Rebecca Narin is a software engineer at Peloton. Rebecca chats with us about her experience working at Peloton and why she felt it was the right fit for her. In this episode, Malavika Pande, Program Manager at Microsoft, shares her experiences breaking into product management. Growing up, Malavika never wanted to be siloed into a particular path. She fell in love with the field for its versatility, dipping her toes into multiple problem spaces.
