much of cow country. Joplin, Missouri led the charge by running 7,600 head across their scales with Sioux Falls, South Dakota at 2,482 head. Kingdom City, Missouri was at 1161 Gainesville, Missouri just to tick over 1,000 head and Paris, Kentucky at 943 head. Joplin, Missouri was noted as a snappy market by Corbett Wall with the good demand across all classes, noting feeder steers were steady to $15 higher and lighter weights $15 to as much as 50 bucks higher.
