As you know, the predators I've caught come from all walks of life. But I'm still stunned, startled, and so disappointed in humanity. When a doctor shows up in a sting, we hold doctors to a standard. Doctors have access to our bodies, our spouses, our children. There's a reason doctors are held to a higher level of responsibility because of this relationship doctors have with patients, with society. They're educated, they should know better. But yet we have seen doctors, as rare as it may be, surface in our investigations. And most recently it happened in the fall of 2025 in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. You may recall we were set up in a rather large home, tucked away a little bit in the countryside at a pool. Remember the two fellas that showed up for a swim? Well, that was the same sting operation. And late on the very last night of the sting, the very last predator to show up was 41 year old Dr. Mansoor Ahmed. He's originally from Pakistan. He was in this country legally, obviously. His residence was in Oak Hill, West Virginia. But he had been working just outside of New Orleans, Louisiana at a hospital as a kidney specialist. And what was particularly disturbing to me about Dr. Ahmed is that he was using his position as a doctor to groom this child. He thought he was Talking to a 15 year old girl named Sophia. They had met on a chat platform. And he was one of those guys who after he walked into the house, he greeted the on site decoy, a youngish looking woman who works at the sheriff's office in Livingston Parish. Wanted a big hug. You'll see this in just a moment. Wanted to kiss right away. Wanted to canoodle on the couch. And when the on site decoy created some distance for her safety and for the rest of the obvious reasons she would do so, a conversation ensued where he explained in terms that a 15 year old girl would understand what he does for a living doctor, what it means to be a kidney specialist, the kind of people he treats. All of this while he's wearing a fleece that has the name of his hospital, his medical practice on it. It's truly shocking, the chats. Well, he said something to this girl that I have never heard in 22 years of investigating predators. Have you had your oyster shopped yet? I'll leave that to your imagination as to what he was actually referring to, but I think we all know it was her virginity. Let me give you a sense of the chat. This comes directly from the sheriff's office report. Now, he was actually 41 at the time, but for some reason on the profile he said he was 37. Like that would make this somehow more appropriate or make him more palatable to a 15 year old. Mansour initiated the chat with Sophia on Thursday, September 18, 2025. They sent text messages back and forth and Sophia informed him that she was 15 years old. She said she'd be turning 16 in December. Sophia and the doctor continued to chat on that application. During the conversation, Mansoor told Sophia that if something were to happen between them, would she be okay with it? Sophia asked Mansoor if he was talking about sex. He stated yes. Mansoor asked Sophia to send pictures of her in the shower. That's right. He asked Sophia, you shucked your oyster yet? Shucked your oyster. Following up to make sure the 15 year old girl understood, he asked if she was still a virgin. Sophia stated she was and that she had only performed anal sex but was still vaginally a virgin. That seemed to turn the good doctor on. You want to do vaginal with me? He asks in the chat. He then asks if Sophia had some pictures of down there, including her vagina. I guess the good doctor was giving her an anatomy lesson and then asks Sophia if she would shave her vagina. He then asked for the address of the house and if she would make brownies. Why did he ask her to make brownies? So the two of them could have energy because they would ride each other all night. This is a doctor, 41 years old. He's got a family, lives up in Oak Hill, West Virginia. As I mentioned, we at first didn't know if he was a doctor. Obviously we've confirmed this and we confirmed it before I did my interview with the good doctor. You'll hear that in just a moment too. But sometimes late in the evening we wonder if somebody's just jerking us around, if they're really going to show up. He claimed via text that he got caught up in some traffic. He was late by the time he rolled in. But roll in he did take a look.

And how do you think she's gonna react when she finds out?

I just, I just was, you know, being nice.

You were just being nice? Being nice? Being nice is going to get you arrested. You're just being nice and going to shuck her oyster. That's what you said. I mean, there's no other logical explanation for this, Doctor. Now, as you can imagine, the medical facility where he worked was not happy to hear about his arrest, nor did it care to speak with us. So we have not been able to confirm that it was only a week. But it does not appear he was in Louisiana for very long. And to me that's even more upsetting because here he is in a new town for a week by his account, and he's already online chanting up underage girls. I mean, come on. So you've been in Louisiana for one week and in that week you've already met a child online and traveled to have sex with her?

[Dr. Mansour Ahmed]

No, sir.

That's what you did tonight.

[Dr. Mansour Ahmed]

No, sir.

Yeah, you did. Have you shucked your oyster? We'll ride each other all night long.

You've got a great job, you've got a great chance to live in this country. Yeah, I mean, there's a reason you didn't stay in Pakistan, right? Why is that gone? Why didn't you want to stay in Pakistan? You got here in Maine of this year and already you're caught in a sting operation trying to sexually exploit a child. That's what happened tonight. He continues to deny, deny, deny, but the chance don't lie, do they?

I didn't mean hateful like that. I was just, you know, it was like a online, like friendship and then online friendship. I was gonna meet a friend.

And if you have a problem, that's where your doctor is tonight. You're two hours away from where you're supposed to be committing a crime, trying to have sex with a child. What kind of a doctor does that?

And I talk to a lot of guys in your situation, guys who try to sexually exploit children, but very seldom do I come across somebody who's a medical doctor who has taken the Hippocratic oath to do no harm. And here you are tonight doing harm to a child. Yeah, you were.

Well, how, how am I supposed to believe that? You know what you said in the chats, you're a medical man, you are supposed to be helping people and you're here tonight to harm a child. What do you think the impact would be on a child had you gotten involved in a sexual tryst tonight?

And just recently we learned that he was allowed to self deport to Pakistan. He was locked up that night and had to bail out of jail. But not everybody is happy with the fact that he wasn't prosecuted before being deported, including the sheriff's office. We have some questions out to be answered. Well, thank you. Bella and Sierra, number one sex dolls. No, that and AI. All that's going to do, in my opinion, is further in increase the fantasy of somebody who is a predator. And ultimately they're going to try to fulfill the fantasy. Any AI, cp, csam, any of that should be illegal. Ghosts. Not a big believer. Not going to rule it out. Don't want to be haunted, but can't say I've ever seen one. What makes a predator somebody who seeks to exploit a vulnerable person or child? Decoys. So I think I've got a long ways to go before I have to have any consideration of that. And the oldest predator we've caught, I think the oldest one was 76 in Riverside, California. We had a recent predator who was 72 in Harford County, Maryland. All ages, all professions, as we have seen in this episode and all kinds of results. Now, our successful prosecution rate is above 99%. But as I mentioned, there is some concern about this particular predator just being allowed to self deport. I'm going to get further into it.
