Her latest foray into the world of identity politics sees her wanting to scrap the Public Sector Equality Duty as the opening move in a mission to 'restore common sense'. Because, apparently the UK is so post-racial- tension it does not need such rules any longer.

And yet, to look at what Claire Hanna MP described as "race-based pogroms" in Belfast this week, would suggest that we are not as evolved as the LoTO suggests quite yet.
