Arianna holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and has trained extensively in naturopathic medicine, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychedelic Somatic Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy. Her work integrates trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and subtle energetics to foster deep self-trust, intimacy, and self-expression.
