However, we know as disabled people we are creative and resourceful in figuring out how to get our needs met, even if it's in deeply imperfect conditions.Transcript Here

'Join me, as they talk about the concept of rest as it pertains to the chronically sick and disabled; from neurotransmitters to mental health, ableism, to how workplaces benefit from our rest skills. Our skills in the art of REST should be the gold standard to which others look to. I will share some of the rest techniques I use to maintain my quality of life, and I share why they are relevant to all human beings.'Presented by Flic Manning (Brainwaves)Transcript coming soon.
