The year's top sales range from 316 weight steers at Pratt Livestock in Kansas bringing 750 to 1009 weight pound steers bringing 35760100 weight. At Stockman's Livestock in South Dakota, several weight classes have produced especially eye catching prices, including 446 weight steers bringing 680 at Joplin Regional Stockyards in Missouri and 544 weight steers bringing 591 at Burwell Livestock Market Market in Nebraska followed up by 602 weight steers bringing 521 at Ogallala Livestock Auction also in Nebraska. In the heavier weight divisions. Valentine Livestock Auction in Nebraska posted the year's highest seven and eight weight sales at 468 and 416.75, while Kimball Livestock Auction in South Dakota leads the nine weight category at 376 and a quarter.
