Did you ever think you would make it? I feel I'm supposed I could take sweet victory. I know this life meant for me.
B
Adam, what's your point? The future looks bright. My handshake is better than anything I ever saw. It's right here. You are a one of one.
A
My son's right.
B
I think I never said this. All right, gang, great to be with you Monday morning. Hope you all went to church this weekend. There's a lot of people going to church. Literally a lot of people going to church. I know we had a couple here that Vinnie invited to go to church for the first time in a long time, some 15 years. I cannot tell you how many manects I'm getting of people telling me, pat, I'm looking for a church. A guy literally the last manect I just did. I'm not going to read his name, but this fellow sends me a manect and says the following to me. He grew up a Muslim in Iran. He says, hi, Patrick. My name is. I was born in Iran to predominantly Muslim family, though my parents were never really religious. My parents and I immigrated to the US when I was an infant. In 04, we returned to Iran where I attended an international school in Tehran and spent my teenage years before moving back to the states in 09. I went on to complete my education mission, became a doctor. For most of my life, I was never a religious person. Faith wasn't something I pursued or thought much about. But recently I believe I watched a man be crucified before the world for his faith. And it awakened something in me I didn't know was there. It steered a part of my soul that had been asleep. As I've reflected, I've come to see that this is no longer about politics. It's about something much deeper. It's about good and evil. Many of the people I look up to and respect, including yourself, have chosen to follow Christ. Christ. Where should I begin? Are you kidding me? This the last minute that I did once I walked in, I love. Isn't that amazing on what's going on right now, let me tell you. All because of a guy had the audacity to go out there and talk to young kids and try to inspire them and talk about God and America and the Constitution and, you know, I had my kids. I. I got. I got my kids on a whole program right now to learn everything and anything. All my kids are. My oldest son is very much interested in politics, but I got a full program right now that I'm offering them a scholarship. Some Kind of a victory if they pull it off. Incentive to learn more about what makes America the greatest country in the world. Anyways, it's great to be with you guys. Interesting weekend. Last night I got a text message from a good friend of ours. You guys know who he is? I don't want to mention his name. He says, hey, all day yesterday was text messages about tmz. Tmz, tmz, TMZ got slammed this weekend. Hammered this weekend, Harvey. Every one of our clips we put up, no matter where it is, the reaction is unbelievable. And last night, one of my friends reached out to Charles from tmz, talked to their PR person at tmz, because he blew him off at first, is like, well, why would I talk to him? And John, I can't believe that. Look, listen, man, I'm not trying to have a fight with you. And we even reached out to their publicist and the publicist, guy named Casey. So we reached out to Casey as well. He's aware if he's watching this. I'm going to give you my thoughts on who else has reached out. Employees on the inside of TMZ have reached out to me directly. Employees on the inside of TMZ have reached out to me directly. All we wanted you to do is to do exactly what you hold everybody else accountable. Your business model, like Tom said it so eloquently, is about exposing others. All you have to do is say, we effed up. Here's what we're doing. That's all the audience wants. We'd move on. You keep dragging it and dragging it and dragging it and dragging it and dragging it, and you're going to keep getting this from people, not just from people like myself. I'm a simple guy. But you're going to get it from everybody around the community. So we'll come back to that. I'll tell you all the story about tmz, so stick around. Trump's praises Cash Patel for a speedy recover, speedy capture of Charlie Kirk's assassin. Apparently, they found that the assassin has a roommate that's a transgender, that maybe even is dating. And the father was getting close to the pastor because the father felt like he was losing his son. Based on what Tom and us were talking about this morning, Tom's going to give you guys analysis on that. And Cash, just a few minutes ago, I want to say 18 minutes ago, 20 minutes ago, 25 minutes ago, they found that the DNA matches the gun and it matches the. What do you call it, the screwdriver that they had. So we'll see. There's still a lot of questions and speculation. I think the administration's number one priority to identify who this person is asap. Asap. Because everybody's blaming everybody. It was, you know, mainstream media. It is deep state. It is the groipers. It was 11 out of 13 questions asked. I see this stuff was from guys that were groper members and this is because of Nick and no, it's because of Israel. No, it's because of this and 10,000 people blaming it on Israel. Everything's out there. White House jobs immediately identify who this person is to stop the momentum because this is just going to go like, oh, yeah, oh, yeah, oh, yeah, oh, yeah.
A
No, no.
C
Boom.
B
Here's what it is. And I hope they pull it off because this can get nasty very quickly. The family announced that they're going to be doing the service next Sunday in Glendale, Arizona. Aside from that, Bill Maher condemns people who mock Charlie Crook's death. I think you're gross. A few things that we'll talk about with China throws a fit over Mexico playing ball with Trump on trade treasury to share Epstein's financial records with Congress. Americans shatter fundraising records after Charlie Crook's tragic death at university event. Democrat representative telling CNN that labeling GOP fascist or Hitler doesn't incite people. Really, it doesn't incite people. Elon just retweeted something that was very powerful. He said, it's not that. I'll read it to you guys in a minute when I find it. It's a very powerful tweet that Elon Musk retweeted with the quote that was used. By the time we get to the story, I'll find it and I'll talk about it. Let me see if I can find it real quick. If not, we'll just come to it when I show it to you. No, I'll come to when I show it to you. We'll get to it, okay? Conservative viewership surges as pundits cover Charlie Kirk's shooting. NFL will allow home teams to decide on Charlie Kirk's remembrance before Sunday's Week 2 games. Two NFL teams, five NFL teams reportedly didn't give any recognition to Charlie Kirk's assassination. Five of them and one of the teams that didn't, the quarterback, fired a board member because of comments that was made. And we'll get to that guy as well. And it's a quarterback that got injured this weekend with his toe, but we'll cover that now. It's personal. Young Conservatives vowed to continue Kirk's work. Kirk honored as generation's greatest at massive London rally where Musk condemns the left. This is the Tommy Robinson rally. A million people allegedly on the streets. I mean, it looks insane when you see this video. We retweeted the video. It looks wild. And then one in Europe. If this is not happening all over the world where people are done with it. Jasmine Crockett denies wannabe Hitler leftist smears against Trump's Trump led to Charlie Kirk's murder. Stephen King screwed up, said something, apologized afterwards. Florida puts teachers on notice for despicable social media comments celebrating assassination of Charlie Kirk. Can you imagine that? That's just. It's just insane when you think about it. Charlie Cook's alleged assassin Libby. Got it. We got that one. Ram cancels all electric pickup cars US Emit us Amidst slowing demand all electric. Americans are no longer that excited about electric that they used to be. Economists sees rate cuts. We'll talk about Jamie Dimon says economy is weakening. Warns of uncertain outlook Mortgage rates sink fastest. Cuomo attacks Musk says he wouldn't be surprised if he were murdered after Crook's assassination. JP Morgan process over a billion dollars for Jeffrey Epstein's despite internal concerns over sex offender status. We got a couple other stories that we'll get into, but obviously a lot of it is going to be here with Charlie. Rob, do you mind showing the RFK event on what was going on? I mean, you're seeing the level of proud people are becoming, how it's bringing people together to be proud. To chant. Usa. Usa. Usa. Go ahead, Rob. This is for Charlie Cook's vigil last night.
A
A man who understands loss.
B
Yeah, I mean, it's like.
C
That's awesome.
B
Yeah, I love this. Let me tell you what we're doing, Rob, if you can go gang. We have our USA merch on vtmerch.com and here's what we're going to be doing. A hundred percent of whatever you buy with USA on it is going to be given to Turning Point USA and Charlie Kirk. 100%. Whatever you buy with USA on it. 100. I'm not talking 100% of profits. 100% of gross sales that we make of anything with USA Today on it right here. 100% of this proceeds are going to go to Turning Point Point USA and Erica, Charlie Kirk's family and everything they have going on. It is amazing that it took one 31 year old young man, father of two, married to Erica. A man who started Turning Point USA who had a vision has gotten America to be proud, to become Americans again, got people going back to church again. It is amazing that something like this had to happen for America to get to this point. But God willing, this, this direction we're going to be going to, continues of Americans being proud. You know, obviously for me, I, I, I had him as the most important person in America we're going to have for decades to come. That's what I always said every interview I ever do. When people ask me about Charlie Kirk, I said, this guy's the most important voice in America today because everybody has a certain age. He's 31. He's going to be going for many, many years. But God willing, the younger folks are going to continue to pick up the torch and keep inspiring to do what he did and maybe even take it to different levels around the world. While we're having this conversation, this is what's going on in UK yesterday. Rob, if you can play the clip. This is UK yesterday. Elon Musk jumps on a stream with Tommy Robinson. This is uk, okay.
D
Finally. Finally.
B
Unbelievable. When you see this, you don't even know if it's safe for that bridge.
D
Hell, no. Look at that. Finally.
B
This is in uk. It's what you're talking about.
D
Yep.
B
Great. Great for Tommy and Rob. Elon Musk jumps on the live stream, if I'm not mistaken. Elon Musk jumps on the live stream with Tommy Robinson, okay. Saying a few words. And what he said is that they're going to be coming after you. This is what he had to say. Rob, if you want to play this, go for it. What would Orwell think is the shirt he's wearing?
D
Yeah.
B
1984.
C
Okay.
B
Congratulations.
D
Congratulations, Tommy, on putting together an amazing.
B
Event and really rallying the people of Britain.
D
Elon, none of this could have happened.
B
Without you giving the British public access.
D
To the truth and giving us free speech and fighting for our free speech.
B
So on behalf of Great Britain and the British public, we're incredibly grateful.
D
Elon.
B
You'Re most welcome. You're most welcome. And you may notice this T shirt that I'm wearing is great British author George Orwell. What would Orwell think? I think that's generally a good way to look at these things. He would want freedom of speech. He'd want the people to know what's real. He'd want the people to fight against government oppression and fight for the truth and fight for the future of Britain. Now, there's another clip, Ralph, that I want you to find. It says the left Is the party of murder. Okay, if you can find this, that Elon says this to Tommy. Left is the party of murder. Okay? Left is the party of murder. If you can pull this up, there's a clip of Musk saying this. I think you just go for it. And then you see how much violence there's on the left with our friend Charlie Cook getting murdered in cold blood this week and people on the left celebrating it openly. The left is the party of murder. And celebrating murder, I mean, let that sink in for a minute. That's who we're dealing with here. That's about the. By the way, the statement like that. I tweeted something last night, Rob, if you're going to pull it up and then I'm going to come to you guys. Last night I tweeted something saying it's been four days since Charlie Kirk's assassination. No riots, no cities burned. Conservatives mourn, the left destroys. This is a reflection of what Charlie stood for. Love over hate, faith over fear. The future of America looks bright if these values become popular again. Right? I watched this and then gradually I went in the comment section just to see what other people were saying. Okay? Just to see what other people were saying. What about January 6th? What about this? And what about all these conservatives that are getting people fired? And what about all these conservatives that are calling on these guys who lose their jobs? What about them, huh? What do you have to say about these guys? And you sit there, you're like, listen, buddy, you're losing a job for celebrating somebody dying. This black girl on school campus, did you see what happened to her yesterday? Did you see? I put in the comment section. Did you see this one? She's like, your boy got killed. Your boy got killed. Okay? F y', all. You homie died. That one right there. Rob, can you play this clip? Play this clip. Watch this here. Watch this one here.
C
Oh, this girl.
A
Yeah.
B
This is 18 year old kid going to school. Watch this.
D
Evil is real, people. It kind of looks like that.
B
Wow.
D
Evil, evil.
C
Murder is bad.
D
She is evil.
B
Have not said.
D
Why are you being so.
B
Why are you so hateful?
D
Why are you so hateful? Why are you so hateful?
B
Can you not put the camera in my face?
D
I'm sitting here.
B
You walked up to me.
A
I don't want this.
D
I said, rest in peace. Just leave it alone. Please don't come after me.
C
I want to be left alone.
B
I'm not emotional, ma'. Am. Don't tell me what I am and what I'm not. You can get out of my face because I could tell you what you.
D
Are, but you won't like it. You're being aggressive. You're being aggressive.
B
I'm not being aggressive. My voice is very calm. You're calling me aggressive because I'm a black. I feel bad, like, because I'm a black woman.
D
I feel bad for, like, I feel bad for this. She's been captured.
B
That's right.
D
I feel like my heart. You know what happened?
B
She got arrested.
D
She did.
B
She got arrested and she got kicked.
A
Out of school because later she assaulted.
B
That's it. That's it.
A
Actually.
B
She got arrested and she got kicked out of school. You see these things? Rob, play the clip with the. With the mom coming and saying, you won't believe what happened today. The Trump rabbi sent you the vice president. Did Elon Musk die? Look at this. Like, this is.
C
Oh, the two little young girls. Unbelievable.
D
I have the best news ever.
B
What?
A
Donald Trump died.
B
Cheese.
C
That's the best news.
D
Second best news.
B
My president died.
D
Okay.
B
Third best news, that Elon Musk died.
D
Okay. No, no, no, no. Nobody died. My best friend is getting married.
A
Which one is it?
D
Taylor Swift.
A
Taylor Swift.
B
We can pause it right there. I mean, you watch these clips.
C
Okay. How old do you think Those girls were?
D
12, 5, 8? Yeah.
A
Yes.
B
11 and 8. Something like that. Parents raising kids. This part exists where they're saying, well, you got this person fired. Yeah. If a person celebrates someone getting assassinated and killed, what do you think should happen to that person? Do you want to keep that person? If you're running a company, do you. Do you want to say you're running a business, you got 100 employees, five of them celebrate that a person got assassinated and killed. And if you choose to keep him as your investor, I would question your intelligence.
C
Oh, yeah.
B
Who are you hiring and keeping? But this is a person that got shot and killed, and you're saying, how about the people that are getting fired? Anyways, Tom, what's on your mind with everything that's going on right now? Obviously, a lot's been going on, but what's specific to these stories that we're covering here right now? Well, first of all, this UK London, mosque, schools.
A
First of all, you. You love what that student just did to her LinkedIn profile. Isn't that nice? Isn't that nice? Boy, what a LinkedIn profile. There it is. There you go. Everything you need to know. So freedom of speech, you know, free speech. The price of free speech is free speech. That's what I keep saying. And what I think here is people are exercising free speech. And what they don't understand is that free speech also has consequences on the bad side. A government can take up arms against you, as they do in China, as they do in communist countries. And when you try to exercise free speech, there can be consequences on the political side. And then here, these people have been living in the cancer, the cancer, the tumor that's in their soul of hatred since the cancel culture of the BLM riots. They wanted to cancel everybody else, fire these people, take their jobs, things like this. And now it's coming back, the little thing called at will employment. And, Vinnie, you know what at will employment is, right? You run a business. People are at will. You could say, listen, economy's not doing so good. I got to lay you off. It's not a union job. You could say, you're not very good culturally with the rest of your employees, seem to upset people rather than just getting your job done. Guess what? You're at will employment. And what I think is going on is these people are just. Are so indoctrinated. And the indoctrination. Nothing surprises me about the adults that. That. That student, she's an adult. What crushes my soul, Pat, is when I see those little kids. Those kids are being raised in a home where things are being said. And their first reflex. Donald Trump died. The vice President died. Elon Musk died. Are you kidding me? And look at the glee in their void. They're being taught that that's how they're being taught. And if you think that there's a difference there, and the Muslim clerics that ra. The kids that did the subway bombing so many years ago in London, you're wrong. There's no difference. It's the indoctrination of hate. And people are coming out and it's showing. But even greater, it says, Bible says that love will conquer hate, that earth will not be your paradise, Heaven is your paradise. But love will win, and Christ's love will win. And I see the response of people coming out to that, and that's what gives me hope. And I also hope that somewhere, someplace, there are neighbors that see those little girls that can start working with them or start having an influence on them, because those little girls, they're innocent. They're being raised in this home, and they're being taught that way.
B
That just.
A
That just kills me. That kills me. Adults, hey, you're responsible for it. And now your LinkedIn includes a mug shot.
B
Good.
A
Good job, lady. Good job. You're out of school. And now you've put that. You put those points on the board for everybody to see. I have no sympathy for you. I feel you, he said, but those kids and what's going on, that bust me up. And I love what I'm seeing in the outpouring of respect everywhere.
D
Tom, I love you. Great, great point. In regard to. To England with. With Tommy Robinson. Finally, finally, Pat and I. I learned something from you a couple weeks ago.
B
Hope.
D
Don't lose hope. And they're not. I hope it's not too late, but they're not. They haven't lost the hope. In regard to Charlie. And God rest his soul, what did Rahm emanuel say in 2008? Never let a crisis go to waste. Okay? And I think this moment. We have to take this moment, Pat, and it showed us what we're up against, okay? It revealed these. And I say this word a lot now. Me and Jake laugh about it, Pat. These demons. And I think the devil. The devil in this moment. Pat was so joyous in the killing that he forgot to hide himself in these people. I have a couple videos, Pat, and I'm not being facetious. This woman. Thank you, Tommy. This woman, Patrick, you tell me. Tell me in your heart of hearts. She doesn't look demon possessed. She's openly talking about, and I'm assuming allegedly, that she's talking about other people that she wants dead. And I think it's Trump. Listen, guys, pay attention about what's inside this woman's soul, and tell me she doesn't scare the hell out of you.
B
Go ahead, Rob.
D
Watch.
B
We're going to push it.
C
We're going to see how far we can push it.
B
Unbelievable.
D
Look. Look what you're up against.
C
I was not kidding when I said if you were going to get the job done.
B
Oh, my God. There were two better candidates. Weird.
D
Who's she talking about? Z.
C
And furthermore, when that happens.
A
And it will. It will, Adam. Look, look, look, look.
C
Not only will we be insensitive.
B
That'Ll be the least.
C
Is this a real person?
D
It's a real person. That is the devil inside of you. Look at her.
B
It's gonna be the biggest.
A
Celebration.
B
The biggest, most beautiful celebration.
D
Rob, you can stop it. So, Pat.
C
Oh, my God.
D
Think about. And I know you guys feel this, and I know the viewers out there feel this. Something is happening, okay? This pattern is undeniable. The transgender last week shot the kids that were praying in a church. The Ukrainian girl almost gets her head taken off. Nobody's doing anything about it. Okay, if we get to the story, Pat, in Texas, an illegal immigrant chopped another legal immigrant's head completely off and threw it in the garbage. And then we have Charlie, okay? Something is happening, okay? And I have a message for anybody sitting on the fence, okay? You're running out of time. You have to pick a side. And, Tom, you nailed it. You have to pick the side of love. You have to pick the side of mercy, because the other side is not giving up. But we can't stop, okay? And for those people, Pat, is the last thing that think that they're beyond Saban. The people that think that they're all the way over here, like God doesn't care. I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing. Think about the thief that was crucified next to Jesus on the cross. He didn't have time to say, I'm sorry. He didn't have time to say anything. He just said, I believe. And Jesus said, you're going to be with me.
A
This man has done nothing. We deserve our penalty.
D
Yeah. So we're fighting the good fight, and I want people to stay in it because we're going to win. The best thing that you said to me, we're backstage, and it all hit. We were at the vault conference. I walk in, Pat, you're standing in the green room, and Charlie's shot, and he's. He's not looking good. And you look right in my face and you go, they're not going to win. And it had like a. I had a rush of like. Like, God. And this is a fight. We're in a battle. And you gave me comfort in that moment, Pat, because you looked right in my eyes and you go, it's on, and we're not going to lose. And that gave me comfort. So thank you, Adam.
C
Well, Elon Musk said that the Democrats are the party of murder. The left is the party of murder. And let me tell you something. Donald Trump used to always say things like, the radical left, it's all the radical left. And as someone who used to be on the left, I'd get so offended, because that wasn't me. I wasn't a psychopath. I wasn't an extremist. But what I realized was this. It is the radical left. The radical left has been possessed. There's a sickness, there's a cancer, there's. There's genuine hate in their hearts. When you see two little kids in excitement for who they think that Trump got killed, or J.D. vance. No, it's Elon. When you See, there's another story of a someone that went to go to Office Depot.
D
She was fired. Did you see that one?
C
They wanted to print out a memorial for Charlie and they. She wouldn't do it.
B
So we don't do propaganda.
C
Yeah, yeah. So this lady right here. Exactly. We don't do propaganda.
A
Fired.
C
Here's the biggest play.
B
20 seconds.
C
Go ahead.
A
Yes.
C
Or somebody that passed.
D
It's not pro.
A
Oh, so propaganda.
B
I'm sorry, we don't put that here.
C
Alrighty.
D
So can we.
A
What's your name?
C
I'm Pharaoh. I'm print supervised.
B
I'm one of the managers.
A
Yes.
B
So unfortunately.
D
So they say they don't print political propaganda.
B
So this is. She got fired. That's political propaganda.
D
Look at her.
C
So this is for a prayer tonight?
A
For a prayer vigil.
B
It's still propaganda, unfortunately. What makes it propaganda?
D
Because he's a political figure and I.
B
Don'T have to explain. Yeah, our general manager is going to.
C
Be in on Monday. No, it's totally. Yeah, well, when someone shows you. Yeah, exactly. Tom, you said. Took the words right of my mouth. When someone shows you who they are, believe them. So here's my message to my Democratic friends out there. Unless you call this abhorrent behavior out, unless you call this out, you are officially complicit. I see so many videos of people on the left parading, cheering in excitement for the assassination and murder of Charlie Kirk. Like, it's a great thing. And I'm starting to see a little, very little of people on the left saying, I can't condone this. I'm a Democrat, but this is something I can't stand for. We need way more of that coming out of the Democratic Party or you would be complicit in calling out the disgusting behavior of the far left progressive party that is the Democratic Party at this point.
B
And you know, Vinnie, you're bringing that up, both you and Tom, where you guys are at, These guys are not going to win. Because the most common quote you're hearing from everybody, this is the biggest sign that you lost the argument. What is the first step, number one? When you lose the argument, what do they start doing? Name calling.
D
Yes.
B
This is the ultimate. This is the ultimate. That's above name calling. We can't beat you. I'm going to take you out. Okay. We can't beat you. I'm going to take you out. And by the way, so Cash Patel came out with a story announcing that they found the DNA, that the towel matches the firearm and the screwdriver Both match Tyler Robinson. This is just a few minutes ago, Rob, if you want to go ahead and play this clip.
C
Flex all resources.
B
The FBI had and surged multiple air.
C
Assets as soon as this shooting occurred.
B
We were cycling in agents, evidence response technicians, hostage rescue technicians and special operators in and out of Utah, cycling evidence.
C
Back and forth on these FBI planes.
B
As soon as we could so that.
A
There was no delay.
B
And what we did once I got.
C
There, along with the deputy on the.
B
Ground on the around 5pm local on September 11, was walk the entire crime scene, including the foots the suspect himself took. And what we learned was there was evidence, DNA evidence that could be collected.
A
And had been collected, including a screwdriver.
C
That was found on the rooftop.
B
Also, we went over to the scene.
A
In the wooded area where the firearm.
C
Was discarded and the firearm had a.
B
Towel wrapped around it. It's important. I'll get back to that later.
A
I even walked into the wooded area in the ravine.
C
So I knew from my investigation, investigative.
B
Experience what I could bring to the table and what decisions I needed to make.
C
And having the support of President Trump.
B
And the full support of the White House was what we needed for these resources to happen. And I can report today that the DNA hits from the towel that was wrapped around the firearm and the DNA.
C
On the screwdriver are positively processed for.
B
The suspect in custody. There you go. So now that's what we're being told. Tom, when you see that we learned this, what do you think about when you see this story that Cash has said?
A
This Cash is really selling it pretty hard.
B
Are you buying it?
A
I'm only about 50. 50. And I'll tell you why. I believe my own eyes and many people besides me, and I'm not talking about tin hat conspiracy theorists are saying, does that look like a rifle 44 inches long being wrapped in a towel, or does that look like a jacket or a piece of clothing or something? Does that look where's rifle? And this person jumping off the, the top of the building. What's, what's going on with that? And then when he's walking like a peg leg through the community, the neighborhood, they said, oh, he shoved the rifle down the leg of his pants and he was having to walk that way. Okay, well, maybe I buy that, but I'm just shocked. And the other thing is, Cash Patel is patting all the FBI people on the back. But you had nothing. You had the wrong two suspects. One that you quickly dismissed, the other one you questioned and dismissed. And you, you by your commission had no Leads until the father that had been talking to a pastor worried about his son. And now we're hearing the. The leaks coming out from other family members and friends. This over the past year, he was a little different. Tyler was a little different. Tyler was getting a little dark. Spent a lot of time on video games. And we see the discord messages, all of those things, Pat, are lining up to show that this guy got kind of radicalized. And his dad apparently had been talking to a pastor. There's little comments that have leaked out that says, you know, what do I do? And the dad and the pastor convinced him to turn himself in. That's not an FBI lead. That's a dad saying, I am not going to. If this is what's happened, I am not going to stand in the way here. I got to do the right thing with my son. And so I'm only about 50, 50 on this official FBI story, and I'm worried about. It doesn't look like a gun being carried off the roof.
C
And apparently this kid, Tyler Robinson, is not cooperating with authorities whatsoever. I know you showed an image of the Utah governor, Spencer Cox, I believe his name, who basically said, this is a watershed moment in American history. We just don't know if this is the end or beginning of a very dark chapter. I guess Tuesday is going to be the day that formal charges are going to be brought forward against this kid.
D
Yeah.
C
But they have said that he lived with his furry or whatever transgender. And of course. Is anybody shocked that the word trans magically popped up?
D
No.
C
That this was his roommate?
D
No.
C
Is anybody shocked?
D
No, no, not. Not at all. I mean, how many. How many times in the past year we talked about these people? If that's it. And like, again, I'm gonna go with. With Tom. Where's the rifle? Where's a long rifle? That's not a. It's not collapsible, meaning it doesn't fold. He looks like we just called the break barrel. Right barrel. He snapped his. Either he sprained his ankle or something. It's just unanswered questions. And you know what nobody else was talking about. I think we did for a little bit. George Zinn, the old white guy, bald, with glasses, he's there. They grab him like a diversion. Okay. And he's screaming, kill me, kill me. And subsequently. And this is allegedly. But I think they fact check it. Rob, if you can fact check me on ChatGPT, he was an eyewitness to 9 11, which is weird. This guy, the old guy, and then he Was arrested for threatening to bomb the Salt Lake City Marathon finish line in 2013. This is George Zinn. Z I N N There's so many different things and I get it. Remember the old guy that was.
C
No, no, no. I just want to emphasize what you're saying right now. And I believe me, I'm always the last person to be like, okay buddy.
D
That'S the odds of that. But in the billions.
C
They said that's like.000007% likelihood that this guy was there for 9 11. Yeah, he was there for Charlie Kirk's murder. And there was a third component. He was there for some.
D
He, he was, I think he was arrested for, for terror.
C
Listen, if there's anybody that doesn't go down the rabbit hole, it's me. This guy's got some explaining to do.
B
That's.
A
This is the guy that was drug out and he was yelling, why don't you shoot me? Why don't you shoot me?
C
I can find that clip and play it. But this is the 9 11.
B
Remember at 911 as well.
D
He said he witnessed 9 11.
B
Okay. If you look at. Yeah, let me see it wrap. Is he going to be saying anything or is it just.
D
Yeah.
A
That night. And so it was a huge event for us. I even remembered everything that happened. We opened the stadium on September 10, 2001.
B
And so you know I was. We won Giants, which was good. I remember that was when Ed McAfee I, I got hurt that night on.
A
A, on a season ending injury and.
D
He'S talking about the Yankees.
B
So I'm ready to go football.
D
Giants, giants, giants.
A
On September 11th.
B
Early that morning and go back to Salt Lake City. And they said come down, look in.
A
The lobby, something's happening here. They said there's a plane that's headed towards one of the towers in New York City.
B
He was there and he was the guy coming out saying shoot me.
C
Shoot.
D
Allegedly.
C
When there's, there's fire. Why is this guy around all these and horrible?
D
Somebody did the breakdown patent. This is allegedly get 1 in 2 billion that this guy was at Charlie's assassination. 9 11. And then Rob, I guess he was arrested.
C
It was a third one. Yeah.
D
Yeah. Well he was arrested for something around terrorism.
C
This guy right here.
D
Yeah.
A
When you, you, you're a leader and at times when you have crisis in a company or something happens, you have to come to the microphone and you get to cover what's going on. Sometimes it's layoffs, sometimes it's good news. Right. When you hear Cash in that. Do you hear him kind of overselling these points or do you just hear a leader saying, I'm proud of my team is what we did?
B
Yeah, I mean, this. Here I have President Trump on Saturday praising Cash Patel for the remarkable speed in the bureau's identified captured Charlie Kirk's assassin, Tyler Robertson, 22, which was nabbed in hometown of Washington, Utah just 33 hours after he was alleged. He allegedly shot Kirk from a rooftop on a campus of Utah Valley University. So Trump's giving him credit. Cash is coming up here. His job is to show urgency with the fact that they caught somebody to lower the temperature. Tom, their number one job right now as an administration is to lower the temperature. Number one, One thing goes wrong, it's over. By the way, you know how when you see these fires in California that happen and it takes some weeks to try to stop the fires and what happens? Imagine we are living at a time we have the most advanced technology ever. We have the most advanced tools ever. The fires are being done a mile away, 200 yards away from an ocean, and you can't stop the fire. If you thought for a second the wildfires in California were tough to stop, wait till you see what happens if something happens on the opposing side. This will be wildfires on steroids. Trust me. All they want to do right now is to show to the American people that they're under control and they got everything figured out. That is all they're trying to do. That is their number one job to go out there and try to control this part. But what story were we just talking about, Tom, before you brought up Cash Patel?
D
George Zinn.
B
I feel like we. Okay, George Zinn. So I pulled up right now. I said, can you tell me the history about George Zinn? Rob, if you can go on Chad GPT and just ask. What do we know about George Zin, the guy who kept screaming shoot me at Charlie Kirk's event? 71 years old from Utah. He's been known as Gad Fly is what many refer him to. His background and behavior history. Long history of disruptions. He'd been arrested multiple times for actions at public events dating back decades. These including trespassing, protesting and causing disruptions. 2013 bomb threat. In that year, he made a bomb threat targeting Salt Lake City Marathon, which resulted in a year in prison. That's this guy. Mental health concerns. Legal officials have described him as odd and have recommended mental health evaluations. In the past, though he has largely resisted or ignored them. Local familiarity. Many in Utah recognize him Immediately after Charlie Crook shooting, he's known for showing up to at nearly every kind of political gatherings. That's what this guy's known for. So I don't know if he's a disruptor or if he's anything or not. Here's all, I will tell you what he does. You know, when, when and I, and I, and I'm by the way, when I said, who's the guy in the back? Who is this and who is that guy? People started messaging me, that's a friend, that's a pastor, that's the same guy that was protecting the President. I've been on calls with a bunch of people that are trying to give me the insight from the back on intel, calling me Pat, we want to kind of give you a little bit more insight on what's going. I got a call right after this podcast to talk to a few different people to see what's going on. I trust that they're moving quickly to get answers to these questions. But one guy next me and he says, why is it that if you got people on rooftops and you got a guy like Kirk, who is a top three person who helped Trump get elected, say you put Musk on that list, you put him on that list, you put rfk, say on that list. Because that was a big tipping point when RFK came on this side and came out in Arizona. At Charlie Crook's event, by the way.
D
Yes.
B
Just so you guys know, at Charlie Crooks event. So when you see these things and you're not doing a sweep of. You mean to tell me, find the highest ground to go to the rooftop and just look. What by knock, is anybody there? Is anybody there? Like you can't hire five people to be at a rooftop to look at the other. I mean, so, so for us, for example, we're at the vault conference. I don't want to publicly show this video, but if you guys want to see this video, go to Circle, I'll put it on the PBD podcast. Circle. When all of a sudden we're in the middle of the event. Vinnie, you just send this to me. Vinnie recorded this thing. So we're at the event and when this event happens, security comes and says, you can't go up on stage. I said, I'm going on stage. So what's your alternative? Well, if you're going to go on stage, we have to bring Sheriff M16 and all I said, do whatever you got to do. I'm going out on stage. Instantly security alert went up my Kids are walking in the back when we're like, why is it taking so long for us? I just want to go to the bathroom. Totally get it. They got to sweep the perimeter. So they're going out there. They're looking at everything. You saw this right in front of us.
D
Ridiculous.
B
I'm in the bathroom with four guys around the bathroom with M16s that are, you know, looking around. And then you got these security that are former Delta guys, SEALs, all these guys that are there, you know, Green Beret. It just takes me back. The glass is one. It's a must. The bulletproof glass. It's a must to have that I'm for. Because guess what? So you know what people are looking at right now? How many more mental mentally ill George Zins or crazies like Tyler Robinsons are out there right now? How many? No, but it's way more than one today, Tom.
A
Right. Any particular?
B
Way too many. But what I'm saying to you is the following. Here's what I'm saying to you. You know, Tyler is permanently going to be in the history books. His name is cemented in the history book forever. Exactly. Ever. So think about somebody else's like, okay, that's it. I want it as well.
C
Yeah.
B
Who's my target? You don't think they're thinking that? Yeah, they have. You don't think they're sitting there thinking that. So to me, you know, again, if you can't beat them, mock them, Use words. But the ultimate. If you can't beat them, take them out. And now you're seeing this taking place, and more and more people are saying things like this where, hey, commenting on this happened that happened, this happened. Yeah. I don't know. I think right now, for me, I'm thinking what Cash's job is with the president to lower the temperature. Even the other day, the President's being asked, so what do you think about Charlie Crook? Don't you love the building that we're building over here?
C
Yeah.
B
Look at the structure that we're building. One can only process that in two or three different ways. One of them is what?
D
Tone deaf.
B
Tone deaf cold.
D
Completely. Yeah.
B
Tone deaf cold. I think that's the 37 second one. Right. Watch this.
D
Are you holding up?
B
I think very good. And by the way, right there, you.
C
See all the trucks?
B
They just started construction of the new.
D
Ballroom for the White House, which is.
B
Something they've been trying to get, as.
A
You know, for about 100, 150 years.
D
I don't know about that.
B
Okay.
D
I'm not a fan of that at all. Like how condolences to your friend.
B
But. But let me tell you how I process this. I process two or three different ways. One is tone deaf.
D
Yes.
B
Which is what you said. What's the other one?
D
The other one is show the enemy that I'm not. It's not bothering us.
B
We're moving on.
C
Deflection.
B
Deflection, distraction. Like, I don't even want to put attention to it, because he knows deep down inside. And by the way, you know what President Trump's also probably thinking about? Let me tell you what else he's probably thinking about. Let me tell you what else he's probably thinking about.
D
And.
B
I put myself. 90% is thinking about this. He's sitting there realizing. Because let me put it to you this way. You tell me what presidents died that got this level of attention. Actually, go back and think about presidents that died. When is the last time a person died in America where you got this type of reception?
C
Mlk? Jfk?
B
No, the closest one is Kobe. Is the recent one.
D
Kobe.
B
Okay. Helicopter crash. But tell me, in our lifetime, 45, 46, 47 years in your lifetime, what has gotten this Roberto Clemente plane crash, 2,997 hits or 98 hits. Something like that. Right. He almost added plane crash. Puerto Rican. I think it was Puerto Rican, if I'm not mistaken. Going down to help Monson Thurman, the.
D
Catcher for the Yankees.
B
For the Yankees, which. 1970. Right. CESN crash. Right. Or whatever. The. He. And I even think he was operating.
C
There's only one that's at this level in our lifetime. That's Princess D. The world stopped when Princess D. Okay, good, good.
D
Yeah.
C
I'm just saying.
B
And I'm with you, you're right.
C
Okay.
B
But. But presidents didn't get these types of attention.
D
No.
B
So what does this tell you? President Trump is sitting there saying, wow, this guy's bigger than I even thought. Yeah, well, he himself, I guarantee you. By the way, let me put it to you this way. If right now, any living president passed away, I'm willing to bet it's not going to be received the way this was received.
D
I know.
B
I agree.
C
Not even close.
B
So the question becomes, if you know it's this level, do you not think he knows how fast this thing can go? You can't. There's certain things in life you cannot stop. You can't stop wildfires. You cannot stop a earthquake in the middle of the ocean that turns into a tsunami. Guess what Guys, you got two hours. Get the hell away from the ocean. It's coming, right? We've seen this videos. Families at the beach relaxing. All of a sudden, you see water goes. And guess what? Oh, shit. What sign is that coming back? Get out. Right? Their number one job behind the scenes. Lower the temperature asap. So whether it's Tyler Robinson, his roommate is transgender. We're being told maybe they were dating, maybe this, maybe that. All these stories that are coming out. And here's the governor giving a little bit of an update. Go forward. Rob, this is from Utah. Outlets are reporting that the suspect lived.
A
With a transgender partner.
B
Is that accurate? And are investigators looking at this part.
A
Of his life as a possible motivation?
D
Yes, definitely. And, yes, I can confirm that. I know that has been reported and that the FBI has confirmed that as well, that the roommate was a romantic partner, a male transitioning to female. I can say that he has been very cooperative. This past partner has been incredibly cooperative. Had no idea that this was happening, and is working with investigators right now.
B
Okay, so there you have it.
C
Well, I just want to address one thing about Trump. You know, there's character assassinations, which we see online every single day, every single second, and then there's actual assassinations where you murder somebody in cold blood. There's two people in the world right now in America who are very familiar what's going on here. One is Donald Trump, because let's be real here. If Trump didn't move to the left and look at that graph, we would have a president or a former president whose face got shot off in the middle of public, just like what happened with Charlie Kirk. So if there's somebody that knows a thing or two of what Charlie has dealt with or Charlie's family has dealt with, it's Trump. The second person. I just want to just give so much credit and just a massive outpouring of affection to Charlie's wife, Erica. The speech she gave, if you didn't see this speech, it. It'll make you tremble. She said the cries of this widow will echo through the world like a battle cry. You tell me you don't want to have a wife like that that has your back. It is infectious how much she cares and how much he believes in what Charlie's mission was. It's insane. So I just want to take a. A second for that.
B
And because we had the whole family sitting there watching this, and the way she looked at the camera, and a small little story. She says, go ducks. You know, all the little things. It was as if. Honestly, it seemed like as if it was her doing a broadcast for only one person and he was watching and it's him. That's what it felt like. It didn't feel like she was talking to us. It felt like he's watching from the heaven saying, babe, I'm talking to you.
D
And what.
B
What a. What a moment.
D
And in that moment, like when it happened, I kept telling Tom, too. I go, what is? What is? Because it was the next day. I go, what is Erica's next day like? Kids, family, media. And that her being able to speak, bro, Shows God will never give you anything that you can't handle. And she was living proof of it.
B
Yeah.
D
God bless her.
B
Yeah.
A
Let's.
B
Let's go to a couple other stories here. So here's now, people, you know how I keep saying you have to lower the temperature asap? Here's what's happening. If you don't. Okay, One, you got Nick Fuentes says his followers framed in Charlie Crook shooting. So what is a groiper? That's one story, right? Then you have another story that's coming up that talks about the number of words with Israel. I don't know what page that's on, Rob. 10,000 words. 10,000, Adam, that was one of the stories that you chose.
C
10,000 conspiracy theories.
B
Yeah. What page is that?
C
Page five.
B
Okay, page five. So let me read both of them. So over one. Over 10,000 posts. Oh, that's Nick Fuentes. Okay. My followers and I are currently being framed for the murder of Charlie Kirk by the mainstream media bias based on literally zero evidence. After the left gunned him down, they celebrated and justified it. They said I was next. Now they're blaming me. These people are evil. What is that, Rob? What is a groiper? Like? Oh, that's.
A
That's a Google trend search of how many people were searching the term groiper.
B
Because that's his following. That's what they call like. Okay, got it. So then you have this other story here of over 10,000 posts. Tied Charlie Kirk's murder to Israel as conspiracy theories explode online ADL report. Let me see this one here. Anti Semitic conspiracy theory. Is there a video on this one, Rob? Because.
A
So it's just a montage of different videos that people are highlighting about.
B
This one was everywhere, by the way, a bunch of people texted me asking, is this real or not? Bunch of people. And I'm talking big names.
D
Yes.
B
A bunch of people like, is this. Did they really take this video down? This was the moment, Rob, if you Want to play this clip? This was on our podcast. This is October 8th, October 10th. I mean it's like literally a day after or two days after. Go and play this clip. Rob.
D
I've been Israel many times. The whole country's a fortress. When I first heard this story, I still had the same gut instinct that I did initially. I find this very hard to believe. I've been to that Gaza border. You cannot go 10ft without running into a 19 year old with an AR15 or an automatic machine gun. That is an IDF soldier. Right. The whole country is surveilled. And so let me just kind of go through this. We don't talk about Israeli politics very often and most Americans don't know this. The last nine months Israel was on the brink of civil war. It's not an exaggeration, this judicial stuff. There were hundreds of thousands of Israelis taking to the streets because Bibi Netanyahu was basically redefining the Israeli constitution. That's not an exaggeration. Right. He said the judicial branch has too much power. There were protests planned this week against Netanyahu where they anticipated tens of thousands of people to take to the streets. That's all gone. Patrick Netanyahu now has an emergency government and a mandate to lead. I'm not, I'm not willing to say, to go so far that saying that Netanyahu knew or there was intelligence here, but I think some questions need to be asked.
B
Okay, pause it right now. Was that unfair? I think that's a very fair assessment, what he's asking. Right? Let me read this to you. Anti Semitic conspiracy theories have exploded on social media in the aftermath of Charlie Crook's killing with thousands of posts blaming the assassination on Israel, according to an Anti Defamation League report on Friday. Since the 31 year old Conservative activist brutal killing on Wednesday, there have been over 10,000 posts on next alone linking it to Israel. The report said Kirk, co founder of Turning Point USA conservative organization, became a major political figure for young. Okay, so these are, these are stories. You got two of them, right? The one story is groipers guys are posting saying Nick criticized Charlie Kirk a month ago and now he's speaking positively about him and then the other one saying no, this is Israel. And all the blame that they're putting because of that clip of him on our podcast saying he called that Israel and because of that he was taken out. Adam, your thoughts on this story here?
C
Well, let me just say this. Israel has no greater ally than Charlie Kirk. As far as someone who is Christian, American and Defends Israel. Now, you have to understand he's not blindly following the Bibi Netanyahu doctrine and Israel can do no wrong. He will criticize Israel's government just like he'll criticize the American government. That's what gets lost in the shuffle here. Just because you criticize a government doesn't mean you don't believe in the country or the people. We criticize the American government all the time. You'd be hard pressed to find a group of patriots that love America more than the people in this room. So just because you criticize somebody doesn't mean that you are not on their side. So as far as the conspiracy theories that have just popped up out of nowhere, let me just tell you, I don't think Nick Fuentes had anything to do with this whatsoever. And now he feels like what? He understands what it feels like to be Jewish in this world. And everything goes to what I would call the little boy that cried Israel. So, you know, the Internet goes out. Oh, it's probably Mossad.
B
Your.
C
Your favorite team loses the game. Here's something that, that came up online. Pop said Israel rigged his team to lose. Sorry, bro. Your team just lost the game. Your girlfriend breaks up with you. Sorry, bro, it wasn't Israel. If you want to look for the easiest low hanging explanation, just blame Israel. We've seen it time and time again. It's perfectly okay to criticize Netanyahu and Israel and the government actions. Where you get into hot water is when you start blaming everything on the Jews. Do better.
B
Okay, Adam. I'm sorry, Vinny.
D
Yeah, no, I. And here's the thing, and you guys know I criticize everybody from our government with Bush, when I was in during September 11th and all. The question, mind you, Charlie's assassination literally overshot nobody. Even we did at the event. But it's as if 9, 11, the flags were half mask. But I mean, still the unanswered questions with that. But when it comes to the Israel thing, like when people just shout out, and my point being, I'm critical of Israel, I'm critical of everybody. But for the people that are just blaming Israel. Okay, how. Tell me, like instead of just going out there going, yeah, they're behind it. How do they do it? So you mean to tell me Israel got to Tyler, who's in the trans boyfriend, whatever, and made him talk them into going on a roof and shooting Charlie, jumping off the roof and running and hiding, even though all the backstory with the father and all that. When I think it's Getting lazy to where you're just gonna shoot out Israel? Give me facts. And by the way, I'll go with you. I'm one of the. How many times have I talked about October 7th saying, Listen, give me the answers. You guys mean to tell me that area. Was there a stand down order? What. What happened? I still remember. Who was it? John Kirby was like, now's not the time. Okay, when is the time? Put that aside. Give me the plan of how Israel got to this guy who's obviously messed up in the head with his trans boyfriend and did it. Don't just shoot it out. Give me facts and then I'll listen to your argument. If not, it's weak, period.
B
Yeah. So, Rob, is this the clip between August and September, why they're blaming Nick? Go ahead and play this clip.
A
We had our disagreements.
D
Where we did agree is that he.
A
Would go to these college campuses and proclaim the name of Jesus Christ. And ultimately that is why he was killed. The gunmen that killed him, they hated.
D
Him because of his defense of Christian morality.
A
Charlie Kirk cannot call himself a Christian anymore.
D
Sorry, you forfeited that. I do not want to hear. And you cannot allow Charlie Kirk to.
A
Go to one more public event. One more question and answer one more. Ask me anything without being protested, without being shouted down, without being interrogated about this. This guy goes around from campus to campus in the most artificial and phony and fake way talking about, oh, God, God made me very blessed that I control $500 million. Oh, I'm so blessed. I'm so rich and I'm so blessed to know God's been so good to me.
D
I'm such a Christian. Oh, the Lord, I.
A
The Lord gave me the Sabbath. I take Saturday off. You sit there and call yourself a Christian and then you make excuses.
B
So to me, this is. I don't think he had anything to do with it. I don't think Israel had anything to do with it. I don't think. Make the argument. I'm very open to it. I don't think. I think this kid has mental issues. But I do think it could be a reflection of words that was said. I do think it could be a reflection of things that were said. Now, I will tell you one part of this that makes me very uncomfortable. Okay, let me, let me go and find this story, Rob, if you can find it from Musk. Musk had a tweet that said of a guy that said, you know, they're not doing this. You have to find it. It has to do with something with calling you a Nazi and a fascist, okay? If you find that quote, that's exactly the quote. That to me explains what's going on. Because if you keep calling these people fascists and Hitlers and Nazis and all this other stuff, that is your way of putting the target on their back to getting them to get killed. That's what you do, okay? When you put these types of words. There's a retweet that he did. I can't find it right now. I wish I could find it of what they're saying and what they're doing with it. But you know what makes it kind of weird? Rob, I just sent you a tweet. This is what makes it weird, okay? That I myself, a guy that doesn't believe Israel is behind it, A guy that doesn't believe Fuentes is behind it. I don't believe that's the case. I. I'm not comfortable with that. Rav, you can pull up this tweet that I just sent you as much as I'm not comfortable with that Marco Rubio goes to Israel at this time and they push a bill to strip passports over Israel. Criticism. Why? And by the way, remember, I'm not a guy. That's. What do you mean? US Lawmakers push bill to strip passports over Israel criticism. No bill. Congress let's. Senator Rubio revoke US password in order to criticize Israel. This intercept report proposal came. Comes after Rubio already revoked visas and green cards of foreign national. I understand that. Including a Turkish student who wrote an op ed. I get that. The Turkish student. It was a little bit deeper than that. The bill cites material supports for terrorism, but critics warned this vague language could be twisted, punished speech, protests, or even journalism. To me, this. This is when it's great for me. This is when it's great for me. This is when it gets a little bit too much for me. When I cannot criticize. Don't get me wrong. Remember what I said earlier? If you celebrated a person getting assassinated, you should get fired cuz you're not fully mentally there. No. By the way, if anybody here, anybody here celebrates a person getting murdered who is on the left or right, a person like a Charlie Kirk. I don't even want to give the names to make a comparison because that, to me, words have so much power that I just think opposite sideshow. If anybody here that works around me celebrates the assassination on anybody, I don't want you around me. I'm telling you this myself. I don't want you around me. You know Our kids in school, you hear, my kids are some around some other kids that you go into these. Like, I had to go in the morning, one of my kids had a. What do you call it? Sporting event I had to go to early in the morning, six o' clock in the morning, right after the vault. And then my other kid had another sporting thing I had to go to at 12 o'.
C
Clock.
B
Two different cities that I had to go to. And I go there and I see how kids are talking. And, you know, one of the kids is talking in a certain way, dropping the N word. And he's a white guy. I'm like, listen, guys, let me simplify something for you. Take all the papa you've ever gone in your life and you don't want to see what will happen if you use language like this. We don't use language like this. I don't like language like that. This is me. You don't have to like it. Well, that's not freedom of speech. No, words have power. Stop dropping words as if they don't have power. They do. So my only issue and the timing of this is, is it just that? Because I actually like what Whitlock said. I want to give Whitlock some credit. Rob, I got a video there about Whitlock. I don't know if you pulled that one up. And here's what Whitlock said. This is why Charlie Kirk was different. He says, hey, a lot of people are saying they're going to continue to mantle. Vinnie, you may want to look at this one here. And he says the following. Go ahead. I think this is a very good breakdown. You can tell it by his eyes. The guy hasn't slept for days. Go ahead and play the clip.
D
When I hear people say, hey, I'm gonna go out and pick up Charlie Kirk's bloodstained microphone and continue what he's doing. Well, that sounds like someone. Ben Shapiro is saying he's gonna hit college campuses and proclaim Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. If you're not going to do that.
B
You'Re not picking up Charlie Kirk's mic.
D
You're picking up your mic. Charlie's mic proclaimed and professed the name of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. And that's what we all need to be doing.
B
And I'm with that. I am, too, by the way. I love that Ben is willing to do it. Do you believe Ben is serious when he says he's going to go out there and do it?
D
Oh, for sure, for sure.
B
He's going to do it. And do you think Ben is a guy that's capable of doing this? He's one of the OG guys, of course, that used to do this kind of stuff. That's right. So these guys, him, Crowder, all these guys, they know how to do this. But to me, it's a little bit suspect when you go in there, and then all of a sudden, it's this. And Bibi's constantly tweeting about the relationship with you and Charlie. Kurt got it one time. I get it, too. It's just, leave it alone. You're bringing too much attention to it. Okay. Privately, once, totally get it. Move on. I just think you're bringing negative attention to it at a time like this to show that. So for me, as I'm hearing stories like this, I don't think it's Nick. I don't think it's Israel. I think it's lazy to go after both of them. I don't all of that. But Jason's message right there. Who is going to go there? This guy was a modern day Billy Graham meets Rush Limbaugh. That's what I kept saying. I wanted him to keep flourishing. And by the way, when I'm talking to my son and he had a hard time, one night, he just said, it's been a very challenge in the last couple days for one of my kids because he was a big. He met Charlie, and you were there when he met Charlie. So to him, he's a guy. And we were talking. I said, listen, man, let me explain something to you. Sometimes in life when something happens that you have no answer to. Yeah. You literally don't have any answers to. That's when you lean on God. I said, I don't have the answer for you, buddy. I'm not God. I don't know what to tell you. I literally don't. The only answer I have for you is, let's get on our knees and pray. And we got on our knees, and it was awesome. The way he prayed, the way Dilly prayed. I prayed. It was great. Moments like this. I'm with Whitlock. I hope more guys go on the road to talk about Christianity. I recommended two books to this guy this morning that I was talking. I said, of course, set aside the Bible, Case for Christ by Lee Strobel and Mere Christianity. Go read those two books. Those are good books to start off with. Case for Christ, mere Christianity by C.S. lewis, who wrote Chronicles of Narnia. The guy was a professor at Oxford. There's a very good movie made about him. But, Adam, I think you want to say something.
C
Yeah, well, I, I, I think Christians need to step up as someone who's Jewish. You know, Jews are 0.02% of the world. We're 2% of America. We're not trying to take over anything. I would love to see Christians return back to the church. I would love to see Christians get back to Jesus. I, the people in my life that go to church, that are Christians, they're some of the best people I know. The problem we have in society is the degradation of a lack of Christianity, a lack of God, a lack of moral clarity, a lack of patriotism, wokeism and Marxism and transism and, and Islamism, and all these isms have taken the place of something that should just be Christianity. So Charlie Kirk, apparently he was coming out with this book that's already a bestseller, was called Stop in the name of God, why honoring the Sabbath will transform your life, which is about why he, on Friday nights, the Sabbath shuts down, turns everything off, and spends time with his family. So Charlie Kirk was a Christian, don't get it twisted. But he honored both books, the Old Testament, which are the five books of Moses, and the New Testament, the teachings of Jesus. So it doesn't have to be mutually exclusive. I would love to see Christians follow Charlie's lead. There's no better role model for young men than Charlie Kirk, period.
B
I agree. He's a phenomenal role model to follow, and I think it's going to continue happening as this is going on. By the way, NFL. So the first sports team, I believe, that recognized the assassination of Charlie Kirk was a great Yankees. Okay. I sent the leadership team a message, absolute respect. They stopped. President Trump showed up. He and Aaron Judge even had a moment together. Then comes the NFL and the NFL teams. It wasn't five that recognized him. Not 10, not 15, not 20, not 25. Majority of NFL teams recognized Charlie Kirk, except for five teams. Rob, go ahead and play the clip if you could. So this is the Dallas Cowboys. Okay. You're seeing Charlie Kirk up top, middle of the game. And look at the reaction. By the way, what percentage of that audience you think are conservative In Dallas? In Dallas, I would probably.
C
In a football game.
B
Nope.
C
70%, maybe.
B
I, I think you're, I don't, I don't think you've lived in Dallas long enough. You lived in a. Come on. Well, you lived in Addison. I would say it's. Now if you're saying there, I don't.
C
Know, football game on a Sunday I.
B
Would put a 60, 40. Would you agree, Tom?
A
I would completely.
B
And by the way, I don't. I don't think the 40 is like leftist. No, I just think it's pro choice people that are on the left because when you live in Dallas, you think everyone's conservative. They're not. Just so you know that they're not.
C
So especially closer you get to downtown in any city.
B
No, they're not. I mean there's some of the biggest gay communities are in Dallas, Texas. So it's not like you don't have that. So for that to take place, it was impressive to see these teams and then you had a handful of teams that didn't do it. One of them is alliance. The other one is the Ravens. The other one is the Cincinnati Bengals. That didn't do it. Yeah. And Indianapolis Colts didn't do it. And I think it's one of the Vikings. The Vikings.
D
Go figure.
A
Detroit didn't. They were influenced by their communities.
B
Yeah, I know. So. So. But what's, what's interesting, this is it.
C
Indianapolis called Cincinnati Bengals, Detroit Lions, Baltimore Ravens and then the Minnesota Vikings.
B
So when you're seeing some of these teams that don't. Some, some. Let's say three, some say that five, some say four, but I saw five majority of the places and I'm surprised some of these guys that didn't do it. But here's what Joe Burrow did. Joe Burrow's foundation removes board member over Charlie Kirk remarks okay, Joe Burrow removes his charity. That I don't even think. Rob, if you can pull up the story if you have that. I don't know if there's any kind of clips or stuff that you have, but Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow Charitable foundation has removed a member of its board of directors in response to comments the board member made following the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Ted Berry posted comments on Facebook. The Joe Burrow foundation was founded on the belief that everyone has the responsibility to do good, the group announced in a statement on Twitter. We have terminated an advisory board member that made inappropriate remarks in light. In light of the recent events and they no longer associated with the foundation. The comments. Their comments do not reflect our values and our mission. We are committed to accountability and respect for all. Rob, what is the comment that the person made said Barry in a statement of Cincinnati Inquire I regret if I caused division. That was not my intent and I hope there can be peace. There have been separate calls for Barry to resign his position on the bench which he has held since 2005. He's previously said he will retire with when his current team term ends in January of 2026. Rest in hatred and division. Ted Berry, America so divided on Charlie Coup, but I'm still open to learn more. Ted Berry, he spewed hate and division. How does he feel about gun violence and gun control and hell, now I've never seen that. The only thing that I've seen was his debates on college campuses. Ted Berry, he spewed hate, division and racism. Because of him, now many black colleges are receiving hateful bomb threats. John, I wasn't sure of all that. I guess I'm shocked and do not understand. I can't read the cameras hiding the other one. The laughing and jeering going on in the Internet today, boom, the guy got fired. So even though the Bengals didn't recognize him, Ted Berry got fired. Who was a board member on Joe Burrow's charity that he had. Adam, your thoughts on the story?
C
Well, I. The. The five teams that did not honor Charlie Kirk's legacy and take a moment of silence. What are you guys thinking? The NFL. I mean, talk about the backlash the NFL received for Colin Kaepernick and kneeling during the flag. Here's a voice for peace and a voice for America and a voice for Christendom, and you're not even going to have the. The decorum to honor him. I mean, where are we at in society that you think that is going to be controversial? Just like with TMZ with Harvey Levin. Do you not think that people are going to start asking questions, being like, what was going on in the back there with that car chase? Buddy, let's. Let's see some receipts. Your tmz, I'm sure there's cameras everywhere. And then anybody that saw the video realized now this has nothing to do with the car chase. So perfect. You see, you see the signs in the NFL? End zones. Exactly. End racism. Stop the hate. How about doing your part to acknowledge the fact that this guy was not a racist. This was somebody that loved all types of people. If you haven't seen Charlie Kirbs clips talking to gay people, talking to trans people, trying to embrace them and say, listen, I feel for you. Then you're looking at the wrong messages. My mom this weekend, she goes, what should I know about Charlie Kirk? I said, tell me what you've heard about Charlie Kirk. She goes, well, I've seen things online that he's a very nice guy. But then my friend said that he said not nice things about Black women. I said, show me where she goes, oh, maybe it was about Michelle Obama. I said, show me the clip, Mom. She goes, no, maybe just a friend who told me something about something. And I proceeded to send my mom, who I love, and she's like the sweetest person, literally 50 clips of Charlie Kirk and what he stood for. And she's like, honey, I had no idea. So the problem is this, is that people that see one clip, they just completely go down the rabbit hole of what they think this person is. So I don't understand why these NFL teams did not choose. Five NFL teams choose to show love to Charlie. But these five NFL teams have explaining to do.
B
Tom, what do you think?
A
Well, Minnesota is catering to its hyper liberal constituents there. Detroit is catering to its high Muslim influence there. And they were. Both those teams were scared to do anything, in my opinion. It really seems so they wouldn't come to the microphone, wouldn't talk about it. So in my opinion, Tom's opinion, seeing all that is pretty easy to make an assumption there. It's an assumption Baltimore, you know, yeah, that's going to be a little touchy. There's race relations back and forth there and you look at Indian Cincy, I don't understand. Is that just the position of the ownership? But this is terrible. Could five teams have opted out of the BLM moment of silence?
D
Absolutely not.
A
Correct. So why does the league, you know, say, well, it's all up to you, you do it. In this case it just shows that. But guess what? The people spoke the. And, and some teams did it tremendously well. Do you see what Pittsburgh Steelers did? They lowered the flag to half mass and they had military helicopters fly over almost like it was like a head of state. And the people in Pittsburgh, it was incredibly loud in Pittsburgh when it came by.
C
Look at this.
A
Yes.
B
Trip planner by Expedia. You were made to outdo your holiday, your hammocking and your pooling. We were made to help organize the competition. Expedia made to travel.
D
Tom. That's the difference of people that love the country and that people that absolutely hate America.
A
Exactly. So that's what I look at. I look at who wants to get behind. It's, you know, they like to say, well, if you don't get behind blm, you're going to find yourself on the wrong side of history. Remember people used to say that.
D
Yeah. Well, guessing the black squares, they're on the right.
A
That's what I think, Pat. I think they're going to look back and they're on the wrong side of history and they're going to regret this.
B
By the way, if you're watching this and you love USA and you love Charlie Kirk, go to vtmerch.com place any order of the US merge. 100% of the gross revenue, not gross profits. Anything you buy, meaning you buy thousand hats. $35,000. $35,000 is going to be sent to Turning Point USA and Charlie Kirk. Anything you buy with USA on it right there on this specific area. A hundred percent of proceeds are going to go to Turning Point USA and Charlie Crooks family. So go to vtmerch.com it's on the homepage right now to place your order. Orders are coming to left and right. I freaking love the amount of support that's coming out both for USA as well as Charlie Kirk. Love you guys. Respect you guys. Like you wouldn't even know. I absolutely love it. All right, let's continue with this TMZ Friday. We show the clips. No, no, it wasn't. I talked to my crew. They were reacting to a car chase. We show the car chase. There was nothing to react to. The seconds didn't match up. There was nothing wild about it. We called them out. And I gave credit to Harvey, saying Harvey gives me the vibes that he's a reasonable, fair guy. And also Charles, his partner, I've watched Charles over the years, gives me the vibe that is a reasonable, fair guy. Okay? So now while all this stuff is going on, I don't know what's happened there. Internal employees reached out to me. I have their screenshots. They've told me, please don't mention my name. Internal employees have reached out. Previous employees have reached out saying there is very high chance that they did celebrate the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Previous employees who were at tmz, by the way, let me put it to you this way. I have a lot of previous employees that probably don't like some of the things I stood for. They're on the complete opposite side. Trust me. I had them in my insurance company and I have them here politically. My God, I can't believe Trump this. I can't believe Trump that. Let me tell you up on the inside, if you say anything with this, this, this and that. Okay, great. So we understand those things. Those things. There's a difference between saying who you're going to vote for, saying who you support, sharing your political philosophies, capitalism, and then celebrating the assassination of somebody. Rob, last night, one of my contacts reaches out to me. Guy, I've known Many years. And all of you here knows who he is. He's in la. Don't say the name Adam and drop a name. All of a sudden, do your thing. So this guy calls me last night, he says, hey, Pat, I think it's a good idea you talk to those guys. I said, get a hold of him. I'm gonna talk to them right now. Great. Multiple guys from Hollywood. You guys also know who they are, saying they would do something like that. All this other stuff. I'm give innocent until proven guilty. Innocent until proven guilty, right. I tried to talk to Charles last night. If he wants to talk to me, brother, this is not like, who's a celebrity, who's famous. You don't want to talk, you don't have to talk. I'm going to keep talking because I believe you guys were in the wrong. And if you have an employee there or employees that celebrates the victory. I can't believe Charlie's dead. You're celebrating that. Those people need to be held accountable. Charles. Harvey, if there's any business in the world that has zero credibility right here to say you don't have the footage, it's you. There's only one business in the world that we all know that has cameras everywhere in their office, and it's you. It's your business model. There's only one business. It's not CBS. They don't have cameras everywhere. It's not ABC, they don't have cameras everywhere. It'S not NBC. They don't have cameras there. It's T, M, Z. You have the receipts. And now the reason why you may not want to do it is because this is a person that's been with you for a long time that's got a very important job. And you don't want them to get fired because you really need their job. It's your credibility or you're not doing anything about it. This is their area. By the way, Rob, cameras where? Keep going.
D
Rob will go up everywhere.
B
Where? Go up a little bit. Everywhere there is cameras.
D
That's the room.
B
Every single place, there are cameras. Everywhere there are cameras. At least if a Dave Portnoy had one of their guys say some stupid Dave has the audacity to make a tough decision. You don't have to like Dave or love Dave or hate Dave, whatever you are, there Dave has the brass to make some decisions. All I'm asking you is what are you guys going to do? Maybe come out and say that did happen, but we're not going to fire this person. I Respect your decision. You're the CEO. You get to make that decision. And I'll be able to criticize you and say, you know what? Look, I wouldn't have done that. But I get what you guys are doing. In a situation like this where your people are messaging, your own people are met, they're afraid to tell you anything, your own people are messaging on the inside saying, man, yeah, I don't want to say anything because I know I'm going to get in trouble myself. Are you guys going to come out and say anything? I tried to get a hold of you last night because I didn't want to do it this morning. I wanted to give an update this morning, but I reached out to you, my contact. Did you know who did? And then you pushed him off. A guy you'd known for 12, 13 years. And you pushed him off and he said, no, no, no, no, no. If he wants to speak to me, have him go through my, you know, what did you call him? Have him go through my publicist. Publicist or something like that. You know, the publicist, guy named Casey. That's who he needs to go through. Are you serious, bro? You're not have an easier time getting hold of billionaires and celebrities and athletes than you. Who are we? I'm a regular guy. You're a regular guy? What do you mean? If you want to get a hold of me, I'm a big shot and you're a good guy. My vibe of user. You're a good guy. I don't have a vibe. That's a bad guy of you. I think you're a good guy. I think you're a good actor. Both of you. I have good feelings about you. Just call the shot and say you screwed up. That's all you got to do and show some leadership. That's all it is. I'm not here to back shot. I don't want to hurt your business. I think you're necessary. I want you to stick around. I don't want you to go out there and go out of business. And now I want you to stick around because I think that model citizen journalism is necessary. You guys are everywhere. We need tmz, but if you screwed up, take it. I'm saying, you know what, guys, we effed up. Did you see how many views the clips got? Did you see what happened on X? Did you see how many comments you got? Did you see how many times? Where's the story? Right here. What does it say? Story with TMZ rap? What's it say here there's a story TMZ's ex Twitter inundated with demands for firing after staff heard cheering during news of Charlie Crook's assassination. F you, you're done. You want to. You want to keep doing this. This is not going away. Harvey and Charles, we'll move on. Others will not. You ready? TMZ is being called out by fans and followers who believe in the news outlet. Staffers were laughing and cheering in the background livestream when Turning Point USA founder Charlie was assigned on Wednesday. TMZ Harvey Levin denied the accusations but fans are not satisfied the explanation by cheers and laughter on air incident courts like this is not going away. Ok, play the clip again just to show it. Play the clip again. Rob, if you can show not that clip, the clip of them laughing. We have the clip. Just play it again. I don't think it's a clip that's going to go away anytime soon. And the biggest thing that is so embarrassing with them doing it, this is what they're in the business of. What? Gotcha. Yeah, gotcha. Take the ultimate accountability. Yeah. We effed up and we've made a decision to move on. If you have the clip, Rob.
C
I do.
B
I know you have it everywhere.
C
Just pat. Which one's Charles? Is he the one who's always standing next to Harvey Levin?
B
The black guy with the likable African American guy? He's the African American image of him. Rob, why are you looking so hard? Rob, you showed the clip on Friday. You have the clip. It's a clip of them standing there. Yeah, it's a clip of them standing right next to it. You have the clip and I texted you the clip. Here, let me just send it to you again. You have the clip. If we go to.
C
Here we go.
D
There we go.
B
That's it. That's the one right there. Thank you. Go for it.
A
Guess is we're gonna see an image.
B
Of this guy possibly in the next 20 minutes. The news conference is scheduled for 3 o' clock and Utah time, which is 2. 2 o' clock Pacific, 5 o' clock Eastern. Janet, go.
D
Back a little bit.
B
How many people are doing that?
D
Five people.
B
Does this sound like one? But can you.
D
Can you do me favor?
B
Do me a favor, Rob, can you run a poll? How many does it sound like is clapping?
D
1. Hold on.
B
2 to 3, 4 to 5? 5 plus. Can you run a poll? Let me. Let me have Rob run the poll and I'm going to play the audio. I just want to know an audience. I want you to Listen to it, and I want you to vote, okay? I want you to vote. If you listen to it right now at work, whatever. The last poll got 10, 15,000 votes. I actually want you to vote. I want to know what you think it is. Okay? Let's all do it together.
C
Okay?
B
Just stop what you're doing and just pay close attention. You tell us how many people you think are cheering on Rob. Let me know once the poll is out. Up. It's up. Okay, go for it. Play the clip again. Janet.
A
Go.
B
Go, go to go back again. Have some. Do it three times Eastern. Janet.
A
Go.
B
Go, go to have somebody time. Rob Stern. Janet Goat. Go, go to look at. He's nervous. Have somebody look. Do it one more time, Janet. Go, go, go to have somebody look. Assassination. How many you think it was? How many think it was? Tom?
A
I think there's more than five people back there. I'm listening to that, and I hear a loud shriek in the middle. I hear support. I hear clap. You know, I, I, I cannot say it's less than four. It sounds more than that.
D
Up to five. I would say three to five.
B
Rob, what does it sound like to you? Rob?
A
I, I'm, I agree with Vinnie.
C
Three to five, Vinnie.
B
Adam, where are you at?
C
To me, it sounds like there's five to 10 people clapping. But to me, it's more than that. It's. They didn't do it in secret. They did it out loud. As if the entire organization would feel that way. To me, it is culture. It is culture. If they felt a certain way, if, if we have how many editors out there? 30, 40? If two, three people, they would do it in whisper. They would do it in silence. The fact that they're doing it out loud for the entire company to hear when they know that everything is on camera shows that this is a culture issue.
B
Look at that right there. 6,300 people already voted. In a minute, 50% say it's over five.
C
Yeah.
B
38% says three to five. You know what it says? 88% say it's more than three. Yes, 88%. Harvey. This is 7,000 people that just voted right now, and 88% of them are saying it's more than three. All you got to do is make the decision. This is not going to go away every single time you show clip of anybody. We're going to replay this clip every single time you show anybody and you try to get a gotcha for them every time. And by the way, trust me behind closer, you know how these guys get Revenge. Let's go find something on Pat.
D
Yeah, of course.
B
Let's go find something on these guys. Let's write an article about these guys. Watch them do, by the way, stay tuned. Ready, set, go. In the next 30, 60, 90 days. Watch what they'll do. These are professional. That's how they get revenge. It's the blackmail model. All I'm saying to you is be straight up. You know, there were people celebrating in the back, and if you want to prove to us that they weren't, you got 60 cameras in the back. Show it to us. Five cameras in the back, whatever the numbers, show it to us and we'll say, you know what, you're right. The exact camera with the car footage of what they celebrate, show to us. We will say we're sorry. We'll do right in front of you and you can play the clip and say, podcaster who claimed that I had to apologize. We will apologize. Play the gotcha. We'll give you that clip. Matter of fact, we'll edit it and we'll get on our knees and apologize and we'll make some real creative videos of apology for you. If you can show me the exact life footage of those people clapping there together about this.
C
This is going to be a credibility and an accountability issue. And then in my opinion, you said multiple times, this won't go away. This is going to be TMZ's Epstein moment. And don't be shocked if they show you the footage and one minute is missing right around 11:59 midnight. Shocker. Alert the Zap Bruder for exactly. So for somebody that. That exposes all of Hollywood's deepest, darkest secrets, I'm sure they know a million people who handle crisis management. They should probably employ every single one of them to help them in this situation. Because now the lie is becoming worse and worse and worse.
B
Well, let's move on. We'll see. Hopefully, TMZ will do the right thing. Charles Harvey, you have my number. I'm just waiting for a phone call, buddy. And if you think I'm not at your level because you're. You're celebrities. You know what I'm saying? You're famous Hollywood in la, they stop you at, like, Earth Cafe. And I go to regular places here.
D
You're at boa.
B
If you think we're not at your level, don't worry about it. Just publicly do it and make the decision. But I approached you respectfully and this is how you handled it. I'm a very fair, respectful guy. I came to you respectfully all I wanted to hear from you is because the way the audience reacted. Tom, you wouldn't say something.
A
No, I thank you for what you said that. Completely agree with that. And until they come to the microphone, TMZ now means Truth Missing Zone.
B
Yeah.
C
Oh, Tom came with the receipts.
B
When it comes down to them, we go. When it comes down to them. Okay. When it comes down to them. All right, I'm gonna read this next story. I don't know how you guys are gonna react to this or not, but Cuomo said something about Musk, Right. Because of what Musk was saying. And then the market reacts to it. I just want to get a fair assessment because everybody man acted me and messaged me. Pat, this is your guy. What do you think about what he had to say? What do you think about what he had to say? This is what Chris had to say about Elon Musk. And, Rob, go ahead and play the clip. Can't hear it. Rob. World, who controls the most powerful platform in our media rights, that the left.
C
Is the party of murder and then decides.
B
Elon Musk.
D
I'm talking about this.
B
The stupidest genius I've ever been around. And, no, I'm not going to excuse it, because he's autistic.
D
I know a lot of.
B
I have a lot of autistic people in my life. They are not all morally bankrupt, okay? They. They don't all say the stupidest thing.
D
At the worst time, all right?
B
I don't know what it's about with.
D
Him, and I don't give a.
B
To be honest, he is.
D
He is, in my opinion, exhausted his usefulness. Now, does that mean he should be murdered? No, because that's not how I see the value of human life.
B
But would I be surprised?
D
No, I wouldn't be surprised if it's me.
B
I mean, that's where we are. It's who we are. That's who we are. But when he can write, the left.
C
Is a party of this.
B
And then he goes on this thing.
D
About why black is capitalized and why white is not. The medium is the message.
B
We are about division and hate of what we oppose. Tom, Vinnie, thoughts?
C
I mean.
D
I don't know.
A
Yeah, it's. This is kind of tough.
D
Okay, so, okay, here's my question, Chris. Which side is the party of murder? Which side is murdering people? Go ahead and go. Go. I don't want to hear January 6th. I don't want to hear Pelosi with the hammer. I don't want to hear none of that. Which side Is killing. Which side? Just go ahead, give it to me. And what does your side stand for? Please give me the positive light on your side. Go ahead. And mind you, I love Chris to death, Pat. I'll spend time. I could go on a road trip with Chris and I'll have the best time of my life. But this is the same guy that during COVID you said that we are like the people. The problem, the enemy is Americans, the fellow Americans that wouldn't take a jab, that you were pushing, that your network was pushing. And people have been affected. Myocarditis, long Covid, heart attack, stroke. What? Go ahead. I was at the. I did a show, Pat, my Syrian show at the Syrian convention. And this lady who was praising what valuetainment does, was praising Pat, who's an Assyrian, that said she even knew you from California. Her son comes to take a photo with me and this side of his whole body. I went to shake his hand, doesn't work. And I go in the Syrian, she goes, she's getting emotional. She's like, yeah, vaccine injured. And think about it. Why do you think she was putting it in her kid? Because people like Chris were telling us, you have. You should do it or else you're the enemy.
B
Let's do this.
D
That's ridiculous. That type of. He's exhausted his use. You know what that's going to make somebody say, then let me shoot his ass, too. Let me shoot Elon Musk. Because he's exhausted what he's worth.
B
And that's.
D
Come on.
B
That's the reaction.
D
That's ridiculous for him to even say something. Oh, yeah, me too. Don't. Don't play that stupid game. Because those little dog whistles, those little fascist Nazis. That's us, by the way, that list. We're on that list that you're talking about and saying that stupid. It drives me crazy, bro. Enough, Tom, enough.
A
Yeah, Chris wasn't in the studio. We know Chris. Chris has been here. Everybody knows. And he was being off the cuff and he was sitting there at home, backdrop, whatever it was, I'm assuming, and had some thoughts on his mind, wanted to say. And obviously he had a little bit of irkedness in his voice about specifically Elon Musk. He talked about autism, he talked about usefulness. But when you say, you know, somebody does something, wouldn't be surprising. And then he's got a soft qualifier in there. It could be me. I think you just got to sit back and go, wait a minute. What part of that is going to clip up? What Part of that's really going to show up. And you are a visible commentator and you have a soapbox of credibility. And the statements that he made at the political convention about were great and people put credence in that. And so you got a responsibility. If you're home and you're upset with something you saw Elon Musk saying, you don't really like it, and your brother's back in the arena again and you feel like the liberals and Democrats are being attacked by Elon Musk and it pissed you off, or your brother said to you, you know, why don't you say something? We don't know what led to that, but he was sitting there in a T shirt at home. He wasn't all done up for the camera and he's saying it. And I just think you got to sit back and say, do I post this? How many athletes and people have kind of, kind of done it? And I just think that's what it feels to me, an off the cuff thing that if you look back at it again, you mean, how many times do we get upset here? What does Pat talk to us about? Show me what you're thinking. And we show things to each other and say, you know what, you may want to soften that up because in the moment of emotion, it could come out this way, it could come off that way. This isn't reality programming. We don't sit here and re edit everything for perfection. And we allow emotions to go out, but we also recognize that when you're emotional, when something's up, that maybe you should do it. And I think that should have been reflected on and edited. It looks like off the cuff at home. And I can't do that.
B
I don't worry.
C
I'm actually with Cuomo on this. The partially so Elon Musk says that the left is the party of murder. He's kind of not wrong. Chris Cuomo says that Elon Musk is the stupidest genius and he's not going to blame it on the fact that he's on the spectrum, what have you. That's also a factor here as well. You know, follow the money here. The Elon Musk has basically decided that he is going to go full on to the right. Now, what happened to the third party that Elon was going to do? I don't think anything actually came of that. I've heard no news of anything that he's going to do a third party. So meaning to me that Elon has conceded the fact that he's going to stay on the right and he's going to villainize the left. You know, he showed up at the Tommy Robinson event, by the way. I would too, if I was in the uk. But here's what the Tesla chair had to say about Musk political engagement. It's up to him. Tesla board chair Robin Denholm dismissed concerns that Elon Musk's political activity has hurt the performance of the electric vehicle maker. From a policy perspective, obviously we're a democracy, so everybody gets to voice their points of view.
B
So.
C
Tesla also reported a 13% drop in global auto deliveries in Q2. Here's the deal. Elon Musk can say literally whatever he wants to say. He helped save free speech with Twitter X. At the same time, he's going to alienate almost half the world by basically saying what he's saying. So is Chris wrong? Is Elon wrong? Maybe a little bit. The truth is somewhere in the middle here, I think that Elon should tamper down a little bit because his words have massive, massive, massive power. But also Chris Cuomo, he's got a voice and he needs to do better as well in this capacity.
B
Yeah. He just posted something 29 minutes ago that Tesla is up $69 to $420. Which, you know, he likes that 420 number of where it's at. Yeah, I don't know. To me, this is kind of where I'm at. You know, I'm trying to. The role I'm going to play in this is purely words. That's all it is. Words have consequences. They always have, they always will. They're not going away. You want to improve a relationship, use better words. You want to incite violence, you know what words to use. You want people to get angry, you know what words to use. You want to find a way to show reason, you know what words to use. I just think there's better choices of words to use to lower the temperature. And if you're outcome is virality, you got it. If your outcome is shock jock, you got it. If your outcome is to lower the temperature, you didn't. Now there's a target on his back. And by the way, whether Chris said it or not, the target's always been on Elon's back. Elon's had a target on his back from the day he decided to support Trump, when Trump was assassination attempt and he said this is one of the most exciting moments to see. I don't know, there was a tweet that he put it with Trump's arm being up Rob, you know which one I'm talking about, right? That he had something that he said on the date of assassination. I just think we have to use better words because some people take things literally and they won't stop doing that anytime soon.
D
And Pat, did you see that chart that. That Elon. Tom showed me this chart? Tom, you want to say what this.
A
Chart, Colin Wright publishes this and then Elon. Elon reposted it with like a one word support for it. But it just shows how the. The little chart shows.
D
He messaged it to you.
A
A little man standing there and how the political spectrum is moving around you. And the man doesn't move, but the left gets far to the left. The right basically stays where it is. It's something we talked about last week and appears to be. This is Elon Musk said he was in support of that. And this reflected where he was.
D
Look at that.
A
So you got the little guy in the center, but everything's moving, but the little guy stays put.
D
What a great. What a great simple chart, like the.
A
Center point where the progressive left, the party of peace, is now shooting back at the center. You bigots.
D
Yeah. And shooting and killing people. And it's like, that is the perfect, most simplistic example of what is happening. They lost people like Elon. They lost people like Rogan. They lost Tulsi Gabbard. They lost rfk. It's like, come on, man. And it is that side. And by not saying that the other side doesn't have violent people. Nobody's saying that. But go check the stats, check the stats. All this trans. All this negative. All this, as if they're taking out fashion that they think that they're doing a duty. And these little freaking dog whistles that you guys are doing. You don't think it's mad? Oh, like playing dumb.
A
Come on.
D
But you're too smart for that. They know exactly what the hell they're doing. And it drives me crazy. And then something happens and they go, no, no, I didn't mean it like that. I meant it another way.
C
So Elon Musk, he's the one that tweeted this.
D
Elon, Colin.
A
And then Elon retweeted it with like. Exactly.
C
You want to know why I know Elon is right on that? Because that's literally me.
D
You're the little guy.
A
If you guys show that picture one more time.
C
So, no, Tom, that's not funny. Tom, again, that's literally me. I was probably center left in 2008. JFK, Democrat, Clinton, Democrat voted for Obama. And now I'm wearing an American flag pin and people just associate me with maga. Because if you're a Democrat at this point and you're on the left, there's a large portion of them that hate America. And if you're just normal, whether you're a rfk, whether you're a Tulsi, whether you're a Joe Rogan, whether you're Elon Musk, whether you're the guys from the all in podcast, you saw what was going on here the last five years and you said, I can't be anywhere near associated with the demonic, possessed, progressive side of the left. So, you know, the right will say God bless America. The left will say, free Palestine. Pick your poison.
B
Yeah, again, lower the temperature is all I'm saying. We don't need to increase it any higher than it is today. Once it goes, you will not be able to stop it.
D
I agree.
B
Once it goes, Vinnie, I feel it.
D
I know, I know.
B
Nasty. Once it goes, you have to be very, very, very careful and trust me. And you know how there's a part of people are like, oh, my God, I have nothing to lose. You know, people who have no kids and, you know, people are like 20 years old, 18 years old, like, oh, this would be so exciting. It's not exciting. There's nothing exciting about that. You do not want to see that happen. Nobody wants to see that happen. Okay, let me get to the next story here. The next story I want to get to is I'm going to get into the China and Mexico story that's going on. So China throws fit over Mexico playing ball with Trump on trade, which, by the way, for Trump to get Mexico to play ball with him on this, it's very interesting, very interesting because one minute she acts tough, we won't do this. And you know, she says what she says about Trump and then all of a sudden, 24 hours later, she does exactly what Trump wants him to do. China's lashing out at Mexico for considering tariffs on Chinese goods that would align more closely with Trump trade agenda, Bloomberg reported Friday. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce said Mexico should think twice before imposing a plan 50% tariff on cars and other products made by China, according to Bloomberg Translation of ministry announcement on Thursday. The Chinese government also seemed to imply that Mexico was merely caving to Trump's wishes and not exerting an independent trade policy. Any unilateral tariff increased by Mexico, even within the framework of the WTO rules would be seen as appeasement and compromise toward Unilateral bullying, the statement read. According to Bloomberg. Where we urge the Mexico side to exercise extreme caution and consider carefully before taking any action. Mexican President Claudio Schaumbaum insisted the move was to protect domestic industry and did not seek to steer tensions between China and Mexico. According to Bloomberg, Trump has heavily employed tariffs in order to protect the US Industries with China being one of Washington's main targets. Tom.
A
So look, Mexico is an important trading partner with the United States. And you take a look, we've seen all the charts of how much it's increased over the last 10 years. And China is in there trying to disrupt the US economically. They played a long game. They're also wanted to be big in EVs and BYD, which is the second largest now, the largest, I think, on volume EV maker in the world is a Chinese company. And they have all their EVs that are named after, I think, like oceans or birds or whatever it is. But they had this giant factory that was in Mexico, and Trump starts rattling the saber and all of a sudden they're like, okay, we're gonna postpone that. And then China's trying to bring imports into China, then into Mexico, and then Mexico and the US and now Trump's like, no, no, no, no, no, we're going to make a deal here. I'm going to make a deal with Mexico. I'm not going to do this. And China flips out because they want to have that BYD factory. They're playing a long game. They want that factory right here in our back door. So you could just ship the cars right across. Now, if I was China and I was thinking about my auto industry, I would think that way. I would say, hey, we could get. Can we get labor and land and everything and build the cars in Mexico and then ship them across? Yeah, let's do that. And then guess what? That'll get after Tesla, that'll get after General Motors, that'll get after four. They'll get after all of them. What a great idea. Then all everything else. And by the way, there's also a dark side. The fentanyl coming through Mexico to United States is Chinese fentanyl. Vast majority of it.
D
The majority, right.
A
Yeah. The DEA says it. You know, I'm not gonna. I'm saying majority. I'm not gonna say numbers because I don't have the receipts and the numbers in front of me. But the dea, you know, and the ATF are saying that it's me, that it is Chinese fentanyl coming through Mexico here So there's a lot of other things that Mexico doesn't. And look carefully. China says we urge the Mexican side to exercise extreme caution and consider carefully before taking any actions. You know what that is? That's a threat. That's a threat. Yeah. And so now the question comes up. Is it fair questions to ask? Has China meddled in the political structure down there? Has title China encouraged any of these, you know, interferences with campaigns? When I say interferences with campaigns, I'm meaning sometimes people stop campaigning, getting beheaded, go ahead shortly after their heart stops. And so China throwing a fit, it's because they've got a big time play, and they got many moves that were coming through Mexico. And this is just the beginning. I'm going to come over your border here, and I'm going to knock out some of these drug lords. I'm also going to influence the trade. And. And China is like, whoa, the louder China yells, the more, you know it matters to them. They play poker pretty good. But when the US does maneuvers around Taiwan two years ago and China flipped out, I'd be careful there. What. What are you doing? Oh, we're just doing a little show of force that we could sail right over here and help our. Our friend Taiwan. And they're like, hang on. You stay out of. That's it. That's me. That's historically our DNA. You.
B
You don't.
A
You don't mess around with this. You leave us alone. The more you get a hard reaction out of China, not the diplomatic one, means you know that you've hit the nerve and you've stepped on the toe.
B
Adam.
C
Yeah, I mean, I'm following this right here. Do you know that the United States is the number one trading partner? Our number one trading partner is Mexico. So there's a lot going on here in geopolitics, and the dominoes are sort of falling right here. So it's a domino effect of geopolitics. So Taiwan, that side of the world, Mexico, our side of the world. South Korea, that side of the world. The Panama Canal. I know that's something that you feel very strongly about that side of the world right there. Mexico being our number one trading partner. But then they also. They're the number one buyer. China. Sorry. That Mexico is the number one buyer of Chinese cars. Also. These numbers that are being signed that. Do you know that the WTO says there's a. The maximum you can possibly put a tariff on is 50%? I'm learning all these things here, but we're gonna. We're gonna. Basically that's not easy to understand how this will all play out. I'm following the story for the first time here. I had no idea that China, Mexico was the number one buyer of Chinese vehicles. But. And a lot of times they get through tariffs because of the US tma. You know, if you. Mexico has free. You can. Mexico can bring American cars into United States. So China will ship cars to Mexico to bypass the tariffs. There's a lot of jocking for position here. What is it called?
B
Hafusan.
C
Okay, so there's a lot going on here and I understand completely why China wants to control Mexico. I would hope that we can control our own backyard or our southern border to deal with China's ascendance in the world.
D
Just from. Just from Tom. Making this point of. This doesn't have to do with the actual. The deal with what they're doing in Mexico. But China, we always talk about them. They literally get away with everything. And they're not the adversary, they're our enemy. How many deaths each year happen from fentanyl in the United States? I looked it up like just in 2024, there was 49,000, 48,422. How much of that is coming from China, Tom? How much, how much have you had to guess?
A
I don't have the numbers.
D
But if you had the.
A
But I think it was the vast majority of the fentanyl in Mexico was traced to China.
D
So bad. Let's say that's coming in. Americans are dying. I'll drop it to let's say 38,000Americans are dying from China, okay? They're killing us with the trade. They unleashed Covid on everybody and killed millions of people, ruined us. That is the enemy. And everybody wants us to think it's Putin. And Putin price hike. No, it's China. How many? 48,000Americans dead every year. And the numbers keep going up. Not one bullet shot. Not one bullet is shot from China. And they are literally the enemy. They're literally the enemy. And it drives me crazy that they never get held accountable for what they do.
B
So think about. You're the president of the free world, okay? You don't have a choice but to do business with these guys. Because 53 years ago, a guy named Richard, some would call him Dick, empowered to become stronger, okay? China became stronger because of this guy when he opened up China, okay? Once China listened to the Jiaping when they had the meeting with Japan, the ping pong meeting where they open up the banks. 5,000 banks, 35 tellers 35 loan officers, 30 applications a week, 5.25 applications per year, whatever the number was massive that they're going to be able to open up small businesses. And now China is a behemoth. So if China was smaller, US Wouldn't even think about doing business with these guys. But they're not, they're bigger. You have to do business with them. Now China is playing the patient game to them. They're like, no, we got time. No, we got time. No, we got time. Now Mexico is siding with us. Good for you. Trump see things like this that just be glad to have a guy like that at the White House that's negotiating because he knows all of these games to play when negotiating. Trump is probably not going to be looking at it the way you are, the way you're looking at it with everything that China co, all that stuff that happened. And in many ways he can't, because remember, he is Project Warp speed.
D
Yeah.
B
Operation Warp Speed, you know, so it's not like he can, because remember what he kept saying? I some estimate that I saved around 100 million people's lives. Right? What he kept saying over and over again. So it would be a shift if he goes back to it. So. But I think the way they're going right now, this is looking good. I keep saying this. As long as they solve this before end of Q2, next year, summer next year is going to be a commercial for America. And I'm telling you right now, the only thing that can get in the way. Okay, can we play dark game real quick?
D
All right, let's go there.
B
Can we do that?
D
Let's go.
B
All right, you ready? Oof. Let me tell you.
D
Strap in your seat belts, check this out.
B
So imagine you're the enemy and the enemy on the other side. Here's people like us saying 2026 is going to be the greatest year in the history of America. Okay? 250 year anniversary, the next one, that's going to be a big deal. It's going to be what, 500. So no one's going to celebrate 300 or 350 or 400 the way they will 500. And then after 500 is what, 1000. Okay, so right now it's 250. Under whose watch? Trump's watch? The guy they love. Right. And on top of that, with him being there next year, okay, you got tariffs, deal gets done, economy opens up. And on top of the economy opening up and tariffs going where they're going. Rob, are you good?
A
Internet's down.
C
Just Lost the stream.
A
Whole buildings down.
C
The show just cut out. We're off.
B
Are you 100%? Because it's showing 40,000 is still there, gang. Can you come back? Can you comment and say if we're there or no? Just let us know if we're there or no.
C
Oh, we're back.
B
Are we on or no? Because it's telling me it's back.
C
We're on now, but we were off.
B
Okay, Check, check. Can you just comment and it's just saying bad audio. Are we good or no? You guys are back. Okay, let me guess.
C
It was Israel.
B
Can you do me a favor and tell me what's the last thing I said? What's the last thing I said? Because I was about to tell you what is the last thing I said? Can you just comment below? What's the last thing I said? Do you remember? What's the last thing they heard me say? What I was getting ready to say is the following.
D
Yeah, the dark. Yeah, yeah. Please let us know where Pat was. Pat. Did Pat say something about it being dark?
B
I was about to say. So imagine if you're the enemy, okay? And let's think like the enemy for a second.
D
Okay?
B
Let's go dark. What do they call it? They say, let's be the devil's advocate. Former mentor of mine used to say, let's not be. There's plenty of them out there. But we're going to be today, okay? We're going to be the devil's advocate. So think about if you had a room full of 50 people who hate Trump, who are all on the same page. They want to see another 2020 event take place of COVID coming in and disrupting Trump getting reelected. You're in a room with 50 people. Take all the establishment people that hate Trump, all the influential people. Some of them are money guys, some of them are mainstream media guys, some of them are youngins. Think about all those guys. Tom in the same room, 50 of them, okay? You know he's about to get the China deal done. Tariffs, some massive victory, okay? And I hope he gets Panama Canal because I'll be doing backflips here. I'll learn how to do backflips. I will. Literally, okay? So they pull this off next year, 250 year anniversary America, the next time they celebrate something like that won't be for another 250 years because it'll be 500. And then after 500, it's going to be a thousand, okay? And who knows? By 500 the President may be A robot. But right now it's still flesh. Okay. And his name is Donald J. Trump. A man the other side cannot stand. Right. So what would you do to make sure next year is not a big victory year? What is the biggest spit in a phase to make sure the World cup gets canceled?
D
Oh, a terrorist. Something that's already been.
B
Forget about that. Imagine if you caused the temperature to be so increasing right now after Kurt blaming the other side. A George Floyd type of deal, where all of a sudden, martial law, all this stuff that's being done. Pick and choose. Anything. If next year the World cup got canceled, what got canceled under Trump? What were we having that got canceled? Something got canceled. Was it the Winter Olympics? Something got canceled. I don't know what got canceled, but something was canceled under Trump. Okay. Obviously, NBA, NHL, all those guys shut it down. Where, you know, the NBA, who was saying end rents races and went to the state that Desantis was running to run their playoffs. But something got canceled under him. Okay. It was the Summer Olympics. Tokyo, that guy can't. Something got canceled. Is that the one? Yeah. And it got postponed to 2021. You know what would be good? If the enemy wanted to really disrupt Trump's momentum. If the 250 year anniversary doesn't happen, if the World cup gets canceled, if all of those great opportunities for America to look great under Trump. You don't think they're sitting behind closed doors thinking about some plants?
D
They think.
B
You don't think they are? I guarantee you they are.
C
Of course.
B
I guarantee you they are. Of course. So, folks, and my. Let me make a prediction. I call 2025 the year of surprises. God, every week, surprises, right? 2026 is going to be one of two things. It's either going to be extremely awesome.
D
Or all the way over.
C
Pat. No, no.
D
He's just being a realistic person.
B
And I'm going to tell you can say no all you want and I'll tell you why. The only reason I'm telling you this is because this is if these guys keep winning the way they are and China deal gets done, rates start lowering, economy's on fire, Dow goes 50, 55, deals are getting done, IPO, SPACs, everything. Yeah. Oh, my God. America's the greatest country in the world. You know, World cup here, I'm done. Or boom. Guys, we cannot have the World cup be here. Guys, we cannot have the 250 year anniversary. We cannot give them all that limelight. We cannot. He can do 2027, but not 2026. So they're going to try to go and do this.
D
Why wouldn't they? Why wouldn't they? Why wouldn't they?
B
Well, I'm thinking the part of them, they're noble, nice, sweet.
D
Yeah. I want to see him look God.
B
Fearing in the, in the high, you know. But Adam, you seem a little bit nervous about this.
A
Tell me where they want that to roll into them. What do you think is that?
C
Who do you think is they? Who's at the top of the list?
D
The same guys that shut off the Internet.
C
Russia.
B
You're saying guys I shut off the Internet?
D
Yeah.
A
And picturing zigzag.
B
Just flip light switch up and think about it. Do me a favor actually go. Who is they?
D
I'm go. I'm gonna go there. If you think about it, they know who it is. Well, it's the same actors that we constantly talk about, the deep.
C
Well, when you say China, it's Russia, it's Iran.
B
But I tell you, if the deal gets done, it won't be China.
D
That's what I'm saying. Yeah.
B
If the deal gets done, it won't be China. If the deal doesn't get done, it could be China. Okay. You were bringing them up.
C
Don't, Don't. Not so fast.
D
Look at that face.
C
China is what's called the, the. The sleeping unleash something like Covid Boom. Well, we didn't.
D
Oh, no, they're not gonna. No, I don't.
C
I don't think they're not gonna full on attack you. No, of course they're gonna do something discreet.
D
I don't, I don't think Americans. Listen, Covid was a test run to see if they could do it, how long we would put up with it, how much money they can make, and then what? It took about three years for Americans to say no. Now all the, all the reports are coming out. No accountability. What?
C
Yeah, but Covid wasn't just an American thing.
D
It was a worldwide 100% every country. But what did it do? It made Trump not come. Listen, Trump was in a trade war with China. And if you want to add in the deep state, Adam, I wouldn't be surprised if the, if the meeting secretly was like, hey, listen, we have the lab there. Just leak it. You'll never get in trouble. We're going to win. You guys are going to make trillions of dollars. And guess what? Orange Man Bad is going to be out. And it worked to a T. And then we're going to change voting, mail in, voting, bro. It was a brilliant, brilliant plan. Great Question. Whatever it's going to be, it's going to have to be a huge worldwide.
B
I just think, I just think you gotta, you gotta think about that. Next year is poised to be an incredible year.
D
Yep.
B
I agree.
C
I still think it's going to be an incredible.
B
I do as well.
D
I think they'll do. It's nothing gonna stop our two birthday.
C
But let me tell you, it's also Trump's 80th birthday.
B
That's right.
C
By the way, where are all the people now who thought that Trump was dead? Oh, two weeks ago?
D
Yeah.
C
Doing just fine.
D
Yeah.
C
This is why you can't get too caught up in the head.
A
Oh, you mean Tim Walsh.
C
Yeah.
D
I woke up, I was like, well, I wanted something.
A
Maybe there should be some news. Maybe they should be here.
D
That guy's disgusting.
B
But by the way, that guy's part of the day.
C
That's. They, that's part of the day.
B
You're asking who the day is? That's the day.
D
Yep.
B
They're part of the day. Camp is where they are. They're, they're celebrating for some of you guys that are big Colbert guys, he won an Emmy last night.
D
Yes.
B
And at the end of his Emmy speech, he says, hey, by the way, if you're, if you're looking for a job, I'm hiring. If you're, you know, if you're hiring, I'm looking for a job. Right. And he gave that whole speech and.
D
Might be the only funny thing he's ever said in his life.
B
Is this him? Go ahead, Rob.
D
Oh, oh, God.
B
By the way, he's.
C
This guy's wearing.
D
Javier Mardam is.
A
Wanted to freaking.
D
Oh. Oh, yeah. Oh, worship him. Oh, yeah.
B
Thank you very much. Thank you very much. You're very kind. Are they screaming usa? No way. They're definitely not screaming usa.
C
Open the border.
D
Open the border.
C
The Golden Globes. What is this?
D
Is anyone hiring?
B
Yeah.
D
Funny. And cut them off. Yeah.
B
So anyways, so I, by the way, I don't even want to get your reactions to it. I just wanted to say, yeah, he's looking for jobs.
D
Yeah.
B
Somebody hiring police, if anybody.
C
You wanted to have your dark moment right now.
B
Yeah.
C
Is there anything else you want to add to.
B
To that? No. To me, it's just you always got to be thinking about how nasty the enemy will get. You have to always be thinking about how nasty the enemy will get and be three steps ahead, five steps ahead. There's a book that was written, I think five and a half years ago. Five years ago. In August. It's called you'd next five moves. If you've never read it, you may want to think about reading it called you next five moves. It's to teach you how to make better moves in life. Rob, if you can go on Amazon and show this book it's worth the read. Guys, who's the guy?
C
I met the author one time.
B
I don't know if the author.
D
Is he French?
C
No, he's a good dude.
D
Is an interesting is the name actually.
B
But your next guy moves Persian.
D
He's a black person.
B
If you may want to go read this book, by the way, it's so funny. For four years straight, maybe for a week or two, it's been the number one book for business strategy.
C
Great.
B
So there you have it.
D
Oh, he's a chess guy. The guy. He's a chess guy.
B
Go there. Right there. Rob. Let me just see it. Is it still there?
C
Number one bestseller.
B
It's like strategic business plan. Let's see what else is competing with. Go up on that list. Can you click on the strategic business planning? Yeah, zoom in a little bit. Number one, your next five moves. And then number eight is choose your enemies wisely.
D
You're competing with you.
B
It's so wild. But if you've never read it, it's a good time to go read it because it's all about knowing your next five. Especially during these weird times.
C
The future looks bright, but also only the paranoid survive.
B
You got, you got to be, you got to be thinking about that. Okay, so interest rates, Tom. Mortgage rates sink at 50 fastest weekly pace in a year. Okay. It was so fast. There's lines outside of banks of people wanted to refinance. Maybe not that fast, but it's going fast. So let me read the story and give it to the great biz doc, Tom Ellsworth. All right, Tom, let's read this to you. Mortgage rate films are faster weekly pays in a year Given some relief to the strained housing market as economic conditions softened, the standard 30 year fixed rate mortgage dropped from 6 and a half percent last week to ready 6.35% this week, the lowest rate since October of last year. According to data from government mortgage securitizers. Freddie Mac demand for mortgage rose to a multi year high with the falling interest rates. Mortgage bankers observe borrower demand surged to a three year high last week following a decline in mortgage rates to their lowest since last October. Tom, what is really going on here?
A
Okay, here's what's going on. The Fed this week we're down to hours. Now, it's going to be the exact hours. And if Rob can get the CME Fed Watch website, we'll look at the ticker right now. But here's what's happening. The Fed is going to lower rates in roughly 48 hours. Could it be a half a point? Probably not. But there we are, over 91% certain. And this isn't the business guys on Wall Street. These are the analysts and the people that follow Fed monetary policy. It's 2 days, 2 hours, 53 minutes and 48 seconds to be exact. And we're going to get the rate down. Well, so what's happening in advance? Why are the mortgage rates going now if the rates aren't going to be dropped until next week? Well, guess what? There are bonds that hold mortgages and there are bonds out there that help determine the interest rates.
C
So.
A
So, Vinnie, this is not a math question. I'm just gonna ask you. You own a bank.
C
Don't mess with Vinny's head.
D
I own a bank.
A
You own a bank and you have all these mortgages out there and they're, they're at seven and three quarters and some even eight, but around seven, three quarters, it's a big stack. And they're paying you interest.
D
I'm doing great.
A
You're a happy bank.
D
I'm happy.
A
And all of a sudden you hear that the interest rates are down at 6.3 and get down to 6 point and a quarter probably this week when this goes out. And Suddenly they're holding 7 and 3, 4 interest on your loans and it could be down to 6 and a quarter at a percent percent and a half. That is a magic moment where you can refi and save meaningful on your payment. Now what does a refi do? You may get the mortgage, but oh my gosh, Adam's bank may get the mortgage. You lose a customer and the rates come down. The bonds that are holding these are getting very nervous right now. They're waiting for the refi. So the value of the bond is based on the value of the interest rates. And so what's happening right now? The bonds have shifted down, which has also moved the 10 year, which has moved interest rates, which is actually exacerbated it because now people are picking up. So people with seven and a half to seven three quarters are able to refi 6.3756 and a quarter, which is the zone we're in right now. And that is good for homeowners. So homeowners that bought PAT in 2022, right after Covid, maybe they bought because they thought the home prices that were going up or keep going up, they jumped in and they bought. Now they're at a point where they can refi. So the refi market is starting to come to life now. It's, it's more refis than we've had in I think two and a half years. However, it's not the all time high of refis. This we're seeing still in a kind of a.
B
Of course it's not.
A
We're, we're still in a highly constrained market.
B
No question about it.
A
This is what you call little green shoots starting to peek up from the soil and looking that maybe the grass might grow. And this is good for Americans that will reduce their payments on homes they own and it could open the door for home purchases. But we don't need a sudden shock, we need a long term thaw. So they also think that there's going to be a quarter point come in November and a quarter point come in December. I think that's what's happening and the CME watch group thinks that's happening too. So the answer to the question if you think about refiing, this might be a time to go out and check with your bank because you could get a six and a quarter and six and three, eight right now. And if you're holding a six and a seven and a half, there's a meaningful difference there all of a sudden.
C
Adam well, everything is more expensive in America these days. So aside from your mortgages and what you're paying in housing, cars are more expensive, gas is pretty damn expensive, college tuition is more expensive than it's ever been. You're getting a less of an roa than you possibly ever have. Health care is more expensive. We see what's going on in health care. Childcare is more expensive. Raising kids is more expensive. Your groceries are more expensive. Things are getting more expensive. At the same time is our wages for the average worker going up very little. So what you have to do in your life is sort of determine where should you be spending your money, where should you be saving your money. Should you be buying a house right now? Should you be getting a car right now? Should you be getting a roommate right now? Should be having kids right now a car. But yeah, that's true. You know, they talked about the American dream no longer in case you ever needed Tom let's, let's chill. Tomorrow you talk about the American dream has that's officially doubled in price apparently what they say American dream has surpassed $5 million. Two years ago it was closer to two and a half, $3 million. Things are getting way more expensive. So there's only two ways to have more money in your life. You can either make more or spend less. If you're not making more, you have to figure out how to spend less. That's it.
D
That's why I own this bank. I own the. Do I have to fire anybody right now, Tom, or am I good? Because I don't.
C
The annoying guy.
A
No, you got to get your marketing people out out there saying hey we're a great bank and maybe you proactively go out and grab those refis yourself.
D
I'm going to fire them. Go ahead. I'm sorry.
B
All right, let's go. So, so anyways, that's, that's a breakdown right there for you of what's going on with rates. An interesting story that I do want to bring up. Dodge Ram cancels all electric pickup for us Emit slowing demand. So remember how everybody wanted to have EVs? I'm going to go get EVs. I'm going to get EVs. I'm going to GET EVs. I'm going to get EV's because you know, I want to make sure, you know, planet and all this stuff, right? Yes, I, I'm going to go get EVs and then all of a sudden, dude, what's going on here? So Stellantis which is owns Dodge, they own a Jeep Ram and a bunch of other things has canceled plans to bring all electric pickup trucks to market the latest product shakeup after competitors models failed to meet expectations and Congress moved to eliminate tax credits for EV buyers. Antonio Filosa, who took the helm of the French Italian American auto conglomerate this year is dialing back his predecessor ambitious EV sales target and prioritizing hybrids and gas powered vehicles seeking to stop a multi year sale decline in North America. Key profit engine for the company. The CEO is also taking advantage of the Trump administration push to roll back emission standards that imposed major costs from penalties and credits in previous year. Tom, what is going on here with this?
A
Well, we'll make it super, super simple says gas is very inexpensive right now and it has been for the year. We're not at all time high on gas. Gas is actually a lighter percent of expense of the consumer wallet right now and so gas prices are lower, especially if you're not in states where they put a bunch of taxes on top of them and everything to pay for failed policies. California and what's Happening is now people are buying, you know, gas powered vehicles and also electric vehicles are losing their 7, $500 discount that was being paid for by the taxpayers. And, you know, electricity. People are saying that, that it's getting more crowded at certain places to go charge your vehicle. And so people are saying, wow, where's all this real benefit in electric cars, Pat? And so people are saying, maybe I don't want an electric pickup. Maybe I'll get this pickup right over here that's gas powered and gas isn't so expensive and everything. So I'm going to do that. And that's what's going on. And the Ford F150 Lightning, which if you read the car magazines, that was like a premier truck. It was like an electric truck done right. I'm not, I'm not endorsing it. I'm just saying this is what auto analysts say. Ford did a good job. But people are like, no, you know what? I'm going to go with the gas one because, you know, I, I'm going to lose my federal subsidy. It's, it's a pain in the neck to, to charge it. I got to get charging at my home and there's not any push. And guess what? The mandates are, are loosening up. The mandates are loosening up about it. And California can't build energy infrastructure. So guess what's happening to energy. Electricity is actually getting more expensive. So all of that comes together and dodge Guy, you know what? Screw it. We're not making the pickup.
B
You know what? I would make a suggestion.
A
It's a capitalist decision. It's not going to sell.
B
But you know what? I'd like to make a suggestion. Bring back stick shift cars, please. Tom, I don't know about you.
A
It would stop people from texting.
D
I love it. Oh, wow.
B
I, I absolutely miss stick shift cars. There's nothing like sitting in the car and a guy drives stick shift and it's an uphill.
D
Oh, in la, and you're trying to.
B
Test this guy, you're like, and you're sitting here like, I just want to make sure this guy knows what he's doing. Let's see if he knows.
C
That's me.
D
That was me.
B
And then you would sit next to Guy and all of a sudden and you're like, wow, legend. Do you realize those legends.
D
Yeah.
B
Who knew how to drive stick shift cars are behind us. Do you realize how special of a gift that was? The people who knew how to do it? Matter of fact, I'm in a market. You tell Tom, what is the most exotic sports car to buy? Tom, that is still stick shift for us to consider getting. Can you tell me? Because I miss driving it and I'm not even joking right now.
A
None of the new stuff is.
B
I know, it's boring. You just say.
D
Rob, what is the best something sticks? Like old school, like monster dude.
B
I don't care what is the most. I want something with a lot of power but stick shift and I want to drive it. What is that?
A
You have to. I think you have to go Back to like pre 95 Acura Integra.
B
Wow.
A
No.
B
Got some memories in Integras, but that's a long time.
D
Rob, what about like a fast muscle car? What about a muscle car that has stick.
A
You could go back to get yourself like a 550 Maranello or 557M California jobs of Marinello.
B
Hollywood's her favorite name. Do you know that song? He's talking about a friend and a food chain. You guys don't know this song?
D
I love.
B
And material things. You're kind of lonely. You guys don't know this song?
C
Let me tell you something, Pat. I don't know nothing about that song.
B
California, Hottest thing in west la. You guys don't know this song? I don't know anything about that song.
C
I don't know nothing about stiff ships.
B
Do me.
C
I don't think about cars.
B
Please comment if you know that song. Am I the only flipping guy that knows that song? This is a little bit embarrassing, folks. I'm singing by myself anyways, last thing before we wrap up, talking about embarrassing. So imagine if you're in the streets going and talking to people, hoping they say bad things about Charlie Kirk and Trump, and then this is what happens. Go ahead, Rob Kirk. It's just messed up. Totally messed up, you know, that was messed up. Like, nobody deserved that. He definitely didn't deserve that. He was a good guy.
D
You think he was a good guy?
C
I think he was.
D
Good morals.
B
The what? The only Kirk you recognize is Captain Kirk. I don't know Charlie Kirk. I don't know who they don't know who it is. I don't know who that is. I know who it was. That joke felt, you know, I don't know about him. All of us, all of us have flaws. You can't. I can't really tell you what to believe in or how to feel like everybody's having a human experience.
C
Like, why knock him for having this.
B
Human experience or what he believe in. Even though this belief, what he even Though he says things that are anti women black.
D
Look at this.
C
I can't judge him for that.
D
You can't?
B
I can't judge him for that, but I can use judgment. He didn't deserve that. Right. As a human being, you are very.
D
Spiritual, you know, and you're not. No. You sound like you mean left.
B
Because I'm humanity. I'm humanity and lovers. No, I love that.
A
So the first person I spoke to.
B
Here didn't want to be on camera, and he said, I can't judge him.
C
Because I'm not God.
B
And so let him. You know, let the. Whatever the reaction is. I stop that. Rob, can you go.
A
Wasn't he the weatherman on CNN or something?
B
Can you go to the other clip that the pastor he reached retweeted. So here's a pastor that Don Lemon retweeted this pastor. I don't know who this pastor is, by the way. What's his name? Pastor Howard. John Wesley Defaming Charlie Kirk in church. Charlie Kirk did not deserve to be.
C
Assassinated.
B
But I'm overwhelmed seeing the flags of the United States of America at.
D
Half staff, they were for 9, 11.
B
Calling this nation to honor and venerate a man who was an unapologetic racist and spent all of his life sewing seeds of division and hate into this land.
D
This is in church, mind you.
B
Come on.
D
Look at the applause.
B
And hearing people with sales, collective rage who were mad about Charlie Kirk but didn't give a damn about Melissa Hortman and her husband.
A
When they were shot down in their home.
C
Nobody knows who those people are.
B
Tell me I ought to have compassion for the death of a man who had no respect for my own life. You can pause.
D
You think question. Do you think God is happy that you're doing this, or the devil is happy that you're in church and having an applause break for people that are basically like, well, it is. What? Like, let's not sugarcoat it. They're selling, they're clapping. And they're like, yeah, he's right. Who cares that he's dead? And by the way, the flag was half mass because it was September 11th. Reverend Father, whatever you're calling yourself, what a disgusting display from. From Don Lamonte.
B
From the pulpit.
D
From the pulpit. And they're celebrating. Oh, racist.
B
And then you just posted something right now from Colin Rugg about Don Lemon. Not happy about the fact that people on the conservative side. Rob, can you.
D
Yeah, I put in the chat. In the chat, Don Lemon, he fumes that the right is being mean. And irrational. To liberals who are celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk, he says calling Kirk hurtful, discriminatory, and ignorant. This is.
B
You know what's worse than hurtful? Dead.
D
Yeah. Yeah.
B
My feelings are hurt. The guy's dead.
D
Yeah. Period. In front of his family.
B
Go ahead, Rob.
D
It's a longer clip, but, you know.
B
This is sort of a. Two different universes, two different worlds that we live in here in America. And I'm generalizing because there are some folks, you know, there's. I'm in every bunch. There are some who are black folks who are like, yeah, you know, I loved him, or whatever. Okay, fine. But those are a few and far between.
D
Let's just be honest.
B
And so, for the most part, people don't understand. Like, what is this? All of this Flags that have staff for 9 11.
D
Idiot.
B
They had no. Most people had no idea who Charlie Kirk.
D
Most people. What a liar, right?
B
I meet a lot of people out there, and you see, my lives are like. I didn't really know him. I just heard about him when this happened, because it was mostly for, like, younger people who are really politically activated, like college people who are, you know, just wanted to, you know, college people.
A
Like to fight misrepresentation.
B
And when I went to school at lsu, we had something very similar, and it was called Free Speech Alley. I think Free Speech Alley is still there, where you could go to Free Speech Alley and you could say whatever you want. The. The thing is, is that you could then. And you would not get suspended or expelled or, you know, disciplined for saying some shit. People just said whatever it is that they wanted. At Free Speech Alley, much of it was offensive, but I kind of liked Free Speech Alley. But that's not the America that we're living in right now. We live in an America of cancel culture. And it is the cancel culture on the right now.
D
What the hell is he talking. That is leading the charge, dude, look at the like.
B
And the hypocrisy. I've been writing something about this. The hypocrisy on the right about free speech is. I mean, it's just. It's off the charts. Because think about it. If you actually believed in what Charlie Kirk said he believed in, didn't quite. Practice all the time is free speech. Then why are you out to cancel people who are using their First Amendment right of free speech to tell you how they feel about Charlie Kirk by using his own words. You can pause.
D
Can I say one thing, Pat? Do you guys understand something? Don Lamon, all these leftists When Elon Musk says the party of murder, this guy is one of the left lefties. And he could just walk around in the streets. Nobody does anything to him. Nobody's killing him. Nobody's saying anything. He gets to walk up to everybody. When he goes up to people that don't agree with them, they're like, no, I know who you are. You're the CNN guy and it's all love. They shake his hand and they leave. You know why nobody does nothing? Because you're that side. You're on that side. That is the evil side. This is that negative. I don't even think that these people understand that their souls have been captured. I truly don't. But like we said, Tom, aoc every single person that has spit this vial from waltz to everybody notice how you could walk around, nobody bothers you, nobody assaults you, nobody shoots you. It's your side doing it to the other side. And this is the type of stuff. This is like, unbelievable. Unbelievable, Tom.
B
Yeah.
A
You know we took their blankie, as they say, right?
D
Yeah.
A
They are like, oh, we get to have free speech. We get to say what we want. We get to say about conservatives. And when there's any balance or there's any truth that comes out, all of a sudden it's, oh, my gosh, how could. How dare you?
D
Yeah, how dare you? And then the bullets start flying.
C
Well, it just proves my point that I always say that the most watered down, least powerful word at this point is racist. You know, Charlie Kirk is racist, okay? Buddy isn't his best friend? Officer Tatum isn't that. Then he just parade? Didn't he help catapult Candace Owens to stardom? Didn't he help basically start blexit? Wasn't that part of Turning Point usa? Wasn't he somebody that would talk to literally anybody and encourage free speech? You know, people have had enough. They've awoken a sleeping giant. And we've seen it in the UK this week with Tommy Robinson's event. We've seen the vigils and the memorials all around the world. In the uk, in Australia and France and Germany and Israel and Italy and Hungary and Spain, all paying respect to Charlie Kirk. Do you want to. You want to factor that in? Why did 90 plus percent of NFL teams take a moment of silence for Charlie Kirk? The five that didn't. You have some explaining to do. So in America today, there's one flag that reigns supreme. It's the American flag. It's not your BLM flag. It's not your Palestine flag. It's not your LGBT woke trans flag. All these people on the left, the Don Lemon crew, they're raising every single flag other than the American flag. Charlie stood for one flag, and that was the American flag. And they hate him for it. Yeah, they're disgusting.
B
And by the way, you know, to be fair, cancel culture can happen on both sides. Like for us. If you think about what, what I'm saying right now, when, when you go back and look at the Federalist paper that was written by, I think 60 is written by Hamilton, if I'm not mistaken, on the Federalist paper. And one of the things he talked about, he, he says the, the one thing that they realized where they went from a monarchy. Tom, correct me on any of the stuff that I'm saying here. After they went from a monarchy where a guy is saying, I need you to do this. I need you to pay for everything. Monarchy. Right, so you have the imperialism monarchy to then a democracy, which is what? Well, let's see what everybody wants to do. Okay. No, we need you to pay for it, Rob, because you're the rich guy. So democracy, the individual wasn't protected. And then you go to the Republicans, like, wait a minute, guys, hey, I want to work harder. Can I be protected? And the leak that they found in democracies was man's ambition. And what happens when they get power. The more and more they, they studied history and they give the examples in the Federalist paper is the fact that you keep seeing examples of people not knowing how to manage power. The moment they get it, they want to control. And this isn't a left thing. Just, just, just so you let you know, this is a left, right, center thing. If a man. This is why Marcus Aurelius was loved as much as he was, because he was a, he was a great leader. If you've never read the book Meditations, do yourself a favor and just go to Amazon and buy the book Meditations and. And there's one of the ones that I like the, the version that I like the most. Rob, if you can go there, I'll give it to you right now. Go to Amazon and Meditations and I'll tell you which one to pick up because there's a bunch of them. The best one is. It's Gary. Gary, can you go to it? I'll tell you which one it is. What's the name on that one? The first guy that wrote, right, the Gregory Hayes. That's the best one. So by the one from Gregory Hayes, Meditations, that's the best translation out of all of them. There's good ones, but that's the best one in my opinion. You have to know. That's what happens. This is why a man of character that leads, you can trust what they're going to be doing for the most part, right? So for me, the one thing I respect about Don Lemon the most, I would actually have a conversation with Don Lemon. But you know, what's the one thing I respect about Don Lemon that we have to give him credit for? He actually plays the clips that make him look bad.
C
He shows his. Well, he has a lot of them. There's a majority of his clips.
B
But let me tell you, though, you laugh at it. You ever seen the clip?
C
I'm not laughing.
B
I'm telling Dwayne of Dwayne Wade sitting in Sports center telling the guy to make the highlight better, as if he jumps higher. I don't know if you remember that commercial from 15 years ago. Dwayne said, no, no, make me seem like bigger. Make me seem like I jumped higher. D Lman just puts the clips up and it makes him look horrible. And he still does it. You got to respect him for it.
C
He shows his losses, his wins and his losses.
B
Listen, guys, who just lost this last Saturday, Canelo, what happened there, by the.
D
Way, I couldn't believe.
B
Are you flipping? And by the way, you know what was the most beautiful thing? You know, cocky with your predictions, confident with your preparation, humble. And victory or loss, Canelo showed humble humility. And victory or loss, he gave the man so much credit. When they asked him who's stronger, Mayweather or Crawford.
C
Yeah, he said Crawford.
B
He said Crawford.
C
He said Crawford's better than Mayweather.

Crawford's better than Mayweather. And so. So anyways, it is what it is, gang. Once again, before we wrap up, 100% of proceeds, gross revenue of whatever you buy with us, I'm getting text message with some of these things are about to be done. Anything you purchase with us, if you're proud American, if you love Charlie, whatever you put here, not the profits, not the gross profits, 100% of the revenue from here is going to go to Turning Point USA and we'll donate to them. And I expect us to be doing more of these things moving forward to represent them, him, his family, what he's done over the years. And gang, if you enjoyed the podcast, we will do it again on Wednesday and Friday. Stay tuned. Main Theme:
The episode centers on reactions to the assassination of Charlie Kirk, fallout across politics, media, and culture, global conservative movements, and escalating debates around freedom of speech, polarization, and accountability—especially as evidenced by firings and public rallies from London to NFL stadiums.
The hosts use Charlie Kirk’s killing as a lens to analyze American culture, the role of media, the widening left-right divide, and the global rise of conservative populism. The discussion threads through reactions in the media (e.g., TMZ controversy), within sports (NFL tributes), political figures' moves (Rubio’s Israel visit, Trump praise of law enforcement), and the state of free speech and “cancel culture.” The London rally for Tommy Robinson is highlighted as a symbol of broader international momentum.
