And my guest tonight, this will be the second time he was on, I think it was three or four years ago we were talking about down in the Amazon, were these like flying things kind of attacking the Village? The Village in the different areas. And so I had him on then and he's been doing a lot of research in the Amazon. Ronnie Vernee or Vignette or. It's French. It's a French name and I, I knew I'd massacre it. So I probably should ask him to pronounce it the Right way, which he did for me before the show, but it's hard to do. So anyway, I'm really glad to have him on. As I mentioned the other day, our blog this Week is a 1973 humanoid case from Indiana by Charles Leo. Yes, you know, and I see that you've been extremely active and so I saw that and I thought, wow, I got to get you back on. So that's, you know, one of the reasons. Pardon me, I'm just adjusting here. But that's, you know, the reason I really wanted to get you on because you have your hands full and but I wanted before we even go there, you're new to some of the people here. So I'd like to first of all ask you what made you get into this topic to begin with? Is there something else you were covering? And you kind of. A lot of people get into this by accident and so I'm wondering how you actually got into it.

[Ronnie Vignette]

Yeah, I'm not a UFO guy for many time. I'm electronic engineer. I also do a research in physics. I work for the government in the energy area, but not UFO stuff. And since six years ago to eight years ago, started to do some research, some field expeditions to see if there is something about this phenomena. And I could encounter many weird things that prove it to me that this was real and I needed to study more, to dig more. So since at least 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, I'm researching a lot, doing some governmental contacts to retrieve documents, doing Few expeditions from Amazon to the Antarctic region. And so this is why I'm here today.

Wow. And the last time we spoke, we talked about those flying people. And so many people were reporting and they were horrified. And they just, you know, those jet packs, first of all, ones that lasts any time at all, they're like $200,000. And there were some people saying that those were people that were going into mines and things like that. But what the, you know, we already covered that. But what I'd like to know is what was the outcome? Is that still things still ongoing or what's going on there? Yeah.

This happened in 2023 in Peru. We saw these crazy humanoid figures flying. Timo Tilburyno was there, he visited there. I had a contact with a teacher of the village of the indigenous community there. And he was able to reach the community and hear the firsthand testimony about these people. These people were being attacked by these humanoids. It was like a human, different type of human with some technological stuff below their feet that they could fly and they could attack people with different types of instruments. And the people were reporting that it caused panic because it was happening in many, many villages and in many cities inside the Amazon jungle, close to Iquitos, that's the capital of the Amazon forest, in fact. And it started to call the attention of the media and the government, the Peruvian government had to take some actions to avoid people to speak about that. And the justification of the Peruvian government about that, the answer was that, oh, nothing to see there. They are just illegal miners wearing jetpacks to scary people. What's something very, very bizarre because if you are an illegal miner, you don't want to call attention of people. You want to work secretly. And when people discover what you are doing, this illegal activity, you move to other place and you play this hide and seek stuff with the government. So to say that illegal miners are scaring people with jetpacks, it has no, no way they are doing that. So this was the explanation about it.

So there's never really been a solid explanation on what these things were.

[Ronnie Vignette]

Never. The government totally dismiss it. In fact, what happens, it's happening in Brazil in the past. It happened in Brazil two years ago. Also. When this happens, the government simply pray to these things go away because they know these things are waves, waves of incidents. And the governments know that they cannot do anything about that. So when this start to happen, they simply prayer to these things go away because they cannot do anything. So this happened in Brazil, this happened in Peru. Always the same behavior so I'm going

to ask you a question about what you did then and what you're still doing. How do you establish trust with the indigenous communities and the local residents who shared all these, these accounts I'm talking about from all the way back in Peru when you were doing that to what you're recently doing.

[Ronnie Vignette]

Yeah. For example, this happened in Peru in 2023 and one year after that in 2024, this happened in Brazilian Amazon, very close to Peru, the border with Peru, but in a different way. They were not attacking and they were not seeing humanoids, but they are seeing orbs. And these orbs were in close contact with them. They were sleeping in the bed and the orb appears and they wake up and they see the orbs like three feet from the people and they are completely scared. But no attacks. Even when, for example, the indigenous leadership tried to do shotgun shots against the orbs, simply paralyzed them and the orbs didn't attack them. So this was a different type, maybe a different type of phenomena, different type of behavior of the same phenomena. So these people trusted me to be there in 2024 because they wanted someone to document what was happening. Because when they asked for help from, for the government, the government dismisses and say, no, you're not seeing anything. I cannot go there, I'm too busy. So they want some, someone to, with credibility to go there, to document, to take photos, to take videos and show for the people what's happening there. So this is why they trusted me to go. They asked for help and accepted me to go there.

So not to get way off track or anything, but sure, you know that there's, you know, James Fox did a press conference up in Washington, D.C. about the Virginia case. I went to that and I really thought it was fantastic. And I don't know how much you have followed that one in particular, but I, it's just one of those situations where I say that, you know, when I look someone in the eye and talk, even though we were speaking different language, great interpreter, but I totally buy their story. I think this really did happen. And there was a call recently, I'm going to play a clip in my show, my next show where, you know, someone from a senate person was asking for, you know, some movement on that particular case with what we know because, you know, the American government moved right in there like the day after or something crazy, you know, I mean, but so what do you think about that case? Have you done any really any type of deep dive at all into that or looked at it?

[Ronnie Vignette]

Yeah. And if you remember, the beings were captured by police, the firearms and in Brazil, the firearms are part of the. Both the police and the firearms in Brazil are part of the military, Brazilian army, different from the US for example. And they were captured by these bodies. They were sent to the hospital to take exams, to take some procedures. And all the people in the city saw that military, the civilians from the people that lives there, the physicians. We have plenty, hundreds of testimonies about this case. Unfortunately, a few came forward to talk about it because they are very afraid. A lot of people were threatened by the military. And if we remember this case in 1996 when it happened, at that time the militaries gave two explanations about what happened. The first one was this guy, this brown alien that people that the girls see and many people saw this brown alien was simply a person with disabilities that was crouched and the guy was dirty with mud. So this because he was brown and he was like that because it had rained a lot. But first, and this explanation is the official explanation of the Brazilian army. This explanation is an official document of the Brazilian Army. Okay, what turns things more bizarre? And the explanation is completely wrong. First, because all the city knows this guy with disabilities, the girls knew him. It's someone that all the city was very. They use it to. To have this guy in the. In the streets, so they. They knew him. And second, this rain that they call it, this storm that happened after the sighting of the girl. So it's not related with this guy being covered in muddy and so on. So this is the first explanation. The second explanation is why people saw the army entering and invading and stopping everything at the hospitals of the city. And they said, oh, there were two dwarfs there, human dwarfs there. The woman, it was a couple, the woman was pregnant. And this is why we stopped everything in the hospital. This justifies the presence of the army in the hospital. This couple of dwarfs. What's even more bizarre with. Than the person with disabilities. So for me, they gave in. The Brazilian arm gave in these explanations is something like, oh, I wanted to tell the truth, but I cannot, because it's so bizarre. Anyone that see the explanation, see, that doesn't make any sense. So anyone that see this explanation says, okay, they are trying to say something because it doesn't make sense. So it's like they were hunting. The Brazilian army wants to talk the truth, but they cannot, maybe because they have agreement with us. And we know by the military themselves that something was transported to the US because we had a use of airplane. And we know the military that authorized this military airplane to come to Sao Paulo, in a city very close to Virginia. And from this military airplane, two helicopters were sent to. To bring boxes to be loaded in this military US Airpl that flew back to us. So maybe because there is an agreement, the military, the Brazilian military cannot talk anything about that. So I dig it a lot about this case. I interviewed many people, interviewed the girls again, I interviewed another persons there. And I released a documentary about that color, the dark side of UFOs in Brazil. It's on my channel, I will release publicly, but that for some time will be on my channel, my membership area. But in some months it will release for anyone. So it's there. It's called dark side of UFOs in Brazil. Power, money and rituals. Because we have a big coincidence about the Virgin incident in the same area where these beings were encountered. There was a very powerful farmer there, a rancher there, that owns maybe 30% of all the lands in Virginia. And he Was performing very advanced black magic rituals there. And for many times people say that this guy was summoning non human intelligence, summoning creatures there. And this was one big coincidence that I digged a lot that maybe could be one of the ingredients to explain why these creatures happened there and nevermore had any incident about that in Brazil and any part of the world. This documentary talks more about the physicians. I dig a lot about the physicians because another coincidence, and I don't believe anything is coincidence whatever, but a lot of physicians that saw the creature, that performed procedures on the creature, they are part of the same institution. It's something like a Masonic institute called Provider or Pro Life in English. So it's a Masonic like institute composed for in many levels to expand consciousness. And there they train remote viewing and other stuff. So this is something that adds more worthiness to this case of Virginia. And this explains part because some of these physicians don't want to come forward to talk about. Only a few physicians talk about these beings like Dr. Italo and two or three others. But we have plenty of dozens of physicians that saw the creature that are involved in this, in this thing. And they doesn't want to come forward maybe because they are part of this institution and they have some type of agreement to don't talk about that. And maybe this could explain why Dr. Itero Venturelli that went to us with James Fox is talking something some part that doesn't make sense. So I believe Dr. Italo is talking the truth in part, but changing some details maybe because of influence of this institute and something like that. So this is a very big case. Many is very complex. But I try to in some minutes to put the more important aspects of that.

Wow. Well, I hope that, you know, there's always been the rumor or you know, I've talked with James Fox a lot about this and that the video, the original video is somewhere. And he has been working with the doctor who passed away, the widow, the wife of the. The person that passed away, the doctor that supposedly has at least pictures when she does not want to let go of them no matter what. So I hope they're under really good safe lock and key. I'm having a little bit of technical troubles with my camera. I'm not sure what that's about. I may. I may try to change some settings to see what happens here. But anyway, we'll just move on. And so that case I think is really, really special myself. But you have gone all through the Amazon. Do you want to talk about. Oh, and also is your the documentary that you made, is that not. That's not in English, is it?

Yes, it's translated. I have English subtitles, so have the. The Portuguese version and the version translated with subtitles in English.

Oh, great. So that's good to know. And I will link that in the show notes for anyone to see that. So. Okay, so. Yep, so that is. That's excellent because I've saw that a lot of people were talking very highly of it looks like you did a really, really good job. So what is the. The purpose of the most recent Amazon mission that you have done?

[Ronnie Vignette]

Yes, the purpose was to collect. To document. To collect images, to try to collect the interview of these indigenous that were witness to the event. And I was not expecting to see any UAP there. But in fact what will happen is that the more I installed the cameras, because I brought a lot of cameras, thermal cameras, motorized cameras there. I brought 60 kilos of equipment there with sensors, with cameras to collect data. And the more I installed the equipment, the more I installed the cameras, the more the phenomena start to approach from what I was doing. And we was. We were able to see many orbs in close contact there. Some of them were recorded in video. And. But the most astonish evidence it was impossible to collect because of the phenomena was causing some kind of interference in our equipment. And for example, that one video that I recorded and I was playing that video, it was completely crazy. The things that were in that video. And when I was playing that, to see, to watch at the same time something. But my video recorder offline. And when it turned it back five minutes later, it was completely noisy, completely disturbed. It was. The video was modified in another occasion. I had an orb. I was able to get a drone to reach 2 meters from the orb, 6ft from this orb. And I was not able to record. The image was all black. And I have eight minutes all black image. And it was impossible to record this orb in a close, close, close proximity. So these are examples. What about what happened there? But I was satisfied with what they could get many interviews, sometimes some images of these orbs. And that was a great expedition.

Wow. Really? There was. Is that the situation where he called it the five camera situation? You had five cameras or is that a whole nother thing?

Yeah, I brought five, five or six cameras that there to document that. And some of these cameras were able to capture these orbs. This was the. And also I started sensor. I started infrasound sensors, magnetic sensors, auto radio antennas, all types of sensors that you can imagine. I started There, unfortunately, after I leave, I left the village, they had a problem because all the energy that is supplied by solar panels, it's literally in the middle of the forest where I install it. And they had problems with batteries, they had problems with the electrical equipment. So since like one year and a half ago, I don't have any signal about the feed of the cameras. And I don't see any solution then to go back sometime maybe if the phenomena happens again to try to fix, to try to repair what's there.

Yeah. I published a scientific paper with Tim Lomas from Harvard. It's about how do you measure the level of evidence. This was very good. It was accepted in a top tier level scientific journal. And we are planning to do more, maybe with the Brazilian data. We're trying to see what we can do in the future and also planning something with Brazilian researchers, also to publish something in the future. Right now we are trying to establish a methodology, how we collect data, how do we set up the experiments, how we calibrate instruments. And the second step would be do these experiments to collect data. So we are in the base, we are in the foundational step to try to establish the methodology because it's a very new area and logically we will feed from other jobs like Galileo and other people that are doing this. And after that we'll start to collect data.

I see. Yep. I got to meet Avi Loeb for the first time at down in Washington last week as well. He's been doing. It's really amazing that someone like him. This just wouldn't happen before. I'm Talking about before 2017, the New York Times article. Everyone feels more relaxed. The science is starting to take a serious look in this. You know, I sometimes feel discouraged. Like what type of movement are we truly making in the ufo? I do. I want to use the word disclosure, Ali, but it seems that we seem to be in a little bit different times now. Can you explain what those were that you saw?

Yeah, I don't do this kind of classification. I just call them orbs. What can I say? About that, that in the Amazon forest, I was. What was witnessing was orange to red orbs. They were from the size varies from 3ft to 6ft in diameter. And as I said, they were not showing any aggression behavior, aggressive behavior against the indigenous or against us. It was only observing people observing, for example, observing. There was one incident where I was installing the cameras. It was the last days I was there. I was there and this orb descended. It was two feet from the ground, it was six feet from us. And it was like observing us what we were doing. And it wanted. Yeah, we are working on this Claudio incident. Claudio is a city in the same state of Virginia. It's the state of Minas Gerais. In a city of the same state, we had 26 incidents where dozens of military policemen were able to chase not only UFOs but beings and three types of beings. Luminous gray type beings, small and ones and tall ones and also brown beings like the Virginia. We don't know if it's the same, but the characteristics are the same. And they did it not one or two, but 26 times. We have official report released. It's on the UAP Brazil site. I can send you a link so you can share with your audience. And right now, 20 years of this incident. The commander, a lieutenant colonel came forward in official event of the military police in uniform to say yes, it was real. I commanded these operations. We are not alone. We chased these beings. And I think it's the first time in history that official uniform, a military uniform in official Event in front of his colleagues, in front of the Brazilian military, in front of his commander. He talk about that. He talks something about that and he'll talk more. He's retrying right now. And we. I'm in conversation with the Brazilian Senate to. After the elections. Yes, there were. There were the hypothetical vehicles there. Orbs and vehicles there. Multicolored objects. It. Sometimes these objects were. Were like. They describe it like a buzz, like luminous buzz with these lights going around, changing lights and changing colors. And this is what they reported together with these beings. And important to say that all the military had physiological effects. They had. They get completely dehydrated, they were completely affected their minds. They could not reach the pistol guns. They could not record in sometimes, in some occasions. And most of the material was collected by the Brazilian Air Force. The Brazilian force went there and they briefed all the military and collected all the materials, all the videos, all the drownings. And this is what happened there. And this is. This involvement about the Brazilian Air Force is something we want to discuss also in these Brazilian UAP hearings.

Excellent. Well, one of the things I think of is anytime you were talking about a jungle, you're talking about something very, very noisy. All the insects and mostly insects, but the animals and things all making noise. So did you ever notice anything change when there was something going on? Like, did it ever get silent?

[Ronnie Vignette]

It's hard to say, because when we were in close contact with this phenomena, we were so focused to observe them.

[Martin]

Yes.

[Ronnie Vignette]

And we're not paying attention, in fact to the environment, so it's difficult to say. If I noted the environment stopped, for example, what can I say is the video. You don't hear in the video the noise and forest is something very noisy. And in this video you cannot see many sounds. So maybe this happened, but I'm not sure. I had not there installed a very good microphone there to capture the sound. What's. It's something that. If I went back there, I certainly would do bring a good microphone to capture the silence, because the microphone itself is a very good sensor to see if the phenomena is there. For example, if there is no noise in a forest that is very noisy, you know that something Happen probably. And so this is, is what we could do there.

Do you have like a single strongest piece of evidence that you think is really solid so far? I mean, what it. I guess I'll ask you what's your strongest evidence? Is it video evidence?

I don't have any material that you could prove anything. Because I think to prove something we need a lot of data. We need in science, we need habitability, we need to perform experiments to have repeatable data. And we need, for example, to capture the spectropy of these lights with a spectrometer to see the spectrum of the wavelength of this light, to see the nature of these lights, to prove, oh, this is a really anomalous light and not a normal light. We need to do other sensors data. Unfortunately, when I captured this phenomena, I only had installed the cameras and not the sensors. I started the sensors after I started the cameras. So I was not collecting sensor data when this phenomena appeared to manifest closer. And what's interesting is that after I started the sensors, the phenomenon stopped the manifestations. So it's something like interesting because maybe the phenomena doesn't want me to collect a lot of data, only a part of it. So I could not prove scientifically anything because if I have the camera, I have magnetic effects, I have nuclear effects, I have radio wave data, I have infrasound data. Maybe I could have some solid data to, to publish scientifically and the phenomena maybe didn't want that. So the next step would be establish a methodology, establish what instruments I need stuff, try to capture these orbs in more events and see the nature of the light. What I have in the documentary is only the video. It's a very good video for me, is one of the best videos ever captured. Not the best, but one of the best because it is in zoom, it's centralized. You can see these orbs perfectly. It's not a distant light, but a light that is filling almost all the screen in zoom. So you can see perfectly. But I don't have all the data like magnetometer, like the spectroscopy and all the data.

one of the things I think about is, you know, when you, is there any of, of this phenomena that you think is just in your area on the Amazon or do you think it's all part of, you know, what people are seeing all over the world? What I'm trying to say, is there anything you think is like just in the Amazon, like those foggy figures, luminous figures?

[Ronnie Vignette]

I don't believe that. For example, I had an experience in 2023 in the Atacama Desert in Chile where I was able to witness these luminous humanoids there. I was there with, with some researchers from the Catholic University from Chile and they were doing expedition and they invited me to go there and we were able to witness this phenomena and I think something that you can see globally but that manifests more in these very isolated areas like the Atacama Desert, like the, the Amazon Forest and even in areas of Arizona, in other parts isolated, for example, us And I think this is the, the reason why do you people don't see very often this phenomena because people don't go to spend the night at these very isolated places and many of people don't have any courage to go that and you know, it's sometimes it's dangerous to do this kind of stuff.

So I think this is the reason we are not witness, but I think it's a global phenomena. I don't think Brazil is not special about that. We have many phenomena in Peru. Peru is a place that have also crazy things, including these humanoids. But what we can speculate is why we have these aggressive waves in Brazil, for example, like Operation Salsa Operas and other cases where we have attacks like in these indigenous villages. Between 2014 to 2016 we have had attacks in these villages very close to this one I visited. And we don't have this kind of thing happening, for example in communities in US we have some dangerous things in the Skinhawker Ranch sometimes, but not light. Sending light beings and burning people, for example, taking blood, collecting blood from people, like we saw in the operation Prato in 1977 and where you saw in the other cases in Brazil where people were burned, for example. So maybe you could speculate something about that. May I believe that part of this phenomena could be really physical, including the physical vehicles that us and other countries could have constructed, like China, that are very exotic and they seem to be not human intelligence, but are human technology, but exotic human technology and also maybe physical intelligence coming from the seas, coming from the water with very high technological stuff. But I think most we have seen like this as something like something that we call interdimensional, something that is coming from another reality. And maybe we have our physical reality and these things are coming from a non physical reality or anti material reality and projecting here in some way. Sometimes what we are seeing is not the real shape, the real form of this phenomena. Maybe they're coming from the. From the world where it's not a physical world, but the informational world. And this could explain why this NHI summoning, why these rituals, why these prayers is very common to for me to receive incidents of UAP in in top of mountain where Christians are praying. And I believe the this happens because we in the material world expressing emotions, expressing information, because emotions are in the end of the day just information. We are emanating the information and this is some kind of way and creating some resonance with this known material reality where maybe these beings are coming and these emotions emanates there and are reflected here in a material consequence. So this is maybe why this NHI summoning, the CF5, these rituals, these prayers emanates and in consequence creates the phenomena here, this projections of the phenomena here in our reality. So maybe I think a part of the aura represents some crazy stuff that we are seeing, is this is what's happening and when, for example, this police, military are interacting, are close to these beings, these luminous beings, for example, it's like they are here physically, but they are not because they cannot control their bodies. And the surroundings are a little different. It's our physical reality, but a little different. So maybe we have in these cases some kind of merge of different types of realities, our material world with their road. Sometimes for some reason we have this merge and this is why we have some similarities. Similarities also with the sleep paralysis, because I think sleep paralysis is something like that. When we are paralyzed, we are seeing the room, we are seeing our bedroom around, but we also are seeing beings. And I cannot move my body. And maybe this is happening because at this time I'm here sleeping in my physical body, but at the same time I'm not here because my consciousness is not here in this physical world. So this is happening, this merge between the physical and non physical reality. So in some cases I believe this could happen. We have these emanations of consciousness, we have these feelings, we have this altered state of consciousness creating a couple with this non physical reality where these beings live.

Now, as far as the entities for the indigenous people in the communities, what are they describing the phenomena as? Do they, do they ever talk about the possibility of extraterrestrials? Do they think it's demonic, spiritual, natural, or something else entirely?

[Ronnie Vignette]

They believe in the beings from the forest. And the Kurio thinks that these orbs were not coming from the space, they're coming from the forest.

what's not normal for them is these beings from the forest, these spirits from the forest come to our world because they use ayahuasca, for example, for connect them with these beings from this world. So we humans go there using ayahuasca. You were able to go there to the world where these beings are living and what for them is not common. They never had this experience until these two days, two years ago is these beings come to our to to their realities and appear there. So their interpretation are not extraterrestrial is like some beings or spirits from the forest.
