The Phoenix Suns did not truly get to enjoy the fruits of the Devin Booker-Jalen Green backcourt pairing in 2025-26, as injury and other circumstances got in the way of the duo finding its footing. As Phoenix heads into Year 2 of the Booker-Green pairing, it is hard to know what to expect based on the limited returns from Year 1.

While the expectations are undefined, it is clear that the team’s ceiling is largely dependent on how well its backcourt can perform.
