After the Mortal Kombat franchise announces even more licenced characters for its upcoming DLC, Kevin proposes to Urtheart and ShadowFox some interesting potential additions to the line-up. LMC trio Kevin, ShadowFox and Urtheart are back to discuss more things they got up to at the UK Games Expo – as well as singing owls, scavenger hunts and odd ways to die. All that and how Kevin gave someone from Konami a bit of an existential crisis.Plus: Skyblaze and Greyfore return to join Urtheart and conclude their Pokémon discussion. Full Tracklist: – Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues – Arcade– Offroad Thunder – Dirty Dog

Kevin is joined by Urtheart and ShadowFox for a new Radio Redux session to discuss all things gaming, specifically their visit some time back to the UK Games Expo – a local (to Kevin anyway) hobby games convention that also happens to be the largest in the UK. At which they played a new board game from Rebellion’s Unplugged division called Joyride, and they inadvertently found a new way to win.All that and discussions on virtual reality marketing, Ferrero Rocher, eating the board game Mouse Trap and putting your kids through university via Magic: The Gathering. The second half of the show continues the three-part discussion on Pokémon and specifically Scarlet and Violet. as Urtheart Skyblaze and Greyfore debate their place in an ever growing franchise canon. Full Tracklist: Robinson: The Journey – Reward

After things kept getting in the way during the last few recording sessions, Kevin sits down behind the mic to discuss all things Sonic x Shadow Generations – a game that absolutely did not need to happen but that apparently is. Not only will it’ll probably screw up everyone’s remake hopes one way or the other, there’s the little matter of silly design choices and weird misunderstanding of ‘The Ultimate Life Form’. Why, for example, do people seem to think he’d emblazon his stuff with the logo of the enemy that tried to kill everyone he knows? In the second half we begin a little mini-series for Radio Redux, as Urtheart is joined by Skyblaze and Greyfore to discuss Pokémon big, small and unfathomably silly, But just what is the best Pokémon, and why are they not immediately saying Ekans? Full Tracklist: Shadow The Hedgehog – Digital Circuit

It’s been eleven years since the last time Radio Redux and Saturday Night SEGA crossed over for Gavvie’s SEGAthon event – not that Kevin’s been counting of course. But he and Urtheart, who is currently helping Gavvie navigate the perils of the Dark Souls series, drop in for an hour of fun with stories and discussion. For example: Just what is going on with the Sonic Symphony “world tour”? Why did we never get Sonic 4 Episode 3? Who are GreenViper8’s parents? Getting old SEGA games ported, and why did Rebellion’s CEO (and Urtheart’s boss) have to spend his weekend hosing down a horse’s naughty bits. Full Tracklist: Sonic & The Secret Rings – No Way Through for Pirate Storm Miku Hatsune – Ievan Polkka (VSNS Remix) MADWORLD – Wordsmith – Death & Honor Audio Sprite – Quackshot – Transylvania Sonic Riders – Theme of SEGA Carnival

50 shows and many years after it ended, somehow Radio Redux has made it to episode 250! Everyone’s a little (see: a lot) older, but are they equally wiser? Kevin’s in the chair as your host for a fiendish quiz to tax the memories of two teams – one from RadioSEGA and the other from Last Minute Continue itself. They’ll need to answer questions on both Sonic and SEGA, of course. But how is their song lyric knowledge? Are they able to find the answers in a legally distinct connections round? Or maybe, even, remember the history of not just the community they’ve all been a part of for well over a decade, but the very show they’ve all been on multiple times? It’s the closing act of this year’s WinterFest and there’s pride, a trophy and bragging rights on the line! (Okay, two out of three ain’t bad…) Featuring: Team RadioSEGA: GreenViper8, Greyfore and SkyblazeTeam LMC: T.A. It’s time to wrap-up this little mini-series discussing everyone’s favourite games of all time. There’s only a couple of picks left for the boys, as ShadowFox goes solidly into the adventures of a guy in a cardboard box. While Kevin does a passionate deep dive on the story and mechanics of the second Turrican game. Full Tracklist: Beyond Good & Evil – When Domz Attack TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge – We Ain’t Came to Lose Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater – Salty Catfish Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater – Snake Eater Turrican II – Powerslide Into Hypercycle Drive

Part five of six and it’s back and so far the Nintendo GameCube is the real MVP. Something that’s only emphasised further with some talk about RPGs. First up there’s Kevin, who doesn’t really do JRPG’s – which only shows you just how damn good Tales of Symphonia is. Urtheart picks yet another Nintendo title, with an unconventional if “mismanaged” Mario game. Turbo counters this with some SEGA/Sonic love. Full Tracklist: Sonic & The Black Knight – Emma & Tinna From ALL ENDS feat. Marty Friedman – With Me Tales of Symphonia – Dirk’s House Theme – ‘Dirk, I’m Home!’ Tales of Symphonia – Latheon Gorge – ‘Dry Trail’ Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door – It’s Battle Time Sonic Adventure – My Sweet Passion (Theme of Amy) (Official REMIX – Version 2)

AAUK, Dusk and Echo debate the awesomeness of the Sonic Colours drill effect, being the true flagship show, knowing weird people and what Emerald Coast is doing with its Dream To Nightmare series. But why would Echo and AAUK need earplugs?
