A
In the state Capitol building.
E
Satan has a special place for you.
D
This is in the state Capitol. This is a plaque. This was a plaque of Baphomet expressing gratitude for a Democrat aligned coalition of Satan worshipers. And the inscription proclaims that Satan has a place reserved for Governor Tim Walls.
B
This is where though this is a.
D
Minnesota state Capitol in 2024. I don't know if it's still there, Pat, but this is what I'm trying to tell people. Rob. Nailed it. The freedom. It's the freedom of access to clinic entrances. The Face act federal law that makes it a crime to use force, threats, or physical obstruction to prevent someone from accessing a place of worship.
B
Okay.
D
And Don Lemon knows what he's doing. Immediately after this, he was at the airport trying to cover his track, saying, I didn't know. There's videos of him before with the girl that was behind it kissing her and knowing what he's doing. He's not. He's not dumb.
B
Okay?
D
Do what you want. Protest wherever you want. People are trying to worship and be in church. How many Catholic priests. Elon, we talked about this in the back. Were arrested for trying to tell people to not have abortions. They've arrested Catholic priests and gave them six months in. In prison.
B
Okay?
D
And it's. And this is the one thing that's bothering me about this, Pat, you nailed it. That it's going to keep going over how many more warnings, how many more investigate launches, how many more? Pam Bondi's tweets yesterday were so infuriating. I know the ag, the Assistant Attorney General, she was saying, we're going to look into it. We're going to look into it. Look into what? You have the video. This is exactly what the statute says that they're doing wrong. And it infuriates me. It infuriates me because if Democrats were in charge, every single person in Minnesota would be in jail right now. From the mayor to the governor to the protesters. Anybody involved with this tomfoolery would have been freaking locked up. But it's Republicans, okay? They just bark and Democrats bite. It drives me crazy.
B
Tom, where are you at with this?
A
Well, I'll tell you where I'm at. Not to be repetitive, we can go back to right after 9, 11. And in New York City, conservatives and Americans were warned not to block the mosques that were in New York. That the FACE act would be. That you would be violating the FACE act, and you would be prosecuted. You can have a protest in the park with a permit against Islam, radical Islam, but what you can't do is get on the sidewalk in front of the mosque and make a large mob, even if you're just standing there peacefully, and prevent them from having access to their house of worship. I'm not defending Islam. I'm telling you, this is what the FACE act does. And if the Assistant Attorney General. And that's what I want to focus on, if you're really going to put a tweet up to. To get people like me or Vinnie or people that are appalled by this to. Oh, great, you know, the. The attorney general's office has responded to it.
B
No.
A
What are you doing? Don Lemon was there as a facilitator. He wasn't with the organized group that we see, but he was facilitating it. He was coming in there, he was waving, and so he was actively part of it. So I believe that Don Lemon was an accessory to the violation of the. Of the FACE Act. And I think Don Lemon and the people who are there, the ones that organized it, should be prosecuted. Because do you think today that if a group of conservatives did this at a mosque, that there would be prosecutions? In five seconds? Yeah, in five seconds. So why isn't there a prosecution against the organizers? And then Don Lemon. Sorry, dude. You trespassed. You came in here. You were interrupting it. Oh, it wasn't freedom of speech. You're even misquoting statutes. Sorry, dude. You're an accessory.
B
Yeah. Let me show this. And I want to come to Vinny. Here's Don Lemon. Here's a different clip. Watch this. Vinny, I'm going to come to you after this. This is the beginning of what's going to happen here. When you violate people's due process, when you pull people off the street and you start dragging them and hurting them and not abiding by the Constitution, when you start doing all of that, people get upset and angry. And if you remember what the civil rights movement was about, the civil rights movement was about these very kinds of protests. There's Nothing in the Constitution that tells you what time you can protest. You can protest at any time. That's the whole point of it, is to disrupt, to make uncomfortable. And that's what they're doing. And that's what I believe when I say everyone has to be willing to sacrifice something. You have to make people uncomfortable in these times. If you see how uncomfortable people. Uncomfortably.
D
This is the beginning. That that guy Don Lemon serves a different master than we. He also said, this is the beginning, and I quote, this is the beginning of what's going to happen here, okay? And thank God nobody in this church was armed or God forbid something happened, because that's what they want. You said this earlier, Pat, in the green room. They're looking for that next thing. This is the type of person that's paid. Paid. God knows who's actually paying him. Probably George Soros or the. The whatever society that he runs. This is the type of stuff time. The open society that they're pushing. And they send people like this in. Okay? This is exactly what they want. I'm tired, and I know I'm speaking for the majority of people out there. I am sick and tired of the waiting and the launching and the writing letters and referrals and Clintons and everything. Enough already, okay? Because you nailed it, Pat. Something is about to happen. It's only a matter of days, maybe a week. Somebody is going to shoot. And Tom, you mentioned the mosque. If they came into a mosque, trust me, those people would have done a whole people would have been hurt. Don Lemon's ass would have been handed. Handled in that church. This, this. I'm sorry.
B
He may have liked it, but.
C
Conservative.
E
What would have been handled, Vincent?
C
Conservatives just don't do this kind of thing. Yeah, Don Lemon's an activist. He's not a journalist. He's pushing for escalation. He went in there before he knew any of the claims were verified. So he went in there with an intention of escalating a situation in a private church where he had unverified claims just to get the media attention, the escalation to ramp people up. And it's disgusting. The left has a habit of attacking Christians. It is a problem in this country. People will only tolerate it for so long if there's a massive hypocrisy in the country right now. And it's disgusting to see. There is nothing. There is nothing. And I've thought about this many times that would push me to go harass an innocent person who is just trying to worship regardless of anything else. There is nothing that would get me into a mosque to go harass a random Muslim who is trying to worship. Just like there's nothing that could get me to do it for a Christian or Jew. But the left does not live by those standards. They will take action. They will do whatever they can to push you, and then the second anything happens in return, they have their martyr, they have their story. It's just very frustrating to see.
B
Adam, what are you up?
E
Well, I think we need to stop talking about Don Lemon. He's become completely irrelevant. That's one part of this. The word that comes to mind is midterms. So the signal through all the noise is, thank God this is happening in January, not a month before midterms.
A
Yeah.
E
Because the way this is playing out, reasonable people who are not very involved in politics are looking at this being like, what is going on? My mom texts me. You know, she's from Minneapolis. She's like, what is going on in Minneapolis? People are scared to go in the streets. Oh, my God. I go, mom, are you scared of the police? No. I go, you know who's scared of the police? Criminals. So a lot of people, if they're criminals, should be very scared of walking around the streets of Minneapolis. Rightfully so. Tom Homan, the border czar, said something very interesting. He said, we need to do a better job of our messaging, because if this were the midterms and this was happening today, Republicans could potentially get smoked. Because an average person looks at the chaos and they go, well, I don't know about this. Trump should be the law and order candidate who diffuses the chaos. Biden and the BLM and the riots and the wokeism, that's their thing. Trump needs to get a hold of this. Just like he sent the National Guard to D.C. to clean up a lot of different cities. They need to clean this up without killing people. I think Tom Homan said, 70% of the time, we're going after blatant criminals. Let's localize that.
B
That's not how this works, though.
E
Sure.
B
Because when you're saying Trump has to clean it up. Okay, so, Rob, can you do me a favor? Go to PBD, podcast, Instagram, and go to the clip of Ice in 2014 under Obama. Just. Just go under that. And there's a clip. If you. If you don't have it, I'll send it to you. I'll forward it to you. I want the audience to see this. This is a CNN clip during Obama of what the ICE was doing okay at that Time. And look how they're covering it, how difficult their job is. Go ahead, Rob, play this clip. Go ahead.
E
Just before the sun rises in the.
B
Windy City, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agen across Chicago to arrest criminals in the.
A
US Illegally attack one TAC two.
B
CNN was granted exclusive access to witness.
E
Some of those raids.
D
Quiet is just watch.
B
And then I'm going to show you something else right afterwards. We got three targets this morning. You know, some of the neighborhoods a little sketchy. So we got to make sure it's.
D
Not just the target looking after other people around us.
B
They want to come out extra early, like right now because they want to catch these people before they go to work.
A
That's why it starts so early in the morning.
E
Radio check.
D
All right, let's roll, guys.
B
Okay, you see that? Now watch this. Rob, can you do me a favor? Go to that clip that I sent you. Look at this, look at this. Barack Obama in 2015 awarded Tom Holman the Presidential award for service for making America safer at ice. Ten years later, liberals want Tom Homan killed. It's the same Tom, but a different Democratic Party. What's the moral of the story here? I don't think there is winning here for Trump. I really don't think. If you remember a year ago, it's probably 2020. It's not even a year ago. I would say it's 2024. July, you know, August. And we're talking about how many million it was the month where there was a record breaking 228,000 people that came in. Could have even been November or October. Record breaking most illegal immigrants crossing a border. And then they said, this guy sends me a package. I talked about this the other day briefly with whoever the last home team podcast we did with Ann Coulter. The guy sends me a packet and he says, patrick, this is going to be the nastiest thing to get rid of all these people. It's going to be so difficult. And I'm reading the entire report at the house and all I thought about is the moment they get in the optics to do this many people to get rid of. There is no way you can do it. Like, I'm getting a call from a friend, very somebody you guys all know. Friend, you know, this is not good. Why are you guys doing this? I'm like, do you realize they're checking IDs of citizens? That's what they're doing. That's what they can do. And that's what they're supposed to do, to check to see if you have An ID or not. Why do you have an id? So somebody can check your ID to find out if you're legal or not. That is not illegal. That's not something that they can't do. But because it's going to go to the heart, there is no winning. You said something. Trump's got to get a control of this notice. Under Biden, there was no protesting. Why not, though? Is it because Biden's such a great leader that there doesn't require protesting? Or is it the fact that you have to make chaos seem under a president to not want it again? They're playing this thing so perfectly well and the media is running with it in such a perfect way that the American people, the percentage on the left and the independents that just watch the news are like, oh, my God, this is horrible. Have you guys seen some of these clips?
C
Yeah.
B
Have you guys seen some of this?
C
My old brother was.
B
Yeah. Rob, can you play some of these Minnesota clips that we got that. That I sent you to go. Let's see which ones we got here. Go to. I'm trying to see which one we go here. Go to. Go to the one with. First of all, that's a concert from Bruce Springsteen. We don't. Okay, here's a man. Okay, here's a man. Pro Iceman. Tout slogans in favor of police. Here's what happens shortly after. Watch this guy. Watch this. They take his glasses. He chases down to get his glasses. Gets tripped once, Doesn't get his glasses. This is Minnesota right now. Minneapolis right now.
C
Yeah, yeah. No one shows any empathy. You notice there's empathy is.
B
Now go back. Go back to the other one, Rob, go back. Play this one. Watch this.
D
Tripping. And look, Boom. Running into him. Tripping them. Another assault.
C
They're trained to do this.
E
Of course.
A
Of course.
D
And they're putting ice and pouring water.
C
All over the floor to make it.
D
Slippery for them, too.
B
Rob, I don't know if you got all of them. Do you have the roadblock? Yeah, pull up the Roadblock. Look what these guys have to do. Is that the one? No, it's not. It's the other one, Rob. Yeah, right there. Watch this one. Just blocking the road. Go.
D
Good, that makes me happy.
C
I love that.
D
Because again, you're making them into stationary targets, bro. If somebody wants to shoot them. This is bad. This is.
A
They're.
B
They're continuing to do this left and right. There's even enough. Okay, this is the last one. Rob, can you play the one with that one right there? Watch this. This guy finally gets sick of it, says, look, people got to get to work.
C
Well, that's where they lose when they disrupt people's ability to get to work. Yeah. This is actually where they lose support when they do things like that.
D
Did you see. Did you guys. We can't show it because of the. The outlet that it came from, but there's a video of these leftists in Minneapolis, isis trying to apprehend a child sex offender, a pedophile. And he pulls up and he goes, hey, you guys are stopping me from getting a. A sex offender. Okay, yeah, play this one, Rob.
E
We're here to arrest a child sex.
D
Offender, and you guys are out here honking.
E
Oh, they're not.
C
No, we're press.
D
Yeah, yeah.
C
All of a sudden, that vehicle right.
E
There is honking and impeding our investigations.
B
While we're trying to arrest a child sex offender. That's who you guys are protecting.
D
Stupid, more useful idiots at the highest level. And mind you, they call Trump the pedophile protector. It's them and what, these morons. And Again, I blame CBS, CNN, MS, now, whatever the hell they want to call there. Do they Forget Trump rescued 62,000 missing border kids from sex slavery and forced labor? Okay, and I'm Adam. I disagree with you 100%. I think they doubled down. Invoke the Insurrection act, get the National Guard in there, do a sweep, and get rid of all of them. I saw Kristi Noem went up against that girl from cbs. Was it Rob? I think I sent you the clip. She went up.
A
Margaret, I believe. Margaret Brennan.
D
Look at. Look at how. And again, you're a propagandist. This right here, Kristi Noem, the Department of Homeland Security secretary, is giving you the facts. She can't take it.
E
Go ahead.
A
What's the breakdown of the percentage of.
D
Those who you have in custody who have actually committed a criminal offense versus just the civil infraction?
B
Every single individual has committed a crime. 70% of them have committed or have charges against them on violent crimes and crimes that they are charged with or have been convicted of that have come from other countries that are here illegally.
A
First of all, and then they have.
B
Committed a criminal act while they've been here or in their home countries as well.
D
It's not 70%.
C
Yeah, she's fritzing out.
B
Yes, it is. Absolutely. 70% of everyone.
A
Changing your percentage, you pick and choose.
B
What numbers you think work, but that.
A
Is the facts is that 70% of.
B
The people that we have detained have charges against them or have been convicted of charges and they need to be brought to justice. And we're going to keep doing that no matter how much you guys keep lying and don't tell the public the truth. By the very nature of the law enforcement officers are out there every day but doing the work to protect the American people.
E
So I want to understand what you were saying in 2016. It was a different time, but the same tactics. I want to understand where you're going with this because.
B
So let me ask you a question. How, how have tactics dramatically changed with ICE the last nine years?
C
The kids in cages with under Obama that the media put claimed it was under Trump. They've been doing this forever.
E
So what I think what you're insinuating is it hasn't changed much, but the coverage has.
B
Yeah, but explain to me how have tactics changed? Did they arrest when they deported the 3 million under Obama? Were they nicer then than they are today?
E
No.
B
Like, do you, do you really think the approach was gentle? How do you deport somebody gently?
E
You don't the difference.
D
We got this cool plane ticket for you.
E
So let me just, I'm going to go rapid fire here. In 2016, Barack Obama, who deported, deported way more people than Trump was the president. He wasn't running for reelection. He was the darling of the media. It was, he was, what's it called when you're a lame duck and he's just, he's not running for anything. So he's out the door. Doesn't matter, doesn't have to answer to anything. Also, social media is in the infancy phases. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, it's sort of the early adopters. 2012, 2014, 2016. You don't have an entire generation of Gen Z that's been woke and basically for 10 years consuming social media. Consuming social media. TikTok influencing them. So it's totally different now. Trump tells you, I'm coming after you, triggering all these people that have TDS for 10 years waiting for this moment, defending, illegal, defending.
B
What's your point?
E
The point is the world has changed, but ICE tactics haven't changed once. Tom Homan is the same person he was 10 years ago when he was beloved, won some awards. Now he's.
C
There's just one thing.
A
Wait a minute, wait a minute. That's not correct, Adam. There's parts of what you just said there is absolutely incorrect. ICE today is thanks to the biometrics tracking information, cell phone data tracking and cameras and things that they have been having at the border to capture things. ICE is faster and More precise with the people they are picking out today than they were 10 years ago because the technology is better now is the methods of ice. Get five officers together, make sure they're very safe, well armed, protecting each other, two vehicles, go to a house, knock, go in. Sure, that part is the same, but what isn't the same on the outside is all the social media making that look bad. But ICE is faster and more precise with the people they're going after today than they were under Obama. So there is greater precision to the people that they're going to pick up than there was. But now they're under this light of social media and paid protests that you, you can't make it look good. To Pat's point 10 minutes ago for the question directly, the question he's answered, ICE hasn't changed. Technology has changed, but social media is now, and paid protests are making them look bad.
E
I agree, but there's a time I actually agree with you.
A
How do you win that in the court of public opinion?
E
So I agree with you. ICE has not changed. Technology has taken social media. If you're gonna, if you're gonna go there, I agree with you. Social media. How many people were filming people in 2016 during the ICE raids? Nobody.
A
Statistics to Kristi Noem, who is running the agency for the statistics that Margaret Brennan is trying to throw it.
C
You guys are looking at this.
A
Margaret Brennan should prep with more than just Politico because Christine Noem is going to sit there and say, well, my agency, I've got all the data right here. People we arrested, and it's 70%.
C
You guys are looking at this like a political problem. It's a cultural problem. There's been an inversion of truth that's taken hold in America. What's good is now bad, what's bad is now good.
A
I agree with you.
C
So we're not going to win this on any other level than affecting the culture. Getting people back to what kind of country can be sustainable that starts blocking people trying to go after child predators. Why is the media not talking about. I saw a list of the people who are child traffickers, child abusers who, who've been arrested and deported by ice. Anyone should be okay with that. The fact that we're in a current state where that's number one, being ignored by the media, being defended by people, shows that we're lost on a much deeper level. Then let's give people information. Let's talk about to them about politics. We have to get back to basics here. There's something Fractured in our society, in our ideology, as people, as a country. So that's the real problem. That's the real root of it. It's deeper than Trump. It's deeper than just the media. There's a cultural sickness that's taken hold. It's a leftist ideology, and it's disgusting.
D
Godless. It's a godless party that runs on pure evil. Evil. That's all it is, brother.
C
It's evil. To defend a child trafficker is evil. There's no other word for it. It shouldn't be, like, tiptoed around. Call it what it is and deal with it.
B
For the audience that doesn't know you've been on Unusual Suspects five times, take a minute and kind of give your background.
C
My name is Elon. I have a martial arts podcast called Inside Fighting. I've been a martial artist my whole life. I've also acted my whole life. I've worked on TV shows like the Walking Dead. I was in the big short, Deepwater Horizon with like, Mark Wahlberg and Brad Pitt. Also an entrepreneur. I've started a company called Eggard Watch Company. We did some really interesting stuff. We took stances on a lot of issues. We did a response to Gillette, which went very viral. Back in the day when they were putting out all that toxic masculinity stuff, we stood up for real women in sports. We, you know, we stood up against vaccine mandates. So we're well known for all of that kind of stuff. And just. Yeah, always trying to start businesses to the point of driving myself crazy.
D
I let him choke me out in the back just to see if he was a real deal. The real deal I was gone for.
C
When it comes to fighting, I love it.
B
I love it.
E
Can I give our friend a little bit of credit right now? And I'm sending this to Rob. You're absolutely right, because. And this is something that I go to the. Well on quite often about how the, the, the.
B
I really want to go to the next story, buddy. So if you want to go, go.
E
The common shared values that we have have completely declined. So what you're saying is accurate. Our shared values that once defined us, we no longer have.
B
Yeah.
E
So everything that we're talking about, we wouldn't have been this divisive.
B
True.
E
B
Let me get to this. While this is going on. Rob, can you pull up the hit piece on Trump, Wall Street Journal. Watch this, folks. This is supposed to be a hit piece on Trump that we're talking about. Ok? So they write this article. It's Trump's economy and voters are unhappy with it. WSJ poll finds. Okay, can you please go to the poll, Rob? Go all the way to the bottom of the poll and just show you know which one I'm talking about. If you can go to the bottom. Rob, watch this. So they're asking him questions. When you look at the headline, you're thinking they're not happy with Trump. Now, when they asked him who they trust with the economy more, here's what the answer in the reports came along. Watch this. Okay, so how many people at the top, Rob? Let me just kind of look at the number. 1500 register. From the 8th to the 13th, it asked which party in Congress, Republican or Democrats, is better to handle various issues. Economy. Republicans, 38. Democrats 32. Republicans. Plus 6. Inflation and rising prices. Republicans, 38. Democrats32. Plus 6 for Republicans. Tariffs. Republicans, 36, Democrats34. Plus 2 for Republicans. Immigration, 4,433. Plus 11 for Republicans. Border security. Look at this one. 4,820. Republicans, 28. Plus. That's worse than the Seattle Seahawks score. I mean, it's almost there. Seattle Seahawks destroyed that team, but plus 28. Tom, how do you process this? When you see a number like this, an article that's supposed to be bad against Trump, but this is what the American people are saying.
A
So friends of the podcast, we speak to a lot of people in polling, the Atlas, and tell people, the Rasmussen people, Rich Barris. And what we have right now is a problem of personalization. The media has personalized the problems of the average American or the concerns of the average American and personalized that as Donald Trump's problem. But when you back up and you start asking him things like this, this happens. You know, if you go back, literally 20 years ago, Jay Leno Tonight show used to do a thing in Burbank called jaywalking. And Jay would go walk up and down the street and he would ask people, like, five questions, and he'd say, do you know that that's exactly what Governor Gray Davis thinks? Oh, I don't like Gray Davis. Well, wait a minute. You just picked five things, and Gray Davis is trying to do that for your governor. Now, I didn't particularly like Gray Davis at all, but Leno was trying to point. It's as true then as is true now. You ask people these things, and it means, like, they would trust Republicans more, issue by issue, by issue, especially on keeping the border secure, number one, and controlling who comes across it. Immigration, number two. Yet when you personalize It. Oh, you know, don't like Trump. But an interesting thing came out this weekend. Trump's approval rating among Republicans. You know where it is right now, Pat? All time high. Last Friday came out, Trump's approval rating among Republicans. All time high, first administration. So there are people on the personalization side that are on the conservative side that are saying, I don't like what everything's going, but I really approve of my guy.
E
What's the number, Tom? Is it 90%?
D
92, I think 95.
A
Okay, cross 90.
B
Wow, that's exceptional. 95% of Republicans still approve of Trump's overall, by the way. You know what that means? You know what that means?
E
Talk. Numbers scream.
B
No, that means. That means the noise in Twitter.
C
Yeah.
B
Is irrelevant.
C
Doesn't mean any noise online.
B
That means the noise online, nobody in America is following that. Means it's just purely noise, if you think about it.
A
And by the way, you brought up something, Pat. You did this research and you shared with us on this podcast, I think a week ago, the research, I guess you and Rob, you dug up, you said 50% of the traffic online was bots.
B
51.
A
There's the noise. Yeah. It's all noise.
B
Yeah. But that makes you think, because America is not Twitter. Yeah. And Twitter is not America. It's hard.
C
You have to remember that because I get lost in the noise. You know, they put out these messages that, you know, the rights fractured. And if you're, if you live in that Twitter world, you think there's absolute chaos. But then you come back to this and you see there's a lot of.
B
Yeah, it can be good and bad. So when it's in your favor, you can think you're ahead and it flips. The one part that I do think, if things go the way it is right now, how bad will midterms be? What do you think? How bad will midterms be?
A
It will not be as bad as everybody thinks, but Republicans will lose the House.
B
It will not be as bad, but they'll lose the House.
A
It will not be like a blue wave, but it's going to flip. I don't know. Today.
E
Anyone who makes today predictions usually is wrong because look what happened last midterms, when it's going to be a red wave. And it was. It was nothing.
B
Yeah.
E
So I don't do that. All you can do is control the controllable and do what's in front of you. So, you know, in America today, you have to remember it's a binary situation. So if you go, if you go to the average person, go, hey, how do you think Trump's doing?
B
Well, I don't really approve.
E
I don't want to know what's going on. Well, would you vote for him or Kamala? Hell no. Not Kamala. No way. Well, would you vote for Biden? No way. Well, how would you compare Trump to a Gavin Newsom? No way. So if you just try to analyze Trump, it's very easy to be critical of somebody, but when you compare them to a worser option, the lesser of two evils, then you understand. All right, which one are you going to pick?
A
Well, there's a Kelsey on this.
B
And by the way, that's a real Kelshi. Look at the bottom left. Look at the dollars.
D
3 million 400.
B
300. 3 million 400. So it's not like it's a $22,000 cal.
A
There's a lot of people putting up what they think is going to happen.
E
And by the way, we trust Kalashi. We understand what's going on there. It could be that this is just a glitch in the system or sugar high because of this ICE thing. We have nine months.
B
Yeah.
E
Until we actually have.
D
Things could change dramatically, but there's no question about that. What drives me crazy is we are running the show. The President Republican, the House Republican, we are in charge. And it feels like nothing is being done to get stuff done or to protect the people that need your freaking protection. And I know I just said it, Pat, but enough of this nonsense of we're gonna do this. We're gonna refer. The Clintons are bad. No, no, do something. What is Pam Bondi actually doing? What is Caspitel doing? What are they doing?
B
What do you want to see, Vinny?
D
I want to be. I. I want one arrest. I want one arrest. Let's go back to the auto pen. He came out. They said it. It's a fact. Done deal. The pardons were revoked, remember?
C
Tommy?
D
Okay, now what? Now what? They're just. We're just sitting, waiting. Okay, so we all know Biden wasn't in charge. All the auto pens and the list was insane.
B
Where.
D
What are you doing? Because time's ticking. Another year, a year and a couple months. It's over. And we saw the videos. Jennifer Welch, she looks freaking. You want to talk about evil white liberal women? Look at the face of Jennifer Welch. Her, Jim Acosta, all these people.
B
This is the Jennifer Welch interview where she said, when we take over, we.
D
Should arrest everybody 100%.
B
Rob, do you have that?
D
Yeah, she's saying it, Rob, with Jim Acosta.
A
Who's the fascist now?
D
Yeah, another.
A
We're going to round you up now. Who's the.
B
No, it's that one right there.
D
I think it's this one, guys. And listen, when they tell you what they're going to do, listen to. This is Jennifer. Well, she's the white liberal women that I'm telling you about. She was on Bravo or one of those channels. This is the. When I tell people the enemy from within. Listen to what she has to say.
A
This language gets a little salty too, by the way. Tsunami means that Congress is going to haul Elon Musk, big balls and a bunch of other people's ass in front and say, what crimes did you commit? And it's going to get really serious. And the same with Trump, because I believe, and this is just my opinion, that Trump and all of the bottom feeding morons surrounding him and Elon Musk and all the bottom feeding clinger honors that surround him, I think they commit crimes every day. And I think to reconcile all of this is going to take hardcore, not integrity Democrats. Fuck you, Democrats. Fuck you for fucking over our country. We are serious about this.
B
We are prosecuting.
A
We're going to uncover every document, every phone call, everything you did. We will be relentless about it. And that's the mindset they've got to have because I think the electorate is going from we've got to get him out, but also we want accountability.
B
There has to be accountability. You have to.
D
Another, another failed. They go on that like, this is what they're about. And I wish, I wish the Republicans had that much of a backbone and that much of a constitution because they're like, we're going to go after you. And we're just sitting here. We've been waiting since 2016. Nobody. Russia, collusion, Covid, auto pen. What more do you need? If I hear we're launching another thing. They've launched more investigations than Elon Musk has launched freaking Starlinks into others. I'm done.
A
You said backbone and constitution. That's exactly what I want to see. I get very frustrated when I see the speaker of the House that looks like a high school math teacher trying to tell me there's a shooter in the building and we have an emergency. Mike Johnson just doesn't feel to me like, and I don't see things that say he's taking a leadership position. So it's funny you use the word leadership, backbone and constitution. I want to see him take a backbone with our Constitution. And exhibit some leadership. Everything you say, I'm as emotional as you are below the surface on all those issue, Pat. What I want, I want to see some leadership leading forward. Someone to get upset and say, listen, man, this is not just a messaging. The messaging I want to see out on the street is put. Is this message. Put your hands behind your back. You have the right to remain silent. That's the messaging I want to see.
B
So what's. So both sides are wanting to see arrest is what you're saying.
C
Well, yeah. Well, one side has used the government in ways that are unbelievably unethical. The FISA abuse story that took place, that got no attention. There was never any consequence for that. Tulsa Gabbard went up and said, we have FBI that is testifying. American citizens were spied on. The things that the left has done in terms of government abuse, activating it to go against political opponents, you just haven't seen that on the right in return.
A
Right?
C
So on one side saying we want arrests, we want arrests for actual crimes, the other side is saying we want to use the government beyond its capacity to go after political opponents. So that's the distinction.
A
We don't like you because we don't.
C
Like you and what you believe in. And because you don't agree with us, you're a threat.
D
So it almost makes me lose.
A
And we'll call it all hate speech.
D
We'll call it hate speech. It makes me, Elon lose faith that there is a left and a right and they just have us running around like idiots because they're all. When they say, I'm going to reach out to my friend on the opposite side of the aisle. You guys are all on the same team. That's what now I'm finally realizing, yes, Trump came in and he's a. And he's a badass and he's doing his thing and the country is secure. But when it comes to holding themselves accountable, bro, it's House of Cards 101. That's all they do, is they all scratch each other's back and none of them go to prison.
A
This is what we saw in the polls three weeks ago. Remember I told you about this poll? Why is the average person so upset at Congress that they only have a 17% approval rating? Number one, I believe there are two systems of justice, one for us and one for all these people. Point one. Remember what point two was? I believe nothing will happen.
D
Yep.
A
And that's the two things that are make. That's the voter has been Carrying in their gut when they look at all this, by the way, left and right, that's nonpartisan.
C
Yep.
B
Adam.
E
So we need to be very careful on how we address women. And I'll explain. So you're the angry patriot. At this point, I think I need to be the pragmatic patriot, because who votes more in America, men or women? Well, the answer is women by a 3 to 4% margin. And if you've been following most elections, it always kind of comes down to the wire. 3% is the margin of error. Right. When you're doing polling. So if it's a close election, and you know that, I think the latest stat is 63% of women vote versus 59% of men. So let's say I fundamentally agree with angry patriot Vinny o'. Shauna. That's right. Okay, Amazing. I agree with you. The average woman goes, yeah, I don't really like his tone. I'm going to go with the abortion lady. So what's my point? We need to understand that, yes, we agree and that our audience most likely agrees.
D
Yeah.
E
But there's a whole other side that we need to not curry favor with them. What percentage of America runs this country? You say 12%. What percentage of those people get turned off by things they see, whether it's ice, whether it's racism, whether it's far right stuff. So we need to be very careful.
A
What do you do about it?
B
Lose women.
A
Respectfully. While making our point, Adam, now tell us, what do you think we do about it with what you just said?
E
So what about the forewoman?
A
No, what you just said.
C
Wrap it up.
A
What do you think we do about it?
E
Well, like, have you ever argued with a woman? Yes. Good luck yelling at her or trying to convince her logically. If you say, like, I got in a little stupid fight with my girl this weekend and her whole thing was, can you just be nicer when you say it? I said, am I right about what I'm saying? Yes. I said, did you screw up? Yes. What should I do differently? She goes, just be nicer when you say it. So what's my point? Sometimes the way you say things does matter, especially when you're trying to win elections and it's one or two points.
D
In the middle, but in 2000, I.
A
Can'T tell you what.
E
See, I'm trying to grow up, Adam. Yeah.
A
So say you're under arrest, you're going back to Guatemala, Vinnie's way, and then say it your way.
E
It's. It's not. What are you trying to get me in a little scenario here.
A
What are you trying to do? No, I'm trying to get you to present a plan.
E
I'm saying that lady right there is obviously. Who's the lady? I don't want to say her name. She's obviously obnoxious. She's obviously a Trump hater. Yes, but do women listen to her?
C
They.
D
I guess.
E
Of course. So it's just about being a little bit more palatable to the common sense voter. I'm not saying to water down anything you could. I'm not even singling out.
D
I know, I know.
E
I'm just saying if you're going to be the words talk number scream guy. The words.
C
The.
E
The numbers are screaming. More women vote than men. Women tend to be a little bit more emotional, less logical.
D
Okay.
E
So we just need to know that.
D
But in 2024, these women voted for Trump. These women saw Kamala and all her BS and the billions of dollars behind her and they went, we don't want that woman because that woman is full of you know what? And that guy is big daddy and he's the boss. Great. He's gonna take this country and he's gonna lead us to victory. Because these people aren't used to. Adam. Think about the soft leaders we had from Obama to all these guys. They just want to say the right thing and no action, zero action. This is the father that's coming in, that's laying down the law and that's what we need. And I'm sorry, I don't think watering down the message because Adam, we went from trans dancing into the military to the Secretary of War. Enough is enough with this bs And I don't give a damn about Jennifer Welch and her evil freaking face and trying to push people towards the darkness. Okay? We are winning so hard. But the media is run by the same evil people that run the media are running the left. Okay? Zero positivity. And these women need to understand if they become. And they start voting for the Mamdanis and the softer and the.
E
And the.
D
And guess what? You're going to be a second class citizen. Just like they are taught in their book to treat your ass.
E
Of course.
D
Period.
E
So I agree with you.
D
So that's where I'm coming from.
E
Answer this because there's a trending thing all over social media right now. 2016 versus 2026. Is Trump the same person he was 10 years ago or has he changed his tone just a little bit?
D
He's changed. He doesn't care. He doesn't need to be. He doesn't need to. All the investigations and everything are coming out of him.
E
So is he speaking a little bit more moderately and pragmatic? Yeah.
D
He doesn't have to run again or he doesn't have to run again? He doesn't have to run. He's not talking real. You tried it about Obama.
E
He's like, technically, in my opinion, Trump has two more elections. He's not running, but his administration is. He has midterms and then 20, 28. Would it be fair to say that Trump is a different person these days than 10 years ago?
B
The way that he acts, no question about it. But he doesn't have another term to win. He does have midterms and he does have replacing himself and somebody taking over.
E
And he's not on the ballot, but his administration is.
B
He's not. But when it's time to be tough, he's still being tough. But he is definitely a lot more gentler and a lot more smoother than he was 10 years ago. No question about it. But you have to realize, you know, when you watch somebody play games, if somebody is better at playing games than you, you're going to lose. So let me explain what I mean by this. Remember when Marco Rubio was going against Trump and he tried to be Trump, what happened? Remember when Ted Cruz was going against Trump and he tried to be Ted Cruz, what happened? Remember when Rand Paul did. It was horrible for Rand Paul. He should have never done it because he says, you know, I've never said anything about him. And trust me, there's a lot of subject matter there for me to make fun of. Ramp up. Yeah, yeah. So, you know, you don't play a game against somebody that was born that way.
A
Yeah.
B
This guy was born to troll the hell out of you. You don't think Trump trolled his brother? You don't think Trump upset his dad and his mom? You don't think Trump's been that guy since he was 6, 7, 8, 10 years old. So here's the point. If you go up against manipulators, okay, who know how to manipulate better than you and you try to beat them, they've been doing this for 50 years. I was on a call with a guy that's a very well known guy in media this weekend. We had a hour and a half call together about Iran and he says, I don't understand. He says, look, you have to realize one thing. We're better than the Republicans, the Democratic side. We know how to make a lot of noise we know how to make a problem. That's a three. Make it seem like a nine. I mean, literally, the Democratic Party is LeBron James when he flops. That's exactly what they are. The Democratic Party and LeBron James, they're identical.
E
Yeah.
B
Have you ever seen these clips where.
E
And they get paid very handsome.
B
Tatum, Jason Tatum just goes this way. Doesn't even touch LeBron. LeBron all of a sudden goes like this. Gets a father going the other way.
C
Right.
B
That's the Democratic Party. You know what Michael Jordan was. Michael Jordan was a Republican. The way he played, you had to really hurt him for him to act like he was hurt. He's not going to show it to you. That's in the DNA. You can't change that DNA on how it is. So I don't know. I don't know.
E
Because one's a victim and one's a victor at the end of the day.
B
But I got to tell you, though, there are a lot of people that voted 95% support what Trump is doing. That's the highest ever. There's some people right now that are waiting saying, is anyone going to get arrested? What did Nick Shirley do? Is anybody going to get. Are you going to walk in and guys coming out getting. Is that visual going to be taking place? That's what some of these guys want to see. I think it needs to happen. And the process, unfortunately, when you're doing it legally is a lot slower than when you're doing it illegally. Meaning if you want to illegally get Trump to take a mug shot, it's easy. If you want to legally get Trump to take a mug shot, it's not fast, it's slower. They're trying to do it the legal way. I think they're going to, you know, they're eventually going to get to it, but it may be too late. It may be too late and they won't be able to do anything for it. Anyways. Let's get to the next story here. Next story I want to get to is with Iran. Okay. Trump calls for new leadership in Iran says sick man Ayatollah Khamenei has made nation worse place to live. Rob, if you got that, if you want to play that clip and then there is a story that goes with it. Is this it?
A
Yes.
B
Go ahead, Rob. Today the president said it's time to look for new leadership in Iran. There was new calm on the streets of Tehran this weekend, but evidence of the recent unrest and violent crackdown remains. Today, Iran's Ayatollah said, we consider the US President guilty both for the casualties, for the damages, and for the slander he made against the Iranian nation. President Trump punching back, calling for an end to Khamenei's rule, adding, the man.
A
Is a sick man who should run.
B
His country properly and stop the killing people. The exchange follows nationwide protests and a violent government crackdown. Thousands have been killed. President Trump had threatened to take action against the regime if it did not stop killing civilians, but on Friday praised it for sparing protesters.
A
Did Arab and Israeli officials convince you to not strike Iran? Nobody convinced me. I convinced myself.
D
You had Yesterday scheduled over 800 hangings.
B
They didn't hang anyone.
A
They canceled the hangings.
B
And this week, satellite images showed the US Navy aircraft carrier, the Abraham Lincoln, which was rerouted to the Middle east amid those ongoing tensions with Iran. Meanwhile, the White House says the president has a range of options at his disposal.
A
Jerico, Willie J.
B
Okay, so he's got a range of options at his disposal. The Iranian government came out and they've had the Internet down since the 8th. They're saying the protesting has calmed down a bit. Internet's been down since the 8th. They're saying it's going to be down till March 20th, which is Aden Oruz. The Iranian New Year is what they're going to be doing. The counts you're seeing is anywhere between 3,300, 3,500, which is a low number, upwards of 16,500. You even hear some people talking about 50,000, 300,000 people have been arrested, injured. There's a lot of mess going on in Iran right now. But, Vinny, how do you process the fact that the president. It seemed like they were about to attack Nothing. Elon, I'll come to you first. How do you process the fact that a lot of Iranians are thinking President Trump's about to come in and do something about it? And then it seems like they took a step back. What do you think is going on there?
C
So we've seen Trump be unpredictable in the past and then suddenly take action when no one expects it. But if Trump does not take action after the words he spoke, I think by the Iranian perspective, the people of Iran, it'll be perceived as a massive, massive betrayal. I think that we don't actually know how bad it is. The regime is literally stopping the information from getting out. I heard reports of them using chemical warfare against their own people. There's just disgusting things happening, and it makes us look weak. If he comes out and he says, we're not going to allow this to happen and then allows it to happen. So that's my main concern there. I think this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see freedom for the Iranian people. These opportunities don't come often. It stabilizes the entire Middle East. There is a massive benefit, not just for the Iranian people, but for the entire world. So if he's going to come out and talk strong, I hope he takes strong action again. He's unpredictable, so who knows what he's actually.
B
Adam.
E
So let's discuss what Iran is good at and what they're not good at. Iran sucks at winning actual wars. The Islamic Republic of Iran. What's the last war they won against Iraq 30 years ago. So they suck at that. They certainly lost to Israel. That's without a question. They're pretty good at proxy warring. All right, let's fund Hamas, let's fund the Houthis, let's fund Hezbollah. They're pretty good at that. But you know what they're the best at? Killing their own people. That's their thing. So let's not lose sight of that. Iran is a Islamic thug like regime, and the people that pay the price the most are their own people.
C
Yeah.
E
Besides that, it's their neighbors. And then beyond that, it's the world. So you hear terms like paper tiger. They haven't done anything. They're the typical guy who talks trash. I'm gonna meet me outside, bro. I'll kick your ass. And then you go outside and you kick his ass. And then the fight's over. And then they go home and they tweet, I will bring the enemy to its knees. Nobody believes you. Unfortunately. I don't know how they're going to take this guy out. They may need to wait a few more years until he's literally dead because he'll be 90 something years old.
D
That's unfortunately. I think you made, you made a great point. Trump is unpredictable. And I thought, you know, I learned, I learned on this podcast. I'm talking to these guys. Trump is like, everybody thinks everybody knows what they're talking about because of what CNN or somebody told us. You don't know what he's really doing. We don't know the conversations that are happening behind the scenes. Maybe, just maybe, he doesn't want another. Besides everything that's happening in Minnesota and everything, the last thing he would want is because, especially with what happened with Venezuela. Another, we're going in and we're doing something else. That's one. And then number two, Pat, how much do you think of this has to do with him not thinking that Reza Pahlavi is the leader. That could. Because once they go in, guys, once we go in, Pat, they need the leader. You have to have somebody there. And from the comments he made last week, I think right now he's like, oh, damn it, that's not the guy. So we can't go in there, go in there to help, and then who's going to be propped up? Another Khomeini? No, they can't do it. So I think there's a couple of factors at play, but I do think one of the main ones is the leader isn't the leader that they thought could, could run the show. That could be one of the moments where he's like, okay, guys, we need to chill out, you know, try to support them as much as we can. But, dude, with them killing 16,000 to 50,000, this isn't, this isn't a joke. They need the help. They need the help.
B
But I'm going to come to you here. I want to read this first. So. Reza Pahlav implores Trump to follow through on Iran strikes. This is a political story. Pleaded Friday with Trump to follow through on his promise to strike the Islamic Republican Republic. The US should conduct a surgical strike on the Iranian regime. Parliamentary paramilitary assets to weaken Iran's government and its ability to crack down protesters. Pahlavi told reporters in Washington, where he's made the rounds in recent days to garner support and position himself as the person to lead a transition in Iran should it fall. Trump has been watching the protests closely and at first pledged very strong, pledged very strong action should Iran execute protesters. But Trump's immediate threat appears to have disappeared after Gulf Arab State and Israel have lobbied against military action, at least right away. President Trump did say if the regime were to hit the Iranian people hard, they will face serious consequences. Tom, where are you at with this?
A
So when Trump told the Iranian people, look, I've got your back. This goes back two weeks ago, right? Exactly two weeks ago, he said, I've got your back. And instead he said, if you kill anybody, if you're going to be hard on these protesters, look out, here I come. And then we're getting numbers out that people have died, thousands and thousands injured, critically injured. And what Trump is saying, well, he didn't hang anybody yesterday. They didn't do the hangings. They were going to do 800 hangings or something like that. They didn't do those. So that is a good thing. And then he backed off, man. I'm old enough to remember Cuba. And when JFK was supporting the Cuban rebels, supporting what was going to go. And at the last minute, he pulled air support back, and it led to the Bay of Pigs for the. For the poor Cuban freedom fighters. And I worry that Trump, he's a leader, he's a driver, but I worry he's kind of in a place right now. You pulled back on the attack. A lot of people in the Middle east said, be careful. Iran's irrational. They may do something even crazier than normal. Maybe we don't want to do this. So I understand the lobbying he got from Israel and certain Arab states, but there's also this angle. He said he was going to be there, and now he's kind of pulled back, and I worry that he's in a bit of a spot. What do you think?
B
You worry he's in a bit of a spot? Like what?
A
Yeah, because he made a commitment. He says, I'm going to be behind you. And now what he's saying is, well, nobody got hung yesterday. Yeah. But it looks like, at least by consensus, 12,000 people have been killed.
B
So why. Why would he not do anything? Why would he not keep a promise.
A
Go convinced that Iran, in their destabilization right now, would be even more militarily irrational than normal? I think he got convinced.
B
What else do you think it is?
A
I think, you know, you. You come in and you break up the party, but you have to leave an adult at the house. And I don't know if he's got that person.
B
Yeah. To me, when I. When I watch this and I think about what's going on, one is, you know, reports that came to him from the Middle east, even Turkey, and some of these guys saying, listen, you guys, I don't want to. You may not want to attack it. Even Israel, saying, they're not ready yet to make the attack. Okay. Let's just say that's when the intel comes in. He trusts what some of that information is going to come in. Is Mossad giving him a report that, you know, maybe it's a different kind of a report. He's got a guy on the inside, Lindsey Graham, that probably. How bad do you think Lindsey Graham wants to see an attack?
D
He was so upset that he came out of what he's like, listen, I think we should have done. He's a warhawk.
B
Okay.
C
Yes.
A
Jones, for an attack.
B
Okay, now watch this. How many clips have you seen with Lindsey Graham being with the President the last 30 days? 60 days, one a ton.
D
Oh, well, I saw. Well, I saw one.
A
No, no, he's on Air Force One standing four feet.
B
That's right.
D
That's the one I was talking about.
B
Yeah, he's with Reza Pahlavi. He's talking to the Iranian people. Hey, we should do this. Hey, here's what should. We should make, America. We should make. What do you call it? Iran. Great again. So he's kind of like becoming that face of. So, so he's. What I like is that Trump has people in his ears that are saying, don't do it. He's got people in his ears that are saying, do, do it. Then he's got the American people that are the, you know, anti. You know, they're non interventionist, like a J.D. vance. That's probably saying, what, let's avoid this, let's not do it. Rubio is probably a gamer that wants to go through with it. Maybe he's sitting there saying, we don't have the replacement yet. Or maybe you're gonna go to sleep and wake up in the middle of morning and in the middle of the night your phone's blown up with 48 text messages because they attack. But if you attack, what are you attacking for? That's going to be the question. Is the attack just to attack like the nuclear sites, is that the attack or is the attack with an outcome? An attack with an outcome is what a change? An attack just to attack is not anything. And then you're seeing money leaving the country. Did you see the article about Khamenei's son? Type in Khamenei by this time, Rob is professional at spelling, commenting. And then put billions. Put. Put billions.
D
Is that the video, Pat?
B
Let me see if this is it right there. That's the one. What is that? One and a half billion dollar report. Report show mid January alleged Mojitaba Khamenei, son of Iran supreme, really moved substantial funds around $320 million to $28 million to Dubai. Emits broader transfer to potentially billions out of Iran. Some are saying one and a half billion shown regime officials lack confidence in the economy. While specific link to him to Dubai direct Qatar dealings aren't detailed in these reports. Though his wealth is set to be roughly $3 billion. Go a little bit lower, Rob. There was an article down there as well. Go a little bit lower right there. What is that one right there? Is. That's a different one. Okay. Yeah. So maybe, you know, rumors are being made that money is being moved. Scott Besson said money is being moved. So if they're moving that kind of money, why are they moving money? You know, maybe they're looking at other options. I don't know. And again, there's everything you see, there's stuff that you don't see that's going on behind closed doors.
A
Okay?
C
The majority.
B
The majority, yes, but there's a reason why Iran has turned off the Internet for this long. There's a reason why they've done that. They're either cleaning the house and killing everybody, okay, Left and right. And. Or they're not wanting people to see the momentum that some other people around the world are having with what's going on in Iran. If you go to Canada, Rob, if you play that clip in Canada, this is a hundred thousand Canadians protesting in the snow. I don't think this is the one, Rob. Do you know which one I'm talking about? Go to my Twitter account. If you go to my Twitter account, you'll see this is a hundred thousand Canadians.
A
By the way, these are true believers.
B
Yeah. And watch this. Look at this.
C
Yeah. Yeah.
A
Those are the red flags, are they, Pat?
B
100,000.
A
Wow.
D
Good for them.
B
In the freezing cold, in the middle of a storm.
E
That's respected.
B
Coming out against it. So this is the 17th Grock verified that this is real. Adam, looks like you want to say something.
E
These people are real protesters. They're not paid protesters. They're not the fake Palestine protesters that.
B
They would call PTO on that day because weather conditions are bad for paid protests.
A
The sorrows are sick.
E
Pat, I think you bring up a really good point. And it's basically follow the money. You know, we're. We're. So we're focused, of course, in America on the external. What's Trump gonna do?
B
What are we.
E
What was he talking to? Was it Lindsey Graham or was it JD VAN okay, there's the external pressure that may be coming, but the internal pressure is really what make may break or break the machine. Just some quick numbers for you, especially the young people that have grown up with a phone in their hand. The misery index, one of the highest in the world. GDP per capita. The average person makes $5,000 a year. Unemployment is over 10 to 20%. When it comes to the youth. Inflation, 48% just this year alone. The currency's been devalued 50% just this year alone. The poverty line. Up to 25 to 50% of the country lives below the poverty line. And on top of all that, there's very little clean drinking water. So when you see these protests in Iran I'll ask you guys a question who think it's fake? What good could they be cheering for? There's nothing good coming out of Iran and all the money that they've invested in their nuclear program and all the proxy war terrorists have all just been completely dismantled in the last six months. What good news is happening out of Iran? Did their soccer team do well or something like that? There's nothing good coming out of Iran, unfortunately.

AI is incredible. It can teach you how to fry an egg and even write a poem pirate style, but it knows nothing about your work. Slackbot is different. It doesn't just know the facts, it knows your schedule. It can turn a brainstorm into a brief. And it doesn't need to be taught because Slackbot isn't just another AI. It's AI that knows your work as.

Again, at any time you could hear a surprise news cuz they're still, you know, bracing for impact. At any time with Trump, you could expect anything to happen where others could be ready for an attack. Till then, nothing's happened yet. A lot of Iranians are disappointed. We'll see what happens next. Okay, let's get to the next story. And Elon, I'm coming to you with this one here. Israel objects to US announcement of leaders who will help oversee next steps in Gaza okay, so this is kind of interesting what's going on here. Some people are confused with this, some like it. Let me read it to you. Israel's government is objecting to the White House announcement of leaders who will play a role in overseeing the next steps in Gaza as the ceasefire moves into its challenge and second phase. The rare criticism from Israel of its close ally in Washington said Gaza executive committee was not coordinated with Israel and is contrary to its policy without detail. Saturday's statement also said Prime Minister Netanyahu has told the foreign minister to contact Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The committee announced by White House on Friday included no Israeli officials, but as an Israeli businessman, billionaire Yakir Gabay. Other members announced so far include two of US Presidents, Trump's good friends, a former British prime minister, US General and a representative of several Middle East Middle Eastern governments. The White House said the executive committee will carry out the vision of Trump led the Board of Peace, whose members have not yet been named. The Executive Committee committee's members include Rubio, Trump's envoy Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, prime ex Prime Minister Tony Blair, Apollo Global Management CEO Mark Rowan, World Bank President Ajay Banga, Trump's Deputy National Security Director Adviser Robert Gabriel Elon. Strange story here. What do you think about this?
C
Number one, if you wanted proof that Israel and Zionists don't control the United States, they're definitely not getting what they want. So from the start of this, I've always thought, what's the solution in Gaza? And I've always believed that after this ends, you know, Israel gave back Gaza in 2005. The goal was not to take it back again. I think that fundamentally there has to be a proxy government set up. I interviewed a Palestinian politician a while back, about a year ago, and he said something very interesting. He said the war can be summed up and the entire conflict can be summed up in two words, one word for each side. On the Israeli side it's security. On the Palestinian side it's autonomy. In other words, they do have to have an opportunity to achieve autonomy and, but it has to secure Israel. It has to make Israel feel like they are safe because this is a perpetual cycle. It's not going to come to an end. Do I have problems with like Turkey being on the board? Yes. But do I believe that there has to be an opportunity for the Palestinian to have some form of self determination where Israel isn't involved while maintaining security for Israel? The most fundamental part of it all, both sides get what they want. Long term. There has to be an outcome where we're not in this continued perpetual cycle of violence and war. It's just not helping stabilize the region at all. So this is a functional approach. Israel to me shouldn't be involved in that end of things. And I, I honestly, I don't have that big a problem with it.
B
Adam?
E
Yeah, I'd love to see Gaza have elections. When's the last time Gaza had elections? They voted in Hamas in 2005. Let me know how that turned out. By the way, Hamas ended up just killing the Palestinian Authority and then they fled to the west bank and then you have, what's his name, Mahmoud Abbas, who's on his 20 something year after, supposedly only be there for your election. So please have elections. For that matter, what other countries in the Middle east have elections that aren't sham elections. So yeah, have elections. By the way, whether you like Netanyahu or not is irrelevant. No democratic leader in the history of the current world right now has been elected more times than him. I'll say that again, nobody's won more elections than Bibi. You may like him, you may not like them, but what matters is the people of Israel like him. So imagine if Donald Trump had the ability to run for more elections and he just kept winning and kept winning and kept winning. At what point would we say, yeah, who cares what the left say? This guy's a winner. So I'll go. I'll double down on this. Would you rather be feared and respected or liked and everyone thinks you're a nice guy? In my opinion, Israel's sick and tired of trying to appease people and be liked. They just kicked everyone's butt in the Middle east, and they're basically saying, who's next? And in my opinion, nobody wants that smoke. And America and Israel, when they're aligned, the world is a lot better and safer place.
B
So what do you think about the fact that they're not having Israel participate in the rebuilding of Gaza? How do you process that?
E
I don't even think that's accurate. I think Israel is going to tell everyone, here's what we're doing, guys, and let's come to an agreement. So right now, who's running Gaza? Israel. So there's no chance that Israel isn't going to sign off on what's happening on their border. So. And by the way, do you think there's a lot of daylight between Trump and Netanyahu at this point? In my opinion, you have Trump, you have Netanyahu, you kind of have the crown prince of Saudi. Who else is bigger players in the world stage on a certain team than those three guys? Sir, you have China and Xi Jinping and Putin on that side, but between Trump, the crown prince, and Bibi, they're calling the shots now. Nobody else. So I think that they're gonna have a conversation and they'll work it out. But Israel not being involved in who's running Gaza, I just don't see.
A
Tom, I see your point, but on the list, I was looking for the Israeli representative, and I've kind of felt like the White House has probably thought this over. Rubio's fingerprints are all over this. He's sort of the operating chairman.
B
Tom, could you count, kind of count Kushner as an Israel representative?
E
Not to an extent. Fully.
C
I don't think so.
A
I think you almost got to have, like, the Rubio of Israel, some statesman that's representing there, but not Bibi himself, to be on here, to be part of this, number one. And then number two, the issue you've got is what do you do with all those Palestinians? Do you rebuild Gaza? And now it's Gaza rebuilt. But how you. How do you Extract the rotten raisins from the muffin, which is Hamas. How do you do that? And then say, okay, we're going to rebuild this thing and you guys can all live there. And then these bad guys are going to build tunnels again, and then we'll see in 20 years, we'll flatten it if we don't like it. So how do you get there? So, but point one, I think you need an Israeli on this list of people. On the formal list, not the informal Adam who's running Gaza right now, but on the formal list, if you're going to build this board of peace and the billions of dollars you're going to put on there, you got to have somebody on there. Now, a week ago, I thought it was very interesting that Somalia, of all places, a place with a lot of land and a lot of space, suddenly recognizes some folks. So I was kind of wondering, Pat, is this going to be. Hey, I've got an idea. These people just recognize you. How about all you Palestinians move to Somalia? But it's, it's, it's a mess. But I think the first step is this board of peace needs to include an Israeli.
E
You know, you know where they should move? Whatever Arab, Middle Eastern country is willing to say, we'll take them.
C
Well, that's none.
E
But zero countries have stepped up.
A
Well, wait a minute.
E
The peace. No countries. After the Holocaust, how many people from all different countries came to Israel?
C
Yeah.
E
So if you actually care about the Palestinians, my Middle Eastern friends have them come to your house or bring them to Toronto, bring them to London, bring them to Paris, and let me know how that.
D
Why do they have to go anywhere else? If it's Palestine and they're Palestinians, they should be able to stay there. Well, number, number one, why does anybody else have to take. If you came in here and we fall on everything, why should somebody else take the response?
E
That's not how the world works. When you fight a war and you lose over and over and over again. Yeah, but still, you no longer have that land. By the way, what country are we in now? Are we in the United States of the Native Americans or the United States of America? You fight a war, you lose, you no longer have that country.
D
So wait, so is Israel saying every single Palestinian should be gone? Because he makes a great point. How are you got? Okay, I'll answer it in pieces. So on this board, there's nobody that's representing Israel, but there's people on here that have Israel's interests, and Witkoff, Rubio, Kushner, Blair, let's put that to the side. Tom made a great point. How are you? Because I don't. I would agree with you that if you're going to take over, you got to get rid of everybody. Yes, we still have the Native Americans here, but they're not, not violent, they're not doing anything crazy. But if you're going to go into Palestine right now and build this beautiful and you're going to let these some Palestinians come back, how are you going to trust that one of these nice people that's like, I'm Palestinian, that you killed their father, their mother, their brother and their sister aren't going to just buy their time and at some point do something bad?
C
I'm going to answer that.
D
Very dangerous.
C
So in Israel, 20% of the population is Arab because of the national identity that exists there and the equal rights that actually do exist there. As much as people want to say it's apartheid, it's not. They have a strong sense of. I'm not going to say there's not problems. There are terrorist attacks, but they have shown that coexistence is possible. When you, to Adam's point, why haven't the Arab states accepted the Palestinians? I know Egyptians, I know Lebanese people. We have seen what happens when the Palestinians enter other countries. They destabilize countries. The Palestinians that live in Gaza, it was an experiment, a failed experiment to show that when Palestinians are on their own and they vote for their own politicians and, and they try and have their own autonomy, that it fails. That's why I'm not advocating for Palestinians to try and do it on their own. I'm advocating for countries to step in and actually take control of the region. And it will require re education, integration. But long term, there has to be a solution to this because we keep talking in circles about it. But the notion, again, I'm going to agree with Adam here. The entire world is built up on colonialism, on conquering land, taking it. The entire Middle east is built up on that. So the notion that Palestinians can continue to attack, not accept the. And the entire Israel conflict has become. Now, when you talk to anyone, when it first started in 2023, let's say when this became very popular, you talk to people, they said, I accept Israel's right to exist. I just want to see Palestinians safe. I don't want to see this war continue. Nowadays, almost everyone I talk to, I don't believe Israel should have a right to exist. That's not going to solve anything long term. Just like it's not going to solve anything long term to say, let's get rid of every Palestinian. I don't like that rhetoric either. It's not a realistic solution there. This is probably the most realistic long term solution to sustainable peace re education. And there is a pathway to it because we know that Palestinians in Israel will coexist and even fight for the Israeli army in certain cases. So.
E
Yeah, well said. I fully agree.
D
Yeah, no good.
E
By the way, if there was an election in Gaza today, who wins the election? Hamas, most likely. They elect the terrorists. Do you understand that? If there was an election today and KKK wins, we'll go. Whoa, whoa.
C
See?
E
All right. Hey, guys. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. We're going to fight a war, all right? KKK started the war. We kicked their butt. Guys. 2028 election. Who you got? Oh, David Duke, you're voting for the kkk. That's unfortunately, the Palestinians, they'll keep doubling down on terrorism and they, you know, f around and find out. They continue to perpetually find out, unfortunately.
D
Who'S in charge right now in Palestine from this?
E
Nobody.
C
Yeah, I'm gonna. I'm gonna say one more thing. Every time Israel has conceded land, it has backfired. Every time they had showed strength, it has worked in their favor. And that's just a sad reality of the Middle East.
A
That's true.
C
You look at Iraq, you look at all these countries. When they show strength, it stabilizes. When they show weakness. And Israel has offered the land back seven times. They offered PRE67 borders back in 2000. The answer wasn't only a no. It was a second intifada to go kill Israeli citizens. And in response, and this is the perpetual cycle, there's always an event that's ignored. And then people look at the sad tragedy that happens afterward. You look back in the day where they were bombing school buses. Everyone talks about apartheid. They're setting up, you know, checkpoints, they're setting up this. This is unethical. You can't enter the country, you can't leave the country. Why do those things exist? Because they were going into Israel from the west bank and literally bombing clubs where teenagers are. They were bombing buses with vests on, with nails on them. So, yes, there is a response to that. But the world, unfortunately, and this is the saddest tragedy of all, holds the Palestinian to such a low standard that there is zero accountability on them. Zero accountability to seek peace, zero accountability to. To not commit acts of terrorism. And the end result is the perpetuated Suffering of Palestinians because they become pawns in this as opposed to holding them to a higher standard, saying, you can be better than this. You want peace, achieve it. If you really do want peace, elect a government that's not a war hungry terrorist government and speak out against it. It's almost impossible now with Hamas there, but that's the only pathway forward on their end. And on Israel's end, they do have to create a pathway for autonomy and self determination for the Palestinian people and enough, I hate the rhetoric. Let's just get rid of all the Palestinians. That's psychotic. It's not going to happen. It doesn't help anyone.
E
I agree. By the way. Let me, let me flip it on you. Let's say, bro, I don't care about Israel, I don't care about the Jews, I don't care about the Muslim dude, good luck out there. I'm just a red blooded American Christian. Ask yourself, who do you want controlling, really calling the shots in the, in Israel and the Middle East? Do you want Hamas or do you want Israel? If I'm a Christian and I want to go visit with the land of Jesus, the answer is very simple. It's the Israeli government and the IDF that will protect you and take you to all the places that Jesus lived. Yeah, go ahead. Hey Hamas, I want to go check out your, your area. Walk me through everything that's going on here in the West Bank. Oh yeah, yeah. You probably won't make it back.
B
Let's go to the next story. So Trump announces tariffs on Denmark and seven other European nations over opposition to acquiring Greenland. And this is, this is not pretty. What's happening next. So we're going to see what's going to happen here. But Rob, if you want to play this, because then I want to go to the next story on how EU reacts to this. Go ahead.
A
I'm the tariff king and the tariff king has done a great job and.
B
I hope we win the Supreme Court.
A
Case because if we don't.
E
Be ashamed.
B
For our country, be ashamed.
E
We have, we have a great, safe, beautiful country now.
B
We're doing better than we've ever done. We hit 42 stock market highs during the 11 month period that I've been here.
A
There's never been anything like it.
B
Stock market's hitting a new high again today. Okay, so just so you know, he announced Saturday he will announce a 10% tariff on eight European nations for their opposition to America acquiring the territory which we're talking about Greenland. And then here they are responding. EU readies $93 billion tariffs in retaliation for Trump's Greenland threat. And, Tom, I'm going to come to you with this one here. EU capitals are considering hitting the US with $93 billion worth of tariffs or restricting American companies from black markets in response to Trump's threat to NATO allies opposed to his campaign to take over Greenland. Futures point to the Euro Stoxx 50 index opening 1 1/2% lower on Monday, while gold rose as much as 2% to a record high 4,690. Trump, who has demanded permission from Denmark to take control of Greenland on Saturday evening vowed to impose 10% tariff by February 1 on goods from UK, Norway and six EU countries that sent troops to the Arabic island for a military exercise this week. Tom?
A
So here's what's going on. Greenland is strategically important. The UK Knows it, Germany knows it. Because if you go, and I'm going to mispronounce this on the map, you go to Murmansk, which is up on dried on the other side of Finland. Right on the other side. That's where Russia has all of its nuclear subs, and that's where it deploys its subs to the Arctic, into Hudson Bay, into all kinds of places, which is strategically really freaking important. Right on the edge of Finland. And if you then go just down the street a little bit, you end up and you find, oh, Iceland, Greenland. That is an important corridor. Greenland. Last year, what was it called? Operation Arctic Frost. It was a military exercise that happened March of last year and October of last year, there were two. And they held these, these military exercises on the coast of Greenland. Why? So we could monitor Russian subs and we could monitor what Russia was doing up there. Now that they've, you know, we've seen what war won't stop in the Ukraine. And, and guess what? The UK Said, this is a problem. And Germany said, this is a problem. So NATO is saying, pat, we have a problem here with security here by the Arctic, and Greenland is located strategically important right here. Let's do it. And by the way, guess what? Denmark said we're in favor of the military exercises, but we can't afford it. Can NATO pay for it, please? Denmark didn't have the money.
E
Yep.
A
And so yet, yet Greenland was part of it. And so what Trump is looking for, and everybody's missing it. They think, oh, he's going to come military, take over Greenland. No, he's not. There's 50,000 people, 54,000 people in Greenland. Boca Raton, Florida, could kick its ass in a war. So they have 114,000 people. And the great Armenian floor folks in Boca are retired. So the point is, he wants to say, listen, I'll buy Greenland. This is what we'll do. And. And it will be like Puerto Rico, like Samoa, like Guam, where it's like Americans managing the strategic base and the strategic plate. That's what they're going to do. And under the covers, guess what? Germany and the UK are in favor of it at some level because they know it's strategically important because of Russia. And they're all missing the joke. And they're all getting together and they put on their little liberal hats and go outside. We won't have him. We're all going to send troops. They're not sending troops. This is B.S. these military exercises. There is a small military exercise was going to go on anyway. Germany was going to send 20 guys over. Germany is sending troops. 20 guys that go to Greenland. They go to hang out when they do these military exercises with the German guys saying, I noticed you're out of beer and bratwurst. And so what are you doing? They're up there. So the whole joke is being missed. And now they're saying, well, we won't sign off on your trade agreement because you're trying to do this. And the whole thing is anti Trump. It's anti Trump because if this was Ronald Reagan talking to Germany and talking to the UK Pat, and saying, what are we going to do about Russia up here? How are we going to make this work? And by the way, every time we do military exercises, we're paying for it. We're staffing.
B
I don't think you're seeing the right angle.
A
Greenland and Denmark can't do it.
B
I don't think you're seeing the right.
D
I don't think he is. I don't think what you're seeing.
B
Let me tell you, I read this article, like, the main reason for the invasion of why he wants Greenland. I don't know if you guys have been paying.
D
Yeah, it's missing none of.
B
Go play this clip rope. I mean, this is some serious stuff.
D
Hold it up.
B
This is why.
D
Okay, Now, I guess Ms. Greenland 2024.
B
By the way, motivated. You may want to fact check this.
D
We're not 100% sure. Greenland in the back.
B
Vinnie says this is the reason.
C
That's why the population of Greenland's about to skyrocket.
B
You can pause it, right?
D
We need to take it now, by.
B
The way, let me ask you.
A
This time, people of Greenland look at this and they say, it's minus 50 up here.
D
Our women never look like this, by the way.
B
Question for you. Is this too much? Do you like this? Because somebody can be looking at saying, you're strong, arming, using tariffs to. You're. You're almost using it as a way to corner somebody, to force them to give something to you. Like, do you understand what I'm saying? Like, there's ways to punish somebody. Is this crossing the line a little bit? Is this too much of using it as a weapon? Because I don't know. I love, I'm a big tariff guy. I think I love you. You study the history of tariffs. America, for many years, the only way they paid for anything was just tariffs for many, many years. And we're talking only 80, 90, 100 years ago until we just added all these taxes. After Woodrow Wilson, things changed. But to really use this to say, you better give me Greenland or else I'm going to put tariffs on you. Do you like that? Who's willing to take the opposing argument on that? Like not liking that mean the tariffs.
A
As a tactic here?
B
Yeah. Using it as a good. I understand the argument to saying, you don't do this, I'm gonna do this to you.
E
Yep.
B
And then they're gonna be like, wait a minute, what do you mean you're just doing this to us because we're not giving you Greenland? Yes. It's like, wait, if so, then what happens is if you're eu, think about if you're eu, say you lose this due to tariffs. How many more times can that tactic be used against you?
A
Yeah, that's a.
B
Give us Poland, give us this, give us that. I don't know. There's a part of a part of me that understands bullying to get things you want, which this is it. And you're expanding. I want Greenland in, in a very big way. I get it. We need to reserves, you know, the resources long term. How do you feel about it?
C
So my perspective is we don't necessarily have to acquire Greenland to have more control of Greenland. And so he might just be playing a game here, trying to put pressure behind closed doors. Everyone knows that Denmark's not going to be able. The EU is not going to be able to protect Denmark if Greenland if push comes to shove. So Trump usually does something very, very overboard to get a strong response so that when you settle for the thing he actually wanted all along, it's a negotiating tactic that he got what he wanted and now it feels like a concession on both parts. It's like going into a real estate deal and offering significantly lower than your final bid. Just to.
E
I'm with you on this. I'll just say this. So let's ask a series of questions of what Trump's doing. Is Trump serious about buying Greenland or doing something with Greenland? Yes. Check. Okay. Is he stopping or doing it more? Over the last month, it's more and more and more. Is he slowing down? No. Is Trump a dealmaker? Resoundingly. Is Trump basically signaling, guys, we're gonna do a deal whether you like it or not. Whether I gotta marry Ms. Greenland and bring her to America and whether I gotta do something, I'm letting you know, be prepared to do a deal. We can do this. Like he said, the easy way or the not so easy way. I'm betting on Trump. That's the last question. Are you betting on Trump to do a deal here or not? Check, check, check. I think Trump is going to make some deal happen.
A
Check, check, check, check.
B
Benny.
D
No, I, I, I, you, you, both you guys make it, make it really good.
E
Let's do this.
D
No, but, no, but, no, but, yeah, you made a really, really good point, and that's such a good observation that he goes for the gusto to make everybody go, oh, my God. But then he's like, all right, we're just gonna do this, we're gonna set up shop. I, I, I definitely like that. And I think the Miss Greenland 2024 is just a cherry on top.
B
Yeah.
D
God bless her.
B
This could also, because if you, if you think about it, how many times, every chance he gets, when a topic comes about tariffs, he brings up the what? The Supreme Court ruling. Have you noticed that? Every single time he brings it up. Why are you bringing it up? Why are you bringing up. Would he bring it up if he was 100% sure they're not going to do anything? Would he bring it up if he knew that? There's talks of maybe two or three people going against it. What happens if Supreme Court rules against the tariffs?
E
Well, he's a king, and, you know, we don't want kings here. So he can do what he wants. No, he has to abide by the rules.
B
If the Supreme Court rules against terrorists, which I don't think is going to happen, but if they do five to four, then what happens?
E
What does Kalshee say?
B
Can you pull it up, rob?
D
5 to 4 against, meaning you're done with the tariffs?
B
Because Kalshee's got him taking over Greenland at 37%. It's the highest it's ever Been. I think it's the highest. It's been.
A
Take Trump. Give the points.
B
Yeah, Trade prices.
E
Take gains with the points. What's that take? He said take Trump with the points is what he said. It's a football reference.
B
I wonder, is that it? Rob, will the Supreme Court rule in favor of Trump's tariffs?
C
They're saying 35%.
B
That's not good.
D
It's not good at all. But do they understand how damage.
B
4 million bucks, by the way, that's been put up.
A
4 million put up by people that are putting their prediction.
B
That is horrible, guys.
D
That's really horrible.
B
You know what that means? That means they're taking over. That's like saying you got a military, you want to attack the enemy. You have a thousand tanks, and the Supreme Court says you can't use the tanks. What do you mean? We're going to war. You can't use the tanks. It's one of my weapons. You can't use it. So that, that, that is a night and day strategic. Like, knowing Trump, he uses one of his biggest cards he's been using. I don't know if I like this.
E
You know what?
B
See, to me, I want to be able to have him use this, but I don't know if I want to have him use it in, like, abuse it to take over a land.
C
But again, I don't know if that's his. I don't know if his full end game is full acquisition of Greenland. I don't know.
B
I don't know if it is or it's not. But to me, it's irrelevant because what you're doing is what weapon are you using to get it?
C
Yeah.
B
So imagine if Supreme Court's having a conversation right now. They're sitting in a room, they're talking. You know, four of them are on his side. I'm willing to bet it's the one person that is conflicted. Amy Coney Bear. What's her name? Am I saying? I think she is the one that could go against it.
D
She doesn't like Trump.
B
I think she could be the one. Rob, can you pull up the. The current Supreme Court justice, all nine of them. I think she could go against it, and she's gone against them a couple times, I believe, in the past. Right there, Rob. Right. You just had the list. It's fine. Zoom in. Okay, so you got Clarence Tomons Thomas. Got it. Sonia Sotomayor. We know where she's at. Samuel Alito. Alina Kagan. Yeah. Emmy Coney Barrett. So you guys is he at five, four right now, Tom. Or six. Three.
E
Yeah.
A
So six, three, one and two. Thomas and Alito is known as the hard right and the loyalist. And then you have five and six. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are seen as the solid right. And then you have ACB and Chief Justice John Roberts. And those are a bit of a wild card right now. But it, right now it's. Right now it's four to three because you have the liberal women.
D
Katanji Jackson doesn't know what a woman is.
A
Yeah. Soto, Kagan and Jackson. So three liberal women, four locked conservatives. And then ACB and John Roberts.
B
By the way, Tom, would you have. We've not looked at the cowsheet about Supreme Court with tariffs. Would you have guessed it would have been that low to support him?
A
No, I think it's 37. To overturn.
B
To overturn, correct. Or to support the cow. Go back to the question, Rob. Will the Supreme Court rule in favor?
E
Tom?
B
Not over 35.
E
No. The reason I asked to go to couches.
B
Sorry, you're right, Tom, but that's what I'm saying. Would you have guessed it's going to be this low?
C
No.
E
No. I would have thought 65.
A
Yeah.
B
Towards this is.
D
That's scary.
B
So what I'm saying is if the Supreme Court guys are sitting in a room talking and saying omi Coney Bear. Acb, Tom calls it because they're on Texan.
D
They know each other very well.
B
So kind of like. So acb. Good old acb.
D
Yeah.
B
You know me, right?
E
I've never heard of.
B
But, but, but if ACB is sitting there and she says, did you guys just see what he. Did you guys think it's okay for him to use the turfs to get Greenland? I mean, at one point is he going to stop? Are we okay? I think she would use that.
E
Sure.
B
In the room to convince the other one to say, you know what? I can. But then guess what? Watch this. How much money have we collected from tariffs so far? Rob, how much money has US collected from tariffs so far?
D
Is it.
B
I thought, I thought the numbers. 300 billion. But let's see how much has the US collected from tariff like tariff revenue so far? Let's see what it is under Trump. There you go. So let's see this here. We've seen 240. I've seen 300. It's the same 200 billion tariffs collected between January and mid December. Okay, 200. So fiscal year 195 to 217. But it kept climbing Right. If you go month by month by month.
A
264 as of late December.
B
264. Okay, yeah.
C
So almost 300 billion.
B
That's almost 300 billion. So then here becomes a question. Can you then ask the question, Rob, if Supreme Court rules against it, does Trump have to return that $264 billion of terrorists back to their country? Is that what happens? They're like a chargeback man. If it's a chargeback, that is a. Listen, if you've been in the insurance business, you do not want any charge back. Have you ever had a 264 billion auto charge? No. Okay, let's say the US would not automatically need to send any refunds would go to US importers, American companies who paid the tariffs. Only if the courts rule refunds. Here's what tariffs are paid by US Importers, US Government, not by foreign governments. So the money would flow to US Companies, then to US treasury, foreign countries, US if the Supreme Court ruled the tariffs were illegal. Three possible outcomes. Most likely outcome, no retroactive refunds. Okay, so at least you would keep the 264, whatever the number is.
A
By the way, look at the bottom. Remember Walmart sued B.
B
Partial refunds only to plaintiffs, only companies that suit. Oh, so they did that as a insurance policy. It wasn't just them. There was one other company that did as well. Okay, so this would mean some US companies get money back. Not everyone. Not foreign governments, full refunds. Congress or courts could order broader refunds. But refunds would go to the U. S importers, not to China, Mexico, Euro. These will create a massive budget holds and chaos. So courts usually avoid this important reality check. Even if every dollar was refunded, money goes to American companies, money does not go to foreign. Well, that's good to know. Blow a 200 billion dollar hole in treasury, stabilize in the craziest way. The stock market would blow up in a single day. It would go to the roof in a day, but at the same time you'd lose control. And for me, it would make me so concerned that a US President cannot use tariffs. So other countries can choose to put the tariffs on us, but we can't put it on them.
C
I. That's. That's weird.
B
That was very weird to me. What's the point of being a president?
C
Yeah, and it's hard to see an outcome where we can be tariffed and we can't tariff back. You'd have completely asymmetrical, Tom.
B
How is that even possible?
A
So what people have to remember is that this Is not a court case that the Supreme Court is ruling in finality. Here's what I mean. You know, company gets sued, they take it to appeal court because they don't want to pay for it. Like asbestos. They don't want to pay for it. So they take it to appeal appellate court. Then they take it, what was it, First Circuit Court of Appeals. Then they go up one more level. Then they go to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court says, no, sorry, you have to pay. You're the result of the lawsuit on asbestos. You're done and it's over. What this is saying, it's the way the Trump executed the tariffs this time. Oh, and Supreme Court comes back and you've heard Scott Bessen. You can search for the quotes from Scott Bessant that says we have other ways to reinforce the tariffs. This is not going to be the end of it. Besant has said, well, we have other options at our disposal and we have other ways that we can do this. If the Supreme Court says we can't do this, we have other executive orders and other things that we could do that follow other international and trade laws. So this is not like the asbestos case, Pat. That said Supreme Court said, enough already. Asbestos causes cancer. $500 billion better go into that victims fund. And the Supreme Court has ruled we're done here. No, this merely means this method and this item that has been protested in this way. But Besson has said, hey, we got other ways we can do this.
B
So other ways to do tariffs, other.
A
Ways that we can tariff, other ways that we can reinforce the tariffs.
B
What do you mean by that? What do you mean by that? What do you mean by that?
A
Well, what he's saying is you're saying that I can't tariff it in this way at like this. There are other things we can do that achieve the same objective.
B
Such as what?
A
Well, so you can go, if you're talking about Besson and commerce, you can basically, you know, throw down import quotas, you can put restrictions. There's a variety of, of the R word that nobody likes. Regulation that can be used the other way. It's not pretty. But when you find it's not as.
B
Black and white as tariffs, though, Tom. Huh? It's not as black and white as tariffs to me is very easy. 25%. What do you mean?
A
Correct?
B
25%. That's what we're doing. By the way, do you realize this.
A
Is celebrating over with the Supreme Court?
B
Do you know who celebrates?
A
You're saying what the point is? This Isn't going to be over with the Supreme.
B
Tom. 37%. And Trump keeps bringing it up. The only reason he brings it up is because he's worried it's not going to be pass.
A
Right. Because now it gets bloody.
B
It's the only reason. By the way, I looked at the companies that sued for the tariffs. Ford Motor Company, they sued gm, Chrysler, Tesla, Tesla also sued, but that wasn't. And they won. That was an older one, though. That was an older one. That was an older one. But Walmart did, Home Depot, a couple other companies did. I want to see which one. Rob, can you pull up which one of them sued the Trump administration in the last 12 months? Are these the companies last 12 months? Rob, go a little bit lower just to look at this. Trying to see which companies, which US companies sued Trump for the tariffs the last 12 months. I want to know who those, those companies were because Tesla may have been under Biden that they sued him last 12 months. Costco was one. That's the one. Costco sued for refunds of tariffs paid and to challenge tariff authority. So Costco is betting that they're not going to go through and they're going to get the refunds back because they know if they don't sue, they won't get the money to be back. So they just kind of put it in there. Goodyear Tire, J. Crew, Toyota, GoPro and then you have Bumblebee Foods and there's a couple other companies that huge companies on there, there.
C
I wonder what the total lawsuit, if you took everyone into account, would come up to.
B
Well, it's probably going to be, you know, 30, $40 billion. I mean, it's not going to be that big of a number. Still going to be somewhere between 10 or 30 billion dollars. But I cannot stand this at all.
C
Yep.
B
I cannot stand. You know what it's like? It's kind of like when I became, when I was the founder CEO of the insurance company and we raise capital, 10 million bucks and the investor, the board would call me and say, any purchases you make over a hundred thousand dollars, you got to call us. I'm not calling you. So no, you have to call us. I'm telling you, I'm not calling you. You have to call us. I am not calling you. So Tom and them go back and forth to raise the number. I said, listen, you, you're gonna have to raise it to a half a million dollars. I'm not calling you. Every decision I make, I'm running the company. You cannot call. Well, can you Just at least send an email to us when you're making a decision above a half a million dollars. I said we'll send an email. Tom will send it to you. But I'm not calling you for permission. You'll get an email if the. If the driver, the CEO loses.
D
Yeah, you leave, you lose faith in the guy that's running the show that.
C
Just has no more power.
B
How do you not have the ability to make decisions, to negotiate and get, by the way, Guess what? But if it's a horrible decision, well, then the market will react. And he's not going to get reelected. Yeah, that. That will. You have to allow him. Guess what? What did Biden do? Biden opened up the border. What happened? Millions showed up. What happened to him? He stepped down. NSVP ran. She got destroyed. Everybody laughed at her. The biggest laughing stock in our lifetime of a candidate was Kamala Harris.
D
Yep.
B
And the biggest laughingstock as a president, Jimmy Carter just lived long enough to be able to say, I am not the worst president last 80 years.
D
And he voted for Kamala.
B
And he voted for Kamala. Yes.
D
But they will this corpse out.
B
I don't like this at all. I don't. And by the way, you know. You know what's funny? When we're talking about this, let me kind of give you guys an update, because we deal with products that are coming from different places. Our shoes, Future Looks Bright shoes. You know what happened last week? Let me tell you what happened last week with Future Looks Bright Shoes. And. And Rob, if you can pull up that Instagram I just sent you, just last week, we shipped out and delivered 182 white FLB shoes. 127 navy blue FLB shoes.
D
Wow.
B
Just so you know where we are right now, we're on our fourth order, and shoes keep selling out. Do you know in black, what are the only sizes we have available right now? If somebody wants to order right now to be shipped now? 9. Only size 9 and 10. Brown is only size 9 and 10 white. We have all sizes except for 7, 7 and a half, and 8 and a half and 13. We have all the other whites because they just came in navy blue. The only ones available today is 9, 10, and 11. The only ones available. If you order right now, you have to wait two to four weeks for the shoes to come to you in the next shipment. But by the way, here's what happens. So people are like, I'll wait till then. Then it sells out again. What? Vinny, are you wearing the shoes?
D
I mean, I Don't look funny, but.
B
This is all I can tell you. Since September 10th, only five days, I've not worn this. This is a guy that just posted this video. Rob, do you have these?
A
As a matter of fact, that's the first time or no. Removed the shoe.
B
Watch this. Okay. This guy ordered the shoes that came in. Nice presentation. I want to properly recognize his name. I'm loving all these tags. I'm getting tagged on so many of these shoes that are coming in.
E
Boom.
B
Yasser Valdez, who just placed the order for these shoes, and look what he put in the tweet. Rob, if you want to in the dm, go zoom in a little bit to the bottom. He says, these shoes are so comfortable that my Ferragamos are jealous because I not. I'm not using them anymore. I had the black ones at the vault, now the white ones. So you have the black ones. Now the white ones came in after reward. Rob, maybe play the clip for the shoes because of what's going on. If you have it, Rob or the crew in the back. So the FLB shoes were excited, but guess what? We also are paying tariffs. Just so you know, as the shoes are coming back and forth.
E
I see where you're going with this.
B
Yeah, that's where I was going with this. Go ahead and play the clip. When we set out to create a shoe that blends comfort, function, and luxury, we had the choice to make it fast. We had the choice to make it cheap. We chose neither. Instead, we chose Tuscany, Italy. We chose true Italian craftsman. Each pair touched by 50 skilled hands. We chose patience, spending two years perfecting every detail. And we chose the finest quality at every step. Introducing the future. Looks bright collection. Not rushed. Not disposable. Not ordinary, rather intentional. Luxurious, Timeless. I love it.
D
What a trip. What a shoe.
B
I am in love with this shoe, man. I can't even tell you how much I love this shoe. Go to vtmerch.com folks, place your order or pre order or get it for somebody. And the white ones look sick. The white ones are absolutely sick. But of course, you got the black, brown, navy blue, and the white one to choose.
E
Can I say one thing?
B
Yeah.
E
I'm disappointed in Vinnie.
D
Why?
E
Let me see your shoes, buddy.
D
Are they.
E
You wear them every single day.
D
I'm wearing them on the podcast all the time.
E
Hear me out.
D
Yeah, they're ridiculously clean because I keep them clean.
E
But look at our friend ppd, our boss.
D
I saw him play soccer. He was playing soccer.
E
You can't help him. Out and clean it. Help him.
D
He wears them everywhere.
E
Be a good friend.
D
He was in the garden. He had a freaking flbs on, bro.
E
Let me tell you something. I'm very select. This is. I'm gonna come out and say this because you've bought me some ferragamos. Thank you very much. This is my favorite shoe I've ever had, and I'll tell you why. You could dress them up or you could dress them down. You can wear them with a suit or you can wear them with whatever h M outfit Vinny's got going on right now.
D
Good call.
E
Tom's, you know, surprising.
A
Adam, I thought shining patch shoes was your job.
E
Oh, that's literally your job, Tom. Literally. Take. You got a little brown stuff on your nose right now. But Vinnie, do our friend a favorite. Help him clean his shoe.
D
I got you.
B
I got it. Anyway, okay. I don't know where Adam won with that, folks, but go to the best.
E
Shoe in the market.
B
Promoting the shoes. That's his way of promoting the shoe.
E
But also saying Vinny's self love.
B
And by the way, just big announcement, folks. Place the order. Whatever way the lawsuit goes down, we're not going to pass it down to you. Just so you guys know that we're going to get this prize. All right, let's get to the next story here. Jon Stewart. Vinnie.
A
Yeah.
B
Finally addresses whether he will run for president or not. You know, he's. He's a guy that people are wanting to run for president for 2028. A lot of people are saying, you should run. Here's Jon Stewart answering the question a lot of people have, will Jon Stewart run for President in 2028? Go for it, right? People keep saying, oh, this guy's Hitler. No, he's not. And I'll tell you why he's not. Hitler was popular.
D
Oh, my God.
B
This guy's not.
D
Jeez.
B
Because the people. And I'm talking about people, like, I live in a town where, like, a lot of people went that way. Like, they give me a lot of shit in the deli. Like, I walk in the deli and there's a lot like, how's that auto pen? That's Biden's auto pen. I walk in the deli now, and they're like, what would you like on your sandwich? Like, it ain't flying in a lot of places where you think it might be flying. So the one institution that I think has been the bulwark in a way that nothing else has has been the people. And that's Been really heartening to me. You know, people keep saying, oh, this guy's Rob. Is this the clip where he says, I think you should run for president?
A
It's all from the same news story out of the Daily Beast.
B
All right, well, then let me just read this to you, because I think there's a clip where he answers the question. He says the comedian didn't exactly say no, but he did joke that he is in. He said effort. He's an effort candidate. Meaning I think should be president is the line that comes after you said effort. Because the most people go like, I'm watching this and I'm doing this. These people aren't doing that. You know what? I'm just gonna run it. I'm just gonna go out there and run. That guy should do it. He's on tv. And that's kind of where he's at. This is a question that comes up a lot. Stewart says, if I may. If I may not run. So I don't know if you really answered the question. By the way, how old is he? How old is 63? Stuart is 63? Yeah, he's 63 years old. Vinny, where are you at with this? You think he would be a formidable Democratic candidate?
D
I don't even know if that word, like, that phrase actually exists. Because at the end of the day, Pat, first of all, he went from telling jokes to becoming one. You're on, by the way. What channel is he on right there? What channel?
E
Comedy Central.
D
Comedy Central. Okay? He's up there preaching, like, from a pulpit. Like, he's like. He's on cnn, okay? Talking serious politics on CNN is like going to a strip club and the stripper shuts off the music and she starts talking about the foreign policy. I don't want to hear it.
E
Wrong room.
D
Tell jokes, Be funny. Okay? And you know what really disappoints me about him? He has a good heart. He's actually a really good dude. Do you remember he fought Congress after 911 because of the health care and the compensation for respiratory illness for all the first responders and stuff. He's a good dude. Covid. He was one of the ones that went on Stephen Colbert and bashed him and made him look like an idiot on his own show. He has a good heart, but this whole Trump Hitler, like, especially coming from a Jewish guy. You sound like a moron, John. Okay? What are you doing? You are downgrading what Hitler did. And we've been saying this for years. Enough with that nonsense. It's not resonating. People don't believe it. And you're making Hitler kind of seem like he's not that bad of a guy. Okay? And you're downplaying it. And I'm pretty sure your ancestors went through hell with this freaking guy. All right? And if we're going to get to the honesty, you mentioned it earlier, he's completely wrong. He's not popular. Did you not see the Wall Street Journal? I know he's reading the Wall Street Journal. You're a freaking Democrat. You're a leftist. Read the Wall Street Journal. 92% approval rating and 70% of that 92 strongly agree with what he's doing.
E
In the Republican Party.
D
In the Republican Party, who gives a damn about what the Democrats think? They're brainwashed to just hate and call him Hitler. And it just really bothers me.
A
He can be an informed pundit like he is. He's an informed pundit. Of course he is well read. He's very smart. He reaches conclusions. He does say you can be that informed pundit. Now put yourself in that Oval Office behind the desk and look at the daily threat report. Now put yourself behind that desk and go look around at Europe and the things you have to do in Gaza and Ukraine and now sit there and realize that you have to go lead a nation and you have to lead people through it, and you do not have the adoring mob of your audience and you do not have the support of all the media who now will be going after you because you won't do their bidding. So I respect John, because there have been points where I listened to him, I listened to his logic, his rationality, but come on, you're a pundit, an informed pundit, a smart guy, and you're going to go in turn, you're going to go lead something. Come on.
D
I mean, and Tom, Tom, respectfully, where was he when the border was wide open under Biden? Where? Where he was, by the way, pretty sure he was one of the Russia collusion, all that. How many times have you guys gotten it wrong? And silence. Silence because of this Hitler Gestapo stuff he's talking about. Nobody is talking about the wide open guys when we talk about wide open. They were suing Texas, the White House, the government sued Texas because they were putting barbed wire. You know what that's saying, hey, let us let them invade. Let these people come in. And then look what we're seeing in freaking Minnesota. 9 billion that we just saw because of Nick Shirley. Thank God for him. $9 billion. And when you say hey, wait a minute, that's a problem. You're racist. And when you have the governor and the mayor and the congresswoman Ilhan Omar saying, no, no, you guys are racist and shut the hell up. And then they're stoking this violence so all the attention goes away from them and onto Trump, which they all always do. It's enough. And this, this is the clip that you were talking about earlier. And going back to the first thing I said about evil and what this side is about. Look at what she talks about. This is a Democrat field hearing that she did over the weekend about the ICE abuses. Look at what she talks about, about our country. And you tell me where her religious stance is. Go ahead, go ahead, Rob. The one place where we thought we would never experience this is the US Goddamn states. And look at the other one next door. Yeah, yeah, like, think about that. The US G damn states.
A
I think she meant the United States. But anyway.
D
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Think about tomorrow. You know what she's saying? The one place we didn't expect to come and pillage and pirate and steal from the American people and for them to say, hey, a minute, you're. You're doing something wrong is the US G damn states. No, your place is the G damn place is Somalia, where you left to come here and pillage and steal and then talks all this crap about white men and you married one on your third marriage, besides your brother.
B
Let's stay on Stewart. So what do you think? What do you think?
D
I just think it's, it's. They can't get off the tune and.
B
The rhetoric of Trump, but I think he's a very formidable candidate.
C
I agree with you.
B
I think he's a very formidable candidate. And to be honest with you, if. Let's just say you have to choose a president. I know this is going to sound weird. They have to watch every day. Is it Newsom? Is it Kamala? Is it Josh Shapiro? Is it Whitmer? Is it Pritzker? Is it Jon Stewart? You have to choose one of those guys. Say a Republican is going to lose. You have to choose one of those guys. Who would it be? To me on that list? I would probably put Shapiro first.
A
Me, too. I'd overlook.
B
I would probably put Shapiro first. Man, I don't know where you go after Shapiro. Do you go to Pritzker next? Because at least he comes from wealth, business, all that. Look what he's doing to Chicago with crime.
A
I don't have a number two. It drops down for me.
B
Yeah. Who's your number two, though, on that?
A
I don't have a number two. It take.
D
Are we going just off of politics.
B
By the way, the chances of winning. Roger Stone said something very interesting. The $40 million have been bet already for the Democratic nominee for president. Oh, my God. But who's the green that just spiked up? Newsom's at 33. Then it's AOC Shapiro.
D
No.
B
Is. Is Stewart at all on that list or no? Rob, go a little bit lower. I want to see where he's at 2%.
C
Right now he's at 2%, but that can change very quickly.
B
I can't change like I would. I would. I would dump 10k on Stewart and Stephen A. And see what happens. What's the odds? What is the odds on Stewart and Stephen a. You got 2%. What would the market be, Tom, on.
A
That, you would be buying at 2% with a chance to win. With the fees probably 95 cents, you'd be. You'd be wagering 2% to get 2 cents to get 95.
D
The odds are.
B
So you bet to win 95. Yeah, I would put 10k right now on Stephen A. And Jon Stewart.
C
Yeah, I would do it per dollar bet.
B
So. So, so that means if, if Stuart or Stephen A. Win, you mean to tell me, Tom, it's going to be 19 to 1. So you put 10K, one of them wins, you win $190,000. Is that the number? The bet? I, I would, I would make that risk. I would make that risk to me. Here's why, though.
A
200. Closer to 49 to 1.
C
I would say John's. Sorry. Go ahead.
B
If it's 49 to 1. But you said 95 cents. 95 is 19 to 1. If it's 98 cents, then it's 49 to 1. You're right. Bet only cost you 2 cents to win 95 cents.
A
Yeah.
B
Oh, so you bet 10 grand, you win a $490,000. Yes. Oh, dude. Listen, can we take a quick break?
D
He's going to become the biggest advocate of Jon Stewart.
B
Guys, vote for John Stewart. No, but where I'm going with this is let me tell you what's about to happen. My opinion, guys. You know, folks, for some of you guys who were with us with election night, some really crazy things happened. We're about to make a very massive announcement. This announcement may drop $200 already. Okay. I mean, Rob had a wild weekend this weekend. I gave him $200 and $2 bills. He went to the racetrack to bet on horses, but we're about to announce something very big. Stay tuned. You'll hear about. It's going to be massive. It's going to be fun. If you thought 2024 election night was big, I think 2028 could be wild. And here's why. I think all the major Hollywood celebrities that have been wanting to put that checklist, like, you know, Arnold, Mr. Olympia. Check. Arnold, super wealthy, hectare millionaire. Check. Arnold, superstar Hollywood actor. Check. Arnold, governor. Check. He can be a president. So Arnold's a trifecta. Right on winning in business, winning in sports, bodybuilding, and winning in, you know, politics.
A
Jesse Ventura did it.
B
Jesse Ventura did it. Yes. Minnesota. Was it Minnesota or. Yeah. I think there are so many guys like Stewart that should be running in 2028. I think Tony Robbins, I think the Rock. I think, you know, you got some guys on the conservative side, Republican, that could be running that are 35, 40 years old. Casual question, though, by the way, you know what really breaks my heart and annoys the hell out of me, you know who could have ran in 2028? Who? A guy named Charlie Kerr. Yeah, that's. I mean, and I'm being like, he would have been right around that age where I think he could have. Or maybe he had to wait to 32, but it's somewhere around there. But I think there's going to be so many. God. Which, by the way, he would have been super formidable. Super formidable. He would have won. He would have been super formidable.
C
And that's why the source of history was literally changed.
B
I agree. So this is why I think. I think couple of these guys gonna run now. Winning is a different story. Winning is a different story. Jon Stewart, 15 years ago, maybe even 16 years ago, him and Bill O'Reilly were doing something. Do you remember this? What they did? Him and Bill. Did you hear about this or. No. Him and Bill O'Reilly were going and doing these debates, and then one of the ones. Jon Stewart is so funny. I don't know how tall he is, but apparently he's not that tall. And he jokes about it himself. He gets himself to elevate the. What do you call it? Have you seen this thing? It elevates it. And he keeps going higher and higher and higher and higher and higher. You've never seen this. It's sick what he does. Which, by the way, you know what? I like that. It's unlike what news, what DeSantis did. He automatically eliminates that as an issue.
C
Yeah.
B
Do you get what I'm saying? It's like, well, here's what it is. So he has that style to go about it, that kind of. And by the way, remember what he did with Tucker 20 years ago with the bow tie? You remember that? Bow tie? I think he has it. I think he has it. So what do you think?
C
I think, number one, you know, you said something very interesting that kind of caught me because you said, I actually feel like he's a nice guy. That's my sentiment, too. When I saw the 9 11, when he actually gave credit to Trump, I'm like, wow, this guy's willing to. Yeah, I was very surprised by it. This guy will have massive appeal with independence. The election is going to be won by independence. He spends all day in front of a camera talking to people. He knows how to talk, he's very intelligent. Does it mean he's equipped to run the country? Probably not. But in the end of the day, that's not what's going to win you an election. What's going to win you an election is being charismatic. He wins that knowing how to kind of play with people when you talk to them. He has that.
B
Yes.
C
So. And having a massive following. He's already hugely popular, more than anyone else who's going to run. And again, he has mainstream independent appeal, because if I didn't follow politics closely, he is someone I would look to and be like, oh, I've seen him kind of talk on both sides. He seems like he's moderate, he's appealing to me. I've watched him for years, I feel like I know him. There's an authenticity there, a very similar authenticity, although also completely different to what Trump brought to the table.
E
Yep.
C
So he's very, very effective.
A
I agree with that. I agree with that. And that's what I credited. His rational thinking and everything there, I credited all that. But I believe that it would be just like the movie the Candidate with Robert Redford, the very last bit of the movie. Do you remember what that is, Pat? They win. Robert Redford, the candidate wins. And they walk in the back room and they said, we won. And Robert Redford looks at him and he goes, what do we do now?
C
Yeah.

E
By the way.
B
You know what's crazy? That line. You're saying that's the video of when Trump beat Hillary and the family walks up, they're like, the hell are we going to do now?
D
It was the best scene because they.
B
Were like, guys, we just, just. Did we really win? Yeah. She just called and conceded. Yeah. So. And then of course, later on.
D
But here's, but here's my. Here's the problem with everything that we're talking about. And by the way, huge what ifs, 2%. And that's a position on couch. It's not betting. It's a position. Okay, let's say all that. And in the perfect world, yay, Jon Stewart. You guys have to understand, he's not Trump.
B
Tommy.
D
He's gonna go in the same Democratic machine that was running the Biden administration because we all guys with the same.
A
Flaws and they're going to miss the same cues.
D
Yeah. Joe Biden made zero decisions, okay? It was that cabal around him. So let's be honest, whoever comes in, Jon Stewart, Gavin, whoever, they're still gonna have to listen to the party that's run by freaking evil. And guess what they're gonna do. What are the first three things? Pat, if you guys have to guess, what are the first three things? A Gavin Newsom, first order of business, first executive orders. What would you guys say are the first three things even two that he does when he comes into office. Good. Let's just entertain me with that. What's number one from people that are the most pro open border, anti ICE.
A
He's going to open executive order 500 things, starting with the border. Immigration policy.
D
Number one, border wide open again, open invasion. What else? What else do you think with somebody like that? With somebody like a Gavin Newsom, you're.
C
Going to see massive restrictions on Second Amendment, right?
D
100%. That's. That's the second thing I think that he would go for is the second amendment. And what else? What else do you think that Gavin Newsome, first order of business, or any Democrat, because of the machine, their votes.
B
Open the border probably make it illegal to walk off the stage to go use a restroom.
D
During the podcast, Tom was so upset with my question, he had to.
C
Tell you.
D
Go back to Stewart.
E
I will.
B
I want to wrap that up and then go to the next thing. Stewart. Yes, Adam.
E
Tom walked off because this is a comedy segment and obviously this isn't Thomas time to shine. I can't believe that we're actually entertaining a five foot six nebuchy schlemiel schlamazel Jewish guy factoring him into running for president and winning the candidacy. I don't see it. I don't believe it. I don't know if it's ironic. It's not happening. We haven't had a president, logically speaking, below 6 foot in our lifetime. So the chances of this liberal bubble, five foot six, Jewish complainy guy winning anything is not simple.
D
Adam's becoming anti Jew.
E
And if a Jew is not willing to vote for him, believe me, the rest of America is. Secondly, no, you can't, because my comedy set's going on. Wait for Tom to come out of the bathroom to talk.
D
It might be there for a while.
E
If Jon Stewart ran for mayor of New York City, he probably would lose to an Islamic socialist named Zoran Mamdani. So in my opinion, this is all fodder. That's great. Jon Stewart has had his little, you know, dancing, little monkey, little thing got going on. But it's great for a segment. We're having fun.
B
How tall is Stuart?
E
Five foot six.
B
Is he really five six, Rob?
E
Because it says five seven. You know, that he's rounding up.
C
He's still growing, though.
E
Exactly. He's growing on us. The chances of Jon Stewart winning anything other than an Emmy are not James.
B
Madison, back in the day when he was big on YouTube, he was a big YouTuber on Twitter.
E
5 4.
B
James Madison was 5 4.
E
Yeah. By the way, that was before there was TV, and this was in 1800 height. Wasn't a thing because the precedent was we got George Washington, we got Adams, we got Jefferson. So there's nothing going on.
D
Adam has a being the anti semi on the panel. Adam makes a good point. Would John Stewart run on his. Would Jon Stewart run on his legal name? Because Jon Stewart's name is. Isn't Jon Stewart. It's John Leibowitz. So I'm curious. You actually make a good point. They wouldn't be like President Leibowitz. Yeah, I don't think. Is that his real life? What's his real last name?
C
Yeah, it is. Lebowitz.
D
So he can't run on crazy. He can't run on John Stewart because that's not your real name. So, yeah, Adam, you make a good point.
E
What John Stewart's claim to fame will be was resurrecting the Daily Show. That was on life support after they DEI'd it with South African semi comedian.
B
I thought was Jimmy Carter.
D
Jimmy Trevor.
B
Noah, how tall was Jimmy Carter?
E
Jimmy Carter.
A
Yeah.
E
How many peanuts did he stack up?
B
How tall was Jimmy Carter?
E
Five foot eleven.
B
I don't Know, five, nine and Bush.
D
I said our lifetime.
E
Pat five said our lifetime. Listen, if we want to talk Tom's lifetime, you brought up James Madison. I get it.
B
Yeah.
E
But in our lifetime, we're Reagan and above.
B
Listen, I'm curious about. In just the same way guys would say Trump is only doing this for publicity and it's not real. It's not this Jimmy Carter, he ran anyone. Okay. Yeah, you know he ran anyone. He's six, three and a billionaire and all over McDonald's.
C
And there was an anomalous kind of situation happening, happening culturally at the time.
E
By the way, don't shortchange your favorite president, Jimmy Carter. It says he's 5, 10 and he was the shortest president since World War II till today. So if you're telling me 5 foot 6, somewhat funny, Jon Stewart has any chance of winning, I have a bridge. I do also think Trump some land in the Everglades in Miami that I want to sell you.
C
Trump got more free press, good or bad, than any human being in the history of mankind. So that helped him tremendously as well, that he was kind of controversial at the time. So.
A
Very good point.
B
Yeah, I mean, we'll see. We'll see. He had the audacity to be controversial, whereas a lot of these guys are a little too nice. They, they, God forbid they said something that offends somebody, they're gonna, you know, back down or change their positions.
E
But I would like to see him be a thorn in the side on debate stage. I think he can do a little shtick there, but I don't think he's willing to disrupt that mat that that bad. I think we've learned anything. I forgot who made the point. Maybe it was Tom. The DNC will take over and go, yeah, get out of here. John Stewart, get out of here.
A
Bernie Sanders.
E
Yeah.
D
You were really funny. Next.
B
Yo, you think it's going to be news?
E
Funny how?
B
All right, let me go to this, Let me go to this last one here and we'll wrap up. Tom, mortgage rates hit lowest level since. In three years. Okay. And I know you want to comment on this and it kind of goes with the previous message, but let me do this. So mortgage rates lowest in three years. A lot of people are talking about, man, I want something to go lower so I can refi. The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate fell to 6.06% this year, down from 6.16 last week according lowest level since September of 2022. A year ago, the 30 year fixed rate was at 7.04% higher. The latest drop com comes after Trump announced he was directing the government sponsor mortgage giant to purchase $200 billion of mortgage bonds. This will drive mortgage rates down, monthly payments down, and make the cost of owning a home more affordable. We saw that, Tom. How big of a deal is that? Is that what's impacting it?
A
Yes. They threw a lot of liquidity at it. And the $200 billion that the president and Bill Pulte Fannie Freddie threw at this is going to make a difference. And here's what it's making a difference. We had a lot of houses that change hands 22, 23. And there were some high interest rates. Now people could refi at basically 6%, 6.06%. And if you pay 1 point, which is a little bit of a fee you would pay, you can get 5.875. So you're down to 6. And even in the fives, if you want to pay a little bit, that's a big deal for all the people that had those seven and a quarters from a year ago or more. So the refi mortgage is going to be working there. However, is the supply of homes going up that quick just with the stroke of a pen the way you can do rates? No. Do we have people interested in selling their homes and getting out from under those lower rates? No. As a matter of fact, that part is actually getting worse. People hanging on to mortgages, Pat is getting worse because of the time it's taken these, the rates to go up and now it's taken a full year just to drop one point. So the people with those threes, you know, the threes and fours, they're even less reluctant to sell right now because they're noticing, wow, the rates didn't go up and down like a roller coaster like they did in 2023. Yikes. So I better hang on to my 3 and 4. So more of them are hanging on. Refis are going to be helped. And you're seeing pockets of regardless of rates, pockets of housing prices are coming down. We've talked about it for a year. Austin, Texas has really come down at 20% down. You had the Gulf coast in Florida where you had all the hurricane areas and the change in insurance rates, those have come down 15%, some areas 20%. But for the wider housing market, we're not seeing the volume of home transactions move. But this is definitely going to help people put more dollars in their pocket and reduce their monthly payments that bought those homes two years ago on a seven and a Half.
E
ADAM well, people buy homes, people don't buy headlines. So if you're in the market, you know, good for you. My checklist is as follows. You're going to need to be in that same neighborhood, minimum seven to maybe 10 years. You need to have a stable job, stable income, having what, 30% of your total gross income as a monthly payment. And then here's the kicker. If you don't have a family with kids and you're just a single person out there, you probably don't need to buy a house unless you're a real estate investor. So long term, yes, of course it's good to buy, if not save that money, invest and just rent the difference.
C
ELON well, I'm just, I'm glad rates are coming down. I like to invest in properties. I'm hoping that we don't see any kind of major downturn in the real estate market. I'm in Florida, so I have seen a major decline over here. Homes are sitting on the market much longer. But, you know, I think as long as you buy and you hold, if your intention is to buy, to stay in the home and to live there, it's never a bad decision. But from an investment standpoint, it's a little risky right now.
B
Okay, so last thing before we wrap up here yesterday, Chicago Bears. I feel bad for you because the guy was playing good and the game was incredible, and last minute, the Rams came and took it. And when it happened, Tikran just said, pat, it's over. You know, the Rams have been here before. Stafford knows what he's gonna do, came back, they kicked that field goal. They would keep, they kept trying to throw the ball for the touchdown. I don't know why they were doing that, but eventually they did end up getting the field goal. Game was over with the Bills. That catch. I can't understand why they called that interception. Yeah, I've not seen the, the coach be that upset after the game as much as he was. Josh Allen was crying because he got that fumble that he did a few different mistakes. But then tonight, two fumbles, really two, one interception, one fumble.
A
Josh had two interception statistics. He really only threw one. And two fumbles in the pocket.
B
Two interceptions and two fumbles in the pocket. He's running around holding a ball like this, like the basic, I, I don't know, but Bill should have won. They were the better team. I don't know why they ended up losing that game. And, and that ref calling that was a little bit annoying. But tonight, who's playing tonight?
E
Tonight's a little team called the Miami Hurricanes. Playing in Miami, the national championship against some team Indiana Hoosiers.
B
I don't know. Never heard of them. Destroy you guys. They?
E
Their quarterback. Mendoza. Born and raised in Miami. His dad used to play with Mario Crystal Ball, the coach of Miami. Let me tell you something, buddy. These guys are coming into Miami. They don't know what it's like walking into Ray Lewis's house. Ed Rees house. Gino Toretta, Ken Dorsey. The Hurricanes are going to shock the world and win a national champion.
B
Did you say Gino Toretta?
E
Yeah. Heisman winner.
B
Heisman winner. Gino Toretta.
E
Yeah.
B
Great college football coach. But it didn't translate. Football. What do you call it? Quarterback.
C
Yeah.
A
He was drafted.
B
Miami's gonna. With Tom. Who do you have? Because you don't have. You don't care which team wins.
A
But so I objectively look at this and I just believe in the age of nil and transfer portal, Indiana has built a perfect team for this year. And you're going to see more Indianas in the future. I don't think they're going to crush them, but I think Indiana's going to win this.
B
Ilana, are you following this at all?
C
No, but I'm going with Tom. He just sounds like he's.
B
He knows what he's talking about. Benny.
D
All I've been thinking about is Minnesota. So I'm gonna go with no. I think. I think Indiana is gonna win. Sorry.
B
Sorry, buddy.
E
Listen, you learn who your friends are in moments.
D
I'm just saying that guy won the Heisman.
B
He's happy. Do you know why? Do you know why? What concerns me. You guys lost to smu.
D
What's that?
E
Southern Methodist were generous people. We were tithing a couple points.
A
Is the college playoff system that the hot team at the end of the year can move through the playoffs. And that's exactly what.
B
And they ended up being right. They ended up being right. Apparently there was a lot of controversy with Notre Dame.
E
Go head to head. Indiana barely beat Ohio State. Miami manhandled Ohio State.
A
The days are over.
E
Don't be shocked. That's all I'm saying.
B
Baby. I'd love to see.
E
Mikey knows.
B
I'd love to see it. I'm obviously not going to be rooting for Indiana. I'm going to be rooting for Miami.
C
Me.
B
We're down here. But it'll be interesting.
E
I actually encourage you to show up to the Miami game today in an Indiana jersey and talk trash to Miami fans and let me know that Works out for you today.
A
I don't have any college football jerseys.
B
I don't.
A
I don't.
E
I got you one, Tom, because I don't have any.
B
To go to the game and talk trash, gang. Great to be on with you guys. If you guys want to get manect and send a message to Elon, that is his QR code on Minecraft. If you haven't sent him a message yet, if you like what he had to say, manect him there. If you like what he had to say, you want to share it with me, manect me directly and tell me what it was. And if you like what he had to say and you really didn't like what Adam had to say, you can manect Adam any day of the week. Yeah, and then you got Tom and Vinnie is here as well. With that being said, we may have a surprise thing coming up. Who knows? Maybe not. Maybe we will. Who knows? If we do, we'll announce it to you. Take care, buddy.
A
God bless.
B
Bye bye. Bye bye. Close your eyes.
E
Exhale.
B
Feel your body relax and let go.
E
Of whatever you're carrying today.
A
Well, I'm letting go of the worry.
B
That I wouldn't get my new contacts in time for this class. I got them delivered free from 1-800-contacts.
D
Oh, my gosh, they're so fast.
B
And breathe.

Episode Title: Anti-ICE Mob STORMS Church, Trump SLAMS Khamenei, Gaza Peace Board + Jon Stewart For President
Host: Patrick Bet-David (“Pat” or “PBD”)
Guests/Home Team: Tom, Adam, Vinnie, Elon
This episode of the PBD Podcast unpacks a week full of politically charged events—anti-ICE protests storming a Minnesota church, the Trump administration’s hardline posturing on Iran, friction between Israel and the US over Gaza’s future, and the wild proposition of Jon Stewart’s potential presidential bid. The panel of hosts delivers unfiltered takes, blends breaking news with irreverence, and debates the wide-reaching implications and motives behind recent headlines in American and international politics.
Expect heated, in-depth conversation about religion, law enforcement, media spin, US global strategy, and the next era of political celebrities. The show is the home for hardline views, political impatience, and blunt talk—sometimes abrasive, sometimes comical, always loud. While major stories are covered, the value lies in the hosts’ passionate responses and their finger on the pulse of culture-war America.
