Of all the hundreds and hundreds of

predators I've caught, perhaps none was so

cool, calm and collected as DeAndre Robinson.

I mean, this was a cool customer.

He was very graphic about what he

wanted to do to a 15 year old boy.

And perhaps just as disturbing is the fact that DeAndre was a certified nursing assistant. That's right. He held a license in multiple states so that he could work with the elderly, the physically, emotionally and mentally challenged, who need a nursing assistant to get through their daily lives. Now, this license used to allow.

I say used to because you'll hear in a moment, he's no longer a certified nursing assistant.

But this license allowed him to work

in various assisted care facilities and also

to be alone with patients who needed his help. And that's where he was working when he surfaced in our investigation with the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office In June of

2025, just about a year ago, from this recording,

DeAndre got online looking for a sexual liaison. He started Talking to a 15 year

old boy who wanted to keep the encounter on the down low. Well, DeAndre wanted to keep it on the down low as well. He told the boy that he lived with a woman, his girlfriend.

He didn't want her to know. Now, he lived in Mobile, Alabama. We were in Louisiana and he worked in Mississippi. So DeAndre, in order to fulfill this

fantasy of his to commit this crime,

had to drive two hours to get

to the house, the sting house, where we were set up with Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard's people, his detectives, command staff.

The Stinghouse was on a waterway.

You may remember seeing the episodes on my streaming network, True Blue. We had one guy try to get away. He got stuck in the swamp, didn't get very far. He was lucky the alligators didn't get him.

And then we had DeAndre. Now when DeAndre shows up, he's still

in his nursing outfit, scrubs, hat.

But before he gets to the scene, there's a very graphic conversation with someone

he thinks is a 15 year old boy. Let me give you an example.

DeAndre or D, as he went online, made several lewd and lascivious statements

a person he recently believed was a 15 year old male.

Those statements included. I'm a top, I like ass and getting my dick sucked, sloppy,

I'm down, I got some good dick here. Where you want to meet? I can do inside your throat for sure. Gonna get you moaning. You got towels in case there is.

He's talking about anal sex.

I don't know, but it's going to be shit involved.

That's part of sex.

He thinks he's talking to a 15 year old who's never had a sexual liaison before. So DeAndre is going to come over,

he's going to commit sexual assault. Boys underage, and this is the boy's first sexual experience. DeAndre makes a phone call to the boy.

what his intentions are, the phone call clears it up.

And guess where DeAndre is? At work at an elderly man's house. A man he's supposed to be caring for as a certified nursing assistant.

of where I'm at GPS at like about two hours or so.

You talk very mature to be 15.

You sound very mature to be 15. DeAndre's a little bit suspicious. He'll get even more suspicious.

But not enough to turn around.

Not enough to realize he's doing something wrong. Something illegal, something to harm a child.

Something very alarming to know about DeAndre. Something we didn't know at the time. Something we didn't even know when we first dropped the episode on DeAndre on my streaming network, True Blue. The takedown episode. DeAndre, we learned later, was HIV positive. And he was charged, along with other felonies, with attempting to have sex knowing he was HIV positive. That's a crime in most states. Imagine a guy not only trying to sexually exploit a child, knowing he has a virus that, while controllable with modern medicine, could infect another human being. at the elderly man's house where he cares for the man. And he starts the two hour journey to our sting house in Livingston Parish.

been performing these services for a child. A child in need teenager, the same age as the boy he wanted to sexually exploit. His work isn't limited to just elderly. It could be anyone. And that is very alarming.

You talked about using Vaseline. So what is to have anal sex? I'll get to that in a minute. But I have some more questions for you and you need to answer them.

DeAndre wants to know who I am and what this is all about.

Although I suspect he knows deep down he's in trouble with the law.

It wasn't okay. I knew it in the back of my head I said, it's not all right. It's not all right. And then my stupid inside self just told me, like, just try.

I should have just never did it. That's right, DeAndre. Something in the back of his mind said this was wrong. But the front of his mind and other parts of his body let him into the commission of a felony.

What was attractive to you about having sex with a 15 year old?

[DeAndre Robinson]

Not attracted to a 15 year old boy.

Yeah.

It was just the first time, you know?

And like so many of the men I confront, the predators I catch. DeAndre tells me it's his first time and all that.

So it just, it kind of gave me like. Okay, he mature.

You talk about needing towels for the sex act. Why did you need towels?

Mika? When you do something in the anal, you know, crap come out.

Comes out. And you didn't think that this would be illegal? That this could harm a 15 year old child?

I thought, you know, I don't know what the law is. I thought it would be like an age of consent or something like that.

You talked about having him perform oral sex on you.

Yeah.

Spitting on your genitals.

You were very graphic. You were basically instructing him on how you were going to have anal sex with him.

What impact do you think that would

have on a 15 year old boy?

A horrific impact.

A horrific impact. That's right. Now he knew it, but he did it. And this is what absolutely boggles my mind. How can a human being understand right

from wrong, understand the damage he could do to a child,

have two hours on the road to consider that way

and think about it, mull it over and still show up? I mean, there's no one else with whom to have sex, DeAndre, you got to pick a 15 year old. And what if we weren't there and a vulnerable 15 year old was there? Well, I think we know what would happen.

[Interviewer/Detective]

How long did you drive to get here, DeAndre?

[DeAndre Robinson]

Like two hours. Two hours from my job. But I stay in Mobile.

[Interviewer/Detective]

Where's the job?

[DeAndre Robinson]

It's a client's house.

[Interviewer/Detective]

It's a client's house. So you spent all day at the client's house taking care of this client?

[DeAndre Robinson]

Yes. Home help.

[Interviewer/Detective]

Right. And you left there and you came straight over here. Two plus hours.

[Chris Hansen]

And at any time during that two

[Interviewer/Detective]

plus hour drive, did you think, man, DeAndre, this is a bad idea.

[Chris Hansen]

It's illegal.

[Interviewer/Detective]

It's a crime. I could be harming a child by having sex with him. And why did you continue? You had chances to turn around and you didn't. You kept coming. Yeah. Have you met underage boys before for sex online?

[DeAndre Robinson]

No, I haven't.

[Interviewer/Detective]

So today was just the first time?

[DeAndre Robinson]

Yeah.

[Interviewer/Detective]

And what made you think it was okay today to do this?

[DeAndre Robinson]

It wasn't okay. I just. I guess I was just horned and it happened.

with a teenager and as we told you, we later learned he was HIV positive.

As a medical professional, don't you see a health issue there?

Yeah.

But you said in the chat that you didn't want to use a condom. Why is that?

[DeAndre Robinson]

I didn't say. No, I didn't want to use a condom. He didn't ask me a question about no condom.

[Interviewer/Detective]

But you didn't. Did you bring condoms?

No, I didn't bring condoms.

[Interviewer/Detective]

So you were going to have unprotected sex with a 15 year old child? You brought the Vaseline?

I wasn't one of.

I don't have any weapons.

Weapons in my car. I have a clean record. This is a mistake that I made just coming here. I knew something was off, but I fell for the gimmick anyway.

You fell for the gimmick? What was the gimmick?

[DeAndre Robinson]

That this was some type of sting, set up sting operation.

[Interviewer/Detective]

Did you think it might be a sting?

[DeAndre Robinson]

I did.

[Interviewer/Detective]

And you asked him about that?

[DeAndre Robinson]

I did.

[Interviewer/Detective]

Why were you suspicious that this might be a sting?

[DeAndre Robinson]

Because I've been watching like little videos and stuff.

[Interviewer/Detective]

Videos?

[Chris Hansen]

He's been watching little videos and stuff.

Were any of them mine? Now he's in one of my videos.

[Interviewer/Detective]

And where do you watch the videos?

[DeAndre Robinson]

Like on YouTube.

[Interviewer/Detective]

On YouTube. And who does those videos?

[DeAndre Robinson]

I mean, I can't recall. It's just I don't watch them often, but I have ran across a few.

[Interviewer/Detective]

And what do you think about those fellas who show up in the videos?

[DeAndre Robinson]

You go down, they go down.

[Interviewer/Detective]

And what do you think is going to happen to you? Going down, Going down.

[Chris Hansen]

Going down.

That's right.

DeAndre wasn't going to make it home

to his girl with whom he lived two plus hours away. DeAndre was arrested, taken to the Livingston Parish Jail.

He was charged with computer aided solicitation of a minor, attempted intentional exposure to

HIV and indecent behavior with a minor.

DeAndre just recently pleaded guilty to two

of those three charges.

He was sentenced to three years in prison with hard labor.

That's a Louisiana state prison. And that labor will be hard.

Once he gets out, he will be

a registered sex offender for the rest of his life and it appears he will never have a chance to be a certified nursing assistant assistant again.
