So this movie came out in 2011 starring Joseph-Gordon Levitt and Seth Rogen that is a fictionalized retelling of writer Will Reiser's real life struggle with a spinal cancer. Did it do a good job of portraying what it's like to deal with cancer? Is it a good movie? Should you see it? Like cancer itself, the answer is complicated and very dependent upon the person.
