I had a message ready. I was going to continue on laying hold this morning, but as I was, as I was praying this morning, I felt the Holy Spirit in my heart say, no, pause that for a second. I want you to talk about something different. And I said, lord, that's not really totally fair what you're doing, because I need time to prepare. You can't do this five minutes before I walk out the room. And he proceeded to remind me, he said, what did your pastor say this week? I said, I wasn't listening. I'm like my congregation, Lord. Just kidding, just kidding, just kidding. Stop it, stop it. And I said to her, when do you need your sermon? And then she answered, and then I said, but when do you actually need it? And she said, well, Lord, I only need it when I stand in the pulpit. And he said, right, so stop whining about not getting it earlier. And so he said, I could have told you this when you stood up. You better be grateful I gave you five minutes before you walked out the house. But he said something to me. And I know this is strange, Reverend Greg, People may think, well, I already knew that, but I didn't. So whether you knew it or not, I didn't. So I have to preach what I didn't know, but now I know. And I heard the Holy Spirit. I heard, well, it seemed like Jesus himself, but I heard him speak to me. And he said, have a look at how much I talked. Have a look at how much I spoke. We talk about speaking, we talk about the importance of our words, we talk about the authority and dominion in our voice. And sometimes we forget that the majority of the time that Jesus ministered or affected the will of God in the earth was not by anything he did, it was by what he said. And I've done a study of the 37 supernatural acts of Jesus. We're going to be discussing it in the Wednesday night services in the days to come. We're going to go through every single time Jesus did a supernatural act. There's 37 of them in the New Testament and some of them, nine of them are, nine of them are non healing based, but 28 of them have something to do with either healing or casting out devils. And we're going to talk about that and we're going to go through each one because it's a wonderful lesson to learn. But in my study of that, I was dividing these categories up by whether it was the gifts of the spirit or whether it was just the anointing of healing, operating. Because people Release their faith. And that was the, the way I studied it. So I never studied it the way he said it today, but he said, look at how many times I spoke out of those 37 acts. And I said, lord, I don't have time to go through all 37 acts in four and a half minutes. Now I don't have time to go through all of them, but I just started scanning the list and I'm not, it's not going to be exhaustive this morning, but I want to read you some of them at least because I, I didn't have time to do an exhaustive study. But, but just in scanning the list, forget whether it's healing, whether it's walking on water, whatever it is. I mean, some things are not healing or demon based. They're just miracles. But no matter what category they were, the vast majority of them was because he spoke. It wasn't because he did something with his hands. It wasn't because he laid hands. Nothing wrong with laying hands. Because he did lay hands. It wasn't because he affected something or did something. It's because he simply spoke. Now why is this so important? Because Moses is the greatest type and shadow of Jesus, of anybody in the Old Testament. There is more symbolic parallels in Moses life to Jesus than any other Old Testament character. More than Joseph, and he is a great type and shadow of Jesus. More than Abraham, and he is a great type and shadow of Jesus. There's almost every Bible character is in some ways a type and shadow of Jesus in terms of things that they did reflect what Jesus did. But, but Moses is the far, by far the greatest. I mean, he is 2 to 1 at least or more in terms of, if you, if you study it theologically. But one of the areas that was so important with Moses is God said, strike the rock and water will come out. He struck the rock and water came out and it represented Jesus dying. And when Jesus was struck, he is, Bible even says in Corinthians, Jesus is that rock that followed them in the wilderness. And when they, when he was struck, he died. On the cross. Life came out for all mankind to be saved. So he represented the rock. But then another time they're in the same bind. And God says to Moses, do not strike the rock. Speak to the rock, command the rock. And Moses was angry. If you read it, the Bible says in both Psalms and in the first five books of the Pentateuch, it says it repeatedly in different areas that the people frustrated Moses, that they were rebels. One thing says because of the rebels so people's attitude can affect the leader. The way people act can affect the leader. And the leader's job, despite how people act, is to be spiritual. But not every leader, including the great Moses, was. And because the people provoked him so much and frustrated him so much, he got into a bad mood. You can read it in your own Bible. That's not my sermon today, but you can read it. I'm telling you the truth. And because he was frustrated, frustrated with the people. This is important. And God said, do this speak. He was frustrated. He did not have faith to speak because he was in a soul realm. He was in his frustration realm because of the rebels amongst him. The congregation of the children of Israel were many of them, rebellious, and it affected him. And actually, as the result of this, this is not the only reason, but this is one of the main reasons he didn't go. He didn't fulfill his assignment. He didn't. He didn't get to go. He didn't put his feet on the promised land. He got to see it, and that was it. Because it was not only that. It was also, if you studied it was other things. The fact that he sent the spies was another. Because God told him not to send the spies, and he sent the spies. And so there was a number of reasons he disobeyed on many occasions. But one of the worst ones was God said, don't strike that rock. Speak to that rock. And he went. And because he was frustrated, he hit the rock in anger. The Bible says it represented Jesus being struck a second time, which cannot happen and will not happen. But more than that, it violated a spiritual law because Moses represented Jesus. Jesus represents the New Covenant. He's the bridge from old to new. His death, burial and resurrection brings us into a better covenant with better promises. Do you understand? So he represents the New Covenant. And so Moses representing Jesus also represented the New Covenant. And the New Covenant is all about words. And Moses had to, as a symbolic act way back on yonder, long before many hundreds and hundreds of years before the new thousand, more than a thousand years before the New Covenant was going to be enacted, God was still saying, you represent Jesus. He represents the New Covenant. And I want you to do something as a symbol of what that New Covenant holds. Now, don't do it with your hand, son. Speak to it. And he was frustrated and he struck it. And that was a disobedience and he paid a price. He did not enter into the land of promise because of that disobedience. Why God was trying to get him to say, say, say water come. God was trying to teach a man in the Old Testament about a New Testament, what would become common. That was rare in the Old Testament, but even though it would have been a rarity, a one off, so to speak, it was going to be a common thing in the New Testament for, for believers filled with God to say. And what they say God would back. And if they say water come, the water would come. And if they say demon go, the demon will go. No, you don't see any of that in the Old Testament. They didn't have the authority that we have. So I heard the Holy Spirit say to me, you know, Jesus, if you look at all of his acts, he didn't do most of it. Most of it was not by him doing something, it was by him saying something. I know that sounds so simple, but actually it never really dawned on me in all my studying. It's never dawned on me that most of what Jesus did was with words. Because a lot of people attack this message, Dan. A lot of people are anti this faith message. And we're not only a faith church, we're a Word and Spirit church. That means we teach the word. But because faith is the message that's going to bring Jesus back. Because he said when I come back, he didn't say I'm looking for love. And he didn't say I'm looking for unity, although we should have love and unity. He said, I'm looking for faith. And when David was having the Holy Ghost service and everybody was dancing around drunk and all that stuff and rolling and Jesus walked out of the forest to look at the goings on and Jody's eyes, his son, were open and he saw Jesus and he was displeased. He wasn't displeased with the moving of the Holy Ghost. He loves the moving of the Holy Ghost. But when he walked, he was about to leave in a frustration annoyance. He was about to walk back in the forest and Jody grabbed him his garment and he turned on him like he was upset that he had touched him because he was upset. And Jody said, why are you leaving? And look, he said, in other words, all this Holy Ghost move and God loves that. But he said, there's no faith here. And he walked off. Which means you can get drunk in the Holy Ghost and not have faith. You can have all your little dancing and whatever you want, but if you don't release faith, God is not pleased. Do you understand? Are you with me? You following me? I preached on, on the power of Rejoicing and the rejoice. I just told that story, which they've never heard, about the India platform and how rejoicing saved my life. I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the power of rejoicing. Because in the rejoicing, power flows. And so I was just sharing that story and. And being a. And, you know, I was just endeavoring to be a blessing, which I believe it was a blessing. But, you know, being around this message, we hear messages around this company. I mean to say, we hear messages like what I just preached myself about rejoicing. And it's so important. But it's not just dancing. You can go to the club and dance. It's about a faith that is being released as you dance, as you shout, as you. Otherwise everybody in the baseball game would be healed because they're all screaming when the home run is hit. And there's no power being released because it's not the voice or the sound or the action, it's the faith connected to it that releases power to flow. Do you understand? So when you dance, don't just get up, you know, and dance, and you're thinking about coffee, you've got to be dancing, thinking about. And releasing faith. Intentionally releasing faith. Lord, I. I believe that in your. The rejoicing, your power will flow. I release my faith now as I dance. That's what you do. You don't just dance. You don't just shout. You don't just run. You don't just carry on. It's about the faith released. And. And when we're having a Holy Ghost service, in the Holy Ghost service, God's looking. Where's your faith at? Are you just running or are you. Are you releasing a belief, a trust in God to do something? Do you understand? And Jesus was displeased with that Holy Ghost service because there was no faith. And what's he looking when he comes back for faith? And so people are sometimes against this flow or this message, but then they're against Jesus because that's what he's looking for. And I know all that, that's not new to me. But when he said, look at how much I spoke. It never dawned on me that most of what Jesus did was by words. Did it ever dawn on anybody? Is that just me? But I've never thought about that before. I know he spoke to things, but to me it was kind of like an afterthought. Like, well, yeah, once in a. You know, once in a while he'd speak, you know, and then the. All the other times he did. But when he said to me this morning, look at how much I spoke, I started looking at it. And I'm not sort of an exhaustive list this morning because I didn't have time to look at all of it. So it's probably higher than even what I'm going to tell you this morning because I didn't have time to go through 37 acts this morning when he said that. But even in skimming the list, the vast majority of what Jesus performed works that he performed was with his mouth. So why on earth would we think, why on earth would any Christian think whether you're in this company or not, that your words are not important? And that messages about words are not important? And that a revelation of understanding who you are in Christ with your words, with what you say, how could anybody think that that was not important? And yet so many people today not only think it's unimportant, but attack people that preach it. Now have a look with me quickly. Now, some messages are not scripture heavy. Do you know what I mean by that? Today is scripture heavy, okay? Because I got some scriptures I want to read to you. So it's going to be a little bit of a different flow. But that's how the Lord told me to do it. I think last Sunday it was not scripture heavy. I was sharing a revelation about laying hold. I don't even think I even turned to a scripture because I ran out of time. I have Scripture, but I didn't have time to turn to it. So every Sunday is a little different. Just get used to just. You don't come with a preconceived notion. Just, you know, that we're according to the Word whether we read you a bunch of scriptures or not. But this morning we'll be a little bit more. So have a look with me in Proverbs 18. First, are you ready to let your fingers do the walking today? Yeah. It's good to you to bring a Bible, please. You should come to church with a Bible. That would be a good idea. And don't look at people that don't have a Bible this morning, please. And if you want to fake it, just look at your phone and everyone will think you have a Bible even though you're a liar and you don't. But that's okay. We forgive you and Jesus does. But bring a Bible next time. Or download a Bible app while I'm speaking. But don't do any other downloads while I'm speaking. Now, Proverbs 18:20. A man's belly. It didn't say his spirit, it said his belly, his physicality. See that will be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth. In other words, you're going to say some things and you're going to get some things physically because it has to go in your belly. You can't swallow promises. You swallow bananas. Do you understand? You need money to buy bananas. And so the fruit of your mouth will produce money to produce food to put something in your belly. I'm trying to show there's a physicality. What you say produces something. Do you see that? And with the increase of his lips, the more he talks. The more he talks, he shall be filled. The less he talks, he shall be empty. I don't have enough money because you don't talk enough. Because with the increase of your talking, of your confession, of your saying, you'll have things. He only gave me three scriptures to read to you. And then there's other scriptures, but these are the main three. So I want you to pay attention. Now watch the next verse 21. Light, death and life. Now notice it's not life and death. I always quote it as life and death. The Lord corrected me and said, which word did I put first? He said, think that's coincidence? I said death in life. Why? Because most people speak death. Most people are speaking Death. I don't know what I'm gonna do. Oh, my kids are so rebellious. Death. Death. I feel sick. Death. I don't know if this lump's ever gonna go away. Death. I hate my job. Death. I wish my boss would be killed. Death. I wish my wife would be killed. Death. Death. I wish my husband would be murdered. Death. Death, Death, Death. Death. Death. Death. I'm just saying, if you listen to what you say, you'd be surprised at how much death you're speaking. But most people refuse to listen to what they say. Maybe you should put a secret just. Just push record on your thing, on your phone and put in your pocket because it will pick up stuff even though it's in your pocket. And then just listen. Just listen to it one day when you're bored and see without remembering that you're recording yourself how you. How you sound. Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Power of the tongue. Notice it didn't say the devil had any power. I'm not saying he doesn't, but I'm just saying notice God didn't say the devil has the power of life and death. He says you have the power of life and Death. And he did notice. He didn't say you're a Sunday school teacher or, or your aunt or your uncle who said something negative over you when you were small. It says you have it. So no matter what somebody said to me when I was small, my words can change what they said. My words can stop the flow of power, of death, of what they said. So don't use as an excuse, well, say cursed me, or I've got. There's some witch in some country that's cursing me. That's. You just don't know who you are in Christ to say that which has cursed me. Many times they've cursed me. I know, because God's told me. And I can sense the power of demonic power around me. But my words determine my authority. My dominion causes those words to fall or to go back to their sender, return to sender. Didn't say anybody else. It talked about you. So stop blaming everybody else. It's your words that are going to get you in or out of trouble. Your words, death and life are in the power of the tongue. And they that love it, love the tongue. Speak right, shall eat the fruit thereof. If you love the tongue, in other words, you speak right, you will eat the fruit or the results of what you're saying. I didn't make this up. The smartest man that ever lived, Solomon, wrote this. By the anointing of the Holy Spirit, what you say matters. And I know you've heard us say that before, but I'm praying that you get a little bit extra this morning that something clicked a little bit more. Because honestly, if you'll be humble and if you'll ask the Lord, teach me, Holy Spirit, be my. Because he's never mean, but be my. Be my accountability partner because he's with you even when nobody else is with you, and he hears what you say when nobody else is around. And I've said to him, lord, be my accountability partner, Holy Spirit. And then I'll say things and I'll feel this a little bit of. A little bit of a. That's him in my spirit. Say ah. And. And it's sometimes not. I'm not talking about cussing. Get. Get your eye. Get your. Your thought out of the gutter. You know, obviously we're not. We're not cussers. I'm not talking about that. Yes, you shouldn't cuss. That's. That. That's like kindergarten. We've graduated past that. And if you are cussing, you're still in kindergarten, so quit it. I'M talking about words that we're saying that aren't bad words. They're not cuss words, they're not evil words, but they're words about situations that do not have life inside them because they're not according to the Word. That doesn't mean you have to squirt scripture all the time either. But what you say should be in a line with the Word because that will produce life. So talking about how you feel, listen to your pastor. I'm trying to help you. Most people are, are obsessed with telling everybody how they're feeling. Do you understand? This is. This. Listen to me. I'm not against snapping chat, ticking talk or whatever the. What is it? All these insta scam. Is that what it's called? Insta scam or something like that? Tic Tac or TikTok or whatever it is. I'm not against any of them. But what I'm saying is there is a. There is a. There is something that starts to happen and you got to be very careful if you're going to be on those, that you guard against it. Because all this stuff becomes about me. A lot of it is about me, me, me. This is what I'm doing. This is what I, this is what I wrote. This is my car, me, me, me, me. And then selfies and, and there's not. That's not, that's not sinful. But I'm saying it's not spiritual because the more you're focused, I'm just trying to help you, the more you subconsciously focus to everybody about you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you. What happens? Are you listening? You start because you're thinking about it and you're posting all the time. You start to talk about you, you, you, you, you, you. And what usually happens is you're going to start talking about how you feel, what your problems are, how the world has done you wrong, how everything is unfair for you. Do you understand? I'm just saying these social media platforms bring a strong emphasis about you. I'm not saying that's wrong, but I'm saying just be very careful for. Just be very careful with it. Because the emphasis is not about you in terms of the way you should think. Because if you keep thinking all the time about you and all your problems, you'll start talking about you and your problems. And the power of thought has power, but the power of words is far greater. And the more you think about it, the more you're going to talk about it. Because Jesus said, don't take the thought saying Matthew, chapter six. So the more you think, the more you're going to say. And I'm telling you, if you listen to what you. If you're only talking about what you feel, listen to what you're saying about how you feel. Most people don't feel good all the time. They feel bad most of the time. And they feel good for little snippets throughout the day. And. And if you're always talking about you and how you feel, you're going to catch yourself confessing without even meaning to death, and you're going to be talking about all the things that you don't like. I don't feel good. I feel tired. The dog, this, this, that. My wife doesn't understand me, duh, duh, duh. And it's all a bunch of sewer. And then you wonder why, if your faith doesn't work, you wonder why. You hear me read testimonies about people saying things and they come to pass, but it don't work for you. And it's not because you're a bad Christian. It's not because Jesus doesn't love you. And it's not because you don't qualify in Christ. You qualify, but you don't qualify if you don't guard what you say, because it's right here. Death and life are in the power of what you speak. And they that love it or speak right will eat the fruit thereof. A man's belly will be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth, what he says, and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. And the Holy Spirit will help you if you'll ask him to help you. He'll prompt you. He'll check you in a very kind and loving way, but he will prompt you and check you and listen. Don't ask him if you're not ready for correction, because I'm telling you, some of us that we really don't understand the sewer of death that is coming out of our mouth. And it's guys sometimes even with spiritual sounding phrases. But it's not life. And the Holy Spirit, if you really want it, be prepared because he will get on you. So you have to humble yourself to say, lord, help me, I'm willing to be corrected. I'm not going to get angry or offended with you, Holy Spirit, because I want to get this right. Anybody that talks like God sounds different. If you talk like God, people will notice. If you talk like God, people will stand out. You'll stand out from amongst the people is what I was trying to say. Now have a look quickly now at James, chapter three. Let's go over to the New Testament. So you don't think it's only the Old James, Chapter three, Please. Are you still with me? For in many things. Verse 2. For in many things, we offend all. If any man offend. Not now, the word offend there doesn't just mean I'm offended. I'm upset, I'm angry with you. It actually means to stumble in the Greek. But it can also include you being offended, the traditional way of thinking. But it really means to stumble. So for many things, we all stumble is really what he's saying. If any man stumble. Not in word. You see that? Not in word. The same James, chapter three, verse two. The same as a perfect man. Perfect man. That doesn't mean you never make a mistake. The word perfect means complete. That chair that you're sitting in, Philippa, is a perfect chair. There might be a stain on it, but it's a perfect chair. Why? It is fulfilling its function. It is fulfilling why it was created. She is sitting, and it's not breaking. That chair has fulfilled its assignment. But it might be a little dirty or a little bit worn, but it's still fulfilling its assignment. The that's what we are. We're not perfect. We have some stains and some scuffs and we make mistakes. But are we fulfilling the reason that God made us? That's what it means. Here is a perfect man, somebody fulfilling his assignment. Not somebody that never makes a mistake. Now watch. If you don't offend or stumble in what you say, you are fulfilling your assignment. You are perfect. Watch now. And is able. Same as a perfect man. And is able to bridle the whole body. So let me just give you a little small hint. Now, don't be judging me. Don't be hating now, but a lot of people are really obsessed about their body. And the Bible says if you get your words right, your body will follow. Now, that doesn't mean you don't eat right. That doesn't mean you don't go to the gym. But I'm just saying there's a lot that you can turn even with your body. And I'm mainly talking about physical sickness, but it can also apply to just cosmetic. Just. I could say something, but I'm not going to. Honey, it's not time to say it yet. No, because I've only lost 32 pounds. I have to say it when I've lost 70 pounds. But the reason I lost that 32 pounds is because of My mouth. And that's not all it is. But I started to say, holy Spirit, help me. And he started saying, say this. So I started saying, I love vegetables. I started saying it. I love healthy food and I enjoy walking. And I don't believe a cotton picking thing coming out of my mouth. But he said, just say it. Just say it. Get your confession lined up. Your heart will follow. Believing will follow. And I just started saying, I. Thank you, Lord. This is not going to be a scourge for the rest of my life. This is not going to be a cross for me to bear. This is not going to be a burden for me. My body, my mentality. I say it obeys my voice. I say it speeds up. I say my desires are nutritious. My desires do not want this. I just started saying it. And I don't know how to explain it to you, but it kind of worked. Because then. Because you still have to make a decision. But then if I'm having, you know, Little Debbie's Swiss rolls, which will be at the marriage supper of the Lamb, I mean, they're probably my favorite now. Don't go buy them because you heard me say they're my favorite, because that's not helping me. But you know, I'd have one. And then, and then I'd say, well, it's double up night tonight, so I have two, you know, and then I'd say, but it is the Holy Trinity. So then I'd have three. Then I'd say, but, you know, I do have four children. So then I'd have four. No, no. Usually at the two, before I hit the Holy Trinity, I'd hear one of the members of the Holy Trinity on the inside of me say, no. And I'd be like, uh, yeah. And he'd be like, uh, no. What have you been saying? You've been saying that you love nutritious food. And there'd be a strength because he's in me, helping me. But also my mouth has produced life. And it was easier to just say, you know, I'm not gonna do that. I never would. Never before. I would never stop. But I would just stop. I would just cut back. And then I'd just say, lord, I don't have an appetite at night. That's a lie. I have an appetite, Hannah. Like a. Like a starving rhinoceros at night I can eat anything. I'll eat wood if you put it in front of me at night. I'm so hungry at night. I don't know what it is. It's like a curse or something, I don't know. But I start saying, lord, I thank you. I don't have an appetite at night because they say medically it's better that you don't eat too much at night and it also helps you lose weight. And I just started saying in a couple nights. I was tested on that, but I said, lord, you prompted me to say it, so I'll just say it. I thank you. I have an appetite for healthy things, Lord, my metabolism is working. I have self control. I. My body doesn't control me. I control my body. Why? Because with word you will bridle your whole body. With your word you'll bridle your whole body. Do you understand? It's not just my eyesight now I can read that thing. I don't know if all of you can read this. You know how small this writing is. Happy said to me, pastor, this is a miracle. You said that, right? This is small writing. I couldn't read that without glasses. But I started to say, because my whole body will be bridled by my words. And I started to say, my eyes, my eyes are getting sharper and my eyes are not getting dimmer because the path of the righteous doesn't grow less, doesn't get dim and it gets brighter. My eyes are 2020. I started saying it now they're not 2020 yet, but now I can read this without glasses, no problem. I couldn't read it without glasses. I'm just giving you a little example. I'm not puffing myself up. I'm saying my eyes are part of my body and I'm bridling my body with my words. Your weight is part of your body, your metabolism is part of your body, your blood is part of your body. If you've got high blood pressure. If Jesus could say to a sickness, a virus, go. And Peter's mother in law and obeyed him. Words drove out a virus. Words can change blood pressure. Words can change blood sugar. Words can change heart conditions, words can change arthritis. I know people say, I like it when you're transparent. I don't like it when I'm transparent. But I'll hear the Holy Spirit say, say that sometimes. So I have to obey. But there's an arthritic thing that tried to come on my mother years ago. She's been standing against it. But that foul thing tried to come on me and my fingers started getting arthritis just last year, just a little while ago. And I'm talking about, I feel compassion for people that have arthritis. My God, that is a wicked thing. I mean, I couldn't even make a fist without agonizing pain. And I said no, no, no, no, no you don't. My body will be bridled by my tongue. Now I commend you in Jesus name. Get off me and don't you ever touch me again. It didn't happen instantly, but I noticed over the weeks. I could now back full range in motion. You see. But what most people do is. Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh. Generational curse. Generation, generational curse. First of all, there is no such thing in Christ. Because you can break anything. Listen, devils do try to come down the tree. Doctor's mother was an alcoholic. That alcoholic spirit tried to come on Dr. Dufresne. But I'm not saying that things don't. They think they have a right to your family line. They are very territorial. They think they own you. But what I'm saying is it's not a curse. Because the Bible says you're not under the curse, you're under the blessing. So if you keep saying I have a generational curse, you are reinforcing that. That thing is going to work in your life. Stop saying that in Christ we're not cursed. And if there is some kind of a line, you can stop that line with your words. You can stop it with your words. You can bridle your body with your tongue. Behold, we put bits in horses mouths. Watch now that they may obey us and we turn about their whole body. Behold also the ships which though they be so great and are driven by fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm or rudder, whithersoever the governor listeth or the captain, whichever way he wants to turn. Now watch both of these. A horse big, a bit small, but with something that little bit you can turn ship bigger. Now watch. Fierce winds. Did you notice that? When there is fierce winds, what is God telling us through James the Apostle? He's saying when your life is being harassed, when the fierce winds are hitting you, when everything's going wrong and everything, the bigness of your ship is going in the wrong direction. A little tiny thing called a rudder. And then if you keep reading, he says the tongue is set upon fire by hell. But the tongue can also be tamed. It can also be made right. It can also be. You can bridle it with your mouth. It must be possible because verse two says a man that's perfect does not make a mistake with his words. And we are told we can be perfect. So that means it's not impossible to get your words right. But listen, I don't care how big the problem is, and I don't care how fierce the devil's winds are. And I don't care if you're headed toward the reef and you're about to go aground. If you will just get the rudder working right. Do you understand? You are the captain and your rudder is your tongue. And if you'll just change what you say, the largeness of the failure that is imminent will start to turn the big horse that you feel like you can't control. Notice both those scriptures, it says, we turn the horse, we turn the ship. Your life, what you need to turn. Some things, you'll do it with your words. You'll do it because out of this, out of this increase of right speaking, you'll eat the fruit, your belly will be full, you'll have life. I'm telling you, it's real. This is very real. Hebrews, chapter 10, verse 23. He just told me to read you these three Hebrews 10:23. So what do we learn? Our words can turn anything. Don't tell me about the devil. Your words can turn it because the fierce winds represents demonic power in that scripture and they have no authority when it comes to your words. You have the dominion, not them. Because out of your mouth you will eat, you'll be filled, you'll have fruit. Life and death are options. Choose life. Choose right. Speaking Hebrews, chapter 10. What verse did I say? Pastor Happy 23. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith. That means profession in Greek means confession. What you're saying in faith, Lord, I say this in faith. I believe I have that job. In Jesus name, Lord, I say this in faith. I. I thank you that I'm healed, that that lump leaves. In Jesus name, Lord, I thank you that I have a sound marriage. Lord, I confess that over my marriage, whatever that your profession, your confession is about whatever, whatever category it is, it's got to be scriptural. You can't confess something that's not scriptural. But if it's lined up with the covenant, whatever you say the Bible says hold fast. In other words, Dan, it's going to be easy to let it go. He wouldn't say hold it fast. That means, in other words, hold it hard, get a tight grip. Why would he say that if it was automatically going to be easy? What he's saying is you're going to be tempted to let it go. Let what go? What you say you're going to be tempted to Say the wrong thing. You're going to be tempted to say, this doesn't work. Time will pass. And you'll say, I don't know what Pastor Greg is talking about. I'm doing it. It don't work. You're going to be tempted to let that go. But he said, hold it tight. Grip it tight. Grip tight the confession of your faith. Don't let it go. Don't stop speaking. Don't quit. It will bring forth a harvest. Do not be weary and well doing. Do not be weary and well doing. For you shall reap if you do not faint. It's easy to faint. So he says, hold, grip, hold. Grip it hard. The profession of your faith without wavering. The word in the Greek means to lean. That means it's like you're doing it, but something's pushing you. It's like it's trying to. You just. You understand? Oh, boy. You don't understand what this means. Somebody can stand there, Greg, and say, well, thank God, Praise God, Pastor, I'm healed. And they're saying it, but inside they're doing this, meaning they don't really believe it. They're parroting it. You can sound like you're have a good confession because nobody really knows what's inside you. You can sound. But inside you could be wavering. You could be leaning over. So far, I don't really believe this, but I'm saying it because they're all going to judge me if I don't speak right. It's not just about that. It's about, do you really believe this? And if you don't get into the Word until faith comes by hearing the Word. And then when faith comes, when you really believe it, then start to say it. But. But inside, when you say it, stand upright on the inside. Don't lean. Wavering means to lean. It means to be influenced away from the truth. You can say the right thing, but inside, not even believe it. No, hold fast your confession. Don't let it go. Tighten the grip of faith. The confession of faith. Without wavering, without leaning, without inside not believing it, even though outside you're saying it. Are you with me? Hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering. For he is faithful. He promised me something, and he will bring it to pass. But what do I have to do? I have to hold fast my words. I have to hold fast my words. Hallelujah. I said two focuses. Speak more and lay hold. This was the main two things. God dealt with me all of 2024. There was many others, but These are ones that kept coming back to me over and over again. And the Lord said, repeat them in this new year. They weren't just for 24. God doesn't have a calendar. We just have calendars. This is in the realm of the spirit. This is a continuous flow. Just because we switched over date doesn't mean what we talked about last year doesn't matter. And he doesn't have me repeat everything because I can't repeat everything or this year would be like last year. I'm only repeating highlights of what he said. Put extra, extra spotlight on this. And so even though I got into the laying hold, I'm kind of going backward now because. Because this morning he said, no, talk about their words more. The fruit of their lips will give them increase. Are you listening to me? I don't know if you're getting that. Do you realize that what you say will change things or it will make things worse? Because you can turn anything, anything, anything with your rudder. Anything. You can turn it with your words. Let us hold fast what I'm saying. So when I say it and then that pressure tries to get me to not say it, I tighten my grip and I say it 10 times more. And then when, see, that's the first thing is hold fast because you're going to be tempted not to say. But now if you've passed that test and you keep saying another attack is going to come, not to make you stop saying that's the first one. And you held fast, you overcame that. You passed that test. But another thing is going to come on the inside this time, trying to get you to waver, trying to get you to lean. You saying it, but inside you're not really sure you believe it anymore. So that's why you got to stay not just speaking, but you got to stay in the Word, because the Word produces that faith, and then that faith is released by those words. Faith comes by hearing. It does not operate by hearing. Faith does not operate by hearing. It operates by speaking. Are you listening? Faith comes by hearing. It does not operate by hearing. It operates by speaking. And very few churches teach this. I wish every church at every street corner would teach this. If they did, Canada would look different. And don't worry, Trump won't have his way. I love America, and all my friends are in America, and my spiritual parents are there, and I feel a great kinship with them. Yes. And I love their president overall. He believes in things that are more aligned with the Bible than other people. And that's what my decision is. I don't always like people's personality or their lack of social graces or their lack of decorum. But I do like stands that are more aligned with Scripture. I'm not political. I just want to stand that lines with Scripture. But in the case with what he's trying to do with us, it won't come to pass. It won't come to pass. And I can't get into it now. But when I was there, the Lord actually the day before I left there for California on Saturday, last Saturday night. I've had two pretty big experiences in the last week. One was about my office, but the other was about Canada. And Jesus came in the room in my bedroom and he started talking to me about Canada. I can't talk about it right now because it's not time. But he started talking to me about Canada. And he started talking to me about the filth and the alliance of evil in the realm of the Spirit. And he started talking to me about how our church is going to be instrumental in changing that. And it's not because we're a big church, and it's not because we're a rich church. And it's not because we think we're better than a proud church. It's for one reason only. I know how to get in the spirit, and most people that pray don't. I'm telling you the truth because I go to the pastors. I've been to the pastor's prayer meetings where they get all together for unity's sake. Stupidness. I don't want unity. If you don't know anything about God because you're producing nothing now, I'll sit with you. I've sat with them and fellowshipped and prayed a little prayer and just been nice. I agree with that. We want everybody to be in unity, but when we're going to deal with things, if you don't even believe in praying in tongues, you don't know how to deal with stuff. You don't believe in faith. You don't believe in the dominion of the believer. You can't help me. So go and do your prayer meeting. We'll have cookies and snacks and coffee together. That's fine. But when it comes to praying, I've sat in those prayer meetings, Greg. I've prayed with these pastors. They don't know the Holy Ghost. If he walked in with a red hat on. They've got no idea how to step in the spirit. They all they know is mental, surface, emotional praying and oh, they'll sweat and they'll shout and they'll roar and they'll do all their jumping, and there's no anointing on it. I'm not saying that nobody knows, but I'm saying it is an epidemic of rareness in the body of Christ to know how to pray. But Ms. Leanne Sosby, who led prayer and healing school at Rhema for 28 years, when she stands up and opens her mouth, you can feel. I don't know if you can feel it on the camera, but when you're standing there a few feet from her, my God, you can feel the anointing of God come. I don't know if you're going to feel it when you're watching, but I'm telling you, that woman knows something about the Holy Ghost. And so I heard the Holy Spirit say, invite her. She can help your church. So I went up to her And I said, Ms. Leanne, do you travel much? Oh, yeah, we're about. We just planted a church two weeks ago. But my. My husband passed. I don't want to be no pastor. She goes, I'm a traveling minister. I said, well, good, then you're traveling north of the border. I said, will you come? She says, I'm coming to Promise of Life, and she's going to come and teach us about prayer. She's going to do sessions on prayer. And she knows something, believe me. In fact, Pastor Nancy has been praying with her privately because that woman knows something about the realm of the spirit. And I'm not looking for prayer to skip across the surface of the water like most people do. Some people pray doesn't even hit the water. It's like throwing a rock over the pond. The whole point is to get into the pond. But some people, most of them, they just skip. But when you learn somebody, find somebody that has learned the realm and that you can get in and start going deep under that water. That is a precious thing because it is very rare. And I. I'm not think I know everything. I want to learn from people that sat under dad Hagin. She would pray with dad Hagin. I want to learn from people that know something about it. Hallelujah. I don't know why. I don't know how I got off on that, honey. Praise the Lord. I'll eat the fruit of it. I can turn anything with it with my words. I can bridle my body with it. I can be a perfect man with it, and I'm going to hold fast to it even when the devil tells me it's not working. I'M going to hold fast, and I'm not going to waver on the inside and lean and question and wonder. I'm going to believe that my words, what I say, comes to pass. Pass. Whoo. Jesus. Hallelujah. So, just a few to just remind you, put you in remembrance. Some I'll read, some I'll quote. Jesus turned water into wine. What did he do, pour that out? They poured it out and it turned into wine. Jesus didn't do some magic potion with his hands. He could have. Remember, Elisha threw salt. That was Old Testament. That made that water sweet. What did Jesus make to make the water Wine? He didn't throw no salt. He spoke. He spoke. Have a look quickly with me at the Nobleman's son. John 4:43. I'm not going to read all of them, but I'm going to read some. You okay this morning? You okay? You really are okay. Okay. I just check in because a little different this morning. A little bit maybe more aggressive this morning. But that's okay. That's okay. We sometimes need it to hit home. All right. And when he was come, verse 45, John 4:45. And when he was coming to Galilee, the Galileans received him, having seen all the things that he did at Jerusalem at the feast. For they also went to the feast. And Jesus came again into the cane of Galilee, where he had made water, wine. And there was a certain nobleman whose son was sick at Capitol Capernaum. And when he had heard Jesus was come out of Judea into Galilee, he went to him and besought him that he would come down and heal his son, for he is at the point of death. And Jesus said unto him, except you see signs and wonders, you will not believe. And the nobleman saith unto him, sir, come down and my son die. And Jesus say, then say it. Say it. Saith, he didn't lay his hands, go thy way, Thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken, and he went his way. And his son was healed that day. Now, are you with me still? Mark, chapter one, verse 21. I said, let your fingers. Let your fingers do the walking. That's why I'm not turning in paper, because it takes me longer. I'm doing it digitally, but that's okay. If you're not there, just listen. Mark 1:21. And they went into Capernaum. And straight away on the Sabbath day, he entered in the synagogue and taught. And they were astonished. Can you believe I used to stutter so bad I couldn't even Read a verse of Scripture. And they were astonished at his doctrine, for he, that's how I would do it when I was younger. Jesus is a healer. And they were astonished at his doctrine, for he taught them as one that had authority and not as the scribes. And there was one in their synagogue, a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, saying, let us alone. What have we to do with thee? Thou Jesus of Nazareth, Art thou come to destroy us? I know who thou art, thou Holy One of God. And Jesus rebuked him, saying, do you hear it? Do you see where I'm going? Hold thy peace and come out of him. And when the unclean spirit had torn him and cried with a loud voice, he came out. Jesus said it. Look at how much Jesus did with his words. Whoa. Luke 4, verse 38. Luke 4, verse 38. I get excited about it, Jenny. I've never really seen it that way before. I've always looked at the difference between the healing, anointing and the gifts of the Spirit. And I've divided it up categorically and statistically that way. But this morning he said, why don't you check how much I spoke versus how much I did? Jesus was our example. He's trying to teach us words, words, words, words. And he rose verse 38 out of the synagogue and entered into Simon's house and Simon's wife's mother. Well, we know he ain't going to pray for the mother in law, but my doctrine's off because he did. And I'm so glad. I have a great mother in law. Her name is Saint Verli. She's been recently canonized by the Catholic Church. She's the saint, the patron saint of ornery preachers. All right. And. And he arose out of the synagogue and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever. And they besought him for her. Now, watch now. And he stood over her and rebuked the fever. He stood over her. He didn't say he touched her. He stood over her and rebuked the fever with his words. And it left her, Mark's gospel says, took her by the hand. But he rebuked it first, and it left her. And immediately, immediately, immediately she arose and ministered. Some things take time, some things don't. Words can make viruses die instantly. Words can make bacteria, infections die instantly. Words can make demons at distance obey and leave instantly. Whoa. My God. Who would have thought words were so powerful? Who would have thought what Jesus was Trying to show us. Luke, chapter 5, verse 1. Luke, chapter 5. And verse 1, verse 4. And when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, launch, said, said unto Simon, said unto Simon, said unto Simon, launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a draught or a catch. And you know what Simon said? It ain't going to work. But he beckons to his partners. And when Simon sought verse seven and he beckoned to their partners which were on the other ship, that they should come and help. Because verse 6 says after they had done this, they enclosed a great multitude of fish that their net broke. He said. He said. He said. He said he didn't mix herbs and hold the potion over the water. He didn't lay hands on the boat. He could have. When he raised the woman of n son, he touched the coffin. But in this, in most cases he spoke. Whether that guy. He made spit with the. Spit with the mud. See, he did an action there. But in most cases he spoke. You look at it. He spoke. Jesus was teaching us the power of our words. I hope you're catching something maybe that you haven't fully caught before. Matthew, chapter 8, verse 5. It's 11:59. Relax, just take a chill pill. The Lord is with us. Randy Greer is on the way. God is with us. We'll get you out soon enough. Just have a look with me, just for a couple more minutes. Matthew, chapter 8, verse 5. Hallelujah. And when Jesus entered into Capernaum, they came a centurion beseeching him, saying, lord, my servant lied that the home had homesick of the palsy grievous he tormented Jesus said, I will come and heal him. Jesus, so sweet. He's so sweet. And the centurion answered and said, lord, I'm not worthy that you should come in my roof. Because he knows Jews weren't allowed to. Although Jesus would have violated that rule, I'm sure, if Jesus drove an hour. Anyway, I'm not going to talk about him going past the speed limit because that's not what we're talking about now. And Jesus answered and said, lord. The centurion answered and said, lord, I'm not worthy. You should come to my wreath. But speak the word, the word only and my servant will be healed. For I'm a man under authority. Words, authority. See words with authority. Having sold his unto me, I say, this man go. He goes. I say, this man come. He comes. I say, this one do this. And he does it. I say, and it obeys. Mark 11:23 say to the mountain Be thou removed again and believe in your heart. Don't doubt, but believe that what you say will obey you. This is authority with words. And when Jesus heard it, he marveled, verse 10, and said, verily, I found not so great faith. Not on an Israel. In other words, this guy understands words. That means he's got great faith. You want great faith? Understand the power of your words. You want great faith? Guard your words. You want great faith? Speak more. You want great faith? Speak right. Don't just speak more, speak right. And Jesus, verse 13, said to the centurion, go your way. As you have believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed that same hour. He said it, Jenny. He said it. Now, I'll quote this one, but it's found In Luke, chapter 5, verse 1726, if you're writing notes. The man that broke up the roof, the paralytic. And Jesus said, son, thy sins be forgiven thee. And the religious people, how dare he do that? And she said, what's the difference? When I say, best sins be forgiven me, rise up and walk. But so that you know the power of the Son of Man has power to forgive sins, I'll change what I said. Hey, you, stand up. And the man stood up, healed. Jesus didn't lay hands on him. Jesus didn't touch him. Jesus didn't anoint him with oil. None of those are wrong. But he spoke. I want to bring the emphasis to that. He spoke. One of my favorite ones. Oh, I got to read this one because it freaks me right out. It just is one of my favorite stories. Mark, chapter 3, verse 1. Mark, chapter 3, verse one. This is just good for you to just see the word, hear the word, hear about words. And again, he entered into the synagogue, and there was a man there with a withered hand. Can you picture? Can you picture it? You know what a withered hand looks like? It's a withered hand. Yes. It's all deformed and gross. And they watched him, all those devils, those religious spirits. They watched him whether he would heal them on the Sabbath day that they might accuse him. See, some people come to church just to accuse the preacher. And he says. He says unto the man which had the withered hand, stand forth, man. I wish I was there, man. And so the guy takes a step forward with his little withered hand, and he saith unto him, is it lawful to do good on the Sabbath day or to do evil to save a life or to kill? And they didn't say anything. They held their peace. And when I watch this. And when he had looked around on them with anger. See, Jesus wasn't always a sweet preacher. When you're in church and you've got a heart of accusation, the Holy Ghost is angry with you. When you're in church and you don't want the power of God to move, the Holy Ghost is angry with you. He said, I didn't know God could be angry with us. Because you're stupid. Of course he can be angry with you. God can get angry because Jesus looked on them with anger and he said, I don't do anything except I see the Father do it. Which means the Father was looking on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts. You don't come with a soft heart. You're going to grieve the spirit. So he's looking and he said, I just picture it, the guy standing there with his little hand with her. And Jesus is saying. He said, he knows that. He knows. He's. He's got. He's poured gasoline over the. Over the wood and he's got the match on the strike pad. And he's thinking, you know, lord, should I do this, Father, because it's going to cause an explosion, or should I just be nice and sweet and just back down? And the Father says, strike it. Let's have some fun. Don't be afraid of their faces. That boy getting healed is more important than religious people being happy. Oh, that's the spirit of faith. That's the spirit of faith. And when he had looked around upon them with anger, being grieved for the hearts of their. He says to the man, oh, man, they're all staring at him. And Jesus got Jesus just standing there. I mean, this is a confrontation. Stretch forth thine hand. And the man stretched it out. And it was restored whole as the other. And the Pharisees went forth straightway to have a board meeting with the Heridonians to see how they may kill him. Wow, they hated the power of God that much. They were so religious about the Sabbath day that much. Jesus said it. Notice he didn't lay hands on him. He said, stretch it out. What if there's something crippled in your life, withered in your life? Can you say stretch out? What if your finances. You can say, stretch it out. I know some of you don't believe it, and if that's okay, if you don't believe it, you won't have it. But I'm telling you, it works. Jesus worked with words. I won't quote it, but it's in Matthew 8. 23. It's in Mark 4. It's in Luke 8. You can read it up later. He's in the stone. He's in the boat. He's sleeping on the pillow. And they're going E. And they're just freaking out. Don't you know? Don't you care about us? Don't you love us? I don't feel no love in this boat. That's what they were saying. Don't you care that we die? Don't you love us? I don't feel no love in this boat. We're gonna die, and you're gonna let us die. Notice Jesus. He didn't start, you know, doing some weird thing. He just spoke, peace, be still. And they obeyed. What's wrong with you people? Where's your faith? In other words, I've trained you to speak, but you won't do what I've trained you to do. Because the wind and waves, they made you question. Are you listening to me? The wind and waves made you question. If because it's so bad out there, my words can't work against this. But the boat tossed with the fierce winds, the helm or the rudder will turn that situation. Don't let the badness of the situation change what you say. Because he said, you have ye little faith. If you don't have faith, you don't say. If you have faith, you say. What do you say? That's in charity. You have the greatest faith of all. Isn't that amazing? A foreigner who's a centurion, not even in his crew, has great faith because he understood words. And his own disciples, who eat, sleep, live with them 24 hours a day. He says, you are little faith. Where's your faith? They're around the master and they're not getting it. And the stranger gets it. Doesn't matter how bad the storm is in your life. Doesn't matter what the doctors said, doesn't matter what the bank said. The wind may rage, but you have power to speak. The Gadarene man come out of him. We are many. We don't want to go out. What's your name? Legion. I. I imagine these things because nobody will make a movie about it the way it should be made. But it. That dude was messed up, man. That guy was gone. Naked, bleeding. Weird. Mermany. See, Jesus didn't worry about any of that. I've had people. I laid hands on a girl in a church of God once. And she said she was schizophrenia. So I just laid my hands there. I was Young. I didn't know what I was doing. And a male voice, a guttural voice came out of her lips. Do you remember that? What did she say? I can't remember what she said. Something about, ah, don't touch me, or something like that. But it was deep, man. This little skinned little girl looked like Emily. Just thin and sweet and loving, just beautiful. And don't touch me. And it shocked me. I went, whoa, what is that? It says a ventriloquist or something. What is going on here? But then that anointing hit me like Dr. Defoe. And I grabbed her face, man. Bang, boom, both sides. And I started shaking her. But it came out of my spirit. I wasn't doing it on purpose. It just came. I said, you come out of her Jesus name. And she went. I mean, devils like to disturb things. And her face started to shine like an angel. Do you remember that? She just emanated the glory of God. He just said, come out of him. I want to go to the pigs. I want to have be in the Baconator. I want to. I want to go to the Baconator. Go. Just think twice before you hit that baconator. Devils might be in it. You never know. My God, my God, you never know. He said, you come out. And then he said, you go in the pigs. Words, words, words, words, words, words, words, words, words, words. A man in the pool of Bethesda, take up that bed and walk. Didn't lay hands on him. Spoke. Just trying to help you a little bit. Syrophoenician woman. I just eat the crumbs. Just give me the crumbs, Lord. Now that was a powerful revelation. And after that whole discourse has an amazing answer. Man. The smartest woman in the Bible is that Syrophoenician woman. I mean, she got Jesus. You can't fake Jesus out. She got him. You're right. I don't deserve the bread. But even the dog eats the crumbs. I'll lower myself. I don't care what I look like. But I'm going to get something from you today. And a crumb will cast the devil out. I don't even need the loave. That's how weak devils are. Even a crumb takes care of them. Give me the crumb. And what did he say? He said, daughter, thy faith is made there whole. And he said, you, daughter. That's all it took. Your daughter. He didn't even speak to the demon. He didn't say, demon, I speak to you. I know you're far away. And I can't see you. But I say now, in the name of Jesus, I lay hands on you. I lay hold of you. And I say, come out. Now. He could have said that because it's still words. But he didn't even give the devil the privilege of even talking to him. He just said, you daughter is well. And those words drove that spirit out. Power of words. My God, I'm telling you. Jesus said to me this morning, he said, they don't know how powerful their words are. The lunatic son, he's going crazy. He's convulsing, he's epileptic, he's going crazy. And what did Jesus say? He said, come out of him, you deaf and dumb spirit. Words. Look at how much he did with words. Look at how much he did with words. Just a couple more. The 10 lepers. Now, the one leper, he laid hands, but the 10 lepers, he said, go show yourself to the priest. And as they went, they were healed. Words, words. Lazarus, come forth. Now, that time he yelled. Well, I don't know, maybe he didn't. But I like to picture it that he yelled, lazarus, come forth. And the power of that resurrection power. The man bound hand and foot. I've seen that tomb. It's a number of steps, 20 something steps going down into that cavern. And he came out, bound hand and foot, which means the power of God picked him up, levitated him and blasted him up those 20 something steps to the. And he's bound. You can't walk. They bind you like a mummy. What is he doing? Like this. Was he doing that? Because if he was, Jesus would have had to wait. Lazarus, come forth. Guys, just give it a minute. Just, just, just, just be patient. David Ellis. Keep playing, keep playing, keep playing. Everybody, everybody sing. Lift your hands, people. And lift your hands. Like Benny, like Benny. And lift your hands and sing to the Lord. Just wait. And here he comes. Okay. Three, two, one. Okay, here he is. Everybody look. Now, even if that happened, even if that happened, what a miracle. The man hopped up the steps, raised from the dead. But it didn't say that. It said, he said, come forth. And the very next verse he says, and Lazarus came forth and stood at the entrance of the tomb, bound hand and foot. The implication is instantaneous. That explosion. And he's standing there like a mummy, wrapped up, smelling. He needed axe deodorant or something because the Bible said he stank. I'm serious. I can just picture Jesus, there he is, and he's like, I'm gonna go for lunch, get him washed. And then Lazarus, you come join me. Words. You with me? I know some people get offended and leave the church over this, but that's okay. And second, miraculous catcher fish. After he was raised. Boys, you caught anything? No. Go on the left side. They go on the left side. And they caught all those fish. They couldn't catch them. Words. And then our quintessential one. I won't turn there, you know it. Mark 11. Give me something to give me some lunch. Looking through the leaves. There's nothing here. Oh, Lord, it's not season. Well, it is when I call for it. He didn't say, I curse you. That's what happened. But he said, no one eat of you ever. And he walked off. Words. He didn't take an axe. He spoke. Now with Peter's mother in law. Instantaneous change with the victory, 24 hours. But that root started dying the moment he said it. And by the time they came the next day, the whole thing is withered. That means a process had to happen for them to witness with their eyes. My God, this tree's dead. The tree has to look dead for it to be dead. Do you know what I mean? Words. And then they said, Jesus, my God. What is this? This is wild. Wow. Oh, my gosh. I can just take care of Peter. Omg. Oh, my goodness. What's going on? Jesus. Come here. You're so loud. You're so loud. Mile. Peter, just come here. You're always getting in trouble. Come here. Have. Have the faith of God, boy. What do you mean? That was the faith of God. Well, that's what I said, didn't I? I told you. That is have faith in God. If you say to this mountain, be thou removed, cast into the sea, don't doubt in your heart, but believe that what you say will come to pass or obey you. You'll have anything you say. Furthermore, whichever things you desire when you pray, believe you receive them. At the time you pray, you'll have them. Peter. This is how you deal with situations. You deal with it with your words. So when you get into the ship next time and there's a storm, don't be screaming at me and don't accuse me of not caring. I've trained you with dominion of your words. Use your look at how. And I haven't done that. That's just some of them. But if you look at all the times, more than 50% he spoke. He spoke. He spoke, he spoke. Why? He's trying to teach the body of Christ. Words. Words. Speak more, but speak right. Hallelujah, Heavenly Father, I thank you for the power that you've given us as New Testament believers. Far more than the Old covenant had. They had it too. Because those verses are written in the Old Testament about the life and death. But Father, the fullness of that now has come into the New Testament and death will always function. But now in the New Testament, a new for a new life force has been given to us. The power of the Holy Ghost has filled us with the by the baptism of the Spirit of God, we have life by the Spirit living inside of us. Father. In fact, every born again believer, even if they don't have the baptism, has life living on the inside of them. Because the Spirit is inside every believer, whether they're baptized or not. And if they use words, because words are spirit. Jesus, you said my words are spirit and life. So Lord, we know that when we put your word in our mouth, it is the highest form of life. But we can also speak confessions and hold fast to them in line with your word, even if it's not an exact quotation. Life will come out of our mouth. Or we can talk how we feel and how it looks. And we can talk about how bad the storm is and how bad the money is and how bad the sickness is. And we'll speak death. But we can speak life, Lord. Let it be our confession as it was yours. Our words are spirit and life. They're life. Lord. What we say is life. It has dominion, it has power, it has authority in it. Like that centurion. We can turn ships, we can turn storms, we can move devils, we can change viruses, we can change what where we live. We can change the landscape with the power of our tongue. And if we'll say it right, we'll eat the fruit and be filled with what we say. I don't want my congregation, Father. Empty suffering and weakness. I want them filled and strong and powerful. Let them get this little, this short sermon today, but let them catch a revelation maybe that they haven't seen before. Most of what Jesus did was with words. He was teaching us the power of words. Let us take his example as our master. Let us interpret it with scripture and let us start to say more and speak more, right? In Jesus name, hallelujah. I give you praise for it. Words can turn anything. They can change anything. So we give you praise for the power that's in our tongue. We will harness it wisely and correctly in the mighty name of Jesus.

Episode Theme: The Power of Words – How Speaking Rightly and Faith-Filled Speech Transforms the Life of a Believer
In this engaging and often humorous message, Pastor Craig Field follows the Holy Spirit’s prompt to focus on the power of words in the believer’s life. Drawing from both Old and New Testament scriptures and numerous examples from Jesus’ ministry, Pastor Craig emphasizes that the overwhelming majority of Jesus’ miracles and works were accomplished not by physical acts, but by the authority and faith released through His words. The sermon unpacks why speaking in faith is vital, how our words wield creative and destructive power, and provides practical applications for everyday Christian living.
“Lord, that's not really totally fair what you're doing, because I need time to prepare... He said, ‘I could have told you this when you stood up. You better be grateful I gave you five minutes.’” (00:40)
“A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth...” (23:30)
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Notice it didn't say the devil... God didn’t say the devil has the power of life and death. He says you have the power of life and Death.” (25:00)
“The more you're focused... you subconsciously focus to everybody about you, you, you... What happens? You start talking about how you feel, what your problems are, how the world has done you wrong.” (34:15)
“If you don't offend or stumble in what you say, you are fulfilling your assignment. ... and is able to bridle the whole body.” (41:22)
“The bigness of your ship is going in the wrong direction. A little tiny thing called a rudder... all you need to do is get the rudder working right. …You are the captain, and your rudder is your tongue.” (50:05)
“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith... without wavering. For He is faithful that promised.” (56:12)
“Faith comes by hearing. It does not operate by hearing. It operates by speaking. … Very few churches teach this. I wish every church … would teach this.” (01:03:30)
Scripture Survey: Pastor Craig walks through a series of Jesus’ miracles, highlighting that Jesus most often accomplished the miraculous through simple, authoritative speech:
Pastor Craig emphasizes how all these miracles were products of spoken faith, not merely actions or rituals.
“You can get drunk in the Holy Ghost and not have faith. You can have all your little dancing... but if you don’t release faith, God is not pleased.” (14:35)

Pastor Craig’s main call to action is clear: The New Covenant believer holds incredible power and authority in the tongue. Not only is it a spiritual principle demonstrated time and again in Jesus’ own ministry, but it is a call for intentionality:
“Words can turn anything, anything, anything with your rudder. Anything. You can turn it with your words.” (01:15:21)
A practical and Spirit-charged message: both a challenge and an invitation to harness the “promise of life” by faithfully speaking the Word in every arena—body, soul, relationships, and nation.
