It was a tremendous shock because it was the first time since maybe 30 years that a bomb attack was perpetrated in the streets of Paris, the most horrific, deadliest act of violence against the Jewish community in France since World War II. And it was unsolved. And months went by and years went by and there were no leads. There was no justice.
