Tara has been in private practice now longer than working in the field. Outside of the office, you will find her lifting weights, doing yoga, hanging on the beach, or lost in a mosh pit. Her counseling practice is built on authenticity and just plain old fun.

Damien Adler is a Psychologist and Co-Founder of Power Diary. He and his wife built a large and successful psychology clinic, but along the way, they realized they needed the right systems and processes to really run their practice well. That’s when Damien and his brother, Paul Adler joined forces and began working on Power Diary - a practice management system built by practitioners, for practitioners. Damien is also known publicly through his 10+ years of regular guest segments on radio, as a public speaker and corporate trainer, and as a contributor for various TV, radio and print outlets. Damien enjoys mountain biking, traveling, pretending to be a handyman, and exploring near and far with his wife and daughter.

Beth Alford owns and manages Alford Creative, a great little creative agency based in Austin Tx. They love helping therapy practices become the go-to authority in their local market with their simple formula: Authority + Reach = Impact. Fun Fact: Beth LOVES live music, a great cab, and road trips!

Julie Herres is the owner of GreenOak Accounting. The firm provides full-service accounting to private practice owners throughout the United States. Julie and her team have worked with hundreds of private practice owners, so they are uniquely positioned to be a trusted advisor to clients. Barbara has been interviewed by National Public Radio's "Morning Edition," and her articles have appeared in Psychotherapy Networker and The Therapist magazines. While she she has a private therapy practice in San Jose, California, her true passion is leading live workshops and webinars, helping therapists understand the mysterious world of insurance and billing, and teaching them how to write better progress notes. She provides consultations to therapists nationwide on essential business topics they didn't learn in grad school, including insurance, writing quick but thorough progress notes, and building a thriving practice.

Kelly is a wife, mother, therapist,and podcaster who loves Earl Grey iced tea, deep conversations, and encouraging others. Kelly has been practicing Social Work since 2009 and has been in private practice since 2014. You can usually find Kelly spending time at home with her family, having deep conversations with her friends, or working towards living her best life.

Chris Swenson, LMFT is the author of the recently published book, "Private Practice Warrior." He is the Owner/Founder/solo-operator of Rhino Wellness Center which is Chris' successful full time solo practice in rural Colorado. Chris is a true Private Practice Warrior who believes that therapists in private practice are in the best position to truly make a difference in the mental health concerns of our world. Fun Fact: Snakes really freak Chris out!

Sid is the Co-founder and President of WizeHire, a bootstrapped recruiting technology startup with over 30 employees and over 4,000 customers. He LOVES to travel. He and his wife just got back from Maine where they toured the beautiful Acadia National Park. Sid’s a big proponent of more empathy in the workplace. Brandon is a trained and credentialed mental health and relationship therapist. Brandon's private practice exploded when he got his Google Maps listing on the first page of Google. He became a Google Maps nerd and now helps other therapists and business owners kill it with Google Maps. When Brandon isn't seeing patients or helping others with Google Maps he's spending time with his Wife, son and twin girls.
