A
Is it not great Sitting next to me during a USC basketball game?
B
I watched a crazy ass fan in the stands and her name is Aaliyah Boston. I have never seen you. Like, I was like, who is this person?
A
It's how I get down.
B
You were yakking at fans. You were going back and forth with a, with a USC Trojan fan.
A
Like, with like 8 year old too. I think he was like, he was like, you're rooting for the wrong usc. And I was like, boo, you're.
B
No, that's not all you said, Ms. Boston. That's not all she said. What's up, everyone? And welcome back to another episode of Post Moves. I'm Candice Parker here with my co host, Aaliyah Bosson.
A
That's me. I'm back and I'm better. I want you.
B
It's a different key. We're gonna follow us. How do you follow. Follow us at postmoveshow on all socials to hear Aaliyah sing. And don't forget to hit that subscribe button on YouTube, Spotify, Apple or wherever you get your podcasts.
A

B
I just feel like we want people to come back and listen to us. So we just open the show up with just like off key singing. It's like we want them to come back subscribe and we're like.
A
Please come.
B
Back and listen to us and whatever.
A
We should probably start on a positive note. And who's in first place in the NFC North?
B
Yo, I love you for that.
A
Who is the first?
B
I love you for that because you didn't even know you had to read that. But you're not gonna knock me down because the Bears.
A
Who's in first place?
B
The Bears are 7 and 3 and we just had a huge win yesterday against the Vikings who we lost to in the first game of the season. We were up by a lot in the first half. Second half, we almost squandered it though. I, I will say that we were up 16 to three and we, we let the Vikings come back. McCarthy found his rhythm, came back Justin Jefferson, you know, some incredible catches.
A
Y.
B
They took the lead by one. And then in Caleb, we trust.
A
Woohoo.
B
Swift in swift we trust. We ran the ball. Our defense, you know, know, came through a little bit. Offense really came through. Knocked down a field goal. I was screaming. I'm not going to lie. My sons have no choice but to be Bears fans. My daughter just kind of like, tolerates it.
A
She just.
B
Anya was just like, yay. Watching the game. She has no idea about football. So it was. I'm really excited to be a Bears fan. I have hope.
A
Yeah, me too.
B
Do you have a football team that you follow?
A
No, I'm just supportive. Whoever is winning on that day, we are in unity.
B
Okay, well, anyway, shout out to all the Bears fans out there. We deserve this. I just keep waiting to get our heart broken week after week, but we just keep coming through. I'm really excited you were in la.
A
I saw you.
B
We'll get to the game later, but it was great to see you. It was so good. Didn't really get to talk to you that much because you were screaming and yelling from the sideline for your. Well, usc. Gamecocks.
A
Gamecocks. Are you kidding me? Like, what? I was arguing with everybody. I feel like that was the only thing to do in a moment.
B
And you are amazing. Obviously, I know that AB you are a great human being other than just being a great basketball player. But now you're making an impact and in your hometown. Did I get this correct? Aaliyah Boston foundation hosted your first financial literacy summit in St. Thomas, empowering eighth graders with essential money skills?
A
Yes. It was actually amazing. So I went back home, set up this summit, and it was really just about teaching kids the importance of money. Like, it's so easy when you're looking, especially on social media, you're looking at everyone these days and you see everybody buying the fancy stuff. And your thing is like, oh, when I get my first check, I'm going to go do the same thing. And it really does have to be that. So, I mean, it was everything. It was investment, it was budgeting, it was taking them around, vi vendors, they came and they set up their little shops. So they learned how to write checks, how to deposit checks, apply for jobs and stuff like that. So it really turned out pretty great. And I loved it.
B
That's amazing because I feel like in so many communities and so many households, people don't talk about money enough. And, you know, you learn your money habits from your upbringing and, you know, to be able to have that as a tool at 14 years old, I know I'm dealing with a 16 year old that, you know, now we use credit cards all the time. So she doesn't understand the value of money. And so I think it's the more we can do that. Teach people that it is a relationship, and it's. You shouldn't be scared of it, of the responsibilities. But there are smart decisions you can make early. So congratulations. That's huge. I love that. I love that. And the smile on your mom's face in that picture.
A
Oh, she was of you.
B
And just shows how proud. How proud Mrs. Boston is of her baby. I love that.
A
Yeah, it really turned out really great. I know you be hooping for real, but you and Shaq shooting on set? I mean.
B
Yeah, I. I worked at tnt. I worked at TNT this week, went and called the women's basketball Big east, which is something that we've gotten on the. On the Warner network. And so it was hilarious because I was there to actually be in studio for the Connecticut Loyola game, which I'm sure on the bingo card, UConn fans were like, what the hell? Why is she in studio calling our games? But you're gonna be seeing a lot of me Connecticut fans, and obviously UConn number one. They look really good, by the way. So the guys were in studio because, you know, they don't work that much now that they're part of, and they get paid a bunch, but don't work a lot. So they just were. Happened to be in the studio for one of their days this month. And I was there, and Shaq, of course, grabs the ball and was like, let's shoot free throws. And what they didn't catch was he threw me the ball. First free throw, swish. And then I was just there, and he was telling me, you know, I make him when I need to. I make them when I need to. That's how Shaq. That's my Shaq voice. That's my Shaq voice. That's what it is. But, man, if that dude could have ever hit free throws for real, like, it wouldn't have been fair. Like, somebody's got it. You gotta have something that is your Kryptonite, you know?
A
And he got it. Don't you worry.
B
I just am wondering what wimby's Kryptonite is.
A
Does he have one at this point?
B
I don't think so. I don't think so. I think we're like. It's just getting. It's getting crazy. Anywho, I want to bring up one of my favorite segments. It's called what We Want to Talk about, presented by AT&T. Connecting our fans to everything happening on and off the court. So, like, let's get into it. Let's do what we want to Talk about it.
A
Can we please start with the real USC combo right there? First of all, is it not great sitting next to me during a USC basketball game?
B
Well, first of all, I didn't get the full experience because I was like a little bit late because. Yeah.
A
Did you know what time the game started?
B
Okay.
A
Did you know?
B
I must tell everyone that I am the person that will sit and wait to be right on time to stuff.
A
Like, there's no reason.
B
And if I'm by myself, I'm usually right on time. But the problem is I had my family with me and they were late. I'm blaming them because they don't have the mic. And so. And it rained. It was raining in California.
A
It was raining all day.
B
Who does that?
A
What?
B
And everybody acts like there's rain is like Hurricane Katrina because nobody can drive. No, it's awful. So I just want to say that I got to the game and I watched a really good basketball game and I watched a crazy ass fan in the stands and that crazy ass fans happened to have won a national championship for the Gamecocks. And her name is Aaliyah Boston. I have never seen you. Like, I was like, who is this person?
A
It's how I get down.
B
You were yakking at fans. You were going back and forth with a.
A
That was USC I Trojan fan. Like, with like 8 year old too. I think he was like. He was like, you're rooting for the wrong usc. And I was like, boo.
B
No, that's not all you said, Mrs. Boston. That's not all she said. I'm not gonna tell. I'm not gonna tell the people because they. You have this reputation to uphold. But there were some things that came out of her mouth with, it's not boo. I'll tell you that.
A
No, no. Prove it.
B
You know, okay, well, aside from that and you yelling, travel in three seconds in foul every other time down the court, we saw a really great first half from two competitive teams. South Carolina pulled away in the second half dominated by that third quarter run that was led by Joyce Edwards, who had a solid double double 1710. She's trying to take a page out of Aaliyah Playmaker Boston with the four. With the four assists. Raven Johnson controlled the tempo of the team. You know, 14 points, 11 rebounds, 11 blocks as a guard. That was. That's unbelievable. Tessa Johnson hit some huge threes to open up that third quarter and open up the lead. She seemed like she was always the one that answered any run that any runs that South Carolina had. She Came up big with 14 points, four rebounds, five assists. You know, the Gamecocks returned just one starter from a year ago, which find our identity.
A
But I think this was a really good game for them. I think defensively was a lot better. I went, I told one of the coaches, I said I was looking at their game last time we got to lock in on that defense. And this was so good. This was so good.
B
Yeah, I thought defensively, I thought the physicality, the length of your bigs at the rim, I think definitely bothered, you know, usc, I gotta specify. The Trojans. Bothered the Trojans. But at the end of the day, you know, Dawn Staley, I think is very realistic in saying in her post game comments, she said, we have seven players who have to play a different role for us than what they had to with their previous school or even with us last year. It's hard. We're used to having a core group of players who have played together for a long time. This year, Raven is basically the lone person who has been part of that regime. And two years ago, you all were going through this similar battle in which you had four or five freshmen, I think, coming in. And that was the year you all went, I think undefeated. Or did you lose one game?
A
No, they. They went undefeated.
B
Undefeated and won the championship.
A
Yep.
B
And so with that being said, this is not unfamiliar territory for Coach Staley. And I just think it's. It's an. It's a challenge. I mean, every team is different in November than they are going to be in March. And I think it's just sticking with the, with the process. Don also said in the press conference she had a lot of tea to spill that Aaliyah will be around with South Carolina team next week and that you're on your way to being an MVP. That's what she said about A.B. yeah, own it.
A
So nice.
B
Is she nice though, or is she speaking the truth?
A
Both. She's nice and she's speaking the truth.
B
Just making sure. You better say it. Say it with your chest. What will you be doing?
A
Oh, I'm just gonna be training. Training down there. Coaches like, who's like, oh, you gonna work out with us? I don't know about all that. You know, I am gonna be a mental supporter. Go team them.
B
Box out drills are different. Like those box out drills when you come back from being a professional and then you go back to college and you realize, like, why are you diving at my legs? Like, I remember the first practice, I went back to Tennessee after playing pro and it's like pro practices. We play hard, but it's like an understanding of like, yeah, college. I'm like, yo, no, it's.
A
They're going for blood. I remember we had a box out drill. It was one of those that, like, there are no rules. You just have to get the ball and score. Like, I'm sorry, I cannot be in attendance. I cannot be in attendance for that.
B
Yeah, well, there was a. There was a box out drill that was showing online. I don't even remember what school it was.
A
Oh, I know it was.
B
And they were fighting, wrestling, all of those things. And my thing is, is like, yes, you want to play hard. And I understand coaches have to come in and set the tone sometimes, but that's not basketball.
A
No, that's a lot.
B
There's no way you're going to basketball. Like, if you want to run, if you want to prove a point, like, let's go to the bleachers and let's go to the stadium and run stairs. Or like, run until I throw up. But like, people diving at my knees and fall. Like, it's just. That's not basketball to me. And so not that Don's doing those drills. I'm just simply saying some circulating the Internet and I know exactly what.
A
Sorry, I know exactly what video you're talking about too. I literally just saw it and the guys were going at it like they were in the bleachers.
B
They were. They were diving.
A
Just.
B
I'm looking at this like crazy. Ah, just count me out of this. I can't. Yeah, maybe it's just. I'm not. Call me not tough enough. But at the same time, I think all of us have done those, like charge drills or the box out drills. But also the thing that drives me nuts is the random comments. Like I said something, somebody was like, it's cause you're a girl. And I wanted to comment back. It's because you're in your mama's basement commenting on something that you have no idea. Like, some of these people just need to look at themselves in the mirror and realize that they played in junior high. So you're a little. It's a girl. Your girl comment is like, it's scary. Yeah, I hope they don't get a job just because of that comment.
A
Like, somebody goes and looks need them to make money.
B
No, I'm talking about the person that commented. It's a girl. You're a girl. No, we want them to. You should not make sexist comments. All right, we're going to do in honor of the usc, the real USC game. We're going to do the best all time at usc. The best all time at usc. Who do you think would win the best all time Gamecocks versus the best all time.
A
Best all time Gamecocks.
B
So you're telling me that the best all time Gamecocks are going to be able to match up with Cheryl Miller, Lisa Leslie, Tina Thompson, Cynthia Cooper, and we're gonna throw Juju Wa Watkins in there because she deserves it. You're telling me they gonna match up?
A
100%.
B
All right. I'm not even gonna argue with you because you know. You know that's crazy.
A
Who.
B
Who's guarding Cheryl Miller?
A
Who isn't guarding Cheryl? You know what I'm saying? We're gonna throw bodies.
B
Y' all gonna have to throw some more than that. The new AP top 25 women's basketball poll is out.
A
Yeah.
B
And the top five rankings released remain unchanged. And you know, you got Michigan's in there. Michigan had a big game.
A
That was a really big game against.
B
Against Notre Dame. And then now they're gonna follow it up with trying to take on UConn this week, which I am looking forward to that you. Michigan has, like, a nice little solid core. I love how hard they play. I really enjoy watching them. Watching them play. But you got UConn number one. Just demolishing teams. Sarah Strong just almost double. Almost a triple double is not playing as many minutes as she would have had. You know, the game's been a little closer. South Carolina with a convincing win over the Trojans, which South Carolina's, you know, doing a great job at this point. I think they'll have a huge test during Thanksgiving week, which is. I'm. I'm calling their players ERA games. And so it's going to be. It's going to be really exciting for me to see some of the best. Yeah. And Turkey Day. So in tune in because that's going to be some big matchups. UCLA has a tough schedule coming up. I just watched them play at Vegas against North Carolina.
A
Yep.
B
And they were able to pull away in the second half. I thought it was a huge story. Yeah, I thought it was a huge story in terms of, you know, we got bets that's holding it down in the post. Doing a great job of establishing position. But UCLA being able to knock down some threes, I think has been. Opened it up.
A
Yeah.
B
Completely. Yeah.
A
That's that game, though. I think she had like, seven assists. She was.
B
Yeah. But that's the thing, like, as a Three point shooter. The ball is, is. It's coming from inside out. So it's coming as like a practice shot because they established in the post kick out.
A
So you're gonna have.
B
Yeah, you gotta just lace up and, and knock it down. They could be scary. Hannah Hidalgo as everyone. You'd be living under a rock if you didn't hear that she had 16 steals against Akron. 44 points, 16 steals, nine rebounds. She almost.
A
I wish she got that last rebound.
B
Come on, Hannah, you couldn't have got one more rebound. Sets the NCAA record for steals. I don't care who you're playing, you could be be playing the Southwest School of Arts. And if you get 16 steals, you doing something that is incredible.
A
In the same time she had. I was going to say the same time she had 44 Audi crooks. She had 43 in, in, in under.
B
20 minutes which is incredible. She's averaging 26.4. Hannah Hidalgo is leading women's basketball and scoring at 28.8. Although you know her Notre Dame Irish fell to Michigan, which Michigan did an amazing job guarding her. I think she was like 4 for 21 from. Yeah, from the field. Which is going to be difficult because they're going to have to find other ways. They're going to take Hannah or try to take Hannah Hidalgo away.
A
Yeah.
B
But Liv McGill from Florida averaging 25.8 points per game. I think there's a lot of sleeper teams. I think the top five is pretty consistent. I think Tennessee has struggled out the gate a little bit. You would think that they would be able to beat Belmont by a little bit more than they. Than they did. But you got to give it up to Michigan ranked number six. The high the second highest ranking in program history. So there's going to be a lot of, there's a lot of jockeying for position in, in that 5 to 10 range. Let's, let's talk about Duke already has two upset losses. Baylor beat him in unranked. West Virginia beat him without five players.
A
I can't lie. That was crazy.
B
I can't wait to call up Chelsea Gray and give her. That was crazy for that six players ejected in one of the West Virginia players had four fouls. So I was just like, so go at it. Go at her. I don't know. Because they don't have anybody to come. Like it's not.
A
That's why you have to stay on the bench.
B
Really.
A
You have to stay on the bench when there's a fight. Like I don't get. I don't get why we haven't learned that yet. The minute you get off that bench, you're out.
B
You cannot play instinct, though. I want those in. I want those instincts with my teammates. Because every time we'd have a scuffle, I'm like a.
A
Okay, I'll see y'.
B
All.
A
Because I'm not getting off that bench. I'm not. You're not throwing me out the game for being nosy, you know, y'. All.
B
All I'm saying is, Duke, you mean to tell me that there were five players playing and one of them had four fouls and you couldn't get that one player to foul out? That's kind of wild. We're going to do something that has become somewhat of an Internet sensation and it's called the starting five. Based on your jersey number, you're number seven. I'm number three. It's been going around on social media, especially the other day. Clutch points put out a graphic with starting fives based on jersey numbers. Some of them I'm a little surprised at as all time greats at jersey numbers. But we'll, we'll, we'll keep it moving. Some, I think were pretty accurate. We thought it would be fun to do it on post moves with our own jersey numbers. And I will allow Aaliyah to go first with number seven.
A
Oh, okay. So we have a B, obviously.
B
And then talk about yourself in third person. Is that.
A
Yes.
B
What happens when you make an all WNBA team? You start talking about yourself in third person. Wow.
A
It just makes sense.
B
Watch out.
A
It just makes sense to talk about myself in third person. So I'd go above. I think Tina Thompson would be a really good pick. Chrissy Toliver. She wore number seven.
B
That's a lot. I can't even see her in number seven with the sky. Yeah, but that. No, her number.
A
Does that not count?
B
No, it doesn't count.
A
Okay, so let me start.
B
No, Christy Tolliver is not number seven.
A
I want you to know. Well, then my numbers. We really shouldn't even do this because.
B
At this point, I mean, I'll give you Ariel Atkins. Well, I was gonna give you Ariel Atkins.
A
Yeah. But Candy Carter's not in the league. But she wore.
B
She's a. She's a bucket, though.
A
I know, but I'm saying. Will you count that if she's not in the league?
B
Yeah, because she's a bucket.
A
She can get a bucket. Okay, so I'd go ab. Tina Thompson. I'd go Ariel Atkins. Kennedy Carter.
B
That's weird with KT and A number seven Chicago jersey. I. This does not exist. This is AI.
A
But does it not count? Does it not count?
B
No, it doesn't count. This is AI. I didn't even. She was my teammate. We won a championship together. No, she didn't.
A
I'm gonna put her in there by default. So we're gonna put Chrissy Tolliver because.
B
And I was number 31 in the McDonald's All American game, and that was number 30, little me.
A
Ah.
B
So I'm one of the best. Number number 31.
A
I'm putting Christy to in there because there's a picture. She wore number seven and you can't tell me anything different. So thank you.
B
All right, I'm going to do mine. Number three. Number three is myself, Diana Taurasi. Neko Gumaque, because she is wearing number three for the storm. Oh, but you shout out to Nick. She is an all wnba. Yeah, but you just tried to say.
A
Because she was wearing.
B
What I'm saying is your resume under that number cannot be nothing like Christy did not. The reason why she got traded to LA was because in Chicago.
A
I don't care. I'm just rounding. We're just. It's a. It's a combination, you know, whatever.
B
All right, back to my starting five. Candace, since we're talking about ourselves in the third person. Diana Taurasi, Neca Gumaque. Delisha Milton Jones wore number three for the Mystics, but she was not number three. So I'll. I'll pause that. She can be honorary number three. Marie Ferdinand Harris with the Silver Stars was a straight up bucket, and she came to. She came to the LA Sparks and couldn't wear number three, although she was a bug it. So I thought about giving her number three. I'll go Courtney Paris, a double, double machine, and we'll do an honorary male. Because the reason why I wore number three because the reason why I wore number three was Allen Iverson. So, okay, I feel like he was the originator, the OG of number three being cool. So, okay, he's gonna be my honorary male. You know how, like, on the men's shows they always like, you know, female. We're just gonna make. We're gonna make males feel good. So Allen Iverson, I ride with it. Yep. You get that. There's other numbers I feel like, that are stacked. What number would you feel like is the best starting five? And do not say number seven because you struggled out of the gate to name.
A
Why can't I say number seven?
B
Give me a number that is stacked. I Have one.
A
Ooh, I o. I feel like. I feel like five is lowkey. A really good number. That's a really good number.
B
I think five is a great number. But I'm saying, have there been, like, people that have wore number five that is, like, it's. It's gonna beat the other. You know what I mean?
A
What number do you have?
B
I mean, I think number 22 is pretty ridiculous. I also would go with zero. Yeah, zero is pretty loaded.
A
Zero is loaded.
B
Got a lot of defense on zero. You got Elena beard, Jackie Young. Just a lot of physicality. Satu. Yeah. Kelsey Mitchell's a bucket, so she play a little defense.
A
But Kelsey, Kelsey be locking up. Don't play my girl. Don't play my girl. Don't. Don't do that.
B
Yeah, I think number 22 is pretty good. You got Cheryl Swoopes, Caitlin Clark, Asia Wilson, Courtney Vandersloot. I think that's a pretty solid. Yeah, that's pretty. So when you're picking your jersey number, I don't even know why. Why do you wear number seven?
A
Okay, so honestly, I wanted number four because I wore four in college, and when I got to Indiana, Queen was number four. So they were like, oh, you can' wear number four.
B
The number one draft pick. Timeout. The number one draft pick couldn't wear the number four.
A
Let me tell you. So going into college with South Carolina, I wore zero in college, and I was going to wear zero in. I wore zero in high school. I was going to wear zero in college, but my teammate Liv was coming at the same time, and she wanted to wear zero. And coach Daily was like, aaliyah, like, you guys just have to talk about you can wear zero, but you have to talk to Liv about it. Whatever. And I was like, you know what? I. I'm not even super worried about it. So then I was like, you know what? I'm just going to change numbers because I didn't really want to have to chat about changing number in general. I was just too quiet. So then I went number four, and I thought number four turned out spectacular. So then I went to the league, and they were like, oh, yeah, like, queen wears number four. And I was like, you know what? It's a fresh start. We can do this again. And then I didn't know what number to pick, but then seven in the Bible means, like, completion and all this stuff. And I was like, you know what? This is a new journey for me. Let's do it. And I was like, is seven. They were like, yeah, we could do seven. And so now period, seven, eight.
B
This is what is hilarious to me about women's basketball is that in no way, shape, or form is Wimby not wearing the number that he wants when he gets the team. Like, it is understood in the NBA. Like, if you are.
A
No.
B
Somebody. Yes, it is.
A
No. If somebody already had it, it's literally fine. You can enjoy it. You can enjoy yourself. I'm just gonna change.
B
I understand that mentality. That's great. But like, Anthony Davis, who is one of the. Like, he was coming to the squad and LeBron was like, hey, I'm going to give you your number when you come to the Lakers. So you can wear that if, you know, I'll go back to 6 or I'll. I'll go to 23 or, like, whatever. So I just am going to call on women's basketball to be better. Because when you have these primetime players that are coming to your organization, maybe it's dinner, maybe you buy them. I don't know, Uber eats on the road or something like that. But, like, you should be wearing number four, but number seven has. It does look good on you.
A
So thank you.
B
All right, before I get in more trouble, that's a wrap with what we want to talk about, presented by AT&T. Connecting changes everything.
A
After we won the national championship in 2022, I saw you, Candace, in the crowd, and I just grabbed the mic and said it. I love you, girl.
B
And I felt that because I saw myself in you. The joy, the pressure, the entire journey.
A
You've always been someone that I've looked up to. And hearing you say you got this, that meant more to me than you probably even know.
B
That's what Adidas is all about. The you got this campaign as a reminder that support, even one moment, one voice, can change everything.
A
Whether it's a coach, a teammate, a friend. Sometimes it just takes someone reminding you who you are.
B
We've both had those people, and now we're trying to be that for someone else.

Don't miss any of the excitement this basketball season on prize picks, where it's good to be right. It's the best time of year. The holidays are coming up. The NBA is back. We've got football on Sundays. My week is filled, and I love it. Now that I'm watching it all unfold, I've been having some fun on Prize picks too. It's super simple. All you have to do is pick more or pick less on at least two player stats and if you get your picks right, you cash in. I've hit a few lately. I had Steph Curry and Luka Doncic both going more on points. I know. Brilliant. And those guys are always in my Prize Picks lineup. And what I love is how easy it is to play. You can make your lineup in under a minute, and this season they added stacks. So if you want more on stuff points, threes and assists, you can play them all in one lineup. Plus, you can now follow other players on the app and copy their lineups with one click. So whether you've locked into hoops, football, or both, Prize Picks is the best way to make every game a little more fun. Download the Prize Picks app today and use Code Post moves to get $50 in lineups after you play your first five dollar lineup. That's code post moves to get $50 in lineups AFTER you play your first $5 lineup. Prize picks it's good to be right.
A
Candice Honestly, my favorite plays are the ones where a teammate just knows what you need. Like they're two steps ahead.
B
Exactly. That's the AT T guarantee. They don't wait for you to ask. In rare event of a network outage, they'll automatically credit you for a full day of service.
A
So basically it's like your PG throwing you the perfect pass before you even post up. Like just lead me to the rim.
B
Or when AV is already in position before anyone else sees it coming.
A
All I'm saying is staying connected matters, and with AT&T, they make sure that you're covered.
B
That's connection with commitment. That's the AT&T guarantee.
A
AT and T connecting changes everything.
B
Credit for fiber downtime lasting 20 minutes or more or for wireless downtime lasting 60 minutes or more caused by a single incident impacting 10 or more towers must be connected to impacted tower at onset of outage. Restrictions and exclusions apply. See att.com guarantee for full details. All right, y', all, this is in case you missed it. We're going to run through the best basketball content we saw on the Internet this week. And lately it's all basketball clips on my algorithm of fans of dominant play, of kids, of babies. Like just everything. And so we also want to start featuring your clips. So if you see something good, send it to us. Funny stuff, crazy highlights. I've seen some Kids crossover, like 8 year olds crossing over, like looking like Kyrie is crazy. Even your own videos, whatever you've got, we want it all. I thought that this was the best thing ever that I saw last week. And it was every parent's dream, right? Your baby's taking their first steps. However, every athlete's dream is when your baby's first steps are to dunk. And this dad could not contain his excitement. Baby grabs the ball. Baby's focusing, taking a couple steps. He takes his hands away.
A
Dunk. Look at the dad was already running.
B
He almost trips over the baby.
A
It's almost a foul, baby. Because he was so excited. He was so excited.
B
There's no, I, I would say that there's no greater feeling than your kid making their first basket. I'm not even kidding. Not even joking. There's no greater feeling. Like mama, like taking first steps. Dunking, Dunking.
A
It's.
B
Yeah, like it's a feeling.
A
So this next clip is of Oklahoma. Have you seen the 6, 7 trend that goes around with the kids now? You have the teams when, especially on like the camp days in Oklahoma, when they were playing, it was camp day. And, and what better time than on the free throw line when it's literally all you gotta do is make the free throw. You have all the kids standing in the crowd already going like this. I don't get this. I don't get it. But I feel like it could be like our 21. Remember, I'll be like, what's 9 plus 21? This is basically that. It's just reimped, you know, the crowd 6.
B
Look at the Oklahoma bench too. The bench goes wild. The kids go wild. 106 decibel down meter.
A
That was really funny.
B
And she would, they would have really went crazy if she missed the free throw because then the score would have stayed at 6, 7. But I was gonna ask you to explain it. Explain 6, 7 to me. I've asked my daughter.
A
I don't, I don't understand. I don't understand these young bucks. You know, we're, we're grown ups. We're adults. We don't, we don't mess with that.
B
Yeah, on the little, you know, the applications where it's like, if you're 18 to 24, you're still in that range. You're not 25 to 34 yet. You're 18.
A
You don't have to be. You don't have to be in that range yet. Like, it's fine. You're still.
B
I'm just saying I am like, I am the 30 to 44. Like, I. As the range is getting more, and then it's just like, eff it over 60. You know, you're old when that happens. Yeah, it's. That's. That's the way it is. My favorite thing is I don't care how old you are as an adult. The Jumbotron. Seeing yourself on the Jumbotron. I played in arenas. We played in front of 20 something thousand people. If you're a fan and somehow you end up on the jumbotron, all of them.
A
To be on the jumbotron.
B
Randomly.
A
Yep.
B
You're excited. I don't care. And if you aren't, you're the problem. Because everybody gets excited when they see themselves on the. You can act like you're trying to be cool. Are you one of those. Like, when you're.
A
Oh, I started dancing.
B
You're a dancer.
A
Immediately. Immediately.
B
Because obviously I try to act like I don't see it.
A
No, you wanted to see a show, so I'll give you one. And I'll hit a stinky leg on that baba. I'm saying.
B
Wait, you'll hit a stinky leg on the jumbotron?
A
Yes.
B
Oh, wow.
A
There's no limit.
B
We're gonna have to pull up and find clips of Baby Aliyah on Jumbo chart.
A
There won't be. There won't be. But now I will see.
B
I'm like the gangster trying to act like I don't know that I'm. Because, you know, but it ends up. But it ends up being awkward because it's like, what do you do when some, like, the camera is in your face and they're gonna put you on the jumbotron? It's weird. It's weird. However, this little man's reaction, seeing himself at the Pacer Suns game, his dad is like, hey, look.
A
Wave. Wave at the camera. He's just eating his popcorn.
B
Processing. Crowd goes crazy.
A
Smile.
B
Crowd goes crazy. Crowd goes crazy.
A
Because everyone's interrupting my popcorn.
B
Kids are so precious. They are so precious. They make it worth it.
A
You know, personally, if I could dunk to the point where I could, like, lob the ball to myself, I would do that on every occasion. Just check out this video. Like, Wemby is unreal. He like, why are you. How are you dunking? You're attacking. You're throwing it up and you're like, there's nothing you can do. He's unreal. Shot, fake. Step through. Up and. Candace. Candace. Because who was going up there to get it.
B
I know this is a podcast, so I have to talk through this lob, but the fact that this dude is 7 foot 4, moving like this and it's crazy. I don't understand how somebody has the dexterity, the ability to, like, maneuver in the air. Wimby is an anomaly.
A
I'm in awe.
B
But I will say this. This is what I will say about the Spurs Golden State matchups. There's some of my favorite because I think Golden State came onto the map playing against the spurs, having to beat the Spurs. They lost in the Western Conference finals, I believe to the spurs before their 2015 championship. And then now it's like, now Golden State's the big brother and Wimby is trying to take over. And that Wimby Steph matchup where Wimby's like, oh, I'm here. And Steph's like, hold up, wait a minute.
A
You could throw the ball off the glass.
B
You could throw the ball off the glass. But three is more than two.
A
That's so fun to watch.
B
They're so much fun to watch. So I love the Internet. I love the Internet for clips, but I love the Internet because I think you fall in love with what basketball's about and it's about the people and it's about the competition, but it's also about the fun. So remember, you can send in your own clips so we could make you go viral. Who knows? DM it to the official post, move, show, Instagram account or leave a link in the YouTube comments.
A
It's now time for you got this. Presented by Adidas. There's nothing like a great assist to help us remember you Got this. Learn more about the you got this message at adidas.com/you got this. And follow the action on Instagram, Adidas and Adidas us. Every week we're going to shout out someone who inspired us, rose to the occasion, or made their moment count. This week, my you got this moment goes to Olivia Miles. Olivia Miles has been hooping that game against NC State. 15 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals. Feeling the stat sheet. I've been impressed. Seriously. I think we saw her do that in Notre Dame. So it's nothing new the way she passes the ball, but her ability to score different levels, get her teammates involved has been amazing.
B
I know the challenge that she had transferring her last year to go to tcu, leaving Notre Dame, and you know, the bittersweet feeling that you have with a new opportunity. But I think she's putting people on notice on why she's to me, the number one pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft. She has a professional game and I say that in the way that she plays with pace and, and how she involves her teammates and she's dictating and playing chess when everybody's out there playing checkers. She now has 20 games with 5 plus assists against ranked teams and she's averaging 18.3, 8.7 and 4.3. I loved the Internet videos of her on the Slam cover and her, oh.
A
That was so good.
B
Sitting in the locker room waiting for her to come in there and just the love that she's. She's getting. She is a pro already and I am really excited to see what she does at the next level. Player comp Chelsea Gray. Yep, I'm saying it right now.
A
All right. That was my. You got this moment presented by Adidas. Next week, it's back to you, Candace.
B
All right, before we wrap things up, we got some fan questions. If you want to be featured on the show, keep sending them in. You can send DMS to the post moves, Instagram or leave it in the episode comments on YouTube. The first question is from Hoops 3410. Been noticing more untucked jerseys in college hoops. Do you like the look or.
A
Nah, honestly, I kind of like it. Like, I know that can be controversial because everyone likes the clean tuck, but in the course of the game, the jersey ends up untucked anyways. I kind of like it. I'm like, I wonder if they're going to do that, make us have to keep our jerseys tucked too. But I kind of like it.
B
Do you grew up in that? I grew up in the era of like, you had to have your jersey tucked in and you had to have the side of the jersey lined up with the shirt and all of that. So I come from like the generation of like, obviously it wasn't great because we had baggy shorts. So it was kind of crazy looking when you look back at it. But yeah, if they're meant to be untucked and they're finished at the bottom of the jersey, I'm cool. But I always as a player liked having it tucked in because you could see when somebody is pulling your jersey or like different fouls and things like that. So that's maybe why some of the foul calls weren't called in that game that you were yelling for because anyways, Gamecocks have their jerseys.
A
Next question from @ Veryberry1, what are both of your toughest injuries you have to rehab For I just had a total knee replacement. Could use your advice.
B
I hope you get better knee replacements. My dad had two, my grandmother had two. I'm in line to have one as well. Toughest injury is definitely a knee. My foot ended my career. Navicular fracture, it's still fractured. I think the biggest thing that I would give to anybody is to have short term and long term goals because sometimes you wake up and it's the monotony of the rehab and it's like every day just wanting to do normal stuff. But I think it's just realizing the progress you're making and acknowledging that because you don't really realize, like you're bending at this and there's progress is slow, but it's happening. And so it's writing all those things down and then having somebody that you can call up and just listen, like hear you out, you know that you're gonna, you know, put your best effort in it, but you need somebody that's gonna be that punching bag. So that would be my greatest advice in rehabbing injuries.
A
Yeah, I haven't had any, so knock on wood.
B
And I hope you stay healthy your entire career.
A
Thank you.
B
The next question is From Jacob Boudreaux. 4621. How is it playing against teammates in unrivaled? And do you think it helps during WNBA play having seen teammates strengths and weaknesses?
A
It's always weird playing against the teammates in unrivaled. Like last year when Lexi and I played against each other, like we're running down the court and we're like chuckling. So that was like, that was like the funny part. Like if I was posting up and it got switched on, I was like, I was like, Lexi, you're literally holding me like you're. And we're going back and forth. So it's always fun at the end of the day, like we're hooping, so we definitely want to win. But it's always great to always see your teammate on the other side. And I think it, I think it helps. I mean, it's hard because playing in three on three, it obviously shows you people's skill set in a different way. But when it gets to 5 on 5, things can always change. So you always know, you always learn that people are capable of definitely playing a certain way and scoring a certain way. But also it's a whole different system once you get back to WNBA play.
B
You're such a nice person. I like really enjoy you because as a teammate, I'm an. So if I'M playing against you. We, we opponents at this point. So I'm telling everybody in the gym she's going to her left shoulder. She's going. She's a one dribble crap. Like I'm telling everybody and I'm talking so loud like that's, that's our behavior. Yeah, but I mean, at that point in time, we're ops, right? We're competing against each other.
A
Right?
B
You can chuckle when long as I'm up, I'm gonna chuckle. But as soon as, as soon as we down, I'm not. I'm getting tight. I'm mad. All right, listen. Leah's a better teammate than I am. That's a wrap on this week's episode of post moves. New episodes drop every Wednesday. Subscribe on YouTube wherever you get your podcasts and follow postmoos show on all socials at postmoose show.
