The judgment day has beyond fractured and oh yeah, Dan Howen is on the show. This is the Raw recap on WWE Now a WWE and Fanatics original production. Oh Megan, where do we begin? Where do we begin? Like so many weeks, I think we begin exactly where we ended. I love that on Monday Night Raw. Let me ask you this. You sat with it for a week. I feel like everywhere that I went over the last seven days when the conversation of WWE and professional wrestling came up, people were talking about this face to face that we got last week between Roman Reigns and CM Punk and fans were asking in a real way, did Punk go too far? Was the was the line about Roman's dad either out of line? Was it in bad taste? Was it uncalled for based on where the conversation had been before that line was uttered? And tonight the chickens come home to roost. That is the conversation that permeates Monday night Raw that surrounds CM Punk. CM Punk is aware of it. And the Usos are those chickens that came home to roost, first of all, after sitting with it. Because obviously we, we, we instantly react to what we see. These are all feelings, emotion. But then you get home, you think about what you saw, you think about maybe you rewatched some of your favorite segments on Raw. How did the line last week that CM Punk said to Roman Reigns about Roman Reigns late father, Sika Wild Samoan, how did it sit with you?

Look, I thought CM Punk won the war of words, but I thought it was a cheap win. I thought that CM Punk went to a place that maybe it wasn't necessary for him to go to. But then as I'm digesting throughout the week, I'm thinking about CM Punk's past, I'm thinking about Roman Reigns past. And I do recall a time when Roman Reigns brought up Cody's dead father.

[Megan]

Well, listen, I mean, first of all, maybe, but, but, but, but does one justify the other? Does one.

[Co-host/Fan]

You did it first so I can do it second, to whom?

[Megan]

To who then? Not to. I did it to Cody.

[Co-host/Fan]

That's Cody's cross to there separate set of circumstances.

[Megan]

And you know what Cody did in response? He took the world title away from Roman Reigns. He finished his story in a bloodline rules match in front of the final boss in all of Roman Reigns, his family. Cody Rhodes used that to take the WWE Championship away from Roman Reigns. The thing that defined Roman Reigns and to create this forever moment at WrestleMania 40. I don't think that it feels like an excuse for CM Punk to say, well, Roman did it, Roman did it first. And it was yeah, yeah, two years ago to somebody else, Roman did it. So today I can do it. Now listen, I do think that CM Punk is an expert at pushing buttons.

Psychological warfare too.

[Megan]

Yes.

[Co-host/Fan]

Yeah.

[Megan]

I've never seen anybody get in somebody's head and push buttons the way that CM Punk does. There is never. I mean, historically there's never been anybody that blurs that line more than CM Punk. There's never been anybody as you're setting up a wrestling match that you start to feel like there is real tension with like CM Punk. And I think that that's, that's the expertise that he's drawing out. I think that, that CM Punk is aware that here's what has been established and you're right about the Dusty thing. But I think even more so, what has been established is that say whatever you want about Roman Reigns and CM Punk said A lot about Roman Reigns tonight as well. Yeah, narcissistic. But when he says doesn't care about the business, doesn't care about the business, doesn't care about the fans, cousins, that's where I go. I don't think so. I don't think that's true. Because if there's one thing that has bothered Roman Reigns, always, if there is one kryptonite that Roman has is that you don't disrespect his family. It's the same way the Rock felt on the way to WrestleMania 40. The one thing you don't do is disrespect the family. I think CM Punk knows that CM Punk was talking tonight about coming up and spending time with afa, Roman's uncle in Philadelphia. In Philadelphia.

Not making much money, getting some gas money every now and then from afa, getting a hot meal from afa.

[Megan]

But being around AFA than being around his son Samu and bringing. And he even brought up Lance Anoa, like being around that family. He knows what that family is. He knows what he was doing last week.

And I love when Punk did this, right. Because since Punk's returned at Survivor Series two plus years ago, we've seen a certain version of CM Punk. Now CM Punk brings up his history with Offa, his history with Roman's family, and it does sort of paint the whole picture of CM Punk and how deep his issues with Roman Reigns go and how far back they stem.

[Megan]

That's right. That's right. And just as he was saying, explaining, because he almost. He really did come to the ring with that awareness CM Punk did of how fans responded to what he said last week. He came to the ring with an awareness, and he said he didn't know how the audience was going to respond to him in Seattle.

[Co-host/Fan]

And Seattle was singing his song.

[Megan]

Well, it's tough with CM Punk. CM Punk is a huge star, one of the most popular superstars of all time. And when that music plays and CM Punk looks at his watch and tells you it's clobbering time, it's tough not to give him the benefit of the doubt.

[Co-host/Fan]

Yes.

[Megan]

And also, I mean, of all people to say, man, CM Punk said something that might have crossed the line. It's CM Punk. If you have ever been a CM Punk fan, all he's ever done is said things to cross the line. That's. That's his mo. And just as he's saying, though, he lowered himself to Roman's level, here come the USO's Jackie Redmond. Had talked to them backstage earlier in the two. Two hours before Punk was even out there. And they said, you know what? Maybe we do have something to say about that. Maybe there is something that I'd like to say. And the USO's come out and they confront CM Punk. Now. I think Jimmy and Jay, USO were both pretty upset with Punk.

Yeah, they weren't eating. They were. I mean, they made their way to the ring rather quickly.

[Megan]

Oh, yeah, yeah. There was business on their mind.

[Co-host/Fan]

Yes. And Jay, I mean, we talk about Roman telling a story with his face. Jay had anger all over him.

[Megan]

I mean, to the point where it looked like he forgot where he was.

[Co-host/Fan]

Yeah, it looked like there was steam coming out of his ears.

[Megan]

Yeah, yeah. They saw his neck.

[Co-host/Fan]

I was getting a little antsy. Yes.

[Megan]

Nervous?

[Co-host/Fan]

Yes. All of the above.

Uncomfortable.

[Co-host/Fan]

Anxious.

[Megan]

Anxious. And he's sitting there, you know, And Jimmy is always the cooler one. You know, Jay, whether it's for. Whether it's glee, whether it's joy, whether it's anger, whether it's intensity, whether it's whatever. Jay leads with emotion, always has. That's one of the things that I think connects Jay so well.

The audience responds to it.

[Megan]

The fan base. Yeah, I think that's right. And Jimmy is the cooler head. I feel like Jimmy is the one that kind of says, okay, here's the issue. Punk even called it out. Jay came in hot. Jay came in wanting an apology. And I, man, I don't know what Punk was thinking. When Punk goes, roman sent you out to do his thing, you get like.

Like again, he's pushing those buttons because he knows family and he's pushing.

[Megan]

But do you think Punk hates Roman so much and wants to teach Roman a lesson so much that he's able to take these guys who he says are his friends and use them as pawns? Because that's what you talk about. Roman being a politician and Roman being a chess player. It seemed to me like CM Punk was saying, my relationships be damned. I'm going to use Roman's cousins as. As pawns in this war against Roman Reigns. Or do you think that it's because he doesn't like Roman Reigns? Or do you think I just thought of this last week, Roman goes to Punk. My cousins. Tell me what you say in the locker room.

Yeah, that line I'd been really thinking about.

[Megan]

Do you think Punk at that moment goes, oh, cuz, here's the other thing about Punk. He'll cut off a friend if he realizes this is not a loyal person? Yeah, Right. Do you think that the reason why Punk was not really in relationship saving mode tonight or even close to it. Do you think it's because he's using them as pawns against Roman? Or do you think it's because that he caught. He caught that shot that Roman threw out there and he said, huh? Huh? Is that what the USO's are saying behind my back?

Maybe they're not my friends.

Because that was a line that I think all of us were questioning. Like, are they really saying that?

Right, right. But. Or is Roman getting in Punk's head? You know, Jimmy took over and explained to Punk, you know, he said, I got respect for you, Phil, when he

dropped the legal name.

And we know that's what Roman was doing to get under. I mean, My son is 9 years old.

I perked up when Jimmy said that.

[Megan]

Yeah. Because. Because my 9 year old son is watching last week's thing, last week's interaction when Roman starts calling Punk Phil at nine years old, he's going, oh my gosh. Like, he understands the level of disrespect that is happening. And there's not an accident that Jimmy goes, phil, we respect you. Oh, really? You respect me enough that you call me Phil on Monday Night Raw. Is that how much you respect me, Jimmy? And I'm going, okay, okay. There's a lot.

He's spitting on somebody's shoes.

[Megan]

It is. And no, I would never want anybody to spit on my shoes.

No.

[Megan]

I'd be so angry at them. I go, well, that's one person that's not my friend. I do. I like my shoes. I don't like other people Spit on them.

Yeah.

[Megan]

You know, that's when Punk starts to explain afa. And it's really interesting because Punk went on this diatribe where he said everything except, I'm sorry, first of all, he said, I don't even think se can hear us anyway. I'm not spiritual like that. And it's like, that's not helping, bro. That's not helping. Like, you are disrespectful to our family, something that, you know, we hold dear.

Not only were you disrespectful to him last week to Roman Reigns, but now this week you're saying, well, he can't hear us.

[Megan]

Right, Exactly.

[Co-host/Fan]

I don't believe he can hear us. I don't believe he can see us. Why does this even matter?

[Megan]

Right? I know you guys just out here because Roman told you, instead of being like, hey, I acknowledge, for lack of a better term, that this is also your family.

[Co-host/Fan]

Hey, maybe I went a little bit too far.

[Megan]

That's your uncle that I'm talking about. Right? And this is, this is a notoriously close knit family that stays together. But no, Punk does everything. He says every word in Merriam Webster's dictionary except I'm and sorry won't, won't do it.

And then Jay, that's where Jay takes it back over and makes it like,

no, you need to say you're sorry.

This is what we need to hear from you and Punk. Oh, Punk. Oh, the button pusher that he is. He goes for that, you know, embrace. Before he says the words. He gets the embrace. Then he says, I'm sorry but four. That's it.

I'm sorry that Roman Reigns doesn't respect you. I'm sorry that I'm sorry. And then he called them Roman. That Roman Reigns treated you so poorly during the whole rise of the bloodline and has you two convinced that you still have to come out here and be as young boys. And it's like, dude, to look at the USO's who are the most, I mean, they've multi, multi, multi, multi, multi time World Tag Team Champions, okay, redefine the tag team division, took the tag team championship, brought it to the main event of WrestleMania. Split up. Jay becomes the world heavyweight champion at WrestleMania.

He has worn the same title that CM Punk is wearing. The Usos are absolute legends that stand on their own. And CM Punk called them young boys to their faces. And so, I mean, this didn't feel like wwe. This didn't feel like wrestling. This felt like public school in New York. Jimmy USO just punched him in the face and that was all it was. It wasn't a pull apart brawl. It wasn't. It was Jimmy USO going, oh, really? Jay pushes him and then boom, Just a pun. Punched him right in the face.

And I love Punk's facial expression after Jey USO punched him in the face. I mean, he's sitting there, you know, almost with a smirk, right?

He earned it. Yeah, he earned it.

I love it because the beginning, like, a couple of weeks ago, right when more masked men started appearing, you were saying, oh, I don't know. WWE shop must have got all these. These masks outfit. Mask outfits. But I'm not kidding. Seth Rollins is.

He bought a gross of them, docked up a gross of masks. I mean, here. It was so crazy watching this all happen and watching these masked men just. Just appear from every side of the arena.

Were you immediately doing, like, in the Santa Claus when they have everybody line up all the Santa suits and you're trying to recognize which one's which.

[Megan]

Which one is the actual one?

[Co-host/Fan]

I'm trying to figure out which one is Seth Rollins. I'm, like, immediately body scouting, looking at all of the eyes. Where is Seth? Where is Seth? As they all start moving, I'm analyzing their moves. Which one is. They all move so fast, and then

[Megan]

they start mixing each other up on purpose. Like somebody's, like, shaking them all together, like, moving as one for Seth Rollins. I mean, in my mind, I go, okay, Seth Rollins has been stripped of the vision. He got beaten out of it. I thought, he's coming back with no friends. I didn't realize that this dude, when he says he's a visionary, when he says he's a guy who can assemble a group. We have seen Seth Rollins assemble multiple groups throughout his time in the wwe. There's a reason they call him an architect. The one thing I didn't see coming was that he would just show up with, I mean, dozens and who knows how many there actually are of anonymous soldiers. I mean, this is like this. This is like the Dark Knight Rises.

[Co-host/Fan]

Yeah.

[Megan]

And Seth is just staring at one of them going, they're gonna expect one of us in the wreckage, brother. So one of us is gonna have to go down all these.

And these men are willing to go down for Seth?

[Megan]

Absolutely. This army to give up of the vision, to come back with a full army by your side is amazing. I thought Seth was going to have an uphill battle to climb, But Seth returns to a WWE where the vision has been lessened in terms of numbers.

[Danhausen]

Yes.

There's only two left on the show,

and Seth didn't even have to take him out.

Well, he took out Heyman. Yes, he took out Heyman, that's for sure.

Took out Heyman and then La Knight Kidnapped him.

La Knight kidnapped him. That was very, very helpful. He did a Grand Theft Auto too. But, I mean, he's got. You could bring back every member of the Vision that's ever existed. Seth Rollins still has the numbers. Like, it is a wild thing seeing on this show the Vision that has always played the numbers game. Always played the numbers game. Always played the numbers game. That's the one game they can't play anymore. Now, Seth Rollins doesn't appear to be aligned at all with the Usos or with LA Knight, whatever that problem is with the Vision. Appears to be a separate problem than the Seth Rollins problem with the Vision, because the Vision comes out going after Seth Rollins and they can't get him because they don't know where he is. There's all these anonymous masked men just existing. Like these people just exist to cause confusion so that you can't get your hands on Seth Rollins. Adam Pierce is telling you what, what, what Seth is doing is unacceptable. Seth is not medically cleared. He's saying that Seth, you, you, you, you've been successful this time. You were successful that time, but at some point you're not going to be successful, and then there's going to be no more Seth Rollins. And Adam Pearce can say that all he wants, but when you got 30 masked men watching your back, willing to do anything for you, who don't even prioritize having an identity for themselves, they're just. They exist to protect you. It seems to me like if I were picking one guy's plan, I'm picking Seth's plan.

I mean, Seth is more than prepared. Right?

Has all of these people working on behalf of him.

Protecting him, doing whatever it takes to make sure that nothing can happen to Seth Rollins.

And then when Seth Rollins eventually does take off the mask. Oh, my gosh. All of Seattle singing his song.

And they went nuts for him.

Insane.

They went absolutely nuts for him.

I mean, I assumed Seth was one of the masked men, I would hope. And when the masked man stepped forward, that was Seth unveils it. The, the reaction is unmatched.

[Megan]

They erupted. Yes, they erupted for Seth Rollins. He's got them in the palm of his hand again. Seth Rollins, as as much of a pedestal as that guy is on, he's still grossly underrated. Yeah, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's wild. And, and I think a lot of people feel like they can, like they know kind of where this is going.

Yes.

[Megan]

But every time Seth shows up, it goes in a different direction. Nobody can quite pinpoint where this is going to end up. You kind of get around, but nobody can get that specific pinpoint on where this is going to end up. Seth and the masked men disappear. Now here comes LA Knight, who's got a problem with Logan, Paul and with Austin Theory. They attempt to use the numbers game against La Knight. But then here come the USO's, and once again, the numbers game isn't working in the Vision's favor. And at a point you've got to ask, like, what's the vision? It was so clear a month ago.

I mean, what's the vision? You know, without Bronson Reed and without Bron Breaker and without Paul Heyman. But last week when Paul Heyman was around, I said, oh, maybe the Vision is Logan, Paul and Austin Theory. Now that Paul Heyman's gone, I have that question. What's the vision?

[Megan]

And here's the question, right? Is there a focused vision? Or when it's Logan, Paul and Austin Theory, is it the blind leading the blind who's running things? If it's Logan Paul, is he ready? Is Logan Paul there? I know the point of the vision is that he's getting there and he's going to get there. Is he there now?

Is. We've seen it in matches, but is he there to lead a group? Great matches, great matches.

That's great. That's great. Danhausen. How has life been? It's been, you know, a couple of weeks now in the wwe. How are you getting used to. How are you getting used to WWE life?

[Danhausen]

It's been great. Been very busy. I've been. I am a. What is it? Monday Night Raw legend, and I am a Friday Night smackdown legend. So it has been quite nice. I've been very busy, very evil. I have been top of the merchandise sales. Who the thoughts. Well, Danhausen would have. And, you know, I've been cursing some foes and I've been trying to make some friends, but we're seeing how that goes.

[Megan]

Yeah. I mean, look, that could be. That could be tough. Anywhere you go. Do you find that. That without a specific home. You've popped up on Raw, you've popped up on smackdown, you've popped up on Elimination Chamber. Do you feel like the general managers are courting you? We've been seeing a lot of that lately with free agents.

[Danhausen]

What do you mean? Sending me to jail?

[Megan]

No, no, not like. Not like a legal court. I meant courting like. Like wooing you. Like wooing you. Right?

[Danhausen]

Yeah, wooing me. Yeah, I like that. That's nice. Yeah. They should give me championships if they want to do that in more money. And also, I've already said this, but I need my face on the side of the trucks.

[Megan]

Yeah, you did well. Yeah. The list of demands as I have them and tell me if I'm missing anything, is face on the side of the trucks a championship of some type. A blimp, personal camera boy and assistant.

An assistant. And hall of Fame this year specifically, of course.

We got Demolition, we get Stephanie McMahon, we've got AJ Styles with his beautiful hair. What more could you ask for, Danhausen?

That's what I understand that you got your finger point picture with Triple H. What was the. What was that interaction like?

[Danhausen]

I think he didn't want to be cursed, so I think he just gave in immediately. Someone probably gave him the heads up on what would happen. He also probably watched Monday Night Raw and saw what happened to Dominic.

[Megan]

Yeah, that did. That did follow Dominic. It did. Well, listen, yeah, he lost the championship, which I didn't think he was ever going to lose the championship, but the

curse did it to a painter.

[Megan]

He does. Yeah. No, that's. He'd probably appreciate you doing that, too. Yeah, I mean, on smack. After you. You did curse Dom, obviously you didn't get along great with the judgment day. You then went over to smackdown and it looked like you didn't curse the Miz. You threatened to curse the Miz. Do you. Do you feel like. Do you feel like there could be something building, like the Miz as your mentor? Is that a potential reality?

[Danhausen]

Well, yeah, yeah. Speaking of reality, he had a reality television show. And Danhausen needs his own reality television show or a cartoon or something. But I think the Miz can help Danhausen. General, if you know this, he's very famous. He is one about 47 championships in this company. I think all of them.

[Megan]

Yeah.

[Danhausen]

He's main evented WrestleMania. He's defeated the tip top of Superstars. So who better to learn from? Who's to argue with Danhausen about this? No, he has everything. He's done it all. Who better to teach Danhausen how to become. I already said I was a legend, but even more legendary.

Yeah, I was going to ask you that. I mean, do you not find that patience can be a virtue? You know, a lot of. A lot of Superstars, it takes them many, many years, many years to accomplish these things. And for you to just kind of show up a foreign entity to a lot of the WWE universe and just. Just kind of be demanding all this stuff. Feels a little quick. No.

[Danhausen]

No, I don't think so. I'm Danhausen.

[Megan]

I didn't think of that.

[Danhausen]

Give me my things. Wanna be cursed? Yeah, See, that's the thing. You come in here, you kick in the door, you, there's a new sheriff in town, is what you say, and then you make your demands, and then it already worked once, and I just need to get it to work about 10 more times. Unless I keep adding to this list, which I probably will.

Yeah, yeah. And obviously it's working as far as merchandising goes, which is, I mean, you know, no surprise to any of us that. That have loved that Danhausen for some time. I wanted to. I wanted to ask you about your debut. First of all, this. This crate shows up two weeks before the elimination chamber. Were you in the crate for two weeks?

[Danhausen]

Yeah. Well, absolutely. Where else would I have been?

[Megan]

There was the coffin in the crate as well?

[Danhausen]

Yeah.

How was there enough room? There was a coffin inside the crate as well. And then there were several dancing women. Was everybody in the crate the entire time line?

Oh, it was Thunder of supplies. He was great. I came out and they yelled, yes, finally, Danhausen has arrived. And I could hear each and every one of them hop off their seats and get up and applaud and say, up yours, Dracula. Danhausen did it first because Danhausen shipped himself in a crate across the seas first. But it was to wwe. It was not the last voyage of the dementor, or whatever it's called.

Were you surprised that Michael Cole didn't quite know what to make of you giving him that jar of teeth?

[Danhausen]

Well, you know, I don't expect everyone to get it right away, but I was quite rude to Mr. Wade Barrett. I had some bad news for him, if you will. I said, I don't have any gift for you. Up yours.

I can see.

[Danhausen]

But I gave it to Michael Cole because he's been around for a long time. He's earned it.

Oh, I think I'd like to team with Roddy Piper. Ooh, that would be good. Yeah. What are two bubble gums and we're all out of curses or whatever he says. That's exactly that cold. Steve Austin versus Dan Housing in a hair versus hair match. Making Balder shave his goatee too.

What else we got? Rock the Dwayne Johnson. I should beat him, I think, and do the people's elbow. But we'll curse him first. We'll do the pose first and then the elbow. What else you got, Pepsi Phil? The truck is really. What is it about the truck that is it just sort of seeing your face that large or. Why is that so appealing to you?

[Danhausen]

I think that's good because if I get on the truck and then people see me on the truck, they'll know who Danhausen is. They'll take a picture of my face and Google me. And then also the truck. I should be on the sphere in Las Vegas.

The whole sphere.

[Danhausen]

The whole sphere should be Dan housing. And also in Times Square, we should have Dan housing in every corner. What. What are some other landmarks that I can put my face on?

Well, I think it's giant. You could put my face on the side of it or the front of it with my name, and I can go above sports events such as WrestleMania. And then, you know, everybody can see it. Private jet moves too fast. You need it slow because it's an advertisement for yourself. It'll help me take over the world.

[Megan]

There's not that many people who have a handle on cursing foes and marketing.

[Danhausen]

And also not that many people own a blimp. I would be one of the few.

Yeah, that's a good point.
