Well, the State of Virginia just decided to nuke many 2A liberties of citizens in their state. A slew of anti-gun laws were pushed through debate and signed by the governor, who many would call a tyrant. Let's talk about it. Don't worry, this conversation is not like others you may have heard.

In this episode, we surf over three new state-level gun laws (West Virginia, Kentucky, and Idaho) that are meant to give their citizens access to full-auto firearms within the framework of the Hughes Amendment. In this video, we talk about the future director of the ATF (Robert Cekada). Our right to keep and bear arms is always hanging in the balance, and selecting an ATF director is a key part of where our liberty will end up. Tune in, tell me what you think in the comments. Stay Safe, Stay Armed, and Stay Range Minded!!

In this episode, I just lay out a candid convo on how I see the world. No show notes, no scruples, and no talent...Enjoy!

In this powerful episode of The Range Minded Podcast, we go deep on the Second Amendment's true purpose — straight from the Founding Fathers — and how it collides with real-world events in January 2026.We start with the Founders' own words and Sir William Blackstone’s influential commentary on the right to bear arms as a defensive tool for liberty, self-preservation, and resisting tyranny — never for threats or intimidation. Then we compare that vision to:The original Black Panthers' armed self-defense in the 1960sThe 2026 anti-ICE protests exploding nationwide after the Renee Nicole Good shooting in Minneapolis, including the armed Black Panther revival group open-carrying in PhiladelphiaIs modern armed protest a defensive necessity or crossing the line into intimidation? We break it down.

Foreign & Domestic: Stifling One Attack, Warning on the OtherTrump just crushed another global gun control push: On Jan 7, 2026, he signed a presidential memorandum withdrawing the U.S. from 66 international organizations—including the UN Register of Conventional Arms—under Executive Order 14199. This builds on his 2019 unsigning of the UN Arms Trade Treaty (ATT). No more UN reporting on small arms that could fuel anti-2A pressure. Big sovereignty win for gun owners! We also cover the risks: Federal "prohibited persons" basics (felons, drug users—even state-legal weed—mental health adjudications, domestic violence, etc.) and why armed/violent protest rhetoric could backfire. One escalation, and it shifts public opinion, tightens court rulings, and fuels more restrictions. Gun violence dropped sharply in 2025—don't let hotheads undo it.Responsible path forward: Know your status, protest peacefully, support 2A restoration (like DOJ's new Second Amendment Rights Section), and fight smart via GOA/NRA courts.Foreign threats stifled—stay alert to domestic ones. The 2A wins with range-minded owners. What’s your take? Comment below! Follow @RangeMinded on X. Like, subscribe, share, and hit the bell.
