Funerals are sad moments for every Family, but the way it’s approached and handle in black community it’s quite different from others.

Covid-19 being here for a moment now, in this episode we discussing how we feel about it, where do we think it’s going and how we been handling the whole thing

After all the feedbacks from part 1 we decided to record a part 2 to try and cover more angles and we added an extra guest, a parent, for another point a view

Cuties (Mignonnes in French) is a French movie on Netflix by Maïmouna Doucouré, the movie sparked a lot of conversations and controversies from talks about hyper sexualisation, child pornography to demand of cancellation of Netflix, was the movie out of line or it was just pure art?

In this episode we are sharing our experiences about growing up in black families and what type of parenting we received

Church and religion is such a huge deal in some black families, churches growing on all corners , pastors popping from everywhere and preaching all kind of stuff. Does it actually do good to the black communities? Or does it harm it?

Sex & Intimacy, Does size really matter

Les finances serait l’une des première raisons de dispute ou sépara dans les relations. La responsabilité financière dans un couple aujourd’hui est elle la même que celle de nos parents, est elle la même dans les couples sur le continent et ceux en Occident?

1 in 4 black women and 1 in 6 black men were victims of some kind of sexual assault before the age of 18. With the powerful and empowering #metoo and #iwas movements that happened on social media lately we felt important to have the conversation to share our experiences and bring the conversation to the table. The more we talk about it the more people we learn and educate ourselves, so hopefully our kids would not have to deal with that.

Mental health is something although very big not often talked about in the black community even amounts the young adults. Vaness, Kelly and myself wanted to share a little about our experience, how we dealt with it or dealing with it and how we see the community handling it.
