Hello and welcome to the show. I'm Martin Willis, your host. We have a great guest. I met him in Washington D.C. and then later we hung out at Contact in the desert. Joe Biscato, he's very level headed and we, we kind of think a lot alike in the UFO world. So I hope you enjoy the show tonight. Upcoming, our UFO headlines has moved to Thursday this month in particular. So that's at 9pm but before that at 8pm we have Ronnie Vernee. He's a Brazilian UFO researcher journalist. I talked to him several years ago. Be very interesting. Glad to have him on. So next week I'm pleased to announce we have retired Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet on. He's going to be talking about his new book. He's been very active in the UFO world since we had him on a few years ago. So check that out next week. Our blog this week by Charles Lear is a 1973 humanoid case from Indiana. Check out our website podcast, ufo.com. we have hundreds of blogs over there, a lot of interesting historical ones that Charles has written over the years. And if you'd like to support the show for $2 or more a month and get an ad free experience, you can see that's right on our website as well. Thanks so much everyone and enjoy tonight's show.
B
I'm with Joe Biscotto. Joe, welcome to the show.
C
Hey, thanks for having me. I've been following your work for a long time. It's an honor to be on.
B
Well, thank you so much. We met in Washington D.C. yeah, at James Fox event. And the funny thing is you were due to come on my show, I think what, two weeks ago?
C
Yeah, a week or two ago.
B
Yeah. And all of a sudden I said hey, you're gonna be a contact, let's just do it. I like doing person in person. My mugs not in the shop, but I don't care. But anyway, it's so much better to do a person to person interview. So here we are. And so it's been a great time. But I want to go into first of all your background and why you have done this with the UAP report.
C
UAP Reporting center reporting. Twitter and YouTube is where I'm most active.
B
Yeah, let's hear your background and what you what got you interested.
C
Yeah, so you know, it's not too much of an exciting story, but it goes back to as long as I can remember from elementary school. I'd be maybe first, second grade, going into the school library, getting books on the Bermuda Triangle or Atlantis or UFOs or big anything. Any kind of one of the greater stranger mysteries of the universe. I was always attracted to it and then it just kind of rolled. Then I discovered Art Bell as a teenager. I still listen to him almost every day at night when I'm just that wonderful voice. Yeah, exactly. Nobody. There's never been anybody like him. Yes, but that's it. So it just kind of got me into it. And then when I've always been following the news on UFOs so maybe two and a half years ago I'm like, let me make a Twitter just so I could participate in the conversation around disclosure and stuff. And that was right around the time the drone stuff was happening in New Jersey, which.
B
In New Jersey?
C
Yeah.
B
Oh, wow.
C
So I'm from Pennsylvania, so I wasn't that far away. So I drove there and covered it as best I could. I'm not far. So I have sources that I spoke to. Like I have a cousin in the state police that's pretty high ranking in the state police in New Jersey and some other people. So I was getting some somewhat insight information. Not really anything big, but it just blew up from there. My background, I worked in law enforcement for a few years. Then I became. I'm in the construction industry, but not in construction. I work for an equipment manufacturer as a district sales manager. So I do a lot of traveling and talking to people. And this is it. Now this has turned into a second full time job. So my wife is thrilled about it.
B
Let me tell you, some wives are thrilled about when their husband's occupied too much.
C
Exactly.
B
But yeah. So can you explain what that is, UAP reporting sense?
C
Yeah, that's a great question. So it's a little, a few different things. I post the up, you know, updates on what's going on in, in UFO land. So we can have like a single clearinghouse. If somebody's wondering what's happening today, they can go to our Twitter page and you'll find all the, the latest news going on in the, in disclosure land. That's part of it. I also have a website called www.thecontactreport.com where people can actually submit UFO sightings, stuff like that.
B
Yeah, that's what I was, I was thinking was more like.
C
Yeah, that's that too. Absolutely, absolutely. Right. So the contact report, I do deep dive investigations that I post on there that I work on for months. Yeah, right. In like long form investigations from your law enforcement background? Yeah, yeah, exactly.
B
Nice.
C
Yeah. So I, my latest one is I unmasking the gatekeepers or something like that it was called, but I mean, it took a long time. It literally laid out all how the COVID up happens from point A all the way to point Z and what departments are involved and all that kind of stuff. So there's that, and then people could submit sightings. So with my law enforcement background, I studied the MUFON manual, took the course, all that stuff. So I know how to investigate UFO sightings. So if something comes in that we think is worth investigating, we'll do an underground investigation and interview witnesses. And so it's a little, a little bit of everything, to be honest.
B
Now, have you worked with anyone from MUFON in any of these reports?
C
No. So I am a MUFON member, but I just did my own thing. I have reached out to them multiple times. I've never gotten a response from anybody.
B
Oh no.
C
Yeah. So they're having this symposium right. Coming up. I email and say, hey, I would love to be able to cover this. Somebody responded to me and said, oh, well, we'll let you know. But in the meantime, share this.
B
Yes.
C
Like really? You're gonna do that to me? Yeah, you know, so yeah, I'm gonna be there.
B
And I did emcee it a couple years ago in, in Dallas, but this one's in Kentucky. Yeah, Kentucky, right near Cincinnati, I think.
C
Ron James does a phenomenal job. He does with mufon, no doubt about that. The rest of the organization I'm not too thrilled with.
B
Yeah, there's.
C
They do make a great journal, though.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I'm going to be doing something there at some capacity this year. So if the listener wants to come out, it's August 27th through the 30th, and one of my very first listeners is going to be there to meet. We're going to meet for the first time.
C
Oh, that's cool.
B
Yeah. 15 years he's been listening.
C
Wow, that's pretty cool. And that's pretty cool. It's being here is just meeting the people behind the accounts, like Darcy Weir and Astral and you and just so many others to meet the person behind the account. It's the best part of it, I think.
B
Oh, absolutely. I gotta tell you, I was in line for coffee this morning and everyone was saying, hey, Rob, Hey, Rob to this guy. And I said, geez, well, I guess I should know you.
A
Hey, Rob.
B
And every shout and shake his hand, he goes, hey, Martin, you don't remember being on my podcast? Oh, no.
A
Oh yeah.
B
Okay. Something lift the veil or something. Like that. Yeah. But anyway. But anyway, it's got a lot of fans. That's good.
A
Yeah.
C
I did that to Dr. Paul Smith last night. I was talking to Admiral Gallaudet, and I'm like. And he was with Dr. Smith from Stargate.
B
Oh, yeah.
C
So. And I'm like. I'm like, oh, who are you? Who are you with? And the guy's like, that's Dr. Paul Smith from Stargate.
B
Oh, my goodness.
C
I can't know everything. Thanks for bringing my ego back down to size. Yeah. So I get it.
B
I get it. Yeah. And by the way, I've been so lucky here because so many people have recognized me, and I thought I'd wear, like, my podcast UFO T shirt, but I. I haven't. But. But I've got to meet a lot of fans here. It's. And that's. That to me, when you hear from people and what you mean to them makes such a big difference.
C
Most important. Most important thing. And especially somebody like you who's been doing it. I can learn a ton from you. You've been doing it for so long. And if I could recommend anybody to follow a podcast, that would be yours.
B
Well, thank you. Thank you. I'm not an investigator like you. I don't do any investigating. But however, people send me things all
C
the time, you know, how to ask questions and how to talk to people, and that's what brings out. That's what brings out the information that people. You have to know how to talk to people, how to ask questions and how to get information out of people. And I think you do pretty well at that.
B
Thank you. Thank you so much. So what do you think is some of the better, you know, things that you've looked into? You just mentioned a paper you put out, but what are some of the.
A
Really.
C
Let me show you a picture. I've shown this to multiple scientists this week.
B
All right, so let me just tell the listener that I will get this from you and it will be in the show notes.
C
Yeah, I will send it to you.
B
Okay.
C
Let me show you this. I've shown it to Science Bomb. I've showed it to an astrophysicist that's here. Physicist. That's here. And nobody can explain it.
B
Yeah, I'm still working, and I've told my listening audience with a guy that lives in Ireland who is off the coast of Italy and on a cruise ship and had 40 minutes of film, and this thing is incredible. So I can't wait.
C
Yeah, take a look at that.
B
Yeah, that's. Let's see. We'll just put it here. But we will. I'll get the picture. That's. That's actually quite beautiful. Yeah, it looks like nebula.
C
It's pretty neat that somebody in New Jersey took that when the whole drone thing was happening. Ryan Graves put that person in touch with the FBI.
B
Yeah.
C
The person never responded to me since.
B
Oh, is that right?
C
Before that, we were talking all the time. Make of that what you want.
B
He didn't like that it was given to the FBI.
C
I don't know. I never talked to him after he talked to the FBI.
B
So you work with Ryan now and then?
C
No, no, no, no, no. So this person. So this person sent that to me. He also sent it to Ryan Graves.
B
I got it.
A
Yeah.
C
Ryan Graves put him in touch with the FBI. He said, okay, today's my meeting with the FBI. Going to meet with him.
B
He's dead.
C
Ghosted since he said definitely was assassinated for sure. But the picture, nobody seems to be able to explain it. It's one of the better pictures I've seen. I went to New Jersey as well, like we were talking about. I think did see stuff like that with my own eyes.
B
Nice. But I mean, it's such a mystery, isn't it? I mean, incredible. They seem odd, you know, they were. Yeah. A lot of people have reported odd things. Now, maybe they came off the coast off a Chinese boat off the coast or whatever, and flew back. That's the real curious thing. They didn't really know where they were coming from or where they're going to.
C
Exactly right. So like I said, I had my contact in the state police. That's pretty high ranking. I spoke to him. Well, now that was going on. And since they still don't know where they came from, they tried to track them. They tried with the best technology they have to bring one down, impervious to anything they tried to do. And there was. These weren't misidentified planes. These weren't people in their backyards with drones. I was standing in the Hilton parking lot looking up. There was 12, at least 12 of them at one time, just circling in. And not only that, not all of them, but some of them would change. You would see a drone, like a larger drone, maybe the size of an suv. It would go up a little bit, and then it would, like, transform into an orb. And that's what that picture is of. Oh, well, that was in the process.
B
That's not your average drone.
C
Exactly right. Yeah, exactly right. So were some of them probably drones? Was it China? Saying, hey, don't mess with us. You can do this anytime we want. It's possible, but I don't think they have something that could do that.
B
Now, there are some people that are under the impression that the actual military base incursions were another branch of the military trying to test another branch of the military. And I don't understand. You know, I've had at least one person say, yes, they do that same thing with the Tic Tac. I don't know if I really buy that. And I know Ross Colthart and others will say that, you know, the Tic Tacs are, you know, manufactured. I'm trying to remember.
C
Lockheed.
B
That's right, Lockheed Martin. And I. I don't. I can't understand, you know, and. And I've had discussions, and some people say, oh, yeah, we've had this technology that they can do this. Travel so fast and stop on a dime and all that. My question would be, yeah, if we did have that technology in 2004 when the TIC Tac incident happened, why aren't we using them?
C
Right.
B
You know, and we've had conflicts, and it seems to me that would be very valuable to use something like that.
C
Absolutely. We're in conflict. We use the F35. That's not secret. We use our stealth bombers, our B52s. Why are we keeping this secret? We want people to know if this is truly ours for a defense capability. Why would we not let our adversaries know we have it as a deterrent? Yeah, that doesn't hold water to me. And the argument that this was a branch of the military testing another branch of the military. Military. There is zero percent that would happen without the base commander being aware of it. And I can tell you with 1000% certainty, the commander at Picatinny Arsenal had no idea what was happening above his
B
base in New Jersey.
C
I know that for a certainty. So, yeah, I don't buy that. I don't buy that either.
B
So back in 2024, when I was at the Ozark UFO conference, I was interviewing Kevin Day, and I told him that theory about another branch testing. And he. His face turned red. He was angry. He said, if that's the case, you know, he. He just would. He said, that's impossible that they would do that. And he said, if that's the case, then there's got to be. This has got to be exposed, you know, and all that, and your lawsuits and whatever, because why would you put these people in the risk of harm, you know, for a test?
C
So why would we moving F22 fighter jets from the base in Virginia, moving it to other bases. Because they were afraid of what was happening on. Over their bases. We're not. The army's not doing that to the Navy or vice versa. It just, it's just doesn't happen unless
B
if someone's listening to this and they have information to the contrary. Please do get in touch with me.
C
Yeah.
B
Because you know, I'd like to know. And you can stay anonymous.
A
Right.
C
I'd be interested.
B
Don't make anything up.
C
Right.
B
Right.
C
Have something to back it up.
B
Yeah. Yeah. So would you consider this, this road you've gone down, like, it's just been really interesting to you and fulfilling in ways. You know, one thing, when we go to a place like this, it's just so great connecting with people, you know, And I'm sure you're doing a lot of that.
C
Yeah, that's probably the best part of it. Like I said, a lot of work. It's a second full time job for very little reward. Yes. But it's, you know, if you're in it for the reward, you're probably doing it for the wrong reason. It's nice if you can make money from it. I mean. Yeah. While keeping your integrity. Yes, that would be great. I think that's the key part. When a lot of people in our community can learn without naming names, you can make money while keeping your integrity. You don't have to lie like Dr. Michael Sal. I don't know if you saw that, just put out a thing that Amy Eskridge is alive and working in a secret lab somewhere. I mean, we have to have some integrity people. We have to have morals. You know, I post things that might be a little out there, but I'll never post something that I know is fake and say, hey, this is true. I know this for a fact. I'll post I make up your own mind. Here's what I saw.
B
Yeah.
C
It's your decision.
B
Yeah.
C
We have to have some form of integrity in this community or we're just going to keep sending ourselves back to the. Back to the beginning line.
B
I gotta tell you, I was on. I'm gonna not name this podcast, but I was on a podcast and the guy sent some video of a UFO sighting. I clearly saw it was something other than a ufo. And so I go, wow, that's really an amazing. That's really quite an amazing clip. And it really looks like something. And then I wanted to explain what it was. And it's been a while, so I can't tell you what it was at this point, but he edited out everything that I said. That this is prosaic and it sounds like I'm saying this is really great. And then the next guy sings really great.
C
There's no need to be dishonest.
B
There's so much great stuff out there. Why we don't need to do this.
C
Exactly right. We're talking about the greatest mystery in the history of humanity.
B
Yes.
C
Why possibly need to make so life
B
after death and why are we here?
C
Exactly right. It doesn't get better than that. Nothing you can make up is as good as what's really out there. So you just need to do the work to find what's really out there. But it's a lot easier just to make something up. I guess people don't want to take the time to find the real stuff.
B
Yeah. Now, are people contacting you with anything other than UAP, UFOs, or is it just that?
C
I mean, just UFOs. Yeah, I. I do hear from a lot of people. I get a lot of emails. I get a lot of messages. You have to know how to separate fact from fiction. Maybe who might be a little crazy, who you might want to talk to further that lead you on a certain path. So, yep, I do do. So I just talk to. Somebody messaged me 2027. He says he's 98% sure there's going to be an NHI landing and a solar event. I know for a fact the guy. I know it sounds out there. The guy's not crazy. He's an executive. He's a serious person. He owns a marketing agency. Successful one. I don't know how much I should say. It's not really my story, but no one's listening. Jake Barber. Right. Jake Barber contacted this person.
B
Really?
C
Yeah. Pretending to be somebody else. This person has receipts of it.
B
Oh my God.
C
Said his name was Eric.
B
Yeah. Why didn't he use Dennis? Bob Lazard's name.
C
Right, right. You could have used Dennis. But then he met with. He was just. So the first meeting was just to say about business. Hey, we might want to use your agency. So then he called him back maybe six months later and this person that we're talking about had some kind of encounter years before with nhi somehow. Person that said he was Eric, that was really. Jake knew about it. He brought it up to him. So that's just the kind of stuff that I get message. This person has receipts to back all that up. Who he met with the emails from this person all that stuff. So it's the kind of stuff you get every day. But it's just knowing who to. Who to believe, who not to believe and yeah, try to not chase your tail in the process.
B
Yeah, you certainly can waste a lot of time for. You know, it's good to rule out the prosaic first quickly if you can because there's so many other really amazing things I think. So can you explain what it's like when you investigate a case, what it gets? How does that come down? First of all, you get the information through your reporting.
C
Yeah. So they go to the. Contactreport.com Like I said, there's a mechanism on there to report. So people go on, you know, the date that it happened. What did you see, what shape was it?
B
Can you add images or video?
C
Yeah, you can add images and video. So we'll get the, we'll get that documentation, we'll read the encounter, contact the person. If it's plausible, we'll travel to. Well, I'll travel to the place that this happened and then try to interview people and talk to people in the surrounding area. Did you see anything? So say it happened on Spring Street. I'll knock on some neighbors doors, stuff like that. Did you happen to see anything at this date and time? Do you have any pictures, video, take witness statements? And it all depends what they said. If they say something landed, you got to check the ground. Was there any signatures of radiation or anything like that? So that's what goes into. It's a lot of work. It's just me. I only have so much time. Like I said, I have a family of a wife of kids, I have a full time job.
B
And you're traveling and stuff. That's a lot.
C
Yeah, and I travel for work.
B
So you know that this is a passion. If you're, if you're, if you're doing that, putting this much energy into.
C
Yeah, exactly, exactly. Right. It is, it's like we said, it's the greatest, it's the greatest mystery in the history of the world.
B
And do you get frustrated like I do sometimes? My producer slash girlfriend Donna and I talk about this a lot. Where something seems so incredible and like the rest of the world is not even looking.
C
Yeah, all the time. Like that picture I just showed you. Yeah, I posted that multiple times. Can somebody tell me what this says or. Billionaires building bunkers. So this 2027, right? We keep hearing about that.
B
Yes.
C
I posted an article on the. Contactreport.com a list of all the billionaires in the last two years who have built underground bunkers. The list is long. All the names in the United states
B
is about 800 billionaires, which is crazy. Yes. Canada is 82. The reason I. There's some type of reason. I know that. I don't know why.
C
I don't know. It's too many people. Regardless. Not that many people should have that much money. But why are they building bunkers all of a sudden? Does it. And why. You know Lou Elizondo, who keeps saying, spend time with your family, spend time with your loved ones. He named the title of his book Imminent. Yeah, I mean, when you connect these dots, it's pretty concerning. Why are the bunker business is busier now than it's ever been.
B
Isn't that something?
C
Why? Yeah, I think it's a fair question to ask, and I think more people should be asking it. So back to your question. Yeah, it does get frustrating. Why is nobody seeing this and say, hey, what the hell is going on here?
B
Yeah. But I will tell you, with the last couple of releases, you know, more people have contacted me that are my friends that know this is an interest than has ever before. So that does make a difference. But it's unfortunate that the alien.gov posting came out recently that I feel like that's. You know, I don't want to get into it too much because I stay away from politics, but I do feel like that is definitely not helping and it's making us look like idiots. Yeah, that's kind of how I feel. Or making it look. I don't really need to get much more into it. It's just that I was pretty disappointed. And even I've talked to people that are totally in support of whatever the administration does and that are not happy about that.
C
You know, I wish those people would make their voices heard publicly, like Representative Burchett, Representative Luna. You know, they're big allies of the president, and that's fine. But if you're friends and if you're allies, you should be able to call each other out when a stake is made. Yeah, he made us. He made a lot of people look like fools and trolls. And, you know, there's, you know, we're getting all your hopes up and then here. Yeah, Come on. Yeah, we can do better than that.
B
Yeah. Yeah. So anyway, that's as much into politics as I've ever gotten into this show for a long time.
A
Yeah.
C
Let's not get any further. A dangerous topic.
B
It is. Yeah.
C
I stay all the way away from it.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm lucky I don't even watch the news. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But so what is your overall goal with this? I mean, are you hoping to help come up with something that, you know, more people can look at and, you
A
know, what is your.
B
What is your goal of having this website and the work you do?
C
Yeah, the end goal is to find out the truth, whether that's working with other people, whether that's getting a sighting that is just irrefutable pictures of an alien, whatever the case may be. Yeah, but that, of course, is.
B
Wait a minute, wait a minute here. I have to do this.
A
Yes.
C
We found it.
B
We found the alien.
C
Okay.
B
I'll have to get a picture of that to put in the show notes.
C
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. But, yeah, that is. The end goal, is to find out the truth.
B
Yeah.
C
I just had a fascinating conversation with Sarah Gam.
B
Oh, she's wonderful.
C
Yeah, absolutely. I thought the interview went phenomenally.
B
Yeah. She's an amazing woman. Now, I didn't get into the talk, but my producer, Donna went into her talking. She's been in, like, war zones and, you know, she's just. And I see her. She was out. Where was. She was in Joshua Tree hiking the other day. She's, like, really, really an impressive girl.
C
And.
B
And very, very nice. Very, very nice, for sure.
C
And when George and Jeremy. George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell went after her, like they did, I didn't think that was fair.
B
I didn't catch that. But I don't really pay attention to.
C
So the. The jellyfish. Uap.
B
Yes.
C
So Jeremy put that out. She said, I saw this. I saw the report.
B
Yeah.
C
When I was. I didn't make the report, but I read the report when I was in government. It's balloons.
B
Yeah.
C
Jeremy and George attacked her and she. I thought she had. A very good point is, like, I thought I just talked to Jeremy a few days before that. Like, he has my number. He was that have that happy hour and he went.
B
He went out public. Right.
C
Why wouldn't he call me?
B
Instead of. I've had that happen to me. I've had people attack me that have my phone number in a public venue and I've told them to lose my contact information.
C
And. That's a good response.
B
Yeah.
C
Friends like that, you don't need enemies.
B
That's right. Yeah. But anyway, I'm very sorry to hear that, because Sarah, you know, she doesn't have a mean bone in her body, and she was just calling it the way she saw it. So that's really. That's really too Bad. They did that. And you know, I mean, when someone has a belief and they don't want to let go of it, they oftentimes just do the wrong thing. It sounds wrong.
C
You have to go where the data tells you. The truth is.
B
Yes.
C
If the data says the jellyfish or any other video is real, is balloons, you have to go where the data tells you to go.
B
That's right.
C
Not personal.
B
Now, I got to tell you about my friend Dean Alioto's film that he had.
C
I just interviewed him last week as well. Oh yeah, yeah.
B
Dean's. Dean's a great guy. Yeah. So Dean did this film and Kevin Knuth was in it. And I really respect Kevin Knuth a lot. So they brought this and some people who have watched the movie, I apologize for you already know this. So they brought the materials, supposed crashed debris from a UAP to a science lab. And Kevin's all excited about it. They have a special box. They bring it in and so it shows this in the movie. They keep cutting back to it in the work they're doing, you know, testing. Kevin goes in to get the results and the guy basically says, hey, it's all terrestrial, you know, elements and there's nothing at all. And Kevin just says, that's science and that's what you have to do instead of, you know, a lot of people would sensationalize that and not try to change, take it out of the film completely and. And you know, try to make it sensational. But I respect Kevin Knuth and I respect Dean for putting that in his movie.
C
Couldn't. I couldn't agree more. The data. Let the data tell the story that it's going to tell. Yeah. You could still make a fascinating movie with it. And the movie from when I've seen. I haven't seen it yet. I saw the trailer. Talk to Dean. It looks phenomenal. I cannot wait to see it. And I think, you know, I think it's a very well timed. Because there's a lot going on in the disclosure movement and I think it. The to the Experiencer angle of it has been completely put to the side. They don't have a seat at the table.
B
Yeah.
C
Who are we to say?
B
Are you talking about his experience movie? See that? This is a different movie. Oh yeah, he had two. He has two movies out right now on.
C
Oh, I was talking about the Experiencer.
B
The Experience is a whole different one.
C
Okay.
B
We did see that last night. I really highly recommend that to anyone.
C
Okay.
B
Because it's. It really. I love the fact that you know, these people are going to feel more supported, a lot of them, because, you know, it's handled very well. And I like the way he does. He did the movie. So I recommend that'll be coming out on Amazon soon.
C
Yeah. Tuesday, I think. Yeah, I am really looking forward to seeing it, but I think we're long past time of giving those people a voice. Yes.
B
Yeah.
C
Who's better? All these people are not making it up. Yeah, maybe some people are, but every person who has ever reported an experience or an abduction, they're not making up the story. It's. No, it's a statistical improbability.
B
There's a. He has some. A lot of clips in there of Dr. John Mack and basically saying that these people aren't making this up. They're not delusional, they don't have, you know, emotional problems that he can find as a Harvard psychologist, psychiatrist. I mean, so anyway, I think, I think it's good for support for whatever they're going through. And I'm not going to say that I know what's going on. I was on the fence about all that at first, but I don't know. And I don't know how people can live with some of the stuff that supposedly happens to them.
C
Yeah, I agree.
B
It'd be hard to function.
C
You know, when I said. When I interviewed Dean, I called the experiencers victims. And maybe not all of them, but a lot of them are victims. He little bit took issue with saying that word, that they're victims. When you're taken against your will and things done to you.
B
Yeah.
C
I don't care if you think it's just my opinion. I don't think it's all love and peace and light.
B
Yeah.
C
You're stealing me from my bed. You're doing things to me against my will. But then afterwards we shake hands and give me your love and light. I don't know, it doesn't say. Doesn't scream love and light to me.
B
Yeah.
C
So I. I don't think it's all love and light and all that.
B
Right.
C
But we'll see.
B
Yeah. So I had a person close to me contact me because they knew that I do the show. And it's a person that's very nervous, a lot of anxiety, Very, very nice person. And they said, oh, I had this dream. And everything they said about the dream sounded exactly like an alien abduction. And they said to me, you don't ever hear anything like that. And I said, no, no, I don't know. Like, you know, I know this person that if I said yes, then they would be a basket case.
C
Right.
B
And do them a favor. Yeah, I think so. I don't like lying, but, you know, I felt like that was appropriate.
C
A little white lie doesn't matter.
B
Yeah. Yeah. So can you tell me, you mentioned this one very interesting thing about the Department of Energy person and all that. I think that's very interesting. Do you have some other cases that you think that are interesting, really interesting that you've looked into? It doesn't necessarily have to be something reported to you. I mean, just in general, if you want to say what you think of some of the. The interesting cases. You follow?
C
Yeah. So I've been trying to trace the 2027. Who's commented on it, where it originated.
B
I tried to do that too.
C
What did you come up with?
B
I talked to John Ramirez, former CIA.
C
Oh, that's awesome.
B
Yeah. And he came up with it and he wouldn't. He wouldn't. I mean, he mentioned it on my show and I said, yeah, I keep hearing the 2027. And you know, what do we know? And you know, all that. And so he wouldn't. I talked to him on the phone because I thought I could get some information. I called him up and this was after he. I did the show with him.
C
Okay.
B
So can you please share with me, you know, directly. And I think we're on signal or something. Something, you know, encrypted. It wasn't just a regular phone line so he could feel comfortable. And he wouldn't really tell me. They said he's been told by someone. He wouldn't really go into the detail of it. So I don't know what to think about it, you know, but I do think there's a lot of moving parts right now and you never know what will happen. But it's sounds to me that you think it might be something, you know, the people building bunkers. So that's concerning you, obviously.
C
Yeah, that's for. My main focus has been. Is trying to get to the bottom of what's going on because this is something that's gonna affect our children, our families, our lives. What could be more important than that? And these aren't. These shouldn't just be loose rumors we're throwing around. If somebody knows something that's a cataclysm is going to happen in a year from now, we deserve to know. So we need to find out who does know and try to get the truth out of them. That's the pieces of the onion I'm trying To peel back.
B
Well, I think it's good that you're looking into it, because I don't think a lot of people are and, you know, maybe just follow the path wherever it goes, and if you find out something really interesting, I. I certainly want to know.
C
Yeah, I'll be. I'll be certain to share it, believe me. Yeah. Yeah. So that's what I'm focused on. I have a couple people that. That I have leads that I'm going to speak to, and we'll see. We'll see where it goes.
B
And Lou Elizondo, what do you know about what he's saying about that?
C
He's a complicated case.
B
Yeah.
C
If I had a guess, I'd say he's probably still working for the government, so.
B
You're not the only one that said that.
C
Yeah, I'm not.
B
I'm not gonna say anything one way or the other. I don't know.
C
Right. But seems like a nice enough guy. Like a nice guy. Nothing against them. He's doing his job, but I do think he's. So just recently, he's coming out with new information about. He just had an interview a week or two ago about hybrid programs and abductions and stuff like that. You know, he never talked about that before. Why is he talking about it now? Was he given permission by the government to share some more information? And if so, why? Are they preparing us? Are they preparing us with these disclosure drops, with what Lou is saying now, getting us ready for this event that's going to happen in 2027? So on Lou Elizondo, I think. I think he's just telling us what the government tells him to say. Let's say he's a bad guy. He's doing his job. It's just his job.
B
Yeah.
C
So that's. That's what I think.
B
Yeah. It's interesting. And the truth will be revealed eventually. I would think. Maybe not.
C
Right. And, you know, I do want to add one more thing, actually. So, Gene Sticko.
B
Yes.
C
Engineering affinity, I think it's called. But his father in law's work.
B
Yes. Right.
C
I think it's a conundrum. So here's why he has diagrams, notes, all this stuff from his father in law, Russia, and all he's saying is, hey, tell me why this is wrong.
B
Yeah.
C
And I'll go away.
B
Yeah.
C
Nobody seems to be wanting to do that. Why? I just find that to be very, very curious. And like I said, if it's nothing, it's just the drawings of a good old man who's drunk what then? Just prove it.
B
Yeah.
C
Why is nobody doing piano?
B
That's what they call them in Russia.
C
Say that again.
B
Piano.
C
What does that mean?
B
Means you like alcohol a little too much.
C
Oh, that's everybody in Russia. That's every everybody.
B
So why do I know that?
C
No, but I think that's interesting. Why is nobody looking at this? And it seems like people are not. Are making it a point not to look at it. There's a reason for it. It's not. There's that people aren't interested.
B
Yeah.
C
So I think it's curious. I think people should tell Gene why his work is not right. Anybody watching this?
B
Yes. And I've tried to connect him with people that I know that with a Russian background, stuff like that. But we'll see. No one ever seems to want to get back to me about it either.
C
Isn't that curious?
B
Yeah, it's kind of weird.
C
Yeah, I think it's pretty curious.
B
Yep. Well, this has been excellent. And it's been. I'm so glad that we did this in person. It's so much better.
C
Yeah, for sure.
B
Yeah.
C
This is my first time actually this weekend interviewing people in person. I've been so nervous about it now, but yesterday, today it's so much better to be able to see people's facial expressions and talk to them. And my biggest thing is where to put the camera. But I think I was over analyzing it.
B
Yeah. Look at you.
C
You just set that up. Simple, beautiful. Well, that's what I should have been doing.
B
Yeah. I'm sure I could get some critique and that's okay, right?
C
No, I'm sure it's great. You know what you're doing.
B
Learn from you, sort of.
C
Thank you for having me on.
B
Thanks so much. It's been an absolute pleasure, everyone. So thank you all for watching. And remember to keep your eyes to the sky.

“It's being here, meeting the people behind the accounts... the best part, I think.” — Joe ([07:19])

“I don't think it's all love and light… if you're stealing me from my bed and doing things against my will…” ([30:26])
“Nothing you can make up is as good as what's really out there. You just need to do the work to find what's really out there.” — Joe ([17:36])
“The end goal is to find out the truth, whether that's working with other people, whether that's getting a sighting that is just irrefutable.” — Joe ([24:32])
“It's a second full-time job for very little reward… If you're in it for the reward, you're probably doing it for the wrong reason.” — Joe ([15:46])

Joe’s mix of grassroots drive, skepticism, and ethical concern for the community creates a refreshing contrast with more sensational voices.
