Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to a very cool edition of Planet Tyrus. And this is the one time that the planet Tyrus actually kind of fits direction in which we're going today. I am very excited today to have on my show to talk about all things extraterrestrial. He's been legendary in this field. Dr. Stephen M. Greer. He is a retired emergency physician and researcher who founded the Disclosure Project and the center for Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence. Check this out. He chaired emergency medicine at Caldwell Memorial Hospital in North Carolina before focusing full time on research briefings and public education. Over three decades, he has organized witness testimony, private briefings for senior officials, and large public events at the National Press Club in Washington. This dude is legit. That's Washington, D.C. he prefers to be introduced as a medical doctor and researcher. To be honest with you, you've earned that right. I don't think we should introduce you any other way. And of course, I unknowingly have seen this gentleman because he was featured in the 2020 documentary Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind, which represents CE5 concept human initiated peaceful contact. The approach emphasizes group coherence, quieting the mind and the. And a practice he calls coherent thought sequencing. So I'm excited to learn about. Oh, thank you. All right, Doc, take me through how I always like the origin story. As a. Was. Was your dream always to be a doctor as a young man or did you have several? Like, how did, how did. Let's get to where we got to the doctrine and then we'll get into what led you to go from such a highly respected scientific field as a doctor to the, the. The extraterrestrial findings.

Yeah, that's. That's a big transition, right?

Yeah, I'm excited to hear about it because I'm the king of big transitions.

Yeah, I know. Well, I grew up powhat trash in North Carolina in a shack, no heat, no air conditioning. But when I was about eight years old I saw, and this would have been 1963, one of these UFOs, broad daylight, with my twin sister and a couple friends. I looked at it. Of course my parents went, ah, they don't exist. I go, yeah, they did. And it was right there, crystal clear, seamless, disc shaped object. So it turned out around that time my mom's brother was on the team, Northrop Grumman, that designed the lunar module, put the first man on the moon. And he was a successful one on that branch of the family up in Bethpage, New York, Long island, where they designed the limb that put Neil Armstrong on the moon. So I started looking into this issue when I was a kid. I was obsessed with it. I was like, what the heck is this? So my little space in my one part of one closet I had was three feet high of research articles and magazines and things from the 60s. So I just kept an interest in it and it continued all through my youth. And originally I was going to be a forest ranger. And after I finished College, I was 19. I went, well, what am I going to do? So I went and became a teacher of meditation and the vedas. And that was because about, you know, when I was 17, I was this athlete, got injured in my thigh in an open wound, bicycled 200 miles to the North Carolina coast and got infected and then bicycle back 200 miles. I ended up having a, what's called now a near death experience. And I had this phenomenal experience where I basically went out in space and I had this amazing experience. And it sounds wacky to people, but my parents were, didn't believe in anything if you couldn't put in a test tube, didn't exist. They were very devout agnostics and stuff. But then I realized, wow, there is a conscious soul and it goes on forever. But also I could see that the cosmos itself is this awake thing. It was phenomenal experience. So I'm being honest, this is really how I entered this subject. And then about six months after that I just turned 18. I was up in the mountains of North Carolina and I had this experience where I was in a meditative state. I've never done drugs, by the way of any kind of. But this object since that I was sitting there doing this and I'd seen the same UFO I saw when I was eight. Now I'm 18, popped in the sky crystal clear before sunset up at about 5,000ft above the Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina. And I went, wow, this is really interesting. I didn't think anything More about it. I said, well, they're back. And I sat and meditated and next thing I know, after I was in a deep meditation. Afterwards, I stood up and There was an E.T. there was a glow over the rise of the mountain and there was an ET that I thought was a deer on hind legs. This is how naive I was, but I was 18 year old boy and it had these beautiful eyes. He came over and touched me on my right shoulder right here. And I went zap. I just zapped off the mountain onto this spacecraft. True story. And we started. It was not like a dialogue like this. It was almost like a mind meld where we created this protocol that I now teach. It's called CE5 Contact. There's an app, you know, William Shatner went up in space using. It's hilarious, but. And that set me on this path of realizing that we weren't alone in the universe. But they ain't using your granddad's Oldsmobile. This is very advanced stuff. It goes across dimensions, it's interstellar, but it's beyond dimensions. It's beyond regular time, space. And it deals with what physicists would call, if anyone's a science guy out there, quantum entanglement, where every point in space time is connected to each other. So it's a very advanced concepts and non locality and quantum entanglement, which is how you're going from one star system to another, but not in a straight line. You're going like this, right? And so I began to realize this. Now I'm 18, I didn't understand all the science that we understand now. So as time went on I sort of said, well, this is cool. When I went on and my normal stuff, became a medical doctor eventually and had four kids and a golden retriever and working as a doctor full time. And at some point I realized in 1990, you know, somebody needs to start dealing with this issue. And my uncle had retired from Northrop Grumman, he encouraged me to do this. You know the guy who was on the team that put the Neil Armstrong on the moon. And we did go, by the way. I know the whole story behind it.

Oh, well, they just didn't show us what happened. That's another story. I'll tell you sometime. But so what happened at that point? I started a project to look into this and about a year into it I was approached by the head of army intelligence and said. He basically said, what the do you think? Excuse my language.

Okay. And, and I said well we're going to go and investigate this. We're going to make contact if we can. And he says you don't have the clearance. I said I don't need your permission. You're a criminal. I know who you are. So this was General Albert Stubblebine III. And he offered me in 1992 $2 billion to join his team and not do what I've been doing for the last 30 years. And that is to disclose this to people. So by 93 I was flown up from North Carolina. So by day and night I'm an emergency and trauma guy. And then I'm flown up here to brief the President. CIA director at the time was Bill Clinton. So his first CIA director Woolsey and the President had inquired about this but had been denied access. Now people need to listen very carefully here or we're going to fall off a cliff. People assume that you're the President having all access passed. This is not true. The organization running these covert programs, forget what people call the deep state. We're talking a transnational criminal group that broke away in terms of chain of command under Eisenhower in the late 50s. I have all the documents about it and whistleblowers, I have guys who have now died. Remember I have 750 some whistleblowers who have been in these covert programs. Anybody who doubts that can go to dpi archive.com it stands for Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive, but it's dpi archive.com There's 20 terabytes of stuff in there. Huge amount of data, the more than the legal US government has. So I started, got dragged accidentally into this other issue which we call the Disclosure Project. So I started it first as a clandestine, I'll be frank, code worded private project named Project Starlight. And I was asked to brief the President's people, his CI Director. I subsequently briefed the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, three star General Patrick Hughes. The head of Intelligence, Joint Chiefs of Staff Tom Wilson. Admiral Wilson who was in charge of briefing the Joint Chiefs of Staff. All of those men, notwithstanding their high rank, including the CIA director for Clinton, had been asked about this issue and had either been denied access or overtly threatened. Admiral Wilson was threatened with being physically threatened, but also having a star taken off his lapel and retired at a lower pay grade. So this is the mess we're in and people think it's not serious because ahaha, it's aliens and little green men. Boy, this is the biggest constitutional crisis in the history of the United states of our 250 year history. Nothing comes close to this. And, and the reasons for it are pretty simple. The technologies behind. Go look at, you know what Fox News and CNN have had with those objects zipping around, right? Yep. Like the Tic Tac. You know, I saw it by the way, that was an alien. That's from the Lockheed Skunk Works. And in this book we released a few months ago, we have illustrations of it from 1967 from military witnesses. And we just, we just debriefed a Green Beret guy who was in Syria where that thing was being used on a covert operation. So there are man made craft, but since the 40s and 50s we have reverse engine near them. I'd say 80% of everything our flyboys, our jet pilots and people like that are seeing are ours, but they don't know we have them. So like I debriefed David Fravor who was in the Hornet F18 that chased that thing and the Tic Tac off California in 04. He's convinced it has to be alien. I said, no sir, that's Lockheed Skunk Works. Now the big triangles are usually Northrop Grummans or Raytheons. Okay, now the President's not been read into this. Now I'll show you. This is the President's briefing document. This one's Trumps. I've never published it. This is redacted heavily for sensitive names and material. But you can, anyone can order this now from our website with some of the redactions. And I've decided to just go full monty, push this out because I think we're running out of time to get this disclosed properly. And that's usually by design. Can I take you back? Because something you, you said in the very beginning really kind of hit home with me. So when you were young and that first time you saw that, that ufo, did you have a natural, almost like a predatory fear when you first saw it?

No, I felt great joy because I knew there's really.

Okay, because. All right, so when I was probably, I want to say I was probably 12 or 13, there was this special that came on. And I remember the guy was. His identity was covered up and he talked about the aliens. And I remember he said, like, I, I. What I never forgot is, I think he said their favorite food or snack was strawberry ice cream or something like that.

Oh, I remember that, I think.

But that and I. That never left my mind. So. But. And I watched it probably. I don't know, maybe I became something about it. I was just. It really just kind of hit home with me. Right. And I remember going to bed that night and I slept under my bed because I kept looking out at the streetlight. Right. Because it really. But it was this is this I looked at after that, getting the information. I looked at space differently as a kid. You don't understand everything. But then years go by, life goes by. Right. And I'm gonna share this with you. So I am in Tampa, Florida. I'm in the wwe. And I had, I was, I had a big feud with a big show. And he did. We did something never done on TV before. He used the announced desk table to hit me with it. And. Yeah, and, and when he did it, it missed the mark. Nobody's fault. We're in the heat of the battle and. And it was supposed to hit me up on my shoulders and it hit me in my lower back, right above my tailbone, which is, as a doctor, you know, is not a good place for blunt force trauma.

And my sciatic was done. I could barely. I, I walk around at seven feet and a half inches tall, and I was probably walking around about six, two. Like, I was just in a lot of pain and, and, and they were talking maybe surgery and stuff. And it was in fact impacting the way I lifted and it was impacting the way I worked. And so I had some general concerns and I have. I trained with Rob at Hard Knock south, which was where Cena trains. And he's a world class trainer. So we're doing all kinds of. He's like on the state of the art, like, he trains Olympic athletes. So we're trying to get the kinks out and we're trying to work through the injuries or whatever. So lo and behold, I have a. I go, I. Me and my buddies go out for beers or whatever. It's probably about 12 in the morning and I'm coming back to my apartment and as I. Or a townhouse and as I stepped out of my truck, I had the same feeling I had as a child where. And I'm a big dude and I'm not afraid of any puny human. And I just was looking at the top three for some reason, the top of the house. And I was staring there. Almost like a fight or flight moment for me. And I couldn't understand why my hair was up in my arms. I was like literally anticipating like somebody was. I felt like I was being watched. So I'm looking to see where it's coming from and I'm thinking, man, I'm just tripping. I literally said to myself, man, you tripping. And I went into the house, I went upstairs, you know, normal thing. I go to bed. And what I understood as a dream sequence was one of the most. And I call it. I call it a dream. But basically what had happened was I laid down in bed and within a few minutes it wasn't like falling asleep. It was this weird movement of like you're looking and all of a sudden it's almost like there's an out of body experience. I don't. It. I'm getting goosebumps talking about. And the next thing I know I'm on a table and there's this film that's trying to hold and I'm using. I'm my strength and I keep pushing everything off me and I'm put. And it's like. And I bench about £500. I'm a big strong dude and I'm physically pushing this stuff. And there's these. All I could really see was eyes. And again I think of it as a dream, but I remember these big. They were black, reflective. But I didn't feel like it was like a tiger trying to bite. It was just. I had never. I was confused and my emotions was getting. And I was just pushing back, pushing back and every time. And then this hand comes and just puts his hand on my shoulder and it's. And as I pushed back and I remember I was yelling as loud as I could but there was no sound coming out of me. It was the most helpless I had ever felt in my life. But I still was able to like push then. It was almost a calming like we're not. I. We're not going to hurt you. We want to help. It was not like that, not a communication, like conversation, but there was this. This is not. You were. You were safe where it's okay. And once I relaxed, I was able to. I no longer felt the film like over my. It was like you. It was like you had a plastic bag sucked in your mouth. That's probably the best way I. I could describe this. This panic and the sweat and then all of a sudden, it was just calm, and he was feeling over my, like, abdomen area with his hands and. And then the table kind of moved to my back, and he went down to where my back was and kind of went up and. And then all of a sudden, I just powered out as best I could, and I felt myself pushing the film, and then it was just done. Now, when I woke up, I was not. I was in my bed, but I. It was like somebody dumped 50 gallons of water. It was the most sweat I had ever had. And I woke up screaming. Like, I was in the middle of a fight, like a yell. And I said, wow, that. I had the craziest dream last night. It felt so real. I went to train in the morning. Now, the day before, I was bent over, and we were doing maybe a buck 25 on the thing, like no heavy weights. Trying to learn how to lift again and work on the swelling and doing the cups and electrolysis and ice and heat. I came in, and then when I walked in, I had done something I had never done. I hit my head on the door. I had not hit my head on the door in a long time because I was always hunched over, Right?

And my trainer looked at me. He's like, oh, you're standing good today. And I hadn't noticed. And I was like, I am. And I went from. At that time, because I had been hurt for so long, all my strength numbers had went down considerably, and I was dealing with a little depression because I went from benching, you know, really high, 4 and 500 pounds. So, like, I'm down to, like, 220, barely getting it up because my back is so tight and everything hurts.

So just messing around that day, I was just weird. I think everyone else was deadlifting. And we started, and then he was like, let's put another on. Let's put another. It was almost, like, unbreakable. Like, I went from being hurt to being. I PR that month. I PR Everything.

I, like, felt like a million bucks. Like, I was completely. And the swelling in the back. They were talking about drilling a hole in my back to alleviate the pressure. And my trainer's like, the swelling's gone. So then I was like, I have a choice. I'm going to sound like I'm batshit crazy. And I just told my trainer, look, I had the crate because he was. We. He is a. He's. He's a science guy. He's a numbers guy. He's like Spock. He has no emotion.

Get Caught up. It's very hard to get him caught up in anything. And we couldn't. He could not explain the transformation that basically.

That would be great. That would. I. That would be great. I have always said it was a dream, but I posed him, I said, look, either it's real and they fixed my back, or I had the craziest dream and I just willpowered it. But either way, or, you know, so if you could explain that. And like I said, I have never told that story. But that is something that has. That changed the course of my life physically. Probably added another five years onto my lifting and wrestling career.

Well, there's a story in there where we were up in the wilderness of Arizona and we made contact and an ET came in. We have a photograph of it, it's in the movie. And you can put it up and post that on this. And there was a man right across from me. There was a circle, about 30 of us. We're in a remote area. And this et, the David Marconi who wrote Enemy of the State with Gene Hackman and Will Smith, he was there, and a great photographer, and he took a picture of this E.T. but that man had contact with this E.T. big triangular shaped head, very unusual. And the next morning he woke up because at the very end of this, he just thought and sent a message to this ET and it was a physical ET we heard it walking around. And he said, if you could do something about my hearing. Because since middle school he had had almost complete hearing loss and he had a $5,000 hearing aids. He woke up the next morning 100% normal hearing. We had a man with intractable chronic back problems. Had the same thing happen that you did. Now, the experience of that dreamlike state, the hypnagogic state, it's called, where you're kind of going between in waking and sleep. That is an area that's very trans dimensional. It crosses into other dimensions, which, if you're traveling beyond the speed of light, I wrote a paper about this in the early 90s. It's called the crossing point of light. When you go faster than the speed of light, atoms, all that, you're crossed into a dimension, other dimension, that is increasingly conscious and dreamlike and thought based. But it's interfacing, integrated with this material Dimension, So we understand this. And so if you're an advanced civilization that's mastered that technology, you can move amongst and between dimensions as easily as you and I fly to Paris on a plane. Okay, so this begins to get into a whole area. As a doctor, I was taken years ago to an underground facility in El Paso on the border. And it was interesting story. There was a guy who was following me around the airport where I was connecting in Houston. I didn't know who he was. Billy F. Gibbons of CC Top. And he goes, hey, man, I know one of these scientists you're meeting with and I'd like to go. I said, whoa. I mean, I'm their guest if they want you. He says, well, then they said, I can't go unless you clear me to go. I said, you're clear. Let's go, man. So I took him to. And they had developed technologies that were covert based on studying ET technologies, where they could do what these guys, these ets did to you and regrow a missing arm from that phantom pain and heal spinal cord injury. So they wanted me to see this because I'm a medical and a trauma doctor, right? I've seen most horrible things you can imagine. And so I said, yeah, we know this. And I said, but the problem is the things that have to come out first are. First they released all the digital stuff we're using now, that was 50s, 60s, 70s. But the technologies that would heal, but also get us completely free of being dependent on foreign oil. That's what this is. Go look at what those UAPs and how they move our infrared sensors from our satellites and jets. Classified stuff. There's no heat signature. There's no nuclear power plant. There's no rockets, there's no jets. Where are they getting the energy? So no one asks this question. So one of the very first things I do, like if I'm in a skiff, a secure compartment at information facility, which is where top secret information is exchanged. I will say, see how that thing's moving? That's an alternative energy and propulsion system, which means we haven't needed oil, gas, coal, nuclear, wind, solar, Tesla battery, cars, surface roads since before I was born. I was born in 1955. We mastered gravity control and what's called zero point free energy by 1954. Now the problem is transitioning from a industrial society from the 1800s, which is what we're living in. We're still burning oil. I mean, okay, nuclear is mid-40s. Whoopee. That's 80 years old. 81 to move from where we are now, where we're stuck and where 3 billion people on Earth don't even have fuel to cook their food into. A true high tech society is a, the biggest transition facing humanity. And there is a cabal of criminal people who have kept this secret up to and including assassinations. And this includes the assassinations of government officials. And I've had four people on my team assassinated. So it's serious stuff, Tyrus. So, but what we're looking at, that's one of the purposes of the secrecy, the other one is, is to stage false alien events so that people will be afraid of them because eventually. You ever seen the movie Independence Day with Will Smith?

Okay, that was CIA scripting. So there's a psychological warfare division at CIA that pushes out narratives that are all hoaxed. Alien abductions, mutilations, scary stuff, scary movies. That is a psyop psychological warfare operation designed to, to eventually present and disclose this subject in a way that would unite the world around a totalitarian sort of global entity based on humans on this planet fighting people from other planets. It's bullshit. It's a complete false flag hoax. Wernher von Braun, who invented the rocket for Adolf Hitler, on his deathbed he was brought over Operation Paperclip to be part of our aerospace industry. And of course my uncle and all those geniuses worked with him on his deathbed. And the woman who was his right hand assistant is still living. I just spoke to her last night. She was like 81. She was a young genius woman first executive in aerospace industry, Carol Rosin. And he said we're going, this is 1974, 52 years ago. He says we're going to hoax a threat from outer space so that we can unite the world around this sort of totalitarianism. But it's going to take decades to brainwash the populace. So almost everything you see in the media on this in Hollywood is part of a psyop. Not all of it, but I'd say 90 plus percent. 80 to 90% of all the UFOs people are seeing are clandestine black, off book. In other words, there's a black budget in the United States. I want your listeners, listen carefully. There's the President. The Gang of eight are read into black or what are called unacknowledged special access projects that are deep black. Very few people, those are legal because the President and the key people know I'm talking about projects that are illegal, that are embezzling money. They have teams called wetworks, teams that assassinate people. Now I have gathered all that information. I've turned it over to. I won't say which entity, U.S. federal law enforcement. And there is serious RICO, racketeering, influence corrupt organization investigations going on, and particularly the ones that have been involved in using the UFOs in child trafficking, human trafficking, where they've committed wet works, you know, targeted killings of US Citizens who are leaking information. So this is all now at a very high federal level. It's on the desk of the President, but kind of superficially at this stage. But there's a deeper part of Congress that I've been briefing and certain members as well as people in law enforcement and national security who now know what this is. And they're having, frankly, an oh, shit moment because they're realizing all this is true. But there's an entity, an organization that has technology for 5,000 years more advanced than the B2 Stealth, that, that is off the reservation. So there's so much that could. Good, good that could come from disclosing this. But the charlatans that are trying to make this. I invented the whole movement of disclosure back in the 90s. Now it's been hijacked by people who are trying to turn it towards exactly what Werner Von Braun warned about that. Oh, it's this threat from outer space. And you'll notice in a lot of those exposes being done, like this recent film that came out, Age of. I call it Age of Deception, Age of Disclosure, they leave out the fact, oh, we. Most of these things you're seeing aren't alien, they're ours. And, you know, Ben Rich of the Lockheed Skunk Works told us this before he died. The president of the Skunk Works. But, you know, you push this too far out on major media, you get canceled. You know, about cancel culture. You know, a friend of mine, Sean Ryan, I was on his show and I brought one of my whistleblowers on after, where I was on a couple times, and they got to such huge ratings, he and his whole family and staff were threatened. And now I'm blacklisted. Same thing happened with Joe Rogan. I was on his show. Boom. They said, you want to get $100 million from Spotify, you can't have Dr. Beer on again.

Yeah, I would, I would agree to that to a certain extent. Do you think? Obviously, I think they've accomplished that goal because, yes, we now had, you know, we've had people come out and talk. Even the, the, the, the circle cubes. Even talking about as extraterrestrial or UFOs or the other. I don't like to use the other term, flying device, whatever the hell it is.

UAP or what? Yeah, no, I'm not, I, I refuse. But, but when stuff started, information started coming out the pop. The general. There wasn't even. It was almost kind of like. And then scrape. I found it very disappointing that there wasn't more of a general thirst of like knowledge because when people want to know things there's a pressure kind of put on. You know, like asking your local politics, we want to know about this, we want about that. Explain this. And it just, I just don't. It just doesn't. It just didn't seem to materialize. You think that's an accurate description on my part?

In other words, you know, I know I'm friends with a man who worked closely with the gentleman who founded the National Enquirer. That man had been MIT graduate, worked for CIA psychological warfare operations, spun off the National Enquirer. And that's where they would put instead of these very credible stories and evidence which I have a plethora of being in the New York Times, Washington Post, they were directed to the National Enquirer where because of the tabloid nature of it, you know, a three headed alien has sex with Hillary Clinton or some nonsense that would discredit it. And by discrediting it, academia and the general lamestream media would just write it off. And that's the way it still is. So I mean this was done deliberately. It was neutralized through psychological warfare operations. And also I will say on this subject, so many of the people out there are either Just kooks, nutjobs, charlatans, whatever. And there's a handful of serious researchers. Now. What the most encouraging thing I see happening is not stuff that is on the Internet or news right now, it's this. I head up a team that have been Green Berets and military that have separated from the military that approached me some years ago and said, look, we've been asked to work with you to get all this evidence and find out where are all the black sites? Right. Where's all this stuff kept? Last night I was on a TV network show with Congressman Burleson about this, like, about the object that, you know, this huge object that they can't recover because it went down. We downed it with an electromagnetic pulse weapon and it sits there outside of, in the mounts outside Seoul, South Korea. And he's trying to get in there. But what I've handed off to him and House Oversight and Senate Intelligence and Armed Services as well as the FBI director in the White House is. And if some of it's in here and it's on our site and it's, we have 150 some black sites where we, we can drop a pen where the guys who are Delta Force and Green Beret guys and Special Forces have operated and where these craft are stored, where the reverse engineering is going on, where the test ranges are. I've been to them. So this is now moving at a very high level, but a very deep level. So I'm encouraged, I'm not so encouraged by the what happens on the media because the media needs its own briefing. But what's happening in a sort of COVID way is like in 30 years Tyrus, I've never seen anything like this. I mean, it's very encouraging. So I would be encouraged by that. Yeah.

Sure. So, you know, it was funny, I sort of try to tell this in the way of a storytelling. Back when I was a young guy, when I briefed the CI director, he wasn't frankly all that bright, but his wife was. And his wife was there and she was the Chief Operating Officer at the National Academy of Sciences. Very, very smart lady. And at one point she goes, well, how are they communicating across the vastness of space? Because you know, how you and I are communicating is the speed of light. But if your star system, if you're from the Andromeda galaxy, which is two and a half million light years from here. And that's one of the ETs we have a photograph of. At the speed of light, it would take two and a half million years for them to say, hey, how you doing? And another two and a half million years.

So for communication, they're not using speed of light, but they have, like. They may have something that looks like this, Right. But it's going to be interfacing with directed thought. So you think to it and it happens. And I'm not talking what Elon's doing with neuralink, I'm talking about wireless, where it's literally the quanta of thought, but not just random thoughts about, you know, my pepperoni pizza. It's very. It's a state of coherent thought, and you think to it and boom, it turns on. So what we're doing with CE5 contact, now, there is an app everyone can get from the App Store. It's been done by the agency for decades and then proven in laboratories that it works if you're trained properly at that point, if you see an object or sense one, and it may be in a meditative hypnagogic state like you described, but not quite that dramatic. You can then send in a clear message of where you're located and vector them in. Instead of using a radar, they're using a system that interfaces technologically with a group's coherent thought. Now a caveat here, because there are so Many man made UFOs that people get confused with, you really got to go through. That's why this book is really great. We don't know what organ or at least from a position that I don't know what you know, because we had grays, whites, whatever. We know octopuses are extraterrestrial. We have the evidence to show that they came in on a meteor. There was their, their ancestors was a meteor. They hit the water and then eventually we got theropods. Right? So what. And we, on this, on our planet. I've talked to some other experts. I'm like, we have systematically extincted a lot of animals and there's a good chance that the visitors will show up and they'll be like, hey, I'm actually, we're from the planet whales. Where's the small tooth whale that we put. Where's the gifts that we gave? And you're like, oh, we use them for oil. I don't think that's going to go over well. You know, I mean, you just assume.

So there are three things going on. I should have said this right off. There's our man made stuff that's being run illegally, quite frankly, that people are not aware of. There's the actual extraterrestrial, and then there's these things from other dimensions, like stranger things. I started talking about the Montauk experiments on Long island that's how stranger things came. Because you can pull things out from a lower dimension, another dimension, but it's not from another star system.

Look what was reverse engineered that came out first. Fiber optics, integrated circuits, everything we're using. But that can be used for good. But it can also be used to brainwash people.

Yes, and less control by these global handful of folks who control. It's over 1,000 trillion dollars in assets. Forget the US federal budget. The discretionary budget. United States, the Congress and President oversee is a rounding error compared to what we're talking about here. So that, that is the. I was on Patrick David's show a few months ago and he said, isn't the President the most powerful person in the world? I said, well, theoretically. But until he puts back on a leash this organization that's doing this, the fact is, is that. No, I want to just tell you a story. Give you an idea how upsetting this has been traumatic for me. I'll be frank. In 1997, April, I briefed the head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Before I did the briefing, I got him a briefing document like I just showed you and information. And the top document in it was a National Reconnaissance Office, which is the office that runs the top secret spy satellites. Secret memo that listed the code numbers and code names of the projects dealing with secret UFO programs out of Nellis Air Force Base. Area 51. But Area 51 is an old place. It's not relevant really. Area 52 is. And 54, that's going north. Anyway, so what happened is that he made inquiries. Based on that, he hit pay dirt. He calls up one of the contractors, goes to center Gravity is not in the US Government. It's corporate, private and global. And he calls up these guys and he goes, this is Admiral Wilson J. Two Joint Chiefs of Staff. They go, oh, yes sir, we know who you are. What can we do for you? He says, I want to be read into that project. And he gave the code number, no code name. These are code named Special Assets Projects. And they said, sir, you don't have a need to know. He goes, God damn it, how can I not have a need to know? I'm the head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. They said, we will not discuss this with you hung up and blocked him. And later he was threatened. So by the time I got to the meeting, I brought astronaut Edgar Mitchell, who was the sixth man to walk on the moon, with me to just teach him about this. This is, you know, 29 years ago in April. And he told me this, and I said, look, we need your help. He said, well, who else have you met with? What's their situation and who's in the same situation I'm in? I said, well, the President and the CIA director and the Secretary of Defense and the Senate Intelligence Committee people and the chairman of the House Oversight Committee at that time, Dan Burton, who issued 1,000 subpoenas for Clinton. Remember, they all are people I met with. He says, well, what am I supposed to do? I said, you are a key position in the Pentagon. He said, but this is. This is where the. The rubber meets the road right here. Listen. He says, yes, but I have learned that I. The best thing I know of is a B2 Stealth. And I have learned that this clandestine group that's illegal have things that can do circles around my B2 Stealth. It's point, set, match. I said, no, sir, you cannot give up. If that was our thinking when we founded the country and my mom's people were the first prisoner of war with the British. She used to brag. And my father said, who gives a shit? Well, when we were preparing for that in the year 2000, I was sitting there with Verna von Braun, spokesperson, my military advisor and a bunch of people here at my house out in the country in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We have a 65 acre farm out here. And we were storyboarding this and I swear intuitively Thomas Jefferson comes right down the road 20 minutes and, and I heard him say, I know this sounds psychotic, but I'm not. It said the next American Revolution. Those words, the next American Revolution. Because there has to be renewal of freedom and a renewal of the rights of the people. And it has to not just be United States, but global. So that's I feel and that's why I'm not afraid. A I died when I was 17, so I know there is no death. I'm not particularly religious in a religious organized religion, but spiritually I know we go on forever and so I'm not afraid of that. And look, as a trauma doctor, I've taken care of 16 year old kids that have died because one of them petted the other one's girlfriend on the fanny and out come the knives. Right. I had two high school kids die in my arms that way. Right. I won't, you know. So at a certain point you realize this is the pearl of great value. You don't throw this one away when you understand what the consequences are. You know, what the future of our nation but humanity is if this can be disclosed properly, if it's disclosed improperly, where they set it up as a false flag of alien invasion week on the History Channel, then we're really screwed. So I'm trying to steer this in a direction that leads to a good outcome for humanity and for our country. But United States somewhat UK and I have to, I deal with governments all over the world, but the United States is the crown jewel of this because we're the biggest economic, technological, aerospace power and our budget is so huge. A thousand billion dollars for military and homeland security and all that. It's so easy to take 20% of that, a couple hundred billion and move it into illegal black projects. I'm a big fan of your work myself. My friend group, I watched Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind. When was that released? The document?

It was. Came out in 2020, about five years. A little over five and a half years ago. Yeah.

Yeah. I must have been sick with COVID watching that.

Yeah, it was during COVID when it came out. Yeah. And then the one before that is called Unacknowledged, which is the one that had about 850 million people see it. That went viral, by the way. When people ask Bill Clinton about this issue, he says, well, I never got to the bottom of it, but go see Unacknowledged.

Oh, no way. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I watched that as well. That one is more, I guess that's more on like the political side of the issue, would you say?

And then it's more about the whistleblowers and the military and those programs. It doesn't go too much into CE5 contact, you know, which is the app we have because you know, there is interesting. A lot of people can handle the straight line, linear science part of it, but they really don't get the abstract aspects of nonlocality and quantum entanglement and the conscious Field interfacing with matter and all of that. You know, it's kind of really abstract to people, but that's why we did Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind is sort of the unpack that as scientifically as the public could tolerate in a general film. But the unacknowledged film and then one that we did that came out a couple years ago called the Lost Century. The Lost Century. I recommend people see if they're interested in the technology, the energy propulsion systems. That documentary is about hour and a half, two hours and it's all about that. And it's on, you know, it's on Amazon prime and Tubi and all these places.

So awesome. So one, I guess my first question would be, so you trained and worked in medicine before focusing full time on disclosure. How did your background influence your, your approach to evidence and ultimately testimony?

Dr. Steven M. Greer
Yeah, well, what I realized is that it was good preparation in a lot of ways. One is the scientific method, but also evidence based decisions. Right. Because there's so much false information on this subject out there in books and movies and Internet that what I decide to do is direct firsthand examination. So I don't care about hearsay. I want to debrief a Delta Force guy who is a security or transportation operator at a black site where we're downing these craft and retrieving them. Right. As opposed to hearsay on the Internet, which is mostly bs. So I approached it that way very firmly, but also direct experience. So you know, it's like there is telemedicine, but if someone comes in with a gunshot wound to the chest, it's not the time to be yickety yakking on the Internet with a doctor. So I'm very hands on. So I decided because of these early experiences I had with contact, I decided the public needs to learn to the extent that I can teach it in a succinct way. Which is why we created the app, the CE5 contact app of how to do this and then turn people loose to experiment with it and see what happens. And sure enough, we did that. We released the app years ago. And you know, like we have a story of this truck driver taking a break at night in the mounts of Croatia. And this craft, he's. He just is playing the the app and doing the sort of the remote viewing meditative part and just resting. And this ET spacecraft materializes to the left of his truck, floats right over the cab and then disappears. They dematerializes, blink out of this dimension. And he wrote in and I'm Going, okay, so here's a truck driver. So you don't have to be a Princeton professor like Dr. Bob, John or whoever. Everyone can do it because it's actually part of the human condition to be conscious. If you're awake, you can do this. Now there are techniques there, there are ways to develop it. So I decided that that is the best because then seen as believing, right? If you do it. And even some of the celebrities, there's a singer named Demi Lovato who got the app when that movie came out and it was her 27th birthday and she went out with some friends and did it and bang, this big craft appears in the sky, moves around. It blew her mind. So she contacted. I said yeah, that was what happens. So I felt that it's important because so much of this becomes Internet gossip. So my medical and scientific training says, well no, don't take my word for it, go see yourself. It's like a medical student doing their anatomy where they have to dissect a corpse, a cadaver. But there's no reason not to in my opinion because these civilizations aren't hostile. And you know, I've been doing this with groups of people since 1990, 35, 36 years. We've never had anyone injured. We've never had a frightening thing happen except from COVID human programs. But as far as the visitors, it's really amazing.

That leads into my next question. So I actually, I went to Area 51. I lived in Vegas this past summer and my friend James and I and we, I found alien droppings. I don't know if they were alien droppings, but they were, it was, it was scat, it was like a number two. My question is, I know that they're at that you do these field expeditions at UFO hotspots. If you were to take Tyrus and the B team on a field expedition, what would that look like?

Well, it's actually a complex. We select an area. We have very high tech cameras, five of them that are 360 that we have electromagnetic sensors, magnetic field detectors. It's a whole expedition right now. We don't necessarily go to areas that are UFO hotspots per se because we can do that. But if you set this up properly, the really the rate limiting thing is what are the opsecs operational security from interference from a covert military operation that might interfere with the program or worse down one of these craft. So one of the parameters is that we let the ETs know, don't do anything that you put yourself at risk. Right that's in the CE5 contact app. It's very clear that you communicate that, because I hate to say it, the other part of this that we didn't get to, but I'll just say very quickly, we now have a whole group of whistleblowers who have been operational at these covert sites where we have electromagnetic pulse weapons that are illegal that we can track and then target these ET craft. And they become stunned and just drop right out of the sky and crash. So all these. We have 122 documented crash retrievals. And that's what we have from named sources. But we know there has been a thousand or more. And so this is another reason why I tell officials in Washington, if these civilizations were hostile, they would have kicked us back with technologies a thousand times stronger than what we have if they were like that. So this is the other mythology that, you know, you can just put that the rest. It doesn't mean they're happy with us. It doesn't mean that they're not concerned. So we select areas that are mainly where we can have our own team secure from human interference. Right? So it got to be remote, it's got to be a securable site, et cetera and so on. But particularly if I'm there, be frank with you, because if I do it in a area available to the public, like a national park, people recognize me, and then the site's invaded by people. So. So we have to do it very carefully, but it's really not hard. And you can do this anywhere. I mean, I do it out at my farm. Almost every time we have a gathering here, we have a craft that comes in and appears and stops overhead. And I mean, it sounds crazy, but it's a phenomenal thing. But I think the other way of this would look is what is the group's coherence? Right? Because it's different from our society. I think these civilizations are highly evolved and they're looking for humans that are sort of coherent together and not a bunch of just scattered egos being incoherent. So that group coherence is important. That's why I tell people, whether it's four people or I've done this with a couple thousand people, you want to create a group coherence because that's what these civilizations are looking for. And I think the normal chaos of human behavior is kind of intimidating to them. Be honest with. Basically, it's. It's. It's alien to them. Right. The way we normally behave, I think, would be viewed as alien.
