
Israeli strikes have killed at least 850 people in Lebanon, as the conflict in the Middle East escalates.. More than 800-thousand, around 15 per cent of the country's population, have fled their homes since Israel began an offensive; which they say is targeting Iran's proxy, Hezbollah. More than 2,100 have been wounded since March 2, including 107 children, according to the Lebanese health ministry.
