The World Health Organisation has declared the Ebola outbreak in central Africa an international emergency. Around 390 suspected cases have been identified in the Democratic Republic of Congo's eastern Ituri province - and at least 100 deaths reported, including one death in neighbouring Uganda. The WHO says it's concerned the outbreak could be "much larger" than what's currently being detected and reported. The current strain of the disease is caused by the Bundibugyo virus - for which there are no approved drugs or vaccines.
