On today's episode, Andy & DJ discuss the mysterious drones spotted over New Jersey’s Bergen County, Daniel Penny being acquitted in the subway chokehold that led to the death of Jordan Neely, and Luigi Mangiones' Fatal Shooting Of...

Yeah, we're from sleeping on the floor now my jury box froze up. Bow up stove. Counted millions in a cold, bad booted swole Got her own bank roll can't fold. That's a no head shot case. Close.
B
What is up, guys? It's Andy Frisella and this is the show for the Realist. Say goodbye to the lies, the fakeness and delusions of modern society and welcome to reality, guys. Today we have Andy and DJ Cruise.
A
The motherfucking Internet.
B
That's what we're going to do. That's what CTI stands for. It stands for Cruise the Internet. Let's just go right into it today, man. It's just been so long and thick. What's up?
A
But a girthy break.
B
It has been a girthy break. What's going on?
A
What's going on, brother?
B
No, you know, same old stuff. Yeah, same old, same old, man.
A
We're back at it, man. They, you know, people. People are wild with their comments and, you know, their theories that come out. They thought we got got.
B
Oh, they did.
A
They thought the drones came and got us, bro.
B
You know what, man? I mean, that's a good guess.
A
I mean, solid and solid. I feel like they would know, though, if that was.
B
They came and got the old DJ and the old Andy and then they made clones.
A
We're plants and we are.
B
Now we're the clones. And the old guys, they're dead.
A
Yeah, well, Mike, they might have them at.
B
Well, they got them in an exclusive breeding facility to expand Superior genetics across the world.
A
That's what it is.
B
But, yeah, you know, the reality is, is, you know, we're the clones and they're making babies.
A
Big dicks for everybody, baby.
B
Yeah, that's right. We're here and they're not. Fuck them.
A
Yeah. What's another news? You know, we. We. We respect trans and we believe in all the LG HD TVs. And.
B
Yeah, I voted for Biden. Yeah, both times.
A
Three times.
B
Yeah. Yeah, all of the times.
A
What's. Hey, man, it is what it is, man. We're back at it, though. We're back in action.
B
Back.
A
Got a lot to cover. Yeah, man, there's a lot to update on, man, and walk through and connect some dots.
B
Let's do it.
A
I know it's been a minute, man.
B
But, dude, I be. I'll be real. I have not. It's going to be weird because I am not up to speed on what the fuck is going on now.
A
We don't see, like, how fast you. These dots can get connected here.
B
I'm really not paying attention to what's going on, so it could be a. Yeah, well, let's just do it.
A
Yeah. Be interesting. Guys, don't forget, we got a fee.
B
We do have a fee. Fee is very simple. Share the show. All right? We don't run ads on the show. We don't waste 30 minutes of the show talking about that. We don't even use for money. Maybe we should. But since we know, we ask very simply that you help us grow the show. We're constantly dealing with censorship, throttling, traffic bans, all the that they say they don't do, they do it. And we need your help to get around it. So the show brings you some value, makes you laugh, makes you think. It gives you a new perspective. You learn some shit. Do us a favor and don't be a hoe.
A
Share the show. All right, well, let's get into. Let's knock this out. You know, I think coming off the break, a Dumbass of the day would be appropriate. Okay. And this one's just great. I mean, it has all of your favorite stuff. It has white savior syndrome. It has virtue signaling. Right? It has all of that in one man. Okay, this is great. All right, we gotta go to cnn. So the CNN investigative journalist decided she was gonna be a heroine, and. Or heroine is a heroine. You know what I'm saying? Like, what's female? Hero, Hero, hero.
B
She's. She's a heroine. Well, it's equal now. So she's just a hero.
A
She's a hero, yeah. And she thought she was gonna be this hero and save the day, and everything's not as it seems. So. Man filmed by CNN being rescued from side jail was the fucking torturer.
B
What?
A
So this lady breaks into a fucking Syrian jail and rescues this guy that she thought was like a fucking, you know, left behind dude, and he's a.
B
Dude cutting fingers off. All right, let's see it.
A
And there's a video of it.
B
It's great, bro.
A
So CNN is investigating the identity of a man the network showed being rescued from a Syrian jail as he may have given a false identity. The investigation was launched amid claims he was a member of Bashar Al Assad's forces. The man found under a blanket in a prison in Damascus by Clarissa Ward, the broadcaster's chief international correspondent, claimed he had been arrested three months ago and interrogated about his phone contracts, phone contacts. So the footage was described as remarkable by CNN's head of communications at the time, praising Ward and her team. For finding a Syrian prisoner left behind in a secret prison alone and underwear. The Assad regime was no more. Let's check this clip out. I can't tell though.
B
It might just be a blanket, but it's the only cell that's locked.
A
Is he gonna shoot it?
B
The guard makes us turn the camera off while he shoots the lock off the cell door. We go in to get a closer look. It's still not clear if there is something under the blanket. Oh, it moved. Is there someone there?
A
Hello?
B
Is someone there or is it just a blanket?
A
I don't know.
B
Hello?
A
Yeah.
B
I'm a civilian, he says. I'm a civilian. He tells the fighter he's from the city of Homs, has been in the cell for three months.
A
We're going to save your opinion, save you from all your oppression. Chopping dicks off.
B
How do they know that's. That's torture?
A
Well, it's funny you, you bring that up. It's because his, the name that he gave him was Adele Gerba. But Verify sai it's a Syrian fact checking organization. They later claimed that his real name was Salama Muhammad Salama and that he was a first lieutenant in Syrian Air Force intelligence. He managed several security checkpoints and homs and was involved in theft, extortion, and coercing residents into becoming regime informants, it claimed. Verify Psy also alleged that the man had killed civilians, detained or tortured numerous young men on fabricated charges and taking part in military operations in 2014 when Assad's forces seized Homs from Syrian rebels following a three year siege. So CNN released a statement on this. They said, quote, we have subsequently been investigating his background and we are aware that he may have given a false identity. We are continuing our reporting into this in the wider story.
B
Good job, bro. These people are in such a hurry to like make a fucking story. It's like sports announcers. Have you ever listened to sports announcers, like try to like make the ultimate call on every play? Like, you know, they hand the ball off to some dude in the backfield.
A
Is like, oh, he's going to go break his rammed.
B
Yeah, it's like, it's, that's what these people try to do. They try to sensationalize everything so that they can have something to talk about.
A
Yeah.
B
And she thinks she's doing some sort of social justice, bro. Yeah.
A
Innocent. You got the most dangerous fucking criminal right.
B
Not to jail.
A
Oh, dude, it's great, man, it's great. But yeah, I thought that was interesting, man. But let's get into our headlines. Like I said, we got a lot of catching up to do.
B
Yeah.
A
A lot of stuff to dive into. Remember, guys, if you want to see anything that we're talking about on the show, we link all of this stuff. The pictures, the videos, the headlines, the articles. We link all of this stuff on andy4seller.com for you guys to follow through and check out on your own. So with that being said, let's get into our first headline. Hello, number one. This is. This is interesting. This is happening up in New Jersey, A very interesting state, of all places. I would. I'm be honest. I'm sorry. I'm just probably gonna piss a lot of people off. I wasn't a big fan of New Jersey. I wasn't. No.
B
I mean, either.
A
I mean, like, the. The gun law.
B
I like. I like the people from New Jersey.
A
People are cool.
B
Yeah.
A
But the state.
B
Yeah, I agree.
A
You know, like, it did feel a little historic going up there. You know what I'm saying? But like.
B
But not like Boston.
A
But not like Boston. No. It was like a different, like, history. You know what I'm saying? But. Gotta go to New Jersey, man. Let's check it out. We got drones. Mysterious drones spotted over New Jersey's Bergen County. They're just pacing back and forth. So this has been a story that's. That's been going on for a few days now with a lot of very interesting updates and developments. But this originally broke. This is an article from New York Post on December 9 saying more mysterious drones were spotted pacing back and forth above New Jersey. New video shows. As government officials assured Garden State residents that there's nothing to fear. This footage was captured by a New Jersey mom and shared on Twitter. Shows blinking lights buzzing over Bergen county on Sunday night. Quote, they're just pacing back and forth, going very slow. The mom said in the clip. Let's check this clip out. There's the plane went off in the distance.
B
1.
A
Where's the other guys? Oh, here. Here's the other one right over the library. Now it's. It's interesting.
B
I mean, they got marker lights, like an airplane on them.
A
Yeah, Well, I mean, here's the thing, though. These aren't like, you know, Keith's drone that he flew up into the power line. You know, little small ones. It's being reported that these things are, like, the size of cars. That's one.
B
Who's reporting that, though?
A
The people? Yeah, I mean, there's a bunch of like. Like, firsthand accounts on this. I got a couple of clips Here. But I mean, these things are like massive drones, Massive drones. You got Homeland Security, FBI, they're deploying detection, detection tech to probe mysterious drone sightings over New York and New Jersey, saying that they finally have stepped up their efforts to investigate the rash of mysterious drone sightings. You know, and like the weird thing is like they're not really saying much on the situation at all. And we're not saying like, I mean, this is not like 10 drone reports. Like, bro, there's thousands over the last couple of days, thousands of all individual accounts. And so let's go to the Pentagon, let's see what they had to say. This is press secretary for the Pentagon. Let's check out this.
C
Sabrina, can you tell me what the Pentagon is doing to address this issue of drone sightings over New Jersey? It's near sensitive installations. FBI is involved. What is the Pentagon doing?
D
Sure. So at this time, so aware of those drone sightings that have been reported, at this time, we have no evidence that these activities are coming from a foreign entity or the work of an adversary. We're going to continue to monitor what is happening, but, you know, at no point were our installations threatened when this activity was occurring.
C
Can you rule out that these are American drones or US Military drones?
D
These are not US Military drones. Again, this is being investigated by local law enforcement. What our initial assessment here is that these are not drones or activities coming from a foreign entity or adversary.
C
Representative Jeff Van Drew, who is a Republican from New Jersey, was just on the air saying that Iran launched a mothership probably about a month ago that contains these drones and that that mothership is off the coast of the east coast of the United States. Is there any truth to that?
D
There is not any truth to that. There is no Iranian ship off the coast of the United States and there's no so called mothership launching drones towards the United States.
B
Fuck she talking about mothership.
A
It was weird.
B
Like, are you talking about like fucking like, like, like Independence Day?
A
Like Star Trek?
B
Yeah, like there's a, there's a floating drone and then all the other drones come out. Like what?
A
Poops them out?
B
Yeah, bro, it's weird.
A
Listen, it's weird all right. Now initially all of this stuff was kept on the east coast, right? New Jersey, New York.
B
What are they trying to distract people from?
A
That's the thing, man. Like there's something.
B
Because this is a story, it's something there.
A
Yeah, it is something weird. All right. Now like I said, most of it's been on the east coast, right? Until today, Until Last night actually. Where it's been reported now that Wright Patterson Air Force Base, which is in Ohio, they had to shut down their air operation because of drones showing up there Again, these same like massive car sized fucking drones.
B
And they just let him do it. Well, they don't shoot them down.
A
Let's check out the audio here.
B
Patterson tower, Med Flight 8, 1900ft about seven miles southwest of the field. Like transition your Delta Northeast Mountain Med Flight 8, Patterson Tower. Use extreme caution for heavy UAS movement on the base. Security forces is handling the situation. Suggest that or above 1700 AGL that we will maintain 2000 on our transition format. Flight 8. And I gotta keep the lights down so that security forces can see. Roger that. No problem.
A
So they shut down their whole fucking base, right? The airfield air operation. I mean it's just weird and like this other like, bro, there's stuff happening all over and I think I know what it is potentially. But I mean even stuff like this, this is now coming out of Georgia. The time of the recording, this happened last night. This dude sitting in the parking lot. You remember that movie the Obama's made?
B
Yeah.
A
Right, where it shows like all the Teslas driving autonomously and like crashing into each other. Right. Well, this is in Georgia. This was last night. Check this clip out.
E
Okay, legit. I had to like pull over and like pull this back up because I thought maybe it's a car party, right? There's a bunch of like those weird looking Tesla vehicles over there. And I thought maybe it's like a car club. They're just all meeting up and it's a Thursday night. I just want to show you. But there's, there's no one over there. There's not a body, there's not a person. Like if it was a car club, those are pretty common around Atlanta. Look at this. I'm gonna zoom in. Just. So the video that I heard was it was like this girl who was saying like, have you seen any of like the lights flickering or anything like that? And then there was a guy in Jersey, he was like, yeah, my apartment car. I mean my, my like house lights. I'm sorry, my house lights have been going off and like flickering. And she made a video of like lights just like this doing the same thing in a parking lot.
A
Bunch of Teslas in a parking lot, hazard lights on, nobody's over there. I mean just weird shit. Now Trump weighed in on all of this, which I thought was a little interesting. Let's see what he had to say quickly.
F
Good to see you can you comment.
A
On the drones that are flying around New Jersey ports? And it seems like the American people have a big.
F
The government knows what is happening. Look, our military knows where they took off from. If it's a garage, they can go right into that garage. They know where it came from and where it went. And for some reason they don't want to comment. And I think they'd be better off saying what it is our military knows and our president knows. And for some reason they want to keep people in suspense. I can't imagine it's the enemy because if it was the enemy, they'd blast it out. Even if they were late, they'd blast it. Something strange is going on. For some reason, they don't want to tell the people, and they should, because the people are really. I mean, they happen to be over Bedminster. They're very close to Bedminster. I think maybe some of his fucking golf courses. I've decided to cancel my trip.
D
Have you received an intelligence briefing on the drones?
F
I don't want to comment on that.
B
Have you been.
A
Do you have any.
B
Do you have any reason to think there.
A
Yeah, so, I mean, it's weird. They're all these things. No, they're not able to shoot them down. They're not shooting them down, saying they don't have the authority to shoot them down. And that's literally coming from Senator, my secretary, Mayorkas, saying that they don't have the authority.
B
Who doesn't have the authority?
A
I guess the government. I mean, why? That's what he's saying, man.
B
Yeah.
F
President elect Trump has put out a post on this. I want to put it up on the screen right now. He says mystery drone sightings all over the country. Can this really be happening without our government's knowledge? I don't think so. Let the public know and now otherwise shoot them down. Your response?
A
Well, we are aware of the drone sightings.
B
As I. As I've said, I think there are more than 8,000 drones flown every day in the United States. With respect to the ability to incapacitate those drones, we are limited in our authorities. We have certain agencies within the Department of Homeland Security that can do that and outside our department, but we need those authorities expanded as well.
A
Just weird.
B
So where do you think it is?
A
Well, so literally today, this morning, this report comes out that says the U.S. nuclear Regulatory Commission releases a report confirming radioactive material was lost in transit and that the shipping container that it was on arrived damaged and emptied in New Jersey. Now, this report is dating back to December 2nd of this year. So I don't know, something.
B
So you think it's. It's us trying to find who stole that?
A
Correct. I mean, that's what at least one of the theories, working theories are. Like, apparently an NYPD caught one of these massive drones and it belongs to this company, it Amigee or something like that, which is like some shipping company. But I mean, to have like thousands of these drones just going around flying and not saying anything about it.
B
It's weird.
A
It's weird, man. Yeah, it's weird, man. I. I don't know. What are your thoughts on it?
B
I don't know, dude. I mean, look, it could be a number of things. You know, there's this thing called Project Blue Beam, all right, and most people don't know what that is, but Project Blue Beam is a psyop, a planned psyop that basically they plan on using allegedly holographs and fake news and fake AI clips to simulate an alien invasion to lock down the country. And the other one. Is that it? It's to simulate the second coming of Jesus to get everybody in line.
A
Right?
B
So. And I'm not saying that's what this is, but I'm saying, like, it could be some weird. There's been a lot of weird the last five years, so I. I don't know, but I honestly have no idea, dude. I've never seen a drone that big. I don't know what the fuck they look like, bro.
A
They're massive.
B
Yeah. And, you know, if they're not shooting them down, it probably does say they're not dangerous. But it also, I think what you're saying makes sense, because why would they not shoot them down and allow them to operate if they weren't looking for something or knew what was going on and possibly, you know, something's missing that shouldn't be missing, that they're in, you know, they're urgent about finding, and they don't want to tell people what's missing, so that could be it too.
A
So.
B
I don't know, man.
A
Yeah, I mean, it's just fucking weird. And I mean, like, and then the stuff at Patterson, for them to just say that it's no threat, but then you got Patterson, Air Force Base, shutting down their fucking airspace, like, turning off all their fucking lights so they can fucking operate.
B
Like.
A
Yeah, it's just weird.
B
Yeah, no, that's definitely weird.
A
And like, like, that's always been my biggest concern is just the lack of transparency, man.
B
It's annoying.
A
And when you leave, like, you don't want to tell the people and scare them into panic. But then by not telling them it makes it worse. You leave us to our own devices and then we think Michelle Obama has a dick.
B
That's why there's no, that's why there's no trust with the government and the media. Because, dude, this idea of classification, that the people that we pay to run our government are somehow in charge of what information we're allowed to know or not know based on what, you know what I'm saying? Like, where does that end? Because when it first starts, you know, I'm sure it starts like everything, hey, this is national security, we can't have this out. So it's classified. But now, you know, everything's classified. Like everything that has to do with anything with the government comes out classified. And then when they release the, they redact everything that's in it and they say, oh, we released it and they didn't. And they just say that they released it so that they can get away from people asking. So when you start asking and you start doing the foyer request, they can say, oh, that's already been released. But it's been released with a million, every detail blacked out. You can't read it right. So this idea of classification is a big problem, a much bigger problem than what I think the drones are. Because, dude, we can't trust our government, we can't trust the media, we can't trust really anything anymore because of AI and this over classification of all this that they've classified to protect their own asses. They don't want to let people know what's going on because they don't want to let people know what they've been doing about it, which is usually figuring out a way to make money with it. So, you know, we, if we're going to have trust in the, in the government, we're going to have trust in our country. We have to have a real declassification. And I'm hoping that when Cash Patel gets in for real that we have that because, dude, it's necessary for us to trust them. How are we going to trust them ever with the amount of that that they keep from us? It's like, it's like we're little children, except we're little children that make all this money, that pay them and then they decide what the little children can and can't do with their own money. Like, motherfucker, you're supposed to just go run the government. You let us know what the fuck's going on we're paying you. And then that way we can all make decisions about what the fuck needs to be happening.
A
Yeah, 100%, man. I'll say this though, if it is some, some, some Project Blue Beam alien invasion shit, it ain't working.
B
No.
A
Because like, ain't nobody freaking out.
B
Yeah, but that's, that's also the problem of no trust.
A
Yeah.
B
Because when a crisis does happen and it is real, no one's going to pay attention. This is the same thing as like when Me Too happened and everybody was talking about how they. Me too, me too. Me too. Me too. He did it. He did it, he did it. And in a year, dudes weren't even talking to girls anymore. They wouldn't even take. Ask them out.
A
Right.
B
And then the women are like, what happened? Well, you fucking accused every dude you ever went on a date with of abuse.
A
Right.
B
Okay. So like when, when these, you know, when everything is racist and everything is sexual whatever, and everything is this, then nothing is. And that's the problem with no trust.
A
So the danger of it.
B
Yes. We have to get back to a point where we, we trust what are. At least partially trust. What the is going on.
A
Yeah, I mean, it's just like with the. I mean, we've talked about this even on the COVID narrative, man. And it's like, you know, because I kept. Remember they kept running that place, like almost every new month there was this new variant.
B
Oh yeah.
A
And like what that like, over time, like people. I don't no more.
B
Yeah.
A
Well, what happens when they release the real thing?
B
Well, we've talked about that.
A
You know what I'm saying? Like, it's so crazy. And then like. And then, you know, the crazy. This happened over the last week or two, I think when World Economic Forum finally put out that about. Oh yeah, COVID 19 was. Was actually a test of obedience.
B
Shocking.
A
Yeah, right.
B
They're only saying that because they want to be. They want to be exempt from the crimes against humanity that they did. Yeah, that's their final cover story. So they lied. They lied. They lied. They lied. They lied. People lost their livelihoods, people lost money, people lost their families. People lost everything. And there was an exercise. So you're willing to ruin people's lives for a compliance exercise. That's a lie. You guys thought that we were all going to fall for it and you were going to get what the you wanted, and now you didn't. It didn't work. So you had to come up with a cover story. And the COVID story was It's a conditioning exercise to make sure we. Okay, so now we know who all the Nazis are, right? We know who all the neighbors are who will call cops on you for being in your yard and breeding air. You see what I'm saying? Like, bro, those people should. All. All those people in the World Economic Forum that organize this should be executed. Yeah, Every single one of them.
A
Yeah. I mean, but that's like. That's just the danger of. Right? Like, now you have society in a place where, okay, if there's a real alien invasion, we're. Because nobody's gonna act.
B
Bro, these people are causing so much problems in the world. They do not deserve to have any influence over anything in the world at all. No one elected them. No one put them in charge. They just started with everybody because they have unlimited resources to do so. Those people are criminals. They're criminals against humanity, and they need to be held accountable.
A
Yeah, 100%, man. Guys, jump in on this convo. Let us know what you guys think about these drones. If you're in one of those areas, hit us up, man. See? Let us know what you got. Send us some DMS. Are open. Slide in my DMs. All right, let's check out the comments. All right. Sorry, man. It's been a minute. I gotta, you know, get back in the spirit of my great jokes. Let's cruise some of these comments, though, man. Let's check these out. This first comment comes from Andre Polston. This show is incredibly racist, misogynistic and offensive. It is for these reasons that I will keep watching religiously.
B
That's pretty funny. That's a good one.
A
That's good.
B
Yeah.
A
That's great.
B
I like it.
A
We appreciate it. Yeah, we'll keep it coming. Appreciate it. This next comment comes from at Sean the Barber 10. He said, Just stopped at Burger King to get four Whopper Patties because I'm on the Carnivore diet. Guy with the headset called me Meat Boy, and his manager was trying to stop him. I was laughing my ass off, but she noticed I had this podcast playing and said, omg, is that Andy Frisella? I love him. And I said, hell, yeah. Don't be a hoe.
B
That's what's up.
A
Experience.
B
That's right.
A
That's pretty cool.
B
Fucking Burger King knows Meat Boy. That's right. Meat Boy knows, too. Everybody knows.
A
That's great.
B
Everybody knows.
A
That's awesome, man. That's awesome. Last comment comes from at Drew Williams, 9566. He says 1P had some fire Black Friday deals and I really wanted that backpack. Now my wife won't stop raving about Andy's meat sticks. You did that to yourself, man. Sorry, not sorry.
B
They're pretty good.
A
And it was. I don't even know what the deal was. Get Andy meat stick.
B
I'm not gonna go in on that one. That one writes itself.
A
Yeah, man. Guys, we appreciate you though, man. Thank you guys for being real ass fans. Thank you guys for liking and commenting. Make sure you guys are subscribed on the tube and hit that bell. Notification to stay up to date with the latest episodes from Real af. With that being said, headline number two. This is a nice little update Again. We've been off a minute, so we're catching up on some of the shit that's happened. Thought this was an interesting one to talk about. We got Daniel Penny got acquitted.
B
Yeah.
A
And Subway Chuck Hole.
B
Yeah. I hope he gets like a hundred million dollars.
A
He should get paid. Yeah, he should get paid.
B
That's bullshit.
A
No doubt. No doubt.
B
But yeah, that was a totally racist, fucking targeted race baiting bullshit case that they wanted to put on him in New York because it's a white dude stopping a black doing up.
A
Yep, that's it.
B
Yeah, that's it, dude. And they wanted every white dude to know that if you stand up for anything, we're gonna put you in jail and they're gonna be the hero. That's what the. That was. You want to talk about racism? That's racism.
A
It's up. How many came out?
B
Hold on, bro. How many black people? If you had. If you were on a train and there's. It's filled with black people and, and, and there's only one white guy. And then another black dude starts going fucking crazy. Do you really give a fuck if the white guy chokes him out or do you just want somebody to.
A
I mean somebody.
B
That's what I'm saying. And everybody knows that. The people on the bus said that the motherfucker shouldn't have been fucking arrested. They were helping them, bro. It was bullshit.
A
They were helping him.
B
So this dude loses a two years of his life because some people in their legal system decide they want to make a fucking deal about. Those people should be. Those people should go to jail.
A
Well, they wanted to politicize it. And I got the proof for you. Yeah. So Daniel Penny got acquitted. For those of you guys who don't know and have been living under a rock. Daniel Penny's Marine veteran. He was acquitted by a Manhattan jury Monday in The chokehold death of Jordan Neely, a lightning rod case to cast a light on the mayhem plaguing Big Apple subways. Jurors cleared penny, 26 year old long Islander of criminally negligent homicide after the caught on camera fatal encounter on an uptown F train last year sparked fierce debate about mental illness, public safety and vigilantism. So, yeah, so that happened. Now I think what's interesting and I, and I mean we also saw, you know, your buddy was on there too.
B
That's your buddy.
A
No, that's your buddy, big.
B
Bro. He's delusional, bro.
A
He got roasted online too.
B
Well, he should.
A
Yeah, he's delusional. We're talking about Hawk Newsom. For those of you guys on audio, he's.
B
Look, bro, I like Hawk as a fucking. Like when we chat, he's got good shit to say, but this shit is fucking retarded.
A
Stupid.
B
Yeah, and you sound like a idiot, bro. You sound like a idiot. This was not racially motivated. This was causing problems. And if that was your daughter or your sister or your mom on that train, and I would have choked the out. I know for a fact he would buy me a beer, right? So what the fuck are you doing out here? Trying to act like you're Mr. Fucking Malcolm X, bro.
A
Bro, that's why I fucking. I hit him up out of here. I commented on one.
B
I don't like that, bro.
A
It's stupid. I comment on there because like, dude, like the thing is like, okay, well, you're calling for all of this vigilantes you want, right? Why do we know what that.
B
Why do we still have people stirring this race shit, bro, and they're not.
A
The ones doing it. No, that's my problem.
B
Nobody's buying it. No, nobody's buying it.
A
Oh, that's what I tell them. Like, are you going to be out there doing it now? You're gonna. You know what I'm saying? Because you want to burn down again. Are you going. Are you going to be out there doing it? No, of course not. But you. But it's okay for you to.
B
Look, bro, here's what it is. Everybody's about attention.
A
That's all it is. Yeah, that's all it.
B
Look, bro, if you want to be relevant, you got to speak the truth. You can't just speak your agenda. That's the thing. You can't just stick to your agenda and think that like, you know, you're gonna get something stirred up like the militant, you know, the days of this militant, of that shit's over, dude. Yeah, no one cares.
A
No, but I do. We're mad.
B
We're mad. You always mad.
A
All right, cool. I do want to turn. Turn our attention here real quick, though, to the prosecutor in Daniel Penny's case. This lady. Beautiful, beautiful lady. Um, this is Daphna Yorin. She was the prosecutor on Daniel Neely's case. She's the senior trial counsel with the Manhattan District Attorney's office. And yeah, she's the lead prosecutor in the. In the trial of Daniel Penny. Is it safe to say that this is the first time that a Jew let a Penny get away?
B
How long did you fuck? Who'd you steal that from? Who'd you fucking steal that from, motherfucker? I. You didn't come up with that. That is not your joke. You saw that online.
A
It was good, though.
B
Yeah, it was good.
A
It was good.
B
That was good.
A
But, yeah, so, I mean, you know, but. But we talk about like, on the real, though. I mean, because, I mean, dude, this dude's life was upended for over a.
B
Year and a half. Yeah.
A
Right? And I mean, all in all, he seems cool. He seems fine. You know what I'm saying? None seem too affected. You know, he spoke out publicly right after the. The not guilty verdict. This was like one of the first clips they had of. He did an interview on Fox Nation. Let's check this out.
B
The former Marine, enduring years of vicious left wing attacks, who vilified him as a racist. But Penny has no regrets. And here's why. What in you caused you to want to get involved?
G
I mean, I'm not a confrontational person. I don't really extend myself. And this type of thing is very uncomfortable. All this attention and limelight is very uncomfortable. And I would prefer without it. I didn't want any type of attention or praise or. And I still don't. The guilt I would have felt if someone did get hurt, if he did do what he was threatening to do. Would never be able to live with myself. And I'll take a million court appearances and people calling me names and people hating me just to keep one of those people from getting hurt or killed.
A
Dude, he's a good dude, man.
B
Yeah, that's awesome.
A
I also learned too, that Vivek Ramaswamy, he was heavily involved in the legal defense fund for Penny.
B
Really?
A
Yeah. Donated. Like, I mean, I don't know if it was. I want to say it was almost a million bucks, bro.
B
Good.
A
And was helping that going. You might have to fact check that, but it was a shit ton of money, you know what I'm saying? Like, he was like personally donated to help his legal defense, you know, and so he's out, man. But, and it's good to see, like I said, he seems fine. He doesn't seem, you know, you could tell, like he, like there was no intentions. And I think the jury understood that too. But on the, on your point, though, of this, like, you know, this race based legal game they play, you know that same prosecutor, right? This lady, Daphna Yorin. Right. Just to show you the, the difference here, right? You know, the Internet lives forever. The prosecutor in Daniel Penny case advocated for restorative justice for black man who murdered an Asian professor during the ATM mugging. Right. So Daniel Penny, you know, protecting somebody.
B
Yeah, well, that's, that's, that's because she hates white people.
A
Absolutely hates them.
B
Yeah.
A
And so, like, that's the thing. I think a lot of people up, right, because they look at. Well, she's a white person.
B
No, she's not.
A
She's not.
B
Well, actually, actually most of them are and very few of them are actually Semitic.
A
Okay, so, like, full through and through.
B
Yes.
A
Yeah.
B
So, yeah, I mean, the thing is, dude, like, a lot of elite, powerful Jewish people hate white people.
A
They're not the same. They don't seem.
B
No, but they're. They'll conveniently pretend to be white whenever it suits them. And that's the problem that we have, okay? And we're not talking about all Jewish people. We're talking about there's an element of the Jewish population that with people, for whatever reason.
A
Yeah, bro. I mean, it's real. I mean, like, in this situation, it's.
B
Becoming more and more known. Like if you go on Twitter, I mean, I think it's. I think it's pretty aggressive, but there's definitely points to be made. Yeah, and there's definitely. There's definitely proof to a lot of the accusations that are made. And it's coming mainstream. You could get mad about it, you could say whatever, but no one gives a anymore. Everything's coming to the light. No one cares about the names. No one gives a if you call them anti Semitic. No. No one cares. And the fact of the matter is, this woman, who happens to be Jewish is showing her bias against white people. She advocated for a black man who did the same thing that Daniel penny did within 10 and then tried to.
A
Fucking prosecute him to the fullest extent.
B
Yeah.
A
But pushed only for 10 years.
B
How the fuck does she even have a law license, bro?
A
It's crazy.
B
Yeah.
A
In 2019, she gave a reduced sentence to a black man who murdered an Asian college professor as he was. As he was withdrawing cash from an atm. She said that it was under the guise of, quote, restorative justice, and ended up giving him 10 years for manslaughter after he was originally charged with murder. She produced the crime. Everything. Yeah.
B
That's crazy.
A
Everything. You know? But, I mean, it's cool, you know, Depending's an Irish guy that went to a bar right after the not guilty verdict. Fitting, you know what I'm saying? Makes sense, you know, but. And he's been. I mean, he's been seen with Trump at the games. I mean, he seems to be doing good. And that. I think that out of all of this, man, because, like, that's the worst part about it, you know, Whether it.
B
Be you don't want to see some new dude's life ruined.
A
Yeah, man. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, it's like, dude, like, I mean, that's a. That's a heavy thing, you know what I'm saying? Because the. The way that, you know, society works, the media works. Like, no, this dude murdered this dude.
B
Yeah.
A
You know what I'm saying? Like, and he has to live with that for the rest of his life.
B
Yeah.
A
So it's just good to see that he seems okay.
B
Yeah.
A
You know, I'm saying unaffected. I don't know. I'm having talked to him, but just from what I've seen, it seems that he's doing okay, man. And that's good to see, bro. Um. It's good to see, man. Anything else on this?
B
Nah.
A
Fuck. Hawk.
B
Yeah, I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm over all the divisive shit. I'm fucking over it.
A
There's no room for it, man. No room for it.
B
And anybody that pushes it should be called out.
A
Yeah, well, he definitely got that. So. Yeah, man. Guys, jump in on this conversation. Let us know what you guys think down in the comments. With that being said, let's get to our third and final headline. We got headline number three again. Got to talk about it. It's an update, man. Been a minute since we talked and chatted, and I know people are interested to. To hear your thoughts on this. Let's talk about the UnitedHealthcare CEO, Brian Thompson.
B
Yeah.
A
All right. Luigi Mangione. That's a nice name. Has a nice little ring to it.
B
Yeah.
A
Little hot Saita person of interest in fatal shooting of United Healthcare. Obviously, this. This was December 9th, before it came out that they actually did end up charging him and find him, and they pushed him through the legal system. But this was. This whole situation was interesting, man. Like, I mean, from start to. To where we are now, it's not finished by any means, but it's just all been weird. All been weird. Everybody's seen the video of the actual assassination. Dude walks up, has a nice little gun, has a silencer on there, a suppressor for all you gun freaks, you know, like, I mean, just shoots the dude. Like, cold blood, man. It's like. It's wild, it's interesting. Runs off, goes on this massive manhunt. They can't find him. And then all of a sudden, you know, they got him in a McDonald's, like. Yeah, start to finish. It was weird. Yeah. You know, now as all of this stuff is coming out, you know, it's. It's being reported that, you know, they're, you know. Yeah. Oh, there's gonna be copycats and all of this stuff. And it's weird because we know. I know what type of fucking coffee this dude wants to drink. Right? Like, I know it's too. Like, I'm talking about Luigi here because this is how much attention and coverage that this story has been getting. Yeah, I know the type. Like his Tuesday morning fucking routine.
B
Yeah.
A
I know his family's background. I know everything possible about this guy that you could possibly even. Nobody even asked for. First of all. Yeah, you know, I'm saying no about his back surgery, you know, about all of these things. And, you know, it's. It's interesting and kind of relieving that. I'm not the only person that's feeling this because it's been picking up some traction out there as well. Everybody's. This headline from Daily Mail. Everyone's saying the same thing about Luigi Mangione and Trump shooter Thomas Crooks. Why do we know so much about Luigi and we still know nothing about Thomas Crook? No, nothing.
B
Yeah. Like, what's that tell you?
A
What's it tell you?
B
Well, it tells me that it was. It was all these. It was the cabal that wanted to kill him. 100, bro. That's what it tells me.
A
I'm talking about within days. Yeah, we know everything about this.
B
Yeah.
A
And it's been, what, three, four almost going on four months now with Trump, you know what I'm saying? We still don't know anything. They burned his body within a. You know what I'm saying? Like, we know nothing.
B
Yeah, but we know every.
A
I know what type of Coffee he likes, in the creamer he enjoys. You know what I'm saying? Like, for this healthcare, dude, which, like, let me say this. I'm not condoning the. The murder of anybody unjustifiably, you know, but there are some, you know, a lot of people that have gripes with the medical system, man. Like, you know, like, there's people that get wronged with. Yeah. Health insurance all the time.
B
Look what just happened with COVID dude. Look. Look at all these people that just lost their loved ones and they're. They were forced to take a vaccine. Now they're sick or they have these vaccine injuries, like, and then these companies.
A
Don'T want to cover it.
B
They don't give a. And, dude, you know, so, I mean, I get that. Yeah.
A
You know, I'm not condoning it, but I do. Like, there's a legitimate gripe there. That's understandable. You know, you know, there's a lot of heat there. But there was also some other going on with this guy where Brian Thompson, the. The CEO who was killed, you know, he was in a massive investigation from the DOJ when he was assassinated for insider trading. Did you know that?
B
No.
A
Yeah, bro. I mean, and we're not talking about a little bit of money either. Apparently. Allegedly, the DOJ was investigating the relationships between United Health' various big business segments, including Optum. The complaint said as a result, the company stock declined by $27 per share, or equivalent to $25 billion. All right. United Health was aware of the DOJ investigation at least since October 20th of 2023, the lawsuit said instead of disclosing this information to investors or to the public, United Health insiders sold more than $120 million of their personally held UnitedHealth shares, where Brian Thompson sold at least $15 million. Right. So the company did, you know, they get up and then UnitedHealthcare again, being dishonest to their people, lying to their investors and their shareholders. You know, they're losing 25 billion, but they were able to scrape and, you know, dump some.
B
Yeah.
A
Before, you know, they knew the room was gonna catch fire.
B
Right.
A
You know, so, I mean, it's interesting, man. Like I said, we know a whole lot about this stuff. And like, like the, the biggest thing that, that again, we talk about transparency, even with the drone ship, man. It's just, you know, why do they. They. You know, I think here's an important thing, if you look at the news, you look at government in, in this lens, is that they're going to show you what they want you to see. Yeah, you know, I think that's really what it comes down to. Yeah, they're going to make you pay attention. They want you to pay attention to. And the. That's irrelevant, you know, I'm saying like the, the type of coffee this dude eat drinks or what type of hash browns he likes. Like, like information that nobody asked for, nobody gives a about. That's what they want to push in front of you, you know I'm saying. But any other time we need transparency on whether it be Thomas Crooks or this situation that actually any of the.
B
School shooters or any of this.
A
We just had another one today.
B
I saw that.
A
You know what I'm saying? Like we just, we literally just had another one today. And it's like how long, you know, it's gonna be months before we know anything about this dude, you know what I'm saying?
B
Because we never find out, you know.
A
So it's just like, it's very frustrating, man. And again like when you leave the public to their own devices, man, like it's dangerous, bro. Yeah, it's dangerous, man. What's your take on this, this healthcare, man? Do you.
B
I don't know, man.
A
There was like a trained like CIA assassin type dude. I mean, I saw the video. Dude moves pretty pretty.
B
It was pretty cold.
A
And then to escape like you did.
B
Yeah, but what, what are they gonna do? Just funnel them through the justice system and then pull them out of jail like on the backside or what?
A
Like, I don't know man.
B
You're so like. Let's say he is one of these guys that does those things. Why'd they quote unquote catch this guy, right? You know what I'm saying? Why wouldn't they just not catch him?
A
I mean, I mean how I look at it and all the, at least the. In my movie experience, you only get caught if you want to get caught, you know. I don't know, you know what I'm saying? But it's weird, bro. It's just weird. I mean like. Cause then like, okay, let's say he's not that. Now you're having me assume that a 26 year old dude has the means, the knowledge and the opportunity to get that gun with that suppressor, make that move and brought, you know, it's like 6:40 in the morning, you know what I'm saying? Like, yeah, you know what I'm saying? Like there's people literally right there outside with them, you know what I'm saying? And then make their escape, change paths ditch like bro, 26 year old ain't walking around with the type of knowledge.
B
I mean happens. It depends on if they're trained.
A
I mean if they're. That's what I'm saying. Like, but like taking it that he's not that.
B
Yeah.
A
What? I don't know.
B
Like, I don't know, man. I mean there's a lot of information available everywhere now. I mean people train and they, you know, there's a lot of people who've never been in the military that train and are probably better than some of these guys, you know what I mean?
A
This is true, man.
B
So who knows? But I definitely don't know. I, I know that when he shot him, he didn't seem like he was in a hurry or a panic or anything.
A
No, bro, he worked through some malfunction.
B
No, I think that was a single. I think that was a subsonic. Subsonic ammo that wouldn't re.
A
Rack the gun cycling correctly. I mean, but even still, like to be in that situation and you fucking tap right, you fucking like, bro, like that. That's some training. Yeah, that takes some fucking training. Like an average person with like, like, you see it off to the gun jams. They just throw the gun and get out of there. Yeah, I'm done. Yeah, like he was working through some problems. Yeah, it was. It's weird, man. It's weird. It's weird. I don't know, man.
B
Oh, either. We'll follow it and see what happens.
A
Yeah, we'll see, man. Guys, tell us what you guys think down in the comments. Let us know what you think. On the Brian Thompson assassination. UnitedHealthcare. You guys let us know, man. Jump in on this. Yeah, man. With that being said, let's get to our final segment of the show. We got thumbs up or dumb as. That's where we bring a headline in or article. We talk about it. It'll get one of those two options. Gotta go to Florida. It's always something fun out in Florida.
B
Florida, man.
A
Florida. Let's check this out. So this is from PPV Tahoe. I don't know if you follow that page. It's a cool little page, like little news page. They put out stuff all the time. Here we go. Beachgoers stumble upon cocaine bricks on South Florida beach. What a time to be alive. Yeah. Lake Worth, Florida. In a surprising turn of events, beachgoers discovered three packages of suspected cocaine on the shoreline of Lake Worth beach earlier this week. The discovery occurred just after sunrise when two individuals were walking along the beach as they strolled. They spotted several suspicious items laying on the sand. Uncertain about the nature of the packages, the beachgoers decided to open open one before contacting the authorities. To their shock, the context appeared to be a white powder, leading them to suspect it was illegal narcotics. The pair promptly alerted the police after putting one of those packages in their bag. It doesn't say that. I'm just what they did. Let's check this clip out.
B
Is this yours, lady?
A
It is now. Look at. He's having a good time, bro.
B
Holy. So this floats float right up on the beach. I have never seen a brick, man. You talk about wrapped that some was hard to get into. But he got in there, didn't he? I'm expecting the mafia to come back.
A
Bro. There's no doubt they didn't taste it. They got them a little something, bro. They look like.
B
Everybody have a party. Let's get a picture. Let's get a picture. Let's get a before picture. We start doing lines off each other's boners, bro.
A
I don't believe they call the cops.
B
No way. What's that worth?
A
I mean, those two packs, you're looking at probably about one, a little bit over a million for sure.
B
Really?
A
Oh yeah, bro.
B
Well, because I thought it was a bomb.
E
No, that's not a good answer.
A
Wait, we're about to go party.
B
You know, I'm a little tired myself. Just kidding. I never.
A
Who needs coffee?
B
Clearly I'm not tired. I have this first form energy drink.
A
There we go.
B
The greatest energy drink in the history of earth. I happen to be drinking mystery flavor. I can't tell you any more about it because it's mystery.
A
It's a mystery, man. It's a mystery. What are we giving cocaine on the beach?
B
Cocaine cowboys. Yeah, man. I don't know, bro.
A
They all look a little older, man. I heard back in the 70s, listen.
B
Every one of those did a bunch of coke.
A
Yeah, yeah, it's coke.
B
See, see, we grew up. We grew up in that era of, you know, dare and say no to drugs. And like they scared the out of us. Yeah, like I've never done cocaine. Cuz I'm literally afraid if I did it one time, I'd never stop. Ever.
A
Do you like it too much?
B
Oh, yeah, I think I probably would. I mean, it looks like it's pretty good. Like people up their whole lives with it. Like, like, I mean if, you know, you don't up your lives for.
A
That sucks. Yeah, that's true.
B
You know that's true.
A
Gotta be pretty good that's true.
B
I don't know. But I stay away from that, bro.
A
Yeah, you should.
B
Yeah, you should. It's not for me.
A
It's expensive, too, man.
B
Yeah, I'm a. I'm a. You know, Beer and marijuana.
A
Little hash.
B
That's right, a little hash. Man, nobody ever got in trouble smoking a little reefer.
A
Yeah. I just hope that ain't got fitting all and they'll be fine. Yeah, I'll probably have a damn good time. Yeah, man. All right.
B
Yeah. I say thumbs up.
A
Yeah, I'm with it. Thumbs up, man. I'm with it as well, man. Guys. Maybe.
B
All right, guys. That's a little shorty. It wasn't as long and thick as we promised, but we'll get you next time.
A
Wasn't long as a break.
B
All right, guys, that's the show. Don't be a hoe.
A
Share the show. Sleeping on the floor now my jury box froze up Pole stove Counted millions in a cold bad boy booted swole Got her own bank row can't fold just a no head shot Case closed, close.

Title: Andy & DJ CTI: Mysterious Drones Spotted Over New Jersey, Daniel Penny Acquitted & Luigi Mangione's Fatal Shooting Of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson
Release Date: December 17, 2024
In this episode of REAL AF, host Andy Frisella and guest DJ CTI dive deep into a range of pressing and controversial topics. The primary discussions revolve around the mysterious drone sightings over New Jersey, the acquittal of Daniel Penny, and the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson by Luigi Mangione. Throughout the episode, Andy and DJ CTI provide their candid opinions, dissecting the implications of each event on society and governance.
The episode opens with an intense discussion about the surge of large, unidentified drones observed over Bergen County, New Jersey. These drones, reportedly the size of cars and equipped with blinking marker lights, have sparked widespread concern among residents.
DJ CTI highlights the scale and persistence of these sightings:
"There are thousands of individual accounts over the last couple of days." (10:25)
Andy Frisella expresses skepticism towards official explanations:
"They're deploying detection tech to probe... but they're not saying much." (12:12)
The conversation delves into the Pentagon's response, where Press Secretary Daphna Yorin stated:
"We have no evidence that these activities are coming from a foreign entity or the work of an adversary." (12:07)
Andy and DJ CTI question the transparency of government agencies, pointing out inconsistencies and the lack of actionable information provided to the public. They speculate on potential motives behind the drone activities, including theories like Project Blue Beam, a supposed psychological operation aimed at simulating an alien invasion.
Andy muses on government secrecy:
"How are we going to trust them ever with the amount of that they keep from us?" (21:13)
DJ CTI underscores the erosion of public trust:
"We can't trust our government, we can't trust the media, we can't trust really anything anymore." (21:24)
The hosts emphasize the necessity for greater governmental transparency to restore public confidence and effectively address such enigmatic threats.
The discussion shifts to the Daniel Penny case, where the Marine veteran was acquitted of criminally negligent homicide following the fatal chokehold encounter with Jordan Neely on a Manhattan subway.
Andy Frisella provides a brief overview:
"Daniel Penny got acquitted... sparking fierce debate about mental illness, public safety, and vigilantism." (30:06)
DJ CTI criticizes the judicial outcome, attributing it to systemic biases:
"That was a totally racist, fucking targeted race baiting bullshit case." (29:31)
They explore the broader societal implications, including the politicization of justice and the role of media in shaping public perception. Andy commends Penny's stance post-acquittal:
"The guilt I would have felt if someone did get hurt... Would never be able to live with myself." (34:06)
Furthermore, the hosts scrutinize the prosecutorial conduct, highlighting perceived double standards and alleged biases within the legal system.
The episode addresses the high-profile case of Luigi Mangione, who fatally shot UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Andy and DJ CTI analyze the incident, questioning the motives and the subsequent investigation's transparency.
Andy remarks on the unusual nature of the manhunt:
"They shot the dude... cold blood, man. It's wild." (39:33)
DJ CTI expresses frustration over the lack of information:
"We know everything about this... but we know nothing about Thomas Crook." (41:21)
The hosts delve into the financial and legal irregularities surrounding UnitedHealthcare, including insider trading allegations and the company's misleading disclosures to investors.
"They were losing 25 billion, but they were able to scrape and dump some." (43:50)
They also touch upon societal issues related to healthcare mistrust, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how these factors may contribute to extreme actions against corporate entities.
Andy and DJ CTI engage with listener comments, addressing both praise and criticism. Notable interactions include:
Andre Polston's critique:
"This show is incredibly racist, misogynistic and offensive. It is for these reasons that I will keep watching religiously." (27:10)
Sean the Barber 10 shares a humorous anecdote related to the show's influence:
"I was laughing my ass off... said, omg, is that Andy Frisella?" (27:45)
The hosts maintain their unapologetic stance, reaffirming their commitment to speaking their truth despite opposing feedback.
In the concluding sections, Andy and DJ CTI briefly discuss additional headlines, including a bizarre incident involving suspected cocaine packages found on a South Florida beach. Their irreverent humor permeates these segments, blending humor with topical commentary.
