Nothing it'll be honestly is over.
Rick Delgado
So you know me so well after the game Saturday.
Slickster
Me so well.
Rick Delgado
Yeah. About the next.
Damon
So Slick's going to do some sports and there's a lot to talk about in sports. What a sports weekend. It was. It was pretty big win, right?
Rick Delgado
President.
Slickster
President was there Cam Young with a big win.
Damon
Yeah, Cam Young with a big win in front of the president. You had the. The Derby, obviously, which we'll talk about. How about Kevin Downey Jr. Are you kidding me?
Rick Delgado
Yeah.
Damon
Kevin Downey Jr. With maybe the call of the. I don't know. Of all. Of all time.
Rick Delgado
Yeah.
Damon
On this show, picking the winner, 19 to one shot or whatever it was. Maybe it was even more than it
Slickster
was 25 to 1. It opened at 25.
Damon
Number 19. It was 25, 26 to 1. Golden Tempo.
Rick Delgado
Crazy.
Damon
And he picks the Ortiz brothers. And they run one two.
Rick Delgado
They go one two.
Damon
I mean, that's just increasing.
Slickster
He used to do some work, and he knew the ponies.
Damon
Friday, when he started to talk, I was. I was like. I was like, what is this inside information? All of a sudden now, I think I realized he was serious. Yeah.
Rick Delgado
Because he. Because he goes, I've done a lot of gigs up at Sarah Toes during the day. You got nothing to do. So he'd go to the track and just.
Damon
Oh, man.
Rick Delgado
Talk to people and all.
Damon
He had the inside on the. On the jockeys.
Slickster
Yeah.
Damon
And the trainer, of course, Sherry Devoe.
Todd Blanche
How about that?
Damon
Sherry Devoe. What a great story. First woman trainer to win the Derby.
Rick Delgado
Now we want cigars.
Slickster
Just Crazy came from last place.
Damon
Oh, Crazy run. Crazy run.
Rick Delgado
Yeah.
Damon
So we'll get into all that. Sports. Of course, the great John Sterling passed away today. Very sad as well. We'll get into that. So lots to talk about in sports. Rick Delgado's here. He's gonna have main headlines. Mr. Delgado, how are you?
Rick Delgado
I am well, Damon.
Damon
How was your weekend?
Rick Delgado
My weekend was. A good portion of it was set at a dance recital.
Damon
Oh, wow. I know.
Rick Delgado
That's about exactly. I figured you could relate.
Damon
Oh, sure.
Rick Delgado
Really? Five hours. Was Harry with you?
Damon
I was like, wow, was that quick. That was at the Till Center.
Rick Delgado
No, that was over here locally at one of the schools.
Damon
My daughter was over at the Tilla Center. Oh, that's so for competition.
Rick Delgado
So, long day.
Damon
All right. Very good.
Rick Delgado
Very interesting. Very, very, very cool stuff. And the person I went to see, she killed it.
Damon
Oh, good.
Slickster
That's good.
Rick Delgado
She's a choreographer. Wow.
Damon
Choreographer.
Rick Delgado
Yeah, Same thing. Yeah,
Damon
She's a fortune around in a circle.
Rick Delgado
As you can tell, I'm very versed in the terms. Right.
Damon
Mr. Nolan, how are you?
Todd Blanche
What?
Paul Nolan
Can we stop coming to me last?
Damon
I'll come to you first. Yeah. It's always a story.
Rick Delgado
Ruckus.
Slickster
Yeah, it's a ruckus.
Damon
Exactly.
Paul Nolan
Ruckus.
Damon
How are you?
Paul Nolan
Oh, I'm well. I'm well.
Damon
How's the weekend?
Paul Nolan
This weekend? Yeah. Family time. I, you know, I did Sunday. I had a vin Buddha Day. I did.
Damon
You were dropping names.
Paul Nolan
I, I was hobnobbing all over. I was in Helinski or Helsinki or some fancy joint with, with all the rich people. No, I wasn't doing. I said nothing. I didn't. I had a vin Beauty. I did nothing. Decompressed and I did nothing.
Damon
Decompressed. All right, very good. Aaron and Fran holding it down tonight as well. Marissa hanging out with the. Is that right? Did I say it right, Aaron? Yes.
Rick Delgado
Okay.
Damon
Marissa's in the, in the control room as well, hanging out with Aaron and friend. We'll see if she wants to return for a second night after tonight, but we got lots to talk about. First break right now let's get to Fridays, which is now Monday's first word. And as we turn the page on another month here in 2026, it's now May, which by my calculations leaves about 182 days until the 2026 midterm elections. The frustration level out there among real conservatives is reaching a boiling point. And of course for good reason. We handed the Republicans the White House, the House and the Senate on a silver platter. And what are we watching instead? Well, so far, total paralysis in the upper chamber led by the poster child for Republican fecklessness, Senate Majority Leader John Thune. Let's cut through the nonsense right now. The position of Senate Majority Leader isn't in the Constitution. It didn't exist when the founders designed this republic. It crept in during the 1920s, got its big government makeover in the 1950s under LBJ, and now it's just another made up title. Same with the sacred 60 vote filibuster. Nowhere in the founding document these are Senate rules. They invented themselves supposedly to make things work better. How's that working out? It's turned the Senate basically into a veto factory where a handful of squishy objectors can kill basically anything that you, the voters, actually want. John Thune isn't the President of the Senate. That's Vice President J.D. vance's constitutional role. Thune is nothing more than the Republican Party boss in the Senate. And what a pathetic boss he is as he refuses to actually boss anybody. Look at his voting record, by the way, over the years I've told you about this. It tells the whole sorry story. Mediocre conservative scores that scream establishment all the way, hovering around 50, 60% on key Liberty and heritage action tallies with votes for bloated spending bills, infrastructure, boondoggles, and even that same sex marriage. Push that threatened religious liberty. Thune, a yes on all of them. This is the guy Trump himself once labeled a big fat rhino. The one who's been more comfortable cutting deals with the other side than fighting for Trump's America first agenda. He's been dithering, dodging and delaying like a man who'd rather protect his precious institutional lapel pin than deliver for the millions of Americans who voted to save America. He's cut from the exact same cloth as the other establishment rhinos who have haunted the Senate for years. Think Mitt Romney jetting off to Utah while voting to convict Trump. Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins playing their perpetual moderate games on everything from judges to life issues. And of course, the worst of them all, Mitch McConnell and his era of endless cave ins and deals that never delivered for the conservative base. Thune didn't replace that culture. Oh no, he is perpetuating it as the new face of the same old go along to get along crowd. He's been dithering, dodging and delaying like a man who'd rather protect his precious institutional lapel pin then deliver for you. The people who voted to save America. The people want bold action on the border, on spending, on reversing the Biden disaster. They demanded it. They earned it. Bethune, well, he's out there playing both sides of the filibuster like some Washington weather vane. Gee, we don't have the votes, he whines without ever lifting a finger to actually go get the votes. No arm twisting, no pressure, no LBJ style horse trading or threats. No leadership whatsoever. Just endless excuses while the country burns and the base watches in pretty much disbelief. This isn't leadership. This is surrender dressed up in a suit. If Thune actually believes in keeping the 60 vote suicide pact, then he should have the guts to step aside right now and let a real fighter take over. He owes that to the Republican voters. Not to Donald Trump, not to the Senate gym, not to some dusty tradition the senators wrote for their own convenience. His job, his only job, is to produce results and he is failing spectacularly. You know who sees this clearly? The many voters who are getting demoralized due to the lack of action, especially on the part of the Senate, to pass legislation. Demoralized might be too weak of a description. Actually, disgusted and betrayed probably works better. Thune's message to those loyal conservatives is essentially tough luck. We can't change the rules that we made up ourselves. It's a pathetic cop out. Meanwhile, President Trump is spot on. Democrats circle the wagons, they'll Ram through their agenda through the second they have power back, they'll nuke the filibuster without hesitation. But Republicans under John Thune, well, we're still bringing a butter knife to a gunfight. This betrayal is demoralizing the base, energizing the opposition and guaranteeing trouble down the road. If Thune can't or won't get it done, then he needs to get out of the way and let someone with backbone and actual loyalty to the voters take charge. The American people did their part. Now the so called Senate leadership needs to do theirs. For the voters will deliver a message in the midterms that even John Thune can't ignore. And that's tonight's first word. No. God. I'll give you first crack. I don't know that there's much to add to that one. It's just more of a.
Rick Delgado
Aside from you hammering it right down the middle. Another part that he's failed at, thankfully, believe it or not, is this one I'm cheering that he's failing is that he wasn't able to get John Cornyn the Trump endorsement. As you notice, Trump hasn't said anything about John Cornyn and Ken Paxton is picking up speed in Texas. So things are starting to look better and better when it comes to the agenda that the American people and the conservative agenda of what we want because John Cornyn is cut from the same cloth as Mitch McConnell and John Thune. So that hopefully that'll be a good thing that we can eliminate him, get him out of the way and get Ken Paxton elected in Texas. That's what I have to say.
Slickster
That'd be nice.
Paul Nolan
Yeah, Paul, you know, I really just to add on to what Rick said, it's just again it's the never ending Trump is a, is just a passing storm. It's the get along rhinos that are just to me worse than the blue haired lunatic Marxists because we know who they are. They're the enemy. That's obvious. And these are the animals on the inside who aid and abet them and are the worst traders of the worst type because they are wolves in sheep clothing and they just don't stop. The Paul Ryan's, the McConnells, the Lindsey Grahams, it doesn't stop. And I think Thune might be the worst of all at this point.
Damon
Yeah, 11 minutes past the hour. And what I, I guess what I continue to go back to is what I don't understand, although I did see the President, I believe it was today, put out a truth about something to the effect of nuke the filibuster and go win or something to that point.
Rick Delgado
Yeah, I did see that as well. And you know, another thing that unfortunately, what the problem is Mitch McConnell, the way he set things up, he controlled the money. Right. He controls the money for the Republican Party across the country. So everybody's got to suck the teat if they want their campaign money. That's why Thune doesn't have to do anything, because now he controls the money. And unfortunately, when you have the money, you have the power, at least when it comes to the Senate and controlling really who gets elected and who gets funding and who gets backed. And that's another reason why he has to go.
Damon
Yeah.
Rick Delgado
All right.
Damon

Talking playoffs, big D playoffs. Second round in both the NBA and NHL. And the Philadelphia 76ers getting ready to tip off in the Madison Square Garden against the New York Knickerbockers. Right now it is two to two out of the gate, 10 to go there in the first. This is the east semifinal, game one for a trip to go to the Eastern Conference championship. Should be a great series and I'm sure looking forward to it. Timberwolves taking on the spurs in San Antonio. Also a game one nine thirty tip off. There to the ice we go. NHL action east second round, game two. Carolina up one game to none. But the Flyers are up by one right now. Two to one over the Hurricanes. Thirteen to go there in the second period. We also have the Ducks and Goldeneyte. They'll have their game one puck drop at 9:30 as well. So good, good action tonight and we will certainly keep an eye on that. But some really sad news here in New York and really a craz the baseball world where Yankees radio icon John Sterling passed away at the age of 87. Ryan Gatos of Fox News on the report here. New York Yankees radio legend John Sterling has died. WFAN Sports radio in New York announced on Monday. He was 87. We are devastated to hear about the passing of John Sterling, a WFAN and Yankees radio icon whose voice was synonymous with an entire generation of Yankee fandom. The radio station wrote on social media. Sterling suffered a heart attack in January and was said to be in good spirits. He retired from broadcasting in April of 2020 after 64 years in the industry. It's incredible. The sports world mourned that loss. It was all over social media. I'm going to run a couple of clips of his great, his great calls too in a minute. Since 1989, Sterling has been gracing the New York Yankee airwaves as the voice and that has included multiple World Series titles. They've had quite a good run there in the 90s there. It is high, it is far, it is gone is something Yankees fans have heard for decades. Aaron, let's just roll that cut 13. I don't want to step on any of these great ones from Mr. Sterling. And let's hear some of his great calls over the years.
Sam
There goes. It is high, it is far, it is gone. Giambino Umbrilla by Godzilla it's an A bomb from a rod burn baby bird Robbie Cano, don't you know George Jusso, David Gregory pitch Yankee fans. You folks, Warriors. Ah, the milkman delivers.
Paul Nolan
That's baseball.
Sam
Susan Mark sends a titmous. One of the best games you'll ever see. Perfect game, baseball immortality. The BAMTINO God, number 52.
Slickster
There's a guy who loved what he did.
Sam
A new American League record. All right, the judge World Series of Yankees win. The Yankees win.
Slickster
Unbelievable. Unbelievable. John Sterling, one of the greatest to do it. And Aaron, thank you for cutting that. I know Aaron is a big Yankee fan and she, she felt that one too. Right? Aaron, that was, that was something else
Rick Delgado
that was a hard one to get through.
Damon
When I was editing and going through stuff today. Yeah, I would not be forgotten, man.
Slickster
No, I had a pause for a moment too when I heard that this morning. It was really tough.
Rick Delgado
It's funny, I remember all, all the way back to 95 and 96 and even when he was Mattingly, when he was playing. I mean, you remember all those and it's like you get reminded. It's like, oh, man, I remember that.
Damon
You know what I was reminded of today? He used to call Boston Celtics games.
Slickster
Oh, way back.
Damon
Do you remember when Bird went into Atlanta and scored 60? No John Sterling on the.
Rick Delgado
Really?
Damon
Yep.
Rick Delgado
Was that the game where the. The.
Damon
The Atlanta benches was falling, Freaking out
Rick Delgado
because he kept scoring on us.
Damon
That's John Sterling on the call.
Slickster
Yeah, he's one of the awesome.
Damon
He called the Islanders too.
Raymond Chandler
Incredible.
Slickster
Yes, he did. That's right. And talk about incredible, how about that Sherry Devoe. We talked about her a little bit earlier. The Kentucky Derby. Big D. First female trainer to win the Kentucky Derby. In 152 years, we've never had a young lady win, and she did. What a great come from behind race we got. Yeah, Kevin. Kevin Downey Jr. KDJ on the call, right. He had Golden Tempo. He had Renegade, who came in second. I had Renegade too, once Puma pulled out. And further ado, big D, the 1, the 18 and the 19. Just an incredible run for him. And. Well, let's talk about this. Golden tempo, a 231 long shot to win the Kentucky Derby, pulled off an incredible upset on Saturday in amazing fashion. And his trainer couldn't have been more excited. Sherry Devoe, Golden Tempo's trainer. And thanks to one of the most memorable come from behind finishes in the history of horse racing, the first female trainer to ever win in the Kentucky Derby. Had a reaction for the ages. Let's roll. Cut 14. Just look at this trainer here, how she's going through the progress of this force. Coming from dead last. This is great.
Paul Nolan
I'm almost rich.
Slickster
I'm ready to jump on the track. I love this clip. I'm gonna be rich.
Paul Nolan
Oh, this is fantastic.
Slickster
Look at that.
Paul Nolan
Oh, it's so cool.
Slickster
That's awesome, Aaron. Thank you. And if you saw the speech, her daughter gave her a great, great kudos from her daughter. What a beautiful speech at Churchill Downs.
Damon
Hard. Aaron, put this up. This is Kevin from Friday night. From Friday night, three horses.
Rick Delgado
I do.
Kevin Downey Jr.
I'm gonna go renegade because the Ortiz brothers are the best jockeys out there.
Rick Delgado
Number one, I'm gonna go with.
Damon
Todd Pletcher is the trainer. That's five to one. He might be the.
Slickster
Might be the lock.
Rick Delgado
Now here's my long shot.
Kevin Downey Jr.
I'm gonna go with horse Jose Ortiz. He's on golden tempo, 30 to 1. These Ortiz brothers are great.
Rick Delgado
I spent a whole summer in Saratoga Springs performing every night and every day. I was watching the ponies, and I'm also gonna go.
Damon
I mean, that's crazy. That's the call of the year.
Slickster
That is the cool. Well, yeah, Crazy is one of them. Yep. Absolutely, man. Unreal.
Damon
Unbelievable. Kevin Downey Jr. Yep.
Slickster
And that's a Wrap from Churchill Downs. Big D. Back to you.
Damon
They come. One, two. Unreal. All right, Slick is brought to you by Mike Lindell. LFS6B is promo code to use. Pauline Nolan's got some news. What's going on, Mr. Nolan?
Paul Nolan
Well, we got a well, well, well moment. I cut this three minutes of clips of. Of Jake Tapeworm just being the usual disaster. We have a minute 17 of it. I saved only one of the three minutes.
Kevin Downey Jr.
There is obviously a big move to undermine the Mueller investigation, and we see it all the time with all witch hunt. The witch hunt, the hoax, big hoax, all hoax.
Damon
Yeah, yeah.
Kevin Downey Jr.
There's obviously a. You know, and this is something, you know, you get wrapped up in the politics of it all. Here's the bottom line. The United States was. The United States was attacked by Russia. Now, it wasn't like Pearl Harbor. It was a cyber attack, and it was a disinformation campaign, but we were attacked. And there is this investigation to find out what happened. Now, part of the investigation has to do with Donald Trump and whether or not anybody in his orbit cooperated, but there's this other larger investigation about what happened and how can we prevent it from happening again. And there are a whole bunch of people in Washington who are trying to prevent the investigation from going forward. I mean, imagine if somebody tried to prevent the investigation into how Pearl harbor happened from going forward. You would say that that person is not being patriotic. It's obvious that people are doing things to protect President Trump and to protect the politics of this all, but this has. This is beyond. The politics of it all has to do with a sovereign nation being attacked by Russia. The idea that there are people in Washington trying to undermine it, trying to stop it. They don't want the truth to come out about this, about an attack on the United States just blows your. Blows my mind every time I think about.
Paul Nolan
Question for the chat. While we're in the break. Do you think that they are briefed by government officials to follow a narrative and say what they're told to say? Or they just completely ideologically brainwashed the confants who believe everything that they just said. One for their, you know, coached up by government officials.
Damon
All right, live from Studio 6 P26 past the hour. We're back right after this. Oh, slick six. Or is it down one? This game's over.
Rick Delgado
This game's over.
Damon
Over. It's a loss in game one for you. What do you have to say?
Slickster
I just. I just need one in that dump. That dump tonight. That's just One in that garden.
Damon
Hey, watch it. What you calling.
Slickster
I like that garden.
Rick Delgado
All right.
Damon
Live from Studio 6, 30 minutes past the hour. Slick's doing sports, but not really. He's just watching the Sixers game, sitting on the edge of his seat, ready to explode.
Slickster
Let me comment on th. I got a few things to say. Oh, I'm tuning in. I mean, I'm tuning in.
Damon
Tune it in. Yeah, Doug, I was going to have sports. Paul Nolan's going to.
Slickster
I mean, exactly.
Damon
It's going to have sports. They'll go Friday night headlines. Paul's going to have some news as well. Were you done with the. What?
Paul Nolan
Well, I have something else in another memory hole of propaganda from Rachel Maddow. We'll save it for later. Two jackasses in one segment. It's not good. We'll keep them separated so the audience doesn't puke.
Rick Delgado
Okay, how about four right now?
Damon
I'm assuming the audience was a lot of ones there.
Paul Nolan
Yeah, of course. I mean, it was a loaded question, but yeah. Want to just get into the chat and.
Damon
All right, very good.
Paul Nolan
Hello to everyone.
Damon
All right, we'll get to some headlines here with Delgado in a second, but
Rick Delgado
first, I can't wait.
Damon
A lion, a giraffe, a bear, and a shark all walk into a bar. No. Trump challenges Gavin Newsom to a cognitive test that is the basis of tonight's. Can't wait to see this one. Diaper diplomacy. Roll it, Aaron.
Todd Blanche
And we have a big search for fraud. Very little. You know, when people get arrested all over Minnesota, all over California, what do you see what we're coming up with in California? Gavin Newscomb is not good, But he gave the worst interview a month ago. Did you see it? Where he said he was incompetent, he can't read, he can't write, he can't do. He said he's horrible for testing. We should give him a cognitive test. I took three of them. Aced all of them. By the way. You know, I'm the only president. I'm the only president to take a cognitive test because I don't think Obama could pass it. I don't. Didn't he get into Harvard with a C average? I don't know. I don't think he could pass it. I don't think. Well, Biden isn't it.
Slickster
Give me a break.
Todd Blanche
You know, the first question is very easy. It's a lion, a giraffe, a bear, and a shark. They say, which one is the bear? And Everybody says, oh, 30 questions. Everyone says, very standard. There's a very standard test, but very tough around those last 10 questions. Not too many people even in this very room, unlike News and Mel say this room of geniuses. He said I'm in a room of dumb people. That was not good. That was not good. You know what happened to America after that? It wasn't a pretty, but I'm in a room of brilliant people. But a lot of you wouldn't have been able to answer those 10 questions.
Damon
The audience reaction shots are a in that one. Congrats to them for figuring that out.
Rick Delgado
I love how Baby Newsome crosses his legs too.
Damon
Just that's a great addition is the reaction shots.
Slickster
Baby Newsom is unreal.
Damon
Yeah, love that. All right, let's do some headlines. Speaking of the president and speaking of Iran and speaking of the ceasefire. Rick Delgado's got him. What's going on, Delgado?
Rick Delgado
All right, David. Well, well, getting right to it. As President Trump announced Project Freedom to escort ships in and out of the Strait of Hormuz and has vowed to make sure that any interference will be dealt with forcefully. And I just saw something flash up in my, on my computer that said 16 ships have now been sunk that have attempted to mess with the ships trying to pass through the strait under the US Escort. President Trump announces on Sunday that the US Will begin what he dubbed Project Freedom to guide and free foreign ships trapped in the Strait of Hormuz, warning that any interference with the humanitarian operation will be dealt with forcefully. And it seems like that is underway right now for the good of Iran, he said. In the Middle east, the United States. We have told these countries that we will guide their ships safely out of these restricted waterways so they can freely and ably get on with their business, he wrote, adding that the US Representatives have been directed to use best efforts to secure the safe passage of both vessels and crews through the strait. Here is President Trump. He was asked about some of the latest going ons for the, for the ceasefire and a potential deal with the Iranians. Here he is on that latest proposal. Cut number one, check this out.
Sam
The new 14 point proposal that Iran has spoken.
Todd Blanche
No, I haven't. I haven't. I'm looking at it up here. Yeah, I'll let you know about it later.
Rick Delgado
But last night you said we might be better off not making a deal.
Todd Blanche
Well, I wouldn't have to. I didn't say that. I said that if we left right now, it would take them 20 years to rebuild. But we're not leaving right now. We're going to do it so nobody has to go back in two years or five years. They told me about the concept of the deal. They're going to give me the exact wording.
Rick Delgado
Yeah. So he's going to look at, take a look at the proposal. The latest proposal probably won't be what he's looking for. So we can expect this stalemate to continue on. Here he is. Cut number two. Somehow, I don't know if these reporters actually get the hint that once one reporter says, hey, when are you going to start strikes on Iran again? He's not going to tell you, but they keep asking him anyway. Cut number two. Here's the latest example. Cut two.
Damon
Under what circumstances would you restart military strikes on target?
Todd Blanche
Well, I don't want to say that. I mean, I can't tell that to a reporter if they misbehave, if they do something bad. But right now we'll see. But, you know, it's a possibility that could happen, certainly.
Rick Delgado
Yeah. So President Trump framed the operation of moving those ships through as a humanitarian mission, emphasizing that many vessels are running low on food and everything else necessary to sustain their large crews, calling them victims of the circumstance. Here is President Trump remaining steadfast on eliminating Iran's missiles. Here he is wanting to eliminate the rest. Cut number three. Check this out.
Damon
Only like 85% of Iran's missile making
LG Appliances Announcer
capabilities has been eliminated.
Todd Blanche
Correct.
Rick Delgado
Is that other 15% important?
Damon
Does the United States need to eliminate that?
Todd Blanche
Well, I'd like to eliminate it. Yeah, I'd like to. It'd be a start for them to build up again and yeah, I would. To like to eliminate.
Rick Delgado
Yeah. So there's the president talking about that. He was on the tarmac, of course, earlier in the weekend. President Trump had this to say about why, why there's a delay when it comes to getting a deal with Iran and figuring, figuring out who they are dealing with. We kind of talked about this the other day, but here's the cut number four. President Trump on Iran's new leader. A job nobody seems to want cut for.
Todd Blanche
They have no leaders. Actually, their leaders are all gone, too. It's part of our problem. We don't know who the hell we're dealing with. This is Mohammed. So and so I say, are you a leader?
Damon
We're looking.
Todd Blanche
We're looking for a leader. It's the only country in the world nobody wants to be a leader. You know, they say, they say, would anybody like to be president? And there are no takers.
Slickster
That dinner the other night, that was great.
Rick Delgado
Such a jerk to people it's so great. Takers again. They are looking at a proposal, a 14 point proposal with the framework conveyed via the Pakistani intermediaries, it's been widely reported to demanding sweeping concessions from Washington, which they're probably not going to get. So this will. This will continue on until they have a deal that the President is happy with.
Paul Nolan
Well, you know, some of the questions they asked the President, they would never think of asking any other President during wartime, no matter what the. It's just laughable. The stupid question. Hey, when do you plan on a sneak attack?
Slickster
Yeah, yeah, okay, let me let you. Let me fill you in.
Paul Nolan
Yeah, right. Let me tell you tomorrow.
Rick Delgado
Yeah, exactly. And speaking of sneak attacks, remember what happened last weekend at the White House Correspondent's Dinner? Well, of course. That suspect, Cole Thomas Allen, 31, he is under arrest and he's being held. Well, he went up, I guess in front of a judge and the judge was feeling very, very bad about the situation that he's in.
Damon
Yeah, not about him. Not about him attempting to kill the President. He's not feeling right about.
Rick Delgado
No, not. Not about trying to kill the President or anybody else who may have gotten in his way. The liberal federal judge in D.C. is sparking outrage after apologizing to the alleged would be assassin for restrictions placed on him behind bars. Because he's behind bars and he's restricted. Damon Magistrate Judge Zia for Wookie, whatever his name is. Turns out he's not a born bred American. What a surprise. Slammed attorneys during a Monday afternoon court hearing over the condition of Allen's imprisonment. He's been placed on suicide watch when he was first jailed and the judge said, at a minimum, I should be apologizing to him. We are obligated to make sure he's taken care of. Mr. Allen, I'm sorry that things have been not the way that they're supposed to be. According to the judge. Can you believe this guy?
Paul Nolan
No.
Rick Delgado
What a complete. Oh, what a loser. Complete loser. The judge ordered officials at the D.C. jail to update him. They have to update him by tomorrow morning. About Allen's requested accommodation.
Paul Nolan
And then he conflates it to the January six how.
Rick Delgado
Right.
Paul Nolan
The January Sixers had freedom all over. You're comparing this to the January 6th fed direction?
Rick Delgado
You son of a. Yeah, you know it to me, he says it's extremely disturbing that he would be put in five point restraint only because he just tried to kill people, including the President. A person with no criminal history. It's troubling. I never heard of anyone from January 6th who was put in a five point restraints or in a safe cell. It's just disgusting that this type of person is a judge, a magistrate judge, not a full judge. I think he can be removed. I wonder if they're gonna look into removing him. We'll see if that happens because I think this is a judge who definitely needs to be removed. Here is Todd Blanche. What he had to say about the gunman case and what's going to happen moving forward. Cut number five, check the well look,
Todd Blanche
the investigation is ongoing and it happened just over a week ago. And I expect that the U.S. attorney Piro that she and her team are continuing to work on understanding why this man allegedly did what he did. Any other information that they can learn from the devices and from the search warrants that were executed. I don't have an update to provide you beyond the fact that we are working hard. I expect in the next week or so there will be more information coming out. Obviously assuming the investigation moves forward, there will be an indictment forthcoming and all that is typical of what happens.
Rick Delgado
Yeah.
Paul Nolan
So there is just unbelievable.
Rick Delgado
There is Todd Blanche regarding the how's this the case against Cole Thomas Allen,
Paul Nolan
how's this guy's getting any respect or any love and how the media is not all over the third attempt on our president's life. It's just we live in bizarro world.
Damon
Speaking of like the judge and people who are supposed to be in positions where politics and partisanship should not really creep into what you do. We have an it's not just judges that we I mean the judges are a real problem problem and people are seeing more and more of it. But we, we've seen, you know, the teachers, we've seen the doctors, we've seen a lot of it. Well, here's a clip that I saw today. Speaking of Todd Blanche, here's a former FBI not director but I guess FBI agent higher up. Whoever this guy is, I'm not familiar with him until this clip here. He is talking about the deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche today on Ms. Now listen to this.
Former FBI Agent
If we're waiting for that to happen, I would very much suggest packing a lunch. This has nothing to do with unbiased prosecution of law enforcement priorities. This is about silencing a presidential critic. And it's worth noting something about what Miles said. It's not just potential legal ramifications for the people involved in this. I have no doubt that Trump is going to issue a blanket pardon for every single person in the executive branch, but there are professional consequences. Yeah, Todd Blanche should remember that John Eastman, the intellectual architect of Donald Trump's what I will refer to with a bit of prediction, the intellectual architect of Donald Trump's first attempt to carry out a electoral coup was recently disbarred and the appeal of his disparment was denied. So Todd Blanche should watch his step.
Slickster
Already suffering, so he's threatening.
Damon
Todd Blanche should watch his step according to the formal special whatever his title. Was there a special agent in charge at the FBI?
Rick Delgado
Yeah, you know, the, the permanent state really, really doesn't like anybody interrupting what they have planned.
Paul Nolan
You know, as Schuma said, the intelligence community has seven ways to get you till Sunday.
Damon
All right, live from Studio 6B, we're back. More news, more sports coming up on a Monday right after this. All right, 13 to the hour. Live from Studio 6B. Couple of quick things here from me. Department of War 33 minutes ago put out a on social media that Operation Epic Fury press conference tomorrow morning with Secretary Hegseth and Chairman Raisin Cain, 8am Eastern Time. So keep an eye on that. Could get some news out of there. And then the update on Rudy Giuliani, for those asking, I believe is maybe possibly a step in the right direction, let's hope. And that is that the the mayor is, I believe, breathing on his own tonight, was the report earlier today, because I think this morning they were very, very concerned. I mean, obviously, I think everybody's still very concerned if Rudy can pull out of this. But I believe he has possibly taken a step forward and that he is breathing on his own. The pneumonia set in and it was very bad and he was really having a hard time. I think it was they kept saying critical but yet stable. So let's just all pray for Mayor Giuliani and hope that he can they can get rid of this infection in his lungs and get him back on his feet. So one other quick one just to get back to what we were talking about in the opening first word, opening segment, this is the president. If you could put this up, Aaron, this is the president's truth from earlier today. Terminate the filibuster and win. President DJT Mike Lee says it's time to terminate the filibuster. It's time to win. And Banci, our friend from Red State really again points out what we've been talking about on this show. On what planet are Mitch McConnell, Susan Collins Liquor, Misa Murkowski and Thom Tillis going to vote to end the filibuster? And again, this is what I've said. This is why people say, nuke the filibuster. Let's just go for 50. You don't have 50. You don't have 50. And this is the real problem with this party. And I know the Dems are going to do it anyways. If they get power, they're going to do it anyways. They don't care what the numbers are. But as far as we go, we don't have 50 if we nuke the filibuster. And I could add more to this list than just those. McConnell, Collins, Murkowski, Tillis.
Rick Delgado
Yeah. And you know what's crazy is if the Democrats wanted to nuke it right now, they could depend on those guys and girls or those senators to vote with them. They would probably get them.
Damon
Well, we know most of the stuff has passed, even in the House with more Democrat votes than Republicans in some ways. And then he says, we know the answer to these questions. Why are we rhetorically focusing on an impossibility instead of doing things that are possible? And it's a good question. All right, 11 minutes to the hour. Let's do some more sports. Sports is brought to you by Mike Lynn Dell. LFS6P is the promo code to use. If you want to shop@mypillow.com or mystore.com use code LFS6B at checkout. Slickster. What's going on?
Slickster
All right, Big D. Major League Baseball, let's get to the scoreboard there. Red Sox 5 to 2 over the Tigers, top of the 8th inning, Phillies over the Marlins, 1 nothing. Bottom 7, bottom 8, Rays over the Blue Jays, 5 to 1. Yankees on top of the Orioles, 3 1. Top of the 6th, top of the 1st.
Damon
By the way, Judge homer in that game.
Slickster
Yeah.
Damon
And Michael K. Did the old tribute to Sterling.
Rick Delgado
Wow. Oh, nice, Judge.
Damon
Yeah, I saw. Saw it on socials.
Slickster
That's awesome. And Royals, four two over the Guardians, top of the fifth, bottom four right now. Cardinals blanking the brewers, one nothing there. Astros trail the Dodgers, three two, top of the second. Mets earlier today with a big win. Hannover, Colorado, four to two. Here we go, Paul. It's the start of something big.
Paul Nolan
Are they at the double digits and wins yet?
Slickster
Maybe. They're pretty close.
Damon
You want to hear Michael K. Yes,
Slickster
I would love to hear that.
Damon
There it is. This is from tonight on the day we found out that John Sterling unfortunately passed away. Here is the Yankee game and the pitch.
Paul Nolan
High drive, right center field, going back to Varys. It is high. It is four.
Sam
It is gone.
Paul Nolan
Aaron Judge, a judgy in blast.
Sam
Here comes the judge.
Slickster
That is perfect as only the Yankees could do it, right?
Damon
There you go.
Kevin Downey Jr.
Yeah.
Slickster
You know, that's unbelievable.
Damon
Nice job, Michael.
Slickster
I'm no Yankee fan, but I got to take my hat off to that class organization all around. That was magical catch. Big day. I like that. Amazing. Just one quick one. We talk about the 76s complete historic series comeback to stun Celtics in Game 17. Colby Colwell of esp. Yardbarker, actually. Philadelphia 76ers appear to be heading toward a first round playoff exit. Facing a 31 series deficit to the Boston Celtics. With Saturday's 109, 100 win in Game 7, they are heading to the Eastern Conference finals for the first time since 2023. To be fair, the Celtics should have never been in this position one win away from closing out the series. With that said, give the 76ers credit for not panicking and playing their way back into the series to give themselves a chance. In just the fourth game of the series since undergoing an appendectomy, Joel Embiid had a sensational game with A team high 34 points. Sixers haven't won a playoff series against Boston since 1982. I was 17 years old and in high school. And you know what happened that night? I drank one too many Heinekens. I'll never forget it. I never really drank Heineken again because of that. The Sixers winning that series against Boston because they're such a difficult organization to beat. They're like the Yankees, right. Celtics, Yankees, Montreal Canadiens, and you can say the Dallas Cowboys back in the 70s, but pretty cool stuff.
Damon
Let's just be clear on something in that article. The Sixers are not heading to the Eastern Conference finals.
Rick Delgado
Right.
Damon
So let's just be clear about that.
Slickster
I'm gonna. I'm call KDJ on this one. He might have. He might have.
Rick Delgado
It's the semifinals.
Damon
You're in the semifinals. Yeah. And enjoy the four games and all the stuff that comes with playing four times.
Rachel Maddow
Yeah.
Damon
Because that's it. No, I. I know not be playing five times the way it looks tonight.
Slickster
Right now. The Knicks. The Knicks are up by eight after one. And yeah, everything's falling for the Knicks because they're playing good ball. And it looks like it's gonna be a tough, tough series.
Rick Delgado
By the way, did you see the
Slickster
Knicks want to play Philly?
Rick Delgado
The meme they put out for the Celtics going to the golf course.
Damon
No, no.
Rick Delgado
That featured Mike Vrabel and his date on the front of the. No golf Course it was. They were going fishing.
Slickster
Oh, Rossini.
Rick Delgado
And. Oh, my goodness. Hilarious. They're doing the. They're doing the, the Titanic thing on the front.
Damon
Oh, all right. 53. Seven minutes till the hour. Live from Studio 6P. Let's get to Mr. Nolan. He's got some more news. What's going on, Mr. Nolan?
Paul Nolan
Well, glad we separated the memory hole. I was going to do them together, but I wanted to talk Smith Bunn act, which originally came out under President Truman after the, you know, during the early Cold War days. And it was just meant for the US to be able to propagandize positive US information to kind of offset Russian propaganda all across Europe. And it had its purpose and it was great. But Obama decided In January of 2013, on his way out the door, to essentially eliminate it. And now you're allowed to propagandize the daylights out of people. And that's why these people in the news, like Rachel Maddow, who a few years back was telling us how abhorrent it is to call someone a pedo. Let it roll.
Rachel Maddow
Pedophilia, of course, is the most repulsive of all human behavior. It is so repulsive, it is so evil that it makes us see red.
Rick Delgado
Right.
Rachel Maddow
It is almost literally unthinkable. And it therefore understandably can make us stop seeing anybody who's even accused of it as our fellow human, anybody abetting it or even abiding it. It's basically the same thing. Your brain just instantly goes to monster, right? To decide that you're gonna try to harness that for political gain, that you're going to make false accusations of that kind systematically to reduce your political opponents to non human status. That is a horrific abuse of its own. It's not like a normal political allegation, even a normal criminal allegation, right. When it's about that, it activates our animal revulsion. And if that kind of a charge is made against. Against somebody in politics, it effectively kills that person off as somebody who can participate in the debate and the argument in the fight anymore. They're effectively declassified as inhuman and monstrous and they're gone. And it has become one of the hallmarks of modern authoritarianism, not only in Russia, but especially in Russia under Vladimir Putin. That's how Vladimir Putin rose to power in the first place in Russia. That's how he got control of the Russian government, by generating effectively a false pedophilia claim against just the right guy at just the right moment.
Damon
Yeah.
Paul Nolan
So down that memory hole. And that's all we hear all over online is that Trump is a pedo and a pedo protector and.
Damon
All right, to wrap our one. Hour two. Coming back, more news with Delgado, more sports with Slick live from Studio 6P on a Monday. We're back right after this.
Sam
Sam,
Todd Blanche
If your television sounds funny in the evening, you're watching live from Studio 6B.
Damon
All right, live from Studio 6B, hour two on a Monday, May 4th. May the 4th be with you. Slick's gonna do some sports. Delgado's gonna do headlines. Paul Nolan is going to do some more news as well. Aaron and Fran holding it down as always. Lots to cover an hour, too. Lots of news. You know the Met gala is going on tonight. Are you aware of this?
Rick Delgado
Yes.
Damon
Look where everyone shows up dressed like you.
Slickster
No.
Damon
Even more extravagant. No, you don't know the Met gala.
Slickster
I know of it, but I didn't know it was tonight.
Damon
Oh, yeah, I believe it's tonight.
Rick Delgado
Yeah.
Slickster
Okay. And what happens red carpet.
Damon
Huh? Some of the, some of what I've seen already. It, I mean, it just looks like you times like 10.
Slickster
Yo, I don't have that budget.
Damon
Yeah, but I mean, some budget. Some of it's just, I don't know who told them leaving the house looking like that was a good idea, but I guess they think it's a good idea.
Slickster
Oh, come on.
Rick Delgado
They're called try hards.
Damon
Maybe I'll, maybe I'll pull some of the best ones up and we can kind of take a look and we'll see what we think.
Slickster
We got sequins going on from the.
Damon
Oh, you got all kinds of stuff.
Rick Delgado
Yeah, he got full body mass.
Damon
Yeah. I mean, it's some, just some crazy stuff. So.
Slickster
Nice.
Damon
We'll maybe get to that and get a good laugh. But let's start hour two with some headline news. Speaking of a good laugh, Rick Delgado's got it. What's going on, Delgado?
Rick Delgado
All right, David. Well, the story I forgot to get to because we were talking about Todd Blanche, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. He was on the Sunday shows and was talked and was asked about the indictment against former FBI Director James Comey. And he insisted Sunday that the indictment against Comey rests more on just the 8647 Instagram picture saying new evidence would come to light in court to support the government's claim that Comey's post amounted to a criminal threat against the president. He provided the remarks during the Meet the Press interview where he was grilled about the credibility of the high profile case, whether it was politically motivated or not. And the charges hinge on whether the prosecutors can prove that the former FBI director's intent, a key legal threshold, was reached. Blanche signaled that the Department of Justice will present broader evidence in court to support the charge, while rejecting claims that the prosecution was driven by President Trump's past clashes with Comey. Here is Todd Blanche talking about that. This is cut number six. Check this out.
LG Appliances Announcer
How does that image of seashells amount
Damon
to a serious threat against the President's life?
Todd Blanche
Well, every case requires an evidence investigation, and what you just showed is one part of that investigation. What you just showed is the Instagram post. Rest assured that the career Assistant United States Attorneys in North Carolina, the career FBI agents, the career Secret Service agents that investigated this case, didn't just look at the Instagram post and walk away. That's why you saw an indictment last week, notwithstanding the fact that it was last May that the Post was made. So I am not promoting permitted to get into the details of what the grand jury heard or found, as you know. But rest assured that it's not just the Instagram post that leads somebody to get indicted.
Rick Delgado
Yeah.
Damon
I mean, these questions from these people like the idea that that is all that there is, this Instagram post and the way they try to. They try to make something of it, to sound like they're so smart, like they're going to. To, like they're going to outwit Todd Blanche on these things. Wow. To explain how that picture. I mean, God, shut up.
Rick Delgado
The case marks his hair hurt. The case marks the Justice Department. Second recent prosecution of James Comey after a separate indictment alleging he lied to Congress was tossed on procedural grounds, which means those charges could be resurrected. We'll see what happens with that. And the DOJ is appealing that past decision. And Blanche was also questioned about whether Comey was charged because Trump explicitly called for the DOJ to bring charges against him. So we'll see what happens. And again, as Blanche explained there, there's a lot more to it than just a simple Instagram post. And, you know, it's this move to. Oh, it's headline readers. That's all you get from the. From the left. They just want the headline. They just see the Instagram post. They think, well, that's gotta be the entire case. And of course, we'll find out that Blanche explained. It's definitely more than that. Speaking of crazed lunatics on the left, well, guess what, there's another one, Damon. And this guy was also asking to kill the President. Feds say a Pennsylvania man left Chilling voicemails threatening President Trump and John Fetterman as well, believe it or not. And this guy is, this guy's name is Raymond Chandler. He's actually running for Congress. And an Allegheny county man has been arrested after allegedly making threats against a member of Congress. That would be Senator John Fetterman and President Donald Trump. Officers and agents were seen coming in and out of his home on Friday afternoon. According to Pittsburgh's Action News 4, Raymond Chandler is facing two charges. Influencing, impeding or retaliating against a federal officer by threatening a family member. He also threatened Fetterman's daughter as well as Fetterman. And threatening a federal official. And influence and impeding retaliating against an official by threat. This is, this has been unsealed in a court document. Chandler left the voicemail threatening to assault and kill the daughter of John Fetterman and, and John Fetterman himself. He allegedly did so to interfere in the Congress Congressman's work. Court documents did not identify which member of Congress it was, but we now know it was John Fetterman. Here is, here's just a little bit of who this guy is. And this is, this guy was running for office in Pennsylvania. He wanted to displace John Fetterman. Here he is, cut number seven. Check this lunatic out. And again, he's a Democrat fired on a Thursday.
Raymond Chandler
And I thought about it and that Friday I thought, you know what, I think I'm going to run against John Fetterman for Senate in 2028. And I thought about it a little bit longer. I thought, man, that's insane. Like who's going to vote for me? A random guy in Pittsburgh who's just a game designer, who cares about other people and comes from a working class family, who's a first generation college graduate, is a self made man who's going
Rick Delgado
to vote for me. Yeah. So there he is, that lunatic who's now under arrest. You want to find out a little bit more about Raymond Chandler?
Damon
He didn't sound like a lunatic there.
Paul Nolan
Seemed like pretty lucid.
Rick Delgado
Well, later on in the clip and I wasn't able to find the entire clip, that's why I didn't include it. But he said, but then I heard God say, and it cut off the clip there. And I couldn't find the rest of his statement about God talking to him and telling him he should run for office. But here he is talking about his background.
Paul Nolan
Yeah, it sounds fine to me too.
Rick Delgado
Talking about his background where he turns into Steve Martin in the jerk. Cut number eight, check this out in
Raymond Chandler
my youth, while going through my struggle, I had the great honor of being adopted by a black family, to be loved by a black mother, and to grow in friendship with a man I love like a brother. I Love you, Joe, Twa Choicey, Aunt Rosie and Ms. Linda. I do this for you. I do this for my birth family, for Ashley and for Ian. For my parents. I do this for you. For my godson and my God grandbabies, I do this for you. For Johnny, Erica and Ariana, I do this for you. And for every single family in Pennsylvania who is struggling, who has been left behind, I am coming back for you. I do this for you. My name is Raymond. I am a Quaker, a Christian, a Buddhist, and a follower of the Way of Hermes. And I come as a sword. Follow me. Let's go take back what is ours. Thank you.
Damon
Okay,
Slickster
Candy dish.
Damon
Okay, I'll take him over McConnell, Collins, Murkowski, and about four others any day of the week before the threats.
Rick Delgado
He's a Quaker, he's a Buddhist, and he's also doing court on Friday.
Paul Nolan
He's a gingerbread man.
Slickster
What is this, a carnival?
Rick Delgado
I mean, come on.
Slickster
Yeah, I go to Merry go Round.
Paul Nolan
I'll go on zipper.
Slickster
I'll go on.
Rick Delgado
Over a week after he left the voicemail for Fetterman, Chandler allegedly called him again. This time, court documents say he left a voicemail threatening President Trump, saying, I want to kill the President. During that voicemail, Chandler told Con the congressmember he wanted them to walk into the Oval Office with a gun and assassinate the president.
Paul Nolan
Oh, boy.
Damon
Okay, well, now, now we've now reached.
Slickster
Crossed the Rubicon, but he's in fella. You know,
Rick Delgado
I'm not sure if that was his Quaker side or his Buddhist side. I don't think it was the best crazy side. Yeah, well, so there you have it. Another. Another stable Democrat running for office.
Damon
All right, well, before we get to more Delgado news, let's go through just what Slick thinks about a couple of these here. So slick. Here we go. Here's Nicki Minaj's arrival.
Rick Delgado
Oh, good, good.
Damon
At the Met gala. What do you think of that?
Paul Nolan
My. My wife wore that to church.
Slickster
That looks at my comforter.
Damon
Okay, all right, very good. Here's another arrival.
Slickster
Oh, that's ridiculous.
Damon
So, Lancer, no, the king has arrived.
Slickster
Lancer, not.
Paul Nolan
He should really wear a get up
Damon
at the Met gala.
Rick Delgado
Actually, Slick, where's that? Coming out of the shower. That's his bro.
Damon
Yeah.
Slickster
What do you got?
Damon
Come on, bad bunny.
Slickster
Oh, my God, this guy.
Damon
Please. What is this?
Rick Delgado
Why does he look like Mugatu from.
Damon
I don't know, from Zoolander. That's Bad Bunny.
Slickster
He's likes a bow. Bad bows, too.
Rick Delgado
No, that's.
Damon
That is.
Slickster
That's Bad Bowie.
Damon
Bad Bunny. That's his choice of outfits. Beyonce.
Slickster
Oh, my God. What is that?
Rick Delgado
Okay, that's not Beyonce.
Slickster
That looks like National Geographic.
Rick Delgado
It's a white lady.
Slickster
Who is that with the. The garb in the front? My God.
Rick Delgado
Okay, that is not beyond. You can't tell me that's Beyonce.
Damon
Heidi Klum. That was Beyonce.
Rick Delgado
That is not Heidi.
Damon
I'm telling you, it's hiding.
Rick Delgado
That looks like.
Slickster
I thought that was Kate Smith from the Flies.
Damon
Heidi Klum. This is what she chose. What do you think of that? Slick? No good? No, that's not good.
Slickster
She didn't have a ghost of a chance with that outfit.
Paul Nolan
Who's that one? Who's that one?
Damon
It's Kim Kardashian.
Rick Delgado
Oh, which one? Let me see.
Slickster
Get off my stage.
Damon
Kim Kardashian.
Slickster
What?
Damon
Is that her look?
Rick Delgado
Huh? Natural blonde?
Damon
I don't think so.
Slickster
I doubt it.
Damon
Well, I was hoping to get some more of the slick looking guys, but I can't seem to find any.
Slickster
I'm not too.
Rick Delgado
Wait a minute.
Damon
There's the J.P. morgan. The J.P. morgan arrival. Wow.
Rick Delgado
I like that. See, now they dress appropriately.
Slickster
Talk about busting out some of what
Damon
else is going on in the news.
Rick Delgado
Well, I don't know about. I don't know how you feel about Spirit Airlines, but if you're thinking, oh, a GoFundMe sounds about right. That's what's basically happening as people are saying, let's buy Spirit. Why? Thousands have pledged $88 million for an airline campaign. What began as a TikTok joke has turned into one of the Internet's most emotionally charged grassroots campaigns of the year. Damon. In the days after Spirit Airlines abruptly shut down overnight, a viral online movement called let's Buy Spirit has drawn tens of thousands of supporters, pledging millions of dollars in a bid to resurrect the budget airline under a community owned model. And what could possibly go wrong?
Damon
Are they gonna fly the planes, too?
Rick Delgado
I don't know who's gonna fly the planes, but it's basically like a. An online movement just to buy them, okay. And keep them afloat. But who knows who's going to run it? Here's Secretary Duffy on the Spirit Airlines merger collapse and why they closed down. Cut number nine.
N
He made the wrong call, right this. If he had taken a deep dive into spirit and in JetBlue, he would have seen that that merger would have been better for customers and he still said no to it. And the ideology of the last administration was driving all these decisions, whether it's not allowing this merger, whether it's driving DI into air traffic control and into aviation. It was, it was ideology as opposed to what is a smart, safe, right thing to do. This story was not written because of the Iran war. This story was written years ago because of what Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden, people to judge and the DOJ under Biden, what they did to prevent the merger from happening.
Rick Delgado
Yes.
Paul Nolan
Didn't Elizabeth Warren dump 20,000 shares two weeks before this went down?
Todd Blanche
Yeah.
Paul Nolan
She's on the inside of trading. Take a look into that one.
Damon
Thirteen past the hour. Live from Studio 6P on a Monday. We're back right after this.

Here's a live look at me and Delgado helping Slick Rick into the studio on Dress Up Night. This is what I suppose it would look like.
Slickster
Oh, I like those sequins. There we go.
Damon
Here comes Slick. I thought this was pretty close to something that you might have in your closet.
Slickster
Looks like they had to do on one of my birds. Maui.
Damon
Okay, this is right.
Paul Nolan
What is that, Satan?
Damon
Somebody told Sam Smith that this was a good look.
Slickster
Oh, my God.
Paul Nolan
What is happening?
Slickster
Oh, Sam Smith.
Rick Delgado
He's the Met Gal.
Slickster
That guy is off the wall, Paul. He's any satanic and all. He's crazy. He is. Yeah, he's a. I never heard of him.
Paul Nolan
I know. He's the one who's dancing around in the devil outfit.
Slickster
Yes, that's right, Paul. A couple years ago. The Grammys or American music.
Damon
All right, 20 minutes past the hour. Live from Studio Six, Speed Slick Scott. Sports, Sports, brought to you by our friend Mike Lindell. LFS6B is the promo code to use. What's going on, Slickster?
Slickster
Oh, it's all over in the Garden. The next right. Nick's right now leading 62:45 with 220 to go in the second. Second. Knicks is shooting the lights out of the Garden, 67% from the floor. Unbelievable. Six is just 38%. Can't. Can't get it done that way on the road. That's game one of the east semifinals.
Damon
One of four.
Slickster
One of four. Well, we'll see. I think the Sixes could come back. They got to make some adjustments. Many adjustments. West, like hit the, hit some baskets, have new players. Yeah, that would. Kelly Wilbre's got to go. West semifinals, Game 1, Big D, Timberwolves and Spurs. That should be a good series, but I like San Antonio probably in five. They got a good team there. 9:30 Tip off there and NHL Action Flyers continue to lead the Hurricanes 2 to 1. They had Carolina with a 10 series lead, so Flyers need that game on the road. 11:32 to go there in the third. Ducks and golden night coming up at 9:30. Wow. Some sad news in the sports world. Five pickleball players killed in Texas plane crash on weighted tournament Dylan Gwynne at Breitbart. You know, I've been getting into the pickleball. I think it's a great sport, the professional. If you watch the game, it really moves quick. But this is a very sad story. Five pickleball players died in a tragic plane clash in Texas on Thursday night as they were making their way to a tournament. The players, all from the Amarillo Pickleball Club, have been identified as Saren Wilson, 19 years old Brooks Sky, Apollo 45 Stacy Hedrick, 51 Justin Glenn Appling, 37 and Hayden Dillard, 39 years old. Today the club has received terrible news that we all must mourn in the loss of five members of our Amarillo pickleball family, the club wrote in a Facebook post. The announcement prompted several commenters to pay their respects. Obviously just a great game, unfortunately. Two planes departed Amarillo bound for New Braunfels on Thursday. The doomed flight, a Cessna 421C, fell to the ground in a fire explosion 40 miles south of Austin at 11pm local time. Flight tracking data obtained by the Austin American Statesman shows that the plane made a sharp turn before executing a rapid, steep descent from 13,600 to 7,000ft. That was the last data that emitted from the plane. So very sad news there. And yeah, pickleball. Tom Brady owns a professional pickleball team too, so it's really becoming a big game. And Cameron Young, his meeting with President Trump caps his unique Cadillac winning Sunday. Josh Shruk of the Golf News it wasn't a normal championship Sunday for Cameron Young. He entered the final round of the Cadillac Championship at At Trump National Doral leading by six. He called a penalty on himself for inadvertently causing his ball to move before hitting his approach shot on the second hole. It's just one of those your heart sinks when you see it move, but it moved and that's part of what golf's all about, young said of calling the penalty on himself. He responded by draining a 13 footer for par and no player, not even world number one Scotty Scheffler, who finished second, got closer than six as Young waltz to his third career win and second of the season, he did get stopped. He was trying to get into the clubhouse on the side door. Big D. And as he attempted to enter, he said the two Secret Servicemen stopped him and told him the entrance was not being used because President Trump was in attendance. So he was surprised to hear that. But he said it's always a pleasant to play for the president and very inspirational. And that's Trump's club too, which I've never been down there. Big D, you haven't been to the Trump Doral, have you?
Damon
I have. I've played the Bloop Monster.
Slickster
Oh, you did play there?
Damon
Yeah.
Slickster
How'd you do?
Damon
I played pretty good. That's when I could play. That was a long time ago.
Slickster
Oh, wow. I didn't know you played that course. Cameron Young, looking good. Cam Young. He was. I. I like him. I. He's a good young player and continue to see him roll. And he obviously loves the president. And that's a wrap in sports. Big D, back to you.
Damon
All right, let's look. Very good. Sports brought to you by Mike Lindell. LFS Exp is the promo code to use. You want to shop at MyPillow? Support Mike. Support the show. It's a great way to do it. Paul's got some news. What's going on, Mr. Nolan?
Paul Nolan
Well, we, you know, I. I guess I was just playing with the clips today. The Chicago alderman, you know, he was speaking at a press event where he calls for Walgreens to face first degree corporate, I guess, abandonment charges because Walgreens is racist. The alderman for Chicago.
Damon
Okay, Walgreens should be charged with first degree corporate abandonment.
Slickster
It should be a crime.
Damon
Crime the way they treat all these
Slickster
geniuses should be a crime the way
Damon
they are treating our families.
Paul Nolan
So they have found that the, that the crime and the. The violent incidences at their Walgreens exceed, you know, crime on any of their other stores. So the corporation thought it might be a good idea to stop losing money. So instead of letting the place get robbed on a daily basis, they. They closed it down and now they're racist. So I. It's in the, like, stupid is forever. You can't fix it. If you're born that way, you're stuck that way. That guy, alderman chief there was living proof.
Damon
I mean, I mean, to think. To think about complaining about your place to steal a victim of your own policies is quite rich from a guy like that. In Chicago, no less. He wants to bring charges, not against the criminals, by the way. No, against the corporation that says we're out of here. This place sucks.
Rick Delgado
Well, that's what socialists do, right? This is their policies. And turns out, though, socialists are the only ones that actually enjoy socialism because they don't live by it.
Damon
26 past the hour. Live from Studio 6B. We're back on a Monday. Right after this. All right, 30 minutes past the hour. Live from Studio 6B. We'll get to some more headlines with Delgado Sports with slick news with Paul, Nolan, Aaron and Fran holding it down on a Monday. Glad you're in. Make sure you follow us on all our social media. FS6B. Pretty much everywhere at LFS6B. Follow, like comment, share, Get. Get involved with the social media. And of course, real America's voice at. At Real AM Voice. A couple more Met Gala arrivals. Here is producer Jordan Ross. Cloth who Slick. What do you think of this makeup? What do you think of this outfit, Jordan who?
Slickster
What is that? Oh, two heads are better than one.
Rick Delgado
That looks like that 70s movie, the Thing with Two Heads.
Slickster
Exactly.
Damon
So that was the Venom.
Slickster
This looks like creature features.
Damon
Now. There was a different. There was a different angle of that one, which I actually thought was better. It's this one.
Rick Delgado
Oh.
Slickster
So, look, I'm trying not to be Joey baby. Joey baby.
Rick Delgado
For a second, I thought it was gonna be.
Paul Nolan
So what gender is that thing, Rosie Greer?
Damon
I don't think it is. I think it's a gender fluid. Marco Rubio debuted his rocking that. I like actually this Met Gala outfit. So he. He actually got the theme, which was fashion is art.
Slickster
Yeah, that's right.
Rick Delgado
You know what's amazing? Did you see the. I didn't. I didn't. I didn't send it in because I saw it too late. With Marco Rubio playing DJ at a family's wedding.
Damon
That's real.
Rick Delgado
Is this. Yeah, I know, but is this guy, like, backing his way into the. The top slot to run for 2028?
Damon
Marco Rubio had another Met Gala outfit tonight.
Slickster
Looks like Freddie Mercury there.
Damon
He changed quick.
Rick Delgado
Yeah, exactly.
Paul Nolan
Right, said Fred.
Rick Delgado
Yeah, right, said Fred.
Damon
Exactly. By the way, this is Heidi Klum.
Rick Delgado
I mean, you guys can't be Heidi Klum.
Damon
That is Heidi Klum.
Slickster
Looks more like Heidi Plume.
Rick Delgado
Yeah, Heidi Doom.
Damon
I'm just telling you. Heidi Doom. That is.
Rick Delgado
There's no way that's Heidi Klum, okay? Why would she dress herself like that?
Damon
Have you never seen her Halloween costumes?
Rick Delgado
Oh, no.
Damon
She's insane in Halloween.
Slickster
To powder her nose.
Damon
Look.
Slickster
What happened?
Damon
Explosion. Let's do some headlines. Got him. What's going on?
Rick Delgado
Looks like she's covered in powder.
Damon
Yeah, exactly.
Rick Delgado
Oh, my goodness.
Damon
What Slick just said.
Todd Blanche
Creepy.
Rick Delgado
Horrible. Anyhow, I know we were talking about Spirit Airlines before, but the airline industry is still in the news. Damon, did you see this over the weekend as a United Airlines plane hit a truck?
Damon
I did. Crazy.
Rick Delgado
And a pole. And I'm not talking about Harry Anton. We're talking about a descent into Newark Airport as a United Airlines flight struck a light pole, which then struck a truck on the New Jersey Turnpike upon its descent into Newark Liberty International Airport on Sunday with the driver sustaining. Surprisingly. I don't know how, because it looked terrible on the video. Only minor injuries. Despite the collision, the flight of 221passengers and 10 crew members landed safely with the aircraft sustaining only moderate damage. The aircraft, a Boeing 767 from Venice, Italy, where it originated from, also hit that light pole like I said, when it was coming in for a landing. And if you've ever been in that area in Newark and seen some of these planes land, it's kind of crazy. But here is cut number 10. Here's the. The plane as it hits the light pole at Newark and with the truck. Check this out. Cut 10. Oh, my goodness. And the truck driver sees it come. Just be. Just before that happened, he had noticed the plane was coming in pretty low and the. And the plane hit one of the light poles overhead, which ended up hitting his truck. Here is. Here is a typical descent. So if you're in the area, if you know this area, you've seen this. And it's kind of unnerving a little bit. Cut number 11. Here's a typical descent at Newark Airport that people are used to on a daily basis. Check this out.
Slickster
At that. Oh, hit the leaning. Yeah.
Damon
I'll be honest. I've never seen that.
Rick Delgado
You've never seen that?
Damon
I've seen that at that beach that they. You always see the picture of the.
Slickster
Oh, yeah.
Damon
Beach.
Rick Delgado
Where it blows people back.
Damon
Yeah. But I've never seen it in Newark
Rick Delgado
like that at Newark. It's pretty crazy. So. Yeah. The driver, Warren Broadley of Baltimore, was traveling northbound on the turnpike delivering products through Bakers Express to Newark Airport Depot. One of the planes landing gear, tires struck the window of the truck. According to the senior vice president of transportation and logistics. In a statement to CBS News, Bordley was able to pull over after he was struck, sustaining glass cuts to his arm and forearm. He was taken to the hospital following the incident and has since been released. The Port Authority Police Department and New Jersey State Police responded to the scene, and it's currently under investigation from the Federal Aviation and Administration and NTSB as well. So it's an ongoing investigation. Here's what Secretary, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy had to say about what. What happened at newark. Cut number 12. Check this out.
N
This is unacceptable. We have really well trained pilots. This is one. This should never happen in America. But here's what happens, though, from an incident like this, Stuart. The big and small incidences we study, we look at and we learn from and we. We take action on. And that's why America is the safest place to fly. We have the safest guys, the busiest guys, bar none. And we're the best because we look at every incident and learn from it and take action.
Rick Delgado
Yeah. So there he is talking about what happened over at Newark.
Slickster
Newark is dangerous.
Rick Delgado
Yeah, it's just a crazy scene. When you see that, when you see those planes come in over the turnpike, it's. It's a little unnerving, but they've been doing it for so long that I think most people just, just kind of look at it as part of living life over there.
Sam
There.
Slickster
Yeah.
Damon
I mean, I don't know.
Rick Delgado
That's.
Damon
That's coming in pretty shallow if you're going to hit the cars on the expressway.
Slickster
Yeah, it's.
Rick Delgado
Well, it's the first time it's happened, so as far as far as I know. Anyhow, an update. We were talking about this. We made a mention of it a little bit earlier, but former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who was previously, of course, President Trump's lawyer, hospitalized in critical condition for unspecified reasons. Now they're saying it's pneumonia. According to a statement read from Giuliani's people, Mayor Giuliani is currently in the hospital where he remains a critical but stable condition. They say he's a fighter who's faced every challenge in his life with unwavering strength, and he's fighting the same level of strength as we speak. We do ask for you to join us in prayer for America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani, according to the statement. And recently about, I want to say, 30, 40 minutes ago, they said, I guess he was on a breathing apparatus that's been removed. So he's breathing on his own.
Slickster
I heard that coming.
Rick Delgado
Yeah. And so hopefully he's taking a turn for the better, and we'll see what's going on with Rudy Giuliana. But we wish him the best and,
Paul Nolan
safe to say, one of the nicest guys we've ever had on.
Rick Delgado
Yeah.
Slickster
Remember, he called Joe Biden the dumbest man alive.
Damon
Here's the most latest clip I can see from mainstream news about Rudy. Here it is. Just from about four or five minutes ago, actually.
Slickster
Okay.
News Reporter
Hey, Jesse. Well, we do have some good news tonight. Rudy Giuliani's team says after being on
LG Appliances Announcer
a ventilator, the 81 year old is now breathing on his own.
News Reporter
We just spoke with his primary care doctor for an exclusive update.
Rachel Maddow
He is a fighter the way he was yesterday, in such critical condition, he did have a priest anoint him in all the prayers from around the world.
Rick Delgado
It's like a miracle. He's.
Damon
This guy's got nine lives today.
Rachel Maddow
He's doing much better.
News Reporter
Giuliani served as New York city mayor from 1990.
Damon
All right, so there you go. There's the primary. So it seems like the mayor is maybe doing a little better tonight. Probably not out of the woods, I suspect, yet, but certainly the prayers are working. And I'm sure he's getting great care. He's in Florida, I believe. So that's the. That's the latest on Rudy.
Rick Delgado
Yeah. And that's what I've got for News.
Damon
All right, 38 past the hour, live from Studio 6B. Let's get in. Let's get an update on sports. Sports brought to you by Mike Lindell. LFS6B is promo code to you, slickster. What's going on?
Slickster
All right, Big D. Well, we're going to go back to the scores. We got pretty much the final sweep of the scoreboard now, so we'll get to the flyest right now. And Hurricanes are tied at two. Hurricanes scored late, four minutes to go there in the third. We got the Ducks and Goldeneyes coming up at 9:50. Time got pushed back at the half. Knicks shooting lights out, 67% from the field. Lead the Sixers 74 to 51. Going to be a tough road there for Philly. Timberwolves taking on the spurs. That's a 9:30 tip off there. We have the Yankees 61 over the Orioles, top of the 8th. Top four. The Reds right now blanking the Cubs one nothing. Royals 62 over the Guardians, top of the 8th. Cardinals lead the Brewers 4 1. That is in the 6th, 6th inning there. And just want to get to one other story about the Kentucky Derby. Historic ratings for the second year in the row. This is unbelievable. This is Dylan Gwynn of Breitbart. We had the 152nd running of the Kentucky Derby. Had a fantastic and historic finish. On the track and equally historic finish in the terms of ratings. According to preliminary data from Nielsen and Adobe Analytics, 19.6 million viewers tuned in for the race portion of the 152nd Kentucky Derby. Of course, it was like an eight hour, you know, thing how many races this and that. Who's retiring this and you know, but unbelievable. The ratings performance builds on the already very strong numbers put up by the race for the Roses last year, which earned 17.7 million viewers, the most for any race race since 1989 at the time.
Paul Nolan
So last year we had a monstrously fun finish, right? Yeah.
Slickster
Right. Another great. This year was a, it was a, wasn't a photo finish last year.
Paul Nolan
Inquiry.
Damon
Right.
Paul Nolan
With a bump in the middle of it.
Slickster
It was a very good. That was a fantastic race. But I, I just couldn't get over that horse coming back. The Golden Rule there. Golden Tempo rather, which is the golden rule. It is important to note that this is the first derby to be measured with Nielsen's new big data plus panel methodology and just a second to be measured with Nielsen's expanded out of home viewing sample. Awful announcing rights. Both changes have tended to increase viewership figures for live sports compared to prior years. It's quite likely that the 1989 Kentucky Derby, which averaged 18 and a half million viewers, would have eclipsed this year's audience using modern measurement standings. So unbelievable though. That's just incredible, the ratings on that. And I'm glad to see it. And that's a rapid sports big deal.
Damon
Very good. 40 minutes past the hour. So the governor of Florida, some say have gotten more done in a short amount of time than Congress has gotten done since they've been in session. And that this is the post that the governor put out today, if you hadn't seen it. Signed, sealed and delivered. Governor Ron DeSantis. And that of course, is a map of Florida. And that is a map of the new Florida and the new congressional districts that the governor got done in about six days.
Slickster
Wow.
Damon
And I saw a comment on someone who looked and said, what is that? I just see a map of Florida. Well, no, that's the, that's the new map of Florida that redistricts the state's congressional map to be more favorable to Republicans. And of course, the governor did put that out. Signed, sealed and delivered. According to Florida politics, the new map, which takes effect immediately, really could potentially net Republicans an additional four seats.
Slickster
Nice.
Damon
During the upcoming 2026 midterm elections. Under the now former map, Republicans hold 20 U.S. house seats while Democrats hold eight. The new map leaves four Democrat U.S. representatives in Florida. That would be Kathy Castor, Jared Moskowitz, that dope Darren Soto and Debbie I just got out of the pool Wasserman. With districts that now lean republican based on the last presidential election results. So I mean I, I guess I have double feelings on this. If I lose Debbie I just got out of the pool Wasserman Schultz. I won't be able to make that joke anymore. But I think I'll sacrifice the joke to get rid of her dumb ass out of the house. So The Florida House 83 to 28 in the Senate 2117 passed a new map last Wednesday. Desantis first announced plans in January to call the state legislature into April special session to partake take in the mid decade redistricting. The goal according to the governor was to quote, ensure that Florida's congressional maps accurately reflect the population of our state and to comply with an upcoming U. S. Supreme court ruling. Well, Florida under Desantis which was purple if not blue at the time. We think back to the Charlie Chris days and some of the other other days and has turned a. A swing state as they used to call it into a just an absolute red conservative machine. And once again, like on everything else, The Governor delivers 43 past the hour. Live from Studio 6B. We'll wrap it up for a Monday. We're back right after this. All right, 13 to the hour. Live from Studio 6B on a Monday, may the 4th be with you. Slick's doing sports, still got us doing headlines. Paul Nolan's got some more news. We'll do some more sports with Slickster if he has any more. But Paul, I know you've got a big story. We haven't really talked about this.
Paul Nolan
I don't know if it's a big story.
Todd Blanche
Right.
Damon
Well, I mean it's like officially done now, right? So it's kind of, it's. We've been hearing about this for a long time that it was what the Onion, right. Was gonna do this turning the frogs gay. So go ahead, what's the story?
Paul Nolan
So yeah, Alex Jones loses URL. InfoWars to part of the settlement. You know, and I guess the Onion figured they would try to be funny. They're going to turn it into a parody site, unfortunately. You got to, you got to have good writers to do this. You got to be funny. I found, I guess this was their attempt at the best clip. Libtards loved it. Jones fans hated it. I think you just let Alex Jones be Alex Jones and you get better laughs. But good. But this is what this was their best attempt at. Funny. Tell me if this. If they nailed it or not.
Damon
Hi, everybody, it's Tim Heidecker here. A lot of turmoil the past couple days on our road to total victory. We have just won a major battle, folks.
Paul Nolan
Alex and his gang of liars and
Damon
scoundrels have been cast out into the street. They have lost Infowars, Infowars.com and their various platforms. They have been cast out.
Paul Nolan
Ladies and gentlemen, I am confirming now I am wearing.
Damon
Terrible. It's not a good impression, is it?
Paul Nolan
No, it's terrible. But it gets so bad. It gets funny. So the end, he goes. That's the point. He just.
Damon
I mean, they're not gonna make anything. They're not gonna be able to make anything of this. All right? I mean, it's just. They're gonna.
Paul Nolan
Harry Sisson loved it.
Rick Delgado
I know that.
Paul Nolan
That's.
Rick Delgado
There you go.
Damon
Exactly. Harry loved it. Anytime the left tries to do anything significant in the media, it's like the Joe Scarborough effect. Just fail at everything and then end up on MSNBC or Ms. Now, whatever the hell they're calling it now. So while we did talk about this, and we should talk about it, because this is the big story of the day, and that is, again, what's going on with the Secret Service. And the headline, Suspicious individual allegedly fired at Secret Service and shot a juvenile just after J.D. vance's motorcade passed by. White House went into lockdown after the shooting. And so this story today, it ends up that this guy did, in fact have a gun. And Susan Crabtree, who's been reporting on a lot of the Secret Service issues, brings up this point. Well, first of all, so here's. Here's a little bit of what happened today. If you haven't seen this, here. Here's the press conference that the Secret Service did. But you have to figure as this is on literally right outside the White House, the question she asked, and I think most people would ask, where is Sean Kern? Why are we not hearing from Sean Kern today on this? Here's a little bit of what they said.
Matt Quinn
Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Matt Quinn. I'm the deputy director at United States Secret Service. I have Chief Richard McCauley with me. Chief of United States Secret Service Police. Approximately 3:30 this afternoon are plainclothes officers and agents that consistently patrol the outer perimeter of the White House complex identified a suspicious individual that appeared to have a firearm. They called in support from our marked uniform Secret Service Police to make Contact with that individual. Upon making contact, that individual fled briefly on foot, withdrew a firearm and fight fired in the direction of our agents and officers. They returned fire and engaged. That individual was hit. He's since been transported to the hospital. No, no comments on his condition. I can tell you that at least one, the only one bystander was hit by the suspect. That individual to juvenile did not sustain any life threatening injuries, but he's also receiving treatment at the hospital. I'll point out that not long before this shooting occurred, Vice President's motorcade did transit through this area. The investigation itself in terms of the use of force in the shooting will be conducted by Metropolitan Police Department. I'll pause there.
Damon
Those are the, that's basically the details of what happened. What do you know anything else about this Delgado, that I'm missing other than those facts?
Rick Delgado
The only thing that I've seen here that's different from there is that the bystander that was hit in the crossfire was a juvenile and that a reporter said the adult male who was shot was cautious and breathing at the hospital. So the shooter was taken to the hospital, is conscious and breathing and it happened at the National Mall about a mile from the White House.
Damon
Yeah.
Rick Delgado
But yeah, it does raise a lot of questions, especially after last weekend at the White House correspondence dinner. What the heck is going on at the Secret Service?
Paul Nolan
Let me guess. Harry Sissons of those crew again are going to say that Vance set this up for sympathy. I mean that, that story that Trump set up, his, you know, this again, it's, I mean this is just what, five straight years or really 10 years of everyone saying kill Hitler, he's the worst person ever?
Rick Delgado
Yeah, I think it speaks more to what's going on with the Secret Service though, because I've heard some people over the weekend talk about how the Secret Service and they're going all the way back to Butler. Butler. None of those agents should be employed by the Secret Service. For all the problems that happened, everybody
Damon
picked up on what we talked about on Friday. On the dog.
Rick Delgado
Yeah, with the dog.
Damon
Everybody was talking about that afterwards.
Rick Delgado
And that the hallway that that guy was in, somebody did a walkthrough of that area and that's like the main elevator hallway where all the elevators come down. So why that wasn't being, being, you know, patrolled heavily is another good question. Like there should have been. That place should have been. That's where everybody's showing up on elevators for that floor. Why wasn't the Secret Service and that thing completely locked down? So when people came through there, they were checked. This guy just kind of walked in there, undid his jacket and pulled out a gun.
Paul Nolan
Are you suggesting it's incompetence or are you suggesting that the longtime intelligence players just don't care about Trump or they want to see the worst for him?
Damon
Incompetence for me, I don't know about for you.
Rick Delgado
Probably a mixture of both at this point.
Damon
Speaking of incompetence and maybe what they're too busy doing, there's Real clear Politics has a lead story today. U.S. secret Service officer arrested today after lewd conduct at Miami Hotel. A Secret Service uniformed division officer was arrested early Monday for allegedly being naked and doing other things on the sixth floor of the Doubletree Hotel near the Miami Airport. Police arrested John Spillman, 33, shortly after midnight Monday morning after hotel security called them. The Miami Dade Sheriff's office responded and caught him in lewd acts naked in the hallway.
Slickster
Secret Service.
Damon
Yes. A Secret Service agent, according to the arrest affidavit. Yeah, he was not a secret Victoria's Secret and he was spilling more than his last name of Spill Spill Man. He was spilling his man everywhere.
Paul Nolan
Oh, boy.
Rick Delgado
Yeah.
Slickster
His double tree hanging out.
Damon
Yeah. A victim told police that she was in the lobby when Spillman allegedly followed her and another woman upstairs and immediately entered a room because they were in fear for their lives. The victim saw the defendant lewd behavior next to their hotel room. According to the arrest affidavit. The judge has set a bail at a thousand dollars and scheduled the hearing for May 27th. So I don't know how to explain what's going on. And again, where is anyone? We haven't seen Sean Curran, the director of the Secret Service. At least I haven't seen him at all today day. Not that I think he's going to come out and comment on that story.
Rick Delgado
And you know what, say what you want about Dan Bongino and if you're disappointed with him or not, but when Sean Kern was named the director of the Secret Service, Bongino wasn't happy. He said he's a wrong man. Nice guy, wrong man for that job. And I get, I think we're starting to see some of the fruits of that literally of that pick.
Damon
Too many of the fruits.
Rick Delgado
Too many fruits.
Damon
