Well, there it is. Four o'. Clock. East coast New York Stock Exchange ring a ding, ding, ding. That means the markets are closed. By the way, top day Today, cross but March 15th. Ides of March, right? The Ides of March. When they say this is the day of changes turning betrayals. I think Caesar was stabbed on the ides of March. I'm just saying. Okay, Dow Jones down 500, almost 550 points. S P down 90, decent sized move. And NASDAQ down 400 points, about one and a half percent. Those are tough numbers. Oil kind of hanging in there, just kind of floating around. $109 a barrel in the Brent, $102 a barrel on the WTI. Not a lot going. A lot of people are waiting to see what happens. Now picture this. Trump goes to China, speaks with Xi. They talk. Iran, they talk. What are we going to do with the Straight of Hormuz? We didn't get much out of that. Didn't. Didn't say much. I'll tell you, the trade community believes there's going to be something happening this weekend. You also have to consider March 25th. I'm sorry, May 25th. May to May 29th is the Hajj. It's a big Muslim high holy day. So does Trump, if he's going to hit a Muslim country, does he do it before, during or after a Muslim holiday? Or does he not do it at all? We have no idea. So across the board, bitcoin backed off a little bit. Gold all the markets. All eyes on oil right now. And oil doesn't know where to go. Customer service. Good luck. In this country, it's basically disappeared. Because half the time, it isn't even this country you're talking to when you call a call center. Unless you're talking to Old Glory Bank. When you call them, you get a real American on the phone. Not a robot. Certainly not someone reading a script halfway around the world. A real person who actually understands you and your values, and you can understand what they're saying. That's half the battle. That's just one way they're bringing trust back to banking. If you're done with the big banks and their nonsense, it's time to switch to old glory bank.com. go to old glory bank.com rav to open your account. Old glory bank.com/. All right, first guest, Harvard law professor emeritus and the author of the Preventive State the challenge of Preventing serious harms while preserving Essential Liberties. Always happy to have Alan Dershowitz back with us. Professor, if you don't mind, let's refresh the folks's memory. On Tuesday. We're in. Interviewed Joby Weeks, a bitcoin guy who's been thrown in jail. He's been under house arrest for almost seven years. He says he hired you to help him and you wrote a white paper for him. Take a peek. Alan Dershowitz.
Joby Weeks
Alan Dershowitz was my attorney, too. He wrote the white paper for me. It's on the docket. I had Alan Dershowitz go over it. You know, I thought, you know, this is a deep state heist. This is not a legal case. This is a political case. So I first hired David Boyce, thinking, okay, this is Biden lawfare, operation choke point from Obama where they're de platforming and debanking everybody. So I thought, okay, I'll hire him. You know, CIA, right?
Alan Dershowitz
And that.
Joby Weeks
No, that didn't work.
Eric Bolling
You know, pressure. It got weirder and weirder. Went to blocks with him because some of the things he was telling us, he's like. He said. He said an ankle bracelet. I went to prison for a little while. Then they couldn't get him to trial because the prosecutors didn't want to bring him to trial. They. There was, first of all, it's a victimless crime, they said. And so it went to prosecutor over prosecutor. And. And then he slapped an ankle bracelet on him. Alan. It was. It's been seven years he's had an ankle bracelet on him. He can't leave the state. He's not even supposed to use a computer. How can they treat some, an American citizen like this?
Alan Dershowitz
They can't. Not under the Constitution of the Bill of Rights that guarantees everyone a speedy trial. Also, the writ of habeas corpus. The writ of habeas corpus was invented in order for people like him to be able to come to court and say, habeas corpus, produce the. The reason why you're holding me in prison. Nobody should be kept under house arrest for seven years without a trial, without an opportunity. The Sixth amendment provides that everybody in a criminal context has the right to defend himself, to call witnesses, to have a jury of his peers, and to have a judicial determination. Seven years is just beyond the pale of acceptance. And so there ought to be legal action to get him out of prison. You know, put up or shut up is what a court should say to the government. Government either convict him, let him be sentenced legitimately, or let him out.
Eric Bolling
You know, he mentioned that we'll play the sound bite, that every time it felt like he was getting close to his day in court, the prosecutors would quit because the charges seem so, so thin, such thin gruel, so to speak. Take, take a look.
Joby Weeks
When you report a felony to an officer of government, if they do nothing about it, it's called a misprision of a felony, and they become accessories after the fact. So I lay out all the crimes the government has committed, and these prosecutors, they read it, and they quit. Three more. Come on, they read it, they quit. Three more. Come On. They read it, they quit.
Eric Bolling
Three More.
Joby Weeks
We have gone through 12 prosecutors. They're all, you know, fleeing the ship like rats. You know, it's crazy.
Eric Bolling
We were just kind of flabbergasted that this could be going on again. The original crime was said to be some sort of. They, they, they wanted him to come in and admit to something that he didn't want to do. They offered him some sort of deal. He pled. Then he said he wanted to kill his plea, plea deal. And they wouldn't let him, but they want to keep him in house arrest. I've just never heard anything like this in my life, Alan.
Alan Dershowitz
Trial penalty. Prosecutors come and say, look, you better make a deal. If you don't make a deal, we'll give you 10 times the sentence that you would get if you make a deal. And so people are pressured into making the deal. I remember representing somebody a long time ago, a doctor who was offered one year suspended sentence if he pleaded. But if he didn't plead, he'd get 11 years and he, against my advice, went to trial, was convicted by a different lawyer, and served 11 years in prison, not for the crime, but for the crime of pleading not guilty and seeking a trial. So, you know, the justice system is very messed up. And, you know, he's not the only person who's under house arrest. Now, I've never heard of one for seven years, but I know of people who have been under house arrest for two or three years. It's a complicated instance. And what he needs is a judge who's willing to take the bull by the horns and say to the prosecutor, look, what's going on. You just can't keep postponing and putting this guy in ankle bracelets, not letting him leave the state. That's a form of confinement, and the Constitution covers that. So I hope we'll get some legal relief. If not, if it's a federal crime, he can seek executive clemency. And the President, I think, would look favorably about something like this if he has jurisdiction. If it's a federal case.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, that was going to be the next, you know, sort of area of questioning. President Trump famously pardoned Russ Ulbricht, the guy from Silk Road, and that was, that was a big. The Libertarian Party jumped onto that case, and they, and they pushed it. And Trump did the right thing. He said he promised it during the election cycle, and he came through in 2024, pardoning Ross Ulbricht. This seems equally as egregious by the government.
Alan Dershowitz
Yeah. And the Wall Street Journal reported the President may be about to issue 250 pardons to represent the 250 years of America. And I would think this is one that should be high on his list. So somebody should be filing an application for that, and let's see what happens. But under any circumstances, seven years of house arrest is just too much. And that's not what our system contemplated when the framers talked about the right to a speedy trial, the right to confront witnesses, the right to a jury of one's peers. That's, that's the constitutional norm, not seven years.
Eric Bolling
Professor, One of the other things that's bubbling up, there's this right now, we, we have a congressman who says that during the Biden DOJ years, he was, I guess, some of his records were illegally taken. His phone records, maybe some of his files as well. But then there is this idea that possibly our Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, the CIA, may have taken some of her files as well, that some of the agency's files and then may have Been was debunked. The question here to you, sir, is it seems like there is such thing as a deep state. A lot of people say it's conspiracy theory, but it just feels like there's factions within these very powerful intel agencies that they really mess people's lives, mess with people's lives or mess people's lives up. Is it fact or fiction what we're seeing here, that there is a group that wants to take, take out certain groups of people like conservatives perhaps?
Alan Dershowitz
Well, it's, there's a factual basis and as usual in politics, is probably exaggerated and picked up for a partisan cause. There's no question there are a group of people who are civil servants and have worked for 20 years, 30 years in intelligence and the CIA and the FBI and they have different views than the political appointees who come in for four years or eight years. And so the deep state, if you want to call it that, has continuing influence and doesn't always do what the elected officials want them to do. And they have a lot of power on a day to day basis. So although I don't know that you can argue that there's any kind of a conspiracy of the kind that some people have argued, I think it is fair to say that there is a permanent civil service, not only the United States. We've heard the same complaints in, in Europe and England and other parts of the world that they have an undue influence on what elected officials should be doing in response to being elected by the public. So that's a fair point. But as usual in America today, fair points tend to be politicized and exaggerated by both sides. So you have to look very hard at the facts and make sure that whatever you're saying is fact based.
Eric Bolling
Very quickly, sir, about a minute and a half. So this other idea that the Democrats are not talking about, they want the Supreme Court to expand. They want to expand it because right now they're down 6, 3 conservative to, to progressive. In order to get the number that they need, they need to get to seven. Six. That's 13. What is the process? Is this not constitutional? Sorry, this. This isn't. It wouldn't require a constitutional amendment to change the court because the Supreme Court isn't in the Constitution. Tell us.
Alan Dershowitz
Supreme Court is in the Constitution. Constitution refers to a chief justice, but it doesn't give a number. And so you could have a Supreme Court of 3 or 9 or of 12 or 30. And if you begin to expand the Supreme Court, it will never end because the next time another government comes in, they will expand it to try to get their numbers. And ultimately you'll need a room the size of Congress to hold the justice of the Supreme Court. Keeping it at nine is part of a tradition. It's a tradition that goes back a long time. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the first president seriously to propose it. He did it at the suggestion of later Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurt and then a Harvard professor. They were dead wrong back then, they're dead wrong now.
Eric Bolling
The Supreme Court, what's the processor? So is it just a, a congressional vote?
Alan Dershowitz
They have to have a congressional vote. And the congressional vote probably would be prospective. That is, it would say, you know, keep these justices on but add more justices and you know, they'd add the number that they thought would give them a majority. They're not going to do that, obviously, until they get control not only of the House and the Senate, but also the presidency. The last thing they, the Democrats would want to do is get President Trump the ability to pick four or five
Eric Bolling
more people in the last dumb question. Why isn't, why aren't the Republicans and Trump, why don't they make it instead of 9, I'll maybe may make it 5 and get rid of Katanji Brown Jackson and, and, and whatever the heck her name is. Kagan.
Alan Dershowitz
Yeah, you add people because the Constitution provides that justices serve during good behavior. So unless there's the absence of good behavior, and that's hard to define and it usually has been interpreted to mean life term. And you know, we've had Justices, Justice Holmes, Justice Brandeis, who've served into their 80s and 90s and there are have been attempts to get age limits and you know, you may make sense age limits. I'm 87, so I'm not a big fan of age limits at 85 for anything. But they make sense. And if it's done neutrally, okay. But if it's done to get rid of certain justices, in this case, it would probably be Justice Thomas. You probably want to have an age that would exclude him. But it wouldn't apply retroactively. It would only apply prospectively. So it wouldn't affect people who are currently on the court.
Eric Bolling
Alan Dershowitz, always good to have you, my friend. Thank you for joining us and clearing a few things up for us. Thank you. Thank you. All right, folks, we'll be right back. Two and a half minutes.

Our next guest, he's the congressman from Florida's 6th congressional district who says President Trump's peace through strength against Iran is exactly what Americans want and need because 47 years of war and an impending bomb threat is unacceptable. Happy to have back on the show, Congressman RANDY Fine, sir. Let's start, start with Iran. You can bring us up to speed. Bannon Close. You know, one of my, you know, OG Conservative America first folks says he probably should have canceled that trip. What do you think he's going to get from the cheap trip? And specifically, will it help or hurt what we got going on with Iran?
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, I'm optimistic that it will help. Look, China is dependent on Iran for its oil. The real damage that's been done by the Strait of Hormuzz being closed has been done to the Chinese economy that can't get the oil that they need. America is still getting the oil we need because we get it from ourselves. Prices have gone up a little bit, but people can still get it. In China, they're having shortages. And so that gives the President leverage to say to China, help us get Iran resolved. Help us make sure they never get a nuclear weapon.
Eric Bolling
Congressman. So my thought has been straight through day 72 of this conflict and my struggle early on I said, let's try and cut a deal, get this over with quick so we can gasoline, get gasoline prices down before midterms. I know, I know in my heart that it's going to be a problem for, for you guys, especially in the House come November if we're seeing a four or five dollar gallon of gasoline. So, but that ship has sailed. We're probably going to see a $5 print on the pumps no matter what happens. Here's my point. You're right. We are choking the Chinese economy. We're also driving Iran into oblivion by, by this blockade. I feel that there shouldn't be a rush at this point because I think we're kind of screwed with the midterms as it is, but might as well fix the thing and clean this up and at the same time put the Chinese on their back heels. Your thoughts on that idea, that thought
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, I think it's May, and the election isn't until November. I think there's still plenty of time for this to sort itself out. But what's clear is when you peel back the propaganda from the left, this conflict has damaged Iran's economy to its core. Their air force is gone, their navy is gone, Their missile such, their missile launching capabilities been heavily degraded, and their economy is in the midst of collapse. They're actually having to dump oil into the ocean because they don't have anywhere to put it. So we hold all the cards here. The problem is the Chinese are counter. The Iranians are counting on Democrats to make us throw in the towel too soon. If we stay the course, Iran will fold and that will be a win for the world because we cannot afford to let these crazy people have a nuclear weapon.
Eric Bolling
You know, one of my earlier thoughts again on War Room spent a lot of time there is, you know, early on, we can, we can, we can cut a deal with Iran saying this, we are oil companies. US Oil companies will go to Iran. We'll increase your production from 3 million to 6 million a day. Which they can do, our oil companies. We do it, we get their first crack at that oil. And Venezuela, we could do the same with Venezuela from one to three. That difference of those additional three over there and two here almost make up our shortfall of what we use and what we produce. Here's my point. You suggest making Venezuela. Are you suggesting making Venezuela legitimately a 51st state, or was that kind of tongue in cheek?
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, that was the president who said that, not. Not me. But I think the president's talking about the idea that Venezuela can become a good partner. Obviously, what we did with Mazura was the right move, but Venezuela can be a source of oil for us and for the world. And so that's something I just heard about this morning. It's something I'm willing to look into. But whether it's Iran or Venezuela, we need their oil on the world market to bring down prices for everyone. And we need Iran not to have a nuclear weapon. That's the most important thing.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, those two, you know, two of the biggest oil, certainly to the biggest, most valuable reserves under their soil in Iran and Venezuela, if we access that, that is, that is, that would be our reparations for the money we're spent trying to keep a nuclear weapon out of Iran. I agree with you, certainly. On that note, here's the one I really want to get to. Elon. Omar, I remember last time you're on. You're talking about restricting Congress and I assume, Senate as well. Anyone elected official to national office, federal office, whatever. From dual citizenship. Having dual citizenship. Because it's conflict of interest. I would agree. If you tell us about Elon Omar and then you're talking about an expulsion, potential expulsion vote. Expulsion vote for Ilhan Omar in the House, your thoughts?
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, two things here. First, I filed a bill to say that only American citizens can serve in Congress, not foreigners. And people think that's crazy. They're like, why do you need a bill to do that? But it turns out that we've got dozens of members of Congress that could be citizens of other countries that are also serving in Congress. Yes, they have American citizenship, but they may also have sworn an oath to another country. And you can't serve two masters. Ilhan Omar is one of them. She was a citizen of Somalia. She may continue to be. She certainly said that she prioritizes the interests of Somalia over the interests of the United States. This would say you can't be in Congress if you are both. As it relates to expelling her, we're awaiting the outcome of an investigation into immigration fraud. Did she marry her brother in order to bring him to the United States? If she did, it's a crime to. That should not only cause her to leave Congress, it's just a crime that should cause her to leave the United States. And I know the administration is working on it, and I am as well.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, that was. That was literally the next question. If we're willing to take a vote on expelling her from marrying her brother. If she did. A lot of people believe she did. I think Trump has even said that. That she did. Why not go ahead and make. Take the next step once you expel her from Congress? Expel her from the United States.
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, I can't do that as a member of Congress. And frankly, it'll probably be easier to expel her from the United States than to expel her from Congress. I think many of my Democratic colleagues wish there were more foreigners serving in Congress, not less, because it is their goal to destroy the country. But if the president has evidence that she committed immigration fraud, he can strip her citizenship under the law. That would not make her. That would make her ineligible to be in Congress and it would ship her home to Somalia.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, I think I would keep pulling at those threads on the sweater. Find out what she knew, when she knew it, and whether or not she actually texted anyone or emailed anyone what she knew about some of the fraud that's going on in her district in Minnesota because, boy, you tie that to her and she's not expelled out of Congress. Polish citizenship, maybe throw her behind bars. First final thought on this one.
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, look, I think we're going to see. The Somali community in Minneapolis is rife with fraud. We know that over 80% of them are on welfare. That we know that billions of dollars have been sent to fake leering centers. And it seems that Elon Omar is up to her neck and all of it. So we need to get to the bottom of it. We've got to hold everybody accountable, put them in jail and deport them where we can.
Eric Bolling
Is so. You'd be so cynical, Congressman. Leering centers. And folks, if you don't know what that is, some of the Somalian learning centers, misspelled learning centers in, in Minneapolis. Isn't that wild? Congressman, thank you for, for joining us today. Appreciate your time.
Congressman Randy Fine
Good to see you, pal.

Kamala Harris loses the 24 presidential election in an embarrassing way. So what does she predictably do? Well, she makes the case for her party to find as many ways as possible to cheat in the next election so that people like her who seek to destroy America can actually win.
Kamala Harris
Say, look, this is A moment where there are no bad ideas. No bad idea brainstorm is what I'd
Mood.com Ad Announcer
like to call it.
Kamala Harris
And in that no bad ideas brainstorm, we talk about what we need to do and think about doing around the Electoral College. We talk about the idea of Supreme Court reform, which includes expanding the Supreme Court. We invite a conversation about multi member districts. We talk about, look, that if we win the Senate, which we should, and we will, then the Senate Judiciary Committee should have rules that they put in place. So when these people come before as nominees to the Supreme Court and lie, that they are held to account and consequence. Not just that somebody goes on cable news and says they lied, but that there are rules in place to actually penalize people for lying to a Senate Judiciary Committee.
Eric Bolling
All right, so her accent changed about five different times during that whole little thing she delivered there. She went from slurring kind of drunk. What'd you say? No bad ideas. No bad ideas. The sermon giver also lying to the Senate Judiciary committee. Fascinating. Like Dr. Anthony Fauci or Alejandro Mayorkas. Remember when Fauci said three weeks to stop the spread or trust the science? Or when Mayorkas said, what border? What border? Border's fine. The border's secure. Okay. The Kamala Harris word salad doesn't stop there because it never does. Listen to Madame Slurs a lot. Lay out the new cheating plan she
Kamala Harris
has that we agree that it is right to have ethics rules for Supreme Court justices. And let's put those in place. Let's talk about statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. these are the things I think that we've got to do. We've got to neutralize these red states from cheating, including blue states, expanding their maps. And all of this, I think, is, is, look, we gotta fight fire with fire. These folks are playing to win. We gotta play to win.
Eric Bolling
Pack the Supreme Court, get Puerto Rico as another state because they're all Democrats down there. These are great ideas, folks. This is why you have to be careful of these people. Remember, she wants to do this all through Congress. If they get, if they get the House in the Senate, God forbid they get the White House. They can do whatever the hell they want. That's why I don't. Why are we sitting down? We have two more years to make some serious changes. Trump has the House, the Senate and the White House make some changes in our direction. God forbid, if they get any of those, they're going to do it their way. You have to ask yourself, though, this question. Why would a sitting member of the United States Congress Take issue with a hearing on why Sharia law is incompatible with the US Constitution? Could it be because maybe, just maybe, that congressional member doesn't think Sharia law is an issue? Could it be perhaps that that congressional member doesn't support true American values and the values of this constitutional republic? Look at that congressional member, Jayapal.
Kamala Harris
It is bizarre to me to listen
Eric Bolling
to this hearing, honestly.
Kamala Harris
Now we've suddenly made all mosques the beachhead of terrorism across the country. This is a very important religion around the world and certainly here in the United States. Islam is a very, very important religion.
Eric Bolling
Wants to protect mosques. You see what's going on in Texas right now, the whole epic city. They want their own city, they want their own rules. They want Sharia law. It's called a Sharia creep. I'll be honest with you. I got in trouble for calling Sharia creep at Fox a few years ago. They said, don't do that. It's. It's offensive to Muslims. Guess what it is. It's Sharia creep. There are places in. In Paris, in London where Muslims took over because they emigrated there and they took over and they locked down those neighborhoods. They were called no go zones for police in those two cities. I said it's only a matter of time before they do that here. And they're trying to do that here. We often see Democrats cell phones on this show. Jordan, Jim Jordan is great at doing that. Pretty good at getting those cell phones out of these clowns. When Jordan asked questions to. Soros backed Fairfax County Attorney Steve Descano at a hearing on Thursday. Yesterday, Descano makes the most ridiculous admission about what he campaigns on to win versus the policy he actually implements.
Steve Descano
I think the voters were interested in that. This is your campaign website where you said, our office will take immigration consequences into account when making charging and plea decisions. Immigration consequences were certainly part of the game here. Part of the issue here with Mr. Morales Ortiz.
Eric Bolling
No, they weren't.
Steve Descano
You decided.
Steve Descano (continued)
Absolutely were not.
Eric Bolling
You are.
Steve Descano (continued)
You are assuming something that is not. That is in fact untrue because you are misrepresenting my policies. My policies do not say that. We do not prosecute.
Steve Descano
Well, if you're proud of your policies, why did you change your website?
Steve Descano (continued)
Because that's not my policy. As I told you, sir, that was a campaign statement that I made before I was common.
Steve Descano
It had been up for six years. A week after we send you a letter saying we want you to come testify, Shazam, you change it.
Eric Bolling
Because I could not.
Steve Descano
Is that coincidental?
Steve Descano (continued)
Because I could not believe that Somebody that people were so obtuse to that they could not realize what the difference between a campaign statement and an actual office policy.
Steve Descano
So when you make campaign statements, that's not. Those aren't true. You're not being honest with your voters.
Steve Descano (continued)
That's not what I'm saying at all, sir.
Steve Descano
Sounded like it. Sure sounded like it.
Steve Descano (continued)
It's absolutely not. What I'm saying is that when you
Steve Descano
still haven't told me why. You still haven't told me why you took it down.
Steve Descano (continued)
Because I was hoping to come here to talk about my office policies, not be distracted by a campaign statement that
Steve Descano
was not being distracted.
Steve Descano (continued)
A year before, I was actually Commonwealth Attorney, so.
Eric Bolling
So the hearing was to find out why he was doing the things he was doing in the state. And so they brought it. And he said, well, I don't do it that way. And Jim Jordan said, well, you campaigned on it. It's been up on your website for six years. But you're saying your policy is different when the reason why we're even here is because we find your policies almost exactly to what you campaigned on and are on your website. And the minute they say that after six years, he poofed, makes it go away. These Democrats, these people are such a freaking liars. They're hypocrites and liars. They can't campaign on one thing. They get elected and they say, oh, we're not doing it over here. But they do. They secretly do. It's incredible. This is what needs to happen when they testify on Congress, on the Hill. If they lie, they should go to jail. They should be thrown out of their jobs or go to jail. You can lie to Congress. Did you know that? You can blatantly lie to Congress. Anyone can. You call, you call to a hearing, you lie. You raise your right hand, take the oath, and you lie. They'll give you a week. No, I'm sorry. They'll give you one year to correct your testimony before they even decide whether they want to hold you accountable for lying to Congress. It's insane. That's the problem. We know exactly who James Comey truly is. He's the guy who let Hillary Clinton off the hook for those emails and the servers. Then he came after the president, President Trump, with the incessant lawfare and then the seashell formation calling for Trump's 8647, which means kill him. And yet, occasionally, he can say something that makes it seem like at some point, deep down, somewhere inside, James Comey maybe once cared about the Sanctity of law.
James Comey
Did you ever think about asking President Biden for a preemptive pardon as Trump was coming back into office?
James Comey (continued)
Never.
James Comey
Do you think he would have given you one if you'd asked?
James Comey (continued)
I don't know. I wouldn't have accepted it. Supreme Court said in 1914 that the acceptance of a pardon is an admission of guilt. It's what consoled Gerald Ford when he pardoned Richard Nixon. He carried a quote from the case in his wallet till the day he died because it meant Nixon had admitted guilt. And so I'm not guilty. I am innocent, so I wouldn't be accepting any pardons.
James Comey
Do you think the people that Biden did preemptively pardon are guilty of crimes?
James Comey (continued)
Well, I'm just telling you what the Supreme Court said. By accepting a pardon, it's an admission of guilt. And so I hope they thought about it carefully.
Eric Bolling
Okay, well, great. Well, should we talk to Biden? Should we talk to 9,000 people who got some of them preemptive pardons? Should we talk to Biden's family? Should we talk to Hunter? Interesting. Interesting take there, Comey. Meanwhile, Comey admitted that he still is having active conversations with people at the FBI. Does that sound strange to you? Isn't he under investigation right now? Why is the FBI still making it so difficult for us to trust them?
James Comey
Do you still talk to employees at the FBI regularly?
James Comey (continued)
I do.
James Comey
And what do they. Are they afraid to be talking to you?
James Comey (continued)
Yes, as a matter of fact, they're under siege. And I think about them a lot. I worry about them a lot. Both those who are still there and those who've been thrown out while loved ones are sick, while they're struggling financially. There's a lot of pain at the FBI and the FBI community right now, but it's not going to last forever.
Eric Bolling
Oh, very interesting. You know, we. We do say that the CIA has leaked stuff that. That hurts Trump. We just saw it last week. They leaked the information that the Iranians were ready to fight the blockade for a long time and they would be able to do that. And CIA leaked it against everyone's. I don't. Sensible ideas. So maybe he is. Maybe he is talking to people inside the FBI, and I don't know. They. They're moles, folks. They're molesting. The View is sunny host and never fails to show just how ridiculously clueless she is about just about everything. But this level of rewriting history in the name of wokeness, in the name of race baiting is one of the things she's well, she's most qualified for
James Comey
this idea was also explored in a book called Black Athena. I think people should read it, which argues that classical Greek culture is heavily indebted to Afro Asiatic and Near Eastern roots. I actually taught Greek mythology to 8th graders and so I covered this fun fact. So people that are saying that Helen of Troy could not possibly be played by a black woman don't know his story.
Kamala Harris
What does it matter?
Eric Bolling
Well, just Google it. Use the Google machine, Sonny. Just open the Google machine. Open a book, do anything that shows you actually tried to understand facts before spouting nonsense to hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of people. Unassuming people. Helen of Troy was Greek. It's not hard to Google. Take a look at this please. Wall street setting fresh records new highs on strong corporate earnings and AI euphoria momentum. But Main street sending a different signal completely. Inflation remains stubborn, high elevated on the wrong path, especially in energy, and consumers are clearly pulling back. Travel is a great example. Example forecasts now show very, very modest growth for the rest of this year, with even higher income travelers choosing shorter trips and better value. I'm seeing it firsthand. Quieter restaurants, bars, hotels and beaches in South Florida. Almost ghost towns at times. That's why I've moved about 60% of my own portfolio into treasuries yielding around 4%. While I wait for the picture to get more clear, the rally has reacted. Real legs from corporate performance, no doubt, but the consumer is always and now the ultimate referee. Stay disciplined, favor quality companies and by all means trade with your head, not over it. The rise of Spencer Pratt and the Los Angeles mayor's race has been extremely useful in further exposing the lunacy and hypocrisy on the left. His fellow candidates are in a frenzy. One candidate, who's clearly a remnant of George Orwell, now has the brilliant idea of, get this, banning backyard barbecues because of global warming or something. While Los Angeles. Oh, maybe the fires. Whatever. While Los Angeles has plenty of other real imminent issues to deal with, like crime, homelessness and all open drug use, urination and defecation on the streets in front of businesses, just to name a few. Spencer Pratt's campaign may be one of the most memorable political campaigns in recent history. The guy's got a digital mobile billboard driving through the streets of Los Angeles showing Karen Bass, the mayor, the current mayor, who wants to remain mayor, shopping and sightseeing in Africa while Los Angeles burned. Remember that? It also shows Pratt taking out the trash. And this new political ad right here must have the left fuming.
Spencer Pratt Ad Narrator
Everything is awful. Everything is hell when you're part of the scene. Karen Bass is awful. And burning down our street. Dirty needles, human waste. We just named two awful things. A stolen car, a burned down house. You know what's awful?
Steve Descano (continued)
Everything.
Spencer Pratt Ad Narrator
Mom's in shock, hit the locks. A camp of addicts down the block.
Eric Bolling
Lots of tense, a very big mess.
Spencer Pratt Ad Narrator
Awful scenes are not the best can't. Traps and crap, they're awful. Crack, smack and shacks.
Eric Bolling
They're awful. Slums and scum and bums.
Spencer Pratt Ad Narrator
That's awful. Everything you see or smell or touch is awful.
Eric Bolling
This, whoever's putting this ad together, brilliant, by the way, if you haven't seen him online. I mean, some of the ads that the Iranian. The Iranian, I don't know, subculture media is putting out against Trump, they use Legos like. That is a very. Whatever reason. It's very effective. You just can't not look at that. So it's good job by Spencer Pratt for taking the idea and running with it in the mayoral election in la. Would that be cool to have a Republican, or is he independent? Maybe he's independent. Whatever he is. Spencer Pratt versus Karen Bass at Lunatic. Love to see that in la. Meanwhile, you know how Spencer Pratt is just kind of killing it in that mayoral race? And numbers are going up and up. The ladies of the View are freaking out. They've taken a break from Trump Derangement syndrome drone to infect themselves with Pratt Derangement Syndrome.
James Comey
So Karen Bass has a JFK Profile and Courage award. She navigated California through the worst economic crisis since the Depression. Spencer Pratt was Snapchatter of the year at the 2018 Shorty Awards. Yeah, that's all.
Eric Bolling
Oh, they can't handle it. They're searching. They're grasping at straws. Because if you just take a moment right here because doesn't this remind you of when Trump first ran for president and they mocked him as nothing more than a reality TV star. How pompous are these people? They host a mid morning talk show sitting on that ivory tower perch. But there's more.
James Comey
I think you're talking about qualifications, right? Yeah. And the problem that I have with someone like Spencer Pratt throwing his hat into this particular ring as LA mayor. We're talking about a $14.9 billion budget for the city. It's the second largest city budget in the country and he is not qualified for it. And we see what happens when people are not qualified for their jobs.
Eric Bolling
Qualified to. Qualified. Not qualified for their job, Sonny. Like someone, I don't know who regularly gets things wrong and has to issue corrections on air like that. But wait, there's more.
James Comey
Spencer Pratt is now comparing himself to President Obama and he said. He, he. Yeah, he said Snapchat or of the year, he said. I mean, the head of the law review at Harvard, he's. Well, he said, I have two awards from my community. President Obama actually didn't even have any awards when he was a community organizer. He was able to become a senator and then a president for eight years. So I feel like him and I have the same experience and Spencer, you don't have the same experience. You don't have a law degree from Harvard Law School. You don't. You weren't not a senator.
Eric Bolling
So a little reminder here, Sonny. Barack Obama, remember the Harvard Law Review bs. He ruined this country in ways we may never recover from. Just eight years of that presidency, more than anyone else in modern history. So throw out who's qualified for the job. It matters who's doing the job when they get there. And I think you can see Trump, by the way, the stock market made a new record high yesterday. You see that? The economy. All right, can I not do Gavin Newsom? Ben, can you skip this one? I just can't see this look back, Gavin, this time let's do this one instead. When Democrats aren't busy race baiting, which is all the time dividing, which is all the time, they're busy obsessing over who Donald Trump. They're not presenting policy by any means. They're not talking about how to improve Americans lives. Good old Trump derangement syndrome. That's about it. As governor, how would you crack down
James Comey
on health care fraud in the state?
Eric Bolling
You have one minute, Ryan.
Ryan (likely Ryan Kerr or similar)
The same way I did it when I was Attorney General. We established a bureau that dealt with medi cal fraud. Working with the federal government, Unfortunately, Trump is a problem because Trump took a trillion dollars out of the health care system, out of the Medicare or the, excuse me, the Medicaid and the medical system. Trump is now trying to deprive California of another billion dollars in health care for Medi Cal. He doesn't have the right to do that. You still have to pay, prove that there's been fraud and abuse. He is in advance taking money even though he hasn't proven in court what he's done. So we should go after.
Eric Bolling
So how do you fix health care fraud in California? And his answer is, I don't know. Something about Trump. Got it. Way to go. One more. Let's take a look at Jasmine Crockett. They're still letting her talk on TV
Jasmine Crockett
for some reason, you know, so it is clear that while they've talked about these partisan actors sitting on the court, the only ones that are partisan actors are the six Republican appointee justices. In this moment, unfortunately, it seems like we have only gone backwards as it relates to the amount of integrity that exists even within the judiciary. I'm sure Joyce would agree with me. When we look at some of these rulings that have taken place on lower courts and even in the appellate courts, we're probably thinking, why in the heck did we ever pay for a law degree? Because right now, who cares about the Constitution? Who cares about any semblance of precedence? Right now? They're just doing whatever they want to do. And frankly, it is whatever Donald Trump tells them to do.
Eric Bolling
Okay, got it. So this likely. I don't know what that discussion, I'm guessing it's about redistricting where, where states kind of cheated a little bit and the, the high court said, you know, not allowed to do that. I think it's a good checking balance, don't you? Meantime, take a look at this. I have something very important after this little break, too. Take a look at this first. Welcome to the edge. CPI consumer price index just hit 3.8% heading the wrong way. Energy exploding higher. Diesel approaching record highs thanks to Biden era mismanagement. Meanwhile, the S and P is setting fresh highs. New records above 7,400 on strong corporate earnings and AI euphoria. But here's the kick the disconnect. Consumer sentiment just cratered to A record low of 48.8.2. Travel spending only 1%. Real growth forecast for 2026. That's low high income folks are simply cutting back. Shorter trips, value seeking. I'm seeing it anecdotally as well. Quieter Hotels empty, beaches, bars quiet right here in South Florida. That's why I've shifted 60% of my own portfolio into a staggered treasury yield at 4% across the board until the picture clears. The rally has corporate legs, I get it. But the consumer is the ultimate referee. Stay disciplined, favor quality names and build dry powder. Trade with your head, folks. Not over it. Full episodes dropping. Now. What's your biggest market worry? Drop it in the comments section and by all means you have to subscribe. So I don't. I've been going on banning the worm every morning, most of the mornings at end. The. We're 75 days into it, probably done most of those two thirds of them at least. I take one day off and the world seems to fall apart. Let's bring in Mr. Stephen K. Bannon because Steve, this week.
Steve Bannon
Hang on, stop, stop. We're so jammed covering President Trump coming back, flying to Alaska, the one day I don't get bowling on here and the markets blow up. I guess they're penalizing us.
Eric Bolling
When I have the fact that you and I have been talking about this. Exactly what happened today for the past three, four weeks. Inflation. We saw the inflation number, the consumer inflation number. What, what we're spending go hit 3.8% which was elevated. I think Santelli like to call it a little warm. It was.
Steve Bannon
Hang on, hang on. I'm gonna rub some people's noses in this saying that bowling was a panic. And bonus guy, he suck on this folks. For him being a panicking, what he did is lay out what the math was going to be because he's been a trader. You saw first off though the, the, the, the war, not just the cost of it, but the opportunity cost. Then you saw the, the issue with oil and the straight of Hormuz, all that. Eric called that and rolled through. You rolled through the. It roll through the consumer price then hit the producer price at 6%. And then today, just to let people know, your life changed, the 30 year is at 5 point. What's the 30 year at right now?
Eric Bolling
5.1, 5.1 in chain. 5.113. It's. It's.
Steve Bannon
So why is that important? That means you guys trying to buy a house. We just had a pulte on the other day. The White House are trying to push this thing so young people buy a house at 5.1. I don't know what's an average person. It's 8% mortgage now for an average person.
Eric Bolling
If you've got, if you, yeah, you
Steve Bannon
know, you don't have enough assets. You gotta, you gotta take some hint. You gotta take some hinky crappy paper. Right. You're gonna have to, to, to, to eat the house is gonna be expensive. Then the worst we've taught the audience the 10 year treasury drives your financial life. What is that now? And Cortez and you warned about this. The minute it breaks 4.5% we're hoes.
Eric Bolling
What did we end up doing? It blew right through it like hot knife through butter today. A lot of things happen today, Steve. The market got a little nervous, got jittery and everyone flocked and like let's find some solace buying some, you know, treasury yields. Not even buying the treasury. They're buying the treasury yields. They jacked it up. You're right. So mortgage, your mortgage payments will be substantially higher at a 5:1. That means you're probably going to put 8, 9, maybe even 9 and a half percent for your mortgage. That, that's prices people out of the market literally. And when that happens, everyone looks, the whole thing starts to slow down. We talked about consumer prices eventually trickling into the producer price. The producer price inflation number this week was triple. So I love Rick Santelli who's nice CNBC's. He's a MAGA type of guy. I don't know if he is but. And he said he called it a little warm, Steve. It was white hot. Both of those numbers this week were white hot. It's a little warm frame. Yeah. But here's, here's the big one. Steve. I know you'll appreciate this one diesel price today that the price for diesel is 562 a gallon. The record high, the record all time high was June of 22 under Biden nomics. 581. So we're 19 cents away from a record high. We're going to blow through that one. Like
Steve Bannon
President Trump and President Trump and XI talk. They spent a lot of time in this Iran situation. I spent time. President Trump feels pretty confident that they're going to, they're going to work with us. What's your recommendation, Eric? To wrap this thing up and to get focused back here on cutting spending. Focus back on here on economic. The Trump investment plan pre war folks was a magnificent turnaround. They took all the horror of Jay Powell and they took all the horror of the Biden years and they turned it around in just over a year. We were seeing the green shoots. You started to see the kicking in of the supply side part of the, the supply side part of the big beautiful Bill, all of that kicking in and then guess what, we went to war in Iran and you've got in. The rest is history, as we say. So now they got to refocus. How are they going to do that?
Eric Bolling
ERIC BOWEN so I've done, I've done pretty well in my career trading. STEVEN and there's one thing that people don't realize, that oil is a big part of the economy. For me, it's the lifeblood. It dictates everything. You watch the direction of where crude oil prices and gasoline prices because sometimes they don't go in tandem. But you watch those directions, you have a pretty good idea where interest rates are going to go, where retail prices are going to go, consumer prices, wholesale prices, and then eventually every single sector of the economy, including housing prices, are a tail off the oil price. And I've been seeing it for a long time. And when this Trump got inflation, remember Trump handed a 1.4% to Biden. Inflation rate, inflation rate. Biden dragged it up, pulled it up, kicking the scream. Hold it, hang on, hang on.
Steve Bannon
Don't bury the lead. Don't bury the lead. The reason he did that, he had full spectrum energy dominance right in the, in the, in the summer and fall and winter and Christmas season of 2019 was that everything came together predicated upon full spectrum energy dominance.
Congressman Randy Fine
Sir.
Eric Bolling
Yeah. So he gets it from, he takes it from Obama, I, BIDEN probably around 6% or so because they pushed it down a little bit. He takes it at 6 and brings it down to 2 to 2.2%. And then he this war, this energy war, it's an energy war. It's not a nuclear war. It's not a changing of a regime war. This is an energy war. And what's happened is we, we're, we're on our way to higher prices and, and I just don't know for the life of me how we survive midterms because this isn't like going to stop tomorrow. It's going to continue even if it's a, it's a, you know, piece. White flags are waved everywhere. The oil price are going higher, which means interest rates are going higher just to combat the high oil price.
Steve Bannon
Eric, thank you. I'll never make that mistake in that having you on the morning show because the bond market is going to go to the bond markets. All that said, screw them, screw Bannon. We're going to blow this thing up. We didn't hear from bowling this morning.
Eric Bolling
We'll see you again Monday, brother. Good talking. You have a great weekend and crush it today on Bannon.
Steve Bannon
Thank you, brother. Okay, we're going to start immediately. We're going to a very intense cold open. We're going to play that.

In this high-octane episode, Eric Bolling highlights what he asserts are egregious injustices in government and judiciary—using the extraordinary seven-year house arrest of Joby Weeks as a case study of constitutional abuse—and spotlights ongoing critiques of the left, from Supreme Court expansion to alleged immigration fraud by Rep. Ilhan Omar. Economic worries dominate with repeated warnings about rising energy prices and inflation, bolstered by analysis with Steve Bannon. The episode is laced with culture war commentary, populist upsets in politics (Spencer Pratt in LA), and broad denunciations of Democratic policies and political process. Guest experts add legal and policy-based nuance, but the tone throughout remains combative, skeptical of government narratives, and reliably right-leaning.
