30 seconds.
Vinny Delgrosso
Did you ever think you were making I feel I'm so I could take sweet victory I know this life meant.
Adam Sosnick
For me why would you bet on Goliath when we got bet?
Vinny Delgrosso
David? Valuetainment giving values contagious this world of entrepreneurs we gain no value to haters how they run, homie look what I become I'm the one okay, so episode four, I believe that's an Atlanta area code. We got a lot of things going on. We got this one person that apparently was supposed to be one of the top candidates for VP who writes a book about shooting her dog in the head because she didn't like the dog and writes about it in the book, bragging about it. The dog was 12, 13. This dog, Cricket, whatever. This dog. We're gonna talk about this dog. And Vegas odds plummeted, by the way. Nearly half of Americans have a dog. Ut about killing a dog proudly. And a goat. Okay, forget the goat. But why a dog, right? Why a dog will talk about that. Then there was Don Lemon on Bill Maher talking about the fact that you guys don't understand what it is to be a gay black man living in America, making 10 million a year. It's just the life, the struggles.
Tom Ellsworth
It's so bad for him.
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah. So Bill Maher called him out saying. What do you mean? Desantis and Trump had a meeting, which is kind of interesting. And they. There was a meeting that allegedly. That this word allegedly very popular today. Like, yeah. Some people are allegedly stuck in traffic coming up.
Tom Ellsworth
Allegedly.
Vinny Delgrosso
Some people are allegedly. If we can zoom in on Adam real quick, guys, so you guys can see what Adam's outfit today looks like. If you can please do that. Just a freaking phenomenal of a look.
Tom Ellsworth
Can I say one thing about that one?
Kelly
I love his look.
Tom Ellsworth
Look at his. He's not even talking a lot. He's getting right to the point. He's nailing that. Hitting the nail on the head.
Vinny Delgrosso
Yes. Yes.
Patrick Bet-David
It's sort of like a regular day.
Vinny Delgrosso
By the way, for those of you that these allegedly shirts. When we do the release on these shirts. Text award. Text Award merch to 310-34-01132. Text Award merch to 310-3401132. When we release these allegedly shirts, most likely next week, it'll be a shirt you wanna wear because it's like an insurance policy nowadays to wear a shirt call allegedly confused the shit out of everybody at work. But let's continue. So Biden and Desantis got together. Who knows what the conversation was about. Aside from that, the TikTok ban that took place. There's a representative that apparently put a bunch of money into Facebook after writing the bill to ban TikTok. Anyways, we'll show you this here. And then there's another billionaire that is a big supporter of TikTok not being banned. And you got to kind of know his story as well. Substitute teacher fights a student who allegedly again, this word used racial slurpee in crowded Vegas shooting hallway and knocks the kid out. We'll talk about that. U haul loving neo Nazis mask up. Okay. To trot through Charleston. You gotta see this. It's absolutely wild. And apparently allegedly this man named Adam is officially in the house. He's here. And it's good to have you here, Adam. We're glad you're safe and allegedly stuck in traffic. But it is what it is. All right. Rumor has it there's 72 minutes until the end of the world. According to Politico, if the first person dropped a nuclear bomb, how quickly things would get ugly. And then there's a Police intervenes as the clip of a biting. I don't know folks if you saw this or not. This grown man Tom bites the boy in the ear. Did you see that clip?
Patrick Bet-David
Yeah, it was kind of creepy on about nine levels.
Vinny Delgrosso
Vinny has a bunch of stories on this guy, who he is this Italian guy that some are saying. What's wrong with that? What if that's the father doing that to his son? How dare you, Vinnie Y while you're going through that. And then anyways, FTC bands, the non competes. There's a bunch of other things that's coming out. We'll talk about that. There's 18% of you right now that this applies to 30 million people that are part of a non compete. Is it a good thing? Is it a bad thing there? The FTC chair went on one of the shows a guy actually like watching and says, oh, this is a great thing because it's going to create a lot of different jobs. We'll talk about that. David Pecker again, another story coming back up. Strong arm Tiger woods into appearing in his magazine giving him no money because he apparently had a picture of his dangling. These guys use the word romp. I prefer the word dangling. Yeah, I think dangling is more proper here. Justin Bieber fans fear singers crying selfies are linked to P. Diddy and we'll talk about that. Tom's done a heavy duty research on that bishop who was allegedly again becoming so popular Stabilizer makes emotional return to the altar. Okay, so you know, Marmari will have him give you a video, will show it to you. New York Times blasts Biden for avoiding interviews. New York Times. And this article is written by Politico. Biden scraps plan to ban menthol cigarettes after political pressure. Guys, this is not a joke. This is a real story. Menthol cigarettes. And wait till you hear who used to smoke menthol cigarettes in the White House back in the days. Tom's gonna tell us about that. Donald Trump's woman voter problem is getting worse. Newsweek. Adam's got some thoughts that. California's EV goal could cost $20 billion to meet the 2045 demand. By the way, Gavin Newsom made the mistake of asking his people in California. We want to make a coin for California. What should it look like? Wait till the ideas he got on the coin. Mortgage rates continue to rise to 7.5%. Florida real estate sellers slashing home prices as inventory surges to uncomfortable levels. Uh oh, and that's a New York Post story, not a New York Times story. Why college kids are abandoning Ivy Leagues to go to Southern schools. Especially after what happened with Columbia. We'll show you some clips there as well. US Debt interest payment ready. Think about what your credit card payments are. Think about what your interest payments are. Well, this country called America, its debt payment officially reached just the interest alone. A trillion dollars. Okay, we'll talk about that. Taylor Swift's new album mocks God, says outraged Christians Mocks God and says a bunch of things. I'll read it to you here in a minute. Outrage Christian leaders with what she had to say. And then Taylor Swift flying, being deeply concerned about climate change. Wait till you see how much he's flying. AOC and Bulber. This AI thing that was done and this other person made a fake AI of things being said. The guy gets fired. There's a lot stuff going on there. And then Nancy Pelosi, I think she needs to go see Jack Nicholson from Anger Management big time. I think she has some anger management issues, which. We'll talk about that. And I got a couple videos. One very, very creative, funny video. You know how these, all these students are on the campuses camped out all this stuff, bitching and complaining about what's going on.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Vinny Delgrosso
This one guy goes at 4:30 in the morning, wakes everybody's ass up with an alarm. You have to hear. You have to hear it. It is so funny. However, before we get started, I got something I want to tell you. Guys. So we announced the Manek contest to come have dinner with us at Casa d' Angelo and go have dinner. Rob, go to the leaders bulletin. Folks, if you want to see the leader's bulletin, just go to manek.com and all the way at the top you'll see a leader's bulletin. Click on it. The video explains how to compete. It's whoever manects the most, both as experts, influencers and those who ask others. As a user, you can compete on this rap. You can stay on that if you want. Just stay on that. Oh, you have the categories where they are, but I want to see how many manects people are doing and then we'll go to that. So right now, if you look at this new experts on manekt lightweight. If you look at it, zoom in, Rob. Tulsi Gabbard has officially completed 72 minutes that she has responded to. By the way, on Manek, second place so far is Brandon Davis. Then it's Santino Tostani. John Ray is competing, but he's fourth place and he got the rest of the folks. Even Ryan Garcia is at seventh place. By the way responding.
Tom Ellsworth
I love it.
Vinny Delgrosso
And by the way, I think he's responded to every single manect he's gotten and he responds in audio, so it's not like he responds. Rob, go to the other category for middleweight. If you look at middleweight, Fernando is still first place at 46. This is people that pre announced in the contest they were on here from April 16th. He's done 46 questions. He's responded to his first place. He'd be invited to the dinner. Then it's Parasol Tomo's third place. Look at the next guys.
Tom Ellsworth
Get Kelly next.
Vinny Delgrosso
Get on the Kelly Dame Dash is even there at six plays. Go to the last category. Heavyweight, first place. Not even close. 138. Alvin G77. Chris Cuomo, third place, 44. And then you got everybody else now Rob, go to home team. Go to home team. Who's dominating? Okay, dominating Vincent O' Shauna, 281. Wow. Thank you everybody.
Patrick Bet-David
I love Vinny. Vinny, vinny.
Vinny Delgrosso
Then it's Tom 204 Adam 75. We're trying to catch up, but I'll tell you guys here what's going on here in a minute with Vinnie. Go down to the bottom with the people asking most questions. This is how you use manecta. Slowly but surely becoming the most a popular Networking app because 95% of the time the people respond to you. You want an answer back, pay for it. You want to be waiting for three months. DM somebody on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter if you're lucky for by the way, the number of people getting back to you if you DM them is less than 3%. On semaps is 1%. Manecta is 91 to 95%. Look at the people asking the most questions. Show that real quick, Rob. So in first place is who? Zoom in a little bit, Rob, if you could, for the Terrell Hall 76, Eddie Gossicker 71 questions he's asked other menectors. Eric Link 67. Very competitive, by the way. Here. Now go to the other side. For people that have been using manect pre April, Dustin is asking questions. Ozzy, second place one. So, so, so far it hasn't even been two weeks and top three, they're all above 100. Jeanette Lahos. Who comes to all the lives that we do. John Ray. Okay, so here's what I want to do. Rob, if you can go to all the QR codes. How many of you watching this? Be honest. Who here loves Vinny? Okay, who here loves Vinny? I do. If you love Vinny. Today is Vinny's birthday.
Tom Ellsworth
Good man.
Vinny Delgrosso
Good man. Okay, tomorrow's birthday, but today is Mario and tomorrow, we're not doing a podcast tomorrow, so. So listen today, tomorrow, if you love Vinnie, you want to wish him a happy birthday, go on here, manect with him, send him some love, wish him a happy birthday. I'd like to see him get 200 plus manects today to cross 2000. I'd like to see him get that. Send him some love. At the same time, you can Manect Adam, myself or Tom. And FYI, for those of you guys that haven't yet started competing, download the app, start Manecting today. Right now. If it ended today, Rob, can you go to the flyer showing who the top people are right now? We're going to give away belts, by the way. Really? The lightweight champion would have been Tulsi. If it's today. Tulsi, okay. The middleweight champion would be Fernando Fernanda. Today, heavyweight would be Dustin. The home team would be Vinnie. For new users it would be Terrell. And for existing users it'd be Dustin.
Tom Ellsworth
He doesn't have two belts.
Vinny Delgrosso
He'd be having two bells. We'd have two belts. We're gonna give it to him at Casa d' Angelo. Everybody at first place will be at the main table anyways, so there's a QR code at the top. Download it. Let's get started with Today's podcast. First story I want to get into is Kristi Noem. Okay. I love dogs. Okay? So I just have to go into this Kristi Noem story because it's a little bit of a weird situation that we're talking about. And by the way, a lot of people got into it. So potential Trump VP pick governor Kristi Noem. This is Adam's favorite governor says she shot dead a less than a worthless dog, dirty ass and a disgusting coat. And she wrote this in a book. Okay. Proudly. But let me read this to you. All right, here we go. Trump proceeds. Which one is this here? There we go. South Dakota governor Krissi Noem, who's widely tipped to be former President Trump's likely pick as running mate, has admitted shooting dead one of her dogs as being less than worthless and similarly killing a goat she found disgusting. The 52 year old Republican detailed the killings in an upcoming memoir as proof she is willing to do difficult, messy and ugly things when needed. Cricket was a wire hair pointer about 14 months old. She said of the soon to be shot pup with an aggressive personality that made her untrainable. Gnome took Cricket on a hunt to learn from other dogs, but she instead ruined the hunt by going out of her mind with excitement and attacking some chickens like a trained assassin. Gnome wrote. When gnome tried to grab the dog, it whipped around to bite me, she wrote. I hated the dog. Kristi Noem called Cricket dangerous to anyone she came in contact with and less than worthless as a hunting dog. I mean, this is some crazy stuff here right now.
Tom Ellsworth
Is that the dog?
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah. I mean, can you go to the VP odds Vegas Rob if we can do that. So the VP odds crash after admitting to this on Nepali market where gamblers can bet on just about anything under the sunknowns self admitted shooting a 14 month old dog being Trump's mate dropped her odds to just 4%. Look at that.
Tom Ellsworth
Oh my God.
Vinny Delgrosso
She was second. Tulsi Tim Scott, she's at third place now. Alisa Stefanik is there. Anyways, by the way, when you're going through something like this, Desantis posted a video with his dog. Did you see this?
Tom Ellsworth
No. Recently.
Vinny Delgrosso
This is like I love my dog.
Tom Ellsworth
Oh no.
Vinny Delgrosso
And then Kimberly Guilfoy posts a picture of a new book, this book she has with dogs. And then everybody's just rallying behind the story here. I mean, serious with you. You had the Santa. Even Hillary Clinton tweeted and said, you know, retweeted her old tweet from 2021 saying, don't vote for anyone you wouldn't trust with a dog. Still true today coming from a person that you wouldn't trust with your best friend, because God forbid they may. Allegedly, they may not make it. So. Anyways, Kari Lake posted a picture with her dog, Tom. You hear a story like this. What do you think about this?
Patrick Bet-David
Well, first thing I did is I took the story from the post and I reread it. But every time I saw the word dog, I replaced it in my mind with Speaker Pelosi. So actually, it had a happy ending.
Tom Ellsworth
Tom, nice.
Vinny Delgrosso
You can't say that this is a joke for folks watching. Tom's just joking.
Tom Ellsworth
It's a comedy.
Patrick Bet-David
Look, what I think it's. First of all, to put it in your personal memoir, you gotta think about, man, that's just. Did an editor or somebody say, you know, Chrissy, do you really wanna put this in memoir? I mean, you're a public figure and things like this, people like dogs, everything. I mean, I don't know. I mean, and you're. Well, I want to show. Remember she said, I want to show that I can do ugly, tough things. Okay, well, maybe shooting a dog shouldn't be one of them. I just think. I just think this was a fail from her. Her idea to put it in there. Her editor and somebody at the publisher, everybody got together in groupthink on this and failed.
Tom Ellsworth
But I mean, think about it. Depending on which life you put ahead of it. Sheep, bro. The thing went after chickens, and then it came after her. Like, did he. Was it in that moment, pbd, where she's like, I have to shoot to kill. Like in that moment.
Vinny Delgrosso
Rob, anytime he's sending you something, tell me what he's sending you. Moving forward, please. Moving forward. But, yeah, go.
Tom Ellsworth
You know, I mean, like, so she wrote that the chickens are coming. The dog is going after the chickens, and then. Wait, Tom, the dog turned on her. So in that moment, did she shoot the dog because it's coming to attack her? That's a whole different scenario.
Patrick Bet-David
Self defense. Or did she kind of just guide it out behind the bar? Sorry, buddy.
Tom Ellsworth
Sick and tired of this thing. It's a pointer, too, but I think it is. It's. Look at how politics plays, though. Ron DeSantis is posting pictures with his dogs. Yeah, he's just having this meeting. You know, Ronnie boy is trying to move up in that. In that VP spot.
Patrick Bet-David
It wasn't like a rabid pit bull running down the street with children. And you took a defensive action. You walked around behind and Said, okay, you're done.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah, but. But yeah, it doesn't help the fact that she goes, you know what? I've always hated that son of a bitch. Like, it doesn't.
Kelly
No good, though.
Tom Ellsworth
It doesn't help. But, I mean, bull. That's why everything that you writ, everything that you write, you got to be careful. Anything you write comes back to haunt you.
Vinny Delgrosso
Someone convinced her it was a good idea to put it in the book while you're trying to be the vp. By the way, this is a real shot at being a vp. Adam, your thoughts on this? As somebody who loves cats, what do you think about this?
Kelly
I totally approve her message. That dog needed to go down. If you actually look at the VP odds, it's actually worse than what that other site checked it. If you scroll down, she was third on that other site. Keep going down, keep going down. Keep going down. Keep going down. She's now officially below. You gotta have to load more below. Our good friend, the beautiful Sarah Huckabee Sanders. She's now below her. She has gone from 1st to 3rd to 15th place dogs because she shot that damn dog. Now those people that love 2A out there. Vinnie, you're a 2A guy.
Tom Ellsworth
Yep.
Kelly
Happy birthday, brother.
Tom Ellsworth
Thank you.
Kelly
This was a horrible decision on her.
Patrick Bet-David
Part, Adam, by the way, that's a good point, because she's now 3,500. 3,500 to Pompeo. And then you have Vivek and Ron who are out of it. They're like, I wouldn't accept it, and I'm done. Those are known guys who are just out.
Vinny Delgrosso
Tom, when you. When you write a book, the publisher will regularly ask you and say, hey, this story here, their lawyers will talk to you and they'll tell you, is this a good idea or a bad idea? Who the hell thought this was a good idea?
Patrick Bet-David
I don't know.
Vinny Delgrosso
Like your friends and family, you got a million and one stories to show toughness. You choose to show a story about.
Tom Ellsworth
You killing a dog to show strength.
Vinny Delgrosso
Exactly.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Vinny Delgrosso
Pbd.
Patrick Bet-David
You've written books on business topics without any shootings. So you know what's interesting? Don't you have a proofreader? Yes, but you also have a continuity editor and a fact checker. So it's not like the publisher doesn't have highly qualified people that are thinking about the content of the book. Does this make sense?
Vinny Delgrosso
Sense. Now the question becomes, some people are saying, is this illegal? What you need to know is South Dakota law states that dogs who attack and kill livestock can be put down.
Tom Ellsworth
That's the point.
Vinny Delgrosso
So she says, I followed the law and was being a responsible parent, dog owner and neighbor. It wasn't easy, but often the easy way is not the right way. And she kept doubling down and doubling down and doubling down, retweeting, messaging, saying stuff that this is what I'm doing. I'm being a leader.
Kelly
Anyway, don't forget when Vinnie won the suit. Right?
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Kelly
The way that you move the head of Tom is because you accused him of beating a dog.
Vinny Delgrosso
That.
Tom Ellsworth
See how that works?
Kelly
See how that worked against Tom, by the way.
Tom Ellsworth
And.
Kelly
And it happened and that worked out.
Vinny Delgrosso
It's actually very good.
Kelly
That's a very good point.
Vinny Delgrosso
And at the same strategy. And.
Tom Ellsworth
But if you think about it, Chrissy, gnomes parents, they must be kind of like, hey, Chrissy, like we love you. If we ever get sick or crazy, don't.
Kelly
By the way, can we just acknowledge what PB has done with Jimbo, your dog, the stories that you've done with your dog, the life he's dreaming is the opposite of Christy. No.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah. We have to acknowledge he jumped into a freaking emote. Save this thing.
Kelly
The dog was held for ransom. Okay?
Patrick Bet-David
It was kidnapped.
Kelly
He was.
Patrick Bet-David
Jimbo was held, napped for ransom.
Kelly
Peabody turned into Denzel Washington out here.
Tom Ellsworth
John Wick.
Kelly
Yeah. I wish I was joking. Pbd, please explain.
Vinny Delgrosso
Nah, man. But you know, the difference is though, I'm not running for V. What I'm trying to say is honestly, like, I'm being very, very sincere here.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Vinny Delgrosso
What made you. When you write a book like this and you're about to be the second most powerful person in the world behind the leader of the free world, he dies, you're it, and he's old. That book is going to be read by a hunter. If you're potentially VP candidate. How many people you think read this book?
Patrick Bet-David
Everybody doing opposition.
Vinny Delgrosso
No, no, no, no, no, no. How many people read this book before it got published?
Patrick Bet-David
There is easily a dozen people. You've done. I know it's like a dozen people.
Vinny Delgrosso
But no, forget about the publishers. Like friends, family. Tom, can you read this book? Vinnie, can you read this book?
Patrick Bet-David
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Vinny Delgrosso
How many friends and family think read the book?
Patrick Bet-David
Probably 50 early copies.
Vinny Delgrosso
I'm with you, bro.
Tom Ellsworth
And not one person went, hey, Christy, I know the book is no going back to go back. You better get the dumb part.
Vinny Delgrosso
By the way, either if the people that read this book before this thing got published or watching this, some of them are going to say, I told them. Don't freaking put it in there. She didn't want to listen or guess what? Nobody said nothing. And they said it's a great emotional story. It's like the story of somebody back in the biblical times that had to put their sacrifice.
Tom Ellsworth
She probably, she probably had a gun patch like this. Hey, do you like the dog part?
Vinny Delgrosso
I don't know.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah, that's what I.
Vinny Delgrosso
It's a little weird story. There's been plenty of other ways to show tough.
Kelly
Does she have a chance of V.P. still?
Tom Ellsworth
No, it's.
Kelly
You think she's done because the dog.
Tom Ellsworth
People care about dogs more than homeless people.
Vinny Delgrosso
I think Trump is unpredictable. So when it comes to Trump, you always got to put a slight little chance. Trump. Trump likes picking somebody that you did not expect.
Tom Ellsworth
I agree.
Vinny Delgrosso
That's Trump. So he, he will, he will not pick who you think he's going to pick. But at the same time, this is a tough. Trump is a brilliant marketer. As a brilliant marketer, you cannot beat people who own dogs. What is a dog? Man's best friend. What do you say about a man that kills his best friend? Probably not. Somebody wants a repeat. That's the marketing. I mean, I don't know what else to tell you. Christy is a freaking. She did a phenomenal job as a governor.
Kelly
What, what's she doing? By the way, did you hear the breaking news? Our friend Tulsi Gabbard just adopted 10 dogs. She's saving dogs lives.
Tom Ellsworth
Did she really do it?
Kelly
She's doing it. She's out there. She's saving lives.
Vinny Delgrosso
Allegedly.
Tom Ellsworth
Allegedly.
Vinny Delgrosso
Allegedly.
Kelly
She saves dogs.
Vinny Delgrosso
Allegedly. Okay. Mortgage rates continue to climb to 7.7. 7.17%. Mortgage rates climbed this week again exasperating home affordability crisis that is stifling the housing market. Freddie Mac's latest primary mortgage market survey released Thursday showed that the average rate on benchmark 30 year fixed mortgage jumped to 7.17 this week. The average rate on a 30 year loan was 6.43 a year ago. So it's gone from 6.40 three years ago to 7.17. The average on a 15 year is 6 point rose to 6.44 from 6.39 last week. And a year ago the 15 year was only 5.71. And aside from this story. Florida housing bubble burst, prices fall and supply soar. Florida housing market experienced a dramatic shift as supply surges and prices stagnant. With data from redfin revealing that 6 out of 10 metro areas in the state have seen significant increases in homes for sale, as much as a 51% jump in Cape Coral, 48% in North Port Sarasota. Sellers in Florida are slashing prices at a higher rate than elsewhere in the US with 48% listings in North Sarasota experiencing price cuts, while 44% in Tampa, 44% in Cape Coral. Affordability challenges are exasperated by the insurance crisis impacting 70% of Florida homeowners and causing delays in deals. While Texas is also experiencing similar market shift with McAllen and Dallas seeing notable increases in supply in Houston of San Antonio witnessing significant price cuts. Tom?
Patrick Bet-David
Well, what we are seeing is that is like a, you know, when winds blow in the wrong directions and they gather together, it makes a hurricane. And we are seeing, I believe, the hurricane starting to form in the American housing affordability crisis. There's a couple things going on here today, actually. The seven point is now like 7.45. So we are sitting on 7.5%, 30 year mortgages for people with good credit in the seven hundreds and a reasonable house, not multimillion dollar houses. That's what they're going to be facing right now, number one. Number two, you've got supply brings down prices. Here's the two things to look at. Austin was overbuilt. They were building houses at a record rate in Austin and townhouses at a record rate and a high end apart apartments at a record rate in Austin. And the supply built up. And then Tesla failed to hire as many people as they thought and laid off people. Dell did not expand the way they thought. And if you look at Austin, Austin didn't get the job influx. They had a lot of people moving there and all of a sudden it's plummeting. It was down 22% over the last six months. So Austin is suddenly becoming more affordable. Now you come into Florida. Why are these people putting their houses for sale? Well, something came out yesterday, PBD, credit card delinquency rates. The top three states for credit card delinquency that are over 12% delinquency and it's spiking California, Texas and Florida. So it's sort of interesting. And the delinquency rates are highest in northern Florida. So these areas that they're talking about is actually Gulf coast and northern Florida. They're seeing suddenly houses are coming onto the market. But housing comes on the market, you need someone to buy it. How do you qualify to buy it if the interest rates are higher? The only way you can afford it, the price has to come down. So if I'M in one of those markets and I'm desperate to get my house sold so I can get some equity in my pocket, make some money on that house. Because the housing prices are up. I have to lower my price to meet the buyers because the buyers at 7.5% interest rate can only qualify for houses that are so much of a price. So supply and demand is coming together and I believe we've got pinched consumers now trying to sell their houses, putting them on the market, and to meet the buyer's qualification status, they have to drop the prices. We've seen it in Austin, now we're seeing it in areas of Florida. And you know what? I can't make a prediction about the wider United States. South Florida here, still very stable. There's a lot of people down here and a lot of money down here, but we are starting to see it.
Kelly
And I appreciate having these conversations on Peabody podcast because obviously it's political season. Everyone's focused on Trump, everyone's focused on Biden. We'll see what happens with rfk. But I continue to argue that most likely the most important person in America for your pocketbook is Jerome Powell. So he's the chairman of the Fed. As the Fed moves, the country moves economically. If you want to know what's going on with mortgages, why are they at this rate? You have to focus on what the Fed fund rate is. That's currently sitting at five and a half percent. That's what the commercial banks, that's how much they be charged. They're charged from the Fed to borrow money overnight. There it is right there, five and a third. Essentially five and a half is where you round up to. But the, the prime rate which customers have to pay to borrow money from the banks is always basically 3% above the Fed fund rate. So the prime rate is sitting at eight and a half. So if you want the correlation between the mortgages and, and the prime rate, it's basically right there at seven and a quarter, seven and a half to what the prime rate is from the banks at eight and a half.
Vinny Delgrosso
Rob, go on the website that shows mortgage rates right now that matches it with your credit score. Just go on that. That's the best way to do it. Go finish your thought while he's finding.
Patrick Bet-David
Yeah. What Adam's talking about. For a typical person, if you're just casually following the news, just listen to what the Fed rate is from Jerome Powell and add two. That usually is right around the zone of where the mortgages are going to be for you you could just go to Google and go 30 year mortgage today. Rob, that probably pops up to that chart Pat's talking about.
Kelly
That's what good credit calculator.
Vinny Delgrosso
Mortgage calculator is what we're looking at.
Patrick Bet-David
There it is right there, Rob.
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah, go to the right. So if you look at that $300,000 Florida at a 700 to 719 score. A 30 year fixed is 7.9%.
Kelly
Yeah. Basically 8.
Vinny Delgrosso
Go a level below 700. Go one below 700. Right.
Kelly
690.
Vinny Delgrosso
Right. Whatever one is is $686.99. 8%.
Patrick Bet-David
Boom.
Vinny Delgrosso
Now go to California real quick. Just, just move that to California instead of Florida.
Tom Ellsworth
What's VA? What's 30 year fixed VA? That's me, Tom.
Vinny Delgrosso
That's veteran. Yes. That's 7.1 you get. So you get a 1% discount. California the same. Go to Texas just to see if there's anything different with Texas or. It's about the same. Yeah. The VA goes up but 30 years stays about the same. Yeah, that's your number.
Kelly
That's 8%.
Patrick Bet-David
And with 30.1 trillion in credit card debt is this.
Kelly
Consumers go to the best possible credit score is this.
Tom Ellsworth
And is this possible situation?
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah. Seven.
Kelly
And you're still at seven and a half.
Tom Ellsworth
So here's my question. The number for the average guy and since I've been here, 800.
Patrick Bet-David
Yeah, we got about a third of a point this week.
Tom Ellsworth
How long have I been. How long have I remember I've been.
Kelly
It's the only question you asked for your first year.
Tom Ellsworth
Here is my two year mark at valuetainment. I remember sitting here, I remember out there and you're like, Vinnie, come in here. And I was like, where do I sit? You're like sit right here. And I was nervous and one of the first things in my mind I was like, when is it going to be cool to buy a house? Okay, now I, I get it. I understand. Is this ever going to drop down to a normal 5%?
Kelly
What's normal?
Vinny Delgrosso
Yes, but it's going to take time. It's going to be anywhere between 12 to 24 months.
Kelly
You think that soon? PBD.
Vinny Delgrosso
I hope it doesn't happen that soon, but I think it's 12 to 24 months. I will say this to you though, I think so. When's the next rate drop going to be? Let's go to October. November.
Patrick Bet-David
Correct. Probably one September. October. That's what we're talking now.
Vinny Delgrosso
So let's just say they go September. October is the Next one. So guess what? But the summer is probably a good time to buy something down here. August, September. You close August right around that area. It's not a bad time to buy because people gradually are sitting there. The people that have been wanting to sell for a long time now they're sitting there saying, I can't wait anymore, babe. Because it doesn't look like rates are going any lower. You saw what's happening right now with what Powell. Powell is about to speak today. Right. To make some announcements.
Patrick Bet-David
Correct. Fed meets today and will also announce.
Vinny Delgrosso
Economic statistics to see what's going on with. Yeah. So we're going to get all that update coming in today. Go ahead.
Kelly
The obviously one thing you can do is if you do purchase a house today, the refi market in 12, 24 months will be sitting there for you. All right, great. You're at seven and a half today. Rate drop. Now you're at five and a half. Bing, bing. Being you're going to pay some money for that.
Tom Ellsworth
Whatever.
Kelly
The second thing, the biggest contentiousness that's going on out there is between the boomers and the millennials. Because the boomers, Tom's people, I'm the.
Patrick Bet-David
Last of the boomers, like by like four months. All right, Go easy on me.
Kelly
You're a boomer. I'm the oldest millennial. You're the youngest boomer. That's why we love each other. The, the boomers are not selling. They're holding on to their houses. Typically boomers, what they've done are older people, when they retire, they downsize. All right, I'm 65. I'm 70. I retire. The kids are out of the house.
Patrick Bet-David
Come here.
Kelly
Yeah, they come to Florida. Bingo. Bangor. They sell their house. They have a four bedroom in Michigan, whatever it is, they move to Florida. They get a little two bedroom condo, they're on the beach. Enjoy your life now with interest rates and the market and supply demand. They're not selling. So the market for millennials or Gen Z, we're like, I want to buy a house. That's part of the American dream. I've been sold that dream forever. There's limited inventory. So for the video shots of the world are like, what am I?
Tom Ellsworth
When am I going to buy a house?
Kelly
There's just not a lot of supply.
Tom Ellsworth
The video Shawna sound like that.
Patrick Bet-David
And this generation was given something to modify their decisions in retirement called Airbn that has had a massive effect because they are Airbnb, the Philadelphia or the New York house while they're down here and they probably had already paid off their mortgage up there, and they're making a few bucks on there, and then they're down here renting. And so mom and dad are kind of delaying when they would usually get that equity in their pocket and drop it into their retirement account.
Vinny Delgrosso
There you go. All right, next story. Bishop Mari Marmari Emanuel, who was allegedly stabbed, makes emotional return to the altar. Rob, if you got the video, obviously a couple weeks ago, while he's on the pulpit giving a message, a guy walks up, stabs him. And while he's stabbing him, attempting to pretty much. I mean, if you're doing that at that time, you're trying to kill the guy 1000%. He's praying over him while he's still holding the cross. Okay. And he leaves everybody. There's 5,000 Assyrians outside upset about what took place. I'm getting messages left and right on what happened there. And Assyrian Christian Bishop Marmara Emanuel. This is story from Daily Mail. Allegedly stabbed in a terror attack in Sydney. It's not allegedly.
Kelly
Yeah. Why?
Vinny Delgrosso
Allegedly made an emotional to his pulpit, receiving a standing ovation before delivering a theory sermon defending free speech and criticizing Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, asserting every human being has the right to freedom of speech and freedom of religion. Bishop Emmanuel passionately defended the importance of free speech, stating for us to say because of this freedom of speech, it is causing dramas and dilemmas, therefore everything should be censored. Where is democracy? Where is humanity? Where is integrity? He also forgave his alleged attacker, saying, I love you and I will always pray for you. Rob, if you have the video, if you can show that of him entering, you can just play that. Rob, if it's a minute long, if you can play that clip, go for it. A true blue Aussie. I am a proud to be an Australian and wherever I go, wherever I travel across the globe, when I come back here, this is home. And I said it. I am very proud of these, these great Anzac warriors who gave their life up to the very human rights, to the very freedom of speech and freedom of religion. They died to keep and preserve the human identity and integrity. I salute my beloved Anzac warriors. And whoever walks in that path must be saluted. Rob, I want you to to play this clip, okay? That some are saying this is where the even he said it himself that he was getting a lot of hate. Play the clip of him saying what he said about Muslims. Okay.
Tom Ellsworth
And you were, you mentioned that you were mentioning.
Vinny Delgrosso
Well, we were mentioned. The podcast with me, you, Jenko and himself play this clip, Rob, this is very interesting on, on how he delivers this message. How do you not love this guy and his approach? Go ahead, Rob. To my beloved Muslim world. They got upset with me in that interview with Patrick, but David, it's okay. You can get upset. It's fine. Everybody's free. Listen. But let me tell you one thing, my beloved Muslim brother and sister. This is pre in humanity getting stabbed. I love you and I will always love you. I pray for you and I will always continue to pray for you, whether you like me, hate me, accept me or reject me. Beside the point. You know why? Because my. Okay, let go. Let it keep going, sweetheart. Jesus Christ of Nazareth always told me to love everyone and to pray for.
Tom Ellsworth
Everyone, dude, just all love, all love.
Vinny Delgrosso
Like sincerely. It's all love. This is not an act, you know, sometimes you see, this is like a, a message like this being given. But it's great to see him healthy. It's great to see him on the pulpit. It's great to see him making a comeback. It's great to see him committed to what he's doing. And this is not somebody that just gives lip service. He went to Gaza. He went and I think with 53 of his members of his church, they.
Tom Ellsworth
Went there and he got out of him. He told. He tells a story and it's on the Internet that he. They were telling him, don't go, don't do this, don't do that. And he said he saw a little. A Gazan girl come out of one of the buildings or destroyed whatever. And he went out and he's going to talk to her and he gave her some, some toy and he said her face lit up. And then all, all these peoples from Gaza started running after him. And the, the guy in the bus like, let's leave, leave. And he's saying, they're all hugging, they're saying, we've been forgotten. We need help. Yeah, we need help. And it was a he, by the way. I don't know if he lost his eye or not, but the fact that this terrorist, allegedly whatever came to stab him and the knife didn't work is literally God intervening and saying it's not your time to go or it's the dumbest terrorist in the history of terrorism.
Vinny Delgrosso
Well, either way, we appreciate his dumbness and we appreciate God doing his part.
Patrick Bet-David
Whoever it was, Tom, he's delivering the message of Christ. And the message of Christ is to, while we live on this earth, to express, you know, love and acceptance of people and communicate the opportunity to Take Christ as your savior in this life and that's the message here. We are not here to be God's cops. We are here to accept him and communicate his love. And that's exactly what he's doing. And if somebody wants to come after him for that and to try to martyr him for that, that just shows the deep brokenness of humanity that certain segments of, of humanity are choosing to abide by. But that is not the Christian way. That is not scripture. This man is showing you what the words of scripture look like in real life.
Tom Ellsworth
I wonder what the security at this church or just with him in general now it has to be bonkers because in Australia like they're not armed. The civilians don't have, nobody has guns. So I'm pretty sure he has to have full on security 247 now because.
Vinny Delgrosso
Like he's, he's obviously a target, I promise you. I mean think about if you go to this church, think about if this man's impacted your life positively. How protective are you of him? You, me, as in like for example, when I used to go to shepherd and it was Dudley. I am naturally paranoid, sitting there watching to see if anything they do. When the Prop 8 thing was going on in California, I don't know if you remember the whole Prop 8, you had to always be careful at the church because Prop 8 was the whole gay marriage thing. I think it was at the time and it was a lot of protesting, they were targeting churches. So I think the members are naturally going to be a little bit more alert, you know, to be ready if anything goes down. And they'll be watching everybody coming in asking, is he a Syrian? Who is this guy? Do you know this guy? Does he speak this? Who is this guy? Like you're asking some of those types of questions to be a little bit more alert. But best part, glad to, you're doing well, Adam.
Kelly
Well, great to see that he's back on the pulpit. Resilience and leading with love, respect to you. Whether you're a person, whether you're a leader, whether you're an idea, whether you've been a religion. There's one thing that you have to at least be open to and that's criticism and feedback from others. Sorry. And this will probably get me in hot water. There's only one religion, there's only one people that how dare you be critical of them. How dare you question the perfect religion ever. How dare you question our leader. How dare you even draw a picture of Muhammad. We saw what happened with the Charlie Hebdo you draw a picture, they will kill you. And I'm not talking about they. The entire religion. I'm talking about those three words. Radical Islamic extremists. And that is the person who tried to kill Bishop Mari. Mari did. What did he shout before he.
Vinny Delgrosso
By the way, did we find out if he was or not? Did you find out if he is Muslim or not? The guy that stabbed, he is allegedly.
Kelly
Muslim and he allegedly said Allahuka. Allah Akbar.
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah, okay.
Kelly
Jewish people, Christian people, Buddhist people aren't yelling.
Vinny Delgrosso
Play this. Teenager charged with terrorism over Australia church stabbing. Boy was arrested after the cinematographed. To go a little lower. Rob to see. A 16 year Australian boy has been charged with committing a terrorist act, police said after stabbing a Syrian church during Sydney. The teenage suspect was also hospitalized. Shemar Omari. Keep going. Lord. What does it say? Governor doesn't stab her. Parliament. Go a little. The bullet stuff at the top rope. Go a little height right there. Solomon Islanders voter. Oh, that's something else. Okay. He did not appear in court. Lord. Did not ask. Australia police charged it. Yeah, but who is the guy?
Kelly
Allegedly he is a man of that.
Tom Ellsworth
Well, I mean, who else says the.
Vinny Delgrosso
Suspect traveled 90 minutes to reach the Christ God Shepherd Western where he stabbed Bishmar Murray about six times. Go lower.
Kelly
Who wrote this article, by the way?
Vinny Delgrosso
Attacker triggered a riot after a crowd. I'm still trying to find out who wrote the article.
Tom Ellsworth
It's actually weird though, that Australia.
Kelly
Who is it?
Patrick Bet-David
Al Jazeera.
Kelly
So who wrote it again, Rob?
Tom Ellsworth
Al Jazeera.
Patrick Bet-David
Jazeera.
Kelly
Are you shocked that Al Jazeera is not claiming that he's a radical Islamic extremist?
Patrick Bet-David
They did say he had a history of mental illness.
Tom Ellsworth
Well.
Vinny Delgrosso
Well, anybody?
Kelly
A lot of extremists do listen.
Tom Ellsworth
Screaming Allah Akbar. I mean, he's. I haven't heard a Christian say Allah Akbar and then stabs a priest.
Kelly
Why are we beating around the bush?
Vinny Delgrosso
I'm not.
Kelly
Why are we beating around the bush here?
Tom Ellsworth
No, it goes into the.
Vinny Delgrosso
I have.
Kelly
I have Muslim friends, I have Jewish friends, I have Christian friends. I'm talking about extremists. You can be an extremist of any religion, but particularly there happens to be one that you cannot criticize. You see what's going on on campus all over America right now. They're criticizing Israel, they're criticizing the government, they're criticizing Zionism, they're criticizing Judaism. You don't see any pushback. You don't see anyone fighting back in America other than the cops? God Forbid they were questioning a certain other faith. You would see some dangers.
Tom Ellsworth
Since you brought that up. Since you brought that up. Adam.
Kelly
Yes.
Tom Ellsworth
Can you explain to me why George Soros, a Jewish man is funding all the anti Israel, anti Semitism, all the hate is coming from a Jewish guy. Why is that?
Kelly
I don't, I don't even consider him to be.
Tom Ellsworth
Well, but I mean he is Jewish. He is Jewish.
Kelly
He's a self hating Jew.
Patrick Bet-David
Yeah.
Kelly
He's like he's not, he's not, not, he's not part of the religion. He was born Jewish. He turned on his people, turned in other Jews during the Holocaust.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah. So what's his, what's his.
Vinny Delgrosso
What's the goal?
Kelly
Obviously Vinnie, I know you like to use the word demon for anyone that is a likely candidate for a human demon.
Tom Ellsworth
What's up Rob?
Patrick Bet-David
If we go back to the Mar Mario Manuel this according to the attacker's parents. They said that he practiced his faith like a normal Muslim child praying five times. Is this is from abc.net the parents said this in an interview with abc.net in Australia.
Vinny Delgrosso
Got it.
Tom Ellsworth
But I don't throw away the. When I say demon like that guy.
Vinny Delgrosso
What I, what I want to do is let's stay here and then we'll go to George Soros because these are two different. I promise we're going to go to George. So okay, now his parents have valid because there's a lot of people saying why would you all of a sudden jump to conclusion that he's a Muslim?
Kelly
Right.
Vinny Delgrosso
Because the Assyrian guy in Assyrian I speak Aramaic. Said, said Michelle Manila. Is he a Syrian? Is he a Muslim? And the other guy said Michelle Manila, he is a Muslim. So you're. I'm speaking the language. And if you don't speak Aramaic maybe you don't understand what the language of Jesus. Yeah, exactly. So I understand what he was saying. Me and Vinny heard that. And so now his parents confirmed that he practices his faith like a normal Muslim child, praying five times a day and fasting for Ramadan. So which is a beautiful thing that we have this now let's go to Soros.
Kelly
Sure.
Vinny Delgrosso
Because George Soros a lot of people are asking, saying here's a guy that we had the reports $13.7 million he gave to all these protesters. Almost 50 now PBD. I mean these numbers with all the protests and that's going on, the most common question being asked is now let's address it. Why is George Soros who is a hunger was born to a Hungarian Jewish Family who helped Nazis kill Jews. Yep. He's been asked about this interview. You're now asking the question why is a Hungarian Jew funding Hamas? That's your question?
Tom Ellsworth
Funding Hamas? Funding anything to destroy this country and fuel the fire of anti Semitism and get us to a place of civil war. Cuz that, that's, that's where it's going. Especially election year. I'm sick and tired of this dude having car look at. Look. By the way his. His most recent photos. He looks like a demon. Adam, you're 100% right.
Vinny Delgrosso
You're asking a question.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Vinny Delgrosso
That you have to. You have to be also know the question you're asking. Yeah. Why you're inciting. Also so think about the question you're asking. Are you asking the question George Soros because you're claiming that Jews are funding the pro Palestinian protests or are you saying that he's not really a Jew? He hates America, he hates capitalism, except for himself and his family. Why does he want to destroy America? Is that what you're asking?
Tom Ellsworth
I'm kind of in the middle because I'm curious as to. Yeah. Why is a Jewish man who I know you guys are saying that he's not religious. Adam said it.
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah.
Tom Ellsworth
Why is a Jewish guy a promoting anti Semitism? I mean like you said, he's a self hating Jew. And then at the same token he's trying to destroy the fabric of America.
Vinny Delgrosso
What do you know about this? With George Soros?
Patrick Bet-David
Okay, so Vinny, life becomes easy and logical. It doesn't mean that it's happy, it doesn't mean that it's good. It doesn't mean it makes you proud. But logically, things explain themselves. If I was to say, hey, do you see what this George Soros guy is? Who's George Soros? What if I defined him this way? Well, he was bor Jewish, but gave it up. And his parents actually helped the Nazis imprison Jews. And he's basically a Marxist globalist, Period.
Kelly
Correct.
Patrick Bet-David
Full stop. If I say that to you, are you surprised by the actions you see?
Tom Ellsworth
Definitely not.
Patrick Bet-David
Are you surprised by seeing someone who is fomenting civil disorder and funding disorder? Well, no wonder he's funding disorder. He's a Marxist. He wants to disrupt the one country that is strong against Marxism. Why is he funding these things? Well, no wonder he is. He wants to undermine the allies of that country. Such as Israel. Such as others. So if I say he's a Marxist globalist and he's in favor of immigration, no wonder he's in favor of immigration because he's a globalist. You have to look at. You don't have to. I'm not saying that to like force it on you. I look at him for what he is. He was born Jewish. His family had horrible, horrible, horrible decisions to turn in people of their own faith once upon a time. Their own faith. And then, you know, through playing the currency market with great aplomb, builds billion dollar fortunes. That's how it happen. And now he's taking his Marxist globalist agenda and he's funding it.
Tom Ellsworth
And how.
Patrick Bet-David
That's George Soros.
Tom Ellsworth
Okay, here's my question to you, though. How are we not holding him accountable? How much more George Soros stories do we have to hear of him trying to destroy this country and this piece of trash?
Vinny Delgrosso
Step back a little bit. Step back a little bit. This is very important. Okay? Your, your. You like? Okay, so we. I get messages on the neck from people who fully are like, I'm so glad you defended Muslims on this one video. And da, da, da, da, screw at them, okay? Followed by a message. I cannot believe what kind of an Islamophobia. And, you know, Zionist. I'm like, okay, if you know one thing about me, I am not one that's going to conform to you to make you happy, both parties. I'm not that guy, okay? I'm trying to find out what the hell is going on. Here's one thing that I can tell you when I see this guy. This is the only guy I've ever studied that said he fancied himself of seeing himself as a God. And he struggled with this as a kid and later on in life. In an interview with LA Times, Rob, I don't know if you've seen this or not.
Tom Ellsworth
He's a God, he said.
Vinny Delgrosso
You've never seen this?
Tom Ellsworth
No.
Vinny Delgrosso
Go. George Soros, LA Times interview 2004, I believe. Is this it? It? Okay, go. Go a little lower. Put God. Just keyword God. Do contrl F God. Do it again. And okay, so here we go. It seems that Soros believes he was anointed by God. I fancied myself as some kind of a God, he once wrote, if truth be known, I carried some rather potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise they might get me in trouble. He continues, when asked by Britain's Independent newspaper, rob, if you can pull it up, that camera's in a way. On the passage, Zorro said, it is a sort of a disease when you consider yourself some kind Of a God, the creator of everything. But watch how it ends. But I feel comfortable about it now since I began to live it out.
Adam Sosnick
Oh, wow.
Vinny Delgrosso
This guy is not a Jew. He's not a Christian, he's not a Muslim. He thinks he is God. So this is not who you think he is. And I played that interview on what his family did. When asked in this interview, how do you feel when you help Nazis as a 14 year old boy, do you have any regrets? Look at the smile on his face. Rob, if this is the clip I'm thinking about, go ahead and play this clip.
Patrick Bet-David
My understanding is that you went out.
Adam Sosnick
With this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson, went out in fact and helped in the.
Patrick Bet-David
Confiscation of property from the Jews.
Kelly
That's right.
Patrick Bet-David
I mean that sounds like an experience.
Adam Sosnick
That would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?
Vinny Delgrosso
Not at all.
Kelly
Not at all.
Adam Sosnick
Maybe as a child you don't see the connection, but it created.
Vinny Delgrosso
No, no, no problem at all.
Adam Sosnick
No feeling of guilt?
Patrick Bet-David
No.
Kelly
There you go, Vinny.
Vinny Delgrosso
That's who you're dealing.
Kelly
Yeah, that's who you're dealing with.
Vinny Delgrosso
One of the darkest guys in America that's been trying to divide America for decades, for decades. This is not someone who loves America. This is a user of a system to create wealth, to control and imposes beliefs that are deep rooted in him. He doesn't like Muslim, he doesn't like Christians, he doesn't like Jews. This guy's not a side. He looks at everybody as a way to control them, manipulate them. He doesn't care for these college students he doesn't care for. He wants to see America fall like there is no other. He may be at the top five of the list of people in the world that want to see America fall.
Tom Ellsworth
And that's his son is stepping up and his.
Vinny Delgrosso
Alex Thoros who funds.
Kelly
Go ahead and I sent you something, Rob, if you want to. So do you know people who are Christians but they don't practice Christianity?
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Kelly
Do you know people who are Muslim and they don't embrace that? You're Buddhist? Yeah, that's who he is. He was born Jewish. His parents obviously were not practicing Jews. He wasn't raised this way. He was an opportunist. To save his life, he said, I will gladly kill and turn in whoever I need to do and whatever I need to turn in. That's. That's who he is. He's an opportunist. He said, you can Find this article. He said, I am not a Zionist.
Vinny Delgrosso
Zionist.
Kelly
Okay. And I'm not a practicing Jew. His quote. So he doesn't. What's the definition of Zionism? Zionism is very simple. The belief that Israel has a right to exist as a country. I believe that Israel has a right to exist. So by definition, I'm a Zionist. George Soros is not. George Soros is a Marxist, ironically capitalist. He makes money to. To seed destruction wherever he can go. And it's not just in America. He brought down the bank of England. That's where he made his money. That's where he made his billions. I don't even know if he's allowed in Hungary, to be honest.
Tom Ellsworth
Is he an American? American citizen.
Kelly
I don't even know what he is. A global citizen. When you're a billionaire like this. I believe the President of Hungary, Viktor Orban, I. I don't think he's allowed in the country. Yeah, he's a. He's a demon.
Tom Ellsworth
Perfect.
Kelly
And I don't mean like possessed by the devil. He has a God complex, a Messiah complex. He believes he can do whatever he wants. And when you have that type of money, you can do whatever you want. And this is why Pat always criticizes the lazy Republicans or the lazy libertarians. Go put money where your mouth is. Because this piece of is.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Patrick Bet-David
You've heard of One World Government?
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Kelly
Yep.
Patrick Bet-David
So globalism ends at a One World Government and a central bank digital currency that controls all the people. Who do you think he thinks should be the leader of that One World Government?
Tom Ellsworth
Him.
Patrick Bet-David
Right.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Kelly
Well, he's going to be. Yeah, there it is. Hungary approved Stop Soros law. He's not allowed in his own country. This is the type of person. But he's allowed here to sow discord in America.
Vinny Delgrosso
You ever watch his documentary?
Tom Ellsworth
No.
Vinny Delgrosso
Should they made a documentary about him that is a Pro Soros documentary. And this paints him as a great guy or whatever. Still worth watching.
Tom Ellsworth
Really?
Vinny Delgrosso
Because they tried so hard to make him look good. Even at the end of the documentary of a Pro Soros documentary, still walk away saying what a freaking dark guy this guy is. Yeah. So you're dealing. These are two different things we're talking about here.
Kelly
Can I add one more thing?
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah. I'd like to go to the next story. You got 20 seconds.
Kelly
The question of who has the Jewish vote. Jews. If you're not orthodox or super conservative. We all know that the Jews or anyone who's orthodox in any religion tends to be more conservative. Jews in general. Are very heartfelt and empathetic. So they toward do lean liberal. It's part of our DNA. We've been mistreated for 5,000 years. Let's help people. But with what's going on now with George Soros and this dark left wing money, you're going to see a mass exodus from the Jewish community, from the Democratic party.
Tom Ellsworth
Good.
Kelly
It's already happening.
Vinny Delgrosso
And by the way, not just that, but do you know what city in America has 1/15 of Jews living in the world?
Kelly
New York City.
Vinny Delgrosso
New York City. 993,000 Jews live in New York City and they don't feel safe and they're wanting to leave New York City. Think about that. So politically, what just happened the last few months? A lot of weird things happened here the last few months. What the Dems are trying to do. The Dems are trying to see between the Jew vote and the Muslim vote.
Kelly
Yeah.
Vinny Delgrosso
And the left, left is trying to own both of them. Okay. Trying to own both of them. Muslims are trying, they're trying to own it to say Republicans are not pro Islam and they're this, that. So they're putting the fear porn with the Republicans to not want Muslims to vote Republican. But a lot of Muslims right now are conflicted.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Vinny Delgrosso
And the reason why Muslims are conflicted right now on one end, they love the values of how conservatives are with their kids. They love what they stand for. They're like, dude, we're on the same page here. But they also are uncomfortable with conservatives that are not okay with the pro Palestine, all this other stuff. So it's a split right now with what's going on. And this kind of leads me to talking about what's going on with the schools. Vinnie, if you have some of the stuff you want to talk about with the colleges. So Rob, I don't know if you have this. So all the, all the stuff that's going on with the protesting across the country. I see this video, okay. I see these two videos I'm going to send you, okay? One of them is a student who is simply trying to go to his classroom in UCLA in a civil way. Rob, if you can play this clip, I just texted you and then I'm going to send you the second one. Which students come in in the morning to wake up the entire kids that are protesting in the school with a Good morning Vietnam at 4:30 in the morning. You have to see both. But first watch this one here. This is a student that goes to UCLA and they're simply not letting them go to class. Okay, Rob, if you can play this. Okay, so this is the kind of stuff that is starting to get a little old and it's getting annoying where parents and students are sitting there. Watch this here. Watch this kid and see if he sounds like a reasonable kid. Go for it.
Kelly
We are UCLA students. I have my ID right here.
Vinny Delgrosso
I'm being blocked off, not by the.
Kelly
Security guard, but by you two, you three. Oh, look, they're making their burr while I'm going this way. Excuse me. This is what they do. Everybody, look at this. Look at this.
Vinny Delgrosso
I'm a UCLA student.
Kelly
I deserve to go here. We pay tuition.
Tom Ellsworth
This is our school.
Vinny Delgrosso
And they're not letting me walk in.
Kelly
My class is over there.
Vinny Delgrosso
I want to use that entrance.
Kelly
Why can't they?
Tom Ellsworth
Will you let me go in?
Vinny Delgrosso
This is okay to have. This could be over in a second. Just let me and my friends. This is okay. Yeah.
Tom Ellsworth
Where are the cops? Where are the police?
Vinny Delgrosso
Cops are worried about getting in.
Kelly
Will you move?
Vinny Delgrosso
Watch this.
Kelly
Okay, we're going, we're going. I'm going in.
Vinny Delgrosso
I don't go in.
Kelly
I'm not hurting them.
Vinny Delgrosso
You guys have closed the end, so this is reasonable. You see la, ucla, and I look at this other guy, it's like, okay, you want to do this? No problem. Let's have some fun. So watch what these guys are doing, okay? You know, obviously they're trolling and they're having fun with this. Look at this. 4:30 in the morning. These guys are sleeping on UCLA campuses. The anti, you know, whatever Israel demonstrate. Watch this year.
Tom Ellsworth
Hey, this is not a test.
Vinny Delgrosso
This is rock and roll.
Kelly
Time to rocket from the Delta to the dmz. Shout out to Robin, William, Wake up, commies. Wake up, wake up.
Vinny Delgrosso
Can you imagine on campus? You know, first of all, the fact that this can even happen. I want to play another clip for you. Old school. Okay, Tell me if you like this guy's approach. This guy used to be a president. Some people love him. At one point, I think he won 49 out of 50 states. Look at the approach he took with protesters and tell me how many similarities you see with him and our current president, Mr. Joseph Biden. Rob, if you can play this clip, maybe this is a good video for some people that want to be presidents in the future, they should watch and study. Here's a guy named Ronald Reagan. Rob, if you got the clip, I think it's one of them. Maybe I sent you. Did I not send a new one? No, I did send you a new one. It's the one that ends with NX aw. NX aw is the last. Do you see it or no? Rob. Okay, if you can play that one.
Tom Ellsworth
You said like it's Ronald Reagan. Where is he at?
Vinny Delgrosso
Well, you have to see this.
Tom Ellsworth
Okay.
Vinny Delgrosso
Highlights. Okay. It's like the highlight reel of Ronald Reagan dealing with protesters. Watch this. And how he handles media. Go ahead.
Tom Ellsworth
Okay.
Adam Sosnick
People told you for days in advance that if the university sought to go ahead with that construction, they were going to physically destroy the university. Negotiate.
Vinny Delgrosso
Many times.
Adam Sosnick
Negotiate. What is to negotiate? What is a public institution.
Vinny Delgrosso
That's right.
Adam Sosnick
But the university, its own community, and.
Patrick Bet-David
For the community of Berkeley that live.
Adam Sosnick
Around all of it began the first time. Some of you who know better and are old enough to know better let young people think that they had the right to choose the laws they would obey as long as they were doing it in the name of social protest. I'm sick and tired of the argument about whether some effort to enforce law and order is going to escalate anything at all. Plain truth of the matter is this has to stop. And it has to stop like the day before yesterday. I would like to. To propose that the issue is that on the campuses, you who are adults, you who are entrusted with those young people and their guidance, have a responsibility to make it plain to them from the very beginning that you yourselves do not tolerate the kind of conduct that has led to the burning of Wheeler hall, that has led to two murders on the campus of ucla.
Patrick Bet-David
You created an atmosphere on campus where.
Vinny Delgrosso
No one wants to listen.
Adam Sosnick
You are a liar. I have read and I have been questioned since I've been here about. About certain demonstrations against my coming. And I would like to say just one thing. And to those who demonstrate. So I wonder if they have ever asked themselves that if they should have the kind of government they apparently seek. No one would ever be able to do what they're doing again. And I have a feeling that if you check closely on some of the more militant of those leaders who are advocating violence, you find it. If you settle whatever issue it is that has them worked up today, they'll be back tomorrow morning with another issue. I think the time has come for them to make a choice and to decide whether they want to continue to even tolerate these false prophets in their midst who are, if anything, destroying their own community. I don't think that taking to the streets and rioting and disorder has ever solved anything or ever will. So who would trade our freedom for the soup kitchen of the welfare state, have told Us. They have a utopian solution of peace without victory. They call their policy accommodation. And they say if we'll only avoid any direct confrontation with the enemy, he'll forget his evil ways and learn to love us. All who oppose them are indicted as warmongers. They say we offer simple answers to complex problems. Well, perhaps there is a simple answer. Not an easy answer, but simple. If you and I have the courage to tell our elected officials that we want our national policy based on what we know in our hearts is morally right, we cannot, by our security, our freedom from the threat of the bomb by committing an immorality so great as saying to a billion human beings now enslaved behind the Iron Curtain, give up your dreams of freedom.
Vinny Delgrosso
That's right.
Adam Sosnick
Because to save our own skins, we're willing to make a deal with. With your slave master. Recently in some places in the nation.
Vinny Delgrosso
Here's what I want you to think about. Notice, audience, if you're watching this, I'm talking to you one on one. You. And I notice you did not get bored for a single second. You know why? Because everybody loves strong leadership. There's a reason why. When this guy got elected and is giving a speech on January 20, 19, I believe, 81, whatever the date is. Minutes before that, a man named Khomeini released 52American hostages because they knew what this guy was capable of doing. Do you know how long it took for. What's her name? Griner. What's her first name? Brittany Griner. Do you know how long they kept her in Russia? Do you know for how many months? Do you know why? Because Putin doesn't fear what Biden has to say. Do you know how many prisoners right now are being held by other countries? Hamas, whatever you want, you know, for 10 months. Do you know why they don't fear what our current president has to say? They asked him, what do you want to say to the people of Iran about attacking. Don't no one listen to you? America is desperately in need of a strong leader. Desperately. Let that be a lesson when you're watching this in universities and campuses. Says, since when have these deans not had the backbone to say, get the hell off the campus? Since when have these deans not had the backbone to call the cops and said, these guys are breaking the law. Arrest these guys. What are you doing? Get the hell out of here. Go find a place to live. You don't want to be here. Get the hell out of the school. You don't want to go to ucla, Go somewhere else. Go to public School, go to a community college. Since when do these leaders, soft leaders sit around accepting these kids walking around as if they own this place? Place. Life doesn't work that way. And a lot of these people that are sitting there worried about God forbid we may lose their vote, they may not like us, they may say something bad about us in a video and a video may go viral. The other day, I think a video went viral of a tiktoker who's a only fans girl said Biden's administrative.
Tom Ellsworth
Did you see the administration was paying them to do propaganda on the sideline.
Vinny Delgrosso
His administration was paying this only fans girl to talk about good things, about. This is the one. Watch this clip here.
Tom Ellsworth
This is crazy. On the right.
Vinny Delgrosso
Watch this.
F
Spring semester of my senior year and I was like, fuck, I finally have to start applying for law school. And then like, you know, female privilege. Life is so easy for a woman. Obviously I lucked out. I'm just kidding. I lucked out and then, you know, TikTok was basically full time for me. Like I was taking ads by the time I graduated college from like the Biden administration and Planned Parenthood and like.
Vinny Delgrosso
Dating apps and stuff.
F
So it was like fully, financially, you know.
Vinny Delgrosso
So you were getting.
Patrick Bet-David
The Biden administration was buying ads from you?
F
Yeah, I was doing full on political propaganda.
Patrick Bet-David
And they were just really with like, what kind of like Biden created 10 million jobs?
F
Yeah, honestly. And the funny thing is they're like, do not disclose this is an ad because, you know, they're like, technically it's not a product so you don't have to disclose. It's not mad because I think they just wanted like some edgy girl of color to just tell people like when, when they nominated like Katanji Brown Jackson, they're like, can you say like as a person of color, you know that you feel reflected and it's like a white woman emailing this to me and she's like giving me this script. I'm like, no. And she's like, please. And I'm like, no. I'll say, I'll like talk about the news of it, but I'm not gonna be like, I'm not gonna have a white person tell me to be like, you know, this is how I feel as a person of color.
Vinny Delgrosso
Like, it's just so common.
F
I think that's clearly leaking.
Vinny Delgrosso
Oh, people are being exposed now. Listen, I don't know the truth of this story or not, quite frankly. This is an onlyfans model.
Tom Ellsworth
Is that what the creator, her? Well, she Started.
Kelly
She's been on Southgast multiple times.
Tom Ellsworth
She started.
Kelly
Yeah, her name is Farah. Yeah, she'll be on next week.
Vinny Delgrosso
But when you, when you see something like this, that all the stuff that they're using, young kids, all this other stuff to say what they're saying here, and she's publicly not talking about it, Planned parent, just say these words. Woman of color by a white woman. Common sense, somebody, sister. And then independent yesterday had this Ukrainian, Russian born congresswoman Victoria Sparks on here, you know, talking about how, you know what these guys are standing for and what they're saying. Woman of color, you know, spin it that way so we can get people to relate to you. So we can get people to kind of say, yeah, wow, wow, what's going on? What a great job Biden is doing. More and more people are being exposed right now with this nonsense. And these independent voters, I want to speak to you. If you're Democrat, you're going to vote Democrat. This isn't, I'm not talking to you. If you're Republican, you're going to vote the Republican. Do your thing. Okay? Independent voters, they're dividing this country. They're doing it in a way that is very weird. I asked the question of this lady yesterday when we were doing podcast prep. Tom said something yesterday. Tom said the system is what you said, three steps, right? I said, tom, what are they using this crisis for? And you said, said step number one is claim civil unrest is what you said. Okay, so if all of a sudden these protest things going on in universities, all it's. By the way, you know when George Floyd happened? You know when George Floyd happened? 2020, same month, you know what month? May 25th of 2020.
Tom Ellsworth
Weird.
Vinny Delgrosso
Can you pull it up real quick? May 20th, pull up May 25th of 26th of 20.
Kelly
What is it two months into Covid?
Vinny Delgrosso
May 26th of 2020. So check the out. May 26th of 2020, George Floyd happens. How many months after that his election? Five months and a week.
Patrick Bet-David
Light in the fuse.
Vinny Delgrosso
Five months in a week. So what trend? I'm a person that when we're sitting there monitoring, we have a guy right now, one of our insurance. You're watching this guy saying, when did he start doing bad quality business? When did he get desperate to ride this? Then we go to the bottom of it. Shit. Okay, this has been going on for nine months after this happen, happen. It's not hard to see trends and bad habits that some people pick up because there's a personal crisis going on in Your life. So notice here. So they're warming it up in April. They're using college kids. What do you think is going to happen if a student gets shot on the campus and this person becomes the next George Floyd? This person becomes. We are worried. We are worried of what they're doing to you. And we want to protect you, Vince, from what they can possibly do to your kids. This is civil unrest. Then I went and looked up once. The last time we used martial law, martial law was used in the state of Arkansas. I believe if you can pull up times in America, we've used martial law and there's a history about it. We use it once in 2007. Okay, so if you can look at martial law when it was used, I think that's the one that you had, Rob. And specifically when this thing was used, you'll see all the way at the bottom. If you can Google Arkansas, I think the last story that they have is Arkansas. Which state was that? You'll find it anyways. One of the states does martial law when they do martial law in 2007, it is a state. So what if they do civil unrest in the six states and counties that matter the most, they use martial law to shut things down and people in certain counties and districts can't get out to vote. You win the election. So check this out. The playbook is very simple. What state was it, Rob? Alabama. No, in 1961. There's a. Yeah, 1961 Alabama. Look at that. So 1961, Governor Patterson of Alabama declared martial law as a result of outside agitators coming into Alabama to violate our laws and customs, which had to outbreaks of lawlessness and mob action. The outside agitators were freedom riders, peaceful civil rights rights activists challenging the already illegal racial segregation in the South. Now obviously we know what's going on during that time, right? That era. But today, what if they use it today in pro Palestine and the enemy is all the people on the opposing side? What if they keep protesting right now and God forbid someone dies. And you know what's crazy? In a dark, deceptive way, that's exactly what they need to use. That's exactly what they need to use to increase the temperature in America. And because of this one spark and. And if it happens in specific markets. You were talking about a protesting they're doing. Can you show the clip, Rob, that Vinnie's talking about with the Nazis on the U haul there?
Tom Ellsworth
What they call the. Hold on one second.
Patrick Bet-David
They. They need their new George Floyd, but they need a George Floyd. They want a George Floyd.
Tom Ellsworth
So these are, by the way, Patriot Front members being arrested. By the way. This is one. If this doesn't. And then, Rob, you have the other one, right? That's them marching. For anybody out there that even has half of a brain. These guys are claiming to be Nazis. They're claiming to be Nazis. It's so obvious. Yeah, Go ahead, show these guys.
Vinny Delgrosso
They're all in such great shape.
Patrick Bet-David
Yeah, they're.
Tom Ellsworth
Hold on.
Patrick Bet-David
Why is it that all Nazis have an average age of 32 and good body mass?
Tom Ellsworth
Index khakis, iron, cargo pants. They're fashionable fascists. Look, by the way, as a. As a police. As a. As an officer, and all the cops out there know you have to unmask these people immediately.
Vinny Delgrosso
How come they're not unmasked?
Tom Ellsworth
Isn't that because you don't want an undercover Fed, an informant to show his face? They're paying these people to do this, and you just nailed it all. Now they're. You see them coming up. They're making arrests. This is. They're setting up strategically, these people. And then. Rob, I sent you a photo. For anybody that says the FBI want to do something like this.
Vinny Delgrosso
Grow.
Tom Ellsworth
Wake up.
Kelly
Up.
Tom Ellsworth
Okay, look at. Dear Feds, at least change the uniform. It's the same outfit. Okay? Keep that. They're gonna keep.
Vinny Delgrosso
My concern with this, guys. It's. It's. It's very simple, guys. In every dispute, in every fight, in every. When something gets out of control, our job is to. To try to lower the temp.
Tom Ellsworth
It's not happening.
Vinny Delgrosso
And not to fall for manipulation. That is my biggest concern, is that people will fall for these traps. We know a big portion of America's gonna fall for it. Some of them are gonna fall for it because they need it to vote the way they're gonna vote.
Tom Ellsworth
Of course.
Vinny Delgrosso
Russian collusion, some of them are gonna need it. Right? Because it validates why they're making the right decision. Right? However, to the 43% that RFK said, we have the biggest independent block of voters ever. Tulsi repeated that number when we're sitting down with her last week. To the 43% of people that are independent voters, you cannot be naive. This happened May 26th last year, was George Floyd. Tensions are high in universities right now. If, God forbid, something happens to a student and they're able to increase at this time, they will use the Muslim and Jew division in America as the crisis.
Tom Ellsworth
I agree.
Vinny Delgrosso
They will use that division, and America has the crisis, and they'll increase the temp and they'll get people to fall for it and then they'll try to win the election. It's gonna be, they're gonna try to do anything and everything to win it. And the independents have to be aware of it.
Tom Ellsworth
I pray to God that they do wake up because let's face the facts guys. Donald Trump is the front runner. He is the Teflon. Everything that they're doing is not working. They cannot let this man win. And I think you nailed it, Pat. Something's gonna. By the way, they keep warning us us. Christopher Wray keeps warning us, Tony Blinken keeps warning us this black swan event is coming, this terror. Remember the terrorists that they caught at the border that was like, soon you're gonna know my name. He could easily just go to one of these freaking one of these schools and be like, hey guys, guess what? It's done, it's a wrap and it's over.
Patrick Bet-David
It is so easy in this playbook and I think step one, use civil unrest, declare martial law. Under martial law you suspend sales of ammunition and then your next step is central bank digital currency. Now you control how people can use money and what they can buy and what they can't. It is such a simple formula for long term reclaim of the government and it's a coup from within. It's such a simple formula, but you can also use it to alter two days in the life of America, which alters an election, which alters the leadership for the next four years. It's such an easy playbook. Don't fall for it, don't get upset. Don't be the one that flashes the flame at the flashpoint.
Kelly
This is why the Free Palestine movement is the new BLM. In 2016 it was the MeToo movement. In 2020 it was BLM and George Floyd. In 2024 it's gays for Gaza. And the Free Palestine movement has been hijacked by left wing dark money and extreme far right Islamic right money. It is what it is. So who's falling victim? Who's falling prey to what's going on right now? Well, it's Gen Z. Gen Z is the most confused, indoctrinated generation of all time. They were the only generation in the history of this world that was born to a social media phone in their hand. This is the TikTok generation. That is the literal nickname of Gen Z. So you see these protests at Cornell, at Columbia, at Texas, Minnesota, GW Emory. These are all 18 to 24 year old kids. Now all these kids have been Faced with two things. They started college during COVID and they're ending college during this election cycle. They've been indoctrinated. They have no mind of their own. They've been completely brainwashed by tick tock. Now they say that when you're young, if you're not a liberal, you have no heart. If you're older and you have no brain, if you have no brain, if you're not a conservative, you have no brain. They doing what they feel is right. But we all know that facts don't care about your feelings. There's something called the horseshoe theory where the far right and the far left politically are not as far as extreme as you would think. They're actually closer in theory. So the far right, this is where this is. If you were like, gaze for Gaza. What? In Israel there's a, is a deep and vibrant gay community. I went there, I was like, wow, this place is gay.
Tom Ellsworth
And they're like out of your Tel Aviv.
Kelly
Yeah. I was like, no, I'm gonna go over here to the club. But. And you could show an image. But in Gaza or in many extreme communities they will literally kill you.
Vinny Delgrosso
By the way. You know, it's crazy you're saying this, this validates exactly what Reagan said. What you're protesting forward prevents you. If a country becomes the country you want it to be, would prevent you from being able to protest in the future. You can't go do gays for Gaza. In Gaza, in Gaza you know what they're going to do to you?
Kelly
They'll throw you off the roof. They'll be, they'll stone you what you.
Vinny Delgrosso
Thought that man did to that boy at the snookers tournament. They're going to do to you with all those fruits in ways that you will have nightmare for the rest of your life anyways.
Patrick Bet-David
Or just drop you off a building.
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah.
Kelly
This is why these people are useful idiots. And this comes back down to Biden. Do you see the approval rating of amongst Gen Z to Biden young people?
Vinny Delgrosso
What is it?
Kelly
80% disapprove. There it is right there. 81% disapprove of this particular thing. So you know in the Bible they say no one can serve two masters.
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah.
Kelly
This is what Biden's problem is right now. He's funding Israel.
Vinny Delgrosso
Israel.
Kelly
While he's also trying to appease the gays for Gaza movement, the free Palestine and it all intersectionality happens in Michigan. This is why they say as Michigan goes so the election by the way. So this is what's happening.
Vinny Delgrosso
This is big, but 81%. 19%.
Kelly
Exactly.
Vinny Delgrosso
That's with who you said Gen z's.
Kelly
This is 18 to 35.
Vinny Delgrosso
18 to 30.
Kelly
So this is the younger millennials all the way down to the youngest Gen.
Vinny Delgrosso
Z. Yeah, that's pretty.
Kelly
This is the reason why Genocide Joe is gonna lose the election. And this is why he's trying to up.
Vinny Delgrosso
Let me go to this. Let me go to this. Rob, can you play the clip with Nancy Pelosi? She's being interviewed. Okay. By the way, I don't want to spend a lot of time on this because I want to go to the Desantis Trump and I got like five more stories. I want to go before 11:30. But I want you to see this clip, Rob. I think we send it to you if you don't have it. That's the one. Yeah. If you can do the bottom one, because that's a minute 20. See what the bottom one is. How long is that? That's the one. Rob, play that one. If you could watch her reaction when the host simply pushes back a little bit. Look what analogy she wants to use. Go ahead. And Joe Biden is doing that created 9 million jobs in his term in office. Donald Trump has the worst record of job loss of any president. So we just have to make sure people know that was a global pandemic. Yeah, he had the worst record of any president. We've had other concerns in our country.
Adam Sosnick
If you want to be an Apollo.
Vinny Delgrosso
Apologist for Donald Trump, that. That may be your role, but it ain't mine. And he has a word.
Tom Ellsworth
Eating their own. I love them. Yeah, eating your own.
Vinny Delgrosso
So you see the reaction there. If you want to be an apologist. The girl's like, dude, I can't stand the guy. Yeah, but we can't lie on national television, Nancy. We can't do that the way you just did. And not interviewing her there.
Kelly
Is that Casey Hunt, msnbc.
Tom Ellsworth
She was. This lady's been talking trash about Trump since day one one.
Kelly
Is that Casey D.C. i think it is. She's the one that absolutely grilled Donald Trump during a conversation or interview debate. And she was grilled for being too anti Trump.
Tom Ellsworth
By the way, look at Nancy. Look at her lapels. Are those the biggest Ukraine flag you've ever seen in your life on this dumb drunk hags freaking.
Patrick Bet-David
Like, by the way, I don't think she's drunk. I think it's probably the problem.
Tom Ellsworth
I would pay a. I would pay top dollar for her to come here and sit here and just talk with you for one hour just to crap on her entire existence with her lying bs. She would. I'd give all my savings just to have her come here and talk.
Patrick Bet-David
Vinny, we got a lot of other stories, but listen to the one. One point here.
Kelly
Yes.
Patrick Bet-David
What did she keep repeating? Donald Trump had the worst record. Donald Trump had the worst record of crap. Wait, wait, wait. What message is that? That's an economic message. Where is Biden weak on the economy? So they're trying to make make Donald Trump's economy sound worse. You got to boil it down beyond the emotion. And I'm with you, you angry patriot. You, I love you like a brother, but you. I boil it down and I listen.
Vinny Delgrosso
Angry patriot, you angry patri.
Tom Ellsworth
I love it.
Vinny Delgrosso
That's how Tom would talk dirty to you. Yeah.
Patrick Bet-David
Oh, you're such an angry patriot.
Vinny Delgrosso
Patriot.
Kelly
No.
Tom Ellsworth
So you kill me.
Patrick Bet-David
Criticize commies, and let's get it on, you know?
Vinny Delgrosso
All right, let me go to the next story. So apparently Trump and DeSantis had a meeting. Rob, what page is that? So DeSantis expected to campaign for Trump after the pair met in Miami. There was a meeting that took place. So Florida Governor DeSantis agreed to campaign on behalf of Donald Trump after the former president. Rivals met Sunday morning at the ex president's looks to retake the White House. The two prominent Republicans met in Miami in an attempt to patch up the strain sustained relationship. DeSantis is expected to raise money for the presumptive GOP nominee on the top of campaigning for him after his own Oval Office ambitions came up short. DeSantis, 45, suspended his campaign in January 2024 and quickly endorsed Trump over former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley while she was still in the race. But in a February phone call, two supporters DeSantis said that some Trump campaign staffers had an ax to grind against him, while claiming the criminal indictments against the former president helped him curb sympathy after primary voters. So, Adam, thoughts on DeSantis and Trump having a meeting? What do you think this was over?
Kelly
I'll just keep it super simple. DeSantis needs Trump way more than Trump needs DeSantis. I'm sure one of you guys is going to make a point of why this is advantageous for Trump. Trump's got Florida locked up. It's not a big deal. Trump needs to focus on the swing states and women because abortion is his biggest problem. I'm sure he'll gladly invite our governor's help and support and money and donors. I just don't understand why Trump actually gives a shit about Ron DeSantis at this point. That's my thought.
Vinny Delgrosso
Why do you think, Tom?
Patrick Bet-David
Because Trump wins the presidency. We have a hurricane in Florida. We need federal aid will be needed. FEMA will be needed. These guys are on the ultimately on the same team, and they're gonna have to cooperate with each other long term. It's not just about the election. If you wanna play the game here, you probably have to be sensible, shake hands, and play the game against the real enemy.
Tom Ellsworth
I love the tweet by the president when he goes. I'm very happy to have the full and enthusiastic support. Not just regular support, he's enthusiastic. And again, this goes back to Donald Trump loving loyalty. Yeah, Somebody was in Ron DeSantis's ear, made him run, obviously. Huge, huge, huge mistake. But he's back. He's coming back in the folding. And Adam, you nailed it. He needs him. Donald Trump doesn't need anybody. Donald Trump just needs to pick a VP and go for the gusto and hopefully beat this deep state. But at the same token, he needs him way more and he understands.
Kelly
Think about it. If. If Desantis wants nothing to do with Trump or maga, what happens to his career? If Trump wants nothing to do with DeSantis, what happens is, yeah, of course. And great governor, I love him, I love the guy, but he needs Trump and MAGA way more than Trump even cares even. Think about this hurricane.
Vinny Delgrosso
FYI, here's the part, though, when you think about this. So who gets more credit to hold this meeting? Do you? Do you give more?
Kelly
Because 1 million percent Trump.
Vinny Delgrosso
Okay, yes, I agree. Let me tell you also what I like about this. I love that they met. There's a part of me. We can talk. The fact that this person needs this, that person needs this. This person needs this DeSantis, 45. The guy's got. Honestly, he's got 35 more years of running to do. Okay. He becomes a president. I don't know if, you know, he paid attention to the part when I asked the question or not. DeSantis is a flag carrier. The only route he'll ever be a president is a flag carrier carrier. DeSantis is not an alpha president. He's a flag carrier president. Those are two different things. You know what sucks about what I'm saying to you right now? You know what sucks about what I'm saying to you right now? Nobody wants to be known as that. Yeah, nobody wants to be known as that. You know, guess what? Rogan sells out what types of arenas like huge everything. Like what type of arenas, how many thousands of people? 15,000 grand. Okay. He, he sells out arenas, show Colts, Madison Square Garden, Chappelle football stadiums. Okay, so now there is levels to everything, right? When you think about this, there's levels to everything. Tim Grover was giving the argument about Michael Jordan and LeBron James. He says, have you ever heard about somebody collecting LeBron James shoes? You ever heard somebody talking about the fact that a LeBron James shoe was stolen and a guy goes back to take it back, back. How many stories do you hear about a Michael Jordan shoe that a guy goes back to get it because somebody stole it from him? A Michael Jordan sold this. A Michael Jordan. There's levels to the game. LeBron will never get there. He almost got swept by the Nuggets and at the end of the day he said, what? It's just basketball. It's just basketball. It's just a guy asked him a question. Are you going to be a Laker next season? Honestly, I don't want to ask that question. Answer that question right now. I was going to go spend time with my family and I'm going to do this. Michael wouldn't say stuff like that. Right? There's A levels to the respect you want. DeSantis could make a hell of a flat carrier. And if he becomes a bigger flag carrier the next four years, guess what that means. The more you're going to get from Trump. Four years on, period. Ulysses S. Grant was never a politician. Ulysses S. Grant was an incredible general. He was a flag carrier to Lincoln. Eight years later, Ulysses S. Grant became a two term president. Boom. You go to every one of these guys you look at on who becomes the president, who becomes that. I'm happy I'm seeing this taking place. I don't know what role he's going to play. If you looked at the list of VPs, you know who was below? Christie Noem for VPs, Vivek and DeSantis. You know what that means. Those two are not on the list at all. At the top of the list is one guy, Tim Scott. Scott. And I have my own thoughts on Tim Scott that I'm not going to be talking about on the podcast here. But Tim Scott is first, Tulsi second. Christie is on this list. The other list, Rob, is really the one you want to look at. Elise Stefanik. There's a bunch of them here, right? But we'll see. I hope DeSantis gets even closer and they do more stuff together. I do think the one benefit is DeSantis has a lot of the billionaires money that he can go back to and say, hey, remember he did his first Twitter spaces with Elon Musk. That means Musk was hoping for a Desantis. Very true. So you got to know he plays that, that, that role he can play there. Let's talk about TikTok. Couple things with TikTok here. So who get. Who benefits from a TikTok ban? A report was written by. If you can pull up the Reuters article, Rob, or the one where I want to say it's Burns. Who's the one that, that actually Bernstein. Yeah. So check this out. Who would benefit the most if TikTok ban was to take place? And the clear answer is a Meta. Do you know by how much? If you show this chart here that's on here, it's pretty wild. It's like a. If you go to my Twitter account, I posted it. I don't know if it's there or not, Rob. Just go to my Twitter account. I'll show you. So analysts at Bernstein have estimated that should tick tock be banned, Meta would draw up 60% of the users. 57% of TikTok users would go to Meta. 22% would go to YouTube, 15% to others. Snap gets 6%. Applying the same portion of the revenue. Bernstein analysts forecast that $12 billion of revenue in 2025 goes to Meta. Look at the chart. Go below to show the chart. The circle charts, Rob. It's right below it. Look at that right there. Okay. The chart, when you look at that, where it goes. Over the years, Meta has sought to amplify concerns about TikTok. But Meta may also experience some blowback if Trump, an unexpected opponent of the TikTok bill who has called Facebook even a bigger danger to the US Wins reelection in November. Meta CEO Zuck is likely to face questions about his embattled rival when his tech giant report earnings on Wednesday. Now here's the kicker. The person who wrote this, this is when it gets interesting, folks. The person who wrote this bill, Representative Michael McCaul. Just go to Twitter, Rob, and you can show the tweet that I'm breaking down how much money he gave on what day based on this Wall Street Bets account that did a phenomenal job breaking it down. So Representative McCaul of Texas, Republican, the author of an early draft of the bill to ban TikTok and the sponsor of the consolidated spending package that got the ban passed in the Senate, has been accused of insider trading following revelations that he recently invested heavily into the app. Okay. And if you zoom in, it's, it's right with that video. Keep going up, keep going up, keep going up. Keep going right there, right that, that's the one right there. Click on that and go to what the guy says on the bottom. Yeah. Show more for his. And then zoom in. So check this out. On March 3rd, this guy authored the TikTok ban bill. On March 22nd, he put $150,000 in meta. Four days later he put another $150,000 in meta. Two days later, he put another $150,000 in meta. Meta. Three weeks after writing the TikTok ban, this guy's already invested four hundred and fifty. But it doesn't stop there. Then what he had done once he saw the TikTok ban was going to be included in the all the Ukraine funding on April 1, three days later puts another 350 into Meta and continues. Then a week later, of course, he voted yes on the bill he wrote. So within the span of 40 days, this dude wrote the ban, proceeds to invest 450, then invests another $700,000. Nearly 1.5, $1.15 million into Meta, knowing if he bans 57% of the users go to meta.
Tom Ellsworth
And he's a, he's a congressman.
Vinny Delgrosso
He's a congressman.
Tom Ellsworth
How does he have $1.5 million? He works for the government. Yeah, that's weird.
Kelly
Could have been a businessman.
Tom Ellsworth
So I don't know.
Vinny Delgrosso
But the point with this is none of this is illegal.
Tom Ellsworth
That's the.
Vinny Delgrosso
As long as you're a congressman, none of this is illegal.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah.
Vinny Delgrosso
So Tom, your thoughts here. What's going on with TikTok and what do you think is going to happen? We got nine months here. Apparently the nine months just started.
Patrick Bet-David
Well, there's two sides to it. One side is I look at the law that was buried into those three appropriation bills over the weekend. What a busy Saturday. You know, isn't it nice of our government to work on a Saturday Passover? That was a busy Saturday. Most of them should be out playing tennis or doing whatever the hell they do. Drink instead. Yeah. Sitting at home abusing children. So instead they're actually working. They're working and so they bury this in there. So one thing I look at the law and the TikTok ban law scares the hell out of me. Cuz it contains language in there that the President can use with executive orders and Congress can use to interfere or shut down or encumber. Oh, sorry, the word is censor. Any other social media network that they don't like what they're saying. So the law will do that. Now on the TikTok ban, this is not surprising. I mean you can go to the, this is. But it's infuriating because this is exactly what Nancy Pelosi did. You can go to that Nancy Pelosi X account where it says follow the Nancy Pelosi trades here and you can make money with like the Nancy Pelosi mutual fund. Just follow what she does. So I see two sides to it. I'm worried about the, this, this, this law in the hands of the government against freedom of speech, which is exactly what Tulsi said when she was on the podcast, that this is a terrible worry for us against freedom of speech by the government or fearing. But then on the other side, it just really infuriates me that our elected officials are, are just parading conflict of interest in plain sight. And it, this part there needs to be the legislation that says, hey, your IRA, your 401k and your brokerage has to go into a blind trust and you cannot, you know, trade or execute strategy based on the legislation that you're touching.
Kelly
So there's something called the Stock act and I think it was put into place in the 2012. The Stock act significantly expanded the reporting requirements for securities and transactions by members of Congress. So we talk about accountability. Let's see what happens with this. This guy's a Republican out of Texas. This is why I don't fall in love with any polit politicians and, or embrace any particular party at this point because they're all shady. They'll all do it. Democrats, Republicans, whether it's Pelosi, whether it's this guy McCall in Texas, they're all insider trading of some capacity Regarding TikTok, of course Meta is going to be the sole beneficiary of this because they're the only person or only group that has a competitor to TikTok, which is their Instagram reels. They basically stole their intellectual property. Just like China steals all of our intellectual property. Speaking of ip, did you see what Christopher Wray, the FBI director said about China? He said, quote, unquote, china, the largest and most sophisticated theft of intellectual property in the history of the world. That's what they're doing here in America. So all the Tiktokers whiffing out there, watching your little things, doing your thing thing. It's beyond funny videos or humorous things or information. You don't think it's a big deal. Now China Spying. There was. I was actually watching Trey Gowdy, your buddy. You're a fan of Trey, right? He has a show on Fox News. He told the story about a journalist sitting down with a Chinese family in China reporting on what they've seen scene. They didn't have TikTok, but he did. China via ByteDance hacked into his phone, the journalist phone to hear what these people were saying. Oh, damn those people. That family have never been seen again. That's the CCP out there in China. That's who is running ByteDance behind the scenes. Even Anthony Blinken said that China is attempting to influence the election. Yeah. Whether it's covert or whether it's just full on election theft, TikTok is a dangerous, dangerous weapon owned by the CCP.
Vinny Delgrosso
So part of me when Blinken says China's colluding. So they didn't use the word colluding. Why? Because we would automatically go to when Hillary Clinton said what Russia colluding Russia with elections. Right. So is the China's colluding in elections the new fear porn to be able to blame if they lose that China helped Trump get elected? Is that what they're going to use anything or is it is are they using this as now don't get me wrong, I don't think China's not colluding. I don't think Russia's not colluding. I don't think Iran is not clued. I think all of them would like to get involved and but the difference is I think China prefers Biden. I think Iran prefers Biden. I think Putin said it, he prefers Biden. All of them do over a Trump, these guys. And by the way, breaking news. Did you hear about what just came through right now? Rob, if you want to pull up, pull up the breaking news. Breaking news is the judge officially is allowing Trump to go to Barron's graduation. But he did fine him $9,000 for the gag whatever violation. So judge threaten the ex president of incarceration punishment over gag order violations but allows him to attend Barron's graduation. Go a little bit lower. Former President Trump returns to court for Stormy Daniels hush money trial. Trump was fined $9,000 for repeated gag order. The judge threatened him with incarceratory punishment if necessary and appropriate should Trump continue to violate the gag order. The judge also allowed Trump to have May 17 off from the trial to attend his son Baron's graduation. Go a little lower to see what President Trump Protesters gathered outside of Manhattan Criminal Court to voice their support. Demonstrators brandishing Trump's flag can be heard chanting we want Trump. At Collect Pond Park, a pro Trump motorcade drove through lower Manhattan blasting a song whose lyrics include F Facebook, F Twitter 2 go a little lower. Okay, that's weird. So Michael Cohen's ex bank Gary Forrell, who testified that he upset up that Michael Cohen used to pay off Stormy Diamonds, is now off the stand. Farrell and Cohen said they did not tell him that the company would use any pay adult entertainment star and that he would have certainly asked additional questions had he been informed. It is an industry that we do not work with, he said on stand. We might consider that reputational risk. The trial will resume in a new witness after 15 minute break. The most important part of this whole thing is Rob go all the way to the top. What does the judge mean saying threatens the president with incarceratory punishment. What does that mean?
Patrick Bet-David
That's when you get led.
Kelly
Throw him in jail.
Patrick Bet-David
Hang on. That's right. You get led from the courtroom and you go to the local jail, which is the equivalent of the drunk taint, also called detention center where they would hold you overnight, you would sober up and then your friend comes in, picks you up in the morning. Morning. That's it. It's the overnight jail. It's like take him into custody and you end up overnight in the clinic.
Tom Ellsworth
Any mug shots or no.
Patrick Bet-David
But by the way, if that happens, the Democrats need to understand they better stop saying this because this is the kind of stuff that, by the way, they just gave him another half point in the polls when they do that. When the judge says that and the people in New York hear it. Certain people, it's like putting oxygen into the poll.
Tom Ellsworth
This is such a backfire for them. But Tom, they just can't, they can't stop because they started this BS witch hunt. Now they can't stop and it's getting them stronger and stronger and stronger, bro. New Yorkers are in the streets protesting for him. I think it's fantastic.
Patrick Bet-David
Here's the national polls don't even matter.
Kelly
Here's further news. The judge finds Trump in contempt for violating gag orders. Trial continues. Judge Juan Merchant ruled Donald Trump violated the gag order gag order nine times for criticizing expected trial witnesses and posts on social media. Trump must pay $9,000 by the end of the week. I don't know if he's going to come up with it. The judge also threatened incarceration if Trump willfully violates the gag order again.
Patrick Bet-David
You know, Pat, the backdrop of this is there is a trade war that is starting right now between the US And China on apps. And Apple is actually helping China on the 19th. If we just go back, it was very quiet story, but Apple is pulling things out of its app store in China. In China, people are sideloading WhatsApp and then using VPN so that they can communicate with people around the world, like relatives and things like that, and have the CCP maybe not see it. And then Apple pulled WhatsApp threads and Signal. And that's just the beginning. So this is going back and forth where China is now saying, okay, well I'm taking this off. And all they do is they ask Apple to do it. And Apple is acting sort of like the Secretary of State for China at the moment, moment complying with this. Whereas what did Musk do in Brazil? He went face to face with the judge, ultimately capitulated, but he went face to face and says, no, I'm not gonna do this automatically. You know.
Vinny Delgrosso
So by the way, go pull up this guy's profile, Juan Merchan guy from Bogota, Colombia, if you can pull him up real quick. Yeah, Juan Merchan, Rob, it's M E R C H A N Merchant. So go to his Wikipedia, Rob, go to his Wikipedia. Just. Yeah, so zoom in a little bit. So check this out. So here's a guy who was appointed by Bloomberg Political Views in the middle. During the 2020 US presidential election, Merchant donated $15 to the Democratic Party. Deep pockets, obviously.
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah, he's rich.
Vinny Delgrosso
And to Joe Biden's campaign, $10 to the Progressive Turnout Project and $10 to stop Republicans, a subsidiary of the previous. And if you look at who gave him the job, Merchant. There you go. Became a judge in 06. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg appointed him and he remained until the role of 09. And then he's done a bunch of other things. So that is who's presiding over this whole thing here. So I got a question, Tom. What happens if President Donald Trump. Trump does a two hour podcast right now. Okay. If he does a two hour podcast right now, openly speaks. Okay. Talks about where he's at, what does it do? If he does a long form two hour podcast right now and criticizes the.
Patrick Bet-David
Judge or criticizes the witnesses?
Vinny Delgrosso
Well, he's going to do it. If he goes two hours, he's going to criticize him and he says exactly what's on his mind, what happens?
Patrick Bet-David
He will go into court. Court and the court will immediately say, you know, they probably will have the, the state, the prosecutor and his lawyer quickly meet in chambers and the judge will, will say, look, you know what this is? This is contempt. I'm going to find your, your client in contempt and we're going to take him into custody. Or without even having a sidebar. He just says court's now in session. It says, Mr. Trump, it was observed. You're on a two hour podcast. You just said this and this. I warned you. I told you. I find you $9,000 court cost that you paid. But you know what? This cannot stand. I find you in contempt. Wraps. The judge can do it. It's like an executive order within the court, case procedural. I find you in contempt. I'm finding you this. And deputy, will you please take him into custody?
Vinny Delgrosso
Okay, stay with me here. Stay with me here. Does that help him or hurt him with the alleged.
Patrick Bet-David
I think it completely helps him because to people like me, it's a freedom of speech thing. You're trying to gag this guy while you're trying to choke this guy.
Vinny Delgrosso
Okay, stay with me.
Patrick Bet-David
That's my point.
Vinny Delgrosso
Remember when Colorado tried to prevent him to even be on the ticket, who came in and intervened?
Patrick Bet-David
The U.S. supreme Court said 7 to 2 that this can't stand. And then the other two liberal dragons justices, without comment, went along with the vote to make it nine nothing.
Vinny Delgrosso
Okay, so then say they put him in jail. Okay, the whole whatever threat she's. He's given, right? Say they put him in jail. How long before the Supreme Court gets involved in saying, what the hell are you guys doing?
Patrick Bet-David
Well, this is a, this would be procedural in New York Supreme Court, the contempt thing. And then, you know, he'll be, he'll be out in 24 hours or six hours. But the whole point is, is that you need a court decision then to go to the Supreme Court. So once they're done with this, they can appeal it.
Vinny Delgrosso
Okay, let me continue my questioning, Tom. The length of this gag order, Rob, if you can look it up, what is the length of this gag order? Do you guys know?
Patrick Bet-David
I do not know. But what will probably show up is a length of time covering the trial itself.
Vinny Delgrosso
Okay, so if the length in time covering the trial itself, can I, as Judge Juan Merchant or whatever the guy's name is, can I delay this trial, Tom, till November 10th?
Patrick Bet-David
Oh, yeah. And yes, you can. And that is exactly the risk to freedom and the proper priority.
Vinny Delgrosso
So stay with me here. So if I can extend this trial till November 10th and if I since Biden on Howard Stern, if he can play the call clip. Biden on Howard Stern came out tough, saying, yes, he will agree to go Ahead and play this clip fantasy I had. If you, I don't know if you're going to debate your, your opponent.
Kelly
I am somewhere.
Tom Ellsworth
I don't know when I'm happy where he is.
Vinny Delgrosso
So he's saying he's happy to debate him. Okay. Trump suggested let's debate at the White House because it's comfortable for you, because you don't have to leave, you know, get out of bed or whatever, kind of teasing them a little. So if he debates Biden while he has the gag order, while this, it's still going, the trial's still going, can he still fine him with the gag order while he calls out the judge and calls out New York, can they come and say during the debate you said such and such because of that, we're putting you in jail? Can they do that?
Patrick Bet-David
Oh, absolutely. When a court case is in motion, yeah, that judge is God and can find you the court, meaning the judge finds you in contempt and can find you and hold you overnight.
Vinny Delgrosso
It's then, guess what?
Patrick Bet-David
Judges are gods. When the court case is in motion.
Vinny Delgrosso
Guess what I'm doing. I'm doing a podcast right now. Yeah, I'm doing it right now. Let's get on with it right now. Find me, arrest me today day. Let's roll. You want to play this with me? I'm not waiting. I'm going to go out there and talk right now. And whoever this noble podcasters that would be willing to do it, whatever the gag order is, agree to be willing to pay whatever the fines are, cover the fines. I know a couple friends I can call that would be willing to do this. I know, but my suggestion, my suggestion is that if you want to do this and they want to silence you, well, let's actually see what the judge is going to do now. Let's, let's actually call the guy's bluff. Let's do right now, put me in jail. Go ahead, put me in jail. Let's go and do it right now. Let's sit down and talk and say everything you want to say, but do it in a sense of, hey, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly. Do it in that way and see what you're going to do. I would go like this and say, hey, call all in, flip. What are you going to do? Go ahead, go ahead. Put me in jail. Do it. What are you going to do? And then see how they're going to react. Because for me to sit this long and let this thing go, this is what I want to do. I want to get it to the point where Supreme Court is pressured to come in and say, hey, hey, New York, what are you guys doing? The hell are you guys doing? Is this America? Is this how we're going to be reacting to this? Let's press play. Let's play right now. If you're going to take an angle like this and try to do something for a. What? For a Stormy Daniels hush money. Michael Cohen's going around talking, and this guy can't wait a minute, what do you do? That was the lawyer, apparently, right? If that's the case and that's going on. Show me your cards. I want to see your cards. You know how sometimes you play poker and what do you do? You're like, I don't give a shit if I lose this $10,000. I want to see what the hell you got. For the sake of a lesson for me, yeah, I'm willing to lose. I'll give you $10,000. But I want to know if I read you right or wrong. Boom. And they say, oh, shit, I was right. Oh, shit, I was wrong. Great. But I want to know your hand. I think it's at a point right now that delaying this whole concept is strategically, I don't think the right moves being made. And by the way, again, I'm not on the inside. I don't talk to the campaign. I'm not sitting on the. On the thing. But I don't think the idea of delaying a decision to be made is also. Good. Good. I want to find out right now what your motives are. Are you dark and deceptive? Show me your damn cards. Show me your damn cards. Because what we learned, the Supreme Court doesn't stand with what Colorado wanted to do. What we learned, the Supreme Court, when Biden was lecturing them from the stage on his whatever annual. What do you call it, White House standing on, you know, what the. What the Supreme Court did. Boom. They sat like that, not shaking. They were united against a president, even though we know three and four of them are liberal. They were America before politics. They were America before politics. When he's trying to lecture at these guys. So to me, guess what? What gives me the confidence with America, what gives me the confidence with America's our Supreme Court. That's what gives me confidence with America. What gives me confidence that this republic's not going to fall is the Supreme Court. Well, let's guess what. Let's go straight to him. Let's. Let's force this guy to do this. Now. I don't want it to happen in October I don't want it to happen in September. I don't want it to happen in August. We got an RNC coming up. When, when is RNC? Is it July, June? When is RNC? Is it June or July? July 15th is RNC. Let's go. Let's go. Because then you can't even talk here. Can you imagine if RNC happens? I would love this. Come on, judge, let's play ball. I would love it if the RNC happens and the judge doesn't allow him to go to the rnc.
Tom Ellsworth
Oh, man.
Vinny Delgrosso
Man, you know how much you know how. You know how. You know how crazy that would be? Do you know what would happen?
Tom Ellsworth
Oh, my God.
Vinny Delgrosso
First of all, your strategy of trying to both appease to Muslims and Jews backfired. 81% of people ages 18, 35. Lots of these guys are college students. You've lost Joseph Biden. Now, you want to play this? You want to use the doj, show your entire cards, man. I want to see what you got. Got. I think you're bluffing, but I think you're deceptive. I think you're dark. I want to know it now. I don't want to know anything close to July 15th. Put me in jail right now is what I want to want to do. If that's the card you want to play, let's roll. Let's roll. Because this questioning process I just went through, Tom, if 90% of what you said is accurate, and that's what's going to happen, let's accelerate this process. I don't want to slow play it. I think that's. I want to get to a decision.
Tom Ellsworth
That's a great point. And that's a. What a. I hadn't. But the way. Who thought of that? Who thought of a tactic where they're like, oh, you're still talking trash during that. Get him out. Because like if he. If one of the debates or he's on the debate stage and he does it, how, how far in few. When there's a debate, when's the next one? How many days? It's like a.
Patrick Bet-David
Look, this is a weapon of the monster. They tried to take judicial activism, which is to attempt to prosecute him, to say, look how many indictments he's got. Look at how many things he's got. And that's what they're trying to say, say. And Nancy Pelosi on MSNBC is sitting there using the talking point, oh, he was bad on the economy. He's bad on the economy. That's the Talking points. But what has happened, they have turned. Judicial activism has become a cause for the people that appreciate freedom and see through this bullshit and are looking at it now and saying, wait a minute, they're trying to manipulate this. I don't stand for it. The polls are showing that Americans are not fooled and more Americans have to wait. Wake up to what is happening that the Biden administration and their proxies are doing under this. I want to see it too, Pat. I want to see it. Judge, take your move. Take your best shot. You're a manipulative little peon sitting there on the bench controlling things, whether a man can go to his friggin son's graduation or not. I was a foreman of a jury. There was a dental appointment for one of the lawyers and we didn't go to court for two days. They move these things all the time. But for Trump, no, you can't go. You can't do it. This is manipulation. This is judicial activism. And people are seeing through it. And more people have to see through it. This is your country. Which one do you want to vote for?
Vinny Delgrosso
Do you want to.
Patrick Bet-David
Want to vote for the one we have to get back, or do you want to vote for the one that's happening around you right now?
Kelly
I love when Tom gets fired.
Tom Ellsworth
I love it.
Kelly
Especially against Vinnie. Well, you speaking of judicial activism, what is the famous quote by Roy Cohen, who is Donald Trump's mentor? He said, don't tell me the law, tell me who the judge is. So there's the judge, there's a jury, and the executioner. They could be all three. Speaking of jury, how the hell do you get a quote unquote fair and impartial jury to try Donald Trump? Go ask a jury. Hey, what are your thoughts on Donald Trump? Never heard of him. Can you tell me?
Tom Ellsworth
Yeah, yeah.
Kelly
No strong feelings.
Vinny Delgrosso
What?
Tom Ellsworth
It's all bs, okay?
Kelly
This is one of four potential court cases, right? And this is actually the least pressing. So stormy fricking Daniels and hush money and moving, we got five.
Tom Ellsworth
We got fined 200.
Kelly
When it gets into the Mar a Lago FBI stuff, then it gets into the Georgia stuff, and then it gets into the DC Insurrection stuff, it's only.
Vinny Delgrosso
Going to get mere cards. Let's do it. Let's play ball. Go ahead. You want to play this dirty? If anybody ever plays like this with you in business and you've been behind closed doors when I'm on calls like this, if anybody plays to try to do this dirty to you, show it to me right now. Do whatever you threaten to do to me, do it to me right now. Let's go. Let's do it to me right now. I don't want to wait. I don't want to slow play this thing to you.
Tom Ellsworth
Let's go.
Vinny Delgrosso
Let's see what you want to do. Let's see what you want to do, and let's see how America reacts to it. But let's see how America reacts to you trying to destroy this republic. Let's see. Let's see if the Constitution and our Supreme Court is more powerful than George Soros. Let's see if the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, everything that we have in place. Let's see if that is more powerful than a whole mob that's trying to use the DOJ against the candidate. Let's see that. I am banking on the Constitution and our Supreme Court having the back of this great country. That's where my confidence lies. So I'd like to see what they're going to be doing.
Kelly
And you've seen what the Supreme Court is debating right now, the whole concept of presidential immunity.
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah. Anyway, so that's.
Kelly
We'll see what happens.
Vinny Delgrosso
Yeah. So what I want to do is on. On. On a lighter note, while we're going through this, and I know we're finishing up on fire, typically, we like to finish on a whole different way. But on a lighter note, while we're going through this, there is a person in the world, okay, that there are certain people in life that you meet that are loved by their people, but there are certain people that are loved by everybody. And, Vinny, you are part of the community that is loved by everybody.
Tom Ellsworth
Here we go.
Vinny Delgrosso
Okay. Your enemies love you. Your allies love you. Your family loves you, your siblings, your mom. The way everybody is. You are by far the most we got, man. So we gotta sing for Vinnie Deli. Since you're already in here, even though you're watching the podcast, we love you with us. 1, 2, 3.
Kelly
Happy birthday to you Happy birthday to.
Vinny Delgrosso
You Happy birthday, dear Vincent Happy birthday.
Kelly
To you show some love to Vinny. I'm a necked, everybody.
Tom Ellsworth
I absolutely. I always say this today, like the day I was born today. It's actually. I call my mom on these days to praise her because I didn't do nothing but for her having me. I am blessed by God to be surrounded on the day that I was put on this earth around amazing people. Pat, what you have done, there's no words that come out of my mouth to thank you for every single thing. That you've done.
Vinny Delgrosso
Done.
Tom Ellsworth
May 31st is my one year sober. I'm. I'm doing everything I dreamed of doing. God put me here. None of it happens without you. Adam, Kelly, Sam, Del, everybody. I love everybody out there. God bless all of you guys. And I couldn't be happier and be around better people in my life. Love you guys.
Vinny Delgrosso
To death.
Tom Ellsworth
To death.
Vinny Delgrosso
Feeling is mutual.
Tom Ellsworth
And I'm not eating any of this.
Vinny Delgrosso
No, no, it's all good. But you are, love. Hey, by the way, Rob, show his Manek. Show some love to Vlad. Vinnie, send him a manek. Wish him a happy birthday. I'd like to get him a seam to get 200 plus Manex today. Pass me up. He's 40 away from me. I'd like to see him get to 2000 Manex the second to get to 2000 Manex. We're gonna have a good time with Vinnie this weekend, celebrating. We got a lot of special crazy things that's going to be going on, gang. I I don't know if we'll do a podcast tomorrow or not. If we do, it'll be a story. It will not be a home team that we'll do. We're out this week, but we will be back again next week. We this is the longest break we've done in a long time. I don't think we've had this long of a break in a week while in2024. But we will be back next week with home team. Take care, everybody. God bless. Bye bye. Bye bye.
