Let me tell you, I did like Saved by the Bell. It's not anything that's S a or.
B
I did my list and I forgot. I like Saved by the Bell too.
A
I love Saved by the Bell. Screech. Screech. Dang.
B
I'm so excited. I'm so excited. I'm so scared. That was the show. It taught us about drugs. It taught us about relationships. It taught us not to hit and run with the car. Tell the trut what's up, everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Post Moves. I'm here. We are Parker. Yeah, I'm here with Aaliyah.
A
Hey, that's me.

Before we even get into it, I just want to say, I saw you on NBA on Prime. That looks sick. How is that?
B
Yeah, the set is ridiculous. We did our unveiling last week. The whole court is led. So who. Whoever is playing whatever matchup. Our first night, we have, you know, LA versus the Timberwolves. That court will become crypto.com. it'll become Lakers court. So the studio is huge. They have demo. You have the skyline in the background with the LED screens. You got the actual desk that we'll do pregame at. And then underneath it, you'll have a little chill spot for like the post game show. So we're gonna get some Adidas in the shoe closet. Other than that, no notes. They prime left no crumbs. And I mean, it's too expected, right? Like, Amazon always is at the forefront, always ahead tech company. So what we're going to do, I'm. I am so excited.
A
That's gonna be lit. I love it for you. Okay.
B
It's gonna be amazing. It really is. So I'm. I'm gearing up for the Timberwolves Lakers game. I'm excited to be calling that with D and Kevin Harlan. You know, it's opening night. First time on Prime. Nick. Celtics first, and then. And then us. So I'm. I'm gearing up. It's gonna be exciting.
A
I'll be watching. Don't Worry.
B
I appreciate you, man. I'll send you a picture. You gonna be on a beach, though. So you're watching?
A
Yeah, I got it on my phone.
B
Okay. Look at you. Look at technology. How you been? You been good?
A
I've been good. Just working out, having fun, getting shots up.
B
You ain't the only one that's working out, Aaliyah.
A
Are you working out?
B
Listen, I'm too.
A
Well, you kind of look swole. Wait, hold on. Do that again.
B
Two pounds from my plan.
A
Put it away.
B
Put it away. Yo, don't mess with me. I'm gonna send some videos when I'm. I'm done. I've been doing dry October, so no alcohol, no processed food, no sugar, no lactose, no alcohol, no alcohol, no alcohol. Which has been quite the struggle, I realized. You know, you go out to dinner, have a little. You have a little glass of wine.
A
Yeah.
B
Alcohol zero has been my. I've been doing zero beer, so that's been my thing to get me through. But, yeah, you should join the party. You should join the party, man. No processed food, no sugar.
A
Yeah, I'm not even doing that. I'm actually Chef A.B. now, this entire off season, I said I was going to cook, so I have.
B
What's your specialty? What you got? What you cooking for me? When I come to town, I'll cook you a steak. Oh, wow. Like, cook it on the grill or cook it on the stove?
A
Which one do you prefer?
B
I mean, I'm more of, like, the grill. I like the charred.
A
Okay, great. So I'll cook it on the stove. Don't even worry about it.
B
Okay. But here's the bigger question, because I saw this question online. They asked the Brooklyn Nets how they like their steak prepared.
A
Medium or medium well? Like, I don't. I don't care either way. Medium. Like, I've. I. Listen, hold on. I started off as a well done, and then I got to medium well, and recently I've been like a medium. So, please. That's as far as I'm going after, like, anything before medium. You're unserious, and you don't even need to eat steak. But medium I've arrived. Please.
B
I feel like that's, like the old man way to eat.
A
Like, how do you eat?
B
And I'll just say it like, the old black man way of eating steaks.
A
Oh, well, yeah.
B
Medium rare, baby.
A
Yeah. So let's just not.
B
I am.
A
Have the same person cook our steak, because well done.
B
Like, you're not. I said I started there.
A
I was a child I've grown. You know what?
B
Like, that's how you're eating your steak. What? Like, what juices are in that steak? They're cooked out of them.
A
That's why I'm a medium. Is this on medium? Thank you.
B
Okay, well, I'm medium rare. Give me a nice little burgundy full.
A
You actually considered a threat to national security. So.
B
So we, this weekend, my dad is visiting. We had an eventful time. Had the opportunity to go the Dodgers game, which was really cool. I know you didn't ask, but I'm gonna say it because it was one of the most historical. I know it was one of the most historical performances in the history of baseball. Shoehei Ohtani put on an absolute show. Three homers, 10 strikeouts. Switched to center field so he could stay at bat. They pitched him, which I was like, brewers. I would walk him. You're not getting three homers on me. I'm a walk you. They pitched to him, and then he hit that thing out the park. And I was there to watch. So the Dodgers going to the World Series, if there's a team other than the Cubs that I want to be successful, would be the Dodgers. Are my kids allowed to cheer for the Dodgers? No. Because they're Chicago fans. Yeah.
A
Did they choose that, or did you choose that?
B
There are some things that they need to be enlightened. Not brainwashed, but enlightened.
A
Okay.
B
And they are Chicago fans. Bulls. You know, maybe we're going to have a better year. Bears, four game win streak.
A
Let's go. Okay. Turn up.
B
Cubs lost to the brewers game before, you know, the NLCS championship. So we'll see. But they're. They're. They're Chicago fans, so. But we had a great time. It was so much fun. There's nothing like October baseball. So you should try.
A
I love that.
B
You should totally try it. Yeah. My wife knows nothing about baseball.
A
Look.
B
See, my son. My son got into it.
A
Oh, he likes it.
B
Air was in it. Yeah. But my wife was like, so when you hit the ball and it goes to the left, what is that? I was like, that's a foul ball.
A
Oh, I know that from the Wii.
B
Oh, gosh. So you with her? But in Russia, they don't have baseball. Here you have no excuse. Like, there's baseball in America.
A
Hey, don't judge.
B
I think it's time for us to move on to what we want to talk about, because we've already talked about what we want to talk about, but we're going to talk about what we really want to talk about presented by AT&T. Connecting our fans to everything happening on and off the court. So let's get into it.
A
Let's do it.
B
What we want to talk about. Can I tell you what I want to talk about?
A
What do you want to talk about?
B
Since I've already talked about what I want to talk about, but I'm going to keep talking about what I want to talk about.
A
What do you want to talk about?
B
Fouling. Fouls. Came across this interesting post the other day.
A
We got to get you off social media.
B
Do you want to know about it? Yeah. I was sitting in the carpool line just waiting for my daughter to come out of school. Scrolling good old Instagram. And I came across this post and I had to send it to our group chat because it says Aaliyah Boston led the league this season in personal fouls with 136 personal fouls. Aaliyah Hack.
A
Boston slay queen. Whoa. Hack. What are we talking about?
B
It's this picture that they chose for the fact that you lead the WNBA and fouls is like you saying that you didn't foul. It's the eighth most in a single season ever.
A
Hey, Elise is not number one.
B
A. Yo, where is Planet Pearson? Planet Pearson is not on this list. Hold on. Dang.
A
Satu and y' all worried about me?
B
I mean, that was 2023. This is 2025. Or.
A
Yeah, but I got into league at 2023, so like, dang.
B
So this is 2024. So you, you're. You're twice on this.
A
I actually, actually, I actually led the league twice in fouls. But you know, when you break it down though, really, it's only about three fouls a game. That's average. That's average. I'm out there hustling. I'm out there grinding.
B
I'm gonna need to fact check on that because the Tennessee math is a little slow. That gamecock math was out there. You probably had time to prepare for this. So that's why you were quick with the three.
A
No, I wasn't. I was just saying that it's really on average like three per game.
B
And really, like, I don't 200, but 266 fouls in two seasons is wild.
A
No, that means that you're hustling. That means that you're scrappy. You're a hustle player. And that's what I call myself.
B
Yeah, we need to get her a 266 jersey and only the post ups will know what that means.
A
I'm gonna put that on my vision board for next year, don't lead the league in fouls.
B
So how many times did you foul.
A
Out in, like, my career or this season? Listen, if it's this season, I think like, three. Four. Four, maybe. I think four is even pushing it. I don't even think I had that many fouls to give. Like.
B
Well, I know the. That was unfortunate. Oh, so that's one.
A
Maybe five.
B
100.
A
Maybe five. We're six. I.
B
Six. Yo, I was gonna say capital H, but now we gonna cap all them letters. H, A, C, K. That's literally.
A
That's literally six times. Are you kidding me? Personally, I think that's good work. And that's in my career. Six times in my career. You're telling me in three.
B
Dang. What did Atlanta and Vegas do? What you mean, like, they're on the list as opponents? Twice.
A
They got some big bigs.
B
Yeah, that's true. That's true, that's true.
A
I pay for my life down there. Help me. Guards. If you hear this, help me. So.
B
So Aaliyah.
A
What?
B
Aaliyah is saying post ups. That the post players are rotating, covering up Yalls mistakes.
A
Yeah, but you know, sometimes I should just, you know, I should just. You got it. But it's like, really, really? Did we. Hey, you know what? At the end of the day, the day is going to end. And those days did end with me fouling out. And guess what? You lace them up and you go back in. But next year, though, we're not leading the lead in vows. That was. That's a lot. Candace, have you ever fouled out?
B
I mean, I believe I fouled out, but, like, I didn't play enough defense.
A
How many times?
B
I bet.
A
I bet you had more than me. Oh, you didn't play defense?
B
I. I played defense. I got, you know, one. People want to dispute my defensive player of the year award, but, you know, we gonna just hand them out. You know what I'm saying? Rebounding and things like that. Now that those things matter and are factored in. But my rebound.
A
So if you had to take a guess how many times you fouled out.
B
I would say I remember one time for sure.
A
Girl said one time. You're so unserious.
B
No, I'm serious. I think I fouled out twice and one of them was on purpose. Cuz I like fouled and looked.
A
Girl, you just like me for real. You. You're just like me for real. And that's the most.
B
No, but the crazy thing is I played 17 years. Aaliyah you've done that three seasons. I played 17 years, and you did it in three seasons.
A
What can I say? I'm overachiever. Are you mad at me for being an overachiever?
B
So I fouled out in 2008. Okay. Aaliyah, how old were you when you were in?
A
I was seven. Well, yeah, I was seven.
B
Okay. So I found out in 2008, and dang, I found out in overtime. So I needed overtime to actually, like, make me foul out.
A
No, I'm not even hearing all that.
B
I mean, I'm just saying.
A
All I'm saying is you fouled out, so please. Girl thought she fouled out twice. Like, what, six times.
B
Well, twice in the, like, video era where it was on WNBA.com. because I bet these games that I supposedly found out, you can't find them so.
A
Well, guess what? If you care them numbers at. I know where their numbers at. I see him.
B
It's in like the WNBA archives in a bang.
A
Looks like you didn't like Atlanta either. Either. That's all I'm saying.
B
Atlanta likes to play fast, and Angel McCartney would always come off screens and like, oh, okay, you know, like, do the little elbow thing. And same thing with Phoenix. Diana would come off and like, hook you and all that stuff, and you're like, dude, just like, just chill out. Same thing with Chicago battling Sylvia.
A
It seems like I'm hearing excuses.
B
So Minnesota. Oh, that was before. That was Simone Augustus when it was just ISO on an island and we decided to switch. So. Yeah. Anywho, that. That. That's the transition that I choose to use right now. We are going to move on to some exciting news in the wnba.
A
Yeah.
B
Portland Fire and expansion team that is to set start playing in 2026 is named Cavs assistant Alex Serama, first coach in team history. So the Portland Fire have found their person. He comes from the Cavs, where he was recently promoted to assistant coach and was previously the director of player development for them. He also had a stint in Portland as the director of player development for Rip City Remix, which is their G League team. Most of his experience comes from player development. And it just seems like this is the latest in the hiring from the NBA side. Nate to Tibbets, Natalie Nakase, Becky Hammond. All three of those achieved high success in their first year and beyond. So what are your first thoughts?
A
I mean, I'm glad they've had coach. I'm glad they've had coach. And I think looking at him coming from the Cavs and what the Cavs have been able to do in the NBA, the way that they play, the pace that they play at, I can see this kind of being the same pace that Golden State came in this year with just fast lots, lot of threes up. So I mean, it's going to be great to see.
B
Yeah, I agree with you. You know, obviously in a situation with an expansion team, you want to make sure that you're a guy. You have a guy that's going to make your players better. Because in an expansion draft you're getting those maybe tier two, tier three players, like those players that are six, seven on the roster. You have to develop them potentially into, you know, being ready to have the ball in their hands. So I can understand the importance of a player development coach. I just think that the WNBA is a copycat league. And WNBA has had success in coaches that have come from the NBA. But the problem that I have is a lot of the coaches that are going to come from the NBA are not going to be women. And in a league that is all women, I think that the coaching positions are kind of going back to men. And I think it's better to have the best person for the job. I'm all for that. I want the best human, best person, best leader for your franchise. But it's also about giving it a fair shot. And if everything is going towards NBA, do women walking in the door have a fair shot? And a lot of stuff is leaning towards analytics. Coach Serama is saying that he will implement a CLA approach to training which is constraints led approach. If you have not heard of this, I had not heard of this. So I will provide some, you know, background information. It's an innovative training system that he's become popular in European basketball, soccer and increasingly in the NBA. CLA is a training method that focused on adaptability and decision making. Instead of running the same drills over and over, Ceramo will rarely run the same drill twice, instead using small games with different rules on time limits to make players think and react in real time, which is more game like situation. So I can understand, he says, from my experience so far, the players absolutely love it because it's such a nice change up on what they've always done in the NBA careers. It's so much more engaging. And when you never know what you might do at practice one day as opposed to doing the same six NBA drills which every team does, every shoot around, every practice.
A
Thoughts, that's a lot. It's going to be interesting to see how that translates to the W. Obviously that's something. I mean, not running the same drills all the time is great. You get to try different stuff. And I think just like you said, like that game, like experience making you have to think and be like, whoa, it's not just the exact same thing we were just doing. I mean that's going to be great because it helps your IQ in general.
B
So yeah, it's so interesting you all ran that without the. You guys ran the same drills just with different players this year. Yeah. In Indiana. It wasn't probably intentional because you guys were in it. It's not. I'm not, I'm not making a joke about that. I'm just simply saying like the way y' all adapted with different players and just plug and repeat. I. That's insane. So anyway, the Portland also announced that they have hired UConn alum and former WNBA player Ashley Battle as their vice president of basketball operations, strategy and innovation. As you know, Battle is a three time NCAA champion with the Huskies, played six seasons in the W. And according to Portland's official statement, Battle will utilize her scouting background to oversee roster construction and talent identification. I think it's going to be very interesting where the remaining few franchise go. What we got, we got Toronto left to hire a head coach. We've got Dallas left to hire a head coach. New York and we've got New York left to hire a head coach. And right now as it sits for a league and I'm not saying giving anybody, giving anybody the head coaching position, that is not what I'm saying. I'm saying having it be a fair competition for women and especially women of color to have an opportunity to coach in the wnba. And right now we have zero African American women that are head coaches. And the NBA recognized that problem in the NBA with black males and Adam Silver implemented a number of rules and hiring and, and especially in the process of the interviews and the criteria and all that stuff. And now look, there's a number of men that are represented by the NBA that are now head coaches. And so with that being said, I'd like our league to do a little bit better and you know, but at the end of the day, if you're a franchise, you get to make the decisions for your franchise. Exactly.
A
I mean we were just talking, I'm just gonna say we were just talking about how you are Chicago down and the kids can't even root for the Dodgers is all I'm saying. So how do you feel about chi town hosting 2026 All Star?
B
It's going to be a good time. We hosted the all star game in 2022 and we had a time. Chicago in the summer. There is no better city and I will say that with my entire chest. The league announced that It'll hold the 2026 All Star Game in Chicago next summer, Saturday, July 25th at the United Center. The United center, not Wintrust at the United Center. Three point contest and Skills Challenge will take place the night before at wintrust and it will be the second time that Chicago is hosting. And Chicago is never going to disappoint, so it's going to be great. WNBA fans should be excited about that for sure.
A
After he won the national championship in 2022. I saw you Candace in the crowd and I just grabbed the mic and said it. I love you girl.
B
And I felt that because I saw myself in you. The joy, the pressure, the entire journey.
A
You've always been someone that I've looked up to and hearing you say you got this, that meant more to me than you probably even know.
B
That's what Adidas is all about. The you got this campaign as a reminder that support, even one moment, one voice can change everything.
A
Whether it's a coach, a teammate, a friend. Sometimes it just takes someone reminding you who you are.
B
We've both had those people and now we're trying to be that for someone else.

Is brought to you by Prize Picks, where being right actually gets you paid. You and I make decisions every day. But on Prize picks, when you're right, it pays off. Whether you're locked into football, basketball, or both. Like me, it always feels good to be right. So for once at this point in the season, as a Bears fan, I'm not totally checking out on football. Every year I tell myself that this might be the year. This might be it. The Bears might finally cross over and be relevant and I end up disappointed. But this year we got some thrilling last second wins, exciting new players and dare I say like hope we have a qb. That's like finding receivers and got a run game. Our defense has always been on lock, so hope for this season. But if your team has you down on football, the best way to get up for Sunday is to play on prize picks. It's super fun and simple to play. All you have to do is pick more or less on at least two players stats. That's it. If you're right, you win cash it's that simple. I've been keeping an eye on Baker Mayfield and Josh Allen lately. And listen, y' all know I hate the Eagles, but I've got Saquon in my fantasy lineup, so I always pick the more on Saquon. It's the only time you'll see me rooting for the Eagles, and what I love most is how quick and easy it is. You can make your lineup in under a minute. And now that basketball's back, Prize picks even added stacks. So if you want more on Steph Curry's points, threes, assists, you can play them all in one lineup. If your team's stressing you out every Sunday like mine has in the past, not now because we're on a run on a win streak. Just make it fun again with Prize Picks. Download the Prize Picks app today and use Code Post moves to get $50 in lineups after you play your first five dollar lineup. That's code post moves to get $50 in lineups AFTER you play your first five dollar lineup. Prize picks it's good to be right Candace.
A
Honestly, my favorite plays are the ones where a teammate just knows what you need. Like they're two steps ahead.
B
Exactly. That's the AT T guarantee. They don't wait for you to ask. In rare event of a network outage, they'll automatically credit you for a full day of service.
A
So basically it's like your PG throwing you the perfect pass before you even post up. Like just lead me to the rim.
B
Or when AB is already in position before anyone else sees it coming.
A
All I'm saying is staying connected matters. And with AT and T, they make sure that you're covered.
B
That's connection with commitment. That's the AT&T guarantee.
A
AT and T connecting changes everything.
B
Credit for fiber downtime lasting 20 minutes or more or for wireless downtime lasting 60 minutes or more caused by a single incident impacting 10 or more towers. Must be connected to impacted tower at onset of outage. Restrictions and exclusions apply. See att.com guarantee for full details.
A
All right, Candace, I don't know if you saw this, but I hope you did because you're literally first team. But did you see that the AP unveiled its greatest college players of all time? First team and second team. Did you see that? Because I did.
B
Completely humbled to be on this list. No, for real. Like I grew up trying to do moves like Cheryl Miller, obviously. Watch Diana Taurasi while she played. Am a huge fan of Brianna Stewart. Caitlin Clark watched her dominate in college same Thing along the second team list. I would like to say, and I know that I'm going to go against everything I've always said, so to catch everyone up, post ups. In honor of the 50th anniversary, the first Associated Press Top 25 poll for women's college basketball. AP has named the greatest players since the first poll in 1976. So this is a lot of years and I am completely honored and humbled, but I will give up my spot on the first team for Shamique Holsclaw. Shamique Holsclaw is the reason why college basketball, what, Three championships in a row. She was the first to do that. She is ahead of leading scorer at the University of Tennessee. Dominated. College was like the Jordan in college was on Slam magazine before they were just giving slam covers to everybody. I just. I'm being honest. Shamiqua Hosclaw not being on this first team hurt my soul, my heart when you cut me, I bleed orange. So I know that this list is really difficult because there are a lot of great players that are probably left off this list, but also could be on the first team. But, man, to not have Shamika Hosclaw on the first team, y' all are. This is college. We're not talking about whole career. We're talking about college. That mid range, she moved different mid range pull up game was nasty. Three championships in a row. Like, yeah, so I'll take myself off. I'm second team now.
A
Oh, that's not how it works. Anyways.
B
Put me down there.
A
That's really not how it works. I'm confused as to why you even say that.
B
I don't want to be on first team.
A
That's literally. Babe, you don't have a choice if.
B
She'S not on first team. Because I'm telling you, we'll just next.
A
To your name and put her name right there, too.
B
She was a problem. Exactly. But I think that it's a huge honor and I'm super grateful. Obviously, there's a lot of championships on there, and I think that that, that is huge. So, Yeah, I mean, 1976. That's crazy. That's a lot of. That's a lot of years. That is a lot of years. Another thing. I'm excited. We've talked about a lot in this, what we want to talk about, but the NBA, it's back. It's back. The NBA is back. Aaliyah, you have no idea how upset my family is. I have a TV, and on the television, there will be simultaneously eight games playing. I am so excited that the NBA's backing. Then guess what? That goes Monday through Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and then on the weekends it's football. You get your football Saturday, Sunday. Like my family hates this time, this time of year, I'll just tell you. But it's really exciting. Opening night doubleheader, Oklahoma City, Houston Rockets. Immediately OKC banner raising SGA coming off MVP, 32.7 points, 5 rebounds, 6.4 assists. Crazy stat line guard to do that. Crazy MJ himself self rockets with KD. Obviously the loss of Fred Van Fleet, which will. Which will be tough. But I like KD and Houston with that young core Lakers warriors, we're not going to get to see Steph Braun. We're going to see Luca. See Luca and Steph. And I just am really. I'm really excited about the season. I think there's going to be a lot of parody as well.
A
So. Yeah, I have a question for you.
B
All right. What's up?
A
Way too early predictions. Who you really got? Who's. Who's your fan?
B
Well, I got Ant man as my mvp. I think he's going to take another step this year. I think OKC goes back to back. I got Cavs and OKC in the finals. I got Donovan Mitchell taking that step getting past the second round. Yeah, I like it. I think. What about you?
A
I like it. Well, you know, I ride for my Pacers, but if I had to go someone else outside of my Pacers. I love the Cavs. I literally love watching Donovan Mitchell hoop. Anytime that there's a, like they have a game and I'm anywhere, I'm like, hey, I'd like to go. I'm going. Because he's just. He's just smooth. He is really smooth.
B
You know what's so interesting in making that comparison? You love watching Donovan Mitchell, but really, Evan Mobley is kind of you, man. Like the way that he's able to operate at the top of the key. They implemented him in the offense a lot more last year. So I look for him to like the Cavs go as he goes. I know Donovan's going to put up what he puts up and he is unstoppable. But I think that they make it to the finals, how much they give Evan, but also what he's able to do with that. That step he takes from last year. So I am excited in all the other synonyms of whatever excited is. That's what I am. Because the NBA is back, baby.
A
It's back.
B
It's back. All right, that wraps what we Want to talk about presented by AT&T. Connecting changes everything. So now that we're officially in the off season, I feel like we can finally catch up on everything that we have missed talking about. In the end, during the season, you probably were a little bit more involved with basketball scouting report and watching film and stuff like that. I've been watching movies and music and shows and things like that. So welcome to the party.
A
Thank you. I mean, I'm happy to be here.
B
Reality and. And of those shows, one that recently came out was the Netflix starting five. I have become a huge fan of the quarterback that Netflix puts out with. You know, Patrick Mahomes in the first season, really fell in love with, like, Joe Burrow and seeing how he works and things like that in the next season. And then obviously Netflix doing starting five. On the basketball side. Last year, LeBron Ant Edwards was on there. This year they followed OKC guard Shay Gilus Alexander, Indiana Pacers, Tyrese Halberton, then Phoenix Suns Kevin Durant. Because this season came out, but it was from last season. It was covering last season. LA Clippers guard James Harden and Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown. I. I think so far it's been pretty good.
A
Haven't finished it. It's nice. I've seen. I watched a little bit of it and I try not to get the spoilers because you're scrolling on social media and people are like, clipping this stuff. And I'm like, hold on, let me.
B
Did you have a spark notes?
A
Yes.
B
Okay. I'm just making sure. Now it's like chat GPT. We were, like, ahead of the game.
A
No, we had spark notes.
B
Okay. I was. But, you know, Instagram will give you.
A
The spark notes anytime I miss an assignment. Spark notes, like, spark notes, they give the best summary. I'll tell you that.
B
Man, I'd be in there, like, talking about the Great Gatsby. Like, I really understood it. And I'd be like, I just read sparknotes.com. hey, listen, sometimes about working smart, not necessarily working harder. But with that being said, there were a couple clips that came out, Kevin Durant talking about how he trolled people online.
A
That was funny. That was really funny.
B
Wild. I feel him.
A
I really feel him.
B
But I love that he owns it. Like, and Kevin Durant asking the cameras to ask James Harden about what happened in Brooklyn.
A
Yeah.
B
So we will not spoil it on this show because we want you all to watch.
A
Exactly.
B
You know, form your own opinions. But if we did have a WNBA starting Five show, who would be on the cast? And why. Ooh, who's on your cast? I mean yourself, of course.
A
Oh, okay. Swag. So, A.B.
B
Caitlyn, did you just talk about yourself in third person? You didn't say me. You said a B or you. That's wild. That's crazy. You talk about.
A
I talk about myself in third person quite often. Really? So back.
B
I mean. Okay, go ahead.
A
See, this is one of the jokes. This is when the jokes.
B
I'm sorry.
A
Caitlin, Asia, angel, and Fee.
B
Okay. I like it. I like it. I would go. I would go the same. I go the same list. I'd like to see. I. I think Brianna Stewart's dope, so I'd like to see her. I also really like. Yeah, I like Fee because she's the mom. I think AT would be cool. That'd be a cool dynamic. Or Kalia Copper would be another one. I know I'm biased, but she's hilarious. Yeah, I like that list.
A
Thank you.
B
I really like that list.
A
You said that I was late to the party, but I want you to know that I'm an official, like, binge watcher. I get through shows like there's no tomorrow. Like, I need shows that have, like, six to seven seasons because the more the better. Like, the more I don't have to think about looking for another show, the happier I am. Like, any. I hate the limited series because why do you only have nine episodes? Why do you not have people?
B
It's for people like me that have kids. It took me. I. I think we're on, like, month four of the Lioness.
A
I promise you, we probably could never watch it.
B
And the problem is. The problem is I fall asleep. So I start watching with great intentions. But at 9:30, when you start watching a show with me, guess what? And then I'm gonna open my eyes and act like I saw it.
A
Oh, yeah.
B
I really have no idea.
A
Oh, my God.
B
I really have no idea what's going on in the show. And then I get in trouble because it's like, then we have to rewind and watch it.
A
You have to just seriously watch it on your own. Like, I don't. We don't have time.
B
But then that's cheating. If you watch a show that you're watching with somebody. No.
A
Cheating is like you falling asleep. That's just rude.
B
So, yeah, I guess I am. I feel bad, but, I mean, we. We know this. This is a pattern. This is a habit. It's like being, like, mad at Shaq for missing free throws. Right? Like, you know that this is me. I I go to sleep when you turn.
A
Watching our show at 6:30. Like, no one's even ready for that because we have kids and I have a dog.
B
We have three kids and three dogs. There is not time to watch a TV show during the day. And I do the podcast with you.
A
I don't know.
B
So there's not. Figure that out, because there's not time. But we gotta get to our own starting five, our favorite shows of all time. And boy, do we have a list. We've got a list. This was really difficult to come up with. Yeah, this was really difficult to come up with. All time. I will just throw this out there because I think it depends on what you're feeling. There are shows that you can watch over and over and over and over again.
A
I'm not a show repeater.
B
So when you sit down for dinner and you just want something, you won't put a show that you've seen on?
A
No. Why would I do that?
B
There's only been.
A
There's only been one show I've rewatched, which.
B
What's that?
A
Actually, both Scandal and Gossip Girl are the only two shows I've ever rewatched. And that's because there was literally nothing. When I say nothing else on tv, that's it. And so those are the only two. Outside of that, I can't go. Like, we can't go back. And I already know. I already know who Gossip Girl is. So when I was watching the whole show, I was like, how did he really get away. Away with this? You know what I'm saying? Like, how.
B
Okay, can I admit something?
A
What?
B
I've never seen Gossip Girl. What? There are a number on your list of your favorite shows. Let's read our favorite show list. How about that? And then I'm so stuck on.
A
You haven't watched Gossip Girl, but I'll start. Okay, so Queen of the south, the Blacklist, Scandal, how to Get Away With Murder, Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries, Breaking Bad, and Lincoln Lawyer.
B
And mine are shows I watch over and over and over again. Sister, Sister, Modern Family, Scandal, Martin, New York, Undercover, Orange is the New Black, Fresh Prince, Saved by the Bell, Full House. That's so Raven and Narcos.
A
I can't lie. It's a great list. Your list is your list.
B
I really appreciate it, but we do have to figure out what tier this is. And this tier list has gotten me in trouble before. So I got to be careful about where I rank some of these shows.
A
You're so unserious.
B
Yeah, our producer showed us the Tier list. I was like, ah, I don't know if I want to do this again. I'm scared.
A
Well, I would like to start with Aaliyah's. Never seen it. The only one that I have not seen from your list is New York Undercover. That.
B
That was an epic show, and I.
A
Really don't think I've watched the entire thing of Narcos. Those are the only two. Please don't yell at me, but can.
B
You please watch Narcos? Like, that's a show that I. 100% even. But watch it with subtitles. Like, don't. Don't do the translation. Like, watch it with subtitles. It is.
A
Oh, I don't know about that. I don't.
B
Just trust me. I won't leave you. I. I promise I won't lead you wrong. Just watch it.
A
Well, those are the only two I haven't watched.
B
Okay, so the two you haven't watched. Narcos and New York Undercover. Though I feel bad saying this. I have not seen Queen of the South. I have not seen the Blacklist. I have not seen Gossip Girl. I haven't seen Vampire Diaries. What are you doing? And I haven't watched Lincoln Lawyers.
A
Are. Are you kidding me? Are you serious? I. Why would you do this?
B
So go ahead and rank. You gotta rank one, and I'll rank one. I feel like we should. We should jump over that because I feel embarrassed that I haven't watched those shows.
A
Queen of the south and the Blacklist are going in S. They like. I. Those two shows right there. I could really even put Scandal in there for real. But I'll just keep those. Queen of the south and the Blacklist. Like, that's. That's my two. Go ahead.
B
Queen of the south and Blacklist are your two S's. Okay. The problem with this is I'm gonna have everybody as an S. You can't do that. I know, I know, I know. I know. It's greatest of all time. I got you. Okay. I have to say the Modern Family is an S. It is the greatest show. I can watch that with my family. I can have joke. I. It is epic. I love the Modern Family. I will say another one that is S. Because we're only picking two, right? Or can I go more?
A
We'll. Girl.
B
I just.
A
No, no.
B
I do believe. Believe Scandal is an S. Yeah.
A
That's a good one.
B
Except when she moved into the White House, that's when she turned. When she moved into the White House, I was like, kerry Washington, I love you so much, Olivia. Pope with the little lip.
A
I love me some Olivia.
B
She does the lip and everything. I love Olivia Pope. I still quote Olivia Pope, but, God, like, moving into the White House. That's wild.
A
Hey, Zombie.
B
Nah, bro. And then moved out because it wasn't right for her. Like it. That was wild. Okay, so Scandal. I mean, Fresh Prince. We got. We got throw Fresh Prince in the S. So I'm doing three at the top.
A
Okay, okay, okay, okay. So my A list. Now I'm going Scandal and how to Get Away with Murder and Low key Handle. I know we're saying that we can't do three, but Breaking Bad was.
B
Oh, that's a show.
A
Show like Breaking Bad has to go in A. I'd go how to get it with Murder, Scandal, and Breaking Bad.
B
In A. I really like that.
A
They ate that up.
B
I really like that.
A
Yep.
B
All right. A is sister, Sister. Because I was in Tamara my entire life. I would say Full House. Learned a lot of lessons from Danny Tanner. Rest in peace.
A
I know. So sad.
B
And I will say Narcos.
A
That's good. That's good. Okay, so for my B, I'd go Gossip Girl and Vampire Diaries. I really don't even want to put Lincoln Lawyer in C because I love Lincoln Lawyer.
B
Like, he.
A
I'mma put him in B. We'll put Lincoln Lawyer in B. But he is just too good. Like, there's nothing this man can't do. Are you kidding me? And. And I just love that he just gets driven around everywhere. He's so unserious. Sometimes he forgets stuff. But one thing about him, when he get in that courtroom. Oh, it's time to go. So, yeah. All right. That's my list.
B
I made a huge era. No, it's not era. It's error. I'm tripping. I was trying to say ERA the other day, and I kept saying ara. And so, yeah, anyway, I digressed. Martin is definitely not in a B category. I grew up on Martin. I can quote Martin. Another one that's left off the list is Dave Chappelle. Those two shows. But Martin 100% has got to be on the A category. So I'm gonna. I'm gonna just go and say I'm breaking all the rules and putting Martin up there. And I would say my B is, of course, New York Undercover, Orange is the New Black, and that's so Raven. So that wraps up mine.
A
That's good.
B
Wraps up my list.
A
I like it.
B
Are there any, like, notable shows that have been left off?
A
Let me tell you, I did, like Saved by the Bell. It's not anything that's S a or.
B
My list and I forgot. I like Saved by the Bell too.
A
I love Saved by the Bell. Screech, screech. Dang.
B
I'm so excited. I'm so excited. Yeah. I'm so scared. That was the show. It taught us about drugs. It taught us about relationships. It taught us not to hit and run with the car. Tell the truth. Yeah. Saved by the Bill. We learned a lot of lessons about, you know, high school and then in college when they broke up at the little summer.
A
I know.
B
I was devastated because Zach and Kelly were just their relationship goals.
A
That was a good show.
B
Yeah. But also, I do have to throw in there. I am a murder show watcher. Dahmer was. I know it.
A
Yeah.
B
Feathers and things like that. But Dahmer was unbelievable. I'm actually watching a John Wayne Gacy show now, so, yeah, the murder shows will definitely be in the C tier, so I'm cool with that one. Yeah. So those are our shows. You all send us some recommendations of what we can watch.
A
I'm actually watching. I'm actually watching Orphan Black right now, and it's pretty good. And I don't know if you're into, like, reality tv, but Love is Blind, season nine.
B
I love that. I love Love is Blind.
A
Who do you think is gonna make it to the wedding? Because my guy, Edmund, I'm. Nice. Do you remember that part, too? Nice.
B
See? Do you watch the Ultimatum?
A
I love the Ultimatum.
B
Well, like, I watched the Ultimatum Queer, and they just canceled it. I was.
A
I watched.
B
Oh, really? I watched one of them canceled. Well, thank you for watching it and supporting the culture. But basically, yeah, Ultimatum is wild because you have people that are, like, going to the show knowing that they just want to.
A
They just want to date other people.
B
I just. You just gave them permission.
A
Myself. Going on the ultimatum, putting my business on the street. Like, why are you telling someone, like, what you don't like about me? Like, you're unserious. Like, let's just break up.
B
But see, for me, it's like the person that wants to get married and is giving the other person the ultimatum, the other person doesn't want to get married. So you're literally giving them what they want. They want to go and mess with other people. So you're giving them, like, a hall pass. It should be called the hall pass. That's what I think it should be called because it is wild. And, like, queer is wild because it's like, what? Where's the line. Like what? What is crossing the line? What's not?
A
Like they don't come in there with any restrictions. Last last season they got matching tattoos and they was like, you knew you shouldn't have got a matching tattoo. You knew you were dead wrong for a matching tattoo. And you're talking about I'll always love you. And you knew you weren't gonna choose her anyways. Why would you play my oh my God, Knowing you and your partner said if you guys are getting married, you were gonna get a matching tattoo. Now the playlist, that's not for everyone.
B
But the playlist was wild. Too.
A
Crazy.
B
Like the playlist was wild. Yeah. So anyway, if you all have not watched those shows, sorry for spoiling it, but still watch it.
A

School is back in session and school buses are on the road. This is a simple reminder for all drivers. You must slow down and prepare to stop when approaching a school bus from the front or behind when it's displaying flashing yellow lights. Those lights mean that the bus is getting ready to stop for students. Every state has a law that makes it illegal to pass a school bus with its red lights flashing and stop arm extended when it is stopped to load or unload. Students not stopping for a school bus or trying to beat the stop arm puts lives at risk and can result in large fines, points on your license, and even license suspension. If you're driving, especially in school zones or where children may be traveling to or from the school bus, slow down and stay alert. Paid for by nhtsa.

That's really weird. Let's try it again. My Gamecocks. Okay, you know what? You know what? Whatever. My Gamecocks are ranked number two in the preseason poll. Okay? We're bringing back seven players from last season. Squad. Okay? And all I'm saying is, when it comes to my Gamecocks, like, it doesn't even matter. It doesn't even matter what's happening before, what's happening. Like no other team matters. Is Gamecocks above everyone. Okay? We did have sad news that Khloe Kitts is out with a torn acl. So that is definitely super big for the Gamecocks. But you know what they say. When something happens and someone else needs to rise up, you have to be ready. And so I'm excited to see my Gamecocks. It's. It's going to be a great season. We got to make sure I'm there for that South Carolina Tennessee game, though, right? Right. Right.
B
All I know is my volunteers are number seven. And guess what? It's not how you start, it's how you finish. So I love this for you. This. You got this moment. Congratulations on this. I wish nothing but the best for the Gamecocks against everybody else, except.
A
Hmm. That is really weird to say, don't you think?
B
No, not at all.
A
Hmm. Well, guess what?
B
Wow. Read this stat. Hold on. I got a shout out to our producer, Chelsea. South Carolina has led the country in average attendance for the past 11 seasons, tying the record set by Tennessee from 2004 to 2014. That's nice. Can we clap for that?
A
Do you want a trophy?
B
Thing is big. I was there. No, I remember going to South Carolina when there was not.
A
Yeah.
B
50 people in the stands that were cheering for South Carolina, because now look at us, Tennessee. But now look.
A
Leading the league.
B
Look at y'.
A
All.
B
Okay.
A
Leading the nation. Thank you.
B
I like it.
A
Anyways, that was my. You got this moment presented by Adidas. Next week, it's back to you, Candace.
B
All right, it's time for one of our favorite parts of the show. This is unfiltered fan questions, Powered by Uncrustables. Find Smuckers Uncrustables in the freezer aisle. Learn more@uncrustables.com Keep sending us your questions. You can DM to the post, postmoose, Instagram, or leave it in episode comments on YouTube, whatever you want to do. So first question is from Heather Ratcliffe. 9561. What will you be working on in the off season? AB and if Candace offered some one on one time, would you jump on that?
A
Candace, thank you for offering your one on one time for sure. Because 100%. I 100% would. And I'm going to be working on everything, I think being consistent around the rim, you know, just the way I started off the season and just finishing well around that area, but also working on that midi, being able to score anywhere in the midi and then the three ball, of course. So I'm kind of working on everything. I feel like every off season you just continue to work on everything. The inside game will always be my bread and butter, but being able to stretch the floor a lot is important for me.
B
I like that. I like that. And not fouling. Right.
A
And anyways, question two, question. Next question. From a moment of clarity, 6318. What Olympic sport besides basketball do you think you could do well at?
B
Volleyball would be my other sport. Yeah, I played volleyball in high school. Daughter plays. So I still kind of mess around with the volleyball outside. I don't know if it would be beach or indoor. I'm thinking more so indoor. Just because beach is a lot like two players with a big old court. That's a lot. But I still play. I'll. I'll play occasionally. On the weekends we'll go to the beach and play some beach volleyball. But I really enjoy it. I loved it. I probably would have pursued it, but basketball kind of got in the way.
A
So, yeah, slay queen.
B
Yeah. So yeah, volleyball. What about you?
A
I don't know if it would be volleyball because I don't like the ball coming over the net. Super. It's like, no, thank you.
B
So.
A
Honestly, low key because I couldn't do it. When I was a kid, I would do gymnastics. You might wonder if that's even a possibility. And the thing is, the good thing about that is that we don't ever have to know.
B
You know, it would flip one time and be at the end of the.
A
Beam and guess what?
B
You know, like Dominique Dawes would do, like.
A
And I'm like this. And they'd be like, 10, 10, 10, 10.
B
Yeah, we gotta see your cartwheel before we can give you a 10.
A
Let me. I'll start practicing. Okay.
B
Question number three. Stay calm, just laugh.
A
I love it.
B
Okay, with a name like that, you better come with a funny question. When is A.B. and I. You're not disappointing. When is A.B. going to release her first music track? Her singing is so beautiful. Ay, ay.
A
I'm actually working on that right now. I'm hoping to have it released just around Christmas. My first track will be Christmas Mariah Aaliyah.
B
Boston Carey.
A
Exactly. And my goal is to really go for the high notes. I feel like if I can really get those, that'll really just put me on a different track. So I'm definitely gonna come out with, like, some Christmas carols, some Christmas songs. DM me, though. DM me. Let's work on something.
B
And our producers got everybody fooled. That was auto tune.
A
No, it wasn't.
B
They calm. Just laugh. Auto Tune. Oh, we're gonna have a sing off at our next live. Okay. Do a live show.
A
Bring your best song. Bring your best song.
B
We don't have single.
A
You need to be able to hit the high notes, too. And don't just try to stay here. A little monotone. Anybody got time for that? Get up. Okay. All right. Okay. This last one isn't a question, but it is a comment. And this is from Lenora felon 3350. She loves the podcast and. Hold on. Thank you so much. I'm shouting. No, no, no, no, no. But I was. I know what that means.
B
Okay. I was like. You were struggling on that.
A
No, I was. I was going to talk about the. I was just going to jump into the fact that she shouted out the family phone plan, but you try to tell me. I don't know what point of view. I know I wouldn't talk to him, but damn, that was a lot. That was. You did a lot.
B
Okay, so I was trying to be a good.
A
That was a lot. That was a lot. But anyways, Lenora loves the podcast and point of view. And also, Lenora wants everyone to know that there's no problem with the family phone plan. Candace, she's talking to you. She's talking to you. She transfers that bill to her mama every month. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
B
Said I'm a millennial. And I'm still on a family plan with my parents, too. And auto transfer my portion of the bill to my mom every month. And millennials do it, too.
A
Thank you. Now what? Now what?
B
I just. I'm just upset because as soon as I turned 18, I got off everything. My parents was like, get off legally. You are not our responsibility. Anymore. Bye. Bye.
A
Well, guess what?
B
And I had two phones. I had my little sidekick.
A
See, that was your problem.
B
We just got my Sidekick open.
A
I gotta get you a flip phone now. I feel like I would.
B
I would rock a flip phone. I have no problem. I had a BlackBerry forever until finally, like, Layla was like, two. When I finally was like, all right, I'll get a Samsung. Then I got. I didn't get my iPhone until, like, she was like, five. So I. I held strong for a long time.
A
Proud of you. Proud of you. And, hey, I just send that money to my mama. Don't be mad.
B
I literally. So at what point are you like. Like, do you have to start another family to get off?
A
Yeah, when I get married. When I get married.
B
You mean you're not gonna bring your hubby? You're not gonna bring your hubby on the plan?
A
Nah, to be honest. What? He like, come on. He'll send his portion. Don't even worry about it.
B
And then when Little Bone Quesa born, you gonna be like, just a crazy name.
A
That's a crazy name because you could have picked a different name.
B
I'm just saying, when you add Little Bone Quesa, she gonna have, like.
A
Like, Melanie or something. You ever watch that one show? I know we passed shows. What was that one show? And then all we can end for real. The football one. And g the game.
B
Oh, with Melody, girl.
A
Melody.
B
Yeah. That just give me thinking that that was a good one. No, we gotta put the game. Yes. That show is one of my favorites. I still will binge watch that. Okay. All right. We've digressed. We've moved on. We've. We've come back to a circle. We've done all those things. This episode has been a lot of fun. That does it for our unfiltered fan questions powered by uncrustables.
