Hello, it's Miranda. I'm back with a new mini episode of Podforce one. This feature is a little more topical and relevant to my day job as a columnist for the New York Post. I have a bonus item for you to start off Given the shocking events at the White House Correspondence Association Dinner Saturday night, this one looks at the Blue sky social media account of the latest on wannabe Trump assassin Cole Allen and finds he had a curious interest in pro China content. Then you'll hear today's main topic, which is about a new Senate report into another alleged COVID 19 cover up by Biden officials. Cole Allen, the latest alleged wannabe Trump assassin, was an enthusiastic user of the rancid left wing echo chamber narrative known as the social media platform Blue Sky. A breakdown of Cole's most liked accounts over the past month before he tried to kill Trump at the Washington Hilton Saturday night shows a classic grab bag of Trump haters and liberal activists with lefty Trump deranged lawyer Will Stancil at the top boasting 28 likes. But a curious account in the middle of the radical left wing soup coming in at number 12 with 7 likes is a little known China apologist James Palmer, the deputy editor of Foreign Policy who uses the handle Beijing Palmer. Palmer writes on absurd topics such as, quote, more hope for gay rights in China than the US and once asked his Asian American followers to contact him if they have been through the US Security clearance process, particularly those who have had problems with it because of ethnicity, end quote. Allen's approval of Palmer's outpourings may mean nothing more than that he liked material favorable to China, but there's no doubt China is actively working to magnify social, political and racial divisions in this country, and does so in part by seeding psychologically manipulative narratives through social media influence operations. What better venue than the Trump deranged niche asylum of Blue Sky? You just have to look at peer reviewed analysis by Rutgers University of Chinese manipulation on TikTok to see how determined the influence operations are. So when we look for overseas influences on the left wing young men who have become assassins or aspired to murder conservative bogeymen lately, we shouldn't ignore the malign foreign operations on the gaming platforms and social media networks they use. Which brings us to another troubling point. The danger of President Trump traveling to China next month. Optically, it's a win for President Xi, with Trump the biggest prize in a conga line of world leaders paying their respects to the Chinese autocrat. But this is the country that gave us COVID 19 hit the evidence and got away with it. Trump is the only obstacle between Xi and world domination. China has every motivation in the world to do our president harm and is clever enough to do it with plausible deniability. All it would take is to infect Trump with something that takes effect a month later when he's back on home soil. Who would ever know for sure? If he must meet Xi in person, let it be in a neutral third country. Now for something completely different. Here's that main topic I promised you. It's complicated, but I think it's important because Senate investigators working for Senator Ron Johnson have uncovered emails and documents which suggest that Biden officials turned a blind eye to warning signs in the COVID 19 vaccine data at the same time as Joe Biden was forcing everyone to take the vaccine. As Dr. Anthony Fauci's right hand man, David Morenz, was charged this week with conspiracy and destruction of federal records in the COVID 19 cover up, another scandal over the vaccine was unfolding on Capitol Hill. According to a new Senate report and congressional testimony on Wednesday, Biden health officials deliberately ignored warning signs of possible serious reactions to the COVID 19 vaccine, including heart attacks, strokes, Bell's palsy and sudden cardiac death. Within three months of the vaccines being rolled out in March 2021, red flags were shrieking out of the weekly data dumps from doctors and patients reporting health problems after the shots, according to internal emails and meeting notes provided by the Department of Health and Human Services to Senator Ron Johnson's Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. But when the FDA's then senior medical officer, Dr. Anna Tharfman, whose job was to monitor the vaccine data for warning signs, repeatedly raised the alarm throughout 2021, she was ignored, and emails show that her colleagues tried to stop her from using a newer, more accurate statistical methodology to investigate the Data. Finally, in September 2021, the same month that President Joe Biden announced vaccine mandates for all federal workers and large companies, she was told to cease and desist her analysis. It was on September 9, 2021, that Joe Biden announced his vaccine mandates with an implied threat to the roughly 80 million Americans who at that stage had not taken the COVID jab and who he accused of prolonging the pandemic and putting everyone else at risk even though the vaccine did not stop transmission of the disease. We've been patient, he said, but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us. End quote. Six days later, on September 16, 2021, Dr. Peter Marks, a staunch supporter of the COVID 19 vaccines who at the time led the FDA's center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, told another senior FDA official in an email that Dr. Safman, who has since retired, quote, has been asked to cease and desist because the strategy that she is using could create erroneous conflicts that feed into anti vaccination rhetoric. Dr. Marks also complained that Dr. Saffman's work, quote, has become a major distraction, end quote. The documents uncovered by Senator Johnson's investigation staff point to the same alarming secrecy and efforts to avoid accountability that landed Fauci's advisor Morens in trouble. The secrecy included instructions from FDA officials to discuss findings in person rather than over email and stopping or limiting the distribution of the weekly vaccine safety reports with the alleged intent of avoiding FOIA requests, Freedom of information requests on March 26, 2021, Dr. Saffman shared with colleagues her analysis of COVID 19 vaccine adverse effects in which she used the superior newer data mining methodology, which had found more than 20 statistically significant safety signals or potential red flags that she said were associated with the COVID 19 vaccines and had not previously been detected BY Using the FDA's current methodology, quote, including sudden cardiac death, Bell's palsy and pulmonary infarction, end quote. Her analysis was conducted with Dr. William Dumichel, who was then the chief statistician and oracle and the inventor of that data mining algorithm methodology. However, quote, rather than warn the public or hold distribution of the vaccines for further investigations, records appear to indicate that Biden health officials ignored the statistically significant safety signals uncovered through the new methodology and were more concerned about Dr. Safman's efforts rather than her troubling findings, the interim staff report found. In April 2021, after Dr. Saffman emailed colleagues with another data mining analysis that apparently underscored the limitations of the FDA's current system, one senior FDA official wrote to his colleagues, quote, before we potentially reach out to Anna Dr. Saffman, we should meet internally. There are many considerations that are not suited to email, end quote. Dr. Safman continued to bring her reports to colleagues, but they were ignored. In August 2021, about a month before Dr. Safman was directed to, quote, cease and desist, Dr. David Menchik, a senior FDA colleague of Dr. Marks, told a CDC official that the FDA planned to limit distribution of its weekly vaccine data mining reports, which used to be sent all around the FDA and cdc. He cited, quote, data security reasons, but emails among CDC officials that have been uncovered by Senator Johnson's investigators point to a potentially more nefarious reason for the FDA's decision to stop distributing its data mining reports. In a November 2022 email, one CDC official noted, quote, I think that because of the Freedom of Information act requests, we may have asked the FDA to stop sending these weekly data min mining outputs, end quote. According to Senator Johnson's staff report, quote, in the months and weeks leading up to the FDA's decision to discontinue its distribution of the weekly data mining reports, there were several public requests made to the CDC and the FDI for exactly that information. On May 9, 2022, about two months before the FDA stopped sending the CDC its weekly reports, Children's Health Defence sent an FOIA request to the CDC for the vaccine data mining analyses. On June 23, 2022, 19 days before the FDA sent its final weekly data mining report, Senator Johnson wrote to then CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky requesting the same information. Then, on June 30, 2022, 12 days before the FDA's final distribution, the Informed Consent Action Network submitted another FOIA request to the FDA for the vaccine data mining records. In light of these public and congressional requests, the timing of the FDA's decision to end the distribution of its weekly data mining reports seems particularly suspect. Senator Johnson's report says the notion that Biden health officials took steps to limit the distribution of COVID 19 vaccine safety data in order to avoid more internal review or public scrutiny. It is completely unacceptable. End quote. Democrats on the subcommittee like Senator Richard Blumenthal were at pains to point out during the hearing that COVID 19 itself caused serious injury and death and called as their witness a 41 year old woman, Maria Young, who was hospitalised for two months and almost died in the months before the vaccines were developed. It is the case that of the 8 billion vaccine doses administered worldwide, there are multiple large studies which suggest there has been no increase in long term mortality among vaccinated people. However, the damage was done by the COVID 19 cover up and lies. They have driven widespread distrust of vaccination including tried and true life saving vaccines. Thanks for listening.
