All right, guys, we're a couple days away from Santa Claus come to town. Hopefully you're getting ready for it. You know, buying the gifts if you forgot, like some of the family members. The bigger the family you have, the more people you have to remember to get gifts for, Right? So that's the challenging part. But there's a lot of stuff going on. We're going to have somebody that's going to call in here today. Maybe at the end of the podcast today. We'll show you the new intro and get some feedback from you guys on the comment section on what you think about the new intro for PBD podcast for 2025. And we will have. Tom, you're trying to say something. Go ahead. No, no, I know you want to say something.
Tom Zawacki
Tom, say it.
Adam Sosnick
Can I make those Christmas sounds?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I'm gonna say something very controversial. Let's stop picking on Tom, guys. Let's direct. Oh, boy.
Tom Zawacki

Adam Sosnick
Well, carry one then. Take one.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
See, I'm trying.
Vincent Oshana
Anyway, guys, episode 523. Lots of stories to cover. Quick shout out to Kelly who was here.
Tom Zawacki
Look at this, look at this. She wrapped the pbd.
Vincent Oshana
Wherever you are, Kelly, you're amazing. We love you. Phenomenal job. She's always good at doing these things. Of going above and beyond. Great job on this thing.
Adam Sosnick
And a couple days ago, the flu was kicking her butt and she's back.
Tom Zawacki
Well, she's throwing up right now, but she, this is the mission.
Vincent Oshana
And by the way, to bring that up.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Kelly's killing.
Vincent Oshana
For some of you that are watching yesterday's Oliver Stone podcast and you're like, the sound sucks. Rob sucks, everybody. Jake, this is amazing. And then I'm like, guys, this place was in the middle of a hurricane, storm, whatever you want to call it, the entire outside, maybe I should show you because we had something going on here. Okay. Rob, do you have a video showing what the outside look like? I'll send you what happened two hours later. Just yesterday in the podcast, a car was underwater. Is that it, Rob? Ok, guys, look at that. Yeah. By the way, that's. We don't have a lake here.
Tom Zawacki
That's it. That's what we're shooting the podcast in that building.
Vincent Oshana
Right.
Adam Sosnick
And that, that's our parking lot.
Vincent Oshana
That's our parking lot. While we're doing a podcast, we're getting hit by this. But anyways, it was fun. A lot of good conversation with Oliver and Sean Stone. It was great. But let's get into some of the stories here that we have. So a couple months ago, I predicted and I said, guys, I don't know why now, that if Trump wins, this is like last week of October, first week of November, I said, if he wins, they're going to say the new president of the United States is President Elon Musk, and they're going to call him a puppet master. And they're going to do in a cover of a magazine all over the place. And everyone's going to talk. Just this week, we're going to show you a clip of how many different people are saying that. The likes of Adam Kinzinger, Bernie Sanders, just yesterday, you're going to hear them do this just to create a wedge between the two of them. The question is, will it work? Next, billionaire Reid Hoffman. He says the odds of Trump's retaliation is greater than 50%. Trump is willing to pardon New York Mayor Adams. He's considering it. He's also considering raising minimum wage. MSNBC Stephanie Ruhl I really want to talk about this story. Says Trump is more accessible than Biden, but jokes he told her to go F herself. Okay, about doing the interview, but at least he picked up and it's a very good story. While he's saying, while she's telling the story, UnitedHealthcare CEO murder suspect Luigi Mengion indicted in New York. And while this is going on, Trump comments on it. I kind of like what he said. Luigi Mangion at the same time has a defense fund that surpassed $100,000. And their stunning poll finds that more young Americans think SEAL assassination was acceptable than those who don't. And apparently Hollywood is right now working on two documentaries on that. Musk ready to bankroll Farage. Musk is facing conflict with Doge. And Elizabeth Warren said some stuff. We'll give you some thoughts on that. Apparently Musk was worth 400 billion last week. He just got to half a billion. At this pace, he's going to get to a trillion in no time. 14 detained in armed Aurora, Colorado home invasion are likely illegal gang members. We'll talk about that. EPA approves California's plan to ban gas only cars starting in 2035. Brilliant. I mean, just a smart move by Newsom, obviously being sarcastic here. Biden calls for ban on congressional stock trading, calling out Nancy Pelosi. And apparently he didn't even call Nancy Pelosi to see how she was doing after the surgery or the injury that she had. So we'll talk about that a little bit. AOC got some love from Trump, but not from her party. So her party didn't give her love, but Trump did. And I, you know, I suggested at AOC yesterday on Twitter, I said, maybe it's time for a trip to Mar a Lago. Maybe you gotta, you know, take a trip and come visit the guy who knows Olbermann losing his mind. Still wrote an article, by the way. We're gonna play a game today with Olbermann. We did it with Dear Abby a month ago. We're gonna have some fun with him.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah.
Vincent Oshana
Can we do that?
Adam Sosnick
Warm up your fingers.
Vincent Oshana
We're gonna have some fun with. Because I think he needs some attention. Okay.
Tom Zawacki
He definitely does.
Vincent Oshana
And we're going to have some fun with the guy today. God willing. It'll be something everybody will participate in. Classified mystery drone briefing. Lady asked a question. You have to see this clip. She says, hey, if the drone is nothing, why is the hearing classified and not free to the public? What are you guys hiding? And we have John Ferguson that's going to join us any moment now. And he is the founder and chairman of Saxon Aerospace. He'll be with us here in a minute. While I'm going through this, I'll do what I'm doing here. Then I'll bring up because it'll be the first story. He's a former vet, Bunch of things. He's been to 80 different countries, advised different leaders, including Sudan's president and sovereign council. We'll get to that here in a minute. Stay tuned. But we want to find out what he thinks. He thinks it's something else, but we'll see. Pornhub set to block all flu Floridians from accessing their site on January 1st. I don't know why. We got a PTO request to RJ yesterday from Adam for January 1st. So listen, we haven't granted it yet, but we're considering a lot of things. I know you got a lot on you, man. We'll figure that part out. Starbucks workers union authorizes potential U.S. strike. Zuckerberg meta sides with rival Elon Musk and fight to stop AI from becoming for profit. Some Walmart employees are right now wearing body cameras. Vatican. Ready for this one? You know Vatican? You hear the stats? Tom was sharing it yesterday with us that the Catholic Church owns the most real estate worldwide, but they're on the brink of bankruptcy due to dramatic decline in donations. Maybe they gotta watch Godfather 3, I don't know. Russia says it's developed a cancer vaccine and will give it for free. Great noble idea of cancer vaccine. I don't know if I would take you to year one, year two, year three. But maybe we would entertain it later on after a bunch of people tested it. Dow had a rough day yesterday. 1100 point drop, marking its longest losing streak since 1974 is what we're talking about. Jerome Powell came out and cut the rate. You know, Tom will give you some thoughts on it. Mortgage rates jump abruptly higher after the rate cut. How the hell does that even make any sense? Right? Trump's got a new haircut. Some people are deeply concerned about the new haircut. We'll address it. I think it's. It's an edgy haircut.
Tom Zawacki
I love it.
Vincent Oshana
I like an edgy haircut. And then we got a few other stories we'll cover. Bernie Sanders, aoc, cnn, Hidden Prisoner, that is. I haven't seen this clip, but Vinnie's telling me when I see it, I will react to it in a very unique way. By the way, Christmas around the corner, we are wearing the sweater that is the most incredibly comfortable sweater. It hugs you.
Tom Zawacki
I love it.
Vincent Oshana
I dare you to order one and two for your family and wear it and say, I don't like it. Okay? I dare you to do it on the back. If you're proud to say Merry Christmas. This one says Merry Christmas. If the camera can zoom in on Tom, Vinnie or Adam. Adam says Happy Hanukkah, but we're mainly going to focus on Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah.
Tom Zawacki
Special order.
Vincent Oshana
Okay. It crosses out Happy Holidays. Rob, if you can put the picture up there so people can see, it says chapter. It says Merry Christmas. It's. It's out there. And then we have couple of the Merry Christmas hats that are left. If you can go back to the Merry Christmas hat, Rob, that we have left at the top, those two are still here with scripture in it for some of you guys that want that. And then we have the pajamas. We have a bunch of your future looks bright pajamas. Future looks bright shirts. And these pants are here matching the sweater that I'm wearing that's got the Value Tamer logo. Future looks bright on the site. And the future looks bright. What do you call this stuff?
Tom Zawacki
I'm taking those.
Vincent Oshana
What is this thing called?
Tom Zawacki
The tassels. Tassel. The waistband tighteners. I don't even know the real name.
Vincent Oshana
But whatever as well.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
These are the softest sweaters I've ever felt in my life.
Vincent Oshana
I swear to God.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I don't wear sweaters in Miami.
Tom Zawacki
Ridiculous.
Vincent Oshana
Go place the order today. And the way you get it pre Christmas is to put shipping that it's shipped out today. You do that, today is the last day to get it. First 50, a unique future looks bright mug coming your way. By the way, Rob, did you get the picture I sent you with the Santa Claus that was wearing the Merry Christmas hat? Guys, you have to see this. This is by the way, when you get the gear, post the picture. We're sharing the pictures online as well on the podcast. Post the picture when you wear the gear. It was in the comment section, Rob, that I send it to you. If you have it, I can send it to you as well. It's, it's, it's phenomenal. Here's by the way, for some of you guys that still don't believe in Santa Claus and you've grown up and you, you, you call this thing called logic and common sense. He's real. I don't know if you guys know this or not.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Santa.
Vincent Oshana
This is Santa. Look at this. Look at the hat he's wearing. Oh, look at the hat he's wearing.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Boy, look at.
Vincent Oshana
While he's doing a live somewhere with thousands of people watching sick. We even shipped to North Pole, folks. This is incredible. This is phenomenal. Rob, that Santa, by the way, that hat is gone. So that one you can't order because that we sold thousands of that sold out in no time. Everything else, place your orders. If you're proud and comfortable saying Merry Christmas and sporting them when you go to the mall anywhere during this season, go to vtmerch.com Place your order. Having said that, let's go to the drone that everybody's asking about what it is. Michael B. Is up there saying, well, I wanted to find out if it's okay for me to get clearance to take my drone up. He tries to take it up. Nope, he's declined. He's. He, he can't do that. There's a bunch of other people talking about what the possibilities would be. And then here, while they're having a hearing for the drones, a journalist asks a question. And this is what the response was. Go ahead, Rob. This episode is brought to you by Amazon Prime. Adam Sosnick
To be a classified.
Patrick Bet-David
Briefing, go back a little bit because.
Vincent Oshana
We missed the first part. Military drones go all the way to the beginning. Why does it have to be a classified briefing if these are just hobbyist drones? They're not military drones. Why is it a classified briefing on the Capitol Hill?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I don't.
Adam Sosnick
I'd have to refer you to Congress on that. Again, you know, sharing as much information as we can here. I don't have the, the briefing in front of me, so I can't tell you specifically, you know, what aspects are classified or not.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I can assure you, though, that again.
Adam Sosnick
We are sharing as much, much information as we can based on what we know.
Vincent Oshana
Okay, so then the question becomes, do you believe any of it?
Tom Zawacki
No.
Vincent Oshana
Biden's being asked the question. I don't know if you have that clip or not, Rob. If there's a clip of President Biden being asked what it is and you know, you have to listen, guys. So whatever you do, try to listen as closely as possible and raise the audio a little bit. He is next to a plane or a helicopter, so it's a little choppy, literally, but try to see if you can hear what he's saying. Go ahead, Rob.
Adam Sosnick
Nothing nefarious apparently. Checking it all out. I think it's just one. There's a lot of drones authorized up there. I think one started and they all got. Everybody wanted to get in the deal.
Vincent Oshana
So look, if you're somebody that's naive and innocent and you fought, you believe everything the government tells you, which is what you know you're supposed to do that, right? Your, your teacher tells you that in, in high school. You know, the government is all good and they do everything but good. Some people want to question it. They're part of this annoying community called I have questions. I have some curiosity, is it real? What's going on? Here's John Ferguson. Before I bring him up, I want to properly introduce him. He's a highly accomplished professional with over 25 years experience expanding aerospace, telecommunication, critical infrastructure and unmanned systems. And as the founder chairman of Saxon Aerospace based in Kansas, he's developed innovative technologies like unmanned aerial vehicles and other things. Former vet, marine, he did recon operations during Desert Storm followed by deep sea diving and additionally spanning global work to 80 plus countries, working on fiber optic cables and many other things. So he's got a different perspective that he's given here. John, first of all, thank you for your service and thank you for joining us.
Patrick Bet-David
Thank you. It's an absolute honor to be here with you gentlemen. This is, I love your show. This is fantastic. So thank you.
Vincent Oshana
Anytime. Well, listen, when Joe tweets out your video and he says this is the realest guy, this is the first thing that I see that I actually believe. And then all of a sudden hundreds of millions of views, everybody's watching your answer. If you don't mind maybe taking a minute for some of the audience hasn't seen. Give your, you know, idea of what you said in the video and maybe we'll have some follow up questions.
Patrick Bet-David
Well, thank you. You know, I stand by everything that I say or that I had said on that video. You know, I was just doing the math. You know, I've sat in my office and I've been monitoring this whole drone issue and I've heard some, you know, amazing theories on the, this drone phenomenon. And then I'm hearing our elected officials saying that, that this is Iran coming from a mothership coming out of the ocean. This is Chinese operatives flying Chinese drones. And I just, I just thought, oh my God, like if, if our foreign policy isn't screwed up enough right now, the last thing we need to do is go pissing off, you know, two of our largest adversaries. So I just thought, why don't I just do a technical breakdown of how drones operate so people in the world could just understand a little bit more about how drones operate so they can start to make their own assessment and not take my word for it as to what is out there, but really just do your own assessment on, on the drones with the knowledge that I have given you. Right. So again, my belief and this, and I can't get too deep into the details, but, but what I said about them potentially, you know, looking for some type of, you know, radioactive material or gas leak or something along those lines, I stand by that, I stand by that firmly.
Vincent Oshana
How many did you say were missing? Did you say a couple.
Tom Zawacki
Warhead, like warheads from Ukraine?
Vincent Oshana
Warheads were missing.
Patrick Bet-David
And so everybody tends to get this wrong from, based, based on what I said and I just emailed you guys some, I emailed your, your producer Tony, some documents that shows the claims that I'm saying, but back in the 80s when Reagan was dismantling the nuclear arms program, there were 132 nuclear warheads that came up missing. They have since recovered several of them. There are a few out there and you know, everyone that knows me, I have a large footprint around the world. I have a very huge network and I do have a small political footprint, meaning I do communicate with some elected officials. And I don't want to overplay that, but this gentleman that I was referring to in the video, it has nothing to do with a shipping container with medical supplies, right? Absolutely not. That's not, that's two totally separate deals. But this gentleman was in the very same room with that particular warhead and I can't give out any more details, but he saw it. It was there, it was, then it was right in front of him. Right. So he came back and he was trying to raise awareness to the United States and he really didn't get any response from our, you know, our, our elected officials. And this has been a multi year investigation.
Vincent Oshana
What is the level of credibility of this individual? We don't need 100%. Oh, so by the way, is this somebody we would know or we wouldn't know?
Patrick Bet-David
No.
Vincent Oshana
Okay, but this is somebody that the people that are in that space have a very high level of respect for that. When he says something, they listen.
Patrick Bet-David
He communicates with leaders in Europe.
Vincent Oshana
He communicates with leaders in Europe. Got it.
Patrick Bet-David
You don't, you don't communicate with leaders in Europe if you're not credible.
Vincent Oshana
And he shared with you that he saw what it was. So are you speculating that they're looking for something that may be out there in the greater Jersey and New York area?
Patrick Bet-David
Well, I will, I will answer that question very directly. But this gentleman came back to me and he's like, look, I know you have a large network and I know you have some, you know, contacts of elected officials. You know, can you help me raise awareness? And I said, sure. I made some phone calls and I didn't, I didn't get anywhere either. Right. So his, his concern was that that was coming over here to the United States. Right. So when I see these drones flying at night, you know, as I had stated in the video, there's really no reason for a drone to be flying at night because you can't see anything with a standard camera right? Now, we do have great thermal optics and you can see very well at night, but your resolution just isn't going to be the same. So if you're going to try to detect some form of substance on the ground, it would be better to do it at night just simply because the winds aren't as aggressive and you are measuring parts per million. Right? So, so that's why I was just doing the math. I was just showing people that I don't know what they're looking for. I don't know if they're looking for a radioactive material. I said that in the video. What I'm saying is that what they're looking for has to be pretty damned important, because if you look at the cost of the hysteria and the financial cost of operating these unmanned systems versus the cost of something that could happen, you know, what could happen could outweigh the cost of hysteria. And these are decisions that our federal government had to make.
Vincent Oshana
So, John, let me ask you this. So while you go and your video all of a sudden pops, when that happens, you're going to be swamped with emails, text messages, people who know you and say, hey, John, oh my God, I saw this. But you're also going to get a few weird phone calls, right? You're going to get a few weird text messages and people that are going to say, john, that's actually not what it is. It's actually this. It's Actually, that. Did you get any credible phone calls from credible people that disagreed with you and said, john, what's actually going on is this. I know what's going on, and it's xyz, because I got a friend there. Did you get any calls from people that disagreed with you and said, you're wrong, that's not what it is?
Patrick Bet-David
You know, I did not get any phone calls. I've had messages, of course, you know, when, you know, I'm just a small drone company, and now all of a sudden, I'm in the face, I guess, of this New Jersey drone phenomenon. Right. So, you know, I think the. The United States, I think the world was just looking for some type of really educated assessment of what's happening. But, you know, after I did that and it went viral, you know, I communicated with law enforcement to just say, hey, look, this is what I did. And they're like, yeah, you know, you're good. You just. You just said what your opinion was and your theory and all's well. Right. But, you know, there are a lot of people out there who are just not nice. And, you know, that's the devolution of humanity, is the fact that you can't disagree with somebody and be nice about it. Right. But no, I haven't had any phone calls. But, yes, there are a lot of videos out there.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah, you're everywhere. You're literally everywhere. Tom, did you have a question for John?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Yep.
Adam Sosnick
Well, John, thank you for giving an opinion. Thank you for synthesizing your thoughts as an informed person, especially on drone technology. I want to ask you something that maybe you have some visibility to. So I did a bunch of reading, and the old warheads, even the ones that aren't found, the ones that are plutonium based, which was most of them, apparently, that requires a lot of maintenance, like you have to maintain. So when we hear billions of dollars of government to maintain the nuclear arsenal, my understanding is like, every eight to 12 years, with an average of like nine to 11, you know, the warhead has to be serviced because the plutonium that's highly processed to get the full nuclear yield out of the. Out of the bomb, it has to be. Has to be maintained, and even the fuel load has to be replaced. And it was that Ukraine that, like Jane's. You know, Jane's on the defense experts, Jane's publications even, they talked about that. Apparently Ukraine didn't have the technology to take care of all these. And so during the disarmament of the previous generation of nukes, that was the Frontier nukes that Russia was putting out there. Not their first technology, but their second was these things were out there and kind of deplete. So that any of them that is missing and escaped is basically dirty bomb grade at this time. That it's not like big nuke, Hiroshima type stuff capability, that in the hands of a bad actor, it would be a massive contamination dirty bomb. Do you have an opinion on that? Because I read a bunch of stuff in the last 24 hours. A lot of it seemed very credible.
Patrick Bet-David
Yeah. And you know, one thing that I would like to say is that I am under no circumstance any type of a nuclear expert. You know, I'll tell you guys a really quick story. I used to pilot submersible vehicles and I did a job several years years ago where we were putting wind farms in off the coast of Germany and all of these old World War II munitions kept exploding. And so we would take our submersibles and we would fly down to the, the bomb sitting on the bottom of the ocean and plant a charge next to it and blow up the munitions. And it made a hell of a explosion when we detonated those. So they, Even since the 1940s, those things still had some punch to them. So again, not being a nuclear expert, I would still say, I would say that, yeah, it would be my summation that they, they would have some type of a radioactive or dirty bomb, you know, level impact on the United States. But who would want to take that chance? Right? So, but yeah, I would agree. And, and I have heard that, you know, the triggers only last for so long and, and all this other stuff and, and you know, the ones that are actually missing, we don't know who has them. Nobody in the world knows who has them. So we don't know if they have the technology to service them or not.
Tom Zawacki
Hey, John, Vincent Oshana here. I want to say first, thank you for your service. Myself, I'm an Air Force veteran, worked at a nuclear missile base, kind of random, in Malstrom Air Force Base. I, I could, I could understand, John, how, you know, the military, I mean, the government just, they constantly lie. Let's just be honest with each other. I can understand the not telling us because of the, the, the panic that it would cause. But, you know, if you had to guess, John, who would be behind bringing this thing to the United States? It's obviously for nefarious reasons, like some people believe, you know, came to the border, open border from Mayorkas and Biden, all that stuff. But what, what, what would you think? Like who would be wanting to do that and who would want to bring it here and then them being so secretive about it.
Patrick Bet-David
I think if I answered that question, I'd be dead by tomorrow morning.
Vincent Oshana
Oh, wow.
Tom Zawacki
Why do you say that, John?
Patrick Bet-David
Because I'm sure that if I were right, they wouldn't appreciate it. You know, and I'm saying that jokingly, but, you know, there are some bad actors out there that, that we know that would, that would want to, to, to bring this thing to the U.S. aBS Absolutely. We, we know the organizations and I'm not saying we as in me. I'm saying the United States government knows who those bad actors are. I do not, you know, but, but I do know that the scare, the, this guy called me up, he almost was crying saying, why the hell are, are these people not listening to me? Can you please help me? And I felt compelled to help this gentleman. So I've kept my knowledge of this at a very high level because I don't want to do anything that's going to break any national security protocol out there at all.
Vincent Oshana
Well, listen, if you had to give a percentage of two questions, One, the government knowing what it is, that's one and two, it being us and nobody else, what percentage would you say the government knows? 80% they know. Or 2, 80% it's us, the US government, it's not anybody else on the outside. And when I say U.S. government, I don't mean our military. Could be CIA, could be, you know, could be whatever. That's us that's here. Where would you put those two?
Patrick Bet-David
And you're referring to us as in the United States government bringing these assets to the United States?
Vincent Oshana
Yes. One is, are the drones operators ours or a foreign country entity that's using them?
Patrick Bet-David
Okay, it seems like that's a two part question. My thought, are the United States being responsible for bringing that here? I would say that's, that's a pretty good chance. I, I'm sorry, I just don't want to put a number on it. But, and as far as the, the drone operators, I mean, think about this, guys, think about this. Under what reality is there, is there a place where the United States government would allow foreign adversarial operatives to fly unmanned aircraft inside the continental United States? You know, I, I got into a small disagreement with a gentleman on Newsmax a couple of days ago where he had stated that there were Chinese operatives flying these. And then I've heard the Iranians are operating, you know, the Chinese and the Iranians are sitting back going, who the hell are you guys? Why you, why are you saying we're doing this? Right? It's just, it's just not going to happen. That's like, that would be like we invading the, the beaches on D day and the Germans just saying, hey, come on in. No, no exchanges or nothing. That's what this is. That's what they're saying. They're saying that they're allowing an invasion in the United States. I mean, show me a redneck anywhere in the United States that would allow a foreign operative to fly an unmanned aircraft that's an adversary. It ain't gonna happen. Right? So under no circumstance do I believe that these are foreign operatives flying unmanned aircraft. I stick by what I said. I, I'm telling you that I believe 100% that our administration knows about it, they're involved, and they just don't want to tell you. Because if you think about the cost of hysteria that it's causing, you know, that doesn't outweigh the cost of what would happen if something potentially catastrophic were to happen. Right? You got to think about that. Right? So, and in what, what administration in any country around the world would say, well, you know, hey guys, you know, there were some nuclear, you know, warheads missing back in the 80s. We think one's on its way here, so we're going to look for them with these drones. But don't worry about the drones. It's not a big deal. Just, just look the other way.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah, exactly.
Patrick Bet-David
Nobody say that. And so when they come out and tell the American people, they tell the world what these drones are doing, I'm gonna bet that they're not gonna be telling you the truth. It's gonna sound good. And American people, you know, we're resilient. We're gonna go, huh? That's what they were used for. Oh, okay. And then we're gonna carry on. Right? But it's just not, it's not going to be the truth. It can't be the truth. Because if they, if this is an operation to find a catastrophic asset, we will never know as the American people. But that's where I disagree with our legislators. You know, we elected these people and you know, they are supposed to answer to us. And so when we, the American people, ask questions, they need to tell us the truth.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah. The fact that it's taken this long, it's, it's mind boggling that it's taken since November 18th to death. No one, give or take. That's the date that started being reported on it by the way just. Just Chase Hughes, a couple other guys are talking about, this could be a psyop. This could be a way of distracting everybody to be talking about something like this because there's nothing there. And they're just kind of saying, hey, hey, hey, keep talking about this, Keep talking about this. While we got to get this big spending bill through. Why we got to get, you know, make Trump stuff a little bit more difficult. Why we got to pin Trump against mosque while we got to do this? How much of it could also be just a psyop to throw everybody off while they're doing something even more nefarious behind closed doors?
Patrick Bet-David
100%.
Vincent Oshana
Okay, now you're saying percentages. I got you to say percentages. Good. Okay.
Patrick Bet-David
I'll go on record saying that you.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Don'T want to give yourself an out. Maybe 99.9. You're just.
Tom Zawacki
No, stay there, Josh.
Patrick Bet-David
No, no, I'm rock solid.
Tom Zawacki
I'm right there.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
This guy ain't wavering right now.
Vincent Oshana
I'm with it. Well, John, appreciate you for your time to getting on here with us. I'm glad now we're in contact with each other because, you know, I don't know if. Because the way you said it, I thought maybe. It sounds like you specialize in rednecks using drones. That's. That's, you know, hell, yeah, America, buddy. But you said 80 plus countries, so there's not a lot of rednecks in, you know, some of these other places. You're talking about rednecks and Greece. We look forward to staying in contact with you and having you back on, because I don't think the drone situation is going away anytime soon. I think we'll be dealing with that for many, many years to come. Again, appreciate your time. God bless. Merry Christmas. Thank you for your service.
Patrick Bet-David
Merry Christmas. And thank you to all your listeners. Thank you so much.
Vincent Oshana
Take care. Take care. All right. So interesting. What do you think about what John just said?
Adam Sosnick
So there's. There's a few things. So I go, let's go through them really, really fast.
Vincent Oshana
Go.
Adam Sosnick
If it's the US Government testing defense stuff, every now and then people see it, and you don't know what. You see it, and then it kind of goes away. Like Edwards Air Force Base. I'm telling you, it's a true story about all the weird planes people would see in the sky. Reported UFOs test is over, and they go back to their. To their hangar. Okay, number one, is it a test? Number two, are they really looking for something and they're really. And this is our government using drones that we have to go out and look for something. Exactly. He's talking about number three, it's a Chinese weather balloon on steroids. But we're not doing anything about it. And we're trying to talk to them about it, and we're not getting anywhere. But they don't want to panic because if they. So there's never been a shot fired. Just remember the Chinese weather balloon. If you think about it, Pat, that was, I was reading, the first shot fired in anger at a foreign adversary over the 48 US in modern history. This goes, you know, because remember, the British sailed up and burned down the White House once. But this is modern times, right? So if you're shooting things down over the east coast, you're basically admitting to the American people that a foreign adversary can get across the two biggest natural barriers that any country in the world has, the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean. You think about that, right? And so second is, if it's really a foreign actor and they're trying to negotiate and they're trying to figure this out, and they don't want to shoot it down because you're basically having, like, hot, hot engagement over New York and New Jersey, that's gonna make people a little bit squidgy. Right? So that's the third choice. So I think military test, you know, why would you go this long and risk this? Astera. I agree with this guy. Then you've got. We're doing it because we're trying to figure something out. We just don't wanna talk about it. And then third, it is a foreign adversary. It's a Chinese spy balloon on steroids. And we don't wanna get in a hot conduct shooting down mosquitoes over the Eastern seaboard.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah, but. But, Tom. But it comes back to, do you trust them? Like, with all the facts? And I know we talk about 100% government. I don't in my heart, like, you ever get the vibe of people, well.
Adam Sosnick
We'Re down at 17%. Right?
Vincent Oshana
Yeah.
Tom Zawacki
Thank you. I don't trust anything that they're saying, the government. By the way, I had secret clearance in the military. These guys, they're not stupid. The stuff that they know, the Pentagon doesn't know and they won't answer, Tom. That's where we lose as people trust. And then going back, it's like, so what's the deal is if, if there's something on this soil, Tom, that they. And I always go back to? Alejandro Mayorkas, they left an Open border, which is a turnstile for all negative stuff, fentanyl. There's 500,000 kids missing. And then you have, you know, the illegal votes. And now you have, whoops, there's a, there's a potential nuke, Tom. And I feel this is Vincent O'Shaughness feeling that anything to disrupt what Trump is coming in to do with anything, because if they all of a sudden go, hey guys, you know what? There's a leak of a plutonium something because it came in and now everything else flips up because once that happens, it's over. There's no coming back from a tactical nuke going off. God forbid, ok, God forbid, something like that, or a leak of that type of material in the United States. It's over.
Adam Sosnick
Well, there's a lot of people that argue that the dirty bomb is more of a problem than a full nuclear payload.
Tom Zawacki
And why is that?
Adam Sosnick
Well, because of the way it can contaminate everything.
Tom Zawacki
The water, by the way.
Adam Sosnick
And there's opinions that go back and forth on that. They say, well, it depends on what warhead you're launching. It depends on what you did with it depends on where did it. Was it an atmospheric explosion or was it a ground explosion? Was it in water supply?
Vincent Oshana
Well, look, here's the reality of it. We're not going to know on what's going on, but the more the biggest thing you need. As for someone like me, I just want in any situation I'm going through, it doesn't matter what it is, okay? If it's a war, if it's finances, if it's valuation of a business, if it's a client complaint, if it's a lawsuit, if it's a mistake someone made, I want as many testimonies as possible. I want as many angles as possible. Because once you have this person, that person, this person, that person, this person. Today a guy sends me a manect and he tells me about his business partners and he says, you know, him and his business partners are having a challenging time. And I gave him a strategy of what to do. But I also said to him, I said, you have to assume, you have to know that. I have to also assume everything you're telling me is right. The fact that your business partners are being nefarious, what if you're the one that's being like that? I'm not hearing their side of the story. But if what you're telling me is true, here's some feedback for you, right? I think we need intel. This is very helpful by the way. Just because we had John on doesn't mean he's 100% right. It doesn't mean it can't be China. It doesn't mean it can't be Iran. It doesn't mean it can't be nothing. It doesn't mean everything is there. You and I get to choose and sell. I think it's 42% here, 22% here. And then at the end of the day we find out.
Tom Zawacki
Can I ask you a question? Would you genuinely. Would you want to know and would you think it's smart to tell the public that, yes, there is a nuclear weapon that came in through the southern border and it's here? Would you want to wake up the public to maybe keep an eye out, or do you think it would cause more harm?
Vincent Oshana
No, let me, I'm curious. But, but let me give you an idea on how this works. Okay. If something's going on with our family and it's a real issue, you know what I'm talking about. So you know what I'm saying? And that's why when Tom does that, it drives when he does that every time. Rob, by the way, Rob knows. You know what? I want to give Rob a shout out to. Rob's been learning Aramaic.
Tom Zawacki
He knows Aramaic?
Vincent Oshana
Yeah, he knows the language, that Duolingo. Yeah, the Duolingo. He's been one of their guys that's been on street for a million. Yeah, but, but all you gotta say.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Is, by the way, shout out to the. What's the toilet thing that I got in the mail?
Vincent Oshana
Oh, you got already the.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
What is it called again?
Vincent Oshana
Oh, Garchok. Did somebody send it to you?
Adam Sosnick
Of course.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
The best I use it.
Vincent Oshana
All right, so let me tell me, go back to this. When you're going through family stuff that's taking place, there are certain levels of things that you want your kids to know what's going on.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah.
Vincent Oshana
But some of the things, they're not ready. You may be ready for something to know at 18, but you weren't ready at 14 to know about it.
Adam Sosnick
I agree.
Vincent Oshana
You may be ready to know at 14, but not at 10. You may be ready at 10, but not at 6. Vice versa. Some of the things you have to talk about. Right. The only reason the US Government doesn't want the public to know if it really is a nuclear warhead or whatever it is is because the government looks at the American people as kids. And they're not. They're adults. I think the more straight up American people are, the government is with The American people, that trust goes up. The reason like when I had President Trump on the podcast and I'm gonna transition to the next stories. We got a bunch of other things to cover. When I showed him, I said one of my favorite things you ever did is when you brought Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer into your office, the White House with 50 cameras. And you said, I'm willing to shut the government down. Guess what? We're back to shutting the government down again. You said, I'm ready to shut the government down. And it was a vlog type. You know what it did? It got us to realize who the a hole was and who was willing to lean and take responsibility. And you know what? Gordon played his clip. Look how intense it gets.
Tom Zawacki
Love it.
Adam Sosnick
Talking about the last time, Chuck, you shut it down.
Vincent Oshana
No, no, no.
Adam Sosnick
And then you opened 20 times.
Vincent Oshana
Watch this. I don't want to do what you did.
Adam Sosnick
20 times you have called for.
Vincent Oshana
I will shut down the government if I don't get my wool.
Adam Sosnick
None of us have any. Owns it.
Vincent Oshana
You said, okay, you want to take.
Adam Sosnick
Put that.
Vincent Oshana
You said it. I'll take it. I'll take. That's leadership. Yes.
Adam Sosnick
If we don't get what we want.
Vincent Oshana
You just saw right there. Sure is playing politics. Trump is saying, I'll take anything. You know what? For a guy like me, I like this. Versus with Biden. What happens? We don't see nothing.
Tom Zawacki
Zero.
Vincent Oshana
Show it to us. Right. The trust goes up where we're in there with you. Okay, I got it. I got it. Does that need to be every single thing you do?
Tom Zawacki
No.
Vincent Oshana
Because the enemy's also watching. Exactly. But I think there's 5, 10, 15, 20% of stuff that you can do for us to see as well to increase the level of trust the American people have in the government. You know what will be one of the biggest accomplishments in Trump by 2028? Go to the trust in the US government. Rob. Percentage. If I was Trump's camp and I'm doing a business plan for our. For our team and we said, hey, guys, go to 2028. What five milestones can we reach to call it a. I have my own list that I would share with the administration, but I'm going to give one of them. If the president and his camp, Musk, Vivek, Tulsi, Patel, Bobby, all of these names. I don't want to miss any one of them. Susie, every one of these guys. If by 2028 the trust in the US government suddenly goes up to 45% that may be one of the biggest victories on their top five. Because what the people said is they're not saying they trust the US Government. What they're saying is we trust today's administration. They're not saying they trust the government. They're saying we trust you today, not we trust you, period. Right. That could be one of the biggest victories. And one of the ways he could do it is by doing an open forum vlog style talking where we're kind of seeing what's going on. I want to go to the next story. I want to go to the next story. I want to go to the next story. So next story I want to get into is United Health Care CEO murder suspect Luigi Mangion indicted in New York. Rob, do you have that clip to show? Yes, he's indicted in New York. President Trump finally comments on it and he says a few things while that's taking place. You got a stunning poll comes out that finds more younger American think that co assassination was acceptable than those who don't, which is absolutely insane to think about. This poll, a poll by Emerson College revealed that 41% of Americans ages 18 to 29 viewed assassination of United Healthcare co as either somewhat or completely acceptable, while 33% deemed it completely unacceptable. I mean, to think about, that's what they're saying. This was something that happened Then on top of that, there's two documentaries that may be able to get done on him, which by the way, I understand the documentary on him. Hollywood should do that. We should learn more. And then there's also a defense fund that just surpassed $100,000 as of a couple days ago. I don't even know where it's at right now. Rob, if you can play a couple of these clips that you have, that'd be great. This is an ad from BetterHelp. This holiday season, do something for a special person in your life. Tom Zawacki
Of murder in the second degree as an act of Terrorism for the brazen.
Vincent Oshana
Targeted and premeditated shooting of Brian Thompson, who as you know, was the CEO of United Healthcare. This was a frightening, well planned targeted murder that was intended to cause shock and attention and intimidation. It incurred in one of the most.
Tom Zawacki
Bustling parts of our city, threatening the safety of local residents, tourists alike, commuters.
Vincent Oshana
And business people just starting out on their day.
Tom Zawacki
The maximum penalty possible for murder in.
Vincent Oshana
The first degree and murder in the.
Tom Zawacki
Second degree is an act of terrorism.
Vincent Oshana
Is life without parole.
Tom Zawacki
The maximum penalty for murder in the.
Vincent Oshana
Second degree is 25 years to life. There are additional counts as well, a number of criminal, possession of weapon charges. We can skip this part here, Rob, if you can go to what the President said, go right ahead.
Tom Zawacki
Health care shooting, the shooting of the CEO. Can you give us your thoughts about that? And what do you make of an unexpected shooter?
Adam Sosnick
Does that tell you? I think it's a terrible thing. I think it's really terrible that some people seem to admire him, like him. And I was happy to see that it wasn't specific to this gentleman that was killed. It's just an overall sickness as opposed to a specific sickness. That was a terrible thing. It was cold blooded. Just a cold blooded horrible killing. And how people can like this guy is. That's a sickness actually. That's really very bad. Especially the way it was done. It was so bad right in the back and very bad. Very thing like that. You just, you can't believe that some people. And maybe it's fake news, I don't know. It's hard to believe that that can even be thought of. But it seems that there's a certain appetite for him. I don't get it.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Yeah, and don't forget this is speaking from somebody who was literally shot.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah, exactly.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
That wanted to kill him.
Vincent Oshana
This is very.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
So this is close to home for him.
Vincent Oshana
This is a very dangerous place to go to, guys.
Tom Zawacki
It's dangerous patents and mind you, these are Democrat leftists that are using this opportunity to celebrate gun violence. Do you guys understand how hypocritical they are? And they're getting tattoos. Have you seen this? They're getting tattoos of him getting shot and saying deny, defend and depose. There's one on the arms.
Vincent Oshana
I gotta tell you, I can't even tell what that is. That's a horrible tattoo.
Adam Sosnick
Horrible.
Vincent Oshana
She should get a refund. That looks like. Honestly, zoom in a little bit.
Tom Zawacki
Is it backwards?
Vincent Oshana
It looks like a guy is going fishing and that's a lake with water on the bottom.
Tom Zawacki
And the guy's walking on water.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah.
Tom Zawacki
Rob, is there a video? Rob, there's a. I think there's a. It's an Instagram video, isn't it? Yeah, go on the link, Rob. No, the link right here. And look, it's her getting this. She's getting this. And then look at this girl. Watch this. Look at that. You can lower the music. Look at. She got that on her arm mass. And then these girls are getting him. Like, what kind of sick human being are you? Oh, like Jake said, look all the real estate she has.
Vincent Oshana
Are you gonna do something like this? Like warn us in advance?
Tom Zawacki
But yeah, these are a bunch of.
Vincent Oshana
People getting tattoos of this guy. Okay, well, I'm not. Listen, people will do a lot of weird things nowadays. Tattoos are, have. Have a different kind of a story and different meaning, but to me, Tony Robbins was here. Yes. Two days ago.
Tom Zawacki
Yesterday.
Vincent Oshana
Yesterday. Was it yesterday or two? Robbins.
Tom Zawacki
Oh, was it on the street?
Vincent Oshana
He was here two days ago and we did a two and a half hour podcast. It was supposed to be, you know, short podcast, turned into 2 hours and 15 minutes. Great conversation. I asked him about this and you know, how long it took him for him. Rob, what would you say? You watched it how. What was his reaction to Luigi Magione?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Def.
Adam Sosnick
Great analysis, great breakdown of him and it.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
And he gave it right away.
Vincent Oshana
Like there was no zero hesitation at all.
Adam Sosnick
Right away was able to explain exactly.
Patrick Bet-David
The mentality behind what he thinks the.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Mentality behind the shooter was and what led to the actions that happened.
Vincent Oshana
Would you say he was a. Did he look at it as, you know, well, you don't know what he's going through, poor guy and all this stuff, or was it like, no, this guy's a guy that grew up, spoiled, family, was rich, hates the capitalism, all this other stuff. What?
Adam Sosnick
The latter.
Vincent Oshana
The latter, yeah. It was interesting that he went there like this. Tom, your thoughts when you're seeing this right now and what the president said and what the hearing said, what would you say about this?
Adam Sosnick
So I'm gonna echo something that I said three podcasts ago. The liberals think capitalists and conservatives are evil and it is acceptable for them and even laudable when one is killed or they die or have hardship. Whereas conservatives, especially faith based conservatives, merely believe that the liberals are wrong and need through reasoning, even if they're volatile and they're militant that need to come to understand truth and understand what's right. That's the difference. And you have now lived, going back into the Obama administration, this division of America for political and election purposes. This continual fueling and fostering of this hatred and vitriol and it's come down. I said you correctly pointed out, Pat said, tom, back up a little bit. I really want to know about the 90 days prior because it's like this open period. I'm with you on that. I'm with you on that. And I was not throwing Penn over the waterfall as the cause, but I was saying something happened to him at Penn. There was a step that that was taken. It was a different guy that graduated Penn, then gave that valedictorian speech, talked about the disabled classmate and talked about the classmate that didn't speak English when he started. Very reasoned and there was a little step that was taken. And then he sits in San Francisco for a while, then he goes to Hawaii for a while and then is back. And then what happened those 90 days, there is a. All we can say is we know there is a progression. And what is surrounding him is this liberal and this, this angry vitriol where they think that this violence is acceptable. And if you think I'm wrong, go look at the poll. 41% of Americans age 18 to 29 at the Emerson College poll, which was, you know, and by the way, they weren't very accurate during the election and I hope to God they're not accurate here because I hope it's really not 41 of people that have emerged in career 18 to 29 that deem it, you know, somewhat or completely acceptable. And praise God for the 33% of the people in that age group that said this is completely unacceptable. But you look at Taylor Lorenz and you look at her little smirk and you look at how she reacted and you look at what she said. She used the word joy and Piers Morgan, God bless him, called her ass out. But that's what I think is happening. This guy. Something happened those 90 days, but it was the culmination. But it was the culmination of little steps that had been taken since the man that gave the valedictorian speech at his high school and did not sound like this.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Well, Vinnie touched on this and I'll just sort of finish it off. The selective outrage versus the selective celebration from the left is. It's kind of disgusting. So a psychopath walks into a Wisconsin High School. 15 year old, kills people with gun violence. They're calling for taking away guns, the second Amendment. But then this happens. Cowardly shoots this guy in the back, kills him. Father of two, hero worship, candles, vigils, tattoos. There was a Lookalike contest. So which one is it, guys? Is it gun control or gun worship? Which one is it?
Tom Zawacki
Yeah, no, it's, it's. It's. It just drives me crazy. By the way, do you think we're going to hear anything from this guy? I'm cur. I want to hear. Because you're not going to hear a peep. And the last time he tried to speak, Tommy, they grabbed his ass and they threw in the prison. Somebody needs to sit down with this guy. I know, I know the court and everything. He has to wait for the trial and be like this. Hey, what happened? What makes you silver spoon in your mouth? 140 IQ, great family. What in the God's name would make you do something like that? Okay, if his brain's not been wiped out by whoever talked to him for those three months, that it doesn't. It still doesn't add up. Besides the outrage from the people that that's like, you know, they say like the radicalized homegrown terrorists that those white boys that went to Iraq and became isis, like that doesn't make any freaking sense and they should get hanged for treason. That there's something going on that I wish we could find out, but I don't think we're ever going to hear his voice.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I don't. You don't think he's ever going to speak?
Tom Zawacki
Not meaning to. Who. Who's he going to talk to?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I just hope that Brian Thompson's death. I hope he doesn't die in vain. I hope something good can come from this. I hope something that helps America and our broken health care system or our health care system system that is definitely.
Adam Sosnick
In need of desperately.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Yes. Right. I hope his death can help America move forward with a better health care system.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah. You know the business model. It's the business model. You know, we have a neighbor that their health insurance program, you know how it works, the insurance that they have, they. They pay you if you take care of your body more and have fewer visits.
Tom Zawacki
Oh, really?
Vincent Oshana
You understand what just happened? So let's just say your premium is thousand dollars a month.
Tom Zawacki
Okay?
Vincent Oshana
But if you take care of your body, you lose weight, you're in shape, you're doing your physical, things are going better. Triglycerides, everything's getting lower. And you have fewer need for the health insurance. They actually lower your premium. So they reward you for not needing to go to the doctor because they.
Tom Zawacki
Know that you're investing in yourself.
Vincent Oshana
Exactly. So our business model for hospitals sucks. So, you know, like you Know a lot of these companies. The other day had an executive from a major $250 billion company over at her house. And Tom, you know who I'm talking about? I texted you about her because her CEO, the son, you know what I'm talking about. We're an investor in one of the companies. And she was over at the house and she said, hey, we used to be this and that, that we're now working from home. I said, really? Yeah. I said, okay. And so who works out of the office? Honestly? Nobody now. I said, what percentage? Less than 10%. Wow. I said. And I look at her husband. What does he do? Says, we're actually at a company where we work from home. And I love. We work from the office, and I love it. So it's funny, the wife work from home. The other boom. But she's always on the road because she's always selling. So she's on the road six, seven months out of the year. So that comes at a price, which that's what wholesaler salespeople do. You're always living in a hotel. Okay. And typically when we have a soccer match, she's never there. He's there. She's normally out of daughter stuff, but he's normally there. Okay, great. I so much probably, I enjoy talking to her the most that night, just learning about the story. I said, so what are you guys doing with all the real estate assets you guys have? We're selling them off. Really? One by one by one. She gave me some number. I don't know what the number was. We've sold over 50% of our real estate assets that we've had because we're not renting it anymore. You know what happens when you have so many different hospitals, you have to use it. But what if the incentive program changed? What if it changed? What if it's, hey, we're gonna give you this. If your body is this. What if somebody right now that's listing their 300 pounds, eating cheesecake, pizza, all this stuff. What if all of a sudden, hey, if your body weight is this, and you go do this and you do this physical, your cost of insurance goes this and da, da, da, da. Now people have an incentive to do what? Be in shape. You know, military, like, you had to. You run a certain amount of minutes for two miles.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah.
Vincent Oshana
What if. What if something like that is tied as an incentive program for me to be in shape? Right. A insurance carrier did this program one time called Vitality.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I was just going to bring that up. It was J.H. right.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah. John Hancock. Yeah. And anyways, I, I, you're right. I hope it goes that direction. But the hero making machine right now where they're talking about this guy being a hero, I've been talking about the fact that the hero making machine problem in America is horrible and we got to fix it. And this is an example of it. Rob, all of a sudden, the last, I want to say week, about two months ago on the podcast and I'll show you the clip here in a minute, I was being asked, you know, everywhere I'm going I'm being asked, what do you think about this? What do you think about this? Can you give us our analysis? And you know, I mean I said the biggest thing you have to worry about between now and November 5th, Trump is enemy the state number one. November 6th it will be Elon Musk won Vance two. Then it's Trump. And he said why? I said because Musk is going to be around for a while and Trump is a one term president. Once he's in, he's in and then Elon's going to be around for many years. J.D. vance is going to be a two term president. So he's going to be the enemy. I said, but they're going to try to divide. I said, I predicted what I said. I said they're going to call who the president Elon Musk. They're going to call Elon Musk the president and they're going to call him puppet master and they're going to put him on the COVID of a magazine with a puppet master, whatever. You remember that? And you even went on ChatGPT.
Tom Zawacki
I'll send it to Rob if you.
Vincent Oshana
Can send it to Rob. Right. I say this two months ago and watch what's been happening right now. Okay. I want you to watch this clip. Go ahead.
Tom Zawacki
Rob, this morning made it clear with all his vast government experience, which is basically he became rich on the federal government, that he doesn't want Republicans to pass this. And seemingly Vice President Trump kind of backed him up then at that point. And what it says about the politics.
Vincent Oshana
Is did you hear it?
Tom Zawacki
This is going to be a message.
Vincent Oshana
President Trump, Trump on purpose. President Elon Musk and nonchalant clip you saw nonchalant.
Tom Zawacki
He did it to nonchalant Adam Kinzinger.
Vincent Oshana
Then there's another one that you have here. Go ahead, Rob.
Adam Sosnick
Donald Trump is asking you to do.
Patrick Bet-David
Him a big favor.
Adam Sosnick
Would you please raise the debt ceiling for him right now so that he.
Patrick Bet-David
Can give those tax cuts to Elon.
Vincent Oshana
Musk and other billionaires next year.
Adam Sosnick
Well, Lawrence, I think you have it just half a click off. It's not Donald Trump asking for this. It's very clearly President Elon Musk asking for this. The fact that Donald Trump has been completely right there.
Vincent Oshana
And then go to Bernie Sanders yesterday. Go to Bernie Sanders yesterday. Tweet. This is Bernie Sanders tweet yesterday. Zoom in a little bit. Democrats and Republicans spend months negotiating a bipartisan agreement to fund our program. The richest man on earth, President Elon Musk doesn't like it. While Republicans kiss the ring. Billionaires must not be allowed to run our government. Right. This is taking place. Did you send something?
Tom Zawacki
I sent it to. And mind you, this is months, this is a month and a half. Almost, almost two months ago. We're sitting there and you were. And you brought it up, and I just went to chat GBT and I put it in and this is what we were talking about.
Vincent Oshana
Oh, this is coming soon.
Tom Zawacki
That's coming very, very soon. And notice how they're saying it under their breath. Nobody was like, no, meaning, that's Elon's.
Vincent Oshana
In the back in Trump's. By the way, this is not a real cover. This is rock or this is, this.
Tom Zawacki
Is a chat gbt, just on its own. I, I, because you were talking about it. Like I said this. And notice how he says it. They're saying it under their breath like they're planting the seed and nobody stopped them. And whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You're why, why they're letting it seep in. So now it's just becoming like regular talk. And I think it's, it's, it's, I mean, it's a good move. You talked about the wedge. They're going to try to do it.
Vincent Oshana
If you can go to my Twitter account, Rob, if, if you don't mind going to the Twitter account. So on the, on my Twitter profile, you'll see the most recent tweets who go a little bit. I said the only way. Okay? The only way the enemy can win is to divide and conquer. Expect to hear President Musk and puppet master as a way to get under Trump's skin. They'll plaster this everywhere I predicted. Watch the clip. Play the crip rope, if you can. Go and play showing that. Put it on one punch. I'm the richest man in the world and I want nothing from you, Trump. But they're going to do the following. And I'm telling you, it could work effectively if it gets under Trump's skin and here's what it is. 40 laws of power. Law number one. Rob, can you go to 40 laws of power law number one. Do you know what law number one is?
Adam Sosnick
Don't outshine.
Vincent Oshana
Never outshine the master. Law number one, never outshine the master for the next four years. Nobody can outshine Trump. And I mean nobody. If anything happens and credit is given and they spin it, this is how they do it. You ready? Elon Musk is Trump's puppet master. Wow. That's what they're going to do. By the way, that was. Thanks. That's coming yesterday. Says everything you said.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Shout out to Kelly.
Vincent Oshana
More time travelers. You guys are like, you're predicting all this stuff. And it was funny that he's saying. But I, I know they have to create that friction between those two. It's not even JD Right now. They'll do JD and you're three, four. But they have to do Musk right now. Year one, year two, first they're going to have to find that play between the two, and they're going to have to write it all over the place. Cover of Time magazine. It's got to be a puppet master, a picture of Musk and Trump on the bottom holding them, just to poke the bear. That's what they're going to do right here. And they're going to say, the President of the United States is really Elon Musk. It's not Trump.
Tom Zawacki
Bingo.
Vincent Oshana
Elon Musk is the President of the United States and he's toying with Trump. Pastor Thomas, you can pause it right there.
Tom Zawacki
Pastor Thomas, over here.
Vincent Oshana
Tom, the question is, will it work? Do you think President Trump, seeing this kind of stuff and watching it, do you think at all in his mind, it's going to upset him?
Adam Sosnick
Eight years ago, I would have said there's probably a chance that it's going to unsettle him a little bit. I don't think so now because I think they see it coming. They ran a fabulous campaign. They were able to jujitsu, you know, the theory of jiu jitsu, use the other guy's energy and then move that energy to get your move accomplished and put the other man on the floor. So I think that any sensitivity there, they see this coming now. I think they see it coming. They know what's going on soon as. Look, as soon as the nominations start coming out, the assassinations start coming out, because they don't have. If you don't have an idea, you don't have a program, all you have is words of manipulation, right? Name calling. Name calling and manipulation. Not just words. Name calling and manipulation. That's all you have. Hitler didn't work, so now I get to move on to something else. Name calling and manipulation. Oh, this is a dictator. He's going to be, he's going to retaliate. There's a 50. So there's two things I see right now. The retaliation angle. You may have somebody that we're going to cover story later today. I think the retaliation, retaliation against the media. I got the odds at 50% that he's going to retaliate. So here he comes. Going to retaliate, we told you so. And then manipulation. How are they trying to manipulate? They're trying to get under his skin using this. It's concerted. And I'm, I have faith right now that it's not going to work because they see it coming. And when Trump has sat there with Kristen a week ago and she tried some angles on him, he came right to her professionally, elegantly, but shut her down. And I hope that's what's gonna happen here.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I think, I think it is gonna work and I'll tell you why. What else could they throw towards Trump that could get him off the pedestal? They've done the Nazi thing, they've done the allegations, they've tried to basically throw him in jail, they've done the court cases, they've done so many different things. So we all, we all saw what happened with Russia, Russia, Russia. None of it worked. He got elected. Boom. We all know that Trump, for all the great things he's done, definitely can be vindictive and he can definitely be sort of a fragile eagle at times. And the little things will happen and the media will see Trump and Elon there doing a press conference one day. This could be a year down the road. And they'll say, well, okay, Mr. President, sorry, we have questions for Elon and they're going to focus all their attention and they're going to keep dripping and dripping and dripping and dripping this. And at some point it might get under Trump's skin. And we're going to find out if Trump has the ability to basically tune out the noise and say, let's get s done, or if he's going to let this affect his relationship with Elon. Elon Roche. I think he just surpassed a half a trillion dollars, Pat. So the.
Adam Sosnick
I have one simple follow up. This election was too important for what has to happen for America specifically. We've got the debt thing going on right now. It was so important for America. And I would hate to see the opportunity squandered at the hands of a psyop.
Vincent Oshana
Tom, I feel you. You know, when Tom gets pissed. Guys, there's a part of me that gets scared and I want to walk.
Tom Zawacki
Because I mess around upsets me.
Vincent Oshana
But let me tell you something here. I got a question for you, Tom. I got a question for you as well. You ready? So what used to upset you when you were 20 that no longer upset you at 30? Stay with me. What used to upset you when you were 30 that no longer upset you at 40? What used to upset you at 40 that no longer upset you in your 50s? Okay, and then here's a follow up question. What used to upset you in your 20s that whether you're 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, it's still going to upset you. Those two questions will dictate what's going to happen here. So answer it for yourself. What used to upset you in your 20s that no longer does in your 40s? I can tell you mine. I have a lot of.
Tom Zawacki
Wait, twenties that bothered you?
Vincent Oshana
Yeah. What used to upset you in your 20s that things were said about you or you know, things with the words that no longer upsets you today?
Tom Zawacki
You know, picking my height. Oh, you're short, you're this, you're that doesn't. Okay, none of that.
Vincent Oshana
Think about that.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah, nothing.
Vincent Oshana
By the way, at one point, how much did it.
Tom Zawacki
Oh, of course, because I was.
Vincent Oshana
Okay.
Tom Zawacki
Really?
Vincent Oshana
Well, I mean, okay, what else? What used to bother in your 20s that no longer upsets you today? Okay, look, he went somewhere. Did you see that?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Yeah, all of us, just the gay comments.
Vincent Oshana
Well, but that still upsets you. I mean, even earlier today, when I don't even want to tell them what.
Tom Zawacki
You talk about it.
Vincent Oshana
But, but be serious for a second. And folks, I'm asking you, the audience that's answering this question at all, but was there things that would, would destroy you, keep you up at night and all that stuff that no longer does?
Tom Zawacki
Yeah, people talk about my mom like your mother's this or your father that. Today it's nothing to me. I don't even listen to that type of stuff.
Vincent Oshana
Okay, so now what used to bother in your 20s, it doesn't matter if you're 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, it's still going to bother you. What is it?
Tom Zawacki
So what, what bothered me in your.
Vincent Oshana
20S that will still bother you today at 46?
Tom Zawacki
Anything about my religion, anything about Christianity, anything about that, my beliefs and stuff like that. Still, that hasn't Changed at all, Tom?
Adam Sosnick
Well, I would say that I have a certain feeling for that, but I also have a paternal perspective on that. And you know this. If people are lazy and things won't go as fast as they need to, that bothered me in my 20s. It bothers me now because I want to get it done. And it bothers me as much today as it ever has. Even more so today because now I have the benefit of my own history, realizing that when you really go fast and you put it down, what you can really achieve. And I've seen it. So actually, it probably bothers me more today. When I was in my 20s and P. And, you know, I. I used to hear, well, you didn't go to this school. You didn't go to that school. That really bothered me. Now I look back on it and said, well, I think I did okay. You know, so that's like, you know, whatever. Now I see it as I kind of poke back, right? Yeah. I went to a small school, and then I had to put myself through to get my mba. I guess that worked out.
Vincent Oshana
So watch.
Adam Sosnick
Now I almost. I almost go the other way with it.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Let's add one thing for me. I don't think I'll ever change this. People who are just sloppiness, grossness, just have zero standards. Just anything goes willy nilly, broke, gross. Just disgusting. Clean it up, buddy. That will never.
Vincent Oshana
Okay.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Be something that I'm just like, oh, yeah, I'm okay.
Vincent Oshana
You probably thought about a friend that was like, that you went somewhere, maybe a former roommate, you had something like that. Because I had a guy like that as well. His name was Speedy Espinosa. He would leave his underwear on his bed and go for the weekend with this girl in Nashville who. I don't want to say who the. Anyway, so he.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
You don't want to say what he's called out Speedy.
Vincent Oshana
One weekend. One weekend, Speedy. And this guy was five, six years older than me, and I was 18 years old, but I was done. One weekend. I took all his clothes and I dumped the weekend he was gone because he would leave his underwear. And I don't even want to tell you what it looked like. He would leave his briefs. I took his clothes on a plastic bag. I dumped it in the trash. My room would smell. I can't deal with smell. He came back saying, where are my clothes? I said, in the trash outside. I said, don't ever leave your underwear here before you leave. Wash them before you leave. I'm not gonna. Every time you leave Dirty clothes here, and if I smell anything, it's going to the trash every single time. And he very quickly realized he needs to wash his clothes. And that drove me effing insane.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Anyway, I'm with you.
Vincent Oshana
But let me tell you what it is. You ready? Okay. What hasn't changed? People. You do a lot for that. Betray you. And again, I'm going back to Trump on what he's thinking about. What else? Stuff with my dad. It's just, don't do it. Anything with my dad, family. Don't, don't, don't go there. He's a very good man. Okay. Faith, God, values, principle. America very protective of that. It's very important. Betrayal, it's always going to be there. Betrayal is always going to be there because I'm always going to do more for you than you're going to do for me. Lack of gratitude will always be unattractive. I had a call yesterday. Guy comes to my office, brings me the nicest painting. And he says, well, you know, you're such and such cold. We just fired a couple people recently, said. And one of the guys that we fired, you were there. You were in the building. We brought security. We're like, hey, this is your last day. You're getting fired. Oh, no way. Shell shock. Bo. He said, yeah. He called me and told me that he quit. So he told you he quit? Yeah. Wow. Really? I told him. I said, you're an idiot. This guy introduced you to all these different people. You quit. So then I sent a message. Are you telling people why I'm telling them this? Interesting. That's permanent. Because when Tom and I were working together and over the years, Gerard used to be on the podcast, he sent me the nicest message the other day. Guess what? When things were happening two years ago, three years ago, we never said anything about him. So I like him till today. Think he's a talent. You know what his Instagram profile says? Fired from Peabody podcast.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Oh, does it really?
Vincent Oshana
Yeah. Funny as hell. But you know what? It is? Here's what it is. I will forever remember how you value the relationship permanent. Well, remember, it's always going to be here. You publicly undermined everything that happened. No problem. I don't think it'll happen here because I don't think. You see, neither one of the men made the other man. So Trump didn't make Musk, and Musk didn't make Trump. So when it's like that, it's not like Trump is, you know, Musk wears Trump's gear. He Wears the Make America Great Again gear Dark maga.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah.
Vincent Oshana
You know, and it's like, just puts it on and guess what? Great. Good for you. And so he's given that respect to him. Musk is coming over here to mar a lago all the time. Of course, there's motives on both sides and there's incentives on both sides. That's very important. The biggest factor internally is I think the person that controls if Trump gets upset about this or not here, believe it or not, is actually not Trump. Guy sends me a message. Another guy. We love this guy. He was with us for three years and he quit. He didn't get fired. He actually quit. He came to me and said, pat, today's my last day. I quit. I'm like, oh, wow. When you're business for 25 years, you're going to get spooked sometimes and you're going to do the firing. Right. Both 50, 50. And that decision takes place. And I said, so do you have any final thoughts? Because we're done. I mean, you already made your decision. I wish you nothing but the best. Great. Boom. Do your thing. Fantastic. He says, what do I do with this relationship long term? I said, I don't dictate what direction this relationship goes long term. You do. I'm going to continue to grow. You dictate where we go long term. Okay. And guess what? Been very respectful. All the stuff that we're doing in this relationship with Trump and Elon, Elon controls what happens, not Trump. Elon has to be the first to jump out and defend Trump. Elon has to jump out and call these people out. Elon has to go out after these guys and be the flag carrier, because in this role, Elon is the flag carrier. Trump put his life on the line and took the heat debating when nobody believed in him for the whole four years after 2020, where everybody wrote him out and they're like, this guy's done with. He went through those doj, he went to court, he went and did all that stuff. He traveled to New York and mugshot and embarrassing and family and wife's drawn. He went through those humiliating moments. Nobody's above this guy. So that's why I'm saying. And the reason why I don't think it'll happen, because I think Elon understands this dynamic because Elon has a lot of people that he changed their lives as well. They owe Elon the favor, not the other way around. Many people don't understand this. And the reason why they don't understand is because they think life is only one year and only think about, well, I got the other guy to give me $20,000 because I'm doing business right now. Patrick will never find that. We find out everything and then guess what happens long term, you sacrifice your role. You don't think your kids are going to need that phone call in 10 years or 20 years or 30 years. You just did it for this one reason, man. You're short term thinking. Elon's not short term thinking. Elon's long term thinking. So I don't think it's going to happen because I think Elon's been. All this stuff that they're doing to Trump, I think it's happened to him in business so many times that Elon is what he's locked. In my opinion. My opinion. But the person that controls where this relationship goes here, I think it's going to be a lawn. I think Trump has the right to be upset. I think Trump has the right if somebody throws him under the bus behind closed doors. I think Trump has the right to be a little bit agitated. If any of that stuff happens. He has the right to have that. He's a man. He put all. He had all the pressure, and everyone just needs to stay as united as possible, do the job. And if we do, history books could potentially consider this four years, the most monumental four years that took America to the next level. And I'm being sincere that everybody benefits from it. And whoever's locked into that vision, you're in a good place. Whoever's not, hey, no problem. We understand. But everybody will be filtered out. It doesn't take a long time to filter people out. There's a famous quote that I tweeted out two weeks ago, and it was very intentional. It said, when a man with experience meets a man with money, the man with the money leaves with the experience, the man with the experience leaves with the money. Did you hear what I just said? When a man with money meets a man with experience, the man with experience leaves with the money, the man with the money leaves with the experience.
Tom Zawacki
Gotcha.
Vincent Oshana
But every once in a while, you meet somebody that has both money and experience. Never cross a man like that. That's Trump and that's Musk. Never make that mistake. You're a fool if you do so because they've been around the block and they have the right resources. Keep those people close to you. They're very hard to find. They're a great asset to you and your family. Your future kids will benefit from these Relationships. Trump's grandkids will benefit from the relationship with Musk. Vice versa, everybody. It's very, very important. Anyways, okay, so let's go to this next one here, which is something that happened that I really like. Rob, do you mind pulling up the clip with msnbc? Stephanie Rule says Trump is more accessible than Biden, but jokes he had. He told her to go eff herself, by the way. I actually love this, folks. If you're running a business, you're in sales. You have to watch this. There's such a big lesson in this. Rob, go ahead and play this clip. Donald Trump had that crazy rally at Madison Square Garden.
Tom Zawacki
Oh, wow.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah, I rolled the dice. And I called him on the phone. Watch this. And he answered.
Tom Zawacki
Of course he did. Of course.
Vincent Oshana
Look at the guy.
Tom Zawacki
What do you say?
Vincent Oshana
And I wasn't calling to chit chat. I said, Mr. President, this is Stephanie Rule. You made a lot of comments last.
Adam Sosnick
Night, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Vincent Oshana
And it was, it was not an on the record conversation. Long story. So I'm not going to get into what he said, but I called for one reason. I said, you just said a whole bunch of public things. I'd like to sit down for an interview and with you. We got five days before the election.
Tom Zawacki
So we didn't get into anything.
Vincent Oshana
There's nothing for me to report. I called him and said, I want an interview with you. Obviously, he said, no, but my point is I was able to get to.
Adam Sosnick
Him by dialing his phone.
Vincent Oshana
Now, that might be completely ape, and you're like, I can't believe people know this guy's phone number. But the, the, the, the reverse of that. If I were to want to connect, right, with BP Harris or President Biden, there's 50 people between me and that. I could write a note that maybe could get to somebody, to get somebody, then through pony express and a pigeon, something might end up in a mailbox. That is embarrassing. And I called DJT to say, yo, can I have an interview? And he said, I'm gonna go fuck myself. But I still was able to connect.
Adam Sosnick
With him, but he still picked up.
Vincent Oshana
Tom, thoughts?
Adam Sosnick
I love that. I absolutely love it. Because you know what? It points out that we've been living in a stage show and the directors and the producers didn't want the media to really talk to the actors. And the actors are Biden and Harris. And instead Trump, who is famous for being accessible, he's famous for being a quick text, not for everybody, but for the people that know him, because he knows the game, you know, the art of the deal means you know who to call. The art of the deal means when you need a permit in New York, you call City hall and say, you know, I got all these people working. I got all these things going on here. What's up with my permit? Right. The art of the deal means that you work the phones and you influence. You don't influence. That's it. You don't influence from being behind 50 people and being a puppet.
Vincent Oshana
Right.
Adam Sosnick
And that is what Biden and Harris were. And Stephanie Rules just pointed out, I would have to go through all this stuff to get to. To know. Let me translate it for you. Stephanie Rule says, my job is to interview people and to get segments and get them on my network. That's what I'm paid to do. I am a commentator. That's what I'm supposed to do. I try to do that with Biden and Harris. I can't do my job because there's 50 people in my way. But DJT picks up the phone. Guess what? When you're making deals and when you're out making things happen and you're leading, you're accessible enough to the right people so that you can get crap done. And we have just seen Biden and Harris are puppets behind the stage and the directors and producers. That's what we had.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I think there's even a bigger story here. So it's sort of a metaphor for the difference between Trump and someone like Kamala or Biden or a capitalist versus a socialist Trump. One of the biggest things he says is, we're gonna cut regulation. We're gonna cut red tape. We're gonna make this DOGE thing happen. The Department of Government Efficiency. You know, Bill Maher talks about how to build a shed in the back of his house. You've been to the back of his house. Or to build a toilet in California, it would cost $5 million. By the time you go through regulation, by the time some palms get greased, by the time that you go through all this regulation and red tape, how much more it costs versus just picking up the phone, calling somebody, and getting through. So there's a bigger message here. The fact that she called Trump and he picked up and he's like, hello.
Patrick Bet-David
No.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
No interview, but have a nice life. It's amazing. It's amazing. And that's the whole part of being efficient. By the way, you know, who's the most accessible person here? The most accessible person here? Pbd. If I text PBD or if I Call PBD if I. Right away. There's other people sometimes that make you go through them to get to pbd. And I. If I have to go through a certain person who may no longer be here anymore, it might take me days just to get back from PBD. But I respect PBD's time. So maybe I don't go directly to PBD on things, but it's just a metaphor for sometimes bureaucrats and people with red tape and regulation want to get their palms grease or get in the way. And you use power when all you got to do is sometimes go to the source.
Tom Zawacki
And I think I'm being dead serious. I had this conversation yesterday on Manect about how accessible. And this isn't a plug for Manek, but it's going to sound like it because it kind of is. You can. If these people get a phone number, they can get to the President. Yesterday, this guy left me this awesome manec, and he's like, vinny, I just got to give you guys a shout out. He's like, I had an idea that I wanted to talk to Tulsi Gabbard about who's going to be the new Director of Intelligence, right? That's her new job. This guy was like. I said, he's communicating with the person that's right next to the president and the accessibility. And he's like, I gave her all these ideas that she could use or not use. She messaged me right back and said, great idea. If there's a way to implement them. Like, think about. She can get to the president. People on the neck can literally get to the freaking White House and talk to people.
Vincent Oshana
Such a good point. You know, it's funny, for me, being in sales, this is. This is even bigger than that, Vinnie. Let me. Let me. And I said this on Charlie Crook shows yesterday. So I'm in a meeting, we're in Diamond Bar, and these two guys are debating on stage on what's important. One guy who's this macho, arrogant, cocky guy says, never pick up the phone call of your guys and wait 24 hours, because if you do, it makes them think you're not busy. If you answer it a day later, you're training them to think you're so busy that they also work so hard because they'll say, oh, my God, such and such is so busy, so never be accessible. Right? This is what the guy's saying. And this other lady, she's up there, she's like, no, I like to be accessible. And they're going back and forth. Another guy who's a former Marine jumps in. No, you, you can't. You guys need to know your time is valuable. And if you don't respond, wow, party. Heated debate. I'm sitting, I'm like, yeah, I'm a street guy and I like that. She is accessible.
Tom Zawacki
Yep.
Vincent Oshana
You could get a hold of her and she would respond back, and guess what? You know, whatever business dealings, I'm no longer with them. You have no. I went up to her, I said, listen, I just want you to know this. You're right. Don't listen to them. I told her that she may remember this. I said, you're right. Don't listen to them. She's my boss.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah.
Vincent Oshana
I said, stay that way. We like it. Yeah, of course we like it. You just have to protect abuse. Right? So in sales, in php, I watch my sales guys. I had one guy whom I gave somebody for him to go visit and train in his state. Three years, the ladies there. He never visited her efforts. And she was. I could never get ahold of him. I gave another guy like this accessible, accessible, accessible. This guy built a massive agency. This guy never built a vice president ever, himself, ever. And he's probably more talented than the other guy was never accessible. The key to accessibility is important. And then you got to protect yourself as well, but you got to be accessible for the people that want to get a hold of you. Guy calls me the other day. He's like, hey, so, Patrick, I haven't spoken to you for three years. Dylan's sitting right next to me. I'm like, why is he calling me? Former commercial real estate agent. When I first moved to Florida, I was interviewing a few guys to be a commercial real estate agent. And one night I'm calling him two, three times. After 6:00, he's not picking up. Because I got an opportunity I want to get some questions on. He calls me the next morning. He says, hi, I noticed you called me last night. I said, yeah, I called you three times. He says, I have a rule. I don't answer phone after 6 o'clock. I said, oh, really? Yeah. I said, well, I'm planning on buying hundreds of millions of dollars of properties. I also have a rule. My commercial real estate agent needs to work for me. We're not going to work it together. He calls me, he says, how are things? Are you still doing that business? Is it going good? I said, yeah, it's going good. You know, we've grown. He says, that's good. Do you need any. Did you ever end up buying any real estate? I'm like, this guy doesn't check any store. Yeah. I'm like, yeah, I bought this, I bought that. I bought this, I bought this. I bought. How come you never called me? My answer. I never wanted to break your code of don't call me after 6:00.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Yeah.
Vincent Oshana
Silence for 10 seconds.
Tom Zawacki
Oh. Oh, well, I don't get it.
Vincent Oshana
Okay. I said, God bless the phone. Bye. And I told Dylan, I said, dylan, you want to get into sales, people got to get a hold of you. Yep. Never be too big of a big shot to think that people can't get a hold of you. And by the way, sometimes your people that are your, like, handlers, if you're not too careful, they'll make you look like an. Because they're not getting back to anybody. Yep. And like, dude, you got to get back to people. And so you got to be also be careful where you're training your guys to also be available, accessible, and get back to people quickly. If you don't have an answer right now, you're like, why didn't get back to him for three days? Because I didn't have an answer. Tell them I don't have an answer. But can I get back to Friday at such and such time? Yes. Put an account to get back to them. That's a. That's an addition. And by the way, the reason why Trump has that is why he's good in sales. You can't not have that and be good in sales. You have to be accessible.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
You also told the story. It might have been on bpw. It was regarding Mario. Someone said, oh, yeah, hey, Mario, I got to talk to people. It's super urgent. It's urgent. Was that a BPW did that?
Vincent Oshana
Yeah, I did.
Tom Zawacki
Super urgent.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
And then you get on the phone and quickly you realize this wasn't that urgent. This could have been something that wasn't me.
Vincent Oshana
That was Will Guidera that Mario's assistant sent an email saying, very urgent.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Yes.
Vincent Oshana
Mario gets on with Will Willis. Like, did somebody die? No. Why is it that, you know. So it was a very interesting thing. Anyways, breaking news that just came in right now. Rob, if you want to pull it up. Appeals court removes prosecutor Fanny Willis from the Georgia election case against Trump and others. Interesting. Interesting. You remove her. Why did you remove her? A state appeals court on Thursday removed Fulton. Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis from the Georgia election interference case against Trump and others, but didn't dismiss the indictment, leaving the future of the prosecution uncertain. The case against Trump and more dozen others have been already largely stalled for months, while the court. The new ruling means it's up to the Prosecuting Attorneys Council of Georgia to find another prosecutor to take over the case and to decide whether to continue. Tom, what does this really mean?
Adam Sosnick
What this means is that Fannie Willis, by the organization in Georgia that manages their prosecuting attorneys, has basically said, fannie, you have brought something here. And your conduct and how you've done this is so beyond the pale and outside the lines that you're off this case. They basically have removed her from the case. We had to go through the hearings with you and did you give money to your boyfriend and were you doing the horizontal bop on brakes and all those things that we were hearing about this? Right. And the money. Well, that's what it was.
Vincent Oshana
Horizontal.
Tom Zawacki
What Mambo. It's laying down pad, but you're on top of the person.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
It's an old.
Adam Sosnick
Yeah, yeah, it's an old. It's an old Bob Seger.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Tom, doing the mambo number five over here.
Adam Sosnick
No, no, no, it's. It was from a Bob Seger.
Vincent Oshana
So I thought it was a.
Adam Sosnick
Anyway, reference. Back to fan angles.
Tom Zawacki
Get back to Fanny's fanny.
Vincent Oshana
Gone.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
No, no, no. But a little bit of time in your.
Adam Sosnick
So let's, so let's go back to the facts. Fact, she was not in the office a lot. She was having an affair. She directed money to a boyfriend. She ended up in a disciplinary hearing that barely went her way. Remember that?
Vincent Oshana
Yeah.
Adam Sosnick
And now they're all looking at January 20th, and they're looking at federal money and they're looking at a lot of things. They're looking at judges being appointed. And so people in Georgia that I think are protecting their livelihoods are depoliticizing this. And they're saying, step one, Fannie, you're off the case. Step two, a new prosecutor can look at it because they don't have the authority to dismiss the case. Only the prosecutor dismissed the case. So they said, we need to find a new prosecutor. And if the new prosecutor, you know, picks up the piece of paper and says, yeah, this thing is weak as hell. It never should have been brought. Toss this thing. And I think that's what's about to happen in Georgia. But the disciplinary group over the state prosecutors has basically removed her from the case, which should have happened a long time ago. But everybody was scared because the Democrat machine had so much pressure. The same thing happened to Alvin Bragg. And this is what Eric Adams is on the flip side, screaming about in New York. And so there's a new sheriff in town, and January 20th is coming, and Fannie just got fired off that case. And the new prosecutor will either continue it or he'll drop it, because a prosecutor has to be.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Let me ask you something, Tom. You know, put on your lawyer hat. There was 93 counts on all these different states allegations. New York, D.C. florida, Georgia. How many of them? Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Leticia James Fonny. You're learning. All these names come January 20th. Is it all just down to zero? Nothing?
Adam Sosnick
I believe it. I believe it will be, ultimately, and I'll tell you why. Remember when we broke this down? I broke it down for everybody. I said, here's all the accounts in the Alvin Bragg. Remember, we went count by count by count. For our audience to say, this is basically what he did. Adam, you know, you. You know, and a buddy at your house.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Don't bring me into this time.
Adam Sosnick
No, no, no. Use an example. And you're drinking, and you get to remember, and you get upset, and you smash a bottle of Jack Daniels on his head and you cut him. And so he goes to the authorities and says, I got assaulted, man. This is battery. And then the DA said, okay, count number one, Adam committed battery in apartment in Miami. Count number two, Adam committed battery in Dade County.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Tom, I don't know. When was this? Count number three, now the chat's gonna go wild.
Adam Sosnick
Adam committed battery on the sixth floor of an apartment building. Remember, that's what Alvin Bragg did. He cut the thing. Remember all those checks? He cut it into little slices. So it was a loaf of bread, but he cut it into slices and acted like each slice was a case into itself. That's what. That is the definition of weaponization of. Of the Justice Department. And that's what Fannie did. And so 93 counts, they did that. So the number would seem big. But each individual.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I love you. I just wanted to see if there's going to be 0 for 93. All of a sudden, I'm on the sixth floor with the candle maker and the butler on the. What's going on?
Adam Sosnick
There are some people that appreciate, in our audience that appreciate the explanation because they're going to go talk to their friends and say, listen, PBD podcast broke this thing down. They've got it under control, and this is what happened.
Tom Zawacki
And let's not forget Tom, you know her. I don't know, was he her boyfriend or the special prosecutor?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
The guy doing the horizontal.
Tom Zawacki
The guy that Was on vacations and doing all that type of stuff. He met with the White House officials in May and November in 2002, while the Georgia election interference case was happening.
Adam Sosnick
Correct.
Tom Zawacki
Piece together, like, it's the fact that everybody was so blind and everybody was so, like, we knew what the hell was going on. And it's just refreshing to know that it's all about to get flushed down the toilet.
Vincent Oshana
Well, there you go. That's the update. Let's go to the next one here. Miami judge approves bail for wealthy Alexander twin twins in state rape case. Now for this story, Rob, if we can read it, because some people may not know what's going on. These guys in Miami, Florida. I'm not just Miami. They're known for being top producers in real estate for many, many years. Okay. And they're the Orin Alexander brothers. The Alexander Alexander on Alexander, the twins.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
And then there's a third brother.
Vincent Oshana
So Miami judge grants bail to real estate broker twins or in alon who face state sexual charges with bonds set at 3 million and 2 million respectively, secured by their father's home in Bal Harbor, Florida. Circuit judge Lodi Jean approved house arrest, ordered the twins to stay away from victims, stating, I'm satisfied that these are reasonable conditions. The twins, along with their brother Tal Alexander, also implicated in the federal sex trafficking case in New York. Authorities alleged. Alleged the brothers used their wealth to lure drug and sexually assault rape multiple women over more than a decade. Tal Alexander, co founder of luxury real estate firm official appeared in federal court on related charges. Rob, do you have a clip on this, or is it exactly what I just read?
Adam Sosnick
I have the clip from when they were originally denied bail that we had.
Vincent Oshana
Oh, please. Is that the one where he said he's got a son, he's got a child on the way. Go ahead, Rob. Go ahead.
Adam Sosnick
Because it's considered a dangerous crime, I'm required to hold you with no bond.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
You'll see.
Tom Zawacki
Your honor.
Adam Sosnick
Yes, sir. Don't talk about the facts, though.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Your attorney's here.
Tom Zawacki
Your honor, my wife is nine months pregnant, due any day now with our first child. Her family's in Brazil. She's counting on me to be with her during labor.
Adam Sosnick
That's something. You have a very good attorney.
Vincent Oshana
He's gonna.
Adam Sosnick
You're gonna have a hearing tomorrow before.
Vincent Oshana
The division judge, and that judge will.
Adam Sosnick
Consider any argument regarding a bond because they state filed this motion for pretrial detention.
Vincent Oshana
I'm required by law to grant it.
Adam Sosnick
Because this is considered a dangerous crime.
Vincent Oshana
And then, Rob, there's Another one that came out a friend of theirs. Friend of Alexander real estate brothers surrenders in sexual assault case Surrenders. I just texted it to you.
Tom Zawacki
The whole crew, huh?
Vincent Oshana
Yeah. I mean, this is not good. If you go online, Robin, you just type in Alexander twins. The story will come up as a first one. Just go to Google and type in Alexander twins. It'll pop up right there. There you go. You got it. So friend of Alexander real estate brother surrenders who are prominent luxury real estate in Florida, New York or some of the traffickings helped them. Okay, so to face an allegation that he helped two of them rape a woman nearly a decade ago. Go a little bit lower. Rob a friend of brothers who are prominent real estate in Florida children was allegation Oad Fisherman, 39, returned early from his honeymoon in Japan to surrender at the Miami Dade county courthouse on sexual battery of multiple perpetrators. He was later released on 25, 000 bond with his new wife and mother in law putting up another 216 collateral. According to investigators, fishermen help twins Alana and Oren rape a woman December 31, 2016. They say that a woman to his Miami beach apartment for New Year's barbecue, sending her photos and people already in attendance when she arrived. However, the only people present were the twins, fishermen and two maids. The woman told police that Alexander and fishermen took her into a bedroom where fishermen held her down while the twins took turns. Fisherman is anxious to resolve this and vindicate his name. Wow. Adam, what do you know? This is a Miami story. You know these guys, you know of them in. In the Florida market. What do you know more about the story?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I'm just gonna be radically transparent here. These kids grew up in Miami. These guys grew up in Miami. They have a. An older brother. I'll leave his name out of it because he was not involved in this whatsoever. He was in my class, he was in my grade. We acquaintances were good.
Vincent Oshana
Oh, really? So one of the brothers has nothing to do with these.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
There's a fourth brother who is. Is not even involved in this whatsoever. I don't even know if he lives in Florida anymore. I'm not sure. I haven't seen him since. Whoever, however. But the point is, I know him. I know the family, and I remember these guys from growing up. We run in very similar circles in Miami. I don't have any of their numbers on my phone. We're not friends. We did spend that one time at a dinner together. Not my buddies, but we have a lot of mutual friends. A lot. And I would have conversations with multiple buddies. One in particular who was a groomsman in one of their weddings. And I was like, dude, what the hell's going on here? Have you seen. And this is a very credible guy. Good guy, stand up guy. He goes, I've never seen anything. I've never seen them do anything like this. But I don't go on these private parties to the Hamptons. I'm not there in these private jets. I only see what goes on here in Miami. I had conversations with. I told you who I had lunch with yesterday. You know people very well to do people in Miami. I said. I said, you partied with these people. Have you heard anything ever about this? She's like, no, other than like, they like to party and have fun. I've never heard any of these stories. But here's the twist. One story, two stories. Five stories. Okay, 10 stories. What, 20, 40 allegations?
Vincent Oshana
Is that the number?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
That's the number now, apparently, right?
Vincent Oshana
Yes.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Okay. Fact check that. That's an insane amount of number. So what I will say is the following. You know, in America, we still believe in innocent until proven guilty. With social media these days, it's sort of trial by social media, trial by media, trial by opinion. They deserve their day in court. Here it is right here. Testify that 40 women accusing the Alexander brothers of rape are credible. I'll give you another insight here. This is a text that I received, okay? A girl I know, mutual friend, and she saw the clip that we did six months ago, and she said, hey, this clip resurfaced. I want to tell you something, and I'm going to leave her name out of it. She says, I was sent the clip that we discussed by multiple women. She said, I personally know five women who were assaulted by them.
Vincent Oshana
Oh, okay.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
This is a girl I know. I said, I would never, ever back these guys up. Basically saying, like, in my opinion, this is 1000% true. This is what she says. I said, that's crazy. What did the women say? I said, the clip that we discussed was five, six months ago when these allegations were coming out. Obviously, things have gotten way worse. We saw the video of when they came out in front of their house, come outside. Now, the FBI, she says, quote, unquote, they were all raped while on drugs. I said, by which brother or brothers? This is what she says. Her words. All three rape women.
Tom Zawacki
She.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
She says, I can't believe that people still don't believe this. It's pretty wild to me. I said, it's a horrible situation. And it's seems to Be pretty believable. Then she says, always believe women. And I said, always. She said, always. I said, women never lie. And then she said, well, 96% of the time, so. But the point is this. This is actually a horrible situation. I feel horrible for these women. If this did happen, this spanned over, I want to say, over 10 to 15 years. These were young guns getting rich quick. What's the message here? The truth always comes out, whether it's these guys, whether it's Harvey Weinstein, whether it's Bill Cosby. We're. They're going to deserve their day in court. But if you do messed up, your day's coming.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
And we're going to see what happens here. But it's a. It's a tough situation for everyone.
Tom Zawacki
You know what really pissed me off about that thing, Tom, because I know you want to say something, is the fact that allegedly you've done all this stuff and getting the text from the girls and all that stuff, and then you want to come to court and look at the judge and say, hey, but can you feel bad for me for a second? My wife is about to have our first dog. Was it a daughter? It's like, think about if this is true. How many daughters have you ruined their lives, and you want leniency so you could put yours into this world. I'm happy that she's like, no, no. Have your judge talk about it, Tom.
Adam Sosnick
So remember, these are allegations again. That's why I said, under an indictment. An indictment says the government believes there's enough evidence to bring against you to get rolling. What I thought was really odd here. I don't know these guys, by the way. Adam, when you read like that, you know you're about to get subpoenaed. What you just did. You and that girl are going to get subpoenaed. And sometimes you don't want to be part of the. No, I'm saying you are.
Tom Zawacki
I mean, you're in good shape, though.
Adam Sosnick
You. You are. It's nothing. What I'm saying, there's someone in Miami.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Moving on, Tom.
Adam Sosnick
Typing it up right now.
Tom Zawacki
Like, technically, what you just did was section five, paragraph three.
Adam Sosnick
I got a text message on my phone from a witness. Let me read it to you.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Not a witness.
Vincent Oshana
A.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
A woman who heard something meanwhile, from friends. Okay, okay. Jesus Christ.
Adam Sosnick
Now you brought her friends into it. So this is going to be the subpoena. Adams House. So what I was looking at is the.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I don't even know. I don't even know.
Tom Zawacki
You've been Aware of valuetainment. Pain in court.
Adam Sosnick
Exactly right.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
And they're going to be. Mr. Sosnik, I gotta ask you. Tom mentioned that you were doing battery on the sixth floor. Was that he'd made it up?
Adam Sosnick
No, no, no. But that was fabrication of justice. That was your friend that you hit with the Jack Daniels bottle. Got the fact straight. No. What I found odd about this, remember they went through on Diddy case, and Diddy was not given bail. And they said, we're concerned about his access to the witnesses and we are concerned about his ability and flight risk. That was the two things they said. These are indictments. You know, Mr. Combs is not guilty. You know, we're gonna go to trial with this, but we're worried that he has all the capabilities that he would need to be a flight risk. And we don't want him to be out to intimidate witnesses because there's violence that had been involved in this. Remember that? So in this indictment you're reading about, when you read false imprisonment, kidnapping, and things like that, you're saying, you know, someone was holding you down, you were being restrained. That's what's in the indictment. The first judge that you saw him when he was wearing a. I believe that's a bulletproof vest. I think that's a. Yeah, because that means.
Tom Zawacki
That means parents and fathers.
Adam Sosnick
I don't know. But it appears to be. And so he's in. He's in court with that. And that one judge is saying, this was dangerous and this was violent, what I'm reading here. And my obligation is to deny bail. That's my obligation here. And so she says, but now a Miami judge comes back and says, oh, well, 2 million for you, 3 million for you, and we'll accept collateral as your dad's house. That just seemed to be odd to me, that bail was granted in this case.
Vincent Oshana
Why do you think it was? Because they're known in Miami.
Adam Sosnick
I. I wonder. They must. First of all, they've got the best of the best representative. They got money, whoever that is.
Vincent Oshana
They got money.
Adam Sosnick
They've got the best criminal attorney that money can buy in Miami because they've got the money to get that person. And by the way, if you have the money, you want the best that there is, because, hey, I'm under indictment. I'm not guilty until we go to court and the jury decides. And so it's kind of weird that they get bail and Diddy doesn't. When they've got access to aircraft, they've got a lot of money. And the indictment contains multiple references to foreign countries.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah.
Adam Sosnick
Where they. Some of the stuff took. Allegedly took place.
Vincent Oshana
Wow.
Adam Sosnick
So wouldn't you think, oh, they could just hop a plane to a foreign country. They have the ability to do three, Rob.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Yeah, I'm so. You know what's interesting to me? So pull up this guy, Darren Sharper. Do you guys remember who that guy was?
Vincent Oshana
Football player.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Football player, yeah. You know what happened with him?
Adam Sosnick
Denver Broncos.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
He was with New Orleans Saints. Do you remember this guy? Pull up an image of this guy. This is the most interesting thing to me. And this is kind of a Bill Cosby type thing. Here's this guy. He was a Super Bowl. He won a Super Bowl. He was a stud. He was a Pro Bowler. Super good looking guy. Maybe find a better looking picture. This guy could get any chick he wanted. He's a NFL player living in Miami. And a girlfriend of mine was actually seeing him at one point. This is 10 plus years ago. And I'll never forget this story. I swear to God.
Tom Zawacki
You're gonna get subpoenaed again, so be careful.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
All I can do is be honestly transparent. She says, yeah, last night I hung out with so and so this guy. I said, okay. She goes, I don't feel so good today. And we were having lunch. I was dating her friend at the time, and we're having lunch. She goes to the bathroom, pukes. She comes back and goes, what's going on? I just, I don't feel so good. We know nothing. We don't have a reason why. And then she starts telling me, yeah, you know, I see him every once in a while, you know? You know, I think we're dating. And I just said, listen, I'm gonna. I'm gonna be just straight up with you. You ain't his girl. You're on his roster. Straight up. What do you mean we like each other? I'm just letting you know I know who he is. I know he runs with. You're just a. You're. You're one of the chicks on his roster. Straight up, you're on the bench. I don't know if you're on the starting five. Turns out, lo and behold, this guy was drugging and raping women all throughout Miami. And he went to jail for how many years, Robin, if you can find it. But why would you need to do that is my point.
Vincent Oshana
Good looking.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
How many years?
Adam Sosnick
30 years.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
30 years. Okay. This guy was the NFL Pro Bowler, super bowl winner. Good looking guy, Absolute student.
Tom Zawacki
Why Sick. You're. Why you're sick. And the devil got power.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Something. There's some power.
Adam Sosnick
Isn't this four states that he was.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I don't know Tom. I'm not trying to get evil by your opinions here guys.
Tom Zawacki
It's evil.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
But what I'm saying is you don't need to do that. Why do you resort to these measures? These Alexander brothers. Look at the pictures of these twins. Good looking guys, millionaires. The twins are obviously the two on the left in the middle. The other guy looks good looking guys, right?
Tom Zawacki
You don't need looks crazy. He fits the profile. If I had to guess.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
So Oren is in the middle. Alana's on the left tall. Who's the second?
Adam Sosnick
Adam.
Tom Zawacki
Do you know about that?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
When you're. When you're rich, when you're good looking, you don't need to do this.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah, but that.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
So it makes me wonder something especially. And this is all allegations. What's going on in the family?
Tom Zawacki
I was just gonna ask the fan.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Not one, all two, not three are all doing this, are they?
Tom Zawacki
How is their. Like who are their parents? Who are these guys? Parents are there. Are they known?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
They're not in the money. They're just real estate developers and they also own a security company. The biggest thing to me is like why do this? You don't need.
Adam Sosnick
They.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I mean I'm just going to say this because it's all out there. There was a yearbook story about when they graduated high school. About. They said my favorite memory from high school is when we used to play with choo choo trains. AKA like read the lines between there. There's something weird going on here. Bill Cosby. Bill Cosby was America's dad. He was the most famous guy on tv. Any girl would have slept with him. Why Drug. I don't understand.
Vincent Oshana
I don't know what.
Adam Sosnick
I don't get it.
Vincent Oshana
You cross the line a little bit. Anybody would have slept with Bill Cosby. No, no, no. But, but look I get, I get what you're saying. This guy. My story with this guy was he just gave me vibes of the types of people that were the annoying rich kids in high school that we were looking at a property in Boca. He comes up to show it to us. It's a 25 million dollar property. It's a beautiful problem. I think. Yeah. I even took you one time to see the property and then I made an offer. Whatever. I made a. They had it at 25 million. I made a 16 million dollar offer. He comes back and lowers it to 24,5. It's an move. Guess what? I said, I'm out. So then they start calling, say, no, no, no, no, no. They're open there. I'm like, I'm out.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Yeah.
Vincent Oshana
I'm telling you, I'm out. Okay. And then another lady who is very well known in Palm beach as a realtor, she says, hey, would you entertain a $20 million offer? I said, I would entertain a $20 million offer. Says, well, you know, they're saying they would like, but now they're saying, 22, 5. I said, I'm out. I just told you guys. You keep playing games. This guy plays game. Not my type of guy. When he said the event we went to, I didn't go to an event with him. Ken golden, who invited us to a. A. An event to look at Couple Spider man. What do you call it? Baseball, comic books, collectible cards. And I went to a collectible event. Yeah. That others were there. And he comes up and he says, man, you missed out on the opportunity. I said, don't tell me you missed out. You just sold it for 17 million. I was right. He's like, oh, oh, oh, no, no, no. I said, so you're that guy.
Tom Zawacki
Yeah, you're him.
Vincent Oshana
I don't know this guy. I know nothing about the credibility. Also, what I do know, the credibility of being a, you know, that spoiled brat. Whatever, Whatever that, you know, annoying types of guys that you are. Listen, if you're telling me this stuff, stories, 40 cases. We spend more time on this story that we need to. Yeah, there's a couple stories here for whoever's watching. Okay. Because let's see what, whatever the lesson is, how painful that is on the father. You know, how painful this is on the father and the family. Think about the pain of the father, like how hard you've worked to build this legacy. And now every dinner he goes to, every restaurant he goes to, everywhere they go, employees, executive investors. How are your sons? I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. The last 10 years of his life, whatever age this man is, he's going to be living with this. Let's just say these habits weren't passed down from him, okay? And they picked it up from others. That is a very painful experience for parents to be going through. And on top of that, guys, some of you guys that are watching this, you're younger, you're 18, 22, 25. Whatever age you are, dude, it's end of the year. Guess what? Check your friends list. Fire the bottom 50% who have bad habits. You're one bad event away from getting caught in some stupid events like this as well. It's time to fire half of your friends. The bottom third needs to go. If the attitudes are not in the right place, if they're not living by the right values and principles, if they're screwing off, if they're doing drugs, if they're doing some stupid things, eliminate those friends. They can destroy your life. One bad association in your life can destroy your life. I've seen it happen one too many times.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
One quote. My favorite quote of all time is Jack Bogle. He says this guy built Vanguard, one of the biggest asset management.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Multi billionaire. When he died in his late 90s, they said, what's your one wish? He said, I wish that when I die, my reputation stays intact. No matter what you do in life. You're what they say in Gladiator. It echoes through eternity.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
This is your name forever now.
Vincent Oshana
All right, so let's, let's move on. Okay, let's go to the next one until the. We got a few people here outside about to do. You know, one walks but let's. So Dow plunges more than 1100 points and marked its longest streak since 1974. A CNN story here. And this happens when right after they cut the rate. So the Dow Jones drops 1123 2.6% marking its 10th consecutive losing session. The longest streaks in 74. President Gerald Ford. This follows the Federal Reserve's projection of only two interest rate cuts in 2025 compared to previously anticipated 4. Jay Hatfield, CEO of Infrastructure Capital Advisor, described the Fed's actions as hawkish cut a signal and prolonged tight monetary conditions. The S&P 500 Nasdaq Composite dropped 3% and 3.6%. Damn. Respectively as investors retracted reacted to the Fed chair Jerome Powell's comments. Futures data showed a dramatic shift in expectations with a 98% predicted chance of a January rate cut plummeting to 6%. Wow. From 98% to 6%. Chris Zaccarelli, CIO at Northlight Asset Management said markets were unwell underwhelmed by the likely future paths of interest. And while, by the way, while this has taken place, guess what happens with more mortgage rates. When this announcement was made, okay. Mortgage rates surged following the Federal Reserve rate cut with the average lender increasing rates by 0.2% pushing the top tier conventional 30 year fixed rate back above 7%. The spike was unrelated to the actual cuts. As drone Powell we moved pretty quickly to get to here and I think Going forward, obviously we're moving slower and that is what scared the crap out of everybody. Tom, thoughts?
Adam Sosnick
Well, everybody thought that it was going to be a party that went all the way back down to cheap money. And what the Fed is saying is it's going to be cheaper money at a responsible level. And that responsible is defined by the Fed. One man's responsible is another man's unreasonable. So okay, so what the Fed did is they came out and said hey look, we've given you a full 1%, a quarter, a half and a quarter. You know, this should really help out businesses. That's a full percentage point down on that. But the mortgages haven't responded because the bond market is following that. And that is because the demand for mortgages is not there. And so there is no incentives for the banks to compete with each other. And there's nothing to push the bonds down at the moment. And so right now it's I looked this morning for 750 credit on a 30 year fixed. I was seeing 6, 8, 7 5. So again just like the article said, almost 7%. And you know me and many others were thinking that the end of this year we could be at 5.8756 and an eighth. But it's not happening because the number of homes that are available, the inventory is still down. So if there's not a lot of homes available for sale, then there's not a lot of demand for mortgages. And if there's not a lot of demand for mortgages, why would the banks sort of compete against themselves and there's nothing to move the bonds. So for next year what he's saying, we only see about two cuts. But remember this year they were thinking that there could be up to six in the second half of the year and there's only been four. So tomorrow's another year and tomorrow's another day. We will see what the economy brings next. We will see what the Secretary of Treasury does when approved and get to put their policies and their tax package together in April. We will see about that. And as of right now the market was looking forward to really cheap money next year. They are now been spooked. It's a buying signal right now folks. It is a time to this to me talk to your RIA or read your articles and go to your Schwab account or your Robinhood account. Make your own decision. But usually a drop like this is a buying signal because you know you've, you've got, the market is spooked and we're also coming to year end tax harvesting. So that's what's going on.
Vincent Oshana
Adam.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
So the relationship between Trump and Jerome Powell is a, is a tricky one. So the Fed is supposed to be independent. It's supposed to be apolitical. Right. So taking you back for the last couple decades, you know, Alan Greenspan and Bill Clinton. Okay, separate. All right, good. George W. Bush, Ben Bernanke, Obama, Janet Yellen, and then Trump, he brings in Jerome Powell and Trump does what Trump does, he stirs the pot. Rob, I actually sent you this. He tweeted about Jerome Powell, his own nominee, who is now chairman of the Fed. He asked the following question. My only question is who is the bigger enemy? Jerome Powell or Chairman Xi? Who's the bigger enemy to America? Do you remember when he did this tweet? You can pull it up. Rob, I texted to you, Buddy. This was August 23rd of 2019. I texted to you, Rob. So Trump messes with the Fed. And do you know when Powell's term is supposed to be up? It's in May, in 2026. There was a, a hearing where Jerome Powell was speaking. And this very recent, they said, chairman Powell, do you plan on finishing out your term? Do you plan on if Trump fires you or if Trump wants to see you go, will you stay? He goes, I'm staying, I'm not leaving. Basically his version of Wolf of Wall street like, I'm not leaving, I'm not going anywhere right now. Do you have that text? Rob, I texted to you, buddy. But the point is whether Trump will replace Powell or not, we'll see what happens. But the, the Fed is supposed to be independent and apolitical, but Trump does what Trump does and just kind of gets involved. And I don't think that.
Vincent Oshana
Well, that meeting hasn't happened yet. Right. The two of them meeting. And the part you have to realize is Trump's background is what. How did he make his money? Real estate. Okay. So there's a few things he did when he became a president. Do you remember the tax write offs, Tom, on how it was limited to a certain amount of money back in the like the bigger houses could get a bigger write off. He limit. Do you remember that?
Adam Sosnick
Oh yeah, yeah. And then, and it had a trickle down effect because on your, you could only take it hurt California because you could only take so much of your home interest because the federal government said no, no, no, there's going to be a limit of how much interest deduction and property tax exemption which hurts rich people in blue states.
Vincent Oshana
Which hurt rich people in blue states. So you kind of like, whoa, what was that all about? I thought, you know, you're rich real estate guy that understand us other rich people. So this whole thing about all the things he does is about rich. It's not necessarily 100% true. He understands real estate. The other thing that's going to be happening is the following. Remember this? How do you cause Congress to pay attention? How do you cause certain laws to change? How do you cause certain cities to pay attention? The other day, Sonos, which the worst update ever. I love Sonos. Until they did this recent change. And even their own employees don't like what Sonos was doing. I got online and I'm like, look, this is the worst thing ever. I said, what's a good replacement? There was another tweet I put before this because I first gave him an opportunity when I asked about Sonos. So I asked about something about Sonos. I said, hey, Sonos, I'm having a hard time with this upgrade. Can somebody help me out? Is anyone else having problems with Sonos? We love Sonos and had it all at our home. And latest absolute sucks. And we can only listen to Sonos radio and not our own music. Even our local AV companies can't fix it. Does anyone know how to fix it? Sonos reaches out to me. I give a phone number to call, an email. They don't follow up for one week. So then finally I put this next tweet. What's a good replacement to Somos? We're getting rid of all our Sonos products at our buildings. Their app, new app, sucks. Customer service is lazy, fake at best. Not surprised by their market cap dropped from 5 billion in 2021 to 1.7 billion today. Look at amount of use it gets. It gets 1 million. So then they start responding to other people bitching about Sonos. And the people say, don't respond to me. If you can't fix PBD Sonos system, what are you gonna do with mine? I don't trust you, right? So they're kind of going through this. Eventually the guy calls, talks to Jen, they fix the Sonos system. It's pretty complicated, but the guy was able to help out. And the guy that's helping Jen out says, hey, just to be honest with you, we are not fans of the new update. It's making us have to work twice as hard because it was easier to work before. So even Sonos knows that, right? But guess what? Public pressure got Sonos to pay attention to a couple of these updates and do something about it. When one of Trump's next three to do lists becomes interest rates, you're going to see Jerome Powell get the kind of pressure he's never gotten from millions of people to lower rates. You'll see. And you know, when I Predict that'll happen, Q2 of next year, Q2, end of Q1, beginning of Q2 next year, you're going to see Trump put the kind of pressure on Jerome Powell you've never seen before. Okay, that's my. And it's going to be Elon Vivek, you know, Trump, everybody, it's going to be everybody going after it, similar to what happened with Justin Trudeau, that he says, hey man, I may be stepping down. It's going to be that kind of pressure, Tom.
Adam Sosnick
Well, remember you said we're going to have the year of investigation and all that. Q2 of next year. I agree with you, Pat, because I have flagged that. And I mean, I've just in my mind as you were sitting here, I've come up with a word for it. Q2 of next year, April 1 to June 30, after everybody's been confirmed and the new tax plan, then I think this is going to be the quarter of change, and I think there's going to be massive changes in so many areas. Or it's going to be the quarter of coping. Right? It's going to be the quarter of coping because all the cabinet members are going to be in there pushing buttons, moving levers and doing things. But Q2 of next year, we're going to have a year of Washington, D.C. just in Q2 of next year.
Tom Zawacki
Oh, I can't wait.
Vincent Oshana
I mean, listen, change is coming. It's just right now they're sitting there and they're like, we don't need to give power pressure right now, but we will soon, but not right now. Let's kind of let him enjoy Christmas.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
He's going to keep his job until May of 2026.
Vincent Oshana
I think he can't keep his job, but he, he, you know, he needs to kind of play ball. If he doesn't, he's going to get a lot of pressure. A lot of pressure. Let me get to the next story here. Pornhub.
Tom Zawacki
Oh, Tommy, you ready?
Vincent Oshana
Set to block all Floridians from assessing accessing their site on January 1st. Now, keep in mind, we had the new owners of pornhub on Solomon Friedman and another one of their people. But then I had Layla Micklewait from the, the lady who is from Rob, what is that website called for? Layla Micklewait, Trafficking Hub. Trafficking Hub.com she got nearly 2.5 million signatures to prevent Access Pornhub because a bunch of videos that were there from teenagers and all this other stuff. They used to have 54 million videos. I think they removed 91, 94 of the videos. They're down to like 5 million videos left on Pornhub, which Adams watched every.
Tom Zawacki
Single one of them.
Vincent Oshana
Well, I mean, listen, I don't watch. It's extremely competitive. But Pornhub, owned by ILO, will block all Florida users starting January 1st. New law HB3 requiring adult websites to verify users ages via photo ID or face $50,000 fine. Alo stated that complying with similar laws such as Louisiana led to an 80% traffic drops as users. And I told the owner, I said it's going to drop 90%. Because what I asked him is I said here's what you need to do. They said, we're not going to do that. Turn to unregulated site which don't take user safety seriously and make the Internet more dangerous for adults and children. Florida joins other states like Texas, Idaho and Oklahoma and being blocked by pornhub over laws. Alo emailed noted these people did not stop looking for porn. They just migrated to dark corners of the Internet, underscoring the ineffectiveness of the law. Rob, do you have a clip of what's going on with pornhub? I thought you. I mean, last time we went to Pornhub, we can't. Rob, we can't go to Pornhub.com again. That was a problem. But go ahead and go to this clip here. Hi, I'm cheritabille. As you may know, your elected officials have required us to verify your age before granting you access to our website. While safety and compliance are at the forefront of our mission, giving your ID card every time you want to visit an adult platform is not the most effective solution for protecting our users and in fact will put children and your privacy at risk. In addition, mandating age verification without proper enforcement gives platforms the opportunity to choose whether or not to comply. As we've seen in other states, this just drives traffic to sites with far fewer safety measures in place. Very few sites are able to compare to the robust trust and safety measures we currently have in place. In order to protect children and user privacy, any legislation must be enforced against all platforms offering adult content. The safety of our users is one of our biggest concerns. However, the best and most effective solution for Protecting children and adults alike is to identify users by their device and allow. How so question for you guys. Adam, I'll come to you first. You know, as somebody who specializes in this website, for you, do you think this is. This is a fair decision to make to have people show their ID before they're gonna watch some porn on this particular site, any site?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Okay, this is gonna shock you guys, but I do the real thing in real life. I don't have to resort to these kind of drastic measures. However, I do have some stats for you. Tell us, by the way, to answer your question before you say, what's your point? If you're interested in watching porn, you're going to find it one way or another.
Vincent Oshana
That is true.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Like whether that's this site or the other site, I don't even know.
Vincent Oshana
And that's, that's the discussion I had with Layla micklewood to say if they don't go to pornhub, they're going to go somewhere. My concern is the underage videos that you have, you know, that somebody is selling to them. How do you get rid of all of that? And the pornhub seal and the lady that was here, they couldn't answer that. Weird. I don't know.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
But what I will tell you is, as I always say here, ftm, follow the money. Here's a little fun stat for you. The porn industry generates more money per year than the NFL, the NBA, MLB combined, almost a hundred billion dollars a year. Lebron James, Steph Curry, Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Judge, no pornos. So 93% of boys and 62% of girls watch porn before turning 18. According to U. S stats, 69 of men and 40 of women watch porn each year. 44 of men and 11 of women have watched porn in the last month. Here's the thing with porn, though, and I said this all the time, that men, specifically young men that watch porn. It's a quick dopamine fix, I would assume, right? But the numbers show that you're destined to be lonelier, more insecure, more dissatisfied, more anxiety, more depressed. So it's sort of like a get rich quick thing. In the end, it doesn't help you at all. So put down the phone and get out there in real life, gentlemen.
Vincent Oshana
Tom.
Adam Sosnick
Well, Adam just talked about, you know, reality, and that is the reality that porn doesn't help. So that's all I'll say about that. I think everybody knows where I stand when it comes to enforcement. I mean, let's just say this is like a speed Limit law. And they're only going to pull over people with Corvettes, but the Ferraris and Lamborghinis and the Porsches are still, you know, doing 80 miles an hour on i95, but if you're in a Corvette, we're going to pull you over. And so I do agree that if they're going to enforce this because miners are getting access to it, then they got to find a way to make it universal. But it's very hard to do that with the dark web and a vpn. That's all there is to it. So you either have to play, you know, whack a mole, where you're. Whack.
Tom Zawacki
I love it.
Adam Sosnick
Where you're trying to shut down everyone.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah, right.
Adam Sosnick
Or you've got to make a universal way to do it. And no one is going to like universal porn enforcement because it's going to give the government a tool that they could use to say, well, that does it. We now need universal conservative religious enforcement, and we need free speech enforcement. The pendulum swings when the wrong person is in the White House or in power someday, and they will use that tool. So that makes me nervous right now, Tom.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Forget me nervous.
Adam Sosnick
Forget that it's pornhub. Forget that all the stuff that's there. This is one company in an industry that is being pulled over for speeding and being told, now you have to put a rev limiter on your car. Da, da, da. Meanwhile, there's all these other companies freely operating out there. So what do you do about them?
Vincent Oshana
You really. You can use the word whack a mole on a lot of different stories. When we're talking pornhub, you say whack.
Tom Zawacki
A mole and then tools.
Vincent Oshana
I just don't think it's appropriate. Vinny, go ahead.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
And the horizontal mambo.
Adam Sosnick
I thought I was saying.
Tom Zawacki
Well, I kind of. I agree with Tom in that, like. Like, listen, showing your ID to watch porn when you can watch it anywhere else. By the way, first, I. I'm still confused. Who spends money on these sites if you want to go to a porn. So you just put something and you just.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Vinnie's gonna hit him with a. Save that money.
Tom Zawacki
Save that money. But. But here's the thing. Showing your ID and more money than the NFL. That attached. Yeah, that's ins. That's insane. That attaches your face, your name, your identification to what you're watching. Who knows what the hell they're going to do with that? But my thing goes to what you were talking about, Pat, is that if they can't crack down on the underage people that are on there and having sex, then that's. I mean, that's just. It's just evil to me all around. You don't need to be watched. Like Adam said, why are you watching people have sex? Go have it your damn self.
Vincent Oshana
Yeah. Okay, so let's go to the next story. 14.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Not until marriage though, guys.
Vincent Oshana
Come on. Everyone knows that 14 detained in armed Aurora, Colorado home invasion are likely illegal gang members. Rob, if you have a clip, I'll read this and we can go to Aurora police. Is this. Is this a gentleman that's speaking? He is. Go ahead and play this clip here, Rob.
Tom Zawacki
It was a male and a female.
Adam Sosnick
They were accosted by approximately 13 to 15 armed individuals. They were pistol whipped, they were beat, they were mistreated.
Tom Zawacki
One of the male was actually stabbed.
Vincent Oshana
Had a stab wound.
Tom Zawacki
So does that fall in the category of torture?
Vincent Oshana
For me?
Adam Sosnick
Yeah, it does.
Tom Zawacki
There is a high assumption that they may be affiliated or affiliated with the TDA gang.
Adam Sosnick
I had a discussion with an individual.
Tom Zawacki
From the White House, and that occurred.
Adam Sosnick
Back on September 23rd, I believe.
Tom Zawacki
And that person basically told me that, hey, once these immigrants get across the border, that's all we really care about. And to me, that's a problem.
Adam Sosnick
Wow. Those are powerful words.
Vincent Oshana
That was the police chief in Aurora, Colorado, detailing a nightmare inside the walls of an apartment complex known to be home to members of that notorious Venezuelan gang Trench. More than a dozen suspects breaking into an apartment where they tied up, pistol.
Adam Sosnick
Whipped, and even stabbed two innocent victims. I can barely believe it.
Vincent Oshana
As we say it, Tom.
Adam Sosnick
Wow. So the gangs that didn't exist, that weren't squatting in apartments, that was overblown and was a fake story like people eating cats in Ohio turns out to be real. Oh, my goodness. And during the election season, they said this was overblown. And this was. This was. This was BS and this is conservative. Guess what? How many times do we need to see things coming true to. To. To. To. To. To really, you know, lose your mind over this?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
This is.
Adam Sosnick
This is disgusting. You know, this is the. This is the police chief saying, I called the White House to talk about it and they said, well, all we wanted them is over the border. You know what? This is a pre. You know what? This is what they want. They want to get rid of the electoral college. They want it to just be popular vote and they want to import votes. If they can't manufacture votes and manufacture citizens.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Yeah, I'll just give a little flip angle to this thing, shout out to the policeman. I mean, shout out to the boys in blue and our men and women in law enforcement, what they have to deal with on a daily basis.
Adam Sosnick
Amen to that.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
We have no frickin idea whether it's legal gangs, you know, American Citizen Games, Bloods and Crips, whatever it is, whether it's illegal, this Trend, whether it's MS.13. How do you say it? Okay, the police, they put their life on the line every single day. And just this is coming from someone who wasn't exactly always a fan of the boys in blue. Because my only incidents with cops was when I used to have a car back in the day. I got pulled over and got traffic tickets.
Vincent Oshana
I'm like, oh, when you were part.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Of that, I was part of that gang. But they put their life on the line every single day and they have to deal with these criminal gangs who shouldn't even be in the freaking country. So respect.
Tom Zawacki
Well, to the police, you're going to meet them soon because Tom put you on blast. They're actually outside waiting for you, for you to do a deposition. But you know what's critical about the situation. Yeah, Tom, you mentioned it is Donald J. Trump specifically mentioned this during the debate in September with David Murr. And what was the other girl, Lindsay Davis. He said this exact thing and they both fact checked them live with Kamala and they're like, no, no, he's lying. Okay, now the facts are undeniable. And I mentioned this earlier with John, who was on here. Guys, this all stems back. All these problems. Every problem we have with illegals raping our freaking women with fentanyl poisonings, with gangs literally taking over apartment complexes like they're invading a country. Ok, all the illegals, now, who knows what's in here? How many, I guess they said. I saw a podcast, over a thousand. This girl's an intelligence agent. She said there's over a thousand Al Qaeda members in the United States and they're just waiting for the sign. This all goes back to Alejandro Mayorkas, patent out of enemies. That's my number one most despised person in our government because Biden has no idea what's going on. It's Alejandro Mayorkas when he sits there with that, with that stupid look because he knows, he knows what he's doing. And we're gonna pay the price. We're gonna pay the price. I believe that guy belongs in freaking prison. For he, that guy right there has single handedly make us, made us unsafe. He's, he's people have died because of him. And I hope to God he doesn't get the protection that Fauci has for the rest of his life. Because they're going to protect this guy because he needs it, because of what he's done to this country. Pat, that's enemy number one is that guy right there.
Vincent Oshana
Well, listen, accountability is on its way.
Tom Zawacki
Oh, I hope to God and the.
Vincent Oshana
Right people are hired that are going to be trying to get to the bottom of this, folks. Protect your families. Take care of them this holiday season, Christmas season, when you're with them, do your part to offer that protection, the relationship. Give them a kiss. Give him a hug. Enjoy that time together. We will not be doing another podcast till after. No, no, we have one more.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
I thought we're doing remote stuff.
Vincent Oshana
No, no, hang on one second.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Okay, my bad.
Vincent Oshana
I have an interview that I'm doing later on today. Is that going live tomorrow, Rob, or when is that going?
Gerard A. M. R. M.
No, that's going to take some time because we're gonna have to translate that.
Vincent Oshana
Because of the individual.
Gerard A. M. R. M.
Exactly. But we will be back live Thursday.
Adam Sosnick
I believe that is the 26th or 27th of next week.
Vincent Oshana
Right. The day after Christmas is when we're going to be doing it. You'll get the details, we'll give it to you, we'll do it. But between now and then, expect that interview to come out. It'll be epic. I think it'll come out most likely Monday. And everybody else, merry Christmas. Enjoy the time with your family. Go place the order with your Christmas gear. Last shop and order shipping and handling today, so it comes pre Christmas. God bless everybody. Take care. Bye.
