You have to make a conscious decision to want to do better if you to have more for yourself or in your life. You can start at any point in time you would like to but thought is not action.

We’re still in the first month of the year but we still have some giants to conquer. And I’m not talking about the New York Giants, they did a great job playing against the Eagles but I’ll always be a fan of any New York team! I’m talking about the giant hurdles that we are still facing in our lives and we wanna make sure we continue to push forward through the year and make this one waaaaaayyyyyy better than the previous years. Let’s push through that glass bubble of self-doubt. Let’s push through that glass bubble of beating ourselves up. Let’s push through that glass bubble of feeling like we have to fit in with society norms. Let’s push through that glass bubble of feeling as if the things we’ve always wanted out of life are not possible and let’s find change within ourselves, change in our environment, changing our friendships, changing our relationships through becoming better people to ourselves. The only thing we’re switching up this year is our behavior, attitude, how we perceive where we are in this moment in life, and what we continue to strive for. We’re not changing goals were beating them!

Let’s talk about those behaviors that make Women feminine and explore confirmation and change. This has a lot to do with your mindset and the aura that surrounds you and how you turn that energy into your own.

In this episode I discuss keeping positive energy around you, how to maintain that positive energy and questioning the negative energy that may be surrounding you as well. Have you actually paid attention to the people surrounding you? Have you paid attention to the environment you inhabit every single day? Are you aware of the energy around you every day? Are you aware of your own energy and what type of energy you put out?

Recognize what you want out of life and be consistent with the behaviors that replicate those actions. Have confidence in one of those things out of life and control your environment by understanding energy. Self knowledge is also self healing.

This episode goes in to the thoughts of life’s purpose, life’s meaning, and your journey. Think about who you are and what you want out of this world then manifest it. Don’t be afraid of little the things, don’t be afraid of the big issues, think about how you can invoke change and coming to terms with who you are as a person. Consider your surroundings. Have no fear. Go for what you want out of life. (I said last but not least twice, don’t judge me)
