With athletic directors, head coaches and Big Ten commissioner Tony Petitti all in attendance at Terranea, there was plenty of college football big-picture talk, from expanding the College Football Playoffs to College Sports Commission's oversight of player compensation to the Big Ten breaking away and creating its on governance model.
