Just ahead on American Sunrise. President Trump's economic message. He has touted the work he's done to bring prices down for the American people. How will this impact midterms, though? Texas Congressman Pete Sessions breaks it all down. Plus, Texas Democrat Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett announced she's not only running for the Senate, she predicts Texas will turn blue. Does she have any chance of winning, or is she simply out of touch with reality? We're going to take a look. Also later, former Colorado County Clerk Tina Peters in jail for false claims about the voting machine fraud in 2020 presidential race. It hit a hurdle, another hurdle. Her request to be released while her appeal works through the courts has been denied. She's in failing health. What happens next, we're going to talk about it. Those stories so much more as American Sunrise starts right now.
David Brody
Good morning, America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
David Brody
Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina
The American dream is still alive.
David Brody
I'm David. Hi, I'm David Brody. I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina.
Good morning, everybody. I'm Dr. G. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Wow, it's good to be home. I loved going to Washington, D.C. but I missed my studio, missed all of you. And it's just. And look at this Christmas backdrop. I love it so much. All right, let's bring in David Brody. He's in Washington, D.C. and T bases in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen.
David Brody
Good morning, Gina. Welcome back to the get out of the swamp. Get out of the swamp, Gina. Save yourself.
Dr. Gina
I did. I'm glad you're back. I am back. I'll tell you what, the swamp felt a lot less swampy than I remember in the past few trips there, though.
David Brody
Might have something to do with our president.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, a little bit. Tina, we've got it. Big news, right? Lots of news.
David Brody
Oh, lots of news, as always. And Dr. Gina, we want to start talking about a story that you've really been following and you've been very passionate about. It involves Tina Peters. FOX News is out with this headline which reads federal Judge Refuses to release Pro Trump clerk Convicted in 2020 election scheme. Tina Peters is who they're talking about here. She, of course, serving a nine year prison sentence. She's filed a lawsuit seeking for seeking release. President Trump apparently tried to get Tina Peters case transferred over to or Tina Peters herself transferred to federal custody. But so far there's been no luck on this. Dr. Gina, I want to give you first dibs on this because again, you've been very passionate about this, trying to get her released, trying to find a way to get her.
Dr. Gina
Thank you, Terrence. We are talking about a gold star mom, right? We are talking about a woman who lost her husband in the middle of all of this. Also, we are talking about someone who is a cancer survivor, believes she is having a recurrence perhaps of that cancer and is not being medically treated appropriately. We are talking about somebody who did something that at least in her mind was patriotic. She believed in what she was doing. You can argue all the merits of this case or not, but the bottom line is this is not, this is not someone who sold drugs to your kids. This is not someone who tried to, you know, change the election process in any way that was dishonest. She was trying to prove what she believed was true by just, by just exposing votes. Right, by just exposing votes, not anything else. And this is not somebody who murdered somebody. Anything else. And yet they're, she says it is the most, I mean, it's hard to say the biggest aberration because, you know, of course, Charlie's dead and we have, you know, obviously someone else killed President Trump. Assassination. Corey ended up killed that day, President Trump's assassination attempt day. And we have a lot of J6ers that were killed or died as a result of what happened to them and those injustices. So it's hard to say the greatest, but it might be the Greatest one currently happening, David Brody.
David Brody
It's right close to the top of the list. The liberals in Colorado, the blue state of Colorado, are holding her up as an example and they are trying to make an example out of her. And shame on them. Nine year sentence for this. Give me a colossal break, a break and a half as a matter of fact. And look, the truth of the matter is, and this is the frustrating part, is that it's a state crime, it's not a federal crime. President Trump, technically, Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution cannot pardon her. Now, having said that, there could be a loophole. Tina Peters, lawyer sent a letter to President Trump this week saying, look, it's never been tried in court. Let's give it a shot. And this is what he said. And I just want you to hear what he's telling the president. He says the issue, this is her lawyer, Tina's lawyer. The issue which needs to be answered, whether our founders understood or intended when they, they wrote that the president had the power to pardon offenses against the United States if it meant the states or only the federal government, did they mean the one central authority or did they mean the plural, meaning the states which were united? Look, I get it, it's a long shot. But he's hoping that President Trump, being the unconventional president he is, will take a shot and say, let's bring this to the Supreme Court. That's one shot, guys. I know we can talk a lot more about it. I'll just say this, that Tina Peters has been threatened in jail. They have tried to stab her in jail. Tina Peters has said, I think I'm going to die in jail. We need to get the word out. It's time to shout it from the rooftops.
Dr. Gina
It really is. That's the way I show it. I mean, not a social media post goes by that we shouldn't be putting free Tina Peters. I try to say it every day on this show, but we have to, we have to really shout it from the rafters. Let's check out today's Bible verse, which we should also be shouting from the rafters every day. Isaiah 41:10. Fear not, for I am with you. Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous hand. I hope Tina can hear those words in her heart right now. From the good book to the good dollar, we're talking about today. During his speech in Pennsylvania last night, President Trump touted all of the work he and his administration have done so far. On the economy. Take a look.
David Brody
But under Biden, real wages plummeted by $3,000 a year. Under Trump, the typical factory worker has already seen their wages increase by more than $1,300, and that's in just a few months. And for construction workers, it's $1,800 up versus $3,500 down. And I think their number is wrong. It's much lower than that for miners. Do we love miners? I love miners. I don't know how they do it going 10,000ft under the ground. And they wouldn't trade jobs with me if I gave them a beautiful, magnificent penthouse in the middle of Manhattan where I used to live. If I gave them the most beautiful penthouse, they wouldn't take it. They'd rather go 10,000ft underground and dig. That's what they want. For miners, their wages went up $3,300.
Dr. Gina
He, of course, meant the kind of miners that do the mining. The kind of miners that do the mining, not the ones that are underage. I remember my son wearing a shirt that said Biden loves miners blm on it during the Biden administration. That is not what President Trump meant, but I'm sure that the tabloids will have fun with it. Anyway, for reaction, let's bring in Texas Congressman Pete Session. Congressman, you know, President Trump can say something like that, and it's not funny, but I mean, it's. You know, no one takes it that way. But when it's Joe Biden, we took it a whole different way. This president, though, has proven that he does love the hardworking people of America. How would you grade the economic work the president has done for the country thus far? And what do you think his grade will be by midterms? Because I think that's when it's going to. When the rubber's gonna hit the road or whatever we're supposed to say there.
David Brody
I think it meets the road, whatever it does. Well, I've. I've seen this president, over his tenure, talk about the American worker, talk about America wanting to make sure that America not only has the greatest jobs, but is competitive around the world. How do I rate him? Right now? I rate that. That what's happened is, is that we gotta remember the steep climb and the problem that the president had and still has of getting his team on board. And we have here in Congress, in the swamp, we are having problems still effectively dealing with an administration because the people that are there are bureaucrats, and the bureaucrats are still running the shop in many areas. So we have to move forward economics wise. I guarantee you the president brought in $6 trillion worth of activity. That is one of the reasons why you see the stock market moving forward. The president is moving to make sure we're going to be a good destiny with the future. And that is why you have seen economic activity all across this country. What grade do I give them? I give them a B minus. Because this tariff issue still has got to play out in a way that is to the advantage of the consumer, not just the worker. And that's where he went. He went to the worker, to the worker. He made sure we had jobs. Now what's happened is that we've got to make sure the consumer sees that also. All right. Well, it's a work in progress for sure. Congressman, let's move to the comic relief portion of the interview, which is Texas Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett. She has announced that she's running for the Senate in Texas, lol. And claims Texas is going to turn blue. Take a look. Look at this.
Dr. Gina
Turns blue, it won't be because of.
David Brody
Any one candidate, but because of each.
Dr. Gina
And every one of you doing your part. Turning Texas blue is what I want to talk to y' all about today.
Now, there are those that say, ain't no way.
David Brody
We done tried it 50 kinds of ways.
Dr. Gina
Let me be clear. Y' all ain't never tried it the JC way.
We, we used to telling us what I can't do.
David Brody
But they have no idea what Crockett's crew will do.
Dr. Gina
And so I just want to be clear for all the haters in the back, listen up real loud. We gonna get this thing done.
So they tell us that Texas is red.
David Brody
They are lying.
Congressman. The last time I checked, I don't want to do it the JC way. The way she's saying it, I want to do it. Yes, JC as in Jesus Christ. But not, not her way.
Well, I think it's interesting she looked at the crowd and said, for all you haters in the back, that is exactly where the activity and the Democratic Party is right now. It is. They hate America. They hate Donald Trump. They hate economics. They hate capitalism. They are really anti climate activists who have invaded the state of Texas. They represent a few people. They are a few people. But we need to be understanding in this that the Republican Party still must to produce what the things are that come together to make the American dream. And that is why we are taking on health care the way we are. That is why we funded the government only to find that the Democrats wanted The government shut down. We are trying to make sure that government workers who take a paycheck and benefits also go to work. And Today, upwards of 30% across the board, not law enforcement, not military, of federal government employees still don't go to work. They don't just go to work. They don't answer their emails or their cell phones.
Dr. Gina
Well, Congressman.
You know, the whole Jasmine Crockett thing, she'll keep us talking, I'm sure, right up until the time of the election, because she's going to make news. That's what she's going to do.
David Brody
But, well, we actually want her on the ballot. This is. She's the gift that keeps on giving. Exhibit A of the Democratic Party. And you should hear the other thing she said. She's actually a very mean and nasty woman. And it shows out in public displays of displeasure in the committee that I, one of the committees I serve on government reform and oversight. And she is doing this to simply be the nominee. We will, will be welcoming her to the, to the big dance. And I think it's going to be interesting because you will watch the same thing happen just last November when Ted Cruz won by over a million votes by someone who was just as proud as Ms. Crockett is. And Texans said, we're not falling for that.
Dr. Gina
No way. You can all go to blank. We're going to Texas. All right. Congressman Pete Sessions, thank you so much for your time.
David Brody
You bet. God bless you all.
Dr. Gina
God bless you. All right, coming up, we check out the hottest headlines from the RAV newsroom with Terrence Bates. And later, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelinsky says a new peace proposal to end the war with Russia is manageable. We're going to talk about this new deal, whether it will move the needle forward. We have analysis just ahead. American Sunrise continues.

President Trump is continuing to target the Biden era use of the auto pin. He's now asking Treasury Secretary Scott Besant to investigate whether his predecessor used an auto pin to sign appointments of various Democrat members of the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors. The Commander in Chief has recently questioned the validity of President Biden's official acts using the auto pin. Just last week, you may remember, he said that he was terminating Biden's pardons and commutations that were granted with the use of the signature replicator. While legal experts question the legal basis for such a move, it's clear that the president and is seeking to reverse any of Biden's moves enacted under an auto pin signature. Democrats are celebrating a small victory this morning as Eileen Higgins will be the first Democrat mayor of Miami in almost 30 years. She beat Trump endorsed Republican Emilio Gonzalez by 19 points. Gonzalez is a former Miami city manager. He also served on President Trump's Homeland Security department transition. While Democrats are calling the win in Miami a momentum leading up to next year's midterms, experts say the local race isn't predictive of what may happen next year. Meantime, Miami based Congresswoman Maria Elvira Salazar is warning the Republican Party not to take the Hispanic vote for granted. Quote, hispanics married President Trump, but they are only dating the GI she says. That's a quick check of your headlines. We'll have more headlines coming your way shortly. First, though, let's get a quick check of your forecast with Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony. At the bottom of your screen, you also see that QR code. Scan it and join our friends over at Weather Nation. TT Touchscreen. Tracy, good morning.
Dr. Gina
Hey, good morning. You know, we're tracking an atmospheric river out across the northwest and these systems that are rolling on shore are moving across the northern tier of the country. And you can see it here on satellite as this. It's actually tropical moisture that gets picked up in the mid elevations or latitudes and gets pushed onshore. So a funnel of moisture will continue.
David Brody
To impact these areas.
Dr. Gina
And that's what's bringing the rain and snow across the northern tier of the nation. So we will continue to have that activity. All quiet, though. To the south, areas of the Southwest are talking about record high temperatures not just today, but all the way through Sunday and then more rain and snow for the Great Lakes. So this will be an area with the systems. We are Talking wind chills 20, 30.
David Brody
Below by this weekend.
Dr. Gina
So it's going to be extremely chilly. But want to show you a video.
David Brody
Of some of that.
Dr. Gina
Terrence, this is Chanhassen, Minnesota. This is, you know, a little shout out to my hometown forecast. It's the National Weather Service letting off one of those weather balloons. Terrence, I don't know if you've heard of Chanhassen, but does Paisley park ring a bell?
David Brody
I do know Paisley Park. That's Prince's home. Is that in Chanhassen? It is. That's our claim to fame.
Interesting. So now I've got to ask, have you ever been to one of his infamous parties there or one of the infamous jam sessions at Paisley Park? Have you ever been there?
Dr. Gina
I toured it a couple years ago, but never for a jam session. Have you?
David Brody
I would love to. I have. No, no. I've been to one Prince concert and I was covering it. He was in town and, you know, it was a big deal. And so I was like, hey, I want to do the story. And I snuck backstage and got a chance literally to watch 25 seconds of the show before I was ushered out and had to do a live shot. So that's my prince story. It's the best I got.
Dr. Gina
Hey, you know what? It's still a story.
David Brody
There you go. It's still a story. All right, Tracy, we appreciate it. We'll check back with you next hour for our hometown forecast. Remember, go to our various social media platforms, Getter Rumble, you can even go over on YouTube, let us know where you're hanging out and maybe you'll be one of the lucky viewers to get a hometown forecast from Tracy. Up next, though, the questionable relationship between Iran, Turkey and the terror group Hamas. How are these parties working together? We'll have the story for you ahead. First, though, a quick look at this day in history.
It was on this day in 1906 that Teddy Roosevelt became the first American president to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. He was conferred the honor for successfully brokering an end to the Russo Japanese War. Since then, three other presidents have received the award, including Woodrow Wilson in 1919 for his efforts in founding the League of Nations to ensure world peace after World War I. Jimmy Carter was the recipient in 2002 for for his decades of post presidency work through the Carter Center. And Barack Obama got it in 2009 for his, quote, extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples. The word on the street is that President Trump is a strong contender to get the next nod for his efforts in the Middle east and Europe. He was also selected as the recipient of FIFA's inaugural Peace Prize just last week. More American Sunrise coming your way in two minutes.
Mom. Donnie Manhattan, otherwise known as the Big Apple. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. All right, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Ukraine is ready to propose a new peace deal with Russia to the United States. Now, they aren't a big fan, as you might imagine, of the US 20 point plan to end the war. And so they are coming back with their own version. They're expected to present that today. Zelensky says Ukraine will not cede any territory. President Trump says Zelenskyy didn't even read the US plan. All right, let's bring in national security expert Dr. Rebecca Grant. She is president of IRIS Independent Research. Dr. Grant, great to have you on the show. You know, President Trump says Russia, in essence has the upper hand. And so I get the sense that he basically wants Zelenskyy to concede defeat here in some form or fashion. What is your sense and what do you think moving forward with this new proposal by Ukraine, depending on what's in it, of course.
Dr. Gina
Trump has told Zelensky he's got to agree to something by Christmas. My sense is the sticking points are, of course, about territory in the Donbass, particularly that territory that is ethnically Ukrainian and that the Russians have not taken despite all their efforts. And then, of course, about what security guarantees really look like.
David Brody
We know that economically this whole package is a good deal for Ukraine, designed to move Ukraine forward and give them a path to peace and prosperity.
Dr. Gina
But the territorial issues, of course, these are the sticking points.
Dr. Grant. The US will allow export of H200AI chips to China. The move represents a major shift. The H200 chips were previously barred under export controls. White House officials call it a balance between protecting national security and maintaining American leadership in AI. But critics warn it could boost China's tech and military capabilities. How concerning is this? You know, I'm not concerned with this particular set of chips. This is Trump catching up after Biden's policy, which was just to ban everything. You know, a big national security goal for the US is to have the.
David Brody
US AI tech, stack, chip, software, cloud dominate globally.
Dr. Gina
So Nvidia is basically selling at this point. They're kind of the second or third.
David Brody
Or fourth best chips.
Dr. Gina
And in video, you know, to dominate global tech, we are. US companies have to make sales, and that includes China. They're not getting the best Blackwell chips. And so this is not going to hurt our lead in AI, but it's.
David Brody
Going to give us more global market.
Dr. Gina
Share, and that's where we compete with China.
David Brody
There's concerning news coming out of the Middle East. Fox News has this headline which reads, Israel Unmasks Iran Directed Hamas cash network in Turkey as Ankara pushes for Gaza role exiled. Excuse me. Gazans apparently have used Turkey's financial infrastructure in order to move money for Hamas. The network also cooperates with Iran. What may be most concerning about this is the ties with Turkey, which is obviously considered a US ally, but seems to now be complicit in helping Hamas move money and complicit in working with Hamas. That seems to me to be the most concerning part of all of this. Right, that's gotta end. Of course, Hamas had a backup plan.
Dr. Gina
And Turkey is very pro Islamist, pro Palestine. They're involved, you know, in the Gaza settlement. So. But they're going to have to do something about this. It's very embarrassing. I think they've quietly asked the Hamas guys to get out, go somewhere else. But if Turkey wants to remain that.
David Brody
Ally in NATO and in good standing.
Dr. Gina
And help out in Gaza. They cannot be supporting a shadow Hamas.
David Brody
Money network in Turkey.
Dr. Gina
And I'm glad the Israelis have pointed it out.
David Brody
Dr. Grant, let me circle back to Ukraine where we began, because I have a couple follow ups on that. So you mentioned, and rightly so, that Russia has not taken some of that land in the Donbass that apparently the US wants Ukraine to give up. So why would that even be part of it, number one? And number two, what about the parliament, the Ukrainian parliament, in terms of a vote of the people, do they not need to approve any sort of land secession, if you will? Yes, they do.
Dr. Gina
And it is so painful because, you know, I'd like to see every last Russian out of there. I think the loophole is going to be, stick with me here, a de facto, not a de jure recognition of the boundary. So kind of freezing a line of contact wherever they set that line. But it's not. But the border on the map is still going to look the same. Such a diplomatic compromise. And of course, you know, Russia, Putin was saying last week, oh, I'm going to take the rest of Donetsk. No, he's not going to do that. He's not going to get Kramatorsk.
David Brody
And that's what's so hard about that big request to take all that territory that he really can't take.
Dr. Gina
And you know, in the end, Ukraine's going to have a long border to defend. They're going to need help from the US tanks, air power, air defenses, all that to defend the border after the ceasefire.
David Brody
A 20 second follow up. So you're suggesting this would be like a demilitarized zone, potentially, or something along those lines. I mean, would Russia control. It's a little like unclear at this point.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
David Brody
Wherever that line ends up, it's going.
Dr. Gina
To have to be heavily defended so that Russia can't sweep into Kyiv in 2029.
David Brody
We know Russia remains a serious threat.
Dr. Gina
To Ukraine and to Europe, even if we get a ceasefire in Ukraine.
David Brody
Dr. Rebecca Grant, always great to have you on the show. Thank you.
Dr. Gina
Thank you.
David Brody
Thanks, Doc. All right, coming up, at this time of the year, many people suffer depression from seasonal affective disorder, also known as the winter blues. What are some good tips to limit the symptoms? We're going to share them next on American Sunrise. Everybody stick around.
Dr. Gina
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Little bit of snow going on there. No snow here in the palm beaches this morning. I know you guys were wondering. I just wanted to let you know. No snow at all. Not even any signs of snow. This morning. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. T. Thanks for joining us. It is time now for today's health news, sponsored by the Wellness. It has snowed here before, though. I understand I haven't seen it, but it happened apparently under the microscope today. Overcoming the winter blues during the dark months, millions of people suffer from seasonal affective disorder or depression linked to lack of sunlight. Experts in northern Europe say the solution is simple. Practice morning light therapy. Just 20 to 30 minutes a day in front of a 10,000 luxe light box can boost mood, stabilize your circadian rhythm and lift energy levels. Additional tips, keep up regular sleep schedules, stay socially connected. Get some outdoor daylight if possible. If winter blues hit, you don't have to wait for spring. Light up your day and feel better. I think red light, doing red light in the daytime is another thing I'm hearing helps a lot with that. Of course, taking your vitamin C, vitamin D, very important. Most people are low in it. All cancer patients are low in vitamin D. I'm learning way more about cancer, going through it with my dog than I ever wanted to know. But all of those things are really important and I think that morning light is really important also. Sleeping in darkness without the blue light, having those blue light blocker glasses I think helps too. All right. You know that stubborn ache that ice, heat and pain pills won't touch? Well, TheraBlue was designed to go deeper. This next gen peptide gel uses AQA aquamolecular molecular delivery technology. This drives relief ingredients past your skin cover and into your muscle muscle tissue. It's a powerhouse trio. Copper peptide to reduce inflammation. NAD plus we're reading all about that. Plus msm, turmeric, white willow bark, arnica and ginger calm your inflammation while menthol and camphor give it that instant cooling relief. Get 10% off at TWC Health. RAV. Use your code RAV. Move freely. Again with Therablue. David Brody. David Brody, are you out there?
David Brody
I'm here. I'm out here. Somewhere in TV land, I'm here. That's so 1970s. Right out here in TV land, I always date myself.
Dr. Gina
It's retro. Yes. It's vintage.
David Brody
It's vintage Gen X. Yes. That's what it is. That's right. All right, Dr. G. A new article in Town hall warns that America's declining birth rate is no accident. Dr. Jeffrey Degner who is dean of the Cornerstone University School of Business Innovation. He lays it out in this argument in that article by noting that years of Federal Reserve policies drove up the cost of housing and childcare and daily living and that made young families feel like they can't afford to have children. As prices rise, fewer couples are starting families, leaving many boomers and Gen X without the grandkids they expected. This is a fascinating article. So joining us now for further insight is the article's author. That would be Dr. Jeffrey Degner. Doctor, thanks for being here. Please expand on this. It's a fascinating hypothesis and it sounds very, very true. Well, thank you for having me. And one of the key concepts, one of the new ideas that I've brought forward in this article is what I've called the inflation culture. This is a culture where indebtedness strikes young people early and that comes in the form of student aid and student loans that they carry forward into adulthood. And one of the impacts that this has is that young people are getting married at later and later ages. In fact, marriage for young men, the average age for first marriage is now over 30 years of age. And marriage delays are really the central problem in creating a fertility crisis that we now see unfolding not just in the United States, but throughout the Western world.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, my dad was a liberal activist and his goal in life was zero population growth. And so I learned a lot about Dr. Paul Ehrlich. My dad subscribed to all of his thoughts in his zero population growth growth movement. But you know, I'm watching things like child tax credits, like the money that President Trump is talking about putting in these trust funds for American babies that are born. What impact will this have? Do you think it will self correct like this?
David Brody
Dr. One of the things that we've seen in other countries in the world, in South Korea and even in Eastern Europe and Hungary, is that these policies have been attempted and unfortunately, they do not seem to bear a lot of fruit. And they've spent billions of dollars in those countries trying to raise fertility rates without much success. And so I don't think it's happening because of a lack of effort or good intentions. But this points to the reality that there is an underlying cause that has not yet been identified in creating marriage delays and lowered fertility. And that's why I wanted to bring forward the idea of the inflation culture, which is a decades long process that the Federal Reserve has initiated along with the commercial banks that are part of the Fed system. And so if we don't identify the foundational causes of the fertility crisis. I think that some of these additional measures will just continue to be band aids on what is really a gaping demographic wound. Doctor, you said it was a decades long crisis in the making. So what does that mean for the future? Are we talking about decades to get out of this and what specifically is the remedy at the top of the list here? Well, when I think about the challenges facing young people and young couples when it comes to affording housing and particularly home ownership, I believe the first step is for frankly for our Congress to grow a spine and prohibit the Federal Reserve from getting into the mortgage backed securities market. At this point the Fed has over $2 trillion in its asset sheet that are dedicated to purchasing mortgage backed securities. If they simply get out of this market and the role that it plays is to prop prices up for homes and they're higher than they otherwise would be. So this would be one step in addressing affordability in housing, which the President yesterday stated was one of his top policy goals, is to address affordability. Unfortunately for the young, we've seen in cities like New York where affordability and housing has become a political issue, that many of the younger generation have rushed into the arms of socialists. And so I think if we can in the conservative circles take a look at the impact that the Federal Reserve's inflationary policies have had with respect to housing, that repealing those policies would be the first step in creating a more reasonable and affordable housing market for young people and help speed up a solution to this crisis.
Dr. Gina
Listen, I am 100% with you. I'm abolished the Fed. Right. Like I'm all in for everything you're saying. But, but I want to say just for the sake of argument, in case it's out there in some viewers brains, you have countries like India, you have countries all over Africa where nobody has a home and their birth rates are higher.
David Brody
Yeah, this is an interesting phenomenon. But it is true that there are higher birth rates currently in those countries, but they too have been on a decreasing trend in places like India, Bangladesh and so on. And there you've seen a, a step back from some policies. For example China, they had that infamous one child policy, they stepped back from it. But still the Chinese also have an inflationary environment and they too are seeing very little impact in improving fertility rates from those very, very low rates that came about from more heavy handed policy.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
David Brody
So I think throughout the world we're seeing that decrease in fertility rates because one of the impacts of Federal Reserve policy is that it not only hits markets in the US but because the US Dollar is the world's reserve currency, that inflation gets exported across the globe and it's impacting everywhere, some places being hit more hard than others, but nonetheless, it is an impact globally.
Dr. Gina
It'll be interesting to see with the changes that RFK Jr. Is making. You know, hopefully fixing some of the glyphosate pesticides that are also helping to keep birth rates down, combined with the economic incentives that the president and that America is instituting in general, It'll be really interesting to see what does happen with the birth rate. Dr. Danger, thank you so much for being with us today.
David Brody
Thank you. Thank you for having me.
Dr. Gina
All right. A federal judge has refused to release former Colorado clerk and gold star mom Tina Peters from prison. She is not doing well. Her health is failing. She's the only person currently behind bars, by the way, for crimes related to the attempts to overturn the 2020, or some would say, correct, the 2020 election. How is she holding up in prison? Since this decision, is there any way that we can get her free? Someone who knows her situation well joins us with that information just straight ahead.
Welcome back to American Sunrise. Coffee pods are easy, but most of them are just caffeine and nothing else. Rejuvenate pods are built differently. They're clean pods infused with caakg, a compound linked to longevity metabolism and deep cellular energy. Head to 1775 Coffee.com Rav and try rejuvenate pods today. Don't just drink coffee, rejuvenate. All right, let's send it over to Dr. Gina. Thanks, Emily. Now that we are caffeinated, it's time to stay awake, not woke. I'll tell you something. Our chat gets stirred up over things. Nothing stirs them up like you say the name Tina Peters. She has been in prison, will remain there, a state prison after a federal judge rejected her request yesterday for release. While she appeals her conviction, she was sentenced to nine years. Nine years for allowing unauthorized access to voting machines, part of an investigation into alleged 2020 election fraud. The judge ruled federal courts lack of jurisdiction to overrule the state conviction. At this stage, her request for bond was denied. Ridiculous. You guys, this is a gold star mom. Let's bring she's a threat to literally no one. Let's bring an independent journalist, producer, and the host of Truth Matters, Apollo Pappas. Apollo, you were recommended by my friend Brenda King, who is a close friend of Tina's who's been fighting for her release from day one.
I just. What can be done? Let's just start at the end, okay? What can be done? Some say President Trump can't do anything because this is a state issue. Some say there may be an avenue there. What can be done? Aside from us screaming at the top of our lungs and posting free Tina Peters all over our social media and on our shows, what can we do?
David Brody
Well, first of all, thank you for having me on and thank you to everyone who is screaming from the top of their lungs because Tina Peters does need to be freed and we need to keep doing that.
I'm honestly a bit split now that her habeas has been dismissed. And personally I find that ridiculous as well because.
Was filed in February. I mean, this has been 10 months now that that fabius that habeas track has been going on. The younger abstention was brought in by the AG late. It could have been filed much earlier. I don't understand in God's name why the judge accepted the constitutional issues and granted that the First Amendment piece had been exhausted at the state level, only to kick it back to the state. So that really makes no sense. And I think it was exceptionally cowardly. I'm very disappointed in that. Now we have really the pardon which that letter has been sent to President Trump publicly and of course, her being pulled out as a federal witness. Personally, I believe the way is going to be to bring her out as a federal witness. She absolutely applies. She should be one. She found herself essentially unknowingly in the middle of a giant RICO investigation that involved Dominion corrupt officials who had been running a scheme to control the vote of the American people through Mesa county in conjunction with Dominion and the Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, DA Dan Rubenstein, Matt Crane through the Colorado County Clerks Association. It's a giant racket and Tina stepped right into the hornet's nest, which is why she's been persecuted so hard. She's the only one who preserved the before and after forensic image. But truthfully, I think the pardon is a bit of a trap for President Trump because now that the habeas has been denied, he can't. What does he do if he says, no, I'm not going to sign it because that would likely be federal overreach everyone's gonna tear into him for betraying Tina Peters. If he does. I fear that there's gonna be another court lock situation where it's going to have to be adjudicated up to the Supreme Court. And personally, I'm not as hopeful as some that it's gonna be a clear cut. The pardon powers extend to state cases? I don't think so.
Dr. Gina
I mean.
Is the only answer here, like Jesus. I mean, literally, is the only answer here that somebody sprouts a heart and a spine and does the right thing and lets this woman who is no threat to anyone, this gold star mom who lost her husband, who suffered from cancer, who is in failing health, Is there no answer here? But somebody actually get a heart? And we just pray for these people or what can we activists do? That's what we wanna know.
David Brody
I think we need to be hitting up the DOJ and really putting forward all the information about the federal involvement in Tina Peters case. And in Mesa County, DA Dane Rubenstein tagged in the FBI months before Tina's sentencing. Before this prosecution kicked off, it was well known and communicated with FBI, with officials from doj, John Jacobson and others. And I mean, this was well, well coordinated. Tina Peters prosecution itself should be investigated as a criminal operation in order to suppress the information about what she had preserved on those records. And she should be made a federal witness. That at this point, I think is the clearest cut, simplest and right way for this to move forward. So DOJ needs to get on it.
Dr. Gina
So we scream from the top of our lungs that the DOJ needs to make Tina a federal witness. That's. That's where we go with this, I believe so.
David Brody
She's Mesa county is listed in Arctic Frost, not Tina Peters specifically. And I think that's intentional.
Dr. Gina
Got it. Got it. Makes so much sense. Apollo, you, I believe, host a show. Am I wrong about that? Where you talk about this every day?
David Brody
Tina Peters. Not every day, but we're gonna be doing more shows. It's Tina Peters show. I produced it for a few years now and she asked me to keep it going in her stead while she's in prison unjustly. So that's the truth matters with Tina Peters. And you can find the links for that on her rumble, which everything for Tina Peters is at tinapeters us to support her legal, her socials and info.
Dr. Gina
And supporting all of that is very important as well. Apollo Pappas, thank you. God bless you with all success in this effort and those who are fighting for Tina. And please give her our love and our prayers. Thank you.
David Brody
God bless you. I will. Thank you very much.
Dr. Gina
God bless you. All right, Kevin Costner reveals the faith behind his new Christmas role and the tests that shaped him. We're going to talk about that when we come back. Stay with us.
David Brody
God bless the usa.
In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
Dr. Gina
Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's time for our moments of faith brought to you by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible in focus, Kevin Costner and a message rooted in faith. Before the Oscars, before Yellowstone, Costner's first role was in church, a shepherd in the Nativity. Now in ABC's the First Christmas, he's back to his foundation. Costner says faith has carried him through loss, divorce and career setbacks, saying, we're going to be tested all the time. Joining us now is pastor and author Jesse Bradley. Always great to see you, Jesse. Thanks for coming on the show. You know, when Costner says we're tested all the time, what does that tell you about real world faith?
David Brody
Emily, what a great testimony and message during Christmas to come home to God. And when you think about being tested. Jesus was tested at his birth. Herod was killing the young boys and the family fled to Egypt. And then also after his baptism, the devil tempted him three times, but he said no every time with the word of God. And then his death, testing him to the core. No one in more pain. But he went through that sacrifice for us. And we don't have a spirit of defeat. We have a spirit of victory as we abide with Jesus. So today, Emily, remember, if we're going through a time of testing, it happens at every age and stage of life. The grace of God is greater than our sin. And then the power of God. The Christian life is a supernatural life. We have the Holy Spirit in us and also we have the word of God and God's word. Choose a Bible verse today if you're being tested. When my professional soccer career ended, I was fighting for my life for one year. Took 10 years to fully recover. Psalm 46, verse 1. God is a refuge, strength and ever present help in trouble. And during those times of testing, God makes us more like Jesus. Fruit doesn't grow in the mountaintops, it grows in the valleys. God is still with you during that time of testing.
Dr. Gina
He certainly is. And Jesse, I know you have been through a bunch of trials yourself and you are always so, so joyful and so optimistic. I love having you on the show. We'll have to get you back on soon. Thanks for being with us.
David Brody
Thanks so much, Emily.
Dr. Gina
We'll be back with the second hour of American Sunrise in two minutes. Stick around.
Coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise, President Trump kicked off his affordability tour in Pennsylvania yesterday, touting the administration's economic accomplishments as well as teasing some new reforms. But what will those reforms look like? How will it impact you? We're checking in with former Trumpet economic adviser Stephen Moore for analysis in just a moment, last Republican member of Congress heaping praise for Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi, of all people, and calling GOP leadership weak and ineffective. Wow. She's had a week, I'll tell you that. We're going to talk about that coming up, too. Also later, the health care debate is heating up in Washington as the deadline for extending Obamacare subsidies quickly approaches. We're going to talk to Senator Ron Johnson about the GOP's plan on that later in the hour. These stories, so much more. Second hour of American Sunrise is starting right now.
David Brody
Good morning America.
Dr.
David Brody
I'm David Brody. I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina.
David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G. And Wes Palm and T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning to both of you. So this affordability tour, or whatever you want to call it, that President Trump is doing, I'm glad he's doing it. I'd like to see more of that. And I think it accomplishes Gina a couple of goals. One, they can push back on the affordability issue, but also it just shows that he is heavily involved in domestic issues because I know he's taken some flak by concentrating on a lot of stuff overseas. So, look, bottom line is he's done tons of stuff here in this country domestically. But it's nice to see him on the road, and I think that's a good visual for him.
Dr. Gina
Well, and the reality is being around people is honestly his spa day. It's what gets him going. You know, when the cameras come on, when you just flip on your television in the middle of the day and you don't know what he's doing. But there's President Trump. If he's got that energy if he's going with those one liners, if he's got that little sparkle in his eye, you know, he's in front of a live audience that is not in Washington D.C. right. He loses his luster, Terrence, when He's in Washington D.C. and especially if he's there for an extended period of time. I think he loves this work. Obviously he loves this work, but he loves being down and around real Americans. He needs this. And his team knows this, Terrence. They know he's got to have those moments, those rally times.
David Brody
Yeah, he's definitely an engaging personality and it's clear that he is engaged in what is happening across this country. I think that was clear just in the remarks that he made yesterday in Pennsylvania and how he laid out his plan to revive, excuse me, the US Economy and how he's also very aware of where pricing is these days. One would think that, you know, he's the President, that he's in the White House and he's not necessarily aware of how prices are looking, but it's very clear that he is. Unfortunately, one of the challenges for the President is going to be kind of juxtaposition, excuse me, of the reality that people are feeling and what's actually happening. Even though prices are coming down, people aren't necessarily necessarily feeling that at this point. And until they do, no matter what the President says, unfortunately for many Americans, it may fall on deaf ears until they can actually feel those changes. Guys, that's just my perception of it. I'd love to get your thoughts.
Dr. Gina
You know, I think what you said is so important about the President taking notice and really feeling. I'm not going to pretend like I think he still goes to the gas station, although I do know the gas station that he did go to once upon a time. And he doesn't go to the grocery store, let's be real, he doesn't. And no one in his cabinet, he gets it. But David Brody can tell you this, cuz David has interviewed him more times than, I think, all the rest of newsdom out there in total. And that is that when he is around you, he wants to know, he knows I'm from the Midwest, he knows I'm from the South. Almost every time I've ever been around him, he said, well, what are people saying about, you know, what do they want done on this or that? What are people in the south telling you? What are people in the Midwest telling you? That's what he wants to know from me. He always geographically wants to connect with where he Thinks I have special intel, and that is in the Midwest and the south, because he knows that the information he's getting is from the swamp and the coast, and he knows that's not reliable. And that's how come he's so related, relatable rather to things like pricing. David.
David Brody
Right, yeah. And that's back to the real people theme that we're talking about. And yeah, he would ask me and other people just all the time. So what do you think of this? What do you think of that? I mean, he's always wanting new ideas, fresh perspectives, and it's really, it's great. You know, I think the way President Trump should look at the affordability crisis here. I say crisis. You know, it's an affordability concern. It's a political crisis in the sense that they've got to make sure that they get their ducks in a row and do this from a PR perspective. Well, but I think one thing that the president could do is say, look, and he said this to a degree, but he could put it very simply, we inherited a horrible situation and now we're making it less horrible. Now, I know he doesn't like to say less horrible. I get that. But you can't say everything's great now. And not that he's saying that, but you can't say it because people aren't necessarily feeling it. So you can just say, look, it was mucho horrible before and now it's a little less horrible now. But guess what? Give us another six months to nine months and the big beautiful bill comes along and wait till you see what happens. And I think that's the way he should really frame it. I know it's probably not what he's. No, I know he won't. But here's the thing.
Dr. Gina
Plus plus plus plus I get it.
David Brody
I get it. I do get that. But. And I'll tell you why he won't do it, because he's very inspired by Norman Vincent Peale, his pastor, his parents pastor, who wrote the book, as you know, Gina, the Power of Positive Thinking. And so he is all about positive thinking, and that's what motivates him all the time. He's just got to be careful that he doesn't go around saying everything's hunky dory when people are thinking things are dory hunky. And that's the issue t Race. No, absolutely. Guys, we're going to continue to have this. We're going to continue to have this conversation. But, David, I'd like to ask permission to Inter news them for about a minute, minute and a half. Is that okay? Please, please. Yes, the gentleman from Maryland approves. Go ahead, please. All right. Well, thank you, sir. President Trump asking Treasury Secretary Scott Besant to investigate whether his predecessor used an auto pin to sign appointments of various Democrat members of of the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors. The commander in chief has recently questioned the validity of President Biden's official acts using the auto pin. He's even threatened to reverse Biden's pardons and commutations. A legal fight is brewing in Missouri after the state's new Trump backed voting map was just approved. Opponents of the redistricting effort meant to benefit Republican candidates have now submitted a petition calling for a referendum on that plan. Missouri's secretary of state now has to verify the more than 300,000 signatures on that petition before deciding whether to initiate a statewide vote on the issue. And Democrats are celebrating a small victory right now as Eileen Higgins will be the first Democrat mayor of Miami in almost 30 years. She beat Trump endorsed Republican Emilio Gonzalez by 19 points Tuesday night. Gonzalez is a former Miami city manager. He also served as President Trump's Homeland Security Department transition team advisor. That's a quick check of your headlines. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast with Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony. Also there at the bottom of your screen, you see that QR code, Go ahead and scan that and join our friends over at Weather Nation. All right, Tracy, time for our hometown forecast who all chimed in today.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, we had a few fun feedbacks or inquiries for hometown forecasts. Stacy T. Wanted a city in Florida.
David Brody
So Miami, hey, it seemed fitting.
Dr. Gina
And you know, it's relatively nice actually. Miami had a record high temperature on Monday, so 87 degrees. It was pretty warm. And we're dialing back to those seasonable temperatures. But if we take you out to Norfolk, Virginia, I believe I'm saying that correctly. I know Flashesaurus. He'll let me know on Getter if I'm not. But you're gonna have a really nice forecast as well. You're gonna be cooling down a little bit, but it's just for a couple of days. And then over the weekend, temperatures will be even cooler, dropping down into the 30s. And then Honolulu, this coming in from Hawaiian mountain dog on Getter wanting a.
David Brody
Forecast for Hawaii looks gorgeous.
Dr. Gina
Now they do have some rain that's going to work in on Monday and Tuesday.
David Brody
But you know what, Terrence?
Dr. Gina
I think I would rather be in Hawaii than in Grand Forks, North Dakota. So it looks a lot nicer there.
David Brody
Yeah, I'll take Hawaii over Grand Forks, North Dakota, any day. And twice on Sunday. In fact, even in the summertime, I take Honolulu over Grand Forks. Sorry, no diss to anybody in Grand Forks. Tracy, good to see you. We, we appreciate it.
Dr. Gina
Yep.
David Brody
Okay. And once again, folks, scan that QR code there at the bottom so that you can join our friends over at Weather Nation. All right, let's get out of newsdom and return to David Brody in the nation's capital. David, good morning. Good morning, T. Bates. All right, the president has started, as we've talked about this affordability tour. He's laying out his ideas for bringing down the cost of living for Americans, starting with that stop in Pennsylvania yesterday. Here he was talking about how his tax policies are helping Americans keep more of their own money. Have a look. We're also putting thousands of dollars in the pockets of hardworking Pennsylvanians with the largest tax cuts in American history. That's no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security. For our great seniors, our seniors, no tax.
All right. Joining us now with analysis is former Trump economic adviser and co author of the book the Trump Economic Mirac, our good friend Stephen Moore. Stephen, great to see you. So, look, earlier this week, you said the president should take a page from President Reagan's playbook. So tell us more about that. Sir, good morning to you. Well, first of all, great to be with you guys. And look, we've got a booming economy right now. And Trump laid it out so perfectly last night, just going through detail after detail about how much the economy has improved in the last 11 months. And it's really been extraordinary. I'm an informal economic adviser to Trump. And I told him when I saw him a couple weeks ago, I said I knew your program was going to work, but I didn't think this quickly out of the gate. We've seen gigantic gains. The Everest family has $1,200 more after inflation income. We have 7 million open jobs in this country. We're bringing in hundreds of billions of dollars of investment capital into the United States. In many states, including Florida, where I am right now, the price of gas is close to $2.50 a gallon, down from $5 under Biden. I could go on and on. The lowest, the most energy production in history. I mean, Trump.
Pointed all of these out last night in his excellent speech, but he has a problem with perception. And if you look at the polls, the latest Fox poll has people by 57 to 37% saying it's not a good economy. I don't quite get this disconnect between the real economy and feel. I'm glad you brought that up, because perception, for many people is reality, even if reality refutes their perception. How do, how do you overcome that as a president? Because it seems to me that's got to be one of the biggest challenges. You know, he's coming out and saying, look, everything is much, much better, but people aren't believing it. And you still have to overcome that, particularly moving into a midterm season.
Yeah, it's a tricky question. Look, the fact is, and Gina knows this, even if we were living in the Garden of Eden right now, half the people would say it's not a good economy because they just don't like Trump. That's just a fact. And so we're polarized as a country, and some people on the left simply will not. What is the truth, which is we have an economy that is booming. I'm very, very bullish about 2026. One of the points that I think the president needs to make, and he made it a bit last night, is people will come up to me and say, well, you know, what about this big beautiful bill? I'm not feeling it. I'm telling. That's because it doesn't start until January for most people. And starting on January 1st, people are gonna get more money in their paycheck because there's gonna be less federal tax that is withheld. They will start seeing the no tax on tips. They will start seeing the no tax on overtime. These are gigantic tax cuts for middle class, working class people. But how we get these people turned around to the reality. I'm a little bit flummoxed because, because everything is pointing north right now on.
Dr. Gina
The economy, but also everything seems to cost more. You know, for example, Steve, we know now, like, you don't want food that's not organic. We don't want food with glyphosates. We, we don't even want to give it to our dogs. In the chat all the time I'm getting from people don't feed your dogs kibble. I know that, but we're feeding our dogs raw meat. That's expensive. You know, you look at even paint, they're saying, now you want to use copper based paint because you don't want the EMFs to penetrate your walls. Like they didn't during lead paint, which they've taken away from us. All of the environmental controls, all of the things the Biden administration did to us. And Obama not even to mention the cost of health care. Now you got to go for boutique health care because, you know, the hospitals might kill you because of their lack of transparency. And so everything costs more. Steve, how do we get that problem solved?
David Brody
Well, again, that's an excellent point. And I would say that the president you asked me about, you know, the Reagan message and how Trump should use it, which is what Reagan said, because the first 14 months of Reagan's presidency, the economy was terrible. The residual effect of what happened under Jimmy Carter, one of our worst presidents in history. And Reagan kept saying over and over again to the American people, stay the course. This is going to work. We're going to see a boom. That's exactly what Trump should be saying is, stay the course. We're out on an America first mission and it's working, and things are gonna continue to get better. But you're also right that the things that we buy are more expensive because we're buying so much more. I mean, come on. On the one hand, all the polls show Americans say we have no affordability. On the other hand, look at what's happening in the shopping season. People are spending money like there's no tomorrow. So on the one hand, they say, I don't have any money. On the other hand, they're actually going out and spending. It was the best Black Friday in history. So far, the first two weeks of the Christmas season have seen blockbuster online and retail sales. So the reality is people are spending. Steve Moore, great to have you. Yeah, it's like we're digging out strategy from the Biden avalanche. I gotcha. Thank you so much, Steve. 80, by the way, 85% of the inflation is due to Biden, not Trump. Right? One more nugget before we go to break. Thank you, Steve.
Dr. Gina
He's got him.
David Brody
See you guys. He's got it. All right, I'll take the six piece McNugget by Steve Moore. More American Sunrise in two minutes. Stay with us, everybody.
Dr. Gina
Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn. It's great to have you with us this morning. Time now to drain the swamp. And this morning, we are giving Congresswoman Nancy Mace the honors because she wants to flush House GOP leadership. In a New York Times op ed, the South Carolina lawmaker says the House Republican system is broken, claiming party bosses stifle rank and file members, marginalize women, and block real governing. And in a comment sure to raise eyebrows on Capitol Hill, she argues that former Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was more effective at leading the House than any Republican in decades. Earlier this week, Mace landed herself into more trouble when video emerged showing her cussing out cops at a South Carolina airport blowing up at a supervisor misidentified who had misidentified her car and delayed her meetup with law enforcement. We want to know what you think about all of this with Nancy Mace. Let us know on Rumble or get her. Hop on and let your voice be heard. Coming up, we're headed down to Wall street for the opening bell and the countdown to the big decision from the Fed about interest rates. Will they rise or fall? Keep watching. We'll be back with more American Sunrise in just two minutes.
David Brody
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, looks beautiful there right now, especially compared to where I am here in the Denver area where temperatures in the 40s right now would love to be there. In fact, I've got a cousin in Fort Lauderdale. Need to reach out to him to say hello. Anyway, we're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's going to ring here in just a few minutes pre market trading. Let's see if we can put up our board. Not looking so hot right now. The dow S&P 500 and the NASDAQ are all down. Gold is also down right now. Silver is the only bright spot as crude oil is also in the red. We, of course, continue to monitor all of this for you, though, and keep you updated. We'll also take you to New York and the stock exchange for the opening bell here in short order. First, let's get you over to D, bro. David Brody. What's going on? What's going on, bro? Yo, yo, Steve, Ro and that. Okay, we should probably stop that, I guess, right? Yeah, we probably should. We really need to stop that. Okay, time now for our daily dose of dollars and common sense with American Sunrise Early Edition host and the guy behind Jake's take, substacks. That would be J. Novak, as in not Jake Novak, as in Yo, J. Novak. But then again, Genovac, Right? That sounds like a country. Genovia. Oh, wait, that was in that movie. Yeah. All right. So, Jake, this is the day. I mean, wow. The Fed decision is fewer than five hours away. I know people around America holding their breath. So when we hit 2pm Eastern and they drop the ball, I guess that looks like Jerome Powell's Times Square, if you will. What do you think will happen? What does your crystal ball say on this Wednesday? Well, David, I have a word of caution for Wall Street. They're all expecting a rate cut. I'm not so sure. I Think this is a real mystery and you're going to see a very big tantrum from Wall street if they don't get that rate cut at 2pm I really don't. This is kind of like their version of a political push poll. You know, like when you have a phony poll to try to get voters to do what you want them to do. I am, I really think this is completely up in the air. And the fact that everyone's just, you know, you take a look at the financial channels this morning, like, well, we're expecting this quarter point rate cut. La di da. I don't know. I am so sure about that. I would like to see rates come down, sure. But I'm not so sure they're going to do it. And I'm just warning everybody if they don't for those first couple of hours that are still going to be trading after that decision, if they don't cut rates are going to be pretty ugly. So this is what happens when you raise these kinds of expectations in this way. I would really like them to back off and just tell the truth, which is we don't know. We don't know, and let's see what happens. But they think they know and that's bad. Why do you think they think there's going to be a rate cut? Just because of the consistency or, I'm sorry, the trend that's been going on recently. Well, you know, they're hearing from most of the Fed people, you know, the governors who get to vote on this, who seem to be leaning in favor of a cut. Okay. But remember, at the end of the day, it's almost always the Fed chairman's call. We've had a chairwoman one time, so the Fed chairs call and sometimes they kind of overrule the majority sometimes with a few exceptions. I don't think there's ever been a rate move that the Fed chair really didn't want him or herself. So I don't know if Jerome Powell is on board with a cut, and that's why I'm not so sure. Fair enough. All right, let's move on to Cracker Barrel. We all know what happened with them and that PR implosion this past summer, but maybe this wasn't about logos or even woke politics. The bad numbers at the cash register, they are telling another story. Or are they? I'm assuming they are. Yeah. You know, they just reported revenues that weren't, you know, they didn't get enough money coming in. There are a few, you know, a couple of millions of dollars short of where they expected. And this might have something to do with. Drumroll.
Dr. Gina
The food.
David Brody
A lot of Cracker Barrel enthusiasts who have been going there for years say the food quality has gone down, the portions have gone down. And the fact that they didn't get a boost from going back to the old logo, people thought that would get people coming back in again checking it out. That's a really bad sign because a lot of people who hadn't been to Cracker Barrel in a while saw that free advertising over the summer talking about it, oh, you know, maybe I'll go eat there. And they didn't. Or they did and they didn't come back a second time.
Dr. Gina
Time.
David Brody
So it's the food now, which should always be the key to how a restaurant chain does more. You know, listen, I like the old logo better too. But if the food isn't any good, who cares what the logo is? So that's their problem now. They better fix that problem. Cuz that's not fixable. If they don't, they don't. They don't take care of it. That's right. Darn it. We want more cholesterol. Give us more. Give us more. That's right. For sure. But I haven't been to a Cracker Barrel probably in about a year or so. So I definitely pre PR implosion. So I have a hard time comparing before and after. But that just means I'm going to have to go eat a Cracker Barrel, which I'm not opposed to. Yeah, well, they're gefilte fish is terrible. By the way. Do not eat Cracker Barrel. They don't have gel to fish it. Cracker Barrel. Oh my gosh. Top liver is awful.
That's right. Can I just say on a Passover Seder note, I'm sorry, I know we're going down a rabbit trail, but let me just say I skipped the gefilte fish. I'm sorry. I know. Now you're going to make a case for gefilte fish. You're going to say somebody, some ant somewhere in America makes it amazing. I'm sorry, I'm not, I'm not. No, no. The butcher. No, yeah, I do. You got, but you got to get it from the butcher. The, the beautiful loaf of it. Like you're right. I, I'm not, I'm not going to advocate. No, don't get it out of the jar. I'm not advocating for anyone's relatives. Just go, go to a specialty butcher. They do A great job with it. That's my. Okay, fair enough. Fair enough. You know, you never know what you're going to get. In the segment, we had Jerome Powell and gefilte fish. I mean, who. Who's doing that on television today? All right. No one has the guy. Nobody is doing that. All right. Now that we're both eating less chicken fried steak, I guess you're eating gefilte fish. What's the deal with Eli Lilly? Really expanding its weight loss drug operations in the U.S. yeah, here's the deal. Everyone's gonna say this is because of tariffs and, you know, okay, we'll take it. Eli Leila is gonna make more of the. Not just the injectable drugs, but new kinds of experimental drugs they're gonna try to make. Hopefully they'll get approved or they're hoping that it'll get approved in Alabama. Okay. In Huntsville, to be specific. But, you know, this was a problem way before tariffs. I remember years ago talking about the questions of the quality in the drug company factories in places, not just overseas, but in Puerto Rico, which is, of course, the US Territory. We need to make drugs if we're, you know, if we're going to have drugs. And, you know, we can make the argument about not having too many prescription drugs in our diets, and I get that, believe me. But if we're going to make them and have to take them, they really should be made Here in the 50 states of the United States of America for safety reasons. Not even talking about tariffs here. So Eli Lilly is going to do this where they had to be browbeaten into it. It wasn't about safety. They had to be told, listen, it's going to cost you more if you do it overseas. Whatever works. Because I don't like the idea of prescription drugs being made outside of the 50 states where we have higher standards. It's as simple as that. Yeah. Jake Novak, great to have you. Business expert, gefilte fish expert. Thank you so much. Appreciate you. Connoisseur. Connoisseur. Connoisseur. My bad. Okay, time for T. Bates in Denver. Opening bell sponsored by amac, the association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can right the course of America. We're less than a minute away from the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. Momentarily you'll hear the applause. You see it now. Now you're starting to hear it. It. Magnum is. Magnum is at the Podium. I don't know what this country does. I have an IO country. What this company does. I have slight idea. But yeah, Magnum is there at the podium and you. It's an ice cream company. Okay. Different from what I was expecting. It's an ice cream company. All right. The bell is ringing, ladies and gentlemen, which means the markets are fully open and the first trading is starting to get underway. Let's take a quick look at our board to see how the markets are starting to look as we open this day of trading. I can tell you that it's been a pretty mixed bag for you all morning long. The top of the board, the Dow, is in the green at the moment. The S&P 500 and the NASDAQ are down a little bit. Vix, as you can see, is in the green. But the bottom half, gold and silver look to be in the red right now. So we'll of course continue to monitor all of this for you throughout the day. Meantime, there are lots of politicians out there that should be getting coal in their stocking for Christmas. But the Birch Gold thinks. Birch Gold Group thinks that as a smart planner, you deserve silver. And that's why for every $5,000 you purchase between now and December 22, the Birch Gold Group will send you an ounce of silver, which is up over 60% this year. Smart people diversify.
Excuse me? Smart people diversify. And they've got a hedge. And they have a hedge. And that's why we want to encourage you to buy gold from the Burch Gold Group. With the rate cuts that are coming from the Fed in 2026, the dollar will be worth less. Plus, what happens if the bubble bursts on AI? Well, that's where diversification comes in. Allow the Burch Gold Group to help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax sheltered IRA and physical gold. And for every $5,000 you buy, you'll get an ounce of silver for your stocking or for your kids. Stocking. What a great way to teach them about saving. In order to qualify, simply text the word America to the number 989-898 and claim your eligibility for this offer. Again, text the word America to the number 9898. 98 today because the birthday search Gold Group's free silver with qualifying purchases promotion ends on December 22nd. Text America to the number 9,898. 98. Let's take a quick break. When we come back here on American Sunrise. Senate Republicans have revealed an alternative to Obamacare. But what will it mean for you, your family and more importantly, your wallet. We'll dig into the plan next.
Dr. Gina
American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks again for joining us this morning. We invite you to hop in our conversation on Getter and Rumble. It is time now to take the political pulse of America. Here's the beat. Today, Senate Republicans say they have finally rallied around a plan to take on expiring Obamacare subsidies, setting up a high stakes showdown with Senate Democrats over dueling proposals. GOP leaders threw their support behind a proposal from Senators Bill Cassidy and Mike Croppo. A plan that would scrap enhance premium subsidies and replaced them with pre funded health savings accounts. Oh, I love that term. But Senate Democrats are pushing their own proposal to extend the subsidies for three years, calling the GOP plan phony junk insurance. With a Thursday vote looming, both sides face math problems, they face standoffs and they face zero sign of compromise. Joining us now with reaction, Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson. Senator, always great to have you with us. How do you expect these votes to go? Will there be resolution? Because I mean, honestly, what the Senate is proposing sounds reasonable to me. Senate Republicans.
David Brody
Well, good morning. Well, Republicans want to interject consumerism, free market competition to health care. Right now, every, every incentive in our healthcare system is for higher prices. Everybody's getting a cut. Nobody has an incentive for lowering any costs whatsoever. And so that's why we pay dramatically more for healthcare than really any other developed country. Our problem is, and again, I come from manufacturing, solved a lot of problems. There's a process you have to go through. It starts with admitting you have a problem and Democrats don't. I mean, they're just trying to mask the miserable failure of Obamacare. These premiums have skyrocketed. Again, different ways of calculating, but you go state by state. Premiums have increased by 169% since the implementation of Obamacare. Inflation's up 39 cents. That's 4.3 times rate of inflation. And all Democrats want to do is keep throwing money, hundreds of billions of dollars at that failed system rather than repair the damage done by Obamacare and transition to a system that actually puts consumers in the driver's seat where you have price transparency because consumers demand it. And you do that by things like health Savings Account. You've already got catastrophic care plans. I mean, prior to Obamacare, that's what Obamacare plans were. The difference is they were dirt cheap. You had very high deductible plans. So people had to pay for, you know, first dollar coverage of basic procedures, that type of thing that's really the system we have to transition to. Our problem is a third party payer system. Either the government pays or insurance companies pay. Doctors, nurses, patients have no idea what anything costs. And so that's one of the reasons we have skyrocketing costs. So Senator, there's this other proposal out there as well that we want to get your take on this so called Marshall plan. Of course, your colleague there, Kansas Senator Roger Marshall, wants to extend Obamacare subsidies for just one year before then turning them into health savings accounts. I'm curious if you think this is workable compromise or if not, what would the solution be? What is your solution on this? What would you vote for and what you wouldn't vote for? So we've got two problems. Okay. The first problem is Obamacare is a complete failure. It's very difficult when you have Democrats not admitting that to work with them, get 60 votes and pass something that actually fix it. The other problem is the short term problem. It's more political. Democrats designed, this is, you know, Obamacare is theirs. The enhanced subsidies, that's what they did. They designed them to expire here at the end of the year. But because they're expiring, Democrats done a pretty good job of scaring the American public into thinking that because Republicans refuse to extend those enhanced subsidies that everybody's premium is going to skyrocket. If your premiums are going up, it's because of the faulty design of Obamacare. There's one group I'm sympathetic with. These are people making over 400% of poverty lines, generally over 55. They were enticed, lured into early retirement during the pandemic based on the subsidies they're going to receive. Those subsidies go away. And because they're not eligible for Medicare and because of Obamacare, their premiums literally are in the $30,000 plus range. You know that government caused those premiums. Government gave them the subsidies, lured them in retirement, now they're pulling them away. That's about 1.6 million people. It's not 340 million Americans, it's 1.6 million people. We can take care of them temporarily for a couple billion dollars, pay for it with real reforms. So I'd be willing to go down that route. I'm not willing to extend the basic subsidies because the people less than 400% poverty, they're still gonna get subsidies. They just go back to Obamacare, original subsidies. So just let that happen. So is that a standalone bill or a carve out or an addendum? How do you see that the $1.6 million that you're talking about? Well, I've got the concept scored by cbo. Score's still too high. So I think what I need to do is raise the percent. We expect those people making over 4% of poverty line what they should pay for insurance. So Obamacare's design, if you're the top end that income 400%, you're going to be expected to pay 9.5% of your income for your premiums before subsidy kit kicks in. The score I got was for 10%. I'm thinking more 12 or 13%. Again, I think it's a reasonable thing to ask people making over 400% to pay at least 12%, 13%, maybe 14% of their income in health insurance premiums. Then we would kick in a subsidy after that. But again, it'd just be temporary to hopefully get Democrats then to work with us to repair the damage done by Obamacare, transition to a system that actually works. And again, that system would reintroduce consumerism. Combination of HSAs, catastrophic care plans. That's not a dirty word. That's actually what insurance should be. Nobody buys first dollar coverage on car insurance. Right? Again, you have to take a look at what would actually work. You have to recognize the reality of just basic human behavior. Nobody's also going to buy car insurance if you can buy it the moment you crash. So you've got to look at the reality situation. But Democrats simply are denying reality.
The reality is that you and your colleagues there in the Senate have a lot of work to do in terms of reforming health care in this country. In the meantime, there is going to be a hearing later on today. The Permanent Subcommittee on Investigation set to meet this afternoon to identify fraud and other problems with our health care system. What steps are lawmakers going to take to address all of this and what are you expecting to potentially come out of this, this hearing? Well, I'm chair of that committee, so this is the second hearing. The first hearing was assessing the damage done by Obamacare. That's that first step, trying to get people to admit they have a problem. Unfortunately, at the end of that hearing, our ranking member said, I don't know anybody hiring bar Obamacare, even though his own witness, a mom from Madison, lost her coverage because of Obamacare. Bought $1,000 a year a month plan, couldn't afford it, had to switch to lower tier plan, $14,000 deductible, had to take out a home equity line of credit to pay for $18,000 worth of bill. So his own witness was a victim of Obamacare. This hearing is about the second steps properly to find the problem and lay out the principles for the solution. Again, the basic principle is consumerism. I've heard it time and time again and hearings. Everybody realizes because people don't pay for things, they don't care what it costs. We have to transition to a system where patients pay more of their first dollar coverage, doctor's visits, different procedures, that type of thing and insurance is designed for the major surgeries, that type of thing re inject consumers and free market competition that will dramatically lower costs. Rick Scott had a great hearing in the aging committee. He brought in a surgeon from Oklahoma, set up a.
Cash on the barrel head surgery center, high quality. The rates were 10% for surgeries that in comparison to hospitals, 10%. That's the benefit of free market competition. You get lower cost, better quality, better levels of customer service. You see an Amazon competing with Walmart. You see it across our economy. The one area we don't have free market competition is health care interjected in there and you'd be amazed at the results.
Dr. Gina
Senator, I'm wondering about what's deep inside of some of these bills. I want to know about things like infection rates that seem to be so well hidden from our public but undoubtedly drive up costs and death. Two things that we need to change. I want to see things like price transparency addressed where you know you get the bill and if you're private paying it's 1/10 or even less of a percentage of what is charged when an insurance company is paying, which ultimately does come out of all of our own pockets. I want to see things like, like expansion of coverage to more holistic, more boutique, more privatized style functional medical doctors, for example, often aren't covered. Why chiropractic isn't covered, why physical therapy is sometimes not covered, those sorts of things. I want to see a health care system that addresses the real needs of real people today, most of whom I can tell you, Senator, in our chats say I wouldn't go to a doctor or hospital, I would die first. A lot of people saying that today, you know a healthcare system is broken when.
David Brody
So the solution to all of that is make people pay for healthcare out of their own pocket. Consumerism. You'd be amazed the results. Again, insurance ought to be just like car insurance for the big things, not fixing the fender, not an oil change. So once you do that, you would be amazed at how medicine would flourish. You'd have all kinds of alternatives. You can go to chiropractic and you'd be paying out of a health savings account. But again, the problem is the third party payer system. We've transitioned to the point where patients only pay about 10% of all healthcare. Otherwise it's the insurance company or government. You can pass a law saying you gotta post prices, but as long as nobody's paying really responsible for that price, nobody cares. Again, it's just the insurance company and CMS bean counters that know what things cost. That's not consumerism, that's not the invisible hand of Adam Smith. Again, guaranteeing the lowest cost, highest quality, highest level customer service. That's exactly what you're describing, is what you want. You're only going to get that with consumerism. As long as you have a third party payer system, you'll never obtain. You can't have enough government regulation laws to force the kind of system that you were envisioning right there.
Dr. Gina
Can we get that? Can we get the consumerism that you're about talking, talking about without a full repeal of Obamacare, can we just let it wither on the vine because we find a new way to do it?
David Brody
Again, Obamacare covers through Medicaid expansion, you know, I think something like 27 or 30, I can't remember the exact figure but you know, tens of millions of people, you know, not that many compared to 340 million. The exchanges are about 24 million. About 6 of those are, 6 million are phantom. So you're talking about 30, 40, 50 million Americans on Obamacare. The rest of us have either Medicare which is also government run, but then employer sponsored care. So if we can get government out of healthcare as much as possible, you know, allow companies and their plans to offer different alternatives as opposed to highly structured plans forced on them by government, you know, drug formulas forced on us by Medicare. You've got to get government out of healthcare as much as possible and then you have a flourishing in the marketplace again. Did anybody think that Amazon would really be able to deliver goods within two hours? It's just amazing what the free market does. We can have the same type of results in healthcare, but we're not going to do it. The third party payer system basically dominated by the oligarchs, which every incentive of increasing prices because that's how they make more money. There's not incentive in our current healthcare system to lower costs, it's just all incentives are to increase costs.
Dr. Gina
Senator Ron Johnson, thank you so so much for being with us and thanks for fighting for privatization. Yes, for our economy. Thank you.
David Brody
Thanks, Senator Johnson.
Dr. Gina
All right, coming up, it is time to spill some tea. There's more American sunrise. Just a moment.
David Brody
Let's spill some tea.
Let's spill some tea. Is fueled by Artillery Tea Company. It's the only America first veteran owned tea brand out there. Their mission is to maximize flavor with whole leaf blends and chemical free tea bags.
There's no junk here, it's just real tea. And the tactical advantage is that each bag brews not just once, but twice. Go to artillerytco.com and use the code RAV for 10% off of your first order. That's artillerytco.com use the code RAV for ten percent off of your order. It's premium tea that's mission driven and brewed for the brave. Let's get right into the cup today. And that would be the man who makes that great, delicious tea that we were just talking about, Artillery Tea Company co founder, Mike Britton. Mike, always good to see you. Thanks, Terence. Thanks for having me again. Absolutely. So look, it's the holiday season and I'm sure you guys have some pretty cool offerings for people who are looking to give their family members or loved ones something a little different this year. Yeah, that's right.
Dr. Gina
We did something special this year.
David Brody
We've never done this before, but we get this question a lot, Terence, where we claim you can get two cups of tea out of each tea bag when you use our, our product. And so we get the question a lot.
Dr. Gina
How do you do that?
David Brody
This kit was meant to answer that question with everything you need all in one stop. And so you get a card that looks like this. It's called the Precision brewing cheat sheet. For our tea, since it's whole leaf, it's a little more nuanced. So for black tea, ideally you'd steep at a different temperature than green tea and herbal tea and the steep times are a little bit different.
Dr. Gina
And so we included this cheat sheet.
David Brody
To show you exactly what temperature to brew each kind of tea, how long to steep each one, and then we also included an exclusive sticker in there, a premium sticker that you can't get anywhere else on our site. We included a, a tactical thermometer in there and four sample packs of our top selling teas. You got a black, two black teas, a green tea and an herbal tea in that kit. So there's Everything you need +15 off code for your next order after that.
Dr. Gina
Everything you need all in one kit this year.
David Brody
And we're gonna do it's already $20 off. So it's $90 marked down to 70. And for today only, we're gonna do an extra 10 off of that if you use the code Brew kit B R E W K I T at checkout. And so. And there's also free shipping on all these kits, by the way. Okay, so that's a great idea right there. And you said there are four sample teas, so you can kind of give your loved ones a little variety if you happen to buy that tea. What are some of the other promotions you guys are running, some of the other things that people may want to use as a gift giving opportunity?
Yeah, this year we're also doing prepaid subscriptions. And so if you join the what's called the Patriots Brew Club, you can sign up there for a three month.
Dr. Gina
Prepaid or a six month prepaid you.
David Brody
And when you get to the checkout page, you go to the shipping address. You can put in whoever you're giving that gift to so that when you go through and you and you pay for the box, they'll get an every month delivery to their address, not to your own address. And so that's how that gift giving works on that. So yeah, between the brew Kit and the Patriots Brew Club, we had, we worked hard to provide a lot of options for our customers this year.
And this is a great way to kind of expose people, people who may be a little more picky about their tea or may not necessarily want to commit. This is a great way to kind of expose them to the various flavors you offer and hopefully you can get them hooked. Yeah. For people that are used to grocery store tea or regular tea, this is, this kit is a great introduction to the brand. Overall, we did only buy enough stock for this year for about a hundred kits. Almost half of them are gone already. So we do have a limited quantity.
Dr. Gina
Of these, but if you have somebody.
David Brody
That maybe even was into loose leaf tea, this but hasn't been introduced to our brand yet. This is also another great one. It's not loose leaf, but as you, as you all know, it's loose leaf.
Dr. Gina
Quality tea in our pyramid.
David Brody
Sachets.
I love when you call them sachets and not just teabags. You know, I'm an old school dude. I. I'm gonna call them a teabag. You're like, no, they're sachets. Terrence. Love that. Always good to see you, Mike. Thanks, T. Bates. All right, we'll talk soon. Hopefully I'll see you before Christmas. Coming up, a three year old from India Taking on the chess world, smashing records and making history by becoming the youngest player ever to earn an official rating. His story is ahead.
Dr. Gina
All right, welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Do you guys like. Do you guys like cold open or what was the second one, Colin? Super tease.
David Brody
Super tease? Yeah.
Dr. Gina
Someplace I always called it a deep tease. Ones too. I don't know. Which one do you like?
David Brody
Cold open. Cold open.
Dr. Gina
You like cold open, Terrence?
David Brody
I don't have a preference. Just read the story and let's get to it.
Dr. Gina
The audience has no idea what we're talking about, but we're talking about when we enter into the show, the way that we say it. And I agree. I don't like cold open. David, Colin and I are on the other side of that debate. So there you have it. All right, you guys, we are glad you have joined us today. It is time for our sunny side up in the pan. Today, a three year old. Three year old. This is the three year old from India making global headlines after becoming the youngest chess player ever to earn an official fighter rating. It is at just 3 years old, 7 months and 20 days. Sarwagya Singh Kushwaha. That's the name. Has I.
David Brody
Good job.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, you're welcome. Has already proven that he can hold his own against players decades older, securing a 1572 rapid rating far above the minimum threshold. Now, with India's chess scene surging on the world stage, this little kindergartner is already following in the footsteps of national greats. And his coaches say he might be on track for Grandmaster status one day. David, here's the question. Could you beat him?
David Brody
I believe that's a rhetorical question because the answer would be no, I could not beat him. But of course he has nothing. I have or. Excuse me, he cannot anchor a two hour show Monday through Friday from 8am to 10am Eastern. It's called American Sunrise here on rural America's Voice. He cannot do that. I don't know, but I can.
Dr. Gina
He might be able to. David Brody. He might be able to. Are you, Terrence? Are you and David chess players though?
David Brody
I am a chess player. I don't play well. But I'm sorry, there's no, there's, there's no situation in which a three year old is going to beat me. If he happens to be ahead or it looks like it's going to be checkmate, I'm going to accidentally lift up on my chest, lift up my knee and knock over the chessboard and end the game. I Refuse to be beaten. Beaten by a 3 year old. Won't happen. Yeah. My 32 year old son toys with me at chess. I try to play him and he's like, yeah, okay, when is this going to be over? Ho, hum, yawn, yawn. That's the deal. But I do want to say something real quick about this. To me, the whole thing makes me think about God and about. I mean, think about. Right. All of his gifts and talents. All of our gifts and talents come from God. And to have a three year old be this amazing at chess, I mean, I'm sorry, but that just has God written all over it.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, no, it totally does. I'm a champion solitaire player. Just in case any of you. What did someone call me? A grand master?
David Brody
Are you serious?
Dr. Gina
Solitaire is a game you play against yourself. You guys, it's not really that hard to be really good at it. Because if you win or lose, you still won because technically you were only playing yourself. All right, well, anyway, Sequence though, is our family game. We do art family games. Yes. Sequence is like. Oh man, 2am sometimes is just bad.
David Brody
You guys will be pretty good at hopscotch.
Dr. Gina
Next time you guys come into town, we'll have to do a sequence tournament. We're really.
David Brody

This episode offers a sweeping, unvarnished view of today’s most contested issues: justice in election law, the state of the U.S. economy, demographic shifts, and health care reform, all enlivened by humor, spirituality, and a strong call to civic engagement. The tone is unmistakably populist and deeply invested in both the political process and the daily lives of Americans.
The most urgent takeaway: listeners are encouraged to take vocal, public action on causes they believe in—especially justice for Tina Peters, defending American values, and shaping future policies through informed civic participation.
